- 1:01Foreign welcome to another episode of Bible Women in Bathrobes.
- 1:09I'm your host, Tamara K.
- 1:10Anderson, and joining me today is a wonderful woman of our Women warriors of Light advisory board, Lamyra Wheelwright.
- 1:18LaMira, thank you for being here with me today.
- 1:21Of course.
- 1:22I'm always happy to be here.
- 1:24And we are so excited.
- 1:26Last week as we were prepping for Easter, we talked all about the Passover and the Lamb of God and what that name of Jesus Christ meant.
- 1:34And today we're going to be diving into several more names that the Savior had.
- 1:39And so I thought we'd kick it off today with the name Jesus.
- 1:46And Lamyra, I'll just open this up.
- 1:48What does the name Jesus mean?
- 1:53You know, I was looking this up and I thought it, it is a Greek form of Joshua meaning God is help.
- 2:01And what I thought was interesting as I was reading about this is it said Jesus was actually a common name.
- 2:07And because now we hear it and here, you know, like I hear Jesus or Jesus.
- 2:15But when I heard that, I was like, you know, it's true for me it's, it's not a common name now necessarily that I hear in my culture, but it was there and it means when it says God is
- 2:28help.
- 2:29And I started thinking about that and reading into that, I thought, well, you know, what, what is, what does that even mean?
- 2:39I was like, that's, he is who?
- 2:41The Lord who God sent to help us.
- 2:46He.
- 2:46And I love it.
- 2:47That it's just like God is help, meaning that's who we look to for help.
- 2:54That is who he sent.
- 2:56And, and that God is that help.
- 3:00I don't know, it just like feels my brain is like it's all that cerebral educational thing.
- 3:06But it also means Savior, right?
- 3:09That he is who is come to save and I know we'll talk more about that in another episode, but that is the basis of what I understand.
- 3:23Yeah.
- 3:23Yeah.
- 3:24And that's what I found in.
- 3:25In my.
- 3:26Looking into it as well.
- 3:29I know when.
- 3:30When Joseph had his dream and that he was supposed to marry Mary and.
- 3:40And he was told that she was with child and that he should call his name Jesus.
- 3:46We learned that in Matthew chapter one.
- 3:49So he was told, you know, that his name is Jesus, which, like you said, means God is help or Savior.
- 3:58And then we have the second part, which is.
- 4:07Well, there's one other verse that I think we should also peek at because it brings in Matthew chapter one, where we have that story of Joseph.
- 4:16We hear, his name is Jesus.
- 4:17And when he was taken to the temple, his name was.
- 4:19Was Jesus.
- 4:20That's what they told the priests.
- 4:22This is what his name is.
- 4:24And then.
- 4:25But when we look in Luke chapter two, when the.
- 4:30When the angels appeared unto the shepherds, it's interesting that In Luke chapter 2, verse 11, it says, for unto you was born this day in the city of David, a savior.
- 4:43So Jesus meaning Savior, right.
- 4:46Which is Christ the Lord.
- 4:48And so that kind of bridges us into the Jesus Christ.
- 4:53And so let's talk a little bit about Christ, because as I dove into this, I'm like, what.
- 4:58What does.
- 4:59What does this mean?
- 5:03So do you want me to say about Christ?
- 5:07Is that all right?
- 5:07Or do you want.
- 5:08Yeah, go right ahead.
- 5:10So as I looked at the word Christ, it meant the anointed.
- 5:15So the.
- 5:16The anointed, or it was another word for it was Messiah.
- 5:19And so Christ and Messiah can be used simultaneously.
- 5:25And the Messiah was someone that had been prophesied about for thousands and thousands of years.
- 5:32In fact, when Jesus was talking to the woman at the well and, you know, she drew water out for him, and he had that beautiful conversation with her.
- 5:42The one thing she said is she knew that someday Messiah would come and that he would make everything right.
- 5:50Basically, I'm summarizing, of course, but that is who.
- 5:53She said she knew that Messiah would come.
- 5:56And then he goes on and she learns that she's talking to him right now.
- 6:00You know, how neat is that?
- 6:01So Jesus Christ, Christ, meaning the anointed.
- 6:05And as I kind of looked a little more into anointed, what did anointed mean to ancient Israel?
- 6:13I found several really great verses in the Bible.
- 6:17But I'll kind of summarize that being an anointed with oil signified God's blessings setting someone apart, like David and Saul were set a Point set apart or anointed kings also conferring authority or divine power on someone.
