- 0:29Speaker 1: Toot, toot, toot.
- 2:18Speaker 2: I'm sorry. I know y'all probably I was muted. I
- 2:22Speaker 2: didn't know that I did a whole podcast the other day.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Did not realize that I was muted. I'm glad I
- 2:29Speaker 2: was paying attention tonight. But welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, y'all,
- 2:33Speaker 2: Welcome to the Crew podcast. Of course, I am the
- 2:37Speaker 2: visionary Queen Angela. I am sitting in tonight for doctor Chenchira.
- 2:43Speaker 2: I'm not sure what is going on, y'all know, of
- 2:46Speaker 2: course she is in the Virgin Islands, so sometimes there are,
- 2:49Speaker 2: of course, some technical difficult sometime there are some connection
- 2:53Speaker 2: issues or whatever the case may be. But I am
- 2:56Speaker 2: here always ready to come from behind the scenes and
- 3:00Speaker 2: share on this pre Thanksgiving. For those that do celebrate Thanksgiving,
- 3:09Speaker 2: we should always be thankful. It should not be just
- 3:12Speaker 2: for one day, but we should always be thankful. Just
- 3:14Speaker 2: wanting to throw that out there, we have been on
- 3:19Speaker 2: twenty seven days of giving thanks. Of course, tomorrow will
- 3:22Speaker 2: be day number twenty eight of giving thanks. We're doing
- 3:27Speaker 2: thirty days of giving thanks this month of November, y'all,
- 3:33Speaker 2: and next month we're gonna keep it going. It's not
- 3:36Speaker 2: going to stop we're gonna keep it going. We're gonna
- 3:39Speaker 2: be celebrating the reason for the season. So definitely we
- 3:44Speaker 2: want you guys to tune in to five a m.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Prayer.
- 3:48Speaker 2: If you are a prayer warrior, we want you to
- 3:50Speaker 2: join us and stand on the wild y'all. We're trying
- 3:53Speaker 2: to finish out the year strong and finish out on purpose.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Gonna run down through some things that we have going
- 4:01Speaker 2: on over here on the Coup Podcast, Aspiring Authors, Magazine,
- 4:05Speaker 2: and a LAC So really really quick, y'all, really really quick,
- 4:09Speaker 2: and then I'm gonna move on out your way. I'm
- 4:12Speaker 2: gonna move on out your way, so y'all. Of course,
- 4:15Speaker 2: have been seeing some nomination forms going around, been seeing
- 4:18Speaker 2: some posts, been seeing some pictures, been seeing a lot
- 4:21Speaker 2: of different things going around, y'all. I'm excited about what
- 4:24Speaker 2: God has dropped in my spirit concerning these one hundred
- 4:28Speaker 2: authors to watch authors on the Rise. God has definitely
- 4:32Speaker 2: been dealing with me with some things, and I'm definitely
- 4:34Speaker 2: excited about this, y'all. It's not just about being nominated
- 4:38Speaker 2: and being picked the top or being apart. It's about
- 4:43Speaker 2: building relationships and building a brand and collaborating over competition
- 4:49Speaker 2: because a lot of us got these words twists. We
- 4:52Speaker 2: throw them out there a lot, and it's like people
- 4:56Speaker 2: they have an agenda when you really should not have
- 4:59Speaker 2: an agenda. I thank God for each and every one
- 5:03Speaker 2: of you guys that are a part of the things
- 5:06Speaker 2: that we do. We have the Poet of the Year
- 5:10Speaker 2: award that is coming up. Well it's not really an award,
- 5:13Speaker 2: but it's a recognition for the person that wins. And
- 5:17Speaker 2: this is an opportunity for poets to really connect with
- 5:21Speaker 2: their communities and get those that follow them and support
- 5:24Speaker 2: them to be involved with the voting process because at
- 5:28Speaker 2: the end of the day, it's gonna be about the
- 5:30Speaker 2: number of votes you get. So if you are a poet,
- 5:33Speaker 2: we want you guys to get involved. Get an opportunity
- 5:37Speaker 2: to connect with other poets. You're gonna have an opportunity
- 5:40Speaker 2: to be a part of our private group some perts
- 5:44Speaker 2: for those poets that win. Not just collaborating and being
- 5:49Speaker 2: a part of this movement, you have a power of
- 5:54Speaker 2: poetry group that you will be able to moderate. You'll
- 5:58Speaker 2: also be able to be in charge of the poetry
- 6:03Speaker 2: section of Aspiring Office magazine. From April of twenty twenty
- 6:07Speaker 2: five to April of twenty twenty six, when the next
- 6:10Speaker 2: Poet of the Year takes over, So you have an
- 6:13Speaker 2: opportunity to showcase your work as well as those of
- 6:20Speaker 2: other poets. I am super super excited about all of
- 6:27Speaker 2: the poets that are signing up and those that are
- 6:29Speaker 2: even showing interest in being a part of this. Not
- 6:33Speaker 2: only that, I went on as far as opening up
- 6:37Speaker 2: an opportunity for you to host a show over on
- 6:40Speaker 2: the Crew podcast. So we have some fifth weeks in
- 6:46Speaker 2: the year, and they're not a lot of days, but
- 6:49Speaker 2: there is an opportunity for you to be able to
- 6:52Speaker 2: host a show and be able to allow your voice
- 6:55Speaker 2: to speak and able to share some more individuals. So
- 6:59Speaker 2: we are going to be opening up fifth mondays for
- 7:03Speaker 2: whoever the Poet of the Year is. So that's gonna
- 7:06Speaker 2: be an opportunity for that person that wins this opportunity.
