Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein's Crimes And The Gigantic Shrug Down In Florida (7/12/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up, everybody, and welcome to the program. Look, we're
0:03
just gonna jump right into it today. All right down
0:07
in Florida, another investigation, this time run by the state itself,
0:14
has decided that there was no criminal wrongdoing in Jeffrey
0:19
Epstein getting that sweetheart of a deal. Nobody committed any crimes. Oh,
0:26
we got preferential treatment, folks, but nobody committed any crimes.
0:31
I mean, did you really think that an internal investigation
0:36
was going to unearth anything. It's an absolute joke. This
0:43
is the State of Florida's version of Leon Black having
0:50
the I'm using quotes here air quotes the independent law
0:55
firm look Out, Apollo Global. That's what this is right here.
0:59
So the state's investigate itself, Huh, that always works out
1:02
so great. They're gonna expose themselves for being complicit in
1:09
giving Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal. That's exactly what we
1:12
should have expected from this investigation. Right, It's a joke.
1:17
The investigation's a joke. The State of Florida is a joke. Hell,
1:21
the whole entire justice system in the nation is a joke.
1:26
And continuously we see shit like this happen. And if
1:33
what they did wasn't against the law, then perhaps, maybe,
1:39
just maybe, some more laws need to be put on
1:41
the books to hold these prosecutors responsible. Let's jump into
1:48
this article from the Palm Beach Post and let's see
1:51
what the author, Jane Musgraves, has to say. Jeffrey Epstein
1:58
Florida probe finds no crime and how case was handled
2:01
that is just so ludicrous on its face. Just the
2:04
headline alone is enough to launch me into orbit. This
2:09
shit is aggravating time after time, day after day. The
2:15
federal government just gets in the way of bringing people
2:18
like Epstein to justice. Oh but don't worry, they have
2:21
no problem kicking in your door if they think you're
2:24
a drug dealer. The whole entire world is upside down, folks.
2:30
And I swear to God, I swear to you. I
2:33
feel like we're living in a simulation at this point.
2:35
This can't be real life, right, Like I said. This
2:40
article was authored by Jane Musgrave and yet another blow
2:46
for survivors of serial child molester Jeffrey Epstein. Florida's top
2:51
law enforcement agency on Monday said have found no evidence
2:54
of wrongdoing in the way Palm Beach County sheriff's deputies
2:57
or the state's attorneys handled the wealthy Palm Beach Residen's case. Well,
3:03
whoever came to that conclusion should be put on a
3:07
ship right along with the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
3:10
and sent to the furthest island chain that is uninhabited
3:15
in the Pacific Ocean, so that they can't meddle in
3:18
anybody else's life anymore. I mean, are you kidding me?
3:21
How could you sit on one of these bodies with everything
3:24
you know and come to the conclusion that that non
3:28
prosecution agreement was legit, It was all above board, it
3:31
was kosher. The travesty of this whole entire thing is
3:41
beyond words, folks. Honestly, it is beyond words. In three
3:48
separate reports that were the product of a nearly two
3:50
year investigation, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement said it
3:54
found no proof Epstein's riches or influence with powerbrokers won
3:59
himself special treatment. No, none at all, Nope, had nothing
4:03
to do with it. Barry Krisher was just you know,
4:05
Barry Krisher is just an attack dog of a prosecutor, right, folks,
4:08
just we can really rely on him to do the
4:10
right thing. How can anyone think or say that this
4:17
was above board, that this was acceptable, because it was
4:22
literally none of those things. It was not above board,
4:25
it was not acceptable, and it's literally a travesty of justice.
4:30
I honestly have no idea how the people in Florida
4:34
who looked at this case can say to themselves or
4:37
us with the straight face that there were no laws
4:40
broken here. We need to fix this shit asap. And
4:49
the current crop of politicians in Florida and elsewhere, well,
4:54
they certainly don't seem to be the guys or the
4:56
gals to do it, folks. The agency dismissed allegations that
5:02
former state Attorney Barry Krisher bowed the pressure from Epstein's
5:05
high powered legal team to help craft a plea agreement
5:08
that has been widely criticized as the deal of the century.
5:12
I mean, were the investigators high, And I don't mean
5:16
on marijuana, right, I'm talking about high. Were they like
5:21
hitting the K two? Maybe that leak eleak getting a
5:24
little wet, because nobody who's sober can come to this conclusion,
5:30
nobody with a brain that's working at even half capacity.
