- 0:02Speaker 1: Done, just car talk. Good morning friends, Thank you for
- 0:05Speaker 1: joining us this morning. We're so glad you're with us again. It's,
- 0:08Speaker 1: as always, another beautiful morning in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It's Thanksgiving
- 0:13Speaker 1: and Black Friday, Christmas and the end of the year
- 0:16Speaker 1: push and that means only one thing. Toyota thoughties getting
- 0:23Speaker 1: last Friday our biggest, our biggest sale of the year
- 0:26Speaker 1: historically in the Toyota world. And the bit we've got
- 0:29Speaker 1: the biggest inventory and the best discounts we've had in years.
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's just cooking. I'm very busy. People are clamoring for Toyotas.
- 0:40Speaker 1: We had our Toyota rerip in yesterday and he's he's
- 0:44Speaker 1: saying that, you know, Toyota's headed for another.
- 0:49Speaker 2: Record, another record year.
- 0:52Speaker 1: And you know, we've got thirty nine Toyotas available right now,
- 0:56Speaker 1: three Cameras, three land Cruisers, three Prius, six Wrap, four hybrids.
- 1:02Speaker 1: So there's a lot to choose from, you know, as
- 1:04Speaker 1: opposed to a couple of years ago, we just had
- 1:06Speaker 1: a handful of vehicles. Yeah, we got cars, actually got cars,
- 1:12Speaker 1: eleven Tacomas right now, six Tundras, a couple of Siennas,
- 1:17Speaker 1: a Corollasaquahia, Crown Insignia. We've got our first Grand Highlander
- 1:22Speaker 1: in several months. What the Grand Highlander is awesome, just
- 1:26Speaker 1: that is a great car, and then it's rare to
- 1:30Speaker 1: you know, I say, we haven't had it for several months.
- 1:33Speaker 1: I like to make the point. You know, Toyota did
- 1:35Speaker 1: the right thing with the Grand Highlander.
- 1:37Speaker 3: They discovered an issue with the vehicle, they stopped producing
- 1:40Speaker 3: it all together, fixed the problem. No recall, no recall,
- 1:44Speaker 3: no recall. So it's a it's a great manufacturer. They
- 1:47Speaker 3: really stand behind their vehicles.
- 1:49Speaker 1: We have our first Prius Prime instoc Jason, I thought
- 1:52Speaker 1: you might buy that. Well, I definitely want to take
- 1:55Speaker 1: a test drive. That's interesting. It's our first all electric
- 1:59Speaker 1: pre is what's a plug in hybrid PV Yeah, plug
- 2:04Speaker 1: in hybrid.
- 2:04Speaker 3: So this vehicle will operate on gasoline or as an
- 2:07Speaker 3: electric vehicle. So it's got the great combination of really
- 2:11Speaker 3: being able to go back and forth but still be
- 2:14Speaker 3: able to you know, if you don't have access to
- 2:16Speaker 3: charging to be able to go and do whatever you.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Need to do.
- 2:18Speaker 1: You can drive around town on battery and get on
- 2:22Speaker 1: the highway and switch to gasoline. That's right, and this
- 2:25Speaker 1: is we've had people through the years winning those. At first,
- 2:28Speaker 1: they were.
- 2:28Speaker 3: Just available in the on the cos yeah, in the
- 2:33Speaker 3: Ze States as they call them, and the UH. But
- 2:37Speaker 3: those are now making it to our area. So we've
- 2:39Speaker 3: got a preest prime. We've got Corollas for just two
- 2:44Speaker 3: hundred and nine dollars a month.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Now, that's a great deal.
- 2:46Speaker 1: That is something that is really intriguing. A two hundred
- 2:51Speaker 1: and nine dollars Toyota Corolla. My brother in law bought
- 2:57Speaker 1: one of those about a year ago. And you know
- 2:59Speaker 1: one thing I've note noted in riding around with him,
- 3:04Speaker 1: they're about the size of a camera a few years ago.
- 3:07Speaker 2: They are.
- 3:08Speaker 3: They're they're great vehicles. The Corolla is one of the
- 3:12Speaker 3: best vehicles. I've owned a few myself, and they're they
- 3:16Speaker 3: really stand up.