- 7:13Speaker 2: So again, you're gonna be able to write for the
- 7:16Speaker 2: magazine from April twenty twenty five to April twenty twenty six.
- 7:20Speaker 2: You're gonna be able to moderate the Power of Poetry
- 7:23Speaker 2: Facebook group. I think we have probably about five hundred,
- 7:29Speaker 2: maybe five hundred members or so, but it's an opportunity
- 7:33Speaker 2: for you to share and for you to network and
- 7:36Speaker 2: collaborate and utilize that group to help your brand as
- 7:42Speaker 2: well as help others. So it's a teaching opportunity as
- 7:45Speaker 2: well as an opportunity for you to share your experiences.
- 7:49Speaker 2: And then we have an opportunity for all authors and
- 7:53Speaker 2: poets that are a part of both of these events
- 7:56Speaker 2: to be a part of our live events as we
- 7:59Speaker 2: are also want to be doing AA l A see
- 8:02Speaker 2: the Chasing Your Dream Book Tour again this year. So
- 8:05Speaker 2: all of the authors that are part of these events
- 8:09Speaker 2: and these nominations and these awards, you have an opportunity
- 8:13Speaker 2: to network and be a part of what we're doing
- 8:17Speaker 2: through A l A C The Crew podcast, Aspiring Authors, Magazine,
- 8:23Speaker 2: as well as any of the things that are connected.
- 8:26Speaker 2: So you have Wings of Transformation, you have South Carolina
- 8:31Speaker 2: Book Girls, Book Gals, you have Let's Talk About It,
- 8:36Speaker 2: you have other podcasts of the magazines, other outlets that
- 8:41Speaker 2: also are going to be a part of this, so
- 8:43Speaker 2: they're gonna be able to share. They're gonna be opportunities
- 8:46Speaker 2: for individuals to be in magazines, to be in articles,
- 8:51Speaker 2: to be interviewed, to be on red carpets to be
- 8:54Speaker 2: a part of just the things that are going on
- 8:57Speaker 2: within the network. So if you are interested, make sure
- 9:03Speaker 2: that you get signed up, fill out the nomination forms. Again,
- 9:07Speaker 2: there is nomination fees that are assessed with that, and
- 9:11Speaker 2: that's what's gonna help with a lot of the events
- 9:14Speaker 2: that we're doing. And then not only that, it's gonna
- 9:17Speaker 2: help with costs. So where say where maybe we would
- 9:21Speaker 2: charging one hundred dollars to be a part of something.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Now that we have more people involved and more people
- 9:26Speaker 2: being a part of something, then now that cuts the cost.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Now we can charge twenty five thirty dollars for events,
- 9:32Speaker 2: and then everybody can be apart. Everybody can come out,
- 9:35Speaker 2: they can then they can set up their tables, they
- 9:37Speaker 2: can network, they can connect with the communities, and then
- 9:40Speaker 2: we can go from place to place. And then you
- 9:43Speaker 2: think there's one hundred authors with this is a hundred
- 9:47Speaker 2: authors to watch movement. So this is an opportunity to
- 9:52Speaker 2: connect with nine other individuals like yourself, like minded. So
- 9:57Speaker 2: if they're like minded, then that means they got the
- 9:59Speaker 2: same mind and the same thing that you got going on.