5:34
But yet here we are with some of the smartest
5:37
people in the room, the elected officials and the appointed judges,
5:42
and all of these jerkoffs who make up the political
5:45
class who think they can lord over us. Frankly, folks,
5:49
I have had a belly full of these people. Further
5:55
investigators said they found no evidence deputies allowed the self
5:58
described financier file to have sex with two young women
6:02
when he was allowed to leave the county stockade on
6:05
work release. Well, Denise George begs to differ, and well,
6:13
looking at all the stuff in this case and how
6:16
things were handled in Florida, I have zero confidence in
6:19
Florida as a law enforcement type of place. Okay, so
6:23
throw all the shit you hear from Florida out the window.
6:26
It's all tainted in garbage, especially after this ruling. So
6:33
it's Florida is just a shit show, folks. I don't
6:37
even know what to say about that place. Why anyone
6:40
would live there is beyond me. If this is the
6:42
way that the state prosecution is going to conduct itself,
6:46
and then after they're exposed for obvious wrongdoing, they don't
6:51
even get baptized for it. Yeah, you can miss me
6:55
with that shit. I'll be avoiding Florida at all costs.
7:02
While investigators didn't discount the allegations in two ongoing civil
7:05
lawsuits that Epstein molested two young women in his office
7:09
in downtown West ponm Beach, Florida, they said deputies who
7:13
were guarding him were unaware of it. So again their ignorance.
7:18
Wasn't their job to make sure that they kept people
7:21
safe from Jeffrey Epstein. Wasn't that what they were doing,
7:24
but they weren't aware if he did that? What really
7:28
were they doing? My guess is they were living the
7:32
life of luxury, all kinds of great meals with their
7:36
new boy, Jeffrey. And you know what's the big deal?
7:39
They'll look the other way. A couple of girls come
7:41
through dad, No big deal. When it comes to drug cartels,
7:47
it's plato or promo, either silver or lead, meaning you
7:51
take the bribe or you get the lead. In America,
7:55
they don't even have to threaten the lead. These dudes
7:57
are just taking the bribes. Probably, I'm so fed up
8:02
with the broken, disgusting Department of Justice and the whole
8:11
entire situation that we find ourselves in. Does anyone have
8:15
any confidence in the institutions? And then when decisions like
8:19
this are rendered. How can they expect anybody to believe
8:24
in what they got going on or to believe the
8:26
narratives that they're pitching to US agents find no financial
8:33
intelligence that crimes were committed. Oh, no financial intelligence. Well,
8:39
first of all, you'd have to have some intelligence to
8:42
search for the intelligence, you bunch of boops. Second of all,
8:47
nobody believes anything that's coming out of the office of
8:49
anyone in Florida. Okay. Fdl E agents also said they
8:55
uncovered no financial intelligence that any of the ninety one
8:59
deputies who were paid a total of one hundred and
9:03
twenty eight one hundred and thirty six dollars to watch
9:06
Epstein traded money for favors. The money for Epstein's security
9:10
detail at the Florida Science Foundation was paid to the
9:13
Sheriff's office and then distributed to deputies. Investigators said, yeah,
9:18
I'm sure that there was no little something something on
9:20
the side, right, give me a break, man. Guess what.
9:26
I don't trust the police either, Okay, I don't trust
9:29
any of the institutions in this nation. Can I be
9:32
any more clear? And I don't know how anyone does.
9:38
Just take a look at TV for five seconds. Just
9:40
read some articles in the news and you'll see the
9:44
way these people conduct themselves to think that these guys
9:47
would be above getting a few bucks on the slide
9:50
from Jeffrey Epstein. Come on, stop it. Oh well, it
9:52
wasn't on their taxes. It cautioned that the findings were preliminary,
9:59
but it's based on its review of available information, no
10:03
crimes were committed. Further, even if additional evidence is uncovered,
10:07
given that more than a decade has elapsed, the statue
10:10
of limitations as long past, and there it is. The
10:13
devil's in the details. Folks, kick the can down the road.
10:17
Let's get the statue of limitations kicked in so nobody's
10:21
ever held accountable and the dance goes on. Meanwhile, the
10:30
survivors are left once again holding the bag. I hope
10:34
you feel good about yourselves, Florida, and I hope the
10:37
FDLE who conducted this garbage ass investigation feels good about
10:42
themselves too. Sheriff Rick Bradshaw, who asked Governor Ron DeSantis
10:48
in August twenty nineteen to order FDL to investigate his
10:52
deputy's conduct after news of Epstein's cushy treatment exploded applauded
10:58
the findings. You know, Ron de Santa, this is another
11:00
one strikes me as a weirdo. I don't trust any
11:04
of these dudes. I wonder how many parties he was
11:07
hanging out with with his boy Matt gets. After an
11:13
extensive investigation, FDL determined that there was no inappropriate or
11:18
criminal activity on the part of any PbSO member with
11:21
respect to their participation in Epstein's work release or the
11:25
permit detail. He said in a written statement. As if
11:28
this is getting them off the hook, right, this is
11:31
his mia kulpa. See, we did nothing wrong. Why because
11:35
your friends in another government agency said so sorry? How
11:39
about an independent board takes a look at this, not
11:42
one of your friends, not a law firm who you
11:45
have ties to, A real independent investigation. I'd be calling
11:50
for a federal investigation. But Merrick Garland doesn't know his
11:54
ass from his elbow, so that's out as well. But
12:02
he said, the state agency won't have the last word.
