- 0:00Doesn't that song just get you all
- 0:02jazzed up for a nice Wednesday morning?
- 0:05The biggest day in radio history takes
- 0:09place every single Wednesday on Damn
- 0:13Radio. And here I am to kick it off.
- 0:18Rather exciting business here. If you
- 0:20feel like calling in, please do.
- 0:225737468020.
- 0:24I'm coming to you live from the Lake
- 0:26Ozark Real Estate of the Art Studio. You
- 0:29can always listen to us live at
- 0:31damradio.comlive.
- 0:33They have great music. I was just
- 0:34listening to the proclaimers and frankly
- 0:36I was singing along. I almost turned on
- 0:38the microphone so you could hear me
- 0:40yelling those da datas. But um I didn't
- 0:42do that. I thought that would be bad
- 0:44taste. However, I used to do that song
- 0:47in karaoke rather frequently. I was a
- 0:49karaoke artist.
- 0:52You know, that's how it goes in these
- 0:54world, this world of trouble and gloom
- 0:56when passing ruffians can say me at will
- 0:59to old women. So, uh there you have it.
- 1:02Um
- 1:04I had some topics I want to talk about,
- 1:06but I got distracted and uh uh there's
- 1:08several things. I've been up since 3:30,
- 1:10so yeah, I'm I'm I'm kicked off here.
- 1:12I'm all I'm all jacked up on caffeine
- 1:15and uh and excitement. I'm I'm building
- 1:18some things. And uh you know, sometimes
- 1:20it takes a little while to get excited
- 1:22about some some stuff and you finally
- 1:24get past all the hard hard work and
- 1:27serious labor and serious research and
- 1:29you round the bend and you see some
- 1:32things that uh are just frankly
- 1:35beautiful. And uh I have two of those
- 1:38projects going on right now. So I'm
- 1:40going to talk about them a little bit.
- 1:42Not very much. Okay. And then I'm going
- 1:44to get into some snippy snip snip
- 1:47because I'm a snippy snippy sort of guy.
- 1:50And uh I tell it like it is or at least
- 1:53how I think it is. Um it it may you may
- 1:56take it you may convince me of something
- 1:59else. Um I like this motion by the way.
- 2:01I saw this stuff about ICE agent body
- 2:03cameras. I think that needs to happen.
- 2:05I'm a huge fan of law enforcement uh
- 2:08wearing um body cameras. You know, it it
- 2:13was always funny to me when practicing
- 2:15law and you'd request the uh audio that
- 2:19allegedly happened or the dash cam video
- 2:22and or the or the body camera of the
- 2:26officer doing and and uh you know, if it
- 2:28was if the evidence was strong and in
- 2:30the favor of the police officer, it was
- 2:32no problem to get it. But if it was
- 2:34questionable, I can't tell you how many
- 2:36times like, "Oh, geez, sir. The the the
- 2:39body cam wasn't working." Then why the
- 2:40hell you wearing it? If it doesn't work
- 2:43or the dash cam video is not operating.
- 2:45Yeah, why is that? You you you act like
- 2:47you don't have enough money to keep your
- 2:49your your stuff up to date. It would
- 2:51really piss me off. And but it's never
- 2:54ever ever a
- 2:58how do you want to put it? It's never
- 2:59ever a presumption that the evidence
- 3:02that would have been is against the
- 3:05officer in those cases. That is merely a
- 3:09uh you know a glitch in a system too big
- 3:13for a bureaucrat to fix, right? Oh gee,
- 3:16you know, we have these problems and we
- 3:18don't have the budget for that kind of
- 3:20thing just because last year they asked
- 3:22for a 10% increase and they only got
- 3:24five. You know, that is how they justify
- 3:26not doing any work. I got some hilarious
- 3:29I already told you about the the the
- 3:32ridiculous uh letter that we got back
- 3:34from um Alcohol Tobacco Control
- 3:38demanding 300 well offering to provide
- 3:42documents in 44 a half years at a cost
- 3:45of $390 something,000 or something like
- 3:49that. And they said, "Well, we're just
- 3:51underst staffed and we can't do
- 3:53anything." And they haven't even
- 3:54responded. They haven't done anything
- 3:56except send this letter, send us 300,000
- 3:59at 400 almost and say, "Uh, well, geez,
- 4:02we just don't have the staff for that."
- 4:04Oh, yeah. You know, you have no problem
- 4:06charging, you know, $4 or $5,000 to
- 4:09produce $3500 pages of documents as if
- 4:13it was all that hard to get. And
- 4:14charging legal fees illegally, by the
- 4:17way, which you can't do, but they have
- 4:19no problem doing any of those things.
- 4:21And uh you know it's anyway I I didn't
- 4:25intend to go there today. That wasn't
- 4:27the intent of my show. I have I have
- 4:28other things to talk about and uh I I do
- 4:32want to talk about those things and I
- 4:33intend to talk about those things but I
- 4:36got distracted and uh listen to this
- 4:40comical here we go. This is some people
- 4:42will love this. Some people go yeah.
- 4:44Some people just get all excited. And if
- 4:47I was if I was a a let's go to war sort
- 4:50of guy, which apparently Hegsth is, you
- 4:53know, he wants to be the commander of
- 4:55war, you know, or whatever, secretary of
- 4:57war. It's all about war, you know, peace
- 4:59through strength. Yeah, right. Peace
- 5:01through strength. Peace through
- 5:03strength. Peace through. Let me kick
- 5:05your ass and then come back and say and
- 5:07have you make a deal with me. So don't
- 5:09don't tell me this is peace initiatives.
- 5:12It absolutely isn't. And so listen to
- 5:14his uh it's not comical, but it's uh
- 5:17predictable. Let's put it that way.
- 5:19Let's see if make sure we get it all
- 5:21because he met with Rut uh who's the the
- 5:24head of NATO and he's not too bright
- 5:26either. But you know, there you go.
- 5:28We're trying to get on the same page and
- 5:30they want to escalate. And I think
- 5:32they've been finally convinced that it's
- 5:35time to escalate and we got to go to
- 5:37war. That that that war will occur if
- 5:40you go on this path. we will be sucked
- 5:43into a war. And this, I believe, is
- 5:46certainly what the Lindsey Grahams of
- 5:48the world want. Certainly what what
- 5:51Hegsath appears to want now. It's
- 5:54absolutely what Europe wants. And uh so
- 5:57it it seems to be a bit of a change in
- 6:01posture. They go from, "Oh jeez, we're
- 6:03the president of peace." In fact, he
- 6:05tries to twist it and say, "We are the
- 6:07president of peace." But he's talking
- 6:08war the whole way. Listen to this. You
- 6:10don't have to agree with me, you know,
- 6:11that's totally fine. You can say, "Oh,
- 6:13no. He's doing something else. We got to
- 6:15be stronger." No, no, no, no, no, no,
- 6:17no. We The only reason they're going to
- 6:19do this is because they have ultimate
- 6:21plans to seize Greenland, and they're
- 6:23trying to sell it in a way that makes it
- 6:26makes it uh palatable to uh the
- 6:30Europeans, to the to the Danes, you
- 6:32know, to to the the Greenlanders. They
- 6:35don't give a about them. They could
- 6:37care less what people from Greenland
- 6:39think. We need it. Sorry. Just like the
- 6:41American Indian. Screw you guys. You
- 6:43know, this is our land. That's it. And
- 6:46I'm not one of those people. You know,
- 6:48history is history. But now we're
- 6:50creating our own history. And we're
- 6:51here. This is us. This is this is and
- 6:54and you know, people object when I say
- 6:56this is us. This is America. This is
- 6:58today's America. And I'm totally pro
- 7:02America, but I'm totally anti let's
- 7:04create wars that otherwise don't exist.
- 7:07Peace through strength is a misnomer. It
- 7:10is not a uh it is a propagandist
- 7:14um complex. I don't I I I I agree in
- 7:18walk softly and carry a big stick. I
- 7:20agree with that. But I don't believe in
- 7:22creating wars or escalating wars because
- 7:27for false reasons and these are false
- 7:30reasons. Okay? We have nothing to do
- 7:33with Ukraine nor should we. This is
- 7:36something that has been going on for
- 7:38several hundred years in Eastern Europe.
- 7:41It's a show over there and has been
- 7:46for centuries, not decades, centuries.
- 7:49Okay? For a very long time. We're
- 7:52talking, let's talk about 800 AD and go
- 7:56from there. All right? It's a show
- 7:59and we don't belong. In fact, I would
- 8:02argue the Americans who were leaving
- 8:04England and leaving Europe and going
- 8:06away for a sec was trying to get away
- 8:08from some of that crap. Now, they they
- 8:10took advantage of the the Indians over
- 8:12here. There's estimates they killed
- 8:14millions upon millions upon millions. I
- 8:16can't remember the exact number that
- 8:18somebody estimated one time but they
- 8:20said over the over the course of
- 8:22America's or you know of the current
- 8:24Americas destruction of the Indian
- 8:27cultures
- 8:30hundreds of millions the the population
- 8:33here was was extremely large and uh you
- 8:38know they're obviously gone now and
- 8:40quite small. I'm not but that's history.
- 8:43We can't do anything about that. All we
- 8:45can do is affect what's here today. But
- 8:47I'm afraid that we're creating a similar
- 8:49sort of history in a place where we
- 8:52don't belong and which is what our
- 8:54forefathers were trying to get out of.
- 8:56Okay? And the BS that oh gee, America
- 8:59won World War II, my ass.
- 9:03We were participants, but it wasn't us.
- 9:06You know, everybody, it's easy to say,
- 9:08geez, if it wasn't for us, you guys be
- 9:10speaking German. That ain't true.
- 9:12partially true, but it ain't the end of
- 9:15the story. And if you don't understand
- 9:17that, you got a problem. So anyway,
- 9:19let's with all that in mind, let's
- 9:21listen to the glorious the glorious
- 9:24commander,
- 9:26the glorious the glorious Fox News host.
- 9:29And I, you know, I I always liked the
- 9:31guy. I thought he was funny and he's
- 9:32well spoken, but he's driving a train
- 9:36toward war. He's not driving a pain a
- 9:39train to maintain peace. He's driving a
- 9:42train of war and he's loving every
- 9:44second of it. Okay. And here here we go.
- 9:47Ready?
- 9:49>> Mark, it's great to see you. Great to
- 9:50see you.
- 9:51>> Great to be here. Uh and Mark mentioned
- 9:53it. Firepower. That's what uh is coming.
- 9:56We expect and is coming from NATO. Uh
- 9:59and it was a historic summit just a
- 10:00couple of months ago brought about by
- 10:02leadership of President Trump to say we
- 10:05need our allies to step up and and they
- 10:07did and they have in those commitments.
- 10:09Now those commitments will soon
- 10:12translate into capabilities which is the
- 10:14most important aspect of it. And one
- 10:17part of that of course is Pearl is the
- 10:19initiative where European countries buy
- 10:22US weapons transferred to NATO for the
- 10:24fight in Ukraine to bring peace to that
- 10:27conflict. And if there's anything we've
- 10:29learned under President Trump is the
- 10:32active application of peace through
- 10:35strength. You get peace when you are
- 10:38strong, not when you use strong words or
- 10:42wag your finger. You get it when you
- 10:43have strong and real capabilities that
- 10:45adversaries respect. But also note uh a
- 10:48historic moment as well for a lot of
- 10:50things to happen given what the
- 10:51president's been able to do in Gaza and
- 10:54throughout the Middle East. I think the
- 10:55world is seeing that we have a peace
- 10:57president uh who seeks that peace
- 10:59through standing by those that stand
- 11:01with the United States and stand for
- 11:02peace. uh which is what we saw there and
- 11:04I hope we can see in Ukraine so much.