- 10:02Speaker 2: So there's an opportunity for growth for everybody. Then only
- 10:06Speaker 2: that you have individuals that are also poets. So with
- 10:10Speaker 2: them being poets, they have an opportunity to utilize that
- 10:14Speaker 2: platform as well. So then they can bring the poets
- 10:17Speaker 2: and the office together. And then now you got a
- 10:20Speaker 2: collaboration opportunity. And then we have an opportunity to go
- 10:23Speaker 2: to different places. So then you got opportunities connect with
- 10:26Speaker 2: different organizations and different individuals in those different areas. Y'all,
- 10:30Speaker 2: this is an opportunity to truly allow your brand to speak.
- 10:34Speaker 2: It's time for us to step outside of the box
- 10:36Speaker 2: and start looking at things outside of the box and
- 10:39Speaker 2: start moving outside of our cities, outside of our states,
- 10:42Speaker 2: even outside of the country. It's time to expands. It's
- 10:47Speaker 2: you know how the word say he will make room
- 10:49Speaker 2: for your gift. Well, he's made room for your gift,
- 10:52Speaker 2: and it's time for you to understand the gift that
- 10:55Speaker 2: you have, the talent that you have. See a lot
- 10:57Speaker 2: of us we sit down on our gift, We sit
- 10:59Speaker 2: down on talent because we're looking at what everybody else
- 11:02Speaker 2: is doing, and we get sidetracked at what everybody else
- 11:05Speaker 2: is doing and not realizing that we are. In a
- 11:08Speaker 2: lot of instances, you are better than the person that
- 11:11Speaker 2: you're looking at, and then you setting yourself up to
- 11:14Speaker 2: that person's standard when sometimes you're way above them. And
- 11:18Speaker 2: then you're allw on yourself to even reach what that
- 11:20Speaker 2: region and you don't even see it because you don't
- 11:23Speaker 2: even believe and what's in you. But I want y'all
- 11:27Speaker 2: to know that there is a fire in you that
- 11:29Speaker 2: was breathing you in Genesis two and seven. Don't let
- 11:32Speaker 2: it die. Don't let that flame go out. And I
- 11:36Speaker 2: tell you that thing has been in me and I've
- 11:38Speaker 2: been sharing it, and I want everybody to know that
- 11:43Speaker 2: you gotta stay focused. You got to not only inspire yourself,
- 11:48Speaker 2: but you got to inspire those around you. And then
- 11:51Speaker 2: you got to be resilient. You can't give up. You
- 11:54Speaker 2: can't quit when things come at you. Because understand this,
- 11:58Speaker 2: And I was just telling my nephew, and I've said
- 12:01Speaker 2: this before. Remember when the devil got kicked out of heaven,
- 12:07Speaker 2: Remember it says that one third of the angels went
- 12:10Speaker 2: with him. So you gotta understand that all of those angels,
- 12:14Speaker 2: those falling angels, y'all, they had to go somewhere. They're
- 12:19Speaker 2: not just wandering around. They had to get in somebody
- 12:22Speaker 2: in order to be a part of this world. So
- 12:24Speaker 2: guess what a lot of these people are walking around.
- 12:27Speaker 2: They don't have no soul. So then you wonder why
- 12:29Speaker 2: things happen and people do some of the things that
- 12:32Speaker 2: they do. That's why, that's why you got to be
- 12:36Speaker 2: rooted and grounded. And you gotta know that. You know that,
- 12:38Speaker 2: you know. So I'm excited. I'm excited. I'm excited. I'm excited.
- 12:42Speaker 2: I'm excited about twenty twenty five and all that is
- 12:46Speaker 2: taking place and all that is going to happen. So
- 12:50Speaker 2: I hope you guys are ready, especially those that are
- 12:54Speaker 2: being involved and are getting active in the one hundred
- 12:58Speaker 2: hours and movement, to be able to not only to
- 13:03Speaker 2: bring you together because you now join a family. And
- 13:08Speaker 2: then one thing about me is, once you've been a
- 13:11Speaker 2: part of a show, you've been part of a podcast,
- 13:14Speaker 2: you've been part of anything that I'm connected to, you
- 13:17Speaker 2: are connected. And every opportunity that I get to share
- 13:21Speaker 2: something with you or to share you with somebody, I'm
- 13:24Speaker 2: going to do just that. That's just who I am
- 13:27Speaker 2: and I've been like that and everybody that knows me
- 13:30Speaker 2: that that has to be one of the things that
- 13:33Speaker 2: keeps them connected.
