Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #316: The Inner Guidance Most People Ignore
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to Tea Time with Amy and bav.
- 0:06Speaker 1: You have a topic and I'm excited, let's do it.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well.
- 0:11Speaker 3: We were kind of at the end of last video
- 0:13Speaker 3: we were talking about intuition and stuff and following our
- 0:16Speaker 3: passions and stuff, and I think we kind of talked
- 0:18Speaker 3: a couple of weeks ago about following our passions. Following
- 0:21Speaker 3: our passions for me is following my intuition. That's my excitement.
- 0:26Speaker 3: That's where my excitement comes from. If I'm always constantly
- 0:29Speaker 3: following that trail, then it's exciting.
- 0:35Speaker 2: It's working.
- 0:38Speaker 3: So it makes it It makes it more exciting for me.
- 0:40Speaker 3: It makes life like you're always looking for the messages.
- 0:44Speaker 3: There's always something that's there. It's it's you're listening quietly
- 0:47Speaker 3: to hear when someone says something, it can be misinterpreted
- 0:51Speaker 3: if you're listening to it through the old landscape or
- 0:57Speaker 3: through the old thought patterns. And then when you hear
- 1:00Speaker 3: it just when you're in a when you're being when
- 1:03Speaker 3: you're just in that space, you now you're hearing the
- 1:05Speaker 3: information differently because you're feeling the energy that's coming out.
- 1:09Speaker 3: You're noticing the person. You know, how we can misconstrue
- 1:13Speaker 3: text messages if you're interpreting it, because probably more than
- 1:18Speaker 3: likely you're interpreting it with your own feelings. But as
- 1:21Speaker 3: we learn more and more our intuition and we can
- 1:23Speaker 3: be more neutral, then we can start picking up the
- 1:25Speaker 3: energy that's behind that. Not that we have to be
- 1:27Speaker 3: reactive to that energy, but now we can step into
- 1:31Speaker 3: a different space of like, you know, that's okay, that's surprising,
- 1:34Speaker 3: now that's showing up, or our conversation changes.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Everything changes as we're moving through life. My life is changing.
- 1:42Speaker 3: The more and more I take the time to be
- 1:46Speaker 3: quiet and listen to my intuition, listen to the guidance
- 1:50Speaker 3: that's giving me, and it feels a lot better than
- 1:53Speaker 3: me thinking.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I know everything because I don't. Right, Thank God one too, Bess, responsibility.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Intuition can help protect you. Recently, for a little while now,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I've had an interaction with somebody I don't really know,
- 2:17Speaker 1: but the energy and then paying attention also to her
- 2:23Speaker 1: words and stuff, I could tell that she was a
- 2:26Speaker 1: master manipulator. And I was like, that doesn't sit well
- 2:30Speaker 1: with me. First of all, because that intuition was telling
- 2:34Speaker 1: me something is not right with this person. Even though
- 2:37Speaker 1: I had to be around her every day. Something's not
- 2:39Speaker 1: right with I'm not gonna say not right, and you
- 2:44Speaker 1: retract those words uncomfortable. Something was uncomfortable for me about her,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and so my intuition became my protection that not getting
- 2:58Speaker 1: close to her. I deal business with her, not no
- 3:02Speaker 1: personal stuff. Like I knew how I was going to
- 3:06Speaker 1: interact with this person based on what my intuition was
- 3:09Speaker 1: telling me. And for that knowing that I have over
- 3:15Speaker 1: the years grown in my learning to listen to the
- 3:22Speaker 1: intuition and discern what it's telling. You know, that intuition
- 3:27Speaker 1: is telling me that in her guidance is providing to
- 3:32Speaker 1: me is it's a way to keep me safe. And
- 3:38Speaker 1: part of that training is the historical experiences that I
- 3:45Speaker 1: had as a child, being in abusive situations, mental and
- 3:49Speaker 1: emotional abusive situations for my basically entire childhood. And that
- 4:00Speaker 1: information has energy and when people show up. Now I'm
- 4:06Speaker 1: an adult, my little girl and me knows that I'm
- 4:10Speaker 1: going to protect her. Now I use my voice. Now
- 4:12Speaker 1: I have the ability and confidence to stand up for myself,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and I'm going to keep her safe. However, the energy
- 4:21Speaker 1: I know I'm familiar with the energy of people like that.