- 6:41And so if you pause and think that Jesus Christ means anointed Savior, or the anointed savior kind of foretold that he was set aside, set apart, kind of a symbol of God's blessing, that he had a very unique
- 6:59role to play in.
- 7:03In God's plan.
- 7:05I don't know.
- 7:06What thoughts have you had on Christ slash Messiah?
- 7:11Yeah.
- 7:11When.
- 7:12When I was looking at Christ, right, And anointed, I.
- 7:16I thought it was interesting because I did the same thing you did.
- 7:19And I read those scriptures.
- 7:20I'm like, where do we hear of anointings?
- 7:22And very much.
- 7:24I mean, in the Old Testament and the New Testament.
- 7:27And the word I wrote down that came to me was a physical manifestation of the spiritual calling that.
- 7:36That we do it with the oil one, because the olive oil, right.
- 7:41That also is a representation of our Savior, of Jesus Christ.
- 7:45But when you put those words together, God is help and he's the anointed.
- 7:51I love this.
- 7:52I found the anoint, the one anointed of the Father to be his personal representative in all things pertaining to the salvation of mankind.
- 8:02And I loved that.
- 8:04And I loved.
- 8:05It's like saying, okay, well, I've got Jesus, which is a common name, which how many of us named our kids?
- 8:11And I, I talk about that.
- 8:13Like when I named my kids, couple of their names were very clear.
- 8:19Like, I felt so right about it.
- 8:22And one of them has a more common name.
- 8:25But can you imagine going, okay, well, I'm Jesus Christ.
- 8:28And then suddenly it's like, I'm the anointed one.
- 8:33And.
- 8:33Which makes sense why there was an uproar in the Jewish community.
- 8:38But.
- 8:39But when I thought about that, I'm the one anointed to help you.
- 8:43I'm the one called to be here.
- 8:47And.
- 8:48And just knowing the oil and the anointing is just as all the kings and the prophets and the priests and when they would go into the tabernacle, right.
- 9:01And anointings were used in their religious ceremonies.
- 9:06And then even when Mary anoints Christ, right.
- 9:10Our.
- 9:10Our Savior right before all of us.
- 9:13But it's just.
- 9:14No, there's something very specific about it that you are the anointed one.
- 9:19It's just that's.
- 9:21That's who he is.
- 9:22And so when he started saying, okay, I'm Jesus, and they said Jesus v.
- 9:25Nazareth, and then you're like, no, Jesus Christ.
- 9:28Oh, you know, and when you said the Messiah, that was the word that Meant that as well.
- 9:35Yeah.
- 9:35Jesus, the Messiah, they're.
- 9:37They're deliver, they're expected, they're anointed, expected, King and deliverer.
- 9:43And so it's interesting to then take the pieces of all of that and see how it fits together.
- 9:49I love in Isaiah, chapter, chapter 61, there's a beautiful verse there that is a Messianic verse.
- 9:57Of course, Isaiah was awesome at doing Messianic prophesying.
- 10:03And he said, the Spirit of the Lord is upon me because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meat meek.
- 10:13He has set, sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.
- 10:25And I love that because so many aspects of that talk about Jesus Christ that he was anointed and not the Messiah.
- 10:34Right.
- 10:34To preach good tidings.
- 10:35And that's what he did.
- 10:37He preached good tidings.
- 10:38Hey, you may be captive, but I'm here to free you from your sins.
- 10:44Do you know what I mean?
- 10:46Bind up the brokenhearted.
- 10:47And I pause and I just think, how many times have I been brokenhearted and fallen on my knees and felt his peace, that it's going to be okay, Tamara, even though I don't know what okay looks like.
- 11:06Yeah, it's going to be okay.
- 11:08I'll walk beside you as you go through this.
- 11:11You're not alone.
- 11:13And it's just.
- 11:14Oh, I love so many of these verses that help me understand the role of the Savior better.
- 11:23Right.
- 11:24What verses have stood out to you?
- 11:26Or maybe you've had an experience you'd like to share where you felt some of those key phrases or pieces come into play.
- 11:37You know, I.
- 11:40I think is that it's funny because that's the one I marked too.
- 11:44Like, I had a.
- 11:45I stuck a.
- 11:45A little post it note in there.
- 11:47And I think the thing that sticks out to me is when we talk about liberty to the captives in prison and you talk about sin.
- 11:56And I always think to the Jews and how they were looking for that warrior Messiah.
- 12:04And I feel like I hear that a lot now, too.