- 11:07>> So I I point out a couple of falsehoods
- 11:09right there. Um number one, Gaza I would
- 11:13say is a show, too. Um now I'm not
- 11:16I'm not there but I'm telling you there
- 11:19is an alternative uh argument to be said
- 11:22there and that is not peace. Okay,
- 11:27that's not peace. and saying that that
- 11:29our and and by the way what does he he
- 11:32never qualified anything okay ne never
- 11:35said anything about how America is
- 11:39involved in Ukraine is there any sort of
- 11:42agreement is there any sort of and and
- 11:45what it is it's the exact same thing
- 11:46with Venezuela which I'm completely
- 11:48against all we're doing is going in and
- 11:50seizing resources that is the point of
- 11:54all of this all they want are resources
- 11:57they got to go and you know they're
- 11:59they're so they're going to escalate.
- 12:01That was escalatory language. That was
- 12:03not peace language. Okay. And and I am I
- 12:06am definitely against the best thing
- 12:09that could have happened is what did
- 12:11happen for about 2 three days early in
- 12:152025. They cut off quit funding Ukraine.
- 12:20Now, the only and and you can argue
- 12:22that, oh, gee, NATO is now gonna buy all
- 12:26of these things because NATO is stepping
- 12:28up the 5%. And it's not us. They're
- 12:30trying to have deniability. It's not us
- 12:33providing weapons that are bombing US,
- 12:36you know, US weapons used to bomb homes
- 12:38in Russia. It's NATO bought those from
- 12:41us. NATO bought those. It's not a US
- 12:44thing. It's a NATO thing. They're
- 12:46they're they're nitpicking to try to get
- 12:48there. Okay? And so there's that audio
- 12:51uh video. I want to play one more for
- 12:52you. But before we do that, let's share
- 12:54this with you. Um
- 12:57here's a story from uh where where where
- 13:00where are we going? Let's get the date
- 13:03on this. 4th February.
- 13:05Hi Mars rockets. US US rockets
- 13:10were used in crossber strikes on Briansk
- 13:15the Briansk region of Russia which is
- 13:17across from Sumi across from Hark in
- 13:19that area. Ukrainian forces struck
- 13:22residential buildings and civilian
- 13:23infrastructure in Russia's Briansk
- 13:25region using US-made highar multiple
- 13:28launch rocket systems said Governor
- 13:30Alexander Bolamaz uh Wednesday a woman
- 13:33seriously injured in the attacks and
- 13:35hospitalized Ukrainian forces deployed
- 13:37domestically produced Neptune missiles
- 13:39and jetpowered kamicazi drones in the
- 13:42strikes also said the regional governor.
- 13:44The Russian Defense Ministry earlier
- 13:46reported intercepting 11 drones over
- 13:49Briansk overnight. Said a total of 24
- 13:51Ukrainian fixedwing UAVs were shot down
- 13:54with Brianska the most heavily targeted
- 13:56area. Crossber attacks continue ahead of
- 13:59US backed talks in Abu Dhabi which are
- 14:01supposed to start uh either today and
- 14:03tomorrow or tomorrow and the next day.
- 14:05Don't remember. It's two days this week
- 14:06but but I believe it's uh Thursday and
- 14:09Friday. could be starting as early as
- 14:11today or have already they would have
- 14:12already occurred then because it's eight
- 14:14hours ahead over there. Anyway, last
- 14:15week Moscow agreed to temporarily
- 14:17suspend strikes on Ukrainian energy
- 14:19infrastructure which Russian military uh
- 14:22says disrupts the production of weapons
- 14:24to be used against Ukraine. Of course,
- 14:25HEGs wants to now supply them through
- 14:27NATO and says, "Well, as long as NATO's
- 14:29paying for it, we don't give a rip."
- 14:30Which is fine, fine, fine, fine. But in
- 14:34many instances they say US weapons can't
- 14:36be used to send remember that big debate
- 14:38that they were talking about you know
- 14:40storm shadows for for uh is it France
- 14:43that makes the storm shadow I forget but
- 14:44it might be England I don't remember but
- 14:46I think it's France saying uh you know
- 14:48those storm shadows being sent into
- 14:50Russia are like u since they can't be
- 14:53targeted since you can't target him
- 14:55without without US uh intelligence US
- 14:58targeting power and US oversight that or
- 15:01I'm sorry French oversight in that
- 15:03instance then it can't be the highs.
- 15:05Same deal. Okay. So if you're starting
- 15:07to send ICBM type of missiles or you're
- 15:10sending uh uh you know ballistic
- 15:12missiles of any kind then those have to
- 15:15be targeted using US intelligence and
- 15:17and all that stuff if it's US stuff and
- 15:19with the US crew inputting the uh
- 15:22targeting capacities in there. So uh
- 15:24crossber attacks uh continued last week
- 15:27Russia blah blah blah blah blah. The
- 15:28unilateral pause requested by Trump was
- 15:31meant to build goodwill and uh Trump and
- 15:34Putin did it. Putin kept his word
- 15:36according to Trump. We'll share that
- 15:37with you in a minute. Russian President
- 15:38Putin kept his word. Trump told
- 15:40reporters confirming that the pause
- 15:42lasted from Sunday to Sunday. But
- 15:45Zalinski says Russia didn't keep their
- 15:48word for a week,
- 15:50the week long Sunday to Sunday. And
- 15:52after uh Ukraine cancelled the next
- 15:55round which were supposed to take place
- 15:57over this past weekend, Russia started
- 15:59bombing again because the whole point is
- 16:01trying to get Russia to agree to a
- 16:03ceasefire to get that's the entire
- 16:06point. The strategic strategy is to get
- 16:10it set up so that a ceasefire occurs
- 16:14which gives Ukraine time to rebuild and
- 16:16put all these new weapons on the front
- 16:19lines to stop the advance of the
- 16:21Russians which has taken place back in
- 16:24October, November. What were we talking
- 16:25about? Pakrosk and Mir Negrad. Those two
- 16:29cities, those two cities are now long
- 16:32gone. And those two cities are
- 16:34completely gone. And Russia is still
- 16:35pushing further west in Zaparosia and
- 16:38and they're doing it. It's happening.
- 16:40And they have gained another 10 20
- 16:43kilometers along the entire front line
- 16:46uh since that time. And Russia is
- 16:48advancing. They don't report about it
- 16:50anywhere over here. You know, it's hard
- 16:51to get anything truthful over here about
- 16:54any of it. And but now Rut and all of
- 16:57the Europeans are still very much uh for
- 17:01upping the ante here and providing
- 17:03Ukraine more and more missiles. They
- 17:05don't have any men and they're trying
- 17:06hard to get more men, but they don't
- 17:08have any. So they just want to have guys
- 17:10sitting in bunkers uh sending over uh
- 17:13drones and missiles into Russia. That's
- 17:15what's happening now. I'm not saying
- 17:16that Russia is not doing the same thing,
- 17:18but Russia's been doing that for a
- 17:19while. They and and and the war is over
- 17:23these areas right here. Okay. And uh the
- 17:27the Ukrainians aren't trying to stop the
- 17:29advance. They're trying to torment the
- 17:32rear. They're trying to uh their
- 17:35philosophy. This is a nonsensical,
- 17:37stupid philosophy. Well, our people are
- 17:40suffering over here. So therefore, we
- 17:43need to bomb deep inside of Russia and
- 17:46make the people suffer over there.
- 17:48There's no electricity in Ukraine, which
- 17:50I'll share with you in a minute. And so
- 17:52therefore, that's what we should do
- 17:54inside of Russia. But you're not
- 17:55defending your own territories that you
- 17:58want to take. You're pretending that you
- 18:01are just attacking the other side. If
- 18:04you spent more time focusing on
- 18:06defending your front line, maybe you
- 18:08wouldn't have lost it in the first place
- 18:11if you hadn't have taken your stupid ass
- 18:13into uh uh what the heck's the name of
- 18:15that place? uh uh Belgar area up there
- 18:19Kursk if you hadn't had gone into there
- 18:21then you wouldn't have lost four or five
- 18:23months worth and 65 70,000 men in a
- 18:27failed attempt to be cute and to show
- 18:31the other the rest of the world that hey
- 18:33we can defend Greenland for you. You
- 18:35can't defend your own freaking country.
- 18:37How the hell are you going to defend
- 18:38Greenland? This is nonsense. And the war
- 18:41needs to end. Don't act like I want this
- 18:43to continue. I do not. I want it over.
- 18:45But this is BS and it's BS what Heg says
- 18:48said and he and he took my topic away
- 18:51from me this morning. Although it it did
- 18:52have some to do with it, but I saw what
- 18:54he was posting on that. It's like, "Oh
- 18:55my god, we got to play this from this
- 18:58nut job." And uh you know, I suppose I
- 19:02twisted on him. I twist I was always on
- 19:06the fence about Rubio, right? But Rubio
- 19:09is totally clear now. He's he's what do
- 19:12you call it? He's the old guard
- 19:14Republican uh neocon. That's him. And it
- 19:18appears heathth is the same. They want
- 19:19their wars. They want their their
- 19:22military-industrial complex. They want
- 19:24their big Pentagon. That's what they
- 19:25want. Now, I'm
- 19:27actually I'm a military veteran. I am
- 19:30not against that philosophy, but I am
- 19:34against the same thing we've been doing
- 19:36for 50 years, well longer, 80 since
- 19:39World War II, where it's regime change
- 19:41and all that crap. I am totally anti
- 19:44that. That is no way to run a country.
- 19:46And what we are doing the the the the I
- 19:50don't want to call it the collapse of
- 19:51the dollar. That's probably too brutal.
- 19:53But the collap collapse of the debt
- 19:55structure of America. Telling you what,
- 19:57it's imminent. And there are people
- 19:59claiming and I had a decent discussion
- 20:01with uh with a family member on this the
- 20:03other day about uh uh it could be true
- 20:07that Trump does get rid of the debt by
- 20:09the end of his term. BS. I say no matter
- 20:12how you slice it and and I' I'd love to
- 20:14be proven wrong, but I don't see it that
- 20:16way. I don't see it that way. Not at
- 20:18all. And uh and good luck with that
- 20:20theory, you know, if you as we get
- 20:22closer and closer. You know, I'll be
- 20:25happy to admit I'm wrong. And here I am
- 20:26saying I I I I I don't believe that is
- 20:29that is the case. I believe it's going
- 20:31to be much worse for us. everywhere.
