  I think what we're going to talk about today is a excellent

  And I had made a, a comment on there, which was the very, and I

  probably, I didn't listen to the whole thing before I made this

  comment, but I, so I made the comment probably 5 or 10 minutes

  in because the thing was, is I had already saw, you know, David

  But but anyway, yeah, so I already kind of heard him tell

  the story, what with the lawsuit or the fake lawsuit was about

  the arbitration. And you know, my first

  impressions were a couple of things that I saw.

  I was kind of on Devcon 5 when I was texting with Mike earlier

  today, and so I kind of wanted to share that in my e-mail a

  little bit. I'm not going to go word for

  word about what we. Well, go ahead and raise this
• 3:50
  comment. Real quick, so I basically what

  I wrote was I said zero respect for let's go Nash and young, no
• 3:57
  accountability for fanatics, eBay and arenas club.

  This is a waste of time. So I I guess it's showing my

  disappointment for not going past the agreement, you know,

  the sign up agreement or whatever the hell you want to
• 4:15
  call it. It was basically, you know, very
• 4:18
  confined to whatnot and to their terms of agreement.

  You know, it didn't go, it wasn't as broad as that what I
• 4:25
  felt I would have liked to see. And so I was disappointed when I

  wrote that and, and also had seen it with Gio and, and so

  like I, Mike had asked this as well, you know, he wanted to

  know, like, why is it that I'm mad at let's go?

  You know, he's a, and Mike has a relationship with him.

  I don't, I don't know the guy from Madam, but I, I, I respect

  him, as I said in our last our show over there.

  I mean, I certainly respect the guy as a, as an attorney and his

  ability and, and I'm sure he's going to win this case or he's

  going to win in arbitration some money for his clients, whoever

  signs up. So all the more power to him.

  But my point was is it's just not far reaching enough.

  It's a it's really an easy way out to kind of money grab in my

  in my opinion. So that's why I was disappointed

  and that's why I was just a little, I was upset.

  And at the time too, I'm, you know, getting ready for your

  show. I'm texting with Mike and he's

  probably at dinner or doing his thing.

  And I'm, I'm running around the house here trying to deal with

  people working around the house, you know, you know, my life over

  here. So I was a little, I was a

  little irritated by it, but that, that was really the, my,

  my first thoughts of the whole thing.

  I want everybody taken down. I I want all these mystery pack,

  if nothing else, be held to the standard that you're calling

  this gambling, for crying out loud.

  Let you need to follow the a little bit of a few rules, you

  know, instead of you're making just millions and millions of

  dollars. But pay.

  He already went on with with Gio in the morning.

  And then I told Mike, I mean, he says, well, Gio gets a lot of

  watchers. I go Gio is a scumbag breaker.

  He's the he should be implicated just like the guys from whatnot.

  He's on eBay live or fanatics and he's insulated by those
• 7:25
  multi billion dollar corporations, you know, So yeah,

  it pisses me off that he did that.

  That Mike, he didn't go on with MM has a a lot more watchers
• 7:36
  than Gio does. Gio's got the big podcast or
• 7:39
  whatever, but he doesn't have the watchers like Mike does.

  And Mike? Gio, He asked some good
• 7:45
  questions, but it was a conflict of interest.

  Man of. Course, and why would let's go

  go on with the breaker? Well, and then?

  Well, my point and Mike asked, he said well, and he made a

  good. You know, Mike is just he's an

  amazing guy and he much smart and look, there's a reason why

  he has a great channel. He's loved by everybody.

  And I'm not it's because I I'm a reactionary.

  I've got it when I get gut feelings and my book off it goes

  off. I don't control it.

  I don't try to control it. And as I've talked to you about

  in my personal life or when I meet somebody or in business,

  sometimes I think I tend to give people always the benefit of the

  doubt way too much. My wife is the one doesn't trust

  anybody. I don't, I have to run things by

  her and she says no, you need to get money up front from that guy

  or you need to do, you know, 'cause she's my buffer.

  Well, in this hobby, I have a gut feeling of things and I

  think that's what people like about.

  Well, they either like it or they don't like it, you know,

  and you're going to miss me when I'm gone.

