Foley’s New Library Opens August 4 | Birmingham News
Foley’s brand new 40,000-square-foot public library opens August 4th with a ribbon-cutting at 10 AM—doubling the old space and packed with a sensory room, teen/kid zones, a STEAM lab, a 300-person meeting room, and a rooftop porch overlooking the rose trail and dog park. The old library next to City Hall gets a makeover for city offices too. Post-opening, enjoy a full day of fun: scavenger hunt raffle, bookmark contest, and story times for kids at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 3 PM in the Children’s Story Grove.
