Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: So to the topic at hand.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Alan Dershowitz, dirty d mister I kept my underpants on
- 0:08himself thinks it's a good idea to write an opinion
- 0:13piece and spectator defending Elaine Maxwell. This guy is an
- 0:20absolute and utter disgrace. I don't trust a word he says.
- 0:27And mister Dershowitz, guess what, you're such a big believer
- 0:30in the First Amendment. Huh, Well, here's me using my
- 0:33first Amendment, right. I don't believe you. I think you're lying,
- 0:37and I think you're trying to cover up your involvement.
- 0:43Speaker 1: And I'm not alone.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Anybody who is researching this case or following this case
- 0:50understands what sort of man you are, And sir, you
- 0:54are not a good person in my opinion. In fact,
- 0:57you're a devious, discussing, twisted old man and your unhinged
- 1:06behavior as of late, well, it's all starting to make
- 1:10a lot of sense now, it's making a lot of
- 1:12sense why you wanted access to those documents in the
- 1:16Glenn Maxwell and Virginia Roberts defamation suit. It is making
- 1:21a whole lot of sense. Now what's in there about you, sir?
- 1:25What sort of explosive information is going to come out
- 1:28of that documentation. I can't wait to see your response
- 1:35when that occurs. Our article is from Deadline and the
- 1:40headline is Alan Dershowitz writes essay defending longtime Jeffrey Epstein associate,
- 1:45co conspirator, fellow child molester, a fellow abuser, Gilayne Maxwell,
- 1:50a sales Netflix documentary allegations. The author of this piece
- 1:55is Tom Tapp. Alan Dershowitz, who defended Jeffrey Epstein against
- 2:00charges that he had serial oh Man serially abused young
- 2:04girls in two thousand and eight, has written an essay
- 2:07in The Spectator defending Epstein's one time girlfriend, co conspirator,
- 2:12fellow molester, abuser, etc.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Etc. Gilan Maxwell, who.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Was arrested on Thursday in charge with six counts related
- 2:20to the trafficking of underage girls, including transportation of a
- 2:24minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity. It's
- 2:30still surreal almost to read that, right Galan Maxwell was arrested.
- 2:35Is this real life? Did I fall asleep? Is this
- 2:38some sort of dream? Did somebody slip some roofies into
- 2:42my drink? Or are we actually seeing the wheels of
- 2:45justice start to turn here? Folks like every other arrested person,
- 2:50writes Dershowitz, she must be presumed innocent.
- 2:53Speaker 1: Well, look.
- 2:55Speaker 2: In the eyes of the court, she must be presumed
- 2:57innocent for sure. But the public's always going to have
- 3:00an opinion. That's how it works. Mister Dershowitz, What are
- 3:06you gonna sue everybody who has an opinion about you
- 3:09or your decrepit gross ass friend, Gilay Maxwell. You're gonna
- 3:13be in for a long fight, sir, here's the best idea.
- 3:18Speaker 1: Yet.
- 3:18Speaker 2: You want to end all of it. You want to
- 3:20end the speculation. You wanna end the scrutiny. You wanna
- 3:24shut fat yaps like mine, give a statement under oath?
- 3:32Speaker 1: What are you so scared of?
- 3:37Speaker 2: The lawyer then spent most of the rest of the
- 3:39essay a sailing Netflix for its recent multi part documentary
- 3:42Jeffrey Epstein Filthy Rich, in which one of Epstein's most
- 3:46prominent accusers says Dershowitz abused her multiple times while she
- 3:51was under Epstein's control, point blank period. Virginia broadsided him,
- 3:57I dare her to say that on this program, and okay, she.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Said it again.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Now, what all, dirty d what exactly is it you're
- 4:05going to do sue her again. Your song is getting old,
- 4:12your dance is getting tired, and everybody is sick of
- 4:19listening to your lies and your excuses. You have provided
- 4:25no evidence for the assertions that you have made. All
- 4:28you have done is threatened to sue people to try
- 4:30and avoid people from criticizing you.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Well, guess what, that's not how it works in America.
- 4:35Speaker 2: Okay, just like you said, mister dirty d you love
- 4:40that First Amendment, Well so do I, and in my opinion,
- 4:45you my friend, are guilty. So the onus is on
- 4:49you and your friend Gilaine Maxwell to prove otherwise at
- 4:52this point, because you see, we have put together a
- 4:55body of evidence on our own and circumstantially the evidence
- 5:00that has been out there for the public to see, well,
- 5:03it was scattered for a very long time. People really
- 5:06couldn't make heads or tails of it. And that's exactly
- 5:09how you and the other bipedal serpents that you ran
- 5:12with wanted it. Have your scuzzbag friends in the legacy
- 5:19media run puff pieces, Oh the incredibly cool mister Epstein,
- 5:24have you running around on all these different platforms. Meanwhile,
- 5:29they'd write one story about the situation, just scratch the
- 5:32surface and then never come back to provide context. But
- 5:35at the same time they would let you run your
- 5:38mouth for years. And now that the narrative has been
- 5:41stolen from you, mister dirty d and that your accusers
- 5:49have done an end around legacy media, you do not
- 5:52know how to react. First it was having your little
- 5:56fit in the court where PRESCA spanked you and told.
