- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice, sugar spice, It's time hell.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Level live loll Welcome to the Naughty Vanica. I'm your
- 0:18Speaker 2: house drum shooter. And it is Wednesday, which means a
- 0:22Speaker 2: dear friend Donny meetscham joined us. Hey, Donnie, are you there?
- 0:26Speaker 3: Hello La La Hello?
- 0:27Speaker 1: It is the week after the holidays?
- 0:31Speaker 3: HOLI Dace.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Did you have a nice holiday? Did you spend?
- 0:34Speaker 1: We had a friend of mine from high school actually
- 0:37Speaker 1: was here.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Well that's a long time, though, isn't.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I've known literally, we've known each other.
- 0:43Speaker 3: You thirty over, I'd say over thirty fifty.
- 0:48Speaker 2: It's fabulous.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Oh, she's birthday here, but she was escaping her husband.
- 0:55Speaker 3: You know, she's fleeing.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Oh.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I like that. You hold on to your friend, You
- 0:59Speaker 2: really do for somebody who was as unreliable as you. Donnay,
- 1:03Speaker 2: when it comes to friends, you hold on to them. Yeah,
- 1:06Speaker 2: but you know what, I think it's a nice I
- 1:07Speaker 2: don't mean.
- 1:08Speaker 1: There's I don't mean there's braggadotus or anything. My friends
- 1:11Speaker 1: hold on to me, And I think that says something
- 1:14Speaker 1: about that, Like big people would say, yes, my friends,
- 1:19Speaker 1: I'm a good friend, and I will I'm a good
- 1:21Speaker 1: friend say that.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yes, that's did I make that all about me?
- 1:24Speaker 3: I do, well, of course he did.
- 1:26Speaker 2: He's wicked into my show. What time is it?
- 1:30Speaker 3: My friends?
- 1:30Speaker 2: It is Tea Times and Matt Lauer, no surprise, wants
- 1:33Speaker 2: to come back to media. So people my seen him
- 1:35Speaker 2: report in this. I've been reporting this basically for eight
- 1:38Speaker 2: years since the day he left the Today Show. He
- 1:40Speaker 2: misses it. He wants to come back, but he is
- 1:42Speaker 2: the catch. The media that Matt wants to come back
- 1:45Speaker 2: to doesn't exist anymore. Legacy media.
- 1:48Speaker 3: It's over.
- 1:49Speaker 2: Those days of earning fifteen million dollars a year, it
- 1:51Speaker 2: is over. They just don't get the viewers. Cable news
- 1:54Speaker 2: is in terrible trouble. What is Matt going to do?
- 1:56Speaker 2: Is he going to join TikTok? Is he going to
- 1:58Speaker 2: get a YouTube channel? He's going to be Don Lemon.
- 2:00Speaker 2: He's not going to be interviewing people in the street.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Megan Kelly is doing really, really well, but she's saying
- 2:05Speaker 2: very controversial stuff and that gets her. Like, Matt isn't
- 2:08Speaker 2: a controversial person. What he did was very controversial, but
- 2:11Speaker 2: he's kind of down the middle. He's kind of like
- 2:13Speaker 2: a little bit sort of normal, and I think that
- 2:16Speaker 2: that's what in this world we live in with the housewives,
- 2:20Speaker 2: was Megan Kelly, with people screaming at us. I think
- 2:23Speaker 2: it's going to be very hard for Matt to find
- 2:25Speaker 2: a job. Several years ago, I was the first one
- 2:26Speaker 2: to report that he was in talks with C and N.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Jeff Zucker, who used to be the executive producer of
- 2:32Speaker 2: The Today Show when Matt was on, took over C
- 2:34Speaker 2: and N. So there were friends. They've known each other
- 2:36Speaker 2: for thirty forty years, and so they were talking, but
- 2:39Speaker 2: there was no job at seeing N. I just don't
- 2:41Speaker 2: see where he's going to go. If you think of
- 2:43Speaker 2: all the places now where people pop up, let's go
- 2:46Speaker 2: over them. YouTube. He's not doing that, reality TV, he
- 2:50Speaker 2: ain't doing Dancing with the Stars. It's not going to happen.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Legacy media, fantastic, but where they don't exist anymore, and
- 2:57Speaker 2: they're certainly not paying the money that Matt was earning
- 2:59Speaker 2: what a decade ago. So he's not scrappy. He wants
- 3:03Speaker 2: a platform. One person told me he does not want
- 3:05Speaker 2: a ring light. A lot of us now, Donnie, are
- 3:08Speaker 2: sitting here doing podcasting, We're doing TikTok videos, We're doing
- 3:11Speaker 2: stuff on YouTube. We're throwing everything at the wall. Goodness knows.