- 4:24Speaker 1: And so when people now come into my experience that
- 4:28Speaker 1: carry a similar energy of abuse or manipulation or not
- 4:35Speaker 1: being authentic, I know that, and I can say, this
- 4:41Speaker 1: is not somebody I want to get to know, This
- 4:43Speaker 1: is not somebody I want to hang out on a
- 4:44Speaker 1: personal level, This is not somebody I'm going to share
- 4:48Speaker 1: deep personal information with, because they know how to turn
- 4:52Speaker 1: it around and use it to manipulate you. And so
- 4:56Speaker 1: it's like, your intuition is so powerful and so ways
- 5:00Speaker 1: not only to like BEV was talking about in the
- 5:03Speaker 1: previous video, is your intuition will tell you to remember
- 5:07Speaker 1: to do something, remember to get your keys, remember to
- 5:12Speaker 1: call so and so, or you know, things like that.
- 5:16Speaker 1: But it's also a form of protection for you when
- 5:20Speaker 1: you're tuning into.
- 5:21Speaker 3: That, and once you're once you start tuning into it,
- 5:26Speaker 3: you're you're like always tuned into it.
- 5:28Speaker 2: You can always be tuned into it. And the protection
- 5:31Speaker 2: could be which we've talked about.
- 5:33Speaker 3: You can be driving down the road and all of
- 5:34Speaker 3: a sudden, you get the nerd, you get the feeling
- 5:36Speaker 3: that I need to turn right right here, right now,
- 5:39Speaker 3: and we can ignore it and see what comes down
- 5:41Speaker 3: the road. Or we can just take it and see
- 5:43Speaker 3: what a work takes us, because it's the fun part
- 5:46Speaker 3: is and it's not necessarily always protecting, but it might be.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Maybe it's having you drive down because I listened to
- 5:52Speaker 3: this one lady and she was talking about, you know
- 5:55Speaker 3: this one day and she said, all of a sudden,
- 5:56Speaker 3: we had a snowstorm. And she said, I'm driving and
- 5:59Speaker 3: she says, I'm going a direction I don't normally go,
- 6:01Speaker 3: and I see this child on the side of the road,
- 6:03Speaker 3: a toddler wearing freaking diaper and hardly anything at all, obviously,
- 6:10Speaker 3: had just walked out of their house. And if she
- 6:13Speaker 3: had not listened to that information, if she had not
- 6:15Speaker 3: listened to her intuition, she wouldn't have gone the way
- 6:17Speaker 3: that she went that she normally doesn't go, and she
- 6:19Speaker 3: wouldn't have seen this child and saved this child. Now,
- 6:23Speaker 3: maybe someone else would have been listening to their intuition
- 6:25Speaker 3: and done the same thing.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Maybe not, But that's the whole thing. The intuition is
- 6:29Speaker 2: so valuable for us.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Intuition When I was taking and I would say it
- 6:34Speaker 3: to my intuition, it's the internal guidance. I'm taking a
- 6:36Speaker 3: test for it was a board's test for aesthetics. I'm
- 6:43Speaker 3: taking the test.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 6:44Speaker 3: I'm like, I don't know this answer, Like I don't
- 6:46Speaker 3: even remember ever going over this. And of course back
- 6:49Speaker 3: then I was in this perfection mode and it's like,
- 6:51Speaker 3: you got everything perfect, and I'm like, then I slowed
- 6:54Speaker 3: down and I start reading the question and I start
- 6:57Speaker 3: reading each response, trying to narrow it down, and all
- 7:00Speaker 3: of a sudden, I got a vibration in my third
- 7:02Speaker 3: eye area or in my forehead area. And then I
- 7:05Speaker 3: was like what And then I so then I play here,
- 7:07Speaker 3: I am in the middle of a test that's timed,
- 7:10Speaker 3: and then you have to do these things. But it
- 7:12Speaker 3: told me, and that was my intuition, and so I
- 7:14Speaker 3: went back through the whole test. I didn't know what
- 7:17Speaker 3: one answers I got correct or didn't get correct, because
- 7:19Speaker 3: they don't tell you a percentage or anything.
- 7:22Speaker 2: It's either a pass or a fail. And I passed.
- 7:25Speaker 2: But it's like that was one of another way that
- 7:27Speaker 2: the intuition had shown up for me. It shows up
- 7:29Speaker 2: in so many ways all the time. Mm hmmm, And
- 7:35Speaker 2: we don't know unless we're quite.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Actually, just yesterday, it was a Saturday and there's an
- 7:48Speaker 1: organization every year who does an art in the Park
- 7:54Speaker 1: event and it's you know, a bunch of vendors and
- 7:57Speaker 1: there's music, and it's always on Mother's Day weekend, and
- 8:02Speaker 1: it doesn't typically when I go, I don't really buy anything.