- 20:34Most many many many countries are now
- 20:37trying to use their own currencies and
- 20:40not the dollar to buy things. And it's
- 20:43not just bricks. It isn't just bricks
- 20:46and responding with force like Venezuela
- 20:51because China and Venezuela were dealing
- 20:54with the yuan and China had a hundred
- 20:56billion dollars in there. It's uh and
- 20:59and and supporting what? Infrastructure,
- 21:02oil, and all that other stuff. This is
- 21:04what the fight this is the the classic
- 21:06fight over resources. So, we're
- 21:08supposedly looking inward to try to
- 21:10defend America and do that, but we're
- 21:12not looking inward. We still wish to
- 21:14control the world through finance. It
- 21:17ain't going to work forever. And and the
- 21:19rise of China is an economic an economic
- 21:22victory, it appears to me. Now, I'm not
- 21:25saying I want that, you know, but I'm
- 21:27not saying that Trump might not even be
- 21:29doing things the right way. I'm against
- 21:31the methods. I'm against that. If you
- 21:33want to do it as far as trade and you
- 21:35want to do something with trade, fine.
- 21:37But force and militarization and
- 21:39stealing people's resources under false
- 21:42pretenses, when's the last what have we
- 21:44heard since he took uh Venezuela? We
- 21:47heard anything about narot terrorism? We
- 21:49heard anything about any of that lie
- 21:51that took place for several months? We
- 21:53seen any more bombs getting blown or
- 21:55boats getting blown up? Nope. Nope.
- 21:58Nope. You know, those say, "Well, we
- 22:02proved our point. Darot terrorism got us
- 22:04in the door and now we've stolen the oil
- 22:06and which is all we really want in the
- 22:07first place, which was admitted the next
- 22:09day. All we really wanted is the oil
- 22:11because our refineries along the Gulf
- 22:14Coast are are are are uh empty and they
- 22:18can only run on that sweet crude that
- 22:20comes from uh from Venezuela. Nonsense.
- 22:22this whole this this whole thing. And
- 22:24I'm rambling here, but I'm definitely
- 22:26against this thought processes. And I
- 22:29don't like it. I don't like it. And as
- 22:31an American, you shouldn't like it. It's
- 22:33BS. So, I want to say send for you uh
- 22:37let's talk about Ukraine a little bit
- 22:39more. I got another uh I'm going to
- 22:41share it with you because it's better
- 22:43than me just paraphrasing what he said.
- 22:45I'm going to play the first few minutes
- 22:47of uh another one that I watched last
- 22:50night. Everybody knows I follow um
- 22:53couple of people, Alex Christophoru for
- 22:55one, and then uh I follow as well the
- 23:00Military Summary channel. And it was
- 23:04interesting last night how that went.
- 23:08And I want to get back to there and
- 23:09maybe share the first um the first
- 23:13little bit with you and see if it uh it
- 23:17can uh uh uh enlighten you a little bit
- 23:22about what how how it's really going on
- 23:25in uh in Ukraine.
- 23:28So I I want to start with uh uh putting
- 23:32that information out to you, but I'm not
- 23:35going to say it. I'll let this guy say
- 23:37it because I think he did a pretty good
- 23:38job and I'll listen along with you. Uh
- 23:41it's the whole video is like 25 minutes.
- 23:43We're only gonna listen to like five t
- 23:45minutes of it and it's and it's about
- 23:47power outages in Ukraine. It's about um
- 23:51infrastructure bombarding in Ukraine.
- 23:53It's about um Russia trying to end this
- 23:57war and and and what they are trying to
- 23:59do. You know, it's it's a here's here's
- 24:02your peace through strength headset is
- 24:04going to come in and try to increase up
- 24:06the ante here. Ukrainians are tired.
- 24:09Ukrainians are cold. Ukrainians don't
- 24:11have any power. And if they think, you
- 24:14know, if if they think that that uh NATO
- 24:16is going to come and save them, I don't
- 24:19think that we have the the desire, the
- 24:23manpower, the the the the peoples of
- 24:27Europe are tired of this. Americans
- 24:30tired of it. Now that they know the
- 24:32truth of it, most of us have become,
- 24:35well, wait a minute. You know, the
- 24:36Russians had a good argument in the
- 24:38first place. Why in the world are we
- 24:40still doing this? And why don't doesn't
- 24:42somebody The wrong answer is to
- 24:45escalate. The right answer is to
- 24:47capitulate and say east of the neper
- 24:50that's always been Russian anyway. And
- 24:53and it's that's just how it is. You
- 24:55know, the fact that Stalin gave it to us
- 24:57or Kruev or added to it back in the 50s
- 25:01is not the issue. It's always been
- 25:04Russianspeaking, Russian dominant to
- 25:08huge percentages.
- 25:10West of the Neper, kind of the opposite.
- 25:13Although there's still many, many, many
- 25:15hundreds of thousands of Russian and
- 25:17Russian native speakers and all of that
- 25:19stuff. But if once once you get east of
- 25:21the Neper, it's always been Russia and
- 25:23it's always been Russian uh uh valiki as
- 25:27they say, which included some Ukrainian,
- 25:30you know, on the edge and on all that
- 25:32stuff. But that that's anyway, let's not
- 25:34go into ancient history on this. let us
- 25:37add what we can to see what the
- 25:40Ukrainians are going through right now.
- 25:42Okay, as this was uh uh from last night
- 25:45which meant it was it was 8 hours ahead
- 25:48which put it just at the end of the uh
- 25:52it came out yesterday about uh this was
- 25:552 three of 2026 came out this would be
- 25:57the afternoon one. So was overnight
- 25:59bombings, overnight bombings and events
- 26:03in Kiev and and other parts of Ukraine.
- 26:07Uh power structure specifically. Uh
- 26:11let's listen in. And first of all, and
- 26:13once again, we're going to talk about
- 26:15the Russian attack that took place
- 26:17between the 2nd and the 3rd of February
- 26:19of 2026. The Russians used hundreds of
- 26:22drones and dozens of missiles to attack
- 26:25objects of energy infrastructure through
- 26:27Ukraine. And as we discussed during the
- 26:29previous video, this map was published
- 26:31by pro- Ukrainian sources. And here we
- 26:34can see the approximate roads of what
- 26:35exactly the Russians were attacking. So
- 26:38the Russians were attacking during the
- 26:39entire night. That was a very long
- 26:41attack. The Russians attacked the city
- 26:44of Kiev, the Viner region. The Russians
- 26:46attacked the city of Adessa. The
- 26:48Russians attack sacked the regions of
- 26:49Nep and Zaparoia and the Russians attack
- 26:52sacked the shi of Kharkif and the sichi
- 26:54of Sumi. So lots of explosions. The
- 26:56Russians deal significant damage. And
- 26:58the most important thing is that as a
- 27:00result of this attack, the Russians most
- 27:02likely managed to destroy up to three
- 27:05power stations. So once again during the
- 27:08morning we received first reports first
- 27:10updates on this matter but we had
- 27:13reports just on the matter of how many
- 27:15missiles the Russians used to attack
- 27:17this or that object of energy
- 27:19infrastructure but this evening we
- 27:21received more details about this attack.
- 27:24So let's discuss everything in details
- 27:26and first let's start with the city of K
- 27:28because the Russians as a result of this
- 27:31massive attack destroyed another power
- 27:34station. So this is the city of Kiev and
- 27:36once again to understand everything we
- 27:38need to see and we need to understand uh
- 27:40the power stations that the city of Kief
- 27:43has. First of all this is the
- 27:45northeastern power station the power
- 27:46station number six. This power station
- 27:49was destroyed between the 20s and the
- 27:5123rd of January. Also we have uh the
- 27:54power station uh in the eastern part of
- 27:56the city. This is power station number
- 27:58four and the Russians attacked this
- 28:00power station today during the previous
- 28:02night. We have the third power station
- 28:04in the southern part of the city. This
- 28:06is power station number five. And we
- 28:09have a heating house in the central part
- 28:12of the city of Kiev that Ukrainians used
- 28:15to support homes with heats with water
- 28:18and so on. So three power station and
- 28:21one boiler house. So uh the Russians
- 28:25attacked during the night just two power
- 28:27stations. The power station number four
- 28:29and the power station number five. So
- 28:31during the morning we received numbers.
- 28:34So according to information we have
- 28:36during this massive attack the Russians
- 28:38launched just two Iskander missiles to
- 28:41attack the key four power plant. But
- 28:44later more precisely uh somewhere at
- 28:46noon time pro Ukrainian sources
- 28:48published this video and here we can see
- 28:51Maruta air defense system that's didn't
- 28:54help Ukrainians during the previous
- 28:56night. He he arrived in this area and
- 28:59the minister of venery showed the
- 29:01destruction of one of the thermal power
- 29:03plants in Kiev. He arrived at the
- 29:05facility along with NATO secretary
- 29:07general route. Later this power station
- 29:09was gelocated and according to
- 29:12information we have this is the K's
- 29:15force power plant and as you can see
- 29:16according to this video this power plant
- 29:19was completely destroyed as a result of
- 29:21Russian attack. So based on this video,
- 29:24based on the threeboard, we are not
- 29:25going to adjust anything. We just will
- 29:27note that uh the power station was
- 29:30completely destroyed without any chances
- 29:32to uh repair it. It's probably much more
- 29:36easier to build a new one. So uh this
- 29:39power station now in the stand was
- 29:41destroyed during the night between the
- 29:432nd and the 3rd of February. But if we
- 29:45increase the numbers of updates since
- 29:47the beginning of January, uh we need to
- 29:50discuss the situation around the power
- 29:53station number six. As I told you
- 29:56minutes ago, this power station was
- 29:58destroyed as well. So for example, this
- 30:00satellite picture was published on the
- 30:03on January 25th and according to the
- 30:06satellite um picture,
- 30:08>> I know this is a little bit on the long
- 30:10side, uh but he and he's showing these
- 30:13the destruction of the power plant,
- 30:15these power plants are gone. They they
- 30:19are destroyed. They will not be
- 30:22rebuilding these in or re re- repairing
- 30:26or refurbishing or or whatever over the
- 30:29the next month or so. These will take
- 30:32years to rebuild. They are the mayor is
- 30:36showing him some some video as you go.
- 30:38you. And by the way, uh this um this
- 30:41channel is Military Summary Channel and
- 30:43and and I'm probably a little obsessive
- 30:46about this and I try to once or twice a
- 30:48week get on and and figure out what it
- 30:50is. But I I think it's important because
- 30:53Americans don't realize what is going on
- 30:56in Ukraine. This is real war. This is
- 31:00hundreds and hundreds of thousands of
- 31:02people dying and hundreds of thousands
- 31:05of people suffering and in Ukraine being
- 31:07abandoned for the next generations.
- 31:10They've lost entire generation and
- 31:12they're going to lose another one. And
- 31:14uh uh they're not going to win this war.
- 31:16It's not going to happen. And I mean I
- 31:18suppose we could all escalate in which
- 31:20everybody loses. We can all join in the
- 31:22losses. But this war is over already.
- 31:26And uh somebody needs to realize it and
- 31:28be done with it. Capitulation is the
- 31:31only real sensible strategy. And I'm
- 31:34sorry I'm rambling again, but let's get
- 31:36back to uh the suffering that's going on
- 31:38in Kiev right now. And and by the way,
- 31:41after this they go into the Neper
- 31:43region, Neper Petro, and I believe into
- 31:46also Zaparisia areas as well. This is
- 31:48not just one city. They did it the same
- 31:50in Odessa. They are destroying all the
- 31:53power plants and it is freaking cold
- 31:54over there. This week it's going to be
- 31:57lower than zero, under zero. The
- 32:00temperatures are going to be brutally
- 32:01cold and there's no heat, no water, no
- 32:04electricity, none. And so, well, that's
- 32:07that's not true. 2 three hours a day if
- 32:10you're lucky. And they're trying to
- 32:12reroute power from u nuclear power
- 32:14stations in Eastern Europe, but you
- 32:17know, it's still intermittent what
- 32:19they're getting. Let us proceed.