- 13:35Speaker 4: To me, you know.
- 13:36Speaker 2: And I'm grateful. I'm grateful for the opportunities that I
- 13:41Speaker 2: have and the opportunities that we get to be a difference, y'all.
- 13:45Speaker 2: We get an opportunity to allow our experiences those things
- 13:49Speaker 2: that we've been through. No, we all had good, happy,
- 13:52Speaker 2: gold lucky lives. We've had some trials, some tribulations, and
- 13:56Speaker 2: some tests, y'all. But guess what we came through that
- 14:01Speaker 2: that residience allowed us to come through so that we
- 14:04Speaker 2: can be able to empower others. It's all about that fire.
- 14:08Speaker 2: And we gotta understand a fire is just like a storm.
- 14:13Speaker 2: But if you remember me shat me y'all know the
- 14:19Speaker 2: three in the in the fiery furnace me shat mean
- 14:23Speaker 2: in the badygoat. So okay, So remember when they're in
- 14:27Speaker 2: the fire. Sometime we're going in the fire, sometime we're
- 14:31Speaker 2: in the midst of a fire, and sometime we're coming out.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It's just like a stone. It's a process. But know
- 14:38Speaker 2: that even though you go through a fire, don't mean
- 14:41Speaker 2: that you have to spell like it, look like it
- 14:43Speaker 2: and then you can still come through it. And I'm
- 14:46Speaker 2: gonna keep saying this, and I think our host for
- 14:50Speaker 2: tonight has arrived. But I'm gonna say this. I'm gonna
- 14:54Speaker 2: say this, and then I'm gonna go. We oftentimes say
- 14:59Speaker 2: that I'm I'm so glad I don't look like what
- 15:03Speaker 2: I've been through. Well, this is one time that I
- 15:06Speaker 2: can honestly say that I am glad that I look
- 15:10Speaker 2: like everything that I've been through, because now I can
- 15:13Speaker 2: show people, not just tell people, but I can show
- 15:16Speaker 2: people that you can make it to the other side
- 15:19Speaker 2: of going through and not look like what you've been through.
- 15:23Speaker 2: Just like that fire. You can come through the fire
- 15:25Speaker 2: and not look like fire or smell like it, and
- 15:29Speaker 2: you can come out looking like a diamond. It's that
- 15:31Speaker 2: diamond in the rough sometimes. But I'm grateful for every test,
- 15:35Speaker 2: every trial, and every tribulation that I have anden doing
- 15:38Speaker 2: because it have made me who I am today. But y'all,
- 15:41Speaker 2: I thank you for this opportunity. You know, there's always
- 15:45Speaker 2: a reason for everything. Is always somebody needed to hear
- 15:51Speaker 2: what I shared on tonight. But I'm gonna move on,
- 15:53Speaker 2: not the wait so the official host of tonight can
- 15:58Speaker 2: take her throng. Y'all be blissed, and I will see
- 16:02Speaker 2: y'all on the next go round.
- 16:07Speaker 3: All right, greetings, greetings everyone. It is an honor and
- 16:28Speaker 3: a privilege to again join the fabulous platform here on Divas,
- 16:36Speaker 3: the Divas of the Airwaves, the Crew Podcasts. I want
- 16:39Speaker 3: to give thanks and praise to our visionary queen like
- 16:45Speaker 3: no other, sister, Queen Angela, for just setting the grounding,
- 16:50Speaker 3: setting the foundation of tonight, really tuning in sharing some word, sound, power,
- 16:56Speaker 3: some energy with our families, especially on the eve of
- 17:01Speaker 3: a time where people are very sensitive, very much so
- 17:05Speaker 3: deep inside of our feelings, inside of a set of
- 17:09Speaker 3: our emotions, where we are authentically recalibrating what it needs
- 17:15Speaker 3: to get thanks and to share. So I'm really grateful
- 17:20Speaker 3: that as I was listening coming up into the studio
- 17:23Speaker 3: around what persons experience, and I agree, sometimes it's good
- 17:30Speaker 3: when people see what we go through and how we
- 17:33Speaker 3: carry ourselves as we go through what we go through.