- 12:09I just want the Savior to come.
- 12:11I just want him to come and save us from this world.
- 12:16But that is not necessarily His.
- 12:21Like, he's not.
- 12:22He's not coming, like it says, with a sword, but not in the military way that we always think.
- 12:28And it goes back to all of our conversations about binding and casting out Satan and.
- 12:35And armoring up.
- 12:37But he is here to help us know how to Defeat that, that.
- 12:42That is the prison.
- 12:44That is the captive.
- 12:45That is where and in our own weaknesses and our own things.
- 12:50And when you.
- 12:51I loved when you said, bind up the brokenhearted because I thought, oh, yeah.
- 12:57There have been times in my life where my, my heart has been shattered, like, in pieces.
- 13:02And the only way it came together was through the hope and my testimony of my Savior, Jesus Christ, that He is the One no matter where I look to in this world.
- 13:16And right now I've got some, some big questions that I wonder how to help my children in a very confusing day and age that are facing some real struggles.
- 13:27And you know, anytime I'm in the world and I hear the voices of the world, it's noisy.
- 13:33But when I'm reminded to go to he who is our help, who is the anointed One, and I listen for his voice, then I find confidence to keep walking the path, even though I don't know if the next
- 13:51step is going to feel like a trap or a snare, but, but I know that if I fall in that he's right there with his hand to lift me out.
- 14:05Yeah, I really, really like that.
- 14:08That, that imagery, right, that imagery that Jesus will help us.
- 14:12He will save us.
- 14:13He will.
- 14:15Through him we can be set free.
- 14:19Liberty to the captives.
- 14:20Also, the, the one other thought that came to me kind of ties into the next word that we were going to talk about.
- 14:27We're going to take a quick break, but when we get back, we'll have more lessons, tips, and things you can.
- 14:32Apply to your life.
- 14:34Stay tuned.
- 14:36Hey, friends, have you started thinking about Mother's Day yet?
- 14:41Every Mother's Day, I have a hard time finding gifts to give my mom, sisters and friends.
- 14:45And so today I'm so excited to tell you about this booklet, the Mother's Might, an old parable for modern women.
- 14:53It's a perfect, inexpensive, and meaningful gift you can give for Mother's Day.
- 14:59And it's not just a little piece of candy that they eat and forget.
- 15:02It's something they can read over and over again because they relate to Sarah, the woman in the story who feels so alone, overwhelmed, and like no one understands the trials weighing upon her shoulders.
- 15:15And what I love about this story is the pivotal point where Sarah dreams.
- 15:19She watches the widow give her last two mites and then hears Jesus Christ speak words of love and understanding that.
- 15:27Seem to permeate into her burdened soul.
- 15:30This story shares hope, which is what I want to share for Mother's Day.
- 15:35So order some copies of the Mother's might today@tamarakanderson.com store and share hope for Mother's Day this year.
- 15:49The one other thought that came to me kind of ties into the next word, that we were going to talk about him being the Son of God.
- 15:57And.
- 15:57And I.
- 15:58I pause.
- 15:58And I think he inherited so much from God the Father, you know, the ability to live a sinless life, the ability to overcome death when none of the rest of us could have done that.
- 16:13Right.
- 16:16And I find it so interesting that John the Baptist, who was the precursor to Christ, you know, he was the one that ushered him in as he.
- 16:28As when Jesus went to John, that that is how John introduced him.
- 16:36He said in John chapter one, he said that he, after he baptized me, said in verse 33, and I knew him not, but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, upon whom thou
- 16:51shalt see the Spirit descending and remaining on him, the same is he which is baptized with the Holy ghost.
- 16:58And verse 34.
- 16:59And I saw and bear record that this is the Son of God.
- 17:03And so he was told that whoever he saw this dove descending on and.
- 17:09And staying with him, the Spirit, that that was who he was to witness.
- 17:13And so he pointed to him and introduced him as the Son of God.
- 17:17And then when his disciples.
- 17:19When he was.
- 17:20The next day, when his disciples saw him, he introduced him as the Lamb of God, which we talked about the Lamb of God last week.
- 17:28But him being symbolic of.
- 17:30He is the one that will pay the price for your sins.
- 17:33Yeah.
- 17:34That's what allows him to set us free, Honestly, you know what I mean?
- 17:39So I love that those are two of the titles that John the Baptist, who was foreordained from the womb to testify of Christ, that those are two of the names that.
- 17:51That John used when he described Jesus.
- 17:55So beautiful.