- 8:07Speaker 1: So if I'm not gonna buy anything, and I just
- 8:09Speaker 1: typically won't even go. But some said because I was
- 8:13Speaker 1: going out and about anyway, some said stop by there,
- 8:18Speaker 1: you need to go at least make an appearance. Like
- 8:22Speaker 1: I don't even know why. I'm not part of the organization.
- 8:24Speaker 1: I know a lot of people who are. But I
- 8:26Speaker 1: was just like, okay, whatever, I'll stop by. So my
- 8:31Speaker 1: boss is in this organization, and so she's like, oh
- 8:35Speaker 1: my god, I'm so glad you stop because we're having
- 8:38Speaker 1: issues with blah blah blah. And and people were telling
- 8:41Speaker 1: me earlier, where's Amy, Call Amy, you know, and I
- 8:43Speaker 1: was like, okay, you're right. I fixed the issue and
- 8:49Speaker 1: then I spent forty bucks then I left. But yeah,
- 8:57Speaker 1: so your intuition is so valuable. And and we've talked
- 9:02Speaker 1: about this several times that the more we're we're listening
- 9:04Speaker 1: to it and leaning into it and using it, and
- 9:07Speaker 1: it just it's making life easier, it's making it fun,
- 9:13Speaker 1: it's it's an it's in it's informative. Prime example right
- 9:21Speaker 1: now is we know that social media is being used
- 9:26Speaker 1: to manipulate the news is being used to manipulate your
- 9:32Speaker 1: way of thinking. They want you to believe one side
- 9:35Speaker 1: over the other, and the other side's doing the same thing.
- 9:37Speaker 1: They want you to believe their side over the other
- 9:39Speaker 1: the other side. And it's just and so when I
- 9:43Speaker 1: read things on social media, I just listen to my intuition.
- 9:48Speaker 1: It's like, how does this feel? And and the words
- 9:50Speaker 1: and a lot of it I just go by because
- 9:53Speaker 1: I'm like, it's just a bunch of bullshit and they're
- 9:55Speaker 1: just putting it out there to cause problems and and
- 9:58Speaker 1: cause division and things like that. So I really listen
- 10:02Speaker 1: to how I feel when either somebody's having a conversation,
- 10:07Speaker 1: especially around our world experiences that are happening and the
- 10:15Speaker 1: politics and things like that. I just listen to when
- 10:20Speaker 1: the conversation is happening, how do I feel about it,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and what feels authentic to me, what feels truth to me,
- 10:25Speaker 1: what feels good to me, and the rest of us
- 10:28Speaker 1: put away, it's like it's not it's it's what it is,
- 10:34Speaker 1: and that's what they're doing because it's what they know
- 10:36Speaker 1: how to do, and I just let it be. I
- 10:38Speaker 1: don't need to buy into it. I don't need to
- 10:40Speaker 1: give into it. I don't need to be defensive about
- 10:43Speaker 1: what I believe. I just say, Okay, well that feels
- 10:47Speaker 1: true to me, and the other pieces don't, so I'm
- 10:49Speaker 1: just going to leave it alone. It's no different than
- 10:52Speaker 1: reading a book. I've read how many personal development books,
- 10:56Speaker 1: and some things I've agreed with what they were saying.
- 10:58Speaker 1: Another in the same book a lot more of it resonated,
- 11:02Speaker 1: so whatever didn't, I just put it aside for now.
- 11:04Speaker 1: It's like, Okay, I don't. I either don't understand it,
- 11:06Speaker 1: it doesn't resonate with me, or they're just like out
- 11:09Speaker 1: in left field and yeah, I'm not ready to go there.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So I just take the pieces that are helping me
- 11:15Speaker 1: in the moment. Now. I could then go back and
- 11:17Speaker 1: read that same book and that stuff might make sense
- 11:21Speaker 1: now I don't know, right. So you have to discern
- 11:27Speaker 1: within yourself what is being presented to you is what
- 11:34Speaker 1: resonates with you or feels good to you.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and being neutral is so it's very important because
- 11:41Speaker 3: you want to be unbiased about a lot of this stuff.