- 32:21uh no hot production uh thermal power
- 32:24plant went into lockdown. So this
- 32:27article was published on the 25th and uh
- 32:30furthermore for example this is uh the
- 32:33difference differences between different
- 32:36satellite pictures between the dates.
- 32:38This is the picture um between the uh
- 32:4124th and the 20th of January. So as you
- 32:46can see uh as a results of attack
- 32:48between these days we can see that the
- 32:49Russians attacked this building this
- 32:52construction. So this construction was
- 32:53damaged by Russians and for example this
- 32:56video shows the difference between uh
- 32:59the 16th of January and the 21st of
- 33:02January. So according to this video the
- 33:04Russians attacked this southern
- 33:06construction. So, and later we received
- 33:08this video published by pro- Ukrainian
- 33:10sources. And here we can see according
- 33:12to the author of this video, the
- 33:14consequences of Russian attack on the
- 33:17power station number six. As you can
- 33:19see, this power station is also
- 33:21completely destroyed. So, summarizing
- 33:23everything, we can make a conclusion
- 33:25that by the end of the 3rd of February,
- 33:27the Russians destroyed have destroyed
- 33:30two power stations of the city of Kiev.
- 33:33And this is a very big and a very huge
- 33:35problem for Ukraine. and for the
- 33:37Ukrainians and for the citizens of the
- 33:39city of Kiev.
- 33:41As for the most southern power station,
- 33:44this is the power station number five.
- 33:46During the previous nights, we received
- 33:48a report that Russians attacked this
- 33:50power station with at least four is
- 33:52their missiles. But as of the end of the
- 33:543rd of February of 2026, we haven't
- 33:57received anything additional. We haven't
- 33:58received any video from this area where
- 34:01we can see that whether the Russ whether
- 34:03the plant was destroyed or not. and we
- 34:05don't have
- 34:06>> and what he means by that is they he
- 34:08likes to confirm the damage that he
- 34:11brings up. This guy the reason I like
- 34:13him is he does take Ukrainian sources,
- 34:16Russian sources. All the video that he
- 34:18provides is geoloccated video or if it's
- 34:21not he says so, but that's pretty rare.
- 34:24All of them are geoloccated and show the
- 34:26actual happenings on the ground. This is
- 34:28one of the guys who who helped show that
- 34:30Zalinsky was full of crap and was
- 34:32putting AI videos up that weren't even
- 34:35real that were stuff that the
- 34:36geoloccation was correct but the time
- 34:39was different like months and months
- 34:41previously after Ukraine had been run
- 34:43off from certain places. I forget what
- 34:45city they were talking about. I think uh
- 34:48uh up in the north of uh northeast um
- 34:51was it I don't know was it Mirrad? I
- 34:54don't remember but it doesn't matter. um
- 34:55he he does a lot of these sorts of
- 34:58videos and the two other power stations,
- 35:00one of them Mark Ruda tooured with the
- 35:02mayor of uh of Kiev and the other one uh
- 35:06they have videos also with the mayor of
- 35:08Kiev in the and they're shown on TV in
- 35:10Ukraine and they're saying look there's
- 35:12not going to be any power because of
- 35:13this. So he backs them up and that's why
- 35:16I like listen to this guy because this
- 35:18isn't just a Russian uh whatever you
- 35:20want to call it a Russian glorified uh
- 35:23glorifying channel. I mean the Ukraine
- 35:25has plenty of Ukrainian glorification
- 35:27channels. Russia has its, you know, that
- 35:29tells its side of the story. I have mine
- 35:31and I like to sit somewhere in the
- 35:33middle. Although I am a realist and
- 35:34Ukraine was never going to win this war.
- 35:36It was never going to happen. US might
- 35:38win it if they got in, but I doubt even
- 35:40that. We don't have the spirit for it.
- 35:42We don't have the desire to get involved
- 35:44in that sort of crap. And uh we
- 35:46shouldn't even if if U. Pegsth is trying
- 35:49to push that now and trying to get the
- 35:52coalition of the willing to send over
- 35:54send over troops is BS and to uh use
- 35:58force against Putin bad plan friends and
- 36:00neighbors bad plan you want escalation
- 36:03that's one way to get it and u so let's
- 36:06continue with this because there's still
- 36:07about four or five more minutes because
- 36:09I want him to get on to the neprop
- 36:11region as well
- 36:12>> satellite pictures that can confirm that
- 36:14the power station was completely
- 36:16destroyed if we increase the numbers
- 36:17ursive update since the beginning of
- 36:19January. Uh here we can see uh the
- 36:22report that was published on the 25th of
- 36:24January of 2026 and according to this
- 36:26report um on the 25th of January uh the
- 36:30plant was working. So which means that
- 36:32the power plant still operates and uh
- 36:35that probably this is the only power
- 36:37station that currently can supply and
- 36:39support uh the city of Kiev. As for the
- 36:43uh let's say border house as of the
- 36:46previous night we don't know for sure
- 36:48whether the Russians were attacking the
- 36:49ter or not but uh during the nights we
- 36:52didn't have any report that the Russians
- 36:54were attacking the territory. So once
- 36:57again there were three power stations
- 36:58and now we see that two of them were
- 37:01completely destroyed and there is
- 37:02another important object of energy
- 37:05infrastructure and we are talking about
- 37:08this UK 750 electricial substation. So
- 37:13according to um different sources,
- 37:15according to independent experts, the
- 37:17Russians during the previous night
- 37:19attacked this uh substation with 12 H32
- 37:23missiles and tutons missiles. But as you
- 37:26can see during the day, we haven't
- 37:28received anything and due to the fact
- 37:30that there is not there is no total
- 37:32blackout on the church of the city of K.
- 37:34This means that most likely uh this um
- 37:38these missiles that the Russians used to
- 37:40attack this object of energy
- 37:42infrastructure were brought down by
- 37:44Ukrainians and the Russians haven't
- 37:45managed to deal uh significant damage to
- 37:48this object of critical infrastructure
- 37:50which means that Ukrainians still have
- 37:52possibilities
- 37:54to receive power to receive electricity
- 37:56uh from the RONA nuclear power plant. So
- 37:59most likely this object of critical
- 38:02infrastructure is well protected and
- 38:04well defended uh with Ukraine's air
- 38:07defense forces. So this is the situation
- 38:09in the city of KF.
- 38:11And uh
- 38:13>> to kind of clarify that that the the
- 38:15substation is probably eh 30 40 maybe 50
- 38:19I can't tell the distance on this map uh
- 38:2250 km west of Ukraine and it's a
- 38:24substation for routing power from the
- 38:27nuclear plants far west uh near the
- 38:30border of Poland over by Ovul and uh
- 38:33over by you know that area of uh
- 38:35northwestern
- 38:37far western but on the northern side of
- 38:40Ukraine And so this p this nuclear power
- 38:42plant runs to the substation and then
- 38:44from there into uh Kiev. And what he's
- 38:47saying is since there's still lighting
- 38:49and still a little bit of power, it's
- 38:51got to be coming from that substation
- 38:53and the Russians haven't managed to take
- 38:55out that substation. But if they do,
- 38:58there's only one small thermal power
- 39:00plant covering all of Kiev. And if they
- 39:03take that out, Kiev's going to be in the
- 39:04dark and in the cold. And that's
- 39:06important. So he's going to move on to
- 39:08another city now. And I I wanted to
- 39:10follow that as well.
- 39:11>> The Russians will repeat their attacks,
- 39:14the repeat attack. Obviously, uh the
- 39:17second wave of attack is going to take
- 39:19place within the next days, but it seems
- 39:21that the Russians are not going to
- 39:23attack the city of Kiev. Uh the Russians
- 39:26most likely will attack something else.
- 39:28As for uh different statements uh for
- 39:31example the uh Maruta the NATO secretary
- 39:34general stated that at the same time uh
- 39:37following a peace agreement foreign
- 39:39forces air power and naval support will
- 39:41appear in Ukraine. So following a peace
- 39:43agreement so not today not tomorrow not
- 39:46yesterday but only when Ukraine accepts
- 39:49demands from the Russian side. At the
- 39:51same time, other alliance members, he
- 39:54said, will participate in supporting the
- 39:56situation in all other formats. Moscow
- 39:59consistently opposes the deployment of
- 40:01foreign troops on Ukrainian territory.
- 40:03At the same time, European countries are
- 40:05not prepared to deploy troops without
- 40:07guarantees of the United of the US
- 40:09support, which Washington has not yet
- 40:11officially confirmed. So there are too
- 40:13many questions without answers from Mark
- 40:16Rut.
- 40:18Another important statement was made by
- 40:19Kio authorities. In KF, thousands of
- 40:22homes are effectively without proper
- 40:24heating. Official government data on
- 40:26home heating connections does not
- 40:28reflect the actual situation. Uh key
- 40:31deploy, this is the government office
- 40:34with the support of emergency crews has
- 40:37indeed formally supplied heat to most
- 40:39homes and reported success. Another
- 40:41important thing, Zilinski accused Russia
- 40:44of violating the energy in cis. The US
- 40:46president said that we should refrain
- 40:48from strikes for a week. But in fact, it
- 40:50started on Friday nights and last night
- 40:53the Russians in our view violated their
- 40:56promise. So these are the statements of
- 40:58Zilinski. But these statements don't
- 41:00change anything. The Russians destroyed
- 41:02at least two power stations of the city
- 41:04of Kiev. Once again, another important
- 41:06thing. Most likely during the next
- 41:08attack, the Russians will not attack the
- 41:10city of Kiev. And the Russians are using
- 41:13very interesting tactics. So you know
- 41:15that the Ukrainians have hundreds of
- 41:18crews uh energy crews uh and their main
- 41:21purpose is to stabilize the situation
- 41:24through Ukraine after attacks from the
- 41:26Russian side. So which means that during
- 41:28the due to the fact that the Russians
- 41:30mainly attacked the city of K during the
- 41:33previous 24 hours. This means that most
- 41:35of these crews were redeployed in the
- 41:37direction of the city of Krohark.
- 41:40So during in the direction of these
- 41:43territories that were attacked by
- 41:44Russia, which means that now a lots of
- 41:47territories in Ukraine have no crews
- 41:49that can supply support or stabilize the
- 41:52situation in the rest of Ukraine. Which
- 41:55means if Russia attack let's say uh the
- 41:57city of Militki or the city of Lut or
- 42:01the city of Lv um there are very high
- 42:04chances that Ukraine will not be able to
- 42:06stabilize the situation very fast
- 42:09because most of the crews are currently
- 42:11located in the cities like Kiev Adasa
- 42:14Nippro and so on. So this is the taxis.
- 42:17the Russians first attack and then they
- 42:19attack places that are empty and without
- 42:22these crews that can stabilize the
- 42:24situation.