- 3:14Speaker 2: I was never as successful as Matt, but I was
- 3:16Speaker 2: in the mainstream media for a very long time did
- 3:19Speaker 2: well in it. It was delicious. Those days are gone,
- 3:22Speaker 2: the days of going on those shows and making a
- 3:25Speaker 2: living from it, they just don't exist anymore because the
- 3:28Speaker 2: shows don't have the money they used to habits a
- 3:30Speaker 2: fraction of the viewers. So I totally get it. Yes,
- 3:33Speaker 2: Matt wants to come back. Hello, that ain't that great?
- 3:36Speaker 2: Bigger news, is it? Of course he wants to come back,
- 3:39Speaker 2: he misses it. The problem is what he wants to
- 3:42Speaker 2: come back to no longer exists. What do you think?
- 3:46Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it's this.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Is a dirty little secret now, you know, these podcasting this.
- 3:53Speaker 3: It's not glamorous. What we do is not glamorous anymore.
- 3:57Speaker 3: It's like the days. I was talking about this with
- 4:00Speaker 3: a friend of mine too.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Is like the radio days like you used to go
- 4:04Speaker 1: in and the days of Elvis Duran having nineteen sidekicks
- 4:08Speaker 1: and four producers, and those days are over. You run
- 4:12Speaker 1: your own board, you produce your own stuff. You you know,
- 4:16Speaker 1: you find your own stories, You do everything yourself. But
- 4:20Speaker 1: I will say the media world that you know that
- 4:25Speaker 1: known as gone.
- 4:26Speaker 3: But do I think there is a space for him
- 4:29Speaker 3: to have a comeback? Oddly yes, do I care enough
- 4:33Speaker 3: that I would be tuning in?
- 4:35Speaker 2: No?
- 4:35Speaker 1: I mean I'm because I unfortunately would never be able
- 4:39Speaker 1: to separate what I know about him from from you know.
- 4:46Speaker 1: But if there's anything America loves, I mean, hello, we
- 4:49Speaker 1: have the president for a second term, is a comeback story?
- 4:53Speaker 3: America a comeback?
- 4:55Speaker 2: I still love a comeback. So Matt could beat that story.
- 4:58Speaker 2: But where would he do it? I was thinking about it,
- 5:02Speaker 2: and it's easy to roll your eyes at Don Lemon.
- 5:04Speaker 2: But Don does the work. He gets up every day
- 5:06Speaker 2: and sits in a closet and records a podcast like
- 5:08Speaker 2: we do, and then he goes out on the streets
- 5:10Speaker 2: and he makes his videos and he does he ticked
- 5:12Speaker 2: up in. He does all that. Matt doesn't want to
- 5:14Speaker 2: do the work. He wants to comeback without the work.
- 5:17Speaker 2: And he would be probably the first to admit that.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I don't think I'm dissinging him here begging Kelly not
- 5:22Speaker 2: my cup of tea. But I understand why she's successful.
- 5:25Speaker 2: She never stops. She just constantly keeps going do you remember, Donnie,
- 5:28Speaker 2: when I used to come up to Serious XM and
- 5:30Speaker 2: see you there. It was still glamorous. It was a
- 5:33Speaker 2: decade and it was so glamorous, and they used to
- 5:36Speaker 2: have free coffee and apple juices and orange juices and
- 5:39Speaker 2: sandwiches upstairs in the green room, and their studios were gorgeous,
- 5:44Speaker 2: and they had producers and the board. Somebody ran that
- 5:47Speaker 2: is not the case anymore. I know people who now
- 5:50Speaker 2: work at Sirious. They said, unless you work for Howard,
- 5:53Speaker 2: it's a very different beast. Yeah.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing though, if you think about it,
- 5:57Speaker 1: I mean, Serious is an option for Matt Lauer. They
- 6:00Speaker 1: are that afraid to, you know, bring back somebody controversial.