- 11:44Speaker 2: And then then more that we can become neutral about it, We're.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Not bringing something into our experience that we don't want,
- 11:49Speaker 3: because it's no matter what you're giving your attention to,
- 11:52Speaker 3: whether it's something you want or you don't want, it's
- 11:55Speaker 3: an opportunity to bring more of that to you. That's
- 11:57Speaker 3: all that it is, and we don't have to We
- 12:01Speaker 3: can be more aware. I can sit in every time
- 12:04Speaker 3: something comes up, I can repeat a mantra in my
- 12:07Speaker 3: mind or you know, instead of being in that space.
- 12:10Speaker 2: Does that mean that I'm ignoring the problems?
- 12:13Speaker 3: I would say it means that I'm choosing to put
- 12:15Speaker 3: my energy into something else rather than what someone else
- 12:19Speaker 3: might construe as a problem perspectively. So if I'm more neutral,
- 12:24Speaker 3: I get to receive information that's louder, there's no filter
- 12:30Speaker 3: on it, it's unbiased, and it gets to flow through.
- 12:34Speaker 3: And the more that we can be in that space,
- 12:35Speaker 3: the more that we're in that space of flow, and
- 12:38Speaker 3: the easier our life gets.
- 12:39Speaker 2: The easier everything feels.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Even the problems that we would have felt in the
- 12:44Speaker 3: past that would have been overwhelming, they don't feel that.
- 12:47Speaker 2: Way anymore because you're more neutral to it.
- 12:49Speaker 3: You're you're not in that fight or flight or that
- 12:53Speaker 3: survival mode, and it can be so devastating one way
- 12:57Speaker 3: or the other with a lot of these different emotion
- 13:00Speaker 3: and feelings and circumstances and things that we might be experiencing,
- 13:05Speaker 3: but it doesn't mean that we're always going to be
- 13:06Speaker 3: in that space. And it's like, I don't want to
- 13:08Speaker 3: always be in that space. I don't want to keep
- 13:10Speaker 3: reliving that story. So I want to put my energies
- 13:13Speaker 3: into something that feels good.
- 13:15Speaker 2: What do I want? What do I like? Oh, look,
- 13:17Speaker 2: there's a cow like It's just for me. It's that easy.
- 13:21Speaker 3: It's it wasn't always and it's still not always. But
- 13:26Speaker 3: I can feel because the more that I pay attention
- 13:29Speaker 3: to myself, I can feel when I started to take
- 13:32Speaker 3: myself down that path of not feeling so good, I
- 13:35Speaker 3: could feel the beginning part of that, and I could
- 13:37Speaker 3: stop it at that moment. And I don't always stop it,
- 13:41Speaker 3: because then I'll just go along with the tumble, you know,
- 13:43Speaker 3: all this, with the avalanche. I'll just start at the
- 13:47Speaker 3: top of that hill and I start out as a
- 13:48Speaker 3: little snowball and the next thing you know, I'm an
- 13:50Speaker 3: avalanche because it happens sometimes but not always, and the
- 13:54Speaker 3: recovery is so much faster because you become more neutral
- 13:57Speaker 3: to it. You don't feel like you have to stay
- 13:58Speaker 3: in that space, you don't have to maintain the story.
- 14:03Speaker 2: There's right the new story.
- 14:05Speaker 3: So it's a lot of the perspectives where I'm kind
- 14:08Speaker 3: of going because I see my patterns that I've been
- 14:11Speaker 3: carrying along with me in all my life, and it's
- 14:15Speaker 3: not always allowing everybody. It still has barriers, which is
- 14:21Speaker 3: that barriers are okay because we put those barriers up
- 14:24Speaker 3: for our safety until we're able to navigate the space
- 14:28Speaker 3: without having to have those barriers or boundaries. So it's
- 14:32Speaker 3: just like all this growth, but it becomes easier and easier,
- 14:36Speaker 3: quieter you get the more you listen, because it's like
- 14:39Speaker 3: this little internal navigation is going to lead you into
- 14:42Speaker 3: the softer areas of even the most painful times.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So it's so cool. I was I recently. I had
- 15:04Speaker 1: a friend I hadn't heard from in a while, and
- 15:06Speaker 1: I was struggling with that, calling them, texting them, sent
- 15:11Speaker 1: a card, getting no response over several months and my
- 15:20Speaker 1: internal guidance said just go to their house, just go