12:05
An ongoing internal affairs investigation will determine whether deputies violated
12:10
any department policies. The results are expected soon, he said, Yeah, okay,
12:15
I have a lot of confidence in that. Meet the
12:19
new boss same as the old boss. If you think
12:21
anything's different that now that Merrick Garland's in there, though
12:24
when Barr was in there, you're wrong. Maybe it's package different, right,
12:28
But it's all the same shit. These people all have
12:30
the same goal in mind. Neither Krisher nor the State
12:36
Attorney's office responded to phone calls or emails about the
12:39
fdl's findings. The probe cast a shadow over Krisher, a
12:43
respected sixteen year state attorney who won awards and accolades
12:47
for his work on behalf of young victims of sexual
12:49
assault before he left office in two thousand and nine.
12:52
Talk about a joke, So let's just put it into perspective, okay,
12:58
And I don't care how you feel about Russia Limbaugh,
13:00
all right, This same prosecutor, Barry Krisher, tried to put
13:06
Rush Limbaugh on jail for a billion years because of drugs,
13:09
but at the same time is giving Epstein a sweetheart deal.
13:16
It's bullshit, it's garbage, And I'm sick of these disgusting
13:19
prosecutors not treating this stuff as with the seriousness that
13:23
it deserves because it's one of their buddies or somebody
13:25
who contributed to their political campaign or their boss's political campaign.
13:34
The trampoline effect is severe. His departure came six months
13:41
after Epstein pleaded guilty to two state prostitution charges, even
13:44
though Palm Beach police said he had learned dozens of
13:47
teens to his mansion for massages that many said led
13:51
the sexual assault. Two state charges. Folks, just remember that
13:54
two state prostitution charges with underage girls. By the way,
13:58
and there's no longdoing on the behalf of the state
14:03
for giving him this sweetheart deal. I try and come
14:07
to terms with that. I know there's no way that
14:10
anyone can justify this to me. He served twelve months
14:16
of an eighteen month sentence and was allowed to leave
14:19
the stockade for twelve hours a day, six days a week.
14:22
Imagine that kind of sweetheart deal for some scumbag child molester.
14:28
I honestly have no idea how anyone finds it acceptable.
14:35
This dude's in there. All these little girls came forward
14:38
and said he was touching them and abusing them and
14:40
assaulting them. And he's able to leave six days a
14:44
week for twelve hours a day. Why because he has
14:47
to go to work. What does that even mean? So
14:53
is el Choppo able to leave six days a week.
14:57
Was gas Pipe Casso allowed to do that? What about
14:59
the UNI A bomber? Hell, maybe we should let David
15:03
Berkowitz out for a weekend retreat to run around the
15:06
streets of Yonkers again. I'm telling you everything is upside down, folks.
15:11
I don't even know what to say at this point.
15:14
I'll tell you this much though this article has me heated,
15:18
I'm just so disgusted by all of it, the whole
15:21
entire thing. Everything we witness on a daily basis just
15:25
compounds and compounds and builds, and it's like shoving five
15:29
pounds ten pounds of shit into a five pound bag.
15:36
After Epstein was charged by New York prosecutors in twenty
15:39
nineteen with child sex trafficking, the case became a global sensation,
15:43
in Epstein in international pariah. He was found in a
15:47
Manhattan jail cell shortly after he was arrested and denied bond.
15:53
US attorney alex Acosta resigned from cabinet job over controversy.
15:58
So if alex Acosta resigned, and he should have, how
16:01
is it that Parry Krisher and the rest of those
16:03
assholes escape any punishment? So it's all Acosta's fault, right, Sorry,
16:10
I'm gonna I'm not gonna let them off that easy.
16:12
We're not just gonna escapegoat one guy. So all of
16:14
the higher ups can skirt no way, not here, not
16:17
on this podcast. Never mukaesion down all of them, the
16:22
whole entire lot of them. And that's on the federal side.
16:26
When we're talking about the state people, Krisher, Krista Marx,
16:31
all of those people, and none of them are helped responsible. Huh.