- 42:26So we finished with the city of K and
- 42:28the K region. Now let's move further and
- 42:31let's talk about the new pro and about
- 42:34the new Petetro region. So this
- 42:36territory was also attacked by Russia
- 42:38and let's discuss what we've managed to
- 42:40find found out during the day.
- 42:44So as for the information that we can
- 42:46find in the internet according to
- 42:48different military experts the shichi of
- 42:51Nepro and the Neprov power station was
- 42:54attacked with 18 iscander just within
- 42:57one hour. So this is the biggest number
- 43:00of missiles that the Russians used to
- 43:02attack a single object of energy
- 43:04infrastructure and the sources are
- 43:06saying that the Russians were attacking
- 43:08the Pipovska power station with 18 is
- 43:11missiles. So during the night we
- 43:12received several videos. Here we can see
- 43:14the moments when the Russians attacked
- 43:17the station. And here we can see another
- 43:19video where we can see another
- 43:21explosion. But the quality of the video
- 43:23is very poor. So it's blurred. So it's
- 43:25very difficult to understand whether the
- 43:26Russians were attacking this power
- 43:28station or not. And here we can see a
- 43:31satellite picture. So according to this
- 43:34satellite picture, a large fire is
- 43:36burning at the predovska power plant in
- 43:38the city of Nepro after it was hit by
- 43:41numerous Russian Iskander M ballistic
- 43:43misses. This is evidenced by NASA firms
- 43:46data and photos from the city. So the
- 43:49Russians according to this fire
- 43:51according to this fire anomaly attacked
- 43:53these territory. So this substation so
- 43:56as you can see there are a lots of let's
- 43:58say um equipment that connects this
- 44:01power station where the city of Nepron
- 44:03probably with the mainland with the rest
- 44:05of Ukraine and we can see this
- 44:06facilities. So the Russians once again
- 44:09we're attacking this territory mainly
- 44:11and the fire normally was recorded right
- 44:14exactly at this place. So it's very
- 44:16difficult to save from this let's say
- 44:18configuration from this polygon whether
- 44:21the Russians managed to destroy
- 44:22completely this power station or the
- 44:24power station was just damaged
- 44:26significantly damaged sorry some
- 44:28something like this. Another important
- 44:31part of the shi of neurro that was
- 44:33attacked is the territory in the most
- 44:36northwestern part of the shi but this
- 44:38time according to information we have
- 44:40the Russians attacked uh the railway the
- 44:43railway depot. So most likely the
- 44:45Koreans were redeploying troops or
- 44:47forces further in the eastern direction
- 44:49towards the line of combat contact. And
- 44:51here we can see as you can see a very
- 44:53huge power anomaly. So according to this
- 44:56uh let's say video maybe 18 is missiles
- 45:00attack this territory but not the PNIska
- 45:03power station. So according to uh the
- 45:06sat fire anomaly and according to
- 45:09satellite data this territory is covered
- 45:11with a very huge fire as you can see uh
- 45:15there was probably the Russians were
- 45:16attacking this territory as you can see
- 45:18there is an industrial zone area a lot
- 45:21of warehouses lots of plants military
- 45:24facilities probably and the Russians
- 45:26were mainly attacking this territory so
- 45:29we've covered everything we managed to
- 45:31found out about the of deepro now
- 45:33let's move further
- 45:34And now let's talk about the Hark
- 45:37direction.
- 45:39During the previous nights, the Russ
- 45:41>> I think we're going to skip with
- 45:42Kharkov, but uh Kharkov, same thing.
- 45:44Talked about a couple of power plants up
- 45:46in there. And then he got to the front
- 45:48line advances along the eastern front
- 45:50and uh and the buffer zone that the
- 45:51Russians are building along there. And
- 45:54uh again, that is Military Summary
- 45:56channel. He's got uh 379,000
- 46:00subscribers and uh he does a pretty good
- 46:02job in all of his videos if you
- 46:04timelapse them and and you can watch the
- 46:07front advances over there. He he he goes
- 46:10out of his way to make sure that these
- 46:12um uh what do you call it? uh that these
- 46:15videos and the in the information that
- 46:18he receives is geolloccated and uh uh
- 46:23that backed up also like the two power
- 46:26plants he shows the mayor of Kiev
- 46:28talking about in Nepo nepro he had two
- 46:31uh Nepro Petrosk he had two uh satellite
- 46:36uh verifications that he had and those
- 46:38were uh those were necessary right and
- 46:42and so there's huge fires burning at
- 46:45both a dipper patrol power station and
- 46:47this huge
- 46:50multi-line
- 46:51probably uh it looks like on the
- 46:54satellite imagery and it's a huge train
- 46:58station huge train depot for cargo for
- 47:01uh people too and uh uh Eastern Europe
- 47:04has great train stations and Russia's
- 47:06got you know Russia Ukraine had ve very
- 47:08very good train stations and uh uh these
- 47:11this is an enormous train station in
- 47:13Neop Petrok a very large hub and uh he
- 47:17said it's burning and it's burning over
- 47:19a huge area and so two huge fires in
- 47:23Nipper Petrok the infrastructure of
- 47:25Ukraine is sorely damaged the people are
- 47:28suffering dramatically and this war
- 47:31needs to end and uh pumping up war Mr. H
- 47:35Seth pumping up. Oh jeez, let's go. Raw
- 47:39rah rah. We got a bigger wiener than you
- 47:42do is not the way to uh resolve a
- 47:46conflict unfortunately. And uh uh you
- 47:49know the president of peace I don't
- 47:51believe really exists in in in the form
- 47:54that they say he did at the beginning. I
- 47:57I think Venezuela
- 47:59uh you know
- 48:01took care of that impression that people
- 48:03may have had and uh uh and this talk
- 48:06about Greenland and now now we're seeing
- 48:09the real efforts which are Lindsey
- 48:12Graham driven. I mean he wants to go
- 48:14into uh you know he and uh Rubio want to
- 48:17go after Iran too. Why don't we start
- 48:20three or four more we wars for the next
- 48:2220 years. Why don't we do that? That's
- 48:24good for America. It's good for the same
- 48:26old money grubbers that it has been for
- 48:28for decades. That's for sure. And I am
- 48:31anti- that. I am pro- strength, pro-
- 48:34military, anti-war. But you can't pump
- 48:37up the military-industrial complex
- 48:39without active active conflict. So, we
- 48:43create our own conflict to make sure
- 48:45that the politicians get the right
- 48:47backing. You know, that's what this is
- 48:49all about. Maybe that's cynical, but
- 48:52that's what it is. Same old thing, just
- 48:54a different crew running it. That's my
- 48:57thought process on that. Uh let's go
- 49:01back. Let's find another couple of
- 49:03things I wanted to talk about a little
- 49:05bit. Um
- 49:08uh by the way, Rut has said as well
- 49:11before I get to that new uh that new uh
- 49:14line of thought that I wanted to get to
- 49:17uh NATO um the secretary general and R
- 49:21was over there. He the nations they plan
- 49:23to deploy troops to Ukraine once the
- 49:26conflict is over said secretary general
- 49:28Mark Garuta. Moscow maintains that
- 49:30sending in western military units is
- 49:32only going to escalate the conflict.
- 49:34They're not going to agree to it. They
- 49:36don't want it. That's not part of their
- 49:38idea of peace. Um and it will be a
- 49:41direct confrontation between Russia and
- 49:43NATO. But Hegathth, you heard him. He's
- 49:46driving for that. He wants that. He
- 49:48wants conflict between NATO and Russia
- 49:51because that means America gets to sell
- 49:53NATO more weapons. Uh but the Europeans
- 49:56don't want to do it unless they have
- 49:57military backing from America, which
- 50:00means military soldiers from America
- 50:04that could go hoowah and run over to
- 50:07Ukraine and start, you know, killing
- 50:09killing Russians. Hope in their mind,
- 50:11right? This is this is escalation talk.
- 50:15That's what this is. Uh Kiev's European
- 50:17backers continuously lobby to send
- 50:19soldiers as a means of guaranteeing
- 50:21Ukraine security. Some European allies
- 50:24announced that they will deploy troops
- 50:26to Ukraine after a deal is reached, said
- 50:29Secretary General Mark Ruta in a speech
- 50:31to Ukrainian Parliament Tuesday. Troops
- 50:33on the ground, jets in the air, ships on
- 50:36the Black Sea. The United States is
- 50:38going to be the backs stop.
- 50:41Yeah. So that's that is what NATO heads
- 50:45are saying. The US is the backs stop.
- 50:49That's what they're saying that that we
- 50:52are there. So Trump goes in, pushes for
- 50:545% adjustment. Says he's going to lower
- 50:57the number of troops in uh American
- 50:59troops in Europe, which I think needs to
- 51:02happen. I've always thought that over
- 51:03the last 20, 30 years, I've thought that
- 51:05needed to happen. In the meantime, the
- 51:06US-led military block is assisting,
- 51:09equipping, and training the Ukrainian
- 51:11armed forces in sending billions of
- 51:14dollars of critical US military hardware
- 51:17to Ukraine, said Rut. Russia warns that
- 51:21it treats any NATO soldiers sent to
- 51:24Ukraine as legitimate targets for
- 51:25strikes. The deployment of of Western
- 51:27military units, facilities, warehouses,
- 51:30and other infrastructure in Ukraine is
- 51:32unacceptable to us. By the way, it
- 51:35always has been and will be considered
- 51:37foreign intervention that poses a direct
- 51:40threat to Russia's security. Russian
- 51:42minister uh foreign minister Sergey
- 51:44Lavough told journalists Monday, "Moscow
- 51:47has long seen the conflict of a NATO
- 51:49proxy war against Russia carried out
- 51:52using Western material and Ukrainian
- 51:54manpower or lack thereof. Now, Ukraine's
- 51:58ambition to join the NATO and NATO's
- 52:01expansion toward Russia are among the
- 52:03fundamental the root causes of the
- 52:06current conflict. According to U uh
- 52:09Sergey Lavough and Moscow, and they've
- 52:12been consistent in this forever. One of
- 52:15Russia's key peace demands is that
- 52:17Ukraine embrace neutrality, give up its
- 52:19NATO membership ambition. a goal Moscow
- 52:22says it is ready to continue pursu and
- 52:24you know a goal that Moscow says it is
- 52:26ready to continue pursuing militarily in
- 52:30the event Kiev refuses to compromise on
- 52:32that issue. So those are the big issues
- 52:34the two big ones are NATO membership
- 52:36neutrality and and recognition of
- 52:41realities on the ground. Now, as a huge
- 52:43part of that recognition that Russia and
- 52:46Russian citizens and Russian culture
- 52:49isn't the enemy of Ukraine, cuz it's
- 52:51not. And and and they're they're you
- 52:54know, this uh treating this culture the
- 52:58way that uh is is has been done for at
- 53:01least the last
- 53:03five years all over the planet and for
- 53:06the last 30 in Ukraine itself is just
- 53:10wrong. you know, they act like they're
- 53:12not uh
- 53:15uh
- 53:17they're not related, you know, that
- 53:19they're not closely related and share a
- 53:23common history. It's it's nonsense. Um
- 53:27here here's, you know, here here's more
- 53:30escalation talk for you. You ready?