- 15:24Speaker 1: knock on their door. And when I was the day
- 15:29Speaker 1: I was going to do that, something also said, well,
- 15:35Speaker 1: they travel, so take a pen and a piece of
- 15:39Speaker 1: paper and some tape and put a note on their
- 15:41Speaker 1: door if they're not home. So I showed up. And
- 15:47Speaker 1: I'm the type of person, don't come to my house
- 15:49Speaker 1: unless I know you're coming kind of thing. It's like,
- 15:51Speaker 1: let me know you're coming, okay, because you don't know
- 15:55Speaker 1: what you're gonna find if you just show up. So
- 15:57Speaker 1: I was just going to say that, and I was
- 16:01Speaker 1: so I was a little nervous about doing it because
- 16:05Speaker 1: you know, I don't really care for people doing that
- 16:07Speaker 1: to me. So anyway, I showed up, I knocked on
- 16:10Speaker 1: the door, she opened the door, and I'm like, haven't
- 16:13Speaker 1: her for me in a while, just stop by to
- 16:15Speaker 1: see if you're still alive. And she's like, oh my god,
- 16:19Speaker 1: I'm so glad you did come in. Come in. I've
- 16:21Speaker 1: picked up my phone probably forty times to text you
- 16:24Speaker 1: or call you, and I get distracted and lah lah
- 16:26Speaker 1: lah lah. So anyway, it was a great visit and
- 16:30Speaker 1: so but it was my internal guidance that was telling
- 16:32Speaker 1: me just stop, just go knock on the door. Otherwise
- 16:38Speaker 1: I would have went months wondering is she okay? Did
- 16:43Speaker 1: she have a stroke, did she have a heart attack?
- 16:45Speaker 1: Is she in the hospital? What you know is she
- 16:47Speaker 1: been still alive? Like all these stories would have just kept,
- 16:52Speaker 1: you know, mulling through me. And I'm gonna say, spirit, Spirit,
- 16:57Speaker 1: just like, just go knock on the door. It's pretty simple.
- 17:01Speaker 1: And that's just it. Our guidance is so simple, but
- 17:08Speaker 1: we second guess it. We're like, uh, well, I don't
- 17:11Speaker 1: want people knocking on my door unannounced, or I don't
- 17:16Speaker 1: always yeah, you know, I always go this way to work.
- 17:18Speaker 1: I don't want to turn. I don't want to go
- 17:21Speaker 1: take a different route, you know. So it's like you're
- 17:26Speaker 1: that guidance is just really creating a simpler path for you.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Or the things I love when it happens is those
- 17:35Speaker 1: unexpected moments of oh, you need to stop a store.
- 17:40Speaker 1: What was it? Well, yeah, I do need to stop
- 17:42Speaker 1: a store and get some things, and I will sometimes
- 17:44Speaker 1: I will justify, well, I don't really want to do that.
- 17:46Speaker 1: I want to go home, I want to put my
- 17:47Speaker 1: pajamazon and I just want to chill out and stop
- 17:50Speaker 1: at store, Like it gets a little louder, like, no,
- 17:52Speaker 1: stop at store? Do you go to the store?
- 17:55Speaker 2: Now?
- 17:56Speaker 1: It's and it's not my head telling me this. There's
- 17:59Speaker 1: just something is saying go to the store, and so
- 18:03Speaker 1: I stop and there's somebody that I've been thinking about,
- 18:06Speaker 1: who you know, I haven't seen in a while, and
- 18:10Speaker 1: there they are, standing by the lattue or whatever. And
- 18:13Speaker 1: so those are always fun too, And so keep that
- 18:16Speaker 1: in mind that you know, spirit also is creating that
- 18:23Speaker 1: divine timing or that guidance to get you to cross
- 18:27Speaker 1: paths with somebody that maybe you haven't or that you've
- 18:31Speaker 1: been thinking about I haven't seen in a while, or
- 18:35Speaker 1: maybe somebody who you want to connect with, and you
- 18:39Speaker 1: end up at the same spot at the same time
- 18:42Speaker 1: because you decided to listen to the intuition to stop
- 18:45Speaker 1: at that particular spot or visit a certain person, and
- 18:49Speaker 1: that other person is there and they make that connection
- 18:52Speaker 1: for you. Like we just don't know. I always imagined that,
- 18:58Speaker 1: you know, spirit it is hovering over this entire universe
- 19:06Speaker 1: and we want something. So if I'm thinking about somebody
- 19:10Speaker 1: but I haven't seen him in a while, like they're
- 19:13Speaker 1: choreographing these How did that person What made that other
- 19:18Speaker 1: person decide to go to the store at that time?
