A new sushi hotspot, The Wave Sushi & Bar, just dropped anchor across from Greater Nevada Field — and it’s already turning heads. Opened June 13th, this is the owners’ first brick-and-mortar spot (they also run Mr. Crab Seafood Boils), and they’ve given the parking structure space a stylish upgrade without changing the layout.
