- 1:09Speaker 2: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank,
- 1:12Speaker 2: a lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
- 1:15Speaker 2: and sure, they definitely can be, but understanding of professional's
- 1:19Speaker 2: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
- 1:22Speaker 2: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
- 1:27Speaker 2: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
- 1:29Speaker 2: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
- 1:33Speaker 2: what helps you live or more happily fulfilled life. P
- 1:36Speaker 2: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
- 1:41Speaker 2: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of
- 1:44Speaker 2: the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank
- 1:47Speaker 2: National Association Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Okay I talked about the fact that it's heavily concentrated
- 1:55Speaker 1: and that you know, just a few entities own most
- 1:58Speaker 1: of it. And when you have this heavily of a
- 2:00Speaker 1: concentration in an asset, anything can happen. The price spikes
- 2:04Speaker 1: a lot, Why, Oh, because one or more of these
- 2:06Speaker 1: entities decided they wanted to buy more of it. Oh,
- 2:09Speaker 1: the price drop? What happened? Well, some of these entities
- 2:12Speaker 1: decided that they didn't want as much of it anymore.
- 2:14Speaker 1: They can really impact supply demand and ultimately price and
- 2:19Speaker 1: as an individual investor or somebody who's trying to trade
- 2:22Speaker 1: these or hold these or buying for my kids for
- 2:24Speaker 1: the long term. I have zero control over that and
- 2:27Speaker 1: not a ton of visibility. But when you look at
- 2:30Speaker 1: who holds the most bitcoin coinbase, that's us individual investors
- 2:34Speaker 1: that are buying in our own accounts. Satoshi whoever that is.
- 2:38Speaker 1: It's an entity and mysterious entity, but they do have
- 2:40Speaker 1: a digital signature, so we know it's out there. We
- 2:43Speaker 1: just can't track the person down. Finance, Blackrock, the biggest
- 2:46Speaker 1: money manager in the world. This company here, micro Strategy.
- 2:50Speaker 1: This is a publicly traded stock that used to be
- 2:53Speaker 1: in the you know, making equipment for servers, right, it
- 2:58Speaker 1: used to be in the AIE diligence business, but it's
- 3:01Speaker 1: changed its business completely and for the past five years
- 3:04Speaker 1: it's CEO Michael Saylor. All he wants to do is
- 3:06Speaker 1: collect bitcoin and basically it's a bitcoin treasury and one
- 3:09Speaker 1: of the best performing stocks this year.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Is the interesting thing about this this tart Caleb, I
- 3:15Speaker 2: know it says as of November twenty four, election happened,
- 3:18Speaker 2: we saw bitcoin run.
- 3:20Speaker 1: Black Rock has actually increased their ownership.
- 3:22Speaker 2: They now have over five hundred and twenty eight thousand bitcoins.
- 3:25Speaker 2: So you talk about the largest treasury of money from
- 3:28Speaker 2: the institutional.
- 3:29Speaker 1: They're seeing a value in.
- 3:30Speaker 2: It, whereas before maybe five years ago, this tart would
- 3:33Speaker 2: look nothing like this.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Absolutely, not absolutely.
- 3:36Speaker 3: That's important. Like I said, it's not we're agnostic about
- 3:40Speaker 3: the situation. So just giving you the information is not
- 3:43Speaker 3: not debatable facts, just so you can be informed. Bigcoin
- 3:51Speaker 3: is held by institutions for the most part. That's not
- 3:58Speaker 3: something that is the that's an actual fact. Now that
- 4:02Speaker 3: could be a good thing because you can say, okay, well,
- 4:04Speaker 3: if black Rock owns this much and they're not gonna
- 4:07Speaker 3: they're very intelligent people, right, They're not gonna own something
- 4:10Speaker 3: that's not gonna go up in value. That's a sign
- 4:12Speaker 3: that's gonna go up in value. That's a sign that
- 4:14Speaker 3: you know it's gonna be even safer going forward. Or
- 4:17Speaker 3: you can look at it and say, well, if they
- 4:19Speaker 3: own this much, then they're gonna control everything, and it
- 4:21Speaker 3: kind of goes against the whole principles of it being
- 4:23Speaker 3: decentralized and Dada and the small guys that will win.
- 4:25Speaker 3: But this is this is the world does not work
- 4:29Speaker 3: on fairy tales.