- 5:59Speaker 1: You to stop.
- 6:00Speaker 2: And now well you're being unhinged all over the internet.
- 6:04It is not a good look for you, sir, and
- 6:06in fact, people are starting to ask a whole lot
- 6:10of questions. Dershowitz has for weeks been a sailing. Here's
- 6:17one of the tweets he posted. If you want the
- 6:20truth about the false accusations against me, read my book
- 6:23Guilt by a Guilt by Accusation, which is free on Kindle.
- 6:27It puts the lie to netflix deeply flawed presentation. This
- 6:32guy is the master of spin. Nobody will deny that
- 6:34you're good in the courtroom there, sir. Nobody's going to
- 6:37deny that you know how to navigate public opinion, that
- 6:41you know how to navigate these talk shows, that you
- 6:44have enough pull and sway that you still get the
- 6:47ability and the offer to have a platform and write
- 6:51an opinion piece in an outlet like Spectator. But at
- 6:56the end of the day, all of your platitudes, all
- 6:59of your fancy word structuring, all of your loophole navigating,
- 7:04is not going to save you from the truth this time,
- 7:08mister Dershowitz, she claimed to have sex with me on
- 7:13six or seven occasions, writes Dershowitz and the Spectator, although
- 7:17she had previously admitted in her own words that she
- 7:19never met me or even heard of me. And obviously
- 7:22he's talking about Virginia here. Dirty d Dershowitz has confirmed
- 7:28he jetted to Epstein's private island where sex trafficking allegedly
- 7:31took place, but only once. He says he was accompanied
- 7:34by accompanied on that trip by his wife and daughter.
- 7:38And again, how many times do these sickos do? These
- 7:40dirty mofos bring up their children and their wives, as
- 7:45if that is a quality, quality alibi to mar your
- 7:49wife and your daughter's name, or your family's name. In
- 7:52this whole, entire sordid ordeal, A real man looks to
- 7:57protect his family from shit like this. The real man
- 8:02never brings his wife or his child into something like this.
- 8:07But I guess when we're dealing with a guy like
- 8:10dirty Dershy, Well, real man doesn't really fit the bill, huh.
- 8:15Speaker 1: And here's a tweet from him. That's a lie.
- 8:18Speaker 2: My wife and daughter were with me the one time
- 8:21I flew to the island, years before Roberts met Epstein
- 8:24and years before he was suspected of wrongdoing. Show me
- 8:27a flight log that has me going to the island
- 8:29without my wife. You can't because there isn't any Well,
- 8:33that's fine and well, but we know that only one
- 8:36third of the flight logs have ever been filed. We
- 8:38know that only one pilot filed flight logs one third
- 8:42of them, so that means two thirds of them are ware,
- 8:47never created, missing. Nobody knows, but mister Dershy Dersh. That
- 8:52might work on the unsullied. That might work on those
- 8:54who have not been paying attention. But to the rest
- 8:57of us who have been following the case and who
- 9:00understand what you're trying to do here, that is not
- 9:03going to work. That is not a plausible defense, sir,
- 9:08Try again. As for Maxwell, dirty d I kept my
- 9:13underpants on. Dershowitz writes in his essay that he never
- 9:16saw her do anything untoward and assumed she was simply
- 9:20Epstein's girlfriend. Boy, plausible deniability at its best. Do you
- 9:27ever say anything, mister dirty Diesel that doesn't come off
- 9:31as disgusting because my friend, from my position here in
- 9:36my home studio, nice and comfortable in my pajama pants.
- 9:41Oh boy, you look like an absolute fool and an
- 9:47absolute moron. I don't know how somebody who supposedly so
- 9:51smart can look and act so stupid. My wife and
- 9:58I were introduced to you Maxwell by Sir Evelyn and
- 10:01Lady Lynda's rothschild Does that shock anybody? Because you know,
- 10:05the Rothschilds are such an upstanding family, right, There's nothing
- 10:08wrong with the Wrothchilds. They really care about the world
- 10:11and they care about everybody in it. Meanwhile, predatory loans
- 10:17coming by the boat load, and we subsequently and we
- 10:24subsequently met her on several occasions, generally generally in the presence.
- 10:28Now listen to this. This is very important with these people,
- 10:31and very important with Dershwitz especially he name drops all
- 10:35of these people that are supposedly great people that are
- 10:38it's supposed to give us comfort, comfort that you were
- 10:40there with these with these people. Sorry, dirty d that's
- 10:43not gonna cut it generally in the presence of prominent
- 10:49people such as Bill and Hillary Clinton. Right off the bat,
- 10:52those are the first two names you drop. H The
- 10:55first two names you drop are Bill and Hillary Clinton
- 10:59because they're just pillars of the community. Huh. Who never
- 11:05mind the fact that Gilayne Maxwell's nephew, Alexander do Rossi
- 11:10worked for the State Department and didn't Gilaine Maxwell have passports? Hmm,
- 11:17I wonder if Alexander do Rossi had anything to do
- 11:19with those? Did Hillary Clinton's State Department provide those passports?