16:35
Everything was above board, folks. It was a quality investigation.
16:40
You guys all had Epstein red wrong? Okay. In an
16:45
attempt at damage control, former South Florida US Attorney Alex
16:49
Acosta sought to blame Krisher for a controversial non prosecution agreement.
16:54
Under the agreement, federal prosecutors agreed the shell of the
16:57
fifty three page indictment they had prepared again to Epstein
17:00
if he pleaded guilty to state charges. So again, it's
17:04
all about Acosta, right, Barry Krisher sliding on through. I
17:09
wonder if this guy has pictures of somebody with a
17:11
goat or something, how the hell do you avoid this
17:14
kind of scrutiny? This kind of pressure must be nice
17:20
to be part of the big club. The Palm Beach
17:25
County State Attorney's office was ready to let Epstein walk free,
17:29
no jail time, nothing, Acosta said during a nationally televised
17:33
press conference. Prosecutors in my office found this to be
17:36
completely unacceptable. So you have his story, you have Chrishier story,
17:40
and then the truth is somewhere in the middle. Right,
17:42
one thing is certain, both Christier and Acosta both assholes
17:47
who need to be reprimanded for their role in this.
17:54
Chrisher pushed back. He issued a statement saying Acosta was
17:57
distorting the facts and misrepresenting how the system works. Boy,
18:01
talk about an oxymoron, breaking news, Barry Krisher, This system
18:06
does not work, okay, so spare us your nonsense. Mister
18:12
Acosta should not be allowed to rewrite history, Chrisher said
18:14
in the statement, I can emphatically state that mister Acosta's
18:18
recollection of this matter is completely wrong. So this is
18:22
what happens, right when you have scumbags who were involved
18:25
in something like this get called to the carpet, they
18:28
start finger pointing and blaming, and in reality they're all
18:34
to blame. In my opinion Acosta on down. Every single
18:36
one of these people that had anything to do with
18:38
this non prosecution agreement should never ever collect a state
18:43
pension or work for the state ever, again, point blank period.
18:51
The explosive press conference was largely blamed for costing Acosta
18:55
his cabinet post as US Labor Secretary under President Donald
18:58
Trump to resign the next day, as he should have.
19:02
He should have never been put in that position in
19:04
the first place. However, in an investigation in late twenty nineteen,
19:10
the Palm Beach Posts found that only one of Epstein's
19:14
survivors was called to testify before the grand jury that
19:18
indicted Epstein. So again, all of those allegations, all of
19:21
those girls, why only call one to testify before the
19:25
grand jury? Also, why assail her credibility in that very
19:29
grand jury room? Why call her a prostitute? Why say
19:33
that she was drinking smoking weed? All this other bs
19:36
that the prosecution should be fighting against. They're joining in
19:40
on the part of the chorus. But no, they did
19:42
nothing wrong. They really have people's best wishes at the
19:50
forefront of their mind. And if you're a parent in Florida,
19:53
you can feel real safe that the state cares about
19:55
your children, said nobody ever. Further, rather than treating the
20:03
team as a survivor, Chrisher's prosecutors focused on her social
20:06
media postings, where she talked about drinking liquor with boys
20:10
and talking about sex. There you have it, folks, That's
20:12
exactly what the prosecutors are supposed to do. Boy, I'll
20:15
tell you what, lucky, this isn't my daughter. We'll just
20:19
leave it at that, because I would be howling. You
20:23
think I got a big fat yap. Now, boy, you
20:26
ain't seen nothing yet. Her posts had been provided to
20:31
Krisher's office by Epstein's top tier lawyers, including Harvard law
20:35
professor Allen I kept my underpants on Dershowitz. Rather than
20:39
treat her as a victim, she was portrayed as being
20:41
eager to participate in Epstein's lords schemes. Sources told the
20:45
paper and the jerk offs in the grand jury room,
20:48
if the people who sat on that grand jury, what
20:51
a bunch of idiots, What a bunch of morons. Interview
21:00
with FDLE investigators, Chrisher acknowledged that only one team testified
21:04
before the Grand jerry, even though he said three were
21:07
summoned imagine that only one. So we only have the
21:11
testimony of one girl, one little girl, about this Epstein case,
21:16
and they could have had a bunch more, but they
21:18
decided not to. Krisher recalled. One witness was out of
21:25
town and the other victim's mother did not want her
21:28
to testify. Investigators wrote, so one was out of town.
21:31
How about postpone the grand Jerry till she gets back.