- 53:32Ukraine strikes Russian homes with
- 53:34US-made missiles. You know, that's tell
- 53:37you, we read that earlier in the in the
- 53:41uh show that that this is what's
- 53:44happening. They're using US missiles to
- 53:46bomb inside of Russia right now.
- 53:48According to the Russians, that's what's
- 53:51happening.
- 53:53Crazy crazy stuff. Uh meanwhile, if you
- 53:58want something a tiny bit lighter, um
- 54:02you know, it's uh here we go. Let's uh
- 54:05let's get to this. A tiny well, it's not
- 54:07light at all. It's nonsense. But the
- 54:10FIFA president has been added to
- 54:12Ukraine's kill list that uh Giani
- 54:15Infantino has been accused of
- 54:18humanitarian aggression after
- 54:20criticizing the ban of Russian uh
- 54:24football players, soccer players. FIFA
- 54:26president Giani Infantino is added to
- 54:29the kill list maintained by Ukraine's
- 54:31Mirait
- 54:33statebacked website. Mirait uh you know
- 54:36is uh uh the website that most people
- 54:39call the kill list because of how many
- 54:41people have ended up dead that were on
- 54:43that list. You know, assassinated,
- 54:45killed, you know, whatever. They publish
- 54:47personal personal data about individuals
- 54:50it labels as enemies of the state of
- 54:52Ukraine. The website accuses Infantino
- 54:55of humanitarian aggression against
- 54:57Ukraine and systemic support and
- 55:00cooperation with Russia. He's a freaking
- 55:03soccer official.
- 55:07He runs FIFA.
- 55:09It has to do with soccer. And now he's
- 55:12accused of uh of consorting with the en
- 55:15enemy basically and put on a kill list.
- 55:18and he's helping to spread Russian
- 55:20propaganda by allowing soccer players
- 55:23from Russia. I'm very much against this
- 55:25nonsense. And they've done it for people
- 55:28that are musicians. They've done it for
- 55:30uh conductors of uh symphonies. Now
- 55:33they're doing it for soccer. They've
- 55:35done, you know, they've accused they've
- 55:36they've cut off any ability for any uh
- 55:39soccer players or or uh hockey players.
- 55:42Some of the best in the world, you know,
- 55:44they added uh what's his name? the guy
- 55:47from uh
- 55:49has the most goals in hockey. Man, I
- 55:52can't remember his name off top of my
- 55:53head here, but in 2019, Russian uh
- 55:56President Putin awarded Infantino the
- 55:58Order of Friendship. Ukrainian officials
- 56:00have attacked Infantino for expressing
- 56:02the hope in a recent interview that
- 56:05Russian football players could again be
- 56:06allowed to participate in international
- 56:09competitions. He said that such bans and
- 56:11boycots create more frustration and
- 56:14hatred.
- 56:16You're not allowed to make such uh uh
- 56:19consiliatory statements to say, you
- 56:21know, perhaps we should all just get
- 56:23along. Oh, you're going on the enemy
- 56:25kill list. You're an enemy. If you don't
- 56:28condemn Russia, you're our enemy.
- 56:30Nonsense. Nonsense. to try to get people
- 56:33to uh work together in some respect or
- 56:36to, you know, you could argue that
- 56:38soccer is a
- 56:41uh uh friendly a uh you know, why don't
- 56:45we take it out on the soccer field
- 56:47instead of carrying weapons and blowing
- 56:49people up, you know? Why do why why do
- 56:52we attempt that?
- 56:54You know, why don't we use it as an
- 56:57inroad toward a peace effort? something.
- 57:00Culture has a way of doing that.
- 57:03Understanding other people and their
- 57:06point of view can help in that regard.
- 57:09But oh no, we got to put you on a kill
- 57:11list. Why? Because we're Ukraine. That's
- 57:13it. They they are extremely
- 57:17nationalist.
- 57:19You know, I had made a whole bunch of
- 57:20friends and even started talking with
- 57:22Ukrainians on my little uh my Russian
- 57:25channel, uh my Russian language, u
- 57:29YouTube channel. And I plan to start
- 57:31that up again here recently. I haven't
- 57:33done anything on it for five, six months
- 57:35because of timing and a couple other
- 57:37things, but I'm going to start up again
- 57:39hopefully this Friday. uh use the hour
- 57:43that I don't do Fridays on DAM radio in
- 57:46international flavor in English to do my
- 57:49um video shot and then put the
- 57:51recordings of it in Russian uh because I
- 57:54do it in Russian and and I'll put that
- 57:56on my internationalflavor.com
- 58:00uh podcasts for Friday, but I won't
- 58:02obviously I'm in America. I won't I
- 58:04won't broadcast on damn radio. It's not
- 58:08like we have a lot of Russian listeners.
- 58:10And uh if they do, it's usually through
- 58:12my uh internationalflavor.com
- 58:14website and not the other. And I do plan
- 58:16on getting started with that uh again on
- 58:19hopefully Friday. I think I'm almost
- 58:21ready. I almost did it last Friday, but
- 58:23it wasn't quite ready. So, I'm going to
- 58:25uh try to get that done for this Friday.
- 58:27And I've been trying to get it organized
- 58:29and uh have the video done properly and
- 58:33that kind of thing. I'm not I'm not
- 58:34pleased with my mini studio that I've
- 58:37created and uh uh for video purposes and
- 58:40so I'm trying to get that done uh over
- 58:43the next day or two and hopefully um
- 58:45Friday do it. if not the first time will
- 58:47be next Friday and that YouTube channel
- 58:50is Samuel Trap YouTube SamuTrap and uh
- 58:55uh that and it's um meus which is the
- 58:59word international words international
- 59:01flavor uh narusum in Russian and uh I
- 59:05will uh do that show in Russian once a
- 59:08week and uh hopefully get back to
- 59:10regular regular broadcast of that. I
- 59:13used to do it uh a short short 20
- 59:16minutes every day, eight minutes a day,
- 59:18something like that, you know, that I
- 59:19would put out. Anyway, Ukrainian foreign
- 59:21minister Andre Sabiga labeled the global
- 59:24football chief a moral de degenerate.
- 59:29This is how Ukraine's saying it. The
- 59:30FIFA chief is a moral degenerate because
- 59:34he says that bans and boycots create
- 59:36frustration and hatred.
- 59:39Russian athletes were barred from most
- 59:41global sporting events, including FIFA
- 59:44and UEFA competitions following the
- 59:47outbreak of uh well the escalation of
- 59:49the conflict in February 2022. Moscow
- 59:52denounces these bans, as do I, as
- 59:55discriminatory and a violation of the
- 59:57Olympic charter. Sports and the Olympic
- 1:00:00movement should never be publicized. And
- 1:00:02by the way, it's never been publicized
- 1:00:05before.
- 1:00:06This is the first time it's been
- 1:00:08publicized and people have been said you
- 1:00:11don't get to participate.
- 1:00:14It's it's nonsense truly. Um you know
- 1:00:17they shouldn't be politicized said
- 1:00:19Dmitri Pescov Tuesday. Miraitz, which
- 1:00:22operates independently but maintains
- 1:00:24close ties to Ukrainian security
- 1:00:26services, has been branded a kill list
- 1:00:29after multiple people featured on it
- 1:00:32were later murdered or killed under
- 1:00:34suspicious circumstances.
- 1:00:36Each entry notably includes a date of
- 1:00:41elimination field beneath the subject's
- 1:00:44birth date. So once they're dead, they
- 1:00:46put a stamp on it and say eliminated.
- 1:00:49Tell me that's not a kill list.
- 1:00:53Yeah, nonsense. Um, it's it I I I don't
- 1:00:57like these things. I just don't like it.
- 1:01:00Um, what else do we have? Um,
- 1:01:05we have Gaddafi's son was has now been
- 1:01:08assassinated. Have you heard about that
- 1:01:10yet? Uh, Sif Islam Gaddafi was shot in
- 1:01:14his own garden. uh a son of the former
- 1:01:17Libyan leader Muamar Gaddafi was
- 1:01:19assassinated. He was killed by four
- 1:01:21people who quickly fled the scene after
- 1:01:23shooting him in his garden. A family
- 1:01:26source told Al Arabia. According to
- 1:01:28media reports, for the last several
- 1:01:30years, he'd been living in hiding in
- 1:01:32Libya. In 2015, Libyan court sentenced
- 1:01:35Sif al-Islam to death for his role in a
- 1:01:37crackdown on protests in the 2011 unrest
- 1:01:40that led to downfall of his father's
- 1:01:42government. on international criminal
- 1:01:43court charged him with crimes against
- 1:01:45humanity. He was released in 2017 as
- 1:01:48general amnesty in 2021. He registered
- 1:01:50as a candidate for the presidential
- 1:01:52election scheduled for December. Vault
- 1:01:54ultimately collapsed amid political
- 1:01:57deadlock. Uh Muhammad Gaddafi uh took
- 1:02:00power in 1969 and ruled the oil rich
- 1:02:02country uh until he was killed in 2011
- 1:02:06by insurgent back by back by whom? by
- 1:02:10the US-led military intervention.
- 1:02:13As usual, Libya has since experienced
- 1:02:16intermittent civil war, remains divided.
- 1:02:18Of course, US doesn't give a crap about
- 1:02:20that. It's just what can we get
- 1:02:22temporarily for all this stuff between
- 1:02:25rival governments in the east and west.
- 1:02:26Presidential and parliamentary elections
- 1:02:28are repeatedly postponed as political
- 1:02:30tension persists and will in spite of
- 1:02:34the US trying to dictate what they will
- 1:02:37do in that country and engaging in
- 1:02:40regime change if people aren't uh uh
- 1:02:44what do you call it don't allow
- 1:02:46themselves to be dominated by the US
- 1:02:49military industrial complex that are is
- 1:02:55the act. So, there you have it. What
- 1:02:58else do we have? There's another one.
- 1:03:00Let's Why don't we go back to Iraq?
- 1:03:02Let's Let's do that. Okay. The US is now
- 1:03:05threatening Iraq again over who's
- 1:03:07running that country. Okay.
- 1:03:10US is warning Iraq of possible economic
- 1:03:13repercussions if Prime Minister Nuri al-
- 1:03:16Maliki returns to power, said Bloomberg
- 1:03:20on Tuesday. Last month, the Shiite block
- 1:03:22in parliament nominated the 75-year-old
- 1:03:25al- Maliki, who Washington views as too
- 1:03:28close to Iran for a third term, would to
- 1:03:31secure his return once a new president
- 1:03:34is elected. Al-Maliki served two
- 1:03:36consecutive terms as prime minister from
- 1:03:38' 06 to 2014, the first leader to do so
- 1:03:41since the 2003 US-led invasion and
- 1:03:44previously has held other cabinet posts.
- 1:03:47The White House stepped up pressure on
- 1:03:49Baghdad in recent days, said people
- 1:03:52familiar with the outlet. So, here we
- 1:03:53are again starting our foundations for
- 1:03:57for what regime change for dictating who
- 1:04:01will be there. Uh, it's, you know, the
- 1:04:03the the names may have been changed, but
- 1:04:06the apparatus still exists. Maybe US
- 1:04:10Agency for International Development
- 1:04:12doesn't exist, but trust me, they're
- 1:04:14still funding the NOS's and the and the
- 1:04:17uh boots on the ground sort of types
- 1:04:19that collect all the money from the US
- 1:04:22to engage in regime change there. That's
- 1:04:25what we are doing and I don't think we
- 1:04:26should be none of our freaking business
- 1:04:28and uh uh and warned that Al Malik's
- 1:04:30return will prompt financial measures
- 1:04:33including limits on oil export revenues.