- 17:36Speaker 3: I think that is a profound placement of how we
- 17:41Speaker 3: operate in general, and just being able to give truth, justice, order, reciprocity, balance,
- 17:53Speaker 3: divine righteousness and harmony in the midst of all of
- 17:57Speaker 3: these types of things. So I would like to just
- 18:00Speaker 3: take a moment for us to just be in a
- 18:03Speaker 3: space of reflection as we move through things that are challenging,
- 18:08Speaker 3: as we embrace that frame, that stage, that feeling, that
- 18:14Speaker 3: emotion of grief and transmutape through that. So we take
- 18:22Speaker 3: a deep breath together in a space that is prayerful, meditational,
- 18:30Speaker 3: and healing, and let it out gently and slowly, so
- 18:37Speaker 3: that you cleanse every portion of your being to restore balance,
- 18:43Speaker 3: to restore order, to restore justice. Sometimes it's just taking
- 18:51Speaker 3: a moment and breathing into our own truths and vibrations.
- 18:55Speaker 3: So I'm very grateful, sister Queen Angela, for you setting
- 19:00Speaker 3: grounding and giving voice and power to that. I see
- 19:03Speaker 3: that we have some of our other cistern in the space.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Sister Patrice, Sister Queen Patrice, give thanks. Sister Queen Triueva,
- 19:13Speaker 3: give thanks. It's just an honor and the privilege to
- 19:15Speaker 3: be able to offer some things and to offer some words,
- 19:18Speaker 3: sounds and strengths in this time. Sometimes when we talk
- 19:23Speaker 3: about these more challenging experiences, it comes with such a
- 19:28Speaker 3: tremendous amount of pain and discomfort that we get stuck.
- 19:34Speaker 3: You know, I was reasoning with a cistern. Hence part
- 19:37Speaker 3: of my delay tonight, and it went from what was
- 19:41Speaker 3: supposed to be just a one hour versation engagement. Some
- 19:46Speaker 3: people like to call it therapy, And sometimes you wonder,
- 19:49Speaker 3: are you the one coming for therapy or are you
- 19:52Speaker 3: the therapist? Hmm? And how do you engage with that?
- 19:56Speaker 3: And how do you heal through? Some of that also
- 20:00Speaker 3: allows for us to speak about how do you heal
- 20:05Speaker 3: through things that are so painful, whether it's the loss
- 20:10Speaker 3: of a loved one, a tragic engagement with someone that
- 20:18Speaker 3: you care for, not necessarily death, but something in terms
- 20:24Speaker 3: of having persons that are incarcerated unjustly or due to
- 20:29Speaker 3: circumstances authentically outside of their control, how do you handle that?
- 20:37Speaker 3: How do you survive and thrive through that? How do
- 20:42Speaker 3: you move from just being a wounded victim to being
- 20:46Speaker 3: an empowered survivor and hopefully not just surviving but thriving,
- 20:56Speaker 3: And how do you bring that into the frame. You know,
- 20:58Speaker 3: there's an opportunity for us when we're looking at some
- 21:02Speaker 3: of the different experiences that are befalling all of humanity.
- 21:07Speaker 3: You know, whether it is natural, man made, interfered disasters.
- 21:15Speaker 3: You know, there's persons that are still reeling from hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires,
- 21:26Speaker 3: and a multiplicity of other experiences, you know, tsunami, flooding,
- 21:33Speaker 3: and they have to survive and prayerfully thrive through the experience.