21:34
What do you say? Former Palm Beach police Chief Michael
21:41
Ryder told the investigators that Chrishier's office told him they
21:44
wouldn't prosecute Epstein for crimes if the teens were sixteen
21:48
and over and it involved extraordinary circumstances, meaning intercourse. FDL
21:54
agents wrote, you know, I mean, I don't know how
21:58
many ways I can say this. Okay, I'm gonna say
22:01
a bad word here, so you might want to cover
22:03
your ears. The state of Florida and the whole entire
22:09
justice system down there is absolutely fucked disappointed that Chrisher
22:17
wasn't vigorously pursuing the case. Writer asked the FBI to investigate.
22:21
That ultimately ultimately led to the involvement of federal prosecutors
22:25
and the infamous non prosecution agreement, Krisher acknowledged that he
22:30
and Writer were at odds. Investigators wrote, with some of
22:33
the teams scared and giving conflicting statements. Krisher said he
22:37
didn't believe the case was as strong as Writer did.
22:41
I mean what, you didn't believe the case was as
22:44
strong as Rider? Did? You have a bunch of little
22:46
girls coming forward and telling you that this happened. But nah,
22:50
this isn't a strong case. Is there ever gonna be
22:53
a forensic investigation into the finances? Are we gonna see
22:57
if Epstein paid any of these people off? Or we're
23:00
not gonna even bother ask those questions as investigators. Writers
23:08
assessment of the strength of the case did not conport
23:11
to our assessment of the strength of the case, Chrisher
23:13
told investigators. After interviewing Krisher, prosecutors who were involved in
23:18
the case, judges and police FDL agents said they found
23:22
no evidence that any laws were broken. Yeah, okay, sure
23:25
they didn't. We interviewed all of the lawyers and all
23:28
the people that were on the hook to get in trouble. Oh,
23:31
I'm sure they spun themselves a nice story. They've had
23:33
plenty of time to concoct one. No evidence was developed
23:42
to substantiate a criminal predicate that would warrant FDL to
23:45
continue a criminal investigation into the matter at this time,
23:48
it concluded. Attorney Bradley Edwards, who represented more than a
23:53
dozen of Epstein's survivors, didn't return a phone call or
23:56
email to comment. Edwards convinced the US District Judge Kenneth
24:01
Morrow that federal prosecutors violated the Crime Victim Rights Act
24:05
by not letting them know about the non prosecution agreement
24:08
until it was too late to change, but he said
24:11
there was nothing he could do because Epstein was dead. Again,
24:14
the system is so fubar, folks. Because he's dead. Let's
24:18
drop the case. Let's just forget about all of it.
24:21
As if there were no co conspirators. Here's an idea,
24:24
drop a rico net over all of them, and we
24:27
wouldn't have to have this conversation. Last month, a deeply
24:34
divided Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, for a
24:36
second time, said federal prosecutors didn't violate the Act. It
24:41
found the law didn't apply because federal prosecutors didn't indict
24:44
Epstein themselves and instead relied on Krisher to do so.
24:48
Was that by plan? Did they do that with the
24:51
intent purpose knowing that they would be able to concoct
24:55
this get out of jail free card for themselves if
24:57
they were ever caught. I know that's a cynical way
24:59
to look at things, but do we really trust these people?
25:06
As a state prosecutor, Krisher wasn't bound by federal law.
25:10
Edwards expressed disappointment on behalf of his clients, who have
25:13
fought for more than a decade to have their voices heard.
25:16
He vowed to take the fight to Congress and convince
25:18
lawmakers to close loopholes in the law that kept Epstein's
25:21
young survivors in the dark. In the end, the upshot
25:25
of multiple investigations in lawsuits is that Bradshaw eliminated work release.
25:31
Many criminal defense lawyers said it helped those who committed
25:33
nonviolent offenses by being allowed to leave jail to work,
25:37
They can make sure they had a job waiting for
25:39
them after they had served their sentences. Look, I'm not
25:42
against that, honestly. If we're talking about nonviolent offenders, right,
25:48
that doesn't mean sex offenders. Okay, we're talking about nonviolent
25:51
offenders I'm all about rehabilitation, folks. I don't want people
25:54
to rot in prison. I want people to be rehabilitated
25:58
those who can be. But those those who are a
26:01
menace to society, those who can hurt the people we love,
26:04
they need to be locked up. In the wake of
26:10
the controversy over Epstein's lenient treatment, Bradshaw asked the county's
26:14
Criminal Justice Commission to review its merits. After the advisory
26:19
board found no benefit to the agency, Bradshaw dismantled the program.
26:24
So the moral of the story is you can get
26:27
away with all sorts of bullshit if you're a federal prosecutors.
26:34
Sorry about that, folks had some dogs barking real quick.