- 19:25Speaker 1: Did they already have it on their list to do
- 19:26Speaker 1: that day or was it a spur of the moment
- 19:28Speaker 1: for them as well? And then here I am over
- 19:32Speaker 1: here and it's just a random day and I'm on
- 19:35Speaker 1: my way home, and spirits like, go to the store, Okay,
- 19:42Speaker 1: I only need one thing. Nope, you need to go.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And there's this person stand like you think about not
- 19:48Speaker 1: just on your side, but on the other side, Like
- 19:51Speaker 1: there's this whole this I just call it cho choreography,
- 19:56Speaker 1: Like this whole thing is being it's weird to say manipulate,
- 20:01Speaker 1: Like we're being manipulated by spirit to get us to
- 20:04Speaker 1: line up with each other to have the experiences that
- 20:06Speaker 1: we want. But I think about that, like you have
- 20:10Speaker 1: to have a director for your play, and they need
- 20:14Speaker 1: to tell you where to be, what lines to say,
- 20:16Speaker 1: who you're going to interact with, when to exit the stage,
- 20:19Speaker 1: all these things. And that's what I think about our angels,
- 20:23Speaker 1: our guides, our the universe, like overseeing us, helping us
- 20:30Speaker 1: navigate where to be, when to be, what to avoid,
- 20:35Speaker 1: how to protect ourselves. Like, we have this huge amount
- 20:38Speaker 1: of help before us, and it's underutilized. I know I
- 20:44Speaker 1: didn't utilize it for several years, just saying and.
- 20:47Speaker 2: We're used to it.
- 20:48Speaker 3: And then it's just like we were talking about your
- 20:50Speaker 3: friend that you went over and stopped over to see.
- 20:52Speaker 3: She's like, I was gonna text you about forty times
- 20:55Speaker 3: or whatever or whatever the conversation was. That's the same
- 20:58Speaker 3: thing that we all do, and it's just it's up
- 21:01Speaker 3: to each individual to not have to listen to it
- 21:04Speaker 3: forty times.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Can you get it?
- 21:06Speaker 3: You know, the saying used to be heard three times,
- 21:09Speaker 3: Just do it, not forty times. But we get busy
- 21:12Speaker 3: because we think that something else is more important or whatever.
- 21:15Speaker 3: But we're getting information all the time, and the more
- 21:18Speaker 3: that we play with that, the more frequent it becomes,
- 21:21Speaker 3: the more we realize we're not just doing this all
- 21:24Speaker 3: by ourselves. We are divinely guided. There's always this amazing
- 21:30Speaker 3: presence around us, and we're safe. And that's huge, just
- 21:34Speaker 3: knowing that we're safe in the world where they're promoting
- 21:37Speaker 3: that we're not safe in every possible aspect, from every
- 21:42Speaker 3: possible direction.
- 21:42Speaker 2: And that's why it's.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Important when I listen to something I listened to, how
- 21:47Speaker 3: does my body respond?
- 21:48Speaker 2: Is my body give me a yes? Does my body
- 21:51Speaker 2: give me a no?
- 21:51Speaker 3: If someone's saying something, I'm asking inside of myself, is
- 21:55Speaker 3: this true? Is this something I should be concerned about?
- 21:58Speaker 3: And it's like I'll get the served from withinside of myself.
- 22:02Speaker 3: And because I'm listening, because I'm asking questions, because this
- 22:04Speaker 3: information that's coming to me is not to scare me.
- 22:07Speaker 3: It's an opportunity. It's an opportunity for me to navigate.
- 22:10Speaker 3: It's an opportunity for me to create. It's it's opportunity.
- 22:14Speaker 3: That's all that it is. It's not out to get me.
- 22:17Speaker 3: It's not trying to keep a separate because the only
- 22:21Speaker 3: thing that can keep us separate are those kinds of
- 22:23Speaker 3: thucks that something can keep.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Us separate, that there are two different stories.
- 22:27Speaker 3: And it's all right because now I'm in a space
- 22:29Speaker 3: where I don't care what side you're for. As far
- 22:32Speaker 3: as we'll use like political stuff, it doesn't matter to
- 22:36Speaker 3: me what side you're on. I'm interested in what's your
- 22:38Speaker 3: perspective on things? Oh, okay, that's your perspective. What would
- 22:41Speaker 3: you do differently to make it to the place that
- 22:44Speaker 3: you would like it to be, and I would say, ultimately,
- 22:46Speaker 3: we all want the same thing. It's just it's being
- 22:49Speaker 3: used in different words and being expressed differently. So all
- 22:54Speaker 3: everything that we encounter on a daily basis is just
- 22:57Speaker 3: an opportunity or create because we're experiencing something that we
- 23:03Speaker 3: can either create from that space of what we either
- 23:07Speaker 3: don't like or it just didn't feel good to us.