- 17:56Right?
- 17:57And I feel like as you share that, it reminds me of when he was in the womb.
- 18:03I mean, his spirit knew Jesus Christ from the very beginning.
- 18:08And my husband pointed that out the other day when we were discussing things as a family.
- 18:13And he's like, even John the Baptist knew even before.
- 18:18And sometimes, you know, we.
- 18:20We know, we forget as we grow up and we don't remember those things.
- 18:24And we don't know how old John was when his.
- 18:27At least I don't know how old he was when his parents passed away.
- 18:30But, you know, he must have been young because they were old and he lived in the wilderness right on his own.
- 18:37And so it's almost like though I bet he had an inkling, right.
- 18:43Because he was close with Jesus.
- 18:45I feel like he knew, and it was just that confirmation.
- 18:49And sometimes we have this idea and then that confirmation comes.
- 18:53And I know for me, the same thing has been with my Savior is I feel like, okay, I've not seen him in the flesh, but I sure have felt him.
- 19:04And.
- 19:06And when I think about him, and that's the word that always got me was the begotten Son of God.
- 19:10And I was like, what.
- 19:11What do I know about begotten?
- 19:12So I'm curious if you know anything about that, Tamara, other than what he tells us is he is the only begotten of the Father.
- 19:21Right.
- 19:22But I was like, what.
- 19:23What do we know about that?
- 19:28Yeah, No, I love.
- 19:29I love this question.
- 19:30And you know what's so interesting is I was pondering that exact same thing.
- 19:34The verse that popped into my head is one of the most often quoted scriptures and that we quote in the New Testament, and It is John 3:16, where it says, for God so loved the world that he gave
- 19:48his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
- 19:58And so we read about that, that he was his only begotten son, his firstborn.
- 20:03And last week we kind of talked a little bit about that and how that plague that hit ancient Israel that finally set them free from the Egyptians, that the blood that's preserved the Israelites that saved their oldest son
- 20:22was.
- 20:24That's what the.
- 20:25The.
- 20:26The Egyptians had to end up sacrificing, was the same sacrifice that was required of God to give his son, to free his people.
- 20:37And, oh, my goodness.
- 20:39There's such symbolism in so many of the titles of Jesus, and they kind of weave in and out.
- 20:47And.
- 20:47And I think the more that I've been diving into his titles, the more I see how important it is that we see all the aspects of Jesus, you know, that.
- 20:59That he.
- 21:01He came as God's own son to save each of us, to save all of us.
- 21:09And it was a sacrifice like.
- 21:11Like, I can't even imagine somebody saying, I'm gonna take your oldest son and you must watch him die, and all that stuff.
- 21:19I mean, I.
- 21:21I would probably just.
- 21:22Burst out or send him you.
- 21:23And you have to send him there.
- 21:24And you have to send there.
- 21:26Same with Abraham, right?
- 21:28We think of Abraham and Isaac and.
- 21:31And that story of.
- 21:34Of, okay, well, how far are you willing to go?
- 21:38Can you give all.
- 21:39And eldest sons are inheritors.
- 21:43They are the ones who inherit.
- 21:45And Then take care of the rest of everybody else.
- 21:48And so when you give that in ancient times, it is giving everything.
- 21:54In this day and age, it's a little different, but it's still that first born.
- 22:00You think that is the one where I learned what being a parent really is or isn't who I really am or not, you know, who I need to become.
- 22:11And.
- 22:13And suddenly we.
- 22:14We understand the promises of, you know, is it Samuel's mom?
- 22:21You know, I can't remember her name.
- 22:22Like, it's not coming, but who is that?
- 22:25Anna?
- 22:26Yeah.
- 22:26And, you know, just dedicating that and going, that is what our.
- 22:33Our God did for us.
- 22:35And.
- 22:36And it wasn't just that he did it.
- 22:38It was that Jesus Christ volunteered to do it and said, yeah, I've got that, you know, and.
- 22:47And took that on.
- 22:48And so anyway, I just.
- 22:50As you put the anointed, that this is no He.
- 22:55He is the one.
- 22:57The one.
- 22:58And there's, you know, the phrase no other name.
- 23:02There's no other name by which we can be saved.
- 23:05And.
- 23:06And if he didn't, all things would be frustrated.
- 23:10And I.
- 23:11I think we forget that.
- 23:12It's easy to get lost in.
- 23:15In the noise.
- 23:16And that's what I keep calling it right now.
- 23:17It's the noise of the world trying to drown out and to lead us and distract us with the pains of this world.