- 1:04:36The leverage dates back to the aftermath
- 1:04:38of a catastrophic US invasion of Iraq,
- 1:04:42which placed oil proceeds under US
- 1:04:45oversight. Gee, there's a surprise. And
- 1:04:47gave Washington supervision over 90% of
- 1:04:50the country's budget.
- 1:04:52Exports are deposited in an account at a
- 1:04:55Federal Reserve Bank in New York in the
- 1:04:57name of Iraq's finance ministry and
- 1:04:59managed by the central bank funding
- 1:05:01salaries, pension, and government
- 1:05:02spending. Trump Donald Donovan has
- 1:05:06warned that Washington would no longer
- 1:05:09help Iraq if Al Maliki returns to
- 1:05:13office. They accuse him of pursuing
- 1:05:16insane policies and ideologies. Iran has
- 1:05:20reportedly urged its Iraqi political
- 1:05:22allies to resist US pressure. Al Maliki
- 1:05:25denounces what he calls Washington's
- 1:05:28blatant interference, insisting that the
- 1:05:31choice of prime minister is a sovereign
- 1:05:33matter. Oh, really? You going to do your
- 1:05:37own stuff? Not if Donald Donovan and
- 1:05:39company uh you know the neocons which
- 1:05:42he's currently uh uh subjected himself
- 1:05:45to are allowed to act, which they are.
- 1:05:49uh under Iraq's uh power sharing system,
- 1:05:53the premiership is reserved for a Shiite
- 1:05:55politician, while the presidency and
- 1:05:57parliamentary speaker post go to a Kurd
- 1:05:59and a Sunni, respectively. The Kurds
- 1:06:02feel abandoned, by the way, by the US,
- 1:06:04but we'll get into that another day. The
- 1:06:05politician spent 25 years in exile and
- 1:06:08returned after the US toppled Saddam
- 1:06:11Hussein's Sunni government. He
- 1:06:13participated in the USbacked
- 1:06:16debatification program which critics say
- 1:06:20fueled sectarian violence and Sunni
- 1:06:22radicalization.
- 1:06:24The US invasion and its aftermath has
- 1:06:27caused widespread violence and
- 1:06:29disruption across Iraq with multiple
- 1:06:32surveys suggesting hundreds of thousands
- 1:06:35of death and long-term social economic
- 1:06:39consequences.
- 1:06:42As usual, we aren't leaving countries
- 1:06:46better off. We're just taking the
- 1:06:49resources and leaving.
- 1:06:52As an American, you should be offended
- 1:06:55by this type of behavior and theft on a
- 1:06:58global scale. That's all this is. We do
- 1:07:01it backed by the military. We've been
- 1:07:03doing it for decades. That's how the
- 1:07:06system works.
- 1:07:08And if you like that, fine. You know,
- 1:07:10who am I to complain? If you you like it
- 1:07:13that way, if you think that's how we
- 1:07:15should be doing things, also more power
- 1:07:17to you. I disagree and these are my
- 1:07:20thoughts. Mine alone, nobody else gets
- 1:07:23to put them into my head. But this I
- 1:07:25only tell you what I believe to be true.
- 1:07:28I don't make crap up. I don't go out and
- 1:07:31stretch it for some other reason. I
- 1:07:33disagree and always have. And I feel,
- 1:07:38how do I want to put it?
- 1:07:41Sometimes it depresses me that uh I
- 1:07:44engaged in something uh u that I thought
- 1:07:48was very very worthwhile as a uh a
- 1:07:52diplomatic interpreter for uh basically
- 1:07:55a state department organization
- 1:07:58uh called the onsite inspection agency
- 1:08:01which I believe now is called the
- 1:08:02nuclear threat reduction agency but I
- 1:08:05haven't looked recently but I believe
- 1:08:06that's what they changed the name to and
- 1:08:09uh we were engag engaged in eliminating
- 1:08:13eliminating nuclear weapons worldwide.
- 1:08:16We were uh disarming and starting to
- 1:08:21build a uh kinder n world.
- 1:08:26Those are long gone. Part of me feels
- 1:08:29like you know 15 years of my youth was
- 1:08:33wasted on something that uh was you know
- 1:08:35is now completely reversed. None of
- 1:08:38those treaties that all of them have
- 1:08:39been aband almost all of them have been
- 1:08:41abandoned by us by America. We just h
- 1:08:45well you know that's not important
- 1:08:46anymore. And uh we nothing that we did
- 1:08:49in the '9s that while I was involved in
- 1:08:52all this stuff was uh has been uh turned
- 1:08:56into reality. You know we still treated
- 1:08:59uh uh Russia especially Russia as an
- 1:09:03enemy and tried to take over. We treated
- 1:09:06them like wicked stepchildren. Took over
- 1:09:08all of Eastern Europe. Expanded NATO
- 1:09:11when we said we wouldn't. And all of the
- 1:09:13things that the Russians say in this
- 1:09:15regard are absolutely true. And but
- 1:09:20nobody wants to listen to it. Certainly
- 1:09:22Marco Rubio doesn't. And certainly the
- 1:09:24the guys that's that are running all
- 1:09:27this nonsense on the American side, the
- 1:09:30Lindsey Grahammers of the planet who
- 1:09:32love their war and Marco Rubio. I count
- 1:09:35in that fold, by the way. And it appears
- 1:09:38Hegath is there as well, but uh I'll
- 1:09:40reserve judgment on that. I didn't think
- 1:09:43he was uh
- 1:09:46important enough to be involved in that
- 1:09:49stuff, but boy, he is now. And and he's
- 1:09:53he's saying, "I love war. I love war.
- 1:09:56I'm the I'm the war man." And he changes
- 1:09:59the name and everything. Anyway, I'm
- 1:10:00babbling on that on that regard. And we
- 1:10:02only have about 20 minutes. I I kind of
- 1:10:04wanted to get to something a lot more
- 1:10:07local in the final bit of the show. And
- 1:10:10I told you recently about this and I'm
- 1:10:13going to begin with this because it is
- 1:10:16Wednesday and this is the uh greatest
- 1:10:19day in radio history that occurs every
- 1:10:22Wednesday on DAM radio and I am going to
- 1:10:26try to uh speak about this. I I was
- 1:10:29thinking
- 1:10:30I was also thinking of of of keeping my
- 1:10:33Friday show but changing it and doing it
- 1:10:36more
- 1:10:39local more Missouri focused maybe more
- 1:10:43Florida focused I still got a lot of
- 1:10:45ties down there Florida and Missouri and
- 1:10:48legal and civic outlawsy I you know
- 1:10:52we've we've begun these two new
- 1:10:54organizations
- 1:10:56which I am uh very much involved olved
- 1:10:58in uh Civic Outlaws which is a 501c3
- 1:11:03which is a charity and uh go to
- 1:11:05civicoutlaws.com the uh the basic
- 1:11:10very good very nice website is out there
- 1:11:13and it shows some of our current
- 1:11:15activities
- 1:11:17attacking government overreach. Uh we
- 1:11:20have many uh well fi four or five um
- 1:11:24current
- 1:11:25endeavors that we are some we're very
- 1:11:28deep into already and others are just
- 1:11:30getting started but we're we're and we
- 1:11:33have several more in the pipeline. You
- 1:11:35know things that we're looking at that
- 1:11:37uh people are beginning to uh to uh take
- 1:11:40notice of. And uh you go out to our
- 1:11:42civic outlaws website and uh have a look
- 1:11:47at the alcohol tobacco control issue
- 1:11:52which uh we've uploaded some of the
- 1:11:55documents involved some of the overreach
- 1:11:57that is going on in that department.
- 1:11:59Some of the anti-women um activities
- 1:12:03that they are engaged in certainly
- 1:12:05government overreach. The world is
- 1:12:07changing and and it just is. And uh you
- 1:12:11can stay on top of it. Uh because
- 1:12:15attacking government overreach is the
- 1:12:19duty of a citizen of the country. You
- 1:12:23know, limiting government power is
- 1:12:28something that should be in the
- 1:12:29interests of all Americans.
- 1:12:32And uh we are making those efforts and
- 1:12:35we we've made some pretty good strides
- 1:12:37in it. and we're not afraid to uh to
- 1:12:40engage in more. If you have more things
- 1:12:42you'd like to talk about, go out to
- 1:12:44civicoutlaws.com,
- 1:12:46check out our website and send us uh you
- 1:12:50know, my my email is samuel
- 1:12:52tcivicoutlaws.com
- 1:12:56and uh uh you know, if you have issues
- 1:12:59to send, you can also upload them on
- 1:13:01civicoutlaws.com.
- 1:13:03But more importantly, we are building uh
- 1:13:08as I've talked to well, more importantly
- 1:13:09to me anyway is uh is building what what
- 1:13:14uh we call
- 1:13:16the modern law
- 1:13:18uh ecosystem
- 1:13:21and the practice of law is changing.
- 1:13:24There's no doubt and there are
- 1:13:26discussions nationwide in this regard
- 1:13:29and there are efforts nationwide in this
- 1:13:33regard and I've been keeping track of
- 1:13:35this because it's important to me and uh
- 1:13:38it's important to me the the BS way that
- 1:13:42Missouri has uh engaged in the practice
- 1:13:44of law and the lack of u regulation and
- 1:13:49oversight of certain programs of the
- 1:13:52Missouri bar and the bureaucratic
- 1:13:55BS that they engage in to go and destroy
- 1:13:58the livelihoods of attorneys, former
- 1:14:01attorneys, people that are trying to get
- 1:14:03admitted to the practice of law and the
- 1:14:05horrific structure and the targeting of
- 1:14:09particular attorneys such as me and the
- 1:14:12the efforts to cease them cease to allow
- 1:14:17them to even make a living
- 1:14:20nationwide. by the way, by by uh
- 1:14:25cryptic, opaque systems just like any
- 1:14:29other government overreach. But the uh
- 1:14:32the bar is a special animal because they
- 1:14:35aren't technically a government agency.
- 1:14:38But they have far more power and no
- 1:14:42oversight of any kind except by private
- 1:14:46private individuals. It's nonsense. if
- 1:14:48it's going to be have the power of the
- 1:14:50government, there ought to be a way to
- 1:14:52attack it. And there isn't
- 1:14:55any. There's none. And uh so you can't
- 1:14:58really do it. So that is part of it. And
- 1:15:01so I'm being
- 1:15:03as the chief principal, the director of
- 1:15:07operations for the modern law ecosystem.
- 1:15:11I'm being particularly careful. I am
- 1:15:13being open. It's we are we are on for
- 1:15:17our part are going to be transparent and
- 1:15:21uh we're creating an ecosystem where
- 1:15:25attorneys
- 1:15:27can cooperate. Co changed the world.