  I'll tell you that right now, because nobody's going to speak

  the truth like I do. At least it's my truth and it's

  my gut feeling. And they've proven to be right

  more times than not. And that's why I share them

  with, with on screen here, to be honest with you, just because I

  feel that maybe one person will listen, maybe a couple people

  will say, yeah, you know, I, I have that same feeling.

  So my, my point with Geo was, is that it was such a conflict of

  interest that I, and I told Mike, I mean, well, what about

  fanatics? What about, you know, eBay, all

  these other companies and Arena Club and the, and the mystery

  packs. Well, Lesco's not doing anything
• 9:33
  with the mystery packs. Well, the mystery packs is part
• 9:35
  of the whatnot thing. Oh, is it?

  Yeah. But what about Arena Club, which

  is just basic slot machines and the other stupid thing with Jeff
• 9:43
  Wilson with PSA? Let somebody sue those guys.

  You know, if Lesco wants to do something and go out of his

  comfort zone where he never sues anybody of a hobby, he's a

  hobbyist. He reads us the, you know, the

  lawsuits. So I like I said, I respect

  that. And I mean, you know, like you

  said, if he can force a little bit of change.

  And Mike made a comment, commented to me too.

  He says, well, he says something about a birthday cake, you know,

  thanks for the birthday cake. How about 5 more, you know, like

  in other words, I'm not very appreciative of like the small

  little baby step. So you know, Mike is very well

  thought out and very, you know, calm and even and that's what we

  all love about them. That's why we love their

  channel. And so, you know, no, no

  disrespect to Mike. I personally, I was actually

  just saying that he deserved the damn interview first before Geo

  who's and he and Mike doesn't know Mike always he get he

  really does give everybody in the hobby the benefit of the

  doubt where I don't especially Gio, he said well, Gio's got a

  big audience. I go, yeah, but the guy, you

  know, I never forgive him for making an app and stealing two

  $2,000,000 a million from SGC, 1,000,000 from collectors.

  And he's going to build an app which was going to rival it was

  supposed to rival Whatnot, you know?

  And then he just, he bankrupts it, you know, and leaves all a

  bunch of people that are on his platform with all their on there

  and, you know, leaving them all pissing in the wind.

  And he takes his golden parachute, which I don't.

  He probably put some of his own money in.

  But the point was is like, you know, when you have a bankruptcy

  like that, you don't generally recover too quickly.

  Next thing you know, the guy's got 26 houses, you know, so none

  of that money from that $2,000,000 went into any of
• 11:37
  those buys to try to get it in the houses.

  They're all done with no money down or.

  Either that or that tells you how much Breakers make.

  They make exactly They're making a lot.

  He's making a lot of money handling.

  You do the math on these Breakers.

  And I like GR, I don't even begrudge the guy.

  He said do you think there are good Breakers out there?

  And he said absolutely. There are up, you know, guys

  that are up front that are, you know, legit and they do the

  hobby of, you know, a good deal. You know, people are buying into

  them. They're can't afford a hobby

  box. But here's the problem, they

  suck you in with that crap, dude.

  They suck you in at the at the dollar table over there in the

  casino and you're just having fun.

  I'm not going to, man. The first time I ever gambled, I

  was in college and my team, the Belmont College baseball team, a

  Southern Baptist university, we would go every year to Daytona

  Beach to play in spring break. There's a dog track down there

  and coach, our head coach, the one of the finest men I've ever

  met, would take us every year to the dog track.

  Well, man, I didn't know that Mom and dad had given me like

  $40 to last me the whole week. Now we you know, the school is

  paying for our meals and stuff. Man I have $40 was gone in 15.

  I blew that money. You know, we had guys.

  you're doing that and you're and then all of a sudden this little

  AD pops up and you're like, what's this?

  You mean I could what I could win a show held tiny rookie card

  and all I got to do is put $10 in it.

  Next thing you know, dude, money, money, money.

  And they got you and you're always thinking I'm one more

  play away from winning the big prize.

  And people get addicted to that. That's why these gambling sites,

  you have to have safeguards and it's almost like a pack of

  Whatnot has none of that crap. And so honestly, they ought to