- 6:05Speaker 3: But even them, it's like they only have a smaller
- 6:10Speaker 3: budget now.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Because they realize, you know, hiring big names or whatever,
- 6:14Speaker 1: it doesn't that splashy anymore. Once you've done it once,
- 6:19Speaker 1: once you've done it twice.
- 6:20Speaker 3: They gave Megan Kelly her own channel.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Now maybe he shows them there, But once you've done
- 6:26Speaker 1: it so many times, it's just it loses its straw.
- 6:29Speaker 2: It does lose it.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Straw.
- 6:31Speaker 2: It does lose it straw, doesn't it Your absolutely right there?
- 6:34Speaker 2: And what Serious is looking for is to hire somebody
- 6:38Speaker 2: who comes with an audience. Yes, they want to hire
- 6:41Speaker 2: My Daddy podcast. They want to hire people who will
- 6:44Speaker 2: arrive with a massive audience. Matt hasn't had that audience
- 6:47Speaker 2: now in almost a decade, and so it's very very
- 6:50Speaker 2: unclear if he still has an audience. What would be
- 6:53Speaker 2: the way to get on Serious is to start a small,
- 6:55Speaker 2: independent podcast, Let it explode, and then they'll buy it.
- 6:59Speaker 2: That's how to do. Matt doesn't do small, and I
- 7:01Speaker 2: don't blame him for this. I don't If you've tasted
- 7:04Speaker 2: the big leaes. If you're Michael Jackson, you have sold
- 7:07Speaker 2: out Madison Square Garden, you ain't playing radio Sitner. You're
- 7:11Speaker 2: not going to radios. It's a great venue, it ain't
- 7:13Speaker 2: the garden. If you're Taylor Swift and you're doing stadiums,
- 7:16Speaker 2: you're not going to be in a supper club on
- 7:17Speaker 2: fifty sixth Streets. It's just not going to happen. So, Matt,
- 7:20Speaker 2: if you do want to do this, if you're listening
- 7:22Speaker 2: a Low and loa Loo, I've known you forever. I
- 7:24Speaker 2: know sometimes you've listened to the podcast. If you're listening
- 7:27Speaker 2: a lower loolo. Think about if you want to do
- 7:29Speaker 2: the work, do you want to be really scrappy again?
- 7:32Speaker 2: And that's what you have to do to survive this.
- 7:35Speaker 2: We know people who are no Matt Lauers. We know
- 7:38Speaker 2: people in this business who just didn't want to do
- 7:40Speaker 2: the work bad no, no legitimacy to float by like Matt.
- 7:46Speaker 2: He was a big star for a long time. It's
- 7:48Speaker 2: a lot of work and I just don't think Matt's
- 7:50Speaker 2: going to do, which brings us to our whole question
- 7:51Speaker 2: of the day. No surprise, Matt wants back on television. However,
- 7:55Speaker 2: the world he wants to return to doesn't exist anymore.
- 7:59Speaker 2: Would you watch Mat? If Matt came back in a
- 8:01Speaker 2: podcast on YouTube?
- 8:02Speaker 3: Would you watch?
- 8:03Speaker 2: Yes? Or no? Go votes on our Twitter page at
- 8:06Speaker 2: Naughty Nice rob facebook page is naughty goes amb sware
- 8:11Speaker 2: to trip back to my brow witer hear your results?
- 8:14Speaker 2: Hey Donnie Love, what are you working.
- 8:15Speaker 1: On the.
- 8:17Speaker 3: Sn L?
- 8:19Speaker 1: So Colin jokes, oh so delicious, adorable?
- 8:23Speaker 3: My goodness, he's adorable and he's got that.