- 1:15:30Everybody knows that and and AI is
- 1:15:33changing the world even now. And uh we
- 1:15:37are on the cutting edge of that at
- 1:15:40modern law ecosystem and we are
- 1:15:43developing our own platform to allow the
- 1:15:47interchange of ideas of philosophies and
- 1:15:50uh you know we'll take some uh some um
- 1:15:55knowledge some questions on what we are
- 1:15:57building and we want to base it upon uh
- 1:16:01things uh and and and perhaps I could
- 1:16:03give a lecture on it someday because
- 1:16:05I've done a ton ton of research on this
- 1:16:08topic and uh I would love to share it
- 1:16:11and frankly I think uh you know I might
- 1:16:13I might host a couple of uh a couple of
- 1:16:17seminars on it somewhere you know rent a
- 1:16:20room at the next uh bar conferences and
- 1:16:23uh get a room nearby and say hey if
- 1:16:26you're interested in the future of the
- 1:16:28practice of law you need to come check
- 1:16:30out the modern law ecosystem because we
- 1:16:33are building a platform where for the
- 1:16:36interchange of ideas and the interchange
- 1:16:40that free up a lot of people are working
- 1:16:43out of their homes now. A lot of
- 1:16:45attorneys are doing it. A lot of
- 1:16:47parallegals, a lot of legal
- 1:16:48professionals uh you know many many many
- 1:16:51courts are allowing people to appear by
- 1:16:53Zoom. There are new structures that are
- 1:16:56happening and are occurring. rules are
- 1:16:58being modified and changed and and and I
- 1:17:02trust me I am trying to stay very much
- 1:17:05on top of what these rules are and how
- 1:17:08they work and the interplay between them
- 1:17:11because it's important to me. I think
- 1:17:13the practice of law is still even though
- 1:17:15they screwed me hard and and uh you know
- 1:17:18I'm never going to recover from that.
- 1:17:21You know, it it it's BS what they did to
- 1:17:23me and I'd be happy to chat about it
- 1:17:25with anyone who's interested, but we're
- 1:17:27doing it publicly. I'm tired of these
- 1:17:30backroom BS nonsense things. You want to
- 1:17:32quiz me, quiz me. You want to send me a
- 1:17:35a bar complaint
- 1:17:38who I won't name yet. I told you about
- 1:17:40it before. You want to send these
- 1:17:42things? Let's Let's do it openly. Let's
- 1:17:44discuss it openly. I'm tired of this
- 1:17:48hiding behind the stuff where people get
- 1:17:50to say evil things about me that just
- 1:17:53aren't true and they get to allege
- 1:17:57things against me and I don't get to
- 1:17:58defend myself. They get to create
- 1:18:01articles about me, ship them off the
- 1:18:03newspapers and act as if they are true
- 1:18:06and they never even get an opposing
- 1:18:08point of view. And I'm telling you, I've
- 1:18:11had it. My reputation has been
- 1:18:13destroyed. My livelihood has been
- 1:18:15destroyed. My life in many respects has
- 1:18:18been destroyed and I was nothing but
- 1:18:21open and uh you know I have my disputes.
- 1:18:24I'm pretty open about them. I think I've
- 1:18:26been quite open about my thoughts on
- 1:18:28this matter all the way to the United
- 1:18:30States Supreme Court and I believe they
- 1:18:33all got it wrong. Just because I lost
- 1:18:36doesn't mean they're not wrong. It means
- 1:18:39they're protecting they're protecting a
- 1:18:42structure that's BS. That doesn't mean
- 1:18:45it's right. It's not. You know, there
- 1:18:47are people that lose all the time. There
- 1:18:49are people in prison that don't belong
- 1:18:51there. And if you believe everybody
- 1:18:52that's in prison belongs there, you
- 1:18:55know, I got to tell you, you're wrong.
- 1:18:57It's not that's not how it is. Money
- 1:19:00gets you out of things. Connections get
- 1:19:02you out of things. That is history in
- 1:19:05America. It's reality in America. And
- 1:19:08don't go thinking that it's not because
- 1:19:10it is. And so I I I encourage you to
- 1:19:14become familiar with the modern law
- 1:19:16ecosystem structure because the practice
- 1:19:19of law is changing and we are at the
- 1:19:22forefront of it and I intend to stay
- 1:19:25there and I intend to uh to uh
- 1:19:31continue to be at the front of it. I I
- 1:19:34want to discuss these things. There are
- 1:19:37some serious backers of some of the
- 1:19:40things that we are attempting to
- 1:19:41accomplish at modern law ecosystems and
- 1:19:45you know there are
- 1:19:47protections that we are putting in
- 1:19:49place. We are uh we are how many months
- 1:19:53into this and we haven't taken on a
- 1:19:55single uh we're we're still we're we're
- 1:19:58we're prepared and we have plenty in the
- 1:20:01in the background waiting to be part of
- 1:20:04this. when I say I'm comfortable doing
- 1:20:06so, but it's, you know, that that we are
- 1:20:09taking attorneys to work in our group
- 1:20:12and that we are going to uh uh do the
- 1:20:17similar for you. I encourage you to go
- 1:20:20out to if you're an attorney especially
- 1:20:22and if you're an attorney that wants to
- 1:20:24discuss this and and come up with a a
- 1:20:27practical solution for your own law
- 1:20:29office, give me a call, send me an
- 1:20:31email. Well, I'd be happy to chat about
- 1:20:33it and and discuss what efforts we have
- 1:20:36undergone, how we protect ourselves and
- 1:20:40your decisionmaking ability as an
- 1:20:42attorney. I don't practice law anymore.
- 1:20:45I don't sell I don't uh sell hours to
- 1:20:48clients. I don't do any of that stuff. I
- 1:20:50don't give legal advice anymore. I don't
- 1:20:52do any of that. Uh in fact, screw that.
- 1:20:55If I'm subject to the to the overreach
- 1:20:58of a bunch of bandits from Jefferson
- 1:21:01City, forget it. I'm not interested. If
- 1:21:03they if they can have uh lawless
- 1:21:06processes and come after people the way
- 1:21:09they came after me because I'm I don't
- 1:21:12know what, confrontational, because I'm
- 1:21:15uh blunt and brutal in the things that I
- 1:21:18say. Maybe I'm not the greatest of
- 1:21:21politicians.
- 1:21:23I'm not a politician. I never wanted to
- 1:21:26be. And remember, I used to play that
- 1:21:28for the opener of my show. I'm not a
- 1:21:30politician. I'm a businessman. And Dep
- 1:21:34mode song, by the way, just so you know.
- 1:21:36I wanted to kind of play I I there was a
- 1:21:38song I was looking for that I'm going to
- 1:21:40end the show with. I have to cut it off
- 1:21:42on uh on my internationalflavor.com
- 1:21:46website, but if you want to hear the
- 1:21:47song, you can get on to
- 1:21:48damradio.com/mpodcasts
- 1:21:52and listen to it there. And uh I have to
- 1:21:56go back to uh YouTube and find it. I
- 1:22:00found it earlier, but I've played around
- 1:22:02since then. Um, and but I want to uh
- 1:22:06play this as we as we end the show
- 1:22:12and uh see if we can uh
- 1:22:16uh I think this is the one.
- 1:22:20I believe so. Let me I got to play it in
- 1:22:23my own ear first so I see the right one.
- 1:22:26I think it is the right one. And and I
- 1:22:28just want to Yeah. And I want to play
- 1:22:31that, but it's the that'll be the last
- 1:22:33uh three minutes of the show. So, it
- 1:22:36shows up on u
- 1:22:38on uh and I but I think that's the
- 1:22:40that's too fast. I don't like that one.
- 1:22:43I think it's got to be the different
- 1:22:44one. And um maybe play it a little bit
- 1:22:47slower. Where's the long play version,
- 1:22:49Friends and Neighbors? I I tell you
- 1:22:52what, I'm grumpy this morning. But I'm
- 1:22:54pretty much done with the show. That is
- 1:22:56it. But we are going to play a song by
- 1:23:00uh uh Annabelle England. E N G L U N D.
- 1:23:06And it's a um kind of a remake of
- 1:23:09another song that uh I happen to like
- 1:23:13and listen to. Um I'm a fan of this type
- 1:23:17of music and of remixes. Uh, I have a
- 1:23:20lot of uh things on my playlists that
- 1:23:24are uh what do you call it? Um,
- 1:23:30dance beat. Um, I like I'm a a fan and
- 1:23:34I've been to see
- 1:23:37uh lots of techno. I went to one in
- 1:23:40Usbekistan that was freaking amazing and
- 1:23:43the tickets were like $7 here. Those
- 1:23:46tickets I went to one in St. Louis cost
- 1:23:48me 130 bucks to get to get into a a huge
- 1:23:53um open arena covering several blocks
- 1:23:57and uh where they had lots of music. It
- 1:24:00was a music festival going on and uh uh
- 1:24:03that was really cool but cost like $130
- 1:24:06for a ticket. And in Usuzbekiststan,
- 1:24:08very similar. Multiple um uh Paul Van
- 1:24:13Van Djk, Paul and some of the Tiestto,
- 1:24:16some of those um uh what do you call it?
- 1:24:19Um
- 1:24:21DJ sorts that play that type of music
- 1:24:23were all there. It was really cool. And
- 1:24:26uh and I like that stuff. I'm a little
- 1:24:28old for it, but I still like it. in and
- 1:24:30then Usbekistsan. You want to go see a
- 1:24:32see a concert like that, fly to
- 1:24:34Usbekiststan or fly to Kazakhstan or or
- 1:24:37somewhere like that and check out those
- 1:24:39uh uh high dollar performers in
- 1:24:43Usuzbekiststan. It'll cost a hell of a
- 1:24:45lot less and the food is cheaper,
- 1:24:47everything is cheaper. It's uh certainly
- 1:24:49well worth the effort. So, I wanted to
- 1:24:52tell you I very much appreciate you uh
- 1:24:56uh being with me on today's show. Uh
- 1:24:59we're going to play this uh
- 1:25:02version of Midnight Rapture for you as
- 1:25:07we leave and end the show today. Uh just
- 1:25:10because I like it and I heard it on my
- 1:25:13uh heard part of it on my way in this
- 1:25:16morning in one of my playlists at about
- 1:25:183:30 this morning cuz I don't sleep. And
- 1:25:20uh uh I thought, you know what? I'm
- 1:25:24going to find that and I'm going to play
- 1:25:25it. Now, this is a is not the right
- 1:25:27version. and I haven't been able to find
- 1:25:29the right version. Uh there's an
- 1:25:31official video and there's the the
- 1:25:33falling up video and and how it goes,
- 1:25:36but each one is a little bit different.
- 1:25:37And I want I want the right one. Um and
- 1:25:41so I'm going to play Let's make sure I
- 1:25:43got it teeded up correctly here, shall
- 1:25:46we? And and make sure that the song
- 1:25:49begins. All right.
- 1:25:52Yeah. Let's see. There we are. We are
- 1:25:56now officially teed up and ready to go.
- 1:26:01And so I will play this. I appreciate
- 1:26:03you being with me on um damradio.com.
- 1:26:07Please listen to all my prior shows at
- 1:26:09internationalflavor.com.

- 1:26:13be uploaded minus the Annabel England
- 1:26:16Midnight Rapture official video song
- 1:26:19from YouTube because uh uh on my on my
- 1:26:23podcast site, they don't like it when
- 1:26:25you put uh licensed stuff up there, but
- 1:26:26Damn Radio has all the proper licenses.
- 1:26:29So, you can go out to
