But as you can see, this is morphed into what it is right

it made me feel really good that to know that somebody back in

I was curious, just following your timeline, did you make it

back from New York, right, just to have to go all the way back

up again. And I was actually surprised to

see that you were tailgating. So in the, the WhatsApp

community that I started, one of the guys that was in Madrid

said, I'm throwing a tailgate out there.

We're bringing up the RV, we're bringing up some tents.

And when I saw JP Finley tweet out what the scene was at the

Meadowlands outside and inside, thinking, I can't imagine

tailgating in that nasty slop right now.

And brutal. I saw a picture of you out there

with everybody else. How was the tailgate man?

It it was nice, man. So I wasn't actually able to

make that particular tailgate because I couldn't find it.

You know, the, the lot is just so big and unless you have

zeroed in coordinates or a pin drop, it's just hard to find.

And plus, we, we had a, we had a short period of time, but there

were other people who were out there.

And so we kind of just got in when we fit in and, and, and

made the best of it. I really wanted to see Dave and,

and the tailgate, but I just couldn't find it.

And, and with the weather the way that it was, you know, we

got there probably about, I don't know, 40 minutes before

kickoff. So I, I tried to walk around a

little bit to see if I can find them.

I just couldn't. And then old Man Winter said.

That's not a ton of time, so. Yeah, yeah, so but but I

definitely did look for him. I couldn't find him, but it was

And, and just a wind at, at the Meadowlands, because, you know,

they're off some water. So it, it was chilly.

And so I was bundled up and, and one of the, one of the guys on

the bus trip, you know, when I started on the bus, you know,

the bus is hot. It's got heat.

So I didn't, I had just AT shirt on and, and maybe a little base

layer, you know, But then at the game, bro, I started layering up

and one of the guys says, man, you remind me of a Christmas

Seeing the picture on the TV that they had of you, I was

actually thinking the same thing, man.

They've got a by man, one of my boys from Fox got me this jacket

that's it's electric. So you it's got a battery and

So I use that as my base layer and I throw my Under Armour

stuff on top of that. So I'm thinking the commanders

I was actually sweating because I didn't have that many layers

I went up there on a road trip with some friends and one of

And he had the brilliant of idea of painting himself blue.

So he didn't wear a shirt at all.

He painted himself blue. And I'm thinking he's not making

this entire game. He didn't come the third

quarter. They had to basically take him

in the back and they put a, you know, one of those hypothermia

blankets over top of them. You're a freaking idiot.

Because during the tailgate, they shovelled all this snow.

The snow from where we parked was maybe 4 feet high.

So we just used that as our cooler and just stuck all of our

beers inside there. And we're just kind of hanging

out. And this was at the old Giant

Stadium. Not even a new nice one that

they have a lot. I won't even want to say nice.

Not even out there. So, but it was even windier.

And back then they would say they would open up the doors of

the gates down the Meadowlands and all of a sudden the wind

would swirl. I know for a fact that was true

because all of a sudden the Giants are on offense, wind goes

away, we're on offense. All of a sudden, that wind came

out of nowhere and my boy was complaining big time because he

didn't have a shirt on. And yeah, never finished that

game. Well, shout out to KJ because he

told me he goes, hey, look, if we're winning in the fourth

quarter, I'm taking my shirt off and I'm going to, I'm not going

to, I'm going to go shirtless throughout the whole fourth

quarter. And I said, no, you're not.

And sure enough, I've got pictures of him shirtless.

Oh yeah, in the fourth quarter. And I'll, I'll share them to you

New Jersey. Definitely got to shoot that

It was just it was an interesting time watching that

game, right? I mean, it looked empty on TV

and it reminds me of when the Wizards would play.

They would give everybody in the upper deck tickets to just go

downstairs, right? So at least looks busy on TVI

don't know why the Giants didn't do the same thing, because you

could have fit everybody in a couple of sections, at least

from the jumbo overhead shot. I mean, how crazy was it when

say the stadium was probably 3/4 full Ted, believe it or not.

And so I was actually shocked. There were a lot of empty seats,

but there were still people in the upper level who were sitting

up there all around. So it wasn't like, you know, it

was like A at a USFL game where where there's just so many NPCS.

There were NPCS, but there was a lot of people there and the

Burgundy and gold showed up too. That that's what I I really am

proud of the people who came to that game and wanted to root our

team on. Yeah, I, I'd say when they were

showing it on TV, every shot that had a Giants fan had a

Washington fan beside him. I I wouldn't think, at least

from my perspective, being at home, it wasn't that

overwhelming. I won't say it was 5050 by any

means, but we could hear you guys on the TV, could definitely

see you guys because we had more highlights in the first half

than they did. And what were you thinking

during the first half when we were kind of, you know, B to A