- 21:38Speaker 3: You know, how do people handle these different layers and
- 21:43Speaker 3: embrace love in the midst of all of this? You know,
- 21:47Speaker 3: how do you handle grief? You know, what are some
- 21:49Speaker 3: things that you can say? And one of the persons
- 21:52Speaker 3: that I always like to highlight when I encourage persons to.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Go to.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Dr It's cystdoctor dot com and there you can see
- 22:06Speaker 3: some different testimonials of how persons address some of these
- 22:10Speaker 3: issues that affect each and every one of us, whether
- 22:13Speaker 3: it's grief, some significant type of trauma, whether it's intergenerational,
- 22:19Speaker 3: if it's more immediate, and sometimes we overlook ancestral trauma,
- 22:26Speaker 3: things that are an integral part of what makes up
- 22:29Speaker 3: who we are and how we identify ourselves. But looking
- 22:33Speaker 3: at Sister Doctor's space on leadership and life coaching and
- 22:42Speaker 3: similar pieces, there's a cultural sensitivity that is central to
- 22:47Speaker 3: some of her work, and the idea is to always
- 22:51Speaker 3: vibrate higher than the frequency that is creating the grief
- 22:57Speaker 3: that you're experiencing. I think it's also very important. In
- 23:01Speaker 3: some of her work, she speaks of how we reconnect
- 23:05Speaker 3: and strengthen high performing, inclusive spaces where we work, where
- 23:12Speaker 3: we recreate, where we worship, right, where we learn, where
- 23:19Speaker 3: we teach, and where our spirits hopefully are able to
- 23:26Speaker 3: be embraced and share in a very powerful way. There
- 23:32Speaker 3: are a number of things that have been offered around
- 23:36Speaker 3: the conversation on grief and the therapies that are associated
- 23:42Speaker 3: with that, and of course the lifelong learning experiences that
- 23:47Speaker 3: facilitate an individual's ability to handle the challenges that we
- 23:54Speaker 3: follow them in their respective life experience. So I always
- 23:59Speaker 3: like to go. I like to go to the beginning
- 24:02Speaker 3: where sometimes we may not have the opportunity to share
- 24:09Speaker 3: some of the conversations that we should share. However, being
- 24:17Speaker 3: able to have things that are culturally sensitive, culturally competent,
- 24:22Speaker 3: culturally balanced, and culturally harmonious. And I think everyone can
- 24:26Speaker 3: catch on the operative term here is culturally right. This
- 24:32Speaker 3: is a great way for each and every one of
- 24:36Speaker 3: us to explore how do we restore our creative passions
- 24:43Speaker 3: beyond the greek that we've experienced in whatever context, whatever
- 24:47Speaker 3: framework that we've done. So you know, and what are
- 24:52Speaker 3: things like coaching and life coaching and mindfulness and transformational growth.
- 24:59Speaker 3: What are the phrases, what do they mean to you?
- 25:03Speaker 3: And how do you shift your intention?
- 25:06Speaker 4: You know?
- 25:07Speaker 3: And I like to use pieces that are shared by
- 25:11Speaker 3: some of our We have many women and men that
- 25:14Speaker 3: are providing transformative mindfulness opportunities, options so that we can
- 25:24Speaker 3: actually begin to look at for example, and I like
- 25:28Speaker 3: I'll use this quote, mindfulness isn't about slowing life down.
- 25:36Speaker 3: It means being fully present in the moments that matter most.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Find your calm, meet your coach. And that's a quotation
- 25:49Speaker 3: from Sister Doctor and it's sis dr dot com. I
- 25:55Speaker 3: think it's important that I share a couple of those
- 25:58Speaker 3: types of phrases just to keep some context to some
- 26:02Speaker 3: of the things that were illustriously shared by our visionary
- 26:07Speaker 3: sister Queen Angelo at the opening of tonight's broadcast Life
- 26:14Speaker 3: And another quote from Sister Duct from Sister Doctor, life
- 26:18Speaker 3: hits hard. Are you ready to hit back? Building real
- 26:23Speaker 3: strength for real challenges with wellness check ins? How are
- 26:29Speaker 3: you feeling? How are you really feeling? And regardless of
- 26:34Speaker 3: what is happening around surrounding impact in your personal growth
- 26:39Speaker 3: and development? What are some things that you would like
- 26:43Speaker 3: to transform. What are some things that you would like
- 26:46Speaker 3: to see and embrace. For those that are in the chat,
- 26:51Speaker 3: I'm encouraging and asking if you desire to join in,
- 26:56Speaker 3: tune in, please put some questions, put some reflect share
- 27:01Speaker 3: one of your transformative affirmations. What are the things that
- 27:05Speaker 3: you say to yourself to keep you moving, to keep
- 27:08Speaker 3: you motivated, to keep you strong, to keep you inspired,
- 27:11Speaker 3: to keep you grounded, to keep you lively, to keep
- 27:14Speaker 3: you in a space where you know that you have
- 27:20Speaker 3: been honorably, gracefully blessed with an anointing beyond all of
- 27:26Speaker 3: the challenges and distractions that the earth may bring. And
- 27:35Speaker 3: how do you share that? How do you share that
- 27:37Speaker 3: in a way that really brings a harmony in the
- 27:40Speaker 3: midst of all of these challenges that we endure in
- 27:43Speaker 3: our humanity right now. So I'm really very delicately going
- 27:49Speaker 3: through some of these quotations because I really would like
- 27:54Speaker 3: to set a framework and of course encourage persons to
- 27:58Speaker 3: go and just learn. You can even look at sis
- 28:01Speaker 3: doctor on the on Facebook as well as Instagram just
- 28:06Speaker 3: to see it's a host of these really powerful complementary
- 28:13Speaker 3: means as well as some graphic work book materials that
- 28:19Speaker 3: you can easily download just to get an idea of
- 28:22Speaker 3: how to embrace mindfulness and transformational life practices every day
- 28:30Speaker 3: throughout the day. And notice that it says practice, which
- 28:34Speaker 3: means you need to do it frequently. This is not
- 28:39Speaker 3: something that will transform your challenges in life if you
- 28:44Speaker 3: only do it once every six months. It's something that
- 28:48Speaker 3: needs to be practiced on a daily basis as an
- 28:52Speaker 3: integral part of your growth, your development, and your ascension.