- 8:25Speaker 1: So if anybody's wondering the celebrity Jeopardy, everybody thought it
- 8:30Speaker 1: maybe it's no more, But it's actually moved to Netflix,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and so it is coming back. So I it was
- 8:35Speaker 1: on Amazon for a season but then it just kind
- 8:38Speaker 1: of disappeared, but it is coming back to Netflix, hosted
- 8:40Speaker 1: by Colin jos AnyWho.
- 8:42Speaker 3: I move on.
- 8:43Speaker 1: So there is a little bit of a rumor mill
- 8:46Speaker 1: that you know he's at the Weakened anchor desk and
- 8:50Speaker 1: know Woody Allen jokes, no jokes about Allen, And it's
- 8:55Speaker 1: not really coming from Colin himself, it is coming from
- 9:00Speaker 1: Scarlet Scarlet Johansson, his wife, because Scarlett has.
- 9:05Speaker 3: Once again she doubled down.
- 9:07Speaker 1: She has supported Woody Allen for a really long time,
- 9:10Speaker 1: showed up in his movies.
- 9:12Speaker 3: And so therefore, Noboody.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Alan jokes and he's not No, he's not walking around
- 9:17Speaker 1: going don't talk about Woody, don't talk about Woody.
- 9:19Speaker 3: It's just it's known now behind the scenes.
- 9:23Speaker 2: I have no Barry Manelow jokes on this podcast because
- 9:26Speaker 2: of my husband and Barry Manilow. It's just it's not
- 9:28Speaker 2: I don't send out a memo, I don't talk to
- 9:30Speaker 2: the co host about it or if we have a
- 9:32Speaker 2: guest on. But that's my life, and so I sort
- 9:34Speaker 2: of understand this What is tricky, isn't it, because he
- 9:37Speaker 2: is a very outrageous, very controversial figure, and Scarlet has
- 9:41Speaker 2: defended him. She said he said he was innocent, and
- 9:44Speaker 2: she believes him. She totally believes that Woody Allen is innocent.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Colins no fool. He knows that he is. That he
- 9:53Speaker 2: sees that he's the head writer on sn ALAN. So
- 9:56Speaker 2: I'm sure everybody on the staff is very very aware
- 10:00Speaker 2: if you make jokes about Woody Allan, they're just not
- 10:03Speaker 2: going to make the show. We all have favorites, and
- 10:06Speaker 2: Woody's sort of here is a red herring because he's
- 10:09Speaker 2: such controversial person. I think it really triggers a lot
- 10:13Speaker 2: of us and feelings. But just think about it. Think
- 10:15Speaker 2: about a friend of your spouse, a friend of your spouse,
- 10:19Speaker 2: would you want anybody talking about them? Probably know the
- 10:23Speaker 2: answer is no. And so even though this is outrageous,
- 10:26Speaker 2: and of course Woody Allan's the name that keeps flashing
- 10:29Speaker 2: in bright lights here, that's the reason we're probably doing
- 10:32Speaker 2: this story. It could be anybody, Like they're not going
- 10:35Speaker 2: to make jokes about Scarlet's mother, about her family. These
- 10:38Speaker 2: are people that she really loves, and wood he is
- 10:41Speaker 2: one of those people. She knows that she's going to
- 10:44Speaker 2: get in hot water defending him. She doesn't care. She
- 10:47Speaker 2: has decided that Woody, as far as she is concerned,
- 10:50Speaker 2: is innocent. He has said he is innocent. We should
- 10:52Speaker 2: should point that out. A lot of people don't believe
- 10:54Speaker 2: that she does, and so Colin has made it pretty
- 10:57Speaker 2: clear here know Jakes about my wife's friend. Okay, moving along,
- 11:02Speaker 2: Amy Schumer. Schumer has put out some cryptic messages. So
- 11:05Speaker 2: yesterday I broke the news that they are over. Now
- 11:08Speaker 2: she's put out a message saying his fingers crossed, that
- 11:11Speaker 2: we make it so. My insiders are telling me. For
- 11:13Speaker 2: the last couple of months, Chris Fisher and Amy have
- 11:15Speaker 2: been broken up. They're not together. She's not wearing her
- 11:18Speaker 2: wedding ring. She's sort of put out a statement saying
- 11:20Speaker 2: she doesn't like wearing jewelry, although we have seen her
- 11:22Speaker 2: with jewelry. She wants to make clear that this has
- 11:24Speaker 2: nothing to do with weight loss or he's a autism.