- 4:30Speaker 1: The rich run it.
- 4:31Speaker 3: The rich have always run the world, right, There's never
- 4:35Speaker 3: been a time in human history since money was created
- 4:38Speaker 3: that the rich didn't run the world. And they run,
- 4:40Speaker 3: and they run current, they run cryptocurrency. They own the
- 4:43Speaker 3: most of it, and they control the price, and they
- 4:44Speaker 3: run it. That's just important for you to know. So
- 4:48Speaker 3: it's not like this utopia that some people think that
- 4:52Speaker 3: it is. That's just not the case. And I have
- 4:57Speaker 3: a strong suspicion that they can still get because even
- 5:00Speaker 3: you know, in the Middle East when October seventh happened,
- 5:04Speaker 3: they got the Hamas's crypto, so bitcoin. So I don't
- 5:09Speaker 3: know how they got I don't know how they did that,
- 5:13Speaker 3: but that lets me know that if they want to
- 5:17Speaker 3: get your crypto, they're going to get your crypto. That's
- 5:19Speaker 3: just my own personal opinion that might not be an
- 5:21Speaker 3: actual fact, but the fact that they actually got their
- 5:24Speaker 3: their bitcoin so quickly, I just think that they have
- 5:29Speaker 3: some level of intelligence that if.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Prints it's all on the ledger. It's all on the ledger.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Now if you they can do some digital sleuthing to
- 5:39Speaker 1: find out who's who on that ledger, and that's probably
- 5:42Speaker 1: how they got it. But let me just show, uh,
- 5:44Speaker 1: go back to that chart real quick if we can,
- 5:46Speaker 1: or is I presenting got okay? So you see they're
- 5:50Speaker 1: the US government number seven. It owns a two hundred
- 5:52Speaker 1: and thirteen thousand bitcoin at a value. Well, now the
- 5:55Speaker 1: value is probably twenty five billion dollars. But where did
- 5:58Speaker 1: it get it's bitcoin? Right? Well, it's not like the
- 6:03Speaker 1: Treasury and Jenny Yellen was out there scooping bitcoin, right,
- 6:06Speaker 1: and it definitely wasn't happening in the administration before that.
- 6:09Speaker 1: What is it from. It's from the seizure of assets
- 6:12Speaker 1: from criminal activity that the Treasury keeps in its treasury. Right,
- 6:16Speaker 1: So the United States owns bitcoin and Trump President elect
- 6:19Speaker 1: Trump said they'll never sell it. Now he's catering to
- 6:23Speaker 1: the bitcoin crowd. It helped get him elected. But we
- 6:26Speaker 1: do have quite a bit of bitcoin in our treasury,
- 6:28Speaker 1: and if we're going to mine our own, there's going
- 6:29Speaker 1: to be a lot more. And to your pointner Shot,
- 6:31Speaker 1: it's antithetical to the way that bitcoin was created by
- 6:34Speaker 1: Satoshi Nakamoto, whoever that was, right, It was never supposed
- 6:37Speaker 1: to be this. But it's gone capitalist real quick. Why
- 6:41Speaker 1: because there's value in it, and once there's value in something.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Here come the sharks, right, And if you want to
- 6:47Speaker 1: swim with the sharks as a pilot fish or a
- 6:50Speaker 1: fish behind the pilot fish and make some of that
- 6:52Speaker 1: money too and invest in it and learn about it,
- 6:54Speaker 1: you can do that, or you can just say that's
- 6:56Speaker 1: just capitalism run amuck. I don't want any part of it.
- 6:59Speaker 1: But I assume if you're watching this you're interested in it.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Let's move on to the next line real quick. Anyway,
- 7:04Speaker 1: there's more. We're going to call them the whales. Yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 1: they're whales. There are the whales. Right. Chinese government has
- 7:10Speaker 1: a ton of bitcoin fidelity. Look, these are big companies, right,
- 7:14Speaker 1: robinhood as a lot, but that is held for clients
- 7:16Speaker 1: like us, right, so we dow individuals do have it.
- 7:20Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:24Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 7:28Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 7:32Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 7:36Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 7:40Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy nom the United States
- 7:43Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 7:48Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 7:52Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 7:55Speaker 4: were here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 7:59Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 8:03Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 8:07Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 8:11Speaker 4: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 8:16Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