- 23:24But when we remember, there is one who stands ready.
- 23:28Who.
- 23:29I just love that phrase.
- 23:30God is help.
- 23:32Mmm-hmmm Sent him, and he's Jesus the Christ meaning he is help.
- 23:36And I've anointed this help for you.
- 23:40Yeah.
- 23:41And as I pause to think here, Here we are in this Easter season where we've just had Easter and.
- 23:47And we're thinking more about him, I pause and think, how can I remember him better?
- 23:54How can I remember to incorporate him into my life so that I remember and draw on that help daily?
- 24:02Right?
- 24:03Because, gosh, I don't know about you, but a day doesn't go by where something doesn't go sideways.
- 24:08Yeah, right.
- 24:09Maybe it's just my family.
- 24:11I don't know.
- 24:12Yes, it's just you, Tamara.
- 24:16None of the rest have issues.
- 24:19But so many things, he.
- 24:23He is there to support and sustain, and some weeks are worse than others.
- 24:27A couple weeks ago, our dog passed away.
- 24:30And I tell you what, he'd become such a part of the family that losing him was so hard.
- 24:35And I just remember praying the whole way to the vet that angels would be with us and attend us, and God helped us in that situation.
- 24:43It doesn't mean that we haven't had cheerful days since.
- 24:48But he's there to help us in those moments where we're like, I don't really want to do this, and I'm going to need your help because it's really, really hard.
- 24:59I don't know.
- 25:00Any thoughts that come to your mind is how Jesus, the anointed savior, has helped you and your family?
- 25:08Oh, my goodness.
- 25:10There's countless.
- 25:11For me, one that just seems really small, but yet poignant is I.
- 25:19Literally yesterday I shared this online, but I had two.
- 25:25Like, I just opened up my podcast while I'm cleaning because I gotta listen to something while I do it.
- 25:30And the first one that popped up is from somebody who's really well known out in the personal development world.
- 25:37And he had a podcast all about prayer and the science behind prayer.
- 25:43And then the podcast that came on right after that was our own own podcast about prayer.
- 25:51And I thought, okay, God is telling me something.
- 25:55I need to get on my knees because I've decided to jump in and.
- 25:59And start a little business on my own and came up against a roadblock, like, other things.
- 26:05I'm like, okay, jumped in and things started happening.
- 26:07And just like technical roadblocks.
- 26:09I mean, roadblocks of things that are things that I'm supposed to be able to know how to do, because that's what I'm marketing myself to be able to do.
- 26:17And suddenly I'm like, I don't know what to do and.
- 26:20And things out of my control.
- 26:22And I got that clear message that I need to ask for help, and I need to ask for help for somebody else to be able to get.
- 26:35Get that message right.
- 26:37Because what I was waiting for was in the hands of somebody else.
- 26:41I was getting frustrated and I thought, I've got to get on my knees and I need to ask, and I need to ask to.
- 26:48So that person will see the email, that they'll be able to help, that I'll be able to do that, and that if this is right, then help me, that I will be able use this, that it will bless
- 27:00my family and not take away from it, that he's asked me to go this road instead of a different road for the time being.
- 27:09And it's amazing how.
- 27:12Well, then this morning when I check my email, and it wasn't first thing, but a little bit later, there's the email that says, oh, here it is.
- 27:19Here's.
- 27:20Here's the help.
- 27:21And then another just blessing through this business.
- 27:26I don't even have the Website up yet?
- 27:27And somebody else is like, hey, can you help me with this?
- 27:30You know, and that blessing coming where?
- 27:33And I'm gonna give you a little bit more.
- 27:36And I feel like those little things, I mean, those seem seemingly simple, but it's in my purpose and my calling because I see him every day as a mom and my help, because there are for sure things that
- 27:52I don't know.
- 27:52But this was something to me.
- 27:54It felt little and yet big, like I'm stuck.
- 27:58And I'm like, is this a sign?
- 27:59Sometimes I think we take things like that, roadblocks, as signs that they're like, oh, no, this is the wrong path.
- 28:06And I didn't feel that was like, no, this is a roadblock.
- 28:09And guess what?
- 28:11I can help you.
- 28:13It's out of your control, but I can help you.
- 28:16And you.
- 28:17But you need to ask.
- 28:18You need to ask for help.
- 28:21And so, because there are things that I'm doing on this side that, you know.
- 28:26So for me, that's.
- 28:27I, I know that's.