- 11:27Speaker 2: But what does it have to do with mindside is
- 11:30Speaker 2: tell me, it's her wealth, it's her power. It is
- 11:32Speaker 2: partly too how much she has changed. They are not together.
- 11:36Speaker 2: She hopes they will make it. It's very cryptic here.
- 11:39Speaker 2: I don't know why she doesn't just come out and
- 11:41Speaker 2: tell everybody the truth. It's her life, it's her relationship,
- 11:44Speaker 2: it's her story. She can do whatever she wants here.
- 11:46Speaker 2: But I'm always so curious. I'd be honest about this
- 11:48Speaker 2: if if god the bid I broke up with Bruce
- 11:50Speaker 2: and the whispers got out, I'd say we have broken up.
- 11:53Speaker 2: But I hope it's not forever. I hope it's just temporary.
- 11:56Speaker 2: It's like a separation, it's not a divorce. I wish
- 11:59Speaker 2: you'd just tell us that she won't on it. Everyone
- 12:00Speaker 2: I've spoken to said that her friends, her family, everybody
- 12:03Speaker 2: who really knows her knows it's over. Yeah.
- 12:07Speaker 1: It's so interesting when it comes to people like Amy Schumer,
- 12:11Speaker 1: who will go on TV and will go on these
- 12:14Speaker 1: roasts and will you know, talk about people and will
- 12:18Speaker 1: put air their.
- 12:19Speaker 3: Business out and you know, poke fun at them.
- 12:21Speaker 1: But when it comes to herself, she is very, very secretive,
- 12:26Speaker 1: and she is like holding this to her chest. But
- 12:29Speaker 1: also you know, she's lost a lot of weight and
- 12:32Speaker 1: she looks fabulous, but she was always beautiful to me, fabulous.
- 12:36Speaker 1: But the thing is is it's hard because you know,
- 12:40Speaker 1: a split is difficult and sometimes it's hard to talk about.
- 12:43Speaker 3: And oh so it's like, that's what we don't know,
- 12:46Speaker 3: the behind real weird rules.
- 12:48Speaker 2: He could have been terrible to her, You never know, right, right,
- 12:51Speaker 2: she could have been terrible to you don't know, you're right.
- 12:53Speaker 2: It is difficult when you break up with somebody. It
- 12:55Speaker 2: takes you a minute before you're ready to tell anybody.
- 12:57Speaker 2: You know it's over, you know in your in mind
- 12:58Speaker 2: it's over, but it's gonna take you a minute. And
- 13:00Speaker 2: I think that's where that's where baby is. Hey, we're
- 13:03Speaker 2: wishing you the best, Okay, I love this story. The
- 13:04Speaker 2: Today Show shockingly with that Hoda, it's now number one.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yes, it's to be better.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Who without holda, Craig Melvin, Savannah Guthring, Who know would
- 13:15Speaker 1: be the success.
- 13:16Speaker 3: To a number one morning show again the Today Show?
- 13:19Speaker 3: Because The Today Show.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Was number one for a long time and then Good
- 13:23Speaker 1: Morning America kind of took over and it was number
- 13:25Speaker 1: one for a really really long time a long time,
- 13:28Speaker 1: and Today Show always wanted it back. And now since
- 13:31Speaker 1: Hoda has been out, there's like, but people are saying,
- 13:34Speaker 1: there's just a different energy and here's the thing. I'd
- 13:37Speaker 1: want this to be clear. This is not saying people
- 13:40Speaker 1: didn't like Koda. People loved Tota, they love they love Hoda.
- 13:43Speaker 1: But this could be a temporary thing too. We don't know,
- 13:46Speaker 1: because when something new changes in your routine, you're like, oh,
- 13:51Speaker 1: I haven't seen that in a while, let me give
- 13:52Speaker 1: it another shot. Because people are like, oh, right, I
- 13:55Speaker 1: got a little tired and maybe I'm not gonna watch
- 13:56Speaker 1: every day, but now they're like, let me try it, let.
