Ghost stories, pogo stick guy, and our dearest Paul Rudd
In this week’s episode of Note 2 Self, the girls kick things off with unexpected follow-ups to not one, but two of Cat’s most niche New York stories: Pogo Stick Guy and, of course, her beloved Paul Rudd.
From there, the spiral takes a spooky turn into personal ghost stories, ending in goosebumps, and the question of life after death. Finally, with today being Thanksgiving, the girls unpack the psychology of apologising... why it matters, why it’s hard, and why this season brings it all to the surface.
It’s chaotic, heartfelt, and a little haunted. Join us for the ride.