- 28:28That seems simple, but at the same time, it just reminds me to get on my knees and am I asking in everything?
- 28:35And then when that email came through, I literally out loud said, thank you, God.
- 28:41Thank you for answering that prayer and sending that answer instead of it being, you know, something else.
- 28:48I'm like, okay, there it is.
- 28:50Yeah, well.
- 28:52And I think it also reminds us that we can pray and ask God for help, even in things, things that seem so little.
- 28:59Yeah.
- 29:00And especially when we are juggling people that we love and, and their challenges as well.
- 29:06I know there's been times when I've been talking to my kids and they're falling apart, and I'm sitting there thinking, I don't know how to fix this.
- 29:15I don't know what to say.
- 29:16I mean, I don't know if you've been like that with your kids or with co workers or anything like that.
- 29:21So many times we're dealing with other people who are having challenges as well.
- 29:26And you're.
- 29:27And at those times, I've also learned to ask God for help.
- 29:31I don't know what to say here.
- 29:32God, will you please help me see this situation in a way and say things that will be comforting or helpful or instructive.
- 29:41And it's so interesting when we ask for that help.
- 29:45Yeah.
- 29:46You know, God is help.
- 29:47That was what Jesus means when we ask for his help.
- 29:51That often those prayers as we want to help and serve others, that God answers those prayers almost faster than anything else because he, he, we are Asking, can we be your hands?
- 30:04Yes, help us, help others.
- 30:06And, and that is what Jesus was all about.
- 30:09That is what his name means.
- 30:12And, and there's been times when I've been talking to my kids and all of a sudden I'll say something and explain something and I'm like, I sit back afterwards and go, huh, well that was cool.
- 30:23I'd never thought about it that way before and the words were just like coming out of my mouth and I'm like, well that was definitely an answer to prayer because I had never thought about it like that before.
- 30:34I don't think I could have ever calmed this child down or said things in a way that were helpful.
- 30:42And yet ask and ye shall receive.
- 30:45Isn't that the invitation in the scriptures?
- 30:47He invites us so many times.
- 30:49Ask, just ask, just ask.
- 30:52And I'm sure there's like our angels that are just waiting and all we have to do is ask.
- 30:58And there's been times I've had to ask for technology.
- 31:01Angels come and help me because I woof back end of this website.
- 31:04I'm trying to figure it out and I can't.
- 31:06Hello.
- 31:07And I think sometimes we put that, I think it's like what you said.
- 31:11Sometimes we'll say, well if it's, if it's not a person like a personnel question or humanitarian question or that he doesn't, that maybe it's less than.
- 31:24But when I think it's important to pull out that technical stuff too and just say lead me, guide me to those places or open my mind or help me be clear and patient.
- 31:37And sometimes it's just a matter of waiting or nowhere to look because I feel like, like you said when we're out there to bless the lives of others that we have these purpose driven to help.
- 31:51I mean how many times have we gotten on our kids homework and been like, oh, I was like okay, that was like 40 years ago.
- 31:58I don't know, you know, like and, or I, I don't know how to help this kid because all of the ways that I knew what worked or what worked for me do not work for this child.
- 32:12And like you said, it really sometimes is the opposite of my nature to go that way.
- 32:20And it definitely isn't an idea that came from me.
- 32:24So, so yeah, reaching out for that God has help.
- 32:27And then I like I said bookending it with thanking him for that because he did send him for us and he did send his angels.
- 32:39And so just reminding sometimes when it's been a day, like first thing when I get up in the morning is to thank him for my Savior, even if I don't know what else is going on or my brain's
- 32:49not clear.
- 32:49Like, thank thee for him because then I'm focused on Him.
- 32:56I love that.
- 32:57That is such a beautiful way.
- 32:59You kind of just took this whole thing and tied it into a beautiful little bow and, you know, gratitude, ask for help.
- 33:09He's there.
- 33:10Nothing is too small.
- 33:12These are all things that we can apply to our lives.
- 33:16And, and I think just understanding all those little pieces of the different pieces of Jesus's name and what he can do for us as we invite him in every day.
- 33:29Oh, my goodness.
- 33:30So I guess for me, in summary, I would say my life is better every day when I invite Jesus Christ, the anointed Messiah and Son of God, to be a part of it.
- 33:47And I need to remember to do that every day because he makes every day better, right?
- 33:56100%.
- 33:57Yeah.
- 33:58Just can't think of a better friend and brother to walk through life with.
- 34:05Yeah.
- 34:06Amen.