- 23:10Speaker 3: And even the stuff that feels good, we could make
- 23:12Speaker 3: it even better, it could feel even that much more wonderful.
- 23:16Speaker 2: So those are the.
- 23:16Speaker 3: Opportunities that we encounter every single freaking day, every single moment.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Or we can just get busy watching the televisions, clicking
- 23:27Speaker 3: on the devices, whatever it is. I like to say
- 23:31Speaker 3: that when I'm outside in the dirt though, no matter
- 23:33Speaker 3: what I'm doing, even if I should be sitting down somewhere,
- 23:36Speaker 3: that I'm not ignoring things, but I probably am. But
- 23:39Speaker 3: I enjoy doing outside because it's outside of nature, and
- 23:41Speaker 3: I figured, well, i'm out here, I'm getting grounded, that's all.
- 23:44Speaker 3: It's all positive, good and perspective, right, so my perspective
- 23:48Speaker 3: on it as well. So I just want to show
- 23:51Speaker 3: up and do and be better as well. That's all
- 23:54Speaker 3: that's that's it like every day and what does that
- 23:56Speaker 3: look like?
- 24:00Speaker 2: And that's for you to discern as well, Right it is?
- 24:03Speaker 1: What is that? What does that mean.
- 24:08Speaker 2: For you?
- 24:10Speaker 1: What is being and doing better mean to you? Because
- 24:12Speaker 1: it's by your standards and your comparison of who you
- 24:15Speaker 1: were before, not to me or anybody else. I might
- 24:20Speaker 1: be an example of something for you as well as
- 24:25Speaker 1: well as all a lot of other people can be
- 24:28Speaker 1: that example, even people you don't even know. But it's
- 24:33Speaker 1: not to be and do better the way I think
- 24:36Speaker 1: you should be doing and better be and do better.
- 24:39Speaker 1: It's your standards. I know what it means for me
- 24:45Speaker 1: and what it feels like to me. And when I'm
- 24:48Speaker 1: out of alignment with what that is ifact I've been
- 24:52Speaker 1: experiencing it lately, it's like, I it is important for
- 24:57Speaker 1: me to make adjustments in my life so that I
- 25:01Speaker 1: am now coming so that I come back into an
- 25:04Speaker 1: alignment of being and doing better because I've by my standards,
- 25:10Speaker 1: not into comparison to anybody else, by my by what
- 25:15Speaker 1: feels good to me. I've kind of went off my
- 25:21Speaker 1: path a little bit and it's like, ooh, this does
- 25:23Speaker 1: not feel good and I need to work my way
- 25:26Speaker 1: back to what feels a little better and keep moving
- 25:30Speaker 1: in that direction. And so I've recognized that, and I'm
- 25:33Speaker 1: making those adjustments now, and that's that's by me, my
- 25:36Speaker 1: my standards, by my guidelines. It's all me. It is
- 25:40Speaker 1: not what anybody else is judging me for or thinking
- 25:46Speaker 1: I should be doing or anything like that. Has nothing
- 25:48Speaker 1: to do with anybody else. It's strictly about how I'm
- 25:51Speaker 1: feeling about myself.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Because no one else. Everyone else has got to live
- 26:02Speaker 2: their own journey.
- 26:03Speaker 3: They can't be in your journey all this whole time
- 26:04Speaker 3: and know what feels right for you, and things aren't
- 26:07Speaker 3: going to feel right for you that might feel right
- 26:09Speaker 3: for them. And that's okay because we're here on an
- 26:11Speaker 3: individual journey because we're creators. And if we just know that,
- 26:15Speaker 3: then it's just an opportunity for us to create something
- 26:17Speaker 3: that we do like, yeah, that we do.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Enjoy absolutely so.
- 26:25Speaker 1: Intuition super super super helpful and beneficial, and I think
- 26:31Speaker 1: is one of those tools that we innately have that
- 26:37Speaker 1: is part of our being that I would say Strengthen,
- 26:42Speaker 1: I don't care if you go to the gym or not.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Don't I don't care you learn another language or not.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I don't care what you do with your life. What
- 26:50Speaker 1: I would highly recommend, though, is strengthening that connection between
- 26:56Speaker 1: you and source, you and your higher self, you and
- 26:59Speaker 1: the angels and God, you and whoever that might be,
- 27:02Speaker 1: but that spirit connection that will help you with guiding
- 27:08Speaker 1: you through life, which would make things a whole lot
- 27:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna say easier. I think the more I've listened
- 27:18Speaker 1: to my intuition, the easier my life has gotten, life
- 27:23Speaker 1: experiences have gotten.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Yeah, I agree, So I would.