- 13:59Speaker 2: Me try it. And the Rodins here are so small,
- 14:01Speaker 2: like we're not talking millions of you, as I think
- 14:02Speaker 2: the gap is like fifty sixty thousand views. It's not
- 14:05Speaker 2: that that many here, but it is exciting, and I
- 14:08Speaker 2: feel good for Craig here. He's not earning the money holder,
- 14:11Speaker 2: so not only is he getting the ratings, but he's
- 14:14Speaker 2: not costing the money, which TV absolutely loves here, and
- 14:18Speaker 2: so good for Savannah too. It's a great show, so's GMA.
- 14:21Speaker 2: They're really really good good shows. And this silly battle
- 14:24Speaker 2: over who's number one, particularly when it's so tight they're
- 14:26Speaker 2: both number one. Those shows are both winners, they're both juggernauts.
- 14:30Speaker 2: Congratulations to both of them, although it must sting a
- 14:32Speaker 2: little bit. Have you ever left a job and you
- 14:34Speaker 2: sort of want it to fall apart? You might not admitted,
- 14:37Speaker 2: but I have left many jobs and I'm like that
- 14:39Speaker 2: plays it's going to burn to the ground without Rob shoote.
- 14:42Speaker 2: It never does. But those are my feelings, and secretly
- 14:45Speaker 2: I think I want that, and so I'm sure a holder,
- 14:48Speaker 2: this isn't good news for holder like Hoda's not rejoicing
- 14:51Speaker 2: that this is the case today, but they are rejoicing
- 14:54Speaker 2: over at NBC. They were worried when Hodas said she
- 14:57Speaker 2: was no longer going to be there full time. She's
- 14:59Speaker 2: still under content act. We see her at the parade,
- 15:01Speaker 2: we see her do specials, but she's not the co
- 15:03Speaker 2: host anymore. Craig Is He's one of the nicest guys
- 15:06Speaker 2: in show business. I've known him since his MSNBC days
- 15:09Speaker 2: ten fifteen years. Handsome and smart and caring, and I
- 15:13Speaker 2: think that comes across too. I'm not saying, how does
- 15:15Speaker 2: none of those she is. She's all of the above.
- 15:17Speaker 2: I also to fear that America, unfortunately might like a
- 15:20Speaker 2: man and a woman listing together.
- 15:22Speaker 1: I fear it's known it is the formula that it
- 15:27Speaker 1: goes back to Regis and Kathy Lee and as.
- 15:30Speaker 3: Always Ryan and Kelly and then now.
- 15:34Speaker 2: Mark and Kelly.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just it's what people no unless you're going
- 15:39Speaker 1: to be the view, which is multiple women with you know,
- 15:44Speaker 1: who were sometimes each other.
- 15:47Speaker 3: I think that that is that works, but it's mostly I.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Hope that's not the case, but I fear it is. Okay,
- 15:53Speaker 2: we're going to take a quick break and we'll be
- 15:55Speaker 2: right back. Welcome back to the naughty but Nice have
- 15:59Speaker 2: your hair stub. Shoot, hey, let's get to the poles.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Last show we took about did you have a Melt?
- 16:04Speaker 2: Dan caught on camera in a new Netflix documentary Will
- 16:07Speaker 2: you watch? It was out yesterday. I've already watched all
- 16:11Speaker 2: all of it. It's very, very gripping, produced by fifty cents.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Will you watch? Did you watch? Eighty percent said yes,
- 16:17Speaker 2: you will watch at least some of it. I'm with you.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Don't forget to vote on today's pole. Going to Twitter page,
- 16:22Speaker 2: add a naughteen nice robber a Facebook page and order
- 16:25Speaker 2: your sip and be sure to check back tom rot
- 16:28Speaker 2: here your results are now. Oh it's type for and
- 16:32Speaker 2: nicest of the day.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Oh well, well, well, the nicest of the day, missus
- 16:38Speaker 1: Miley Cyrus, and.
- 16:40Speaker 3: She is going to be married again.
- 16:44Speaker 1: She must all she've been dating her producer and drummer Boh.