- 28:56Speaker 3: While you're on the earth, and I'll you're another book
- 29:01Speaker 3: from Sister doctor. Mindfulness Practices will transform your day. And
- 29:11Speaker 3: it's a simple practice because it's like an awareness of
- 29:15Speaker 3: your breath. Just as I started. Just take a deep
- 29:18Speaker 3: breath and give thanks for the balance that you've been
- 29:26Speaker 3: able to present within your life frame to this point,
- 29:31Speaker 3: and just expand that and go beyond the room that
- 29:36Speaker 3: you're in and take it even deeper and wider. Take
- 29:40Speaker 3: another deep breath, Go beyond your house, wherever space that
- 29:46Speaker 3: you're in, let it out. Take another deep breath. Go
- 29:54Speaker 3: beyond even your house, go through your neighborhood, your county,
- 29:59Speaker 3: your state. You see where we're going, the country that
- 30:04Speaker 3: you're dwelling in the region the whole world about Take
- 30:15Speaker 3: another deep breath and just expand your spiritual energy, your
- 30:22Speaker 3: love vibration from your heart space, and just look at
- 30:28Speaker 3: the earth from a universal space and be at peace.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Take a deep breath, gently open your eyes. What did
- 30:47Speaker 3: you see? What types of prayers and appermissions came up
- 30:51Speaker 3: for you, and how did they help you to heal
- 30:56Speaker 3: through the challenges that you've experienced, Whether it's just today,
- 31:01Speaker 3: something you're experiencing and thinking about right now, something that
- 31:06Speaker 3: may have happened in the past, how are you moving
- 31:09Speaker 3: through that? Because as we set boundaries, we get to
- 31:16Speaker 3: reclaim balance. So I share this again from the Sister
- 31:22Speaker 3: Doctor's frame, set boundaries, reclaim balance. It's okay to prioritize yourself.
- 31:31Speaker 3: Coaching can help you set boundaries to protect your energy.
- 31:40Speaker 3: You see how far that went to protect your energy.
- 31:44Speaker 3: Sometimes we overlook that and we get into a difficult
- 31:51Speaker 3: frame of navigation on how to handle our challenging life experiences.
- 32:01Speaker 3: I pulled from another reframing in regards to how people
- 32:05Speaker 3: may feel that they've failed. Reframe your perspective on failure.
- 32:11Speaker 3: Reflect what lesson did you learn? Every setback teaches us
- 32:19Speaker 3: something valuable. Two share open up about your experiences. Vulnerability
- 32:31Speaker 3: connects us and inspires others. I'm gonna say that one
- 32:36Speaker 3: one more Timebility connects us and inspires others. And three
- 32:45Speaker 3: set goals. Use your reframed perspective to create actionable steps.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Let failures guide your next move. Again, these are just
- 33:02Speaker 3: some refractions that are easily available. There's a lot when
- 33:07Speaker 3: we speak of our moving through and growing through and
- 33:11Speaker 3: surviving through things where we are in a space of
- 33:14Speaker 3: expectation and then reality. You know, expectations, I could do
- 33:20Speaker 3: it by myself. I can figure it out on my own.