26:37
But it comes down to the situation of so you
26:40
can get do all of this stuff right, be involved
26:43
in cutting these sweetheart deals, and the only penalty when
26:47
all is said and done, is that this work release
26:51
program is cut. How can anyone justify that? But like
26:59
with this whole entire case from the very beginning, down
27:05
is up, left is right, right is left, and the
27:09
federal government remains inept. If you'd like to contact me,

27:37
or tomorrow morning, depending. I hope you all have a
27:40
fantastic night, and then welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
27:46
There is no doubt at this point that Jeffrey Epstein
27:49
received special treatment throughout his whole entire life basically, but
27:54
especially during that first run for the prosecution, and it
27:59
was a just people on the outside saying it. It
28:02
was judges, it was police officers, FBI agents, and all
28:08
of their concerns fell on deaf years as Jeffrey Epstein
28:12
was able to just skate right in to the plea
28:14
deal and do whatever he wanted, basically when he should
28:18
have been locked away in a state prison, as you
28:21
all know, instead he did his time in a stockade
28:24
where he was basically alone. And not only that, he
28:27
was able to spend basically every day out at quote
28:31
unquote work, which we know as BS. Considering we've already
28:36
talked about how police officers tried to hit him with
28:39
parole violations, and those parole violations were declined by his
28:43
parole officer. So it's just been a circular layer of
28:49
shit when it comes to Epstein and the way he's
28:52
been protected throughout. So today I thought we'd go all
28:55
the way back to two thousand and eight and talk
28:58
about his original convey and what went down in that courtroom.
29:03
And to do that, we have an article from the
29:05
New York Post from two thousand and eight, right after
29:09
his conviction. This article was authored by Samuel Goldsmith. Headline,
29:16
Jeffrey Epstein pleads guilty to prostitution charges. I mean, right
29:21
off the bat, prostitution charges. Huh, that's all this guy got,
29:24
prostitution charges. Meanwhile, a child can't be a prostitute. How
29:30
can a child consent to have sex with a scumbag
29:33
like this? They cannot, So how can you tell me
29:35
that there's a child prostitution charge? The fuck does that
29:38
even mean? Investment banker, science patron, self made billionaire, philanthropist
29:47
and former math teacher, as well as pedophile, scumbag, piece
29:51
of shit, human excrement, you know, all the rest of it.
29:56
Jeffrey Epstein can add a new title to his impressive resume,
30:00
convicted sex offender. That's the perfect title for this guy,
30:03
convicted sex offender. The only thing that was a joke
30:07
is the fact that he didn't have to live up
30:09
to what people on that registry have to live up too.
30:14
First of all, he never even had to register as
30:17
an offender in New Mexico. So right off the bat,
30:20
you say to yourself, well, what's the point. I thought
30:22
it was this national registry and it was going to
30:25
be taken seriously. Well, he didn't check in in New York.
30:29
Really down in Florida, well they lost paperwork. And in
30:33
New Mexico, forget it, he wasn't even considered a sex offender.
30:38
The Manhattan money Man Pedophile appear in the Florida courthouse
30:42
today where he pleaded guilty to soliciting an underage prostitute.
30:46
How the hell is that even possible? Please, somebody tell me.
30:49
I hate to digress here, but man, oh man, there's
30:52
no such thing as an underage prostitute. Imagine it was
30:55
your daughter that this dude molested, and the police came
30:58
to you and said, oh, we're gonna hit him with
31:00
underage prostitution charges. What what does that mean? You mean
31:05
you're gonna hit him with child molestation charges? Right? He
31:12
immediately began serving an eighteen month jail term, which will
31:15
be followed by one year of community confinement, which is
31:18
essentially house arrest. And he didn't adhere to any of
31:22
these rules. We just did an article. We just talked
31:26
about how he was walking down the street in Palm
31:28
Beach and a cop rolled up on him, tried to
31:31
hit him with a parle violation, and was stopped at
31:34
every turn. As a result of the plea deal, Epstein
31:40
fifty five will be placed on the National Sex Offender Registry.
31:44
Sounds like a good idea and sounds like a good move,
31:47
but then we come to find out, all these years
31:49
later that it didn't do anything. He was still molesting girls,
31:54
still raping girls, and still abusing people all the way
31:57
up to his second arrest. According to multiple reports, and
32:01
according to the Attorney General of at least the Virgin Islands,
32:07
they will be tracking you for the rest of your life.
32:09
Circuit Court Deborah del Puccio said for the period of
32:14
his home confinement, Epstein cannot view or possess any pornography.