- 16:49Speaker 1: He's twenty seven years old, Max Brando. And you know
- 16:54Speaker 1: how she the world found out is she just flashed
- 16:56Speaker 1: a beautiful diamond ring.
- 16:58Speaker 3: Oh my, could just see that, and she's like, you
- 17:01Speaker 3: know what, us, it sets it. It's fabulous.
- 17:03Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, I'm screaming, I'm engaged.
- 17:08Speaker 3: It's fabulous. I'm so happy for myself. I adore Mai
- 17:11Speaker 3: so much.
- 17:12Speaker 2: I do too, I do too. She was at the
- 17:13Speaker 2: premiere for Avatar. She's got the song in Avatar, Fire
- 17:17Speaker 2: and Asher. The premiere was in Los Angeles. They walked
- 17:19Speaker 2: the carpet together. She wore that ring, and she confirmed
- 17:21Speaker 2: on the carpet, Yes, I'm engaged. Hey, congratulations, I love her.
- 17:26Speaker 2: I love this couple. I love love. And now I
- 17:29Speaker 2: noticed the nameteen naughty, naughty Anna Winter is already looking
- 17:32Speaker 2: to fire the new Vanity Fair bars. Vanity Fair has
- 17:34Speaker 2: a new boss. His name's a Mark Udici and he's
- 17:38Speaker 2: a friend of Anna's daughter's bee, which is never a
- 17:41Speaker 2: good thing because that's probably why he got hired. Since
- 17:43Speaker 2: he's been there, lots of drama. Olivia Nuniez, the reporter
- 17:47Speaker 2: has hooked up with RFK Junior. Now she has not
- 17:50Speaker 2: picked up a computer or turned up for meetings or
- 17:52Speaker 2: Another person he hired was the infamous Derek Blasberg. He's
- 17:56Speaker 2: the one who had an upset tummy. Let's put it
- 17:59Speaker 2: like that in Gwenna Peltrow's Hampton's estate. If you don't
- 18:02Speaker 2: know that story, google it is absolutely shocking what he
- 18:06Speaker 2: did in her spare bedroom. And so this is no
- 18:09Speaker 2: pun intended kind of a messy situation. Anna does not
- 18:12Speaker 2: like MESSI now we're not talking about the content of
- 18:15Speaker 2: Vanity Fair, but rather these sort of grifters, these shady
- 18:19Speaker 2: reporters who are working there just not a good look.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Anna does not like this. Let's have a moment of
- 18:28Speaker 2: don't cling to what has ended. Instead honor the fact
- 18:32Speaker 2: that it all happened every chapter if it could, it
- 18:35Speaker 2: might be good, it might be hard, it might be messy,
- 18:37Speaker 2: but he did teach you something you needed to be
- 18:40Speaker 2: the person you are. You're not losing anything by letting go.
- 18:44Speaker 2: You're making space for what's next. When you shift your
- 18:47Speaker 2: focused from it's done to I lived it. You reclaim
- 18:52Speaker 2: your power. The past isn't a wait unless you want
- 18:56Speaker 2: it to be. Celebrate it, thank it, and then instead forward.
- 19:00Speaker 2: The next moment is waiting for you. I had to
- 19:03Speaker 2: learn this because I had such a large life in
- 19:05Speaker 2: the past with the j Lo's and the diddies that
- 19:07Speaker 2: could have become my story till the day I die,
- 19:09Speaker 2: and it's still a part of my story. But you
- 19:11Speaker 2: gotta be able to move on. So this isn't just
- 19:14Speaker 2: when bad things happen. When bad things happen, you're gonna
- 19:16Speaker 2: be able to move on, But when good things happen,
- 19:18Speaker 2: it's even harder to move on. Live in the moment.
- 19:22Speaker 2: You don't have to cling to your past. No, you
- 19:26Speaker 2: don't honor the fact that it happened. And even more
- 19:31Speaker 2: great stuff is gonna happen next. Hey, that is it
- 19:34Speaker 2: for today. Thank you so much for listening. So They're
- 19:36Speaker 2: naughty but nice with Robin Donnie Show, a production of