- 11:25These are questions that need to be answered. And mister Dershowitz,
- 11:29you throwing Hillary and Bill out there, well, we know
- 11:31what that means. Focus on them, not me. I'm a magician.
- 11:35He's look what's in my left hand, don't pay attention
- 11:38to the right. Well, dirty Dershowitz, I've seen this trick before.
- 11:43I'm from New York. I know how slight a hand
- 11:46it works. And you're not gonna pull one over on
- 11:49me or the legions of other people that are onto
- 11:54your stick. Nobel Prize winning scientists, you mean guys like
- 12:01you know, the the the academics who were involved in
- 12:04the sex trafficking of Virginia and other girls, the sick
- 12:07bastards that were enabling Jeffrey Epstein.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Yeah, you're just really, really really.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Building your case here and your defense because all of
- 12:15these people are unassailable. They're all of unassailable character, and
- 12:19you can't question any of their morals. Is this guy
- 12:22for real? He might as well be like, well, you
- 12:25can't say that. You know, I was in the presence
- 12:27of El Choppo and gas Pipe Casso while I was
- 12:31at this party, so you know what's up? I was,
- 12:34you know, we're good, right, basically the same thing, bringing
- 12:37up Hill and Bill and Hillary and then these sick academics,
- 12:45presidents of universities, president of Harvard, maybe president of MIT,
- 12:50you know, more sick fellow travelers.
- 12:51Speaker 1: I'm more enablers. This is not a good look.
- 12:55Speaker 2: This will work with people who have no idea about
- 12:58the case with the unsullied, but those are becoming far
- 13:00and few between. And you see why dirty d is
- 13:04on the full assault. We never saw her do anything inappropriate.
- 13:12We knew her only as Jeffrey Epstein's thirty something girlfriend. Later, however,
- 13:17Dershowitz negotiated a controversial plea deal for Epstein in Palm
- 13:20Beach County that shielded the billionaire.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Pedophile from federal prosecution.
- 13:25Speaker 2: In two thousand and eight, Epstein pleaded guilty to a
- 13:28state charge one of two of procuring for prostitution a
- 13:32girl below the age of eighteen, and he was sentenced
- 13:36to eighteen months in prison. The deal also shielded Maxwell. Well,
- 13:41that's all fine and well, it only shielded them from
- 13:43those crimes. What about the other crimes that have never
- 13:47been looked into? What about the other crimes that I
- 13:49mean never been charged with, all the financial crimes as well.
- 13:53Because remember, at the end of the day, the goal
- 13:56is to put these people in prison for the rest
- 13:58of their lives. However, however we get there. At this point,
- 14:01I am fine with let it be financial crimes.
- 14:04Speaker 1: If that's the case.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Four hundred years of financial crimes is fine with me.
- 14:10All that matters is these people go to jail.
- 14:12Speaker 1: They go to prison, because that's where they all belong.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Glaine and the rest of them. One year ago, Epstein
- 14:22was re arrested after a cash of explicit photos of
- 14:25girls was allegedly found in his home. The financier pedophile
- 14:29was charged with sex trafficking and sex trafficking conspiracy, and
- 14:33faced the combined maximum sentence of up to forty five
- 14:36years in prison. Before he could be tried, Epstein hanged
- 14:39himself in his jail cell. Allegedly. At the time, The
- 14:43New York Times said the arrest deepened questions about why
- 14:46federal prosecutors in Miami had cut a deal that shielded
- 14:50him from federal prosecution in two thousand and eight. Today, ever,
- 14:54the defense lawyer Dirty Dershowitz, mister I kept my underpants on,
- 15:00urged readers of the Spectator to keep an open mind
- 15:03about Maxwell. Zero chance an open mind. Nope, sorry, I
- 15:09have all the evidence I need. What's going to be
- 15:12different in court? What could you possibly present in court
- 15:15that's going to strike down the personal testimony of all
- 15:19of these survivors. Nothing you can provide, nothing to back
- 15:22up your claims. While there are tons of accusers, this
- 15:26isn't a he said, She said, as much as mister
- 15:29Dershowitz would want it to be.
- 15:31Speaker 1: This is a whole bunch of them said you did it.
- 15:37Speaker 2: And the only people that you can bring up as
- 15:39character witnesses or as witnesses of your behavior are fellow
- 15:43travelers who are also embroiled in this scandal. I am sorry,
- 15:49dirty d. It is unacceptable. We won't believe you. We
- 15:54don't believe you. And this if this is going to
- 15:57be your line of defense, boyle boy, my friend, you
- 16:01are in for a long, painful battle because as soon
- 16:07as those documents are released from that defamation case and
- 16:11people get a full glimpse of what you are accused of. Oh,
- 16:17my friend, I highly doubt you're going to find so
- 16:21many willing platforms to host your nonsense.
- 16:27Speaker 1: If you'd like to, If you'd like.