32:19
Relevant to his deviant behavior patterns, Puccillo said, before deciding
32:23
to bar him from looking at any porn at all. Well,
32:26
that's kind of difficult, considering his whole entire house is
32:29
covered with it, all of his decores naked girls and
32:33
young girls topless. Did you guys go in there and
32:36
pull all those pictures down? Did anyone ever show up
32:39
and chin check them over it? Oh? Of course not.
32:42
You see, this is what I'm talking about. With platitudes
32:45
and flowery words. It's all fine and well, and it
32:48
sounds great and feels great when they're telling us this shit,
32:52
But the reality is they don't ever follow through, and
32:55
the federal government lets people like Epstein slide all the time. Epstein,
33:01
dressed in South Florida formal wear jeans, white sneakers, a
33:05
button down shirt, and blue blazer, refused to talk to
33:08
reporters on his way into the courthouse and made notes
33:11
statement in court. You know, it's not very often that
33:15
we can look back and see a situation unfold the
33:19
way the Epstein situation unfolded right before our eyes. And
33:24
while it's all happening, it's easy to just get caught
33:27
up and say, oh, this is a coincidence. That's a coincidence.
33:30
But really, when you look at the big picture here,
33:32
how can anyone look at this and say that Epstein
33:35
didn't catch a sweetheart deal, that there wasn't all sorts
33:39
of negligent behavior by the government from the DOJ to
33:43
the state level. How can you look at this and
33:46
say that His spokesman, Howard Rubinstein, said, mister Epstein accepted
33:53
responsibility for the charges relating to conduct that occurred several
33:57
years ago and fully resolved his case. Yeah, he fully
34:00
resolved this case. Huh, everything's all good, Howard Rubinstein, Your
34:04
guy is not an absolute monster, prolific sex predator that
34:09
never happened. Under the terms of the plea deal, Epstein
34:14
will have to undergo an HIV test by Wednesday, with
34:17
the results being handed over to his survivor, identified in
34:21
court papers as Jane Doe. So this sick, dirty bastard
34:27
had to take an HIV test as well and hand
34:29
it over. Now, we all know that Epstein was a sick, disgusting,
34:34
disturbed individual, and we know that the things he was
34:38
doing and making these children do are literally some of
34:44
the most disgusting acts that you can imagine, and yet
34:49
he was able to get away with all of this
34:51
and barely gets slapped on the wrist when he was caught.
34:55
So you take a look at how things went down,
34:58
and you tell me what you think, because personally, I
35:02
have zero faith in any of these institutions at this point.
35:05
And the scariest part is, even when this has been
35:08
brought to their attention, they haven't done anything to go
35:11
back and resolve this or fix it. Instead they tell us, ask,
35:15
screw it. The plea deal's going to stand, and that's
35:18
just the end of it. Doe was a fourteen year
35:22
old high school student when Epstein paid her two hundred
35:24
dollars for a massage at his Palm Beach mansion in
35:27
early two thousand and five. In court papers, she said
35:31
he used a vibrator on her while he masturbated. So
35:35
fourteen years old and this guy gets the slap on
35:38
the wrist that he got. And again, it wasn't one
35:41
fourteen year old. It wasn't you know, someone provided him
35:44
this girl. He had no idea what her age was.
35:47
He was looking for girls, this age. This is what
35:49
he wanted. This is what his thing was, is kink.
35:54
The guilty plea came after protracted negotiations and a lengthy
35:58
investigation by Palm Beach police, who were investigating the virtual
36:02
congo line of young women that Epstein had going in
36:05
and out of his thirteen thousand square foot mansion. So
36:08
they're saying in the article here a congo line of women, Okay,
36:13
young women. What you really should be saying is a
36:16
congo line of children, because that's what it was. Epstein,
36:22
who's robbed elbows with the likes of Bill Clinton, Prince
36:25
Andrew and Donald Trump over the years, could have faced
36:28
up to five years in prison if convicted at trial.
36:31
Five years huh. Meanwhile, my loved one went and did
36:35
eighty four months over some illegal gambling. Give me a
36:39
fucking break. Okay, you tell me the justice system isn't
36:43
absolutely broken. A guy like this is only staring at five.
36:47
You're only gonna hang a five piece on Jeffrey Epstein's
36:50
bitch ass. How about a few zeros after that five? Please?
36:56
The judge was critical of two of the deal's conditions,
36:59
indicating she thought he was getting special treatment by being
37:02
allowed private counseling for his sex offender treatment and to
37:05
serve his time in county jail instead of state prison.
37:08
Huh So another judge thinks he was getting special treatment here,
37:12
huh not just me and you you feel this fancy,
37:16
pancy private psychiatrist is an adequate in lieu of a
37:20
sex offender treatment program, She asked. Prosecutor Lana Bella jesus,
37:26
Lana Bella Hollavic, Yes, your hona, Yes, your honor. Bella
37:30
Hollavic said, As for sending him to jail, Puccio said,
37:34
there's significant budget cuts in the county already, and sending
37:37
him to the county jail and not the Department of
37:40
Corrections is a significant cost to the taxpayer and the county.