- 27:31Speaker 1: Highly recommend suggest that you work with that. Learn it.
- 27:38Speaker 1: What is intuition. Intuition is the same same same as
- 27:44Speaker 1: being psychic. People don't like the word psychic because of
- 27:47Speaker 1: the negative connotations to it. That's okay. You learn what
- 27:52Speaker 1: Clare sentient, Claire cognizant, Claire buoyant, Claire fragrant, Claire audience,
- 27:59Speaker 1: Claire my missing one anyway.
- 28:05Speaker 2: There's lots of them.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Yeah, so you start learning about those. What it is
- 28:10Speaker 1: is seeing, knowing, hearing, feeling. There's the tasting, clagustine tasting.
- 28:17Speaker 1: So it's how you interpret your strongest, strongest intuitive sense
- 28:23Speaker 1: of how you interpret the energy of words, energy of people,
- 28:28Speaker 1: energy of emotions, energy of physical things, energy of mental like,
- 28:36Speaker 1: it's a whole It is a whole language that you
- 28:41Speaker 1: have to spend time cultivating and learning how to use it.
- 28:47Speaker 1: So call it a language, call it a skill, call
- 28:49Speaker 1: it a tool. It's part of who we are. And
- 28:54Speaker 1: as much as we try to deny it and turn
- 28:56Speaker 1: it away or ignore it, it's there and you can
- 29:01Speaker 1: decide to use it or not. But it will always
- 29:05Speaker 1: as one tool that will always, always, always be there.
- 29:09Speaker 3: Always you pinch yourself off and not listen to it,
- 29:12Speaker 3: but it's it's still there.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And here's one prime example that I can tell you
- 29:18Speaker 1: is blind people. Blind people listen to their intuition and
- 29:23Speaker 1: they utilize the sense of energy to help them navigate life.
- 29:29Speaker 1: The energy of color. Colors have energy, So how they
- 29:34Speaker 1: get dressed. Yeah, for a while, somebody might lay out
- 29:37Speaker 1: their clothes for them so that they are look let's
- 29:41Speaker 1: say usually a word appropriate, that they're close match and
- 29:46Speaker 1: they look decent, whatever. But over time they get used
- 29:51Speaker 1: to the energy of those pieces of clothing, the energy
- 29:57Speaker 1: of the colors of those clothing. So so it's super
- 30:03Speaker 1: important that you start utilizing it if you haven't already,
- 30:06Speaker 1: and keep nurturing it.
- 30:08Speaker 2: That's right there. It's your spidy, senses, your gut, your it's.
- 30:12Speaker 3: All all those labels, but it's the one muscle that
- 30:16Speaker 3: you want to select as much as possible for sure.
- 30:20Speaker 1: So so go out learn about intuition and start strengthening it.
- 30:28Speaker 1: The more you the stronger it gets, the easier your
- 30:33Speaker 1: life decisions get. I think, yeah, super important. Navigating life
- 30:39Speaker 1: is so much I think, so much more fun and
- 30:44Speaker 1: it just gets easier. And I don't know other any
- 30:48Speaker 1: other word to you, it just seems to get easier.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Fun. Fun is the best description because it is fun.
- 30:54Speaker 1: Yeah, and safe, it keeps it helps helps you with
- 30:59Speaker 1: your safety.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Two.
- 31:02Speaker 1: So with that, I hope this conversation resonated with you
- 31:06Speaker 1: or you got something out of it, And if you did,
- 31:08Speaker 1: please share with other people. Whether you go out and
- 31:11Speaker 1: have it, excuse me, have the conversation, or you're just
- 31:14Speaker 1: resourceful and share the content through our different platforms of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, spreakers, Spotify, podcast, attic,
- 31:23Speaker 1: and YouTube. So share the links and just I do
- 31:27Speaker 1: that a lot. I do that quite often. I'll listen
- 31:29Speaker 1: to something and I just share it with people. So
- 31:32Speaker 1: so anyway, we appreciate you hanging out with us, tea
- 31:36Speaker 1: time with Amy and Bev, and we'll see you next time.
- 31:40Speaker 2: Fine,