- 33:23Speaker 3: And yes, hard work leads to success in most instances,
- 33:30Speaker 3: and that's on expectation plane, so it's linear. And then
- 33:34Speaker 3: when we speak of the reality guiding people, and as
- 33:39Speaker 3: sister doctor reference his hair, mentorship from someone who's been
- 33:46Speaker 3: there can accelerate your path. Notice that mentorship from someone
- 33:52Speaker 3: who's been there can accelerate most of didn't say will,
- 33:59Speaker 3: didn't say says can, which means there's work involved accelerate
- 34:07Speaker 3: your path. So, yes, it's hard work, but instead of
- 34:11Speaker 3: it going in a linear form of success, it's going
- 34:14Speaker 3: to be hard work seeking mentorship identifying strengths, setting clear goals,
- 34:22Speaker 3: seeing obstacles, networking actively and success. So see there's a
- 34:28Speaker 3: little more work. Some waves and what do you say,
- 34:32Speaker 3: valleys and peaks when we look at the reality of
- 34:35Speaker 3: what we have experienced, and then also highlighting your personal
- 34:41Speaker 3: wellness check ins and all of these are available. We
- 34:44Speaker 3: can easily take a moment and see, you know, some
- 34:49Speaker 3: of them. I think it's important for persons to, you know,
- 34:52Speaker 3: visuals always help us to get some guidance on some
- 34:56Speaker 3: of the things that we see and embrace and connect with.
- 34:59Speaker 3: I think that that it's really a blessing in many instances,
- 35:03Speaker 3: and I try really hard to incorporate that and dis
- 35:07Speaker 3: for the purposes of our broadcast tonight and to keep
- 35:10Speaker 3: things short, tightened on point, you know, in accordance with
- 35:14Speaker 3: what is usually shared on these evenings. The Wednesday in particular,
- 35:20Speaker 3: is to speak of this personal wellness check in and
- 35:26Speaker 3: then look at these four areas, the personalized care plan,
- 35:33Speaker 3: the confidential counseling, clarity and resilience and emotional support, and
- 35:41Speaker 3: these are things that can really help for our authentic living,
- 35:51Speaker 3: our authentic connections and just remembering all of the different
- 35:57Speaker 3: elements of how you need to be mind that you
- 36:01Speaker 3: need to be ampathetic when you're engaging with other humans
- 36:08Speaker 3: and some of that empathy and self awareness and deep understanding.
- 36:13Speaker 3: We've lost our ability to be in full alignment. We've
- 36:18Speaker 3: lost our ability collectively speaking to hone in on our
- 36:25Speaker 3: unique strengths that are rooted in our cultural heritage, our
- 36:32Speaker 3: cultural identity, and much more, and just being able to
- 36:35Speaker 3: map things, you know, create a plan a path that
- 36:39Speaker 3: allows each of us to shape our own framework so
- 36:45Speaker 3: that we're not harming ourselves, and just doing these wellness
- 36:49Speaker 3: check ins, you know, and making sure that we know
- 36:51Speaker 3: that one another is doing well that we are saying.
- 37:00Speaker 3: So the part that was really interesting for me was
- 37:05Speaker 3: perfectionism can feel heavy, especially with overwhelming expectations. Letting go
- 37:16Speaker 3: of it opened the door to real growth and fulfillment.
- 37:23Speaker 3: And again, these are just some different sayings that are
- 37:27Speaker 3: offered in a frame of how do we bring this
- 37:32Speaker 3: to the forefront of some of the work spaces that
- 37:35Speaker 3: we're in, and what do we do when we are
- 37:39Speaker 3: to encounter and experience that is grief beyond grief's measure,
- 37:44Speaker 3: and how do you bring that into fruition. So, for
- 37:49Speaker 3: part of my framing here. I like to take a
- 37:54Speaker 3: moment and just share a couple of sounds that just
- 38:01Speaker 3: give us an opportunity to reframe, re assess some of
- 38:08Speaker 3: the conversations that we tend to have. I like to
- 38:13Speaker 3: use music sometimes, you know, we can use videos as
- 38:17Speaker 3: well to make it more expressive. However, I think that
- 38:21Speaker 3: it's very important that we begin to look at certain
- 38:27Speaker 3: elements and resonate with them, around them, through them in
- 38:34Speaker 3: a really really powerful way. And let's be passionate. The
- 38:45Speaker 3: ideas have a passionate life as a transforms mindfulness.
- 38:55Speaker 4: This is new life.
- 39:17Speaker 5: I should get passions life, I should be to life,
- 39:23Speaker 5: that should question passion life, living a passionate life in
- 39:32Speaker 5: African life, and everything we do is blaf because you know,
- 39:38Speaker 5: we realized.
- 39:41Speaker 3: The passionate way live. It is the only way.
- 39:44Speaker 5: And maybe you didn't know what's in the same happened
- 39:46Speaker 5: today and then I'm gonna let
- 39:48Speaker 3: You go and live your life your way.