37:44
Are you sure that's what you want to do? I mean, really,
37:48
and remember this name, okay. Lana Bella Hollavic, when asked
37:54
if she thought that it was appropriate for him to
37:58
be part of this program, she says, yeah, yus, your honor.
38:00
Of course, the prosecution failed. The prosecution could have sent
38:05
the old boy up the river. They did not. Both
38:11
Bellohovic and Epstein lawyer Jeffrey Goldberg said yes, and the
38:15
judge rolled her eyes as she granted the request. Why
38:18
would she grant their request? Why would Judge Puccio grant
38:21
the request here, just say no, He's going to the
38:23
lock up. That's the end of it. Pucchio barred Epstein
38:28
or anyone on his behalf from trying to reach out
38:31
to the survivor and order that he stay away from
38:33
schools and playgrounds after his release. He'll also have to
38:37
submit to warrantless searches of his home, car, body, and computer.
38:41
On his way to court, Epstein was served with a
38:43
copy of a big buck lawsuit by Doe, who since
38:47
moved to another state, and obviously now in retrospect, we
38:52
know that that Doe was Virginia. The sex assault suit
38:57
was filed months ago, but Epstein had been evading service,
39:01
said Doe's lawyer, Theodore Leopold. He said his client respects
39:05
what the prosecutor's office has done and is doing the
39:09
best she can under the circumstances. Well, I wonder if
39:12
she'd feel the same now, because I'm guessing, not considering
39:16
all we know about the prosecution, their negligence, and their
39:19
willingness to help a guy like Epstein, I don't know
39:22
how anyone could be confident here, and all kidding aside,
39:26
if I was one of these survivors, I'd sue the
39:29
federal government the same way that Larry Nasser's survivors are
39:33
suing the FBI. I would do the same thing here.
39:37
Epstein's legal team had tried to paint the girl as
39:40
an untrustworthy and troubled scam artist from a troubled family,
39:44
but doesn't today sort of say it all. Leopold said,
39:47
he's going to be deemed sex offender and pedophile for
39:50
the rest of his life, and that speaks volumes about
39:53
what really happened here. And it was just the scratch
39:56
of the surface, right the tip of the iceberg. This
39:59
man was up to such devious shit that later on,
40:03
when we all found out, it was so disgusting that
40:06
we're still talking about it now every day, three years later.
40:10
That's how significant his disgusting behavior was, and that's what
40:14
the federal courts continue to let him do. Basically, while
40:20
the civil deal brought an end to the federal investigation
40:22
into excuse me, while the plea deal brought an end
40:25
to the federal investigation into Epstein, he's still facing a
40:28
string of civil suits from Doe and other young women
40:31
who claim he took advantage of what they thought would
40:34
be innocent massages. Jeffrey Herman, who's representing two other survivors,
40:39
said the guilty plea is a very positive development for
40:42
the civil cases and in some measure of justice for
40:45
these girls. And we know it's not though, really, when
40:48
it comes down to it, Epstein was paying out a
40:50
few bucks, but he wasn't facing real justice. Epstein maintains
40:58
he thought all the girls who were brought over to
41:00
his house were eighteen or over and that they knew
41:03
the massages would be erotic. Oh yeah, erotic. Yeah, they knew.
41:07
Thirteen fourteen year old girls knew that. Han Jeffrey, a
41:11
newly released inmate from the stockade the jail where Epstein
41:14
will live for the next eighteen months, said he's very
41:17
lucky not to be going to state prison. No shit,
41:20
he would have got tooled up if he went to
41:22
state prison. He's probably better off here, the man said.
41:26
If there's someone who did something with kids or any
41:28
sex crimes, they get fucked up there. He probably would
41:31
get killed over there for messing with the little girl.
41:34
And look, we all know that's how the jails go.
41:37
But Epstein lucked out once again, was able to go
41:40
to the stockade and have all of this special treatment.
41:43
So once again, folks, just another spotlight on how it
41:46
all went down, and a quick trip back in the
41:48
time machine to the actual sentencing to where we hear
41:51
another judge yet again say Epstein caught a sweetheart deal,
41:56
yet the government refuses to do anything about it. And
41:59
in fact, just like the article we talked about yesterday,
42:02
well they say that there is no redress and that
42:06
the plea deal will stand. I say, that's a bunch
42:10
of bullshit. All right, folks, it's gonna do it for