- 3:16Speaker 1: The time they break. Yeah, yeah, definitely worth checking out.
- 3:22Speaker 1: At two hundred and ninety a month, and other least
- 3:24Speaker 1: deals on like a four x two.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Double cap Tacoma you can get for just two thirty
- 3:30Speaker 3: nine a month.
- 3:31Speaker 1: You know, a couple hundred dollars a month for a
- 3:34Speaker 1: new vehicle. That is incredible. How about a camera XSSE
- 3:38Speaker 1: And this is an excess, So it's.
- 3:40Speaker 2: A it's a.
- 3:42Speaker 3: This is a cool looking just three hundred and fifty
- 3:45Speaker 3: nine dollars a month, so that is pretty amazing. Great
- 3:48Speaker 3: deals on all the toyotas, and you know around town
- 3:51Speaker 3: there's a lot of stuff going on. Fantasy Lands, a
- 3:54Speaker 3: Land of Lights opened last night, and we'll go through
- 3:56Speaker 3: the end of the year. We've got next week and
- 4:00Speaker 3: wool Rock Wonderland Lights, plus the Christmas in the Ville
- 4:03Speaker 3: opening up next Saturday after Thanksgiving. Around the corner are
- 4:07Speaker 3: one of our great events, the Boys and Girls Club
- 4:10Speaker 3: Great Futures Luncheon here in December thirteenth.
- 4:13Speaker 1: That is one of my favorite events of the year between.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Now and then the Christmas parades.
- 4:18Speaker 3: And then we're onto the Frank Phillets Home Christmas Open House,
- 4:21Speaker 3: which if you guys haven't been to that, it's one
- 4:23Speaker 3: of the great great times.
- 4:26Speaker 2: And you know, they do it.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Two nights now and you can go and really get
- 4:30Speaker 3: to explore the old Frank Phillet's home and that's one
- 4:34Speaker 3: night where you can kind of just wander around and
- 4:37Speaker 3: kind of enjoy the house and it's really a good time.
- 4:40Speaker 1: That a treat. It is a blast. And then we're
- 4:44Speaker 1: onto a strong finish to the year. We do have
- 4:46Speaker 1: the excellent inventory I mentioned, and so come check it
- 4:49Speaker 1: out and you can do that on our website at
- 4:52Speaker 1: just Toyota dot com, or you can come see Dungeons
- 4:55Speaker 1: Toyota on Highway seventy five. Just drop by. We have
- 5:01Speaker 1: really friendly non commissioned uh sales associates and uh they're
- 5:07Speaker 1: they're really there to help you learn about the vehicle.
- 5:10Speaker 1: And uh, you know there's an important rule in just
- 5:14Speaker 1: learning how how the system work.
- 5:16Speaker 3: At Dungeons, we try not to make it a wrestling match, right.
- 5:20Speaker 3: This is about taking the car buying experience and making
- 5:23Speaker 3: it simpler, faster, easier, uh, more understandable by the consumer.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:30Speaker 3: And just we do that with our what we call
- 5:33Speaker 3: our simple price and uh this is a you know,
- 5:36Speaker 3: you know, it's a really starts with the noncommissioned sales professionals.
- 5:40Speaker 3: We I discount our I discount our cars price them
- 5:43Speaker 3: every day.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:44Speaker 3: We go in I do a market based pricing thing
- 5:47Speaker 3: where I throw out a net.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I can look at uh the.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Trim level, miles, engine, all kinds of factors and transmission
- 5:58Speaker 3: history condition. Uh, look at the what's on other dealers
- 6:03Speaker 3: lots look at Auto trade Er, KBB, car Gurus, car Facts,
- 6:07Speaker 3: look at all that information and price it so I
- 6:09Speaker 3: know you're getting a great deal when right out the bat.
- 6:13Speaker 2: And then on our website we.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Have a you know you can go in work your
- 6:18Speaker 3: own deal, get to calculate your payments, compare different incentives
- 6:23Speaker 3: if you want a cash price, a lease or a
- 6:27Speaker 3: finance purchase. You know, really buying a car comes down
- 6:30Speaker 3: to just a few factors. The price of the vehicle,
- 6:34Speaker 3: if you're financing your credit, and the interest rate of
- 6:37Speaker 3: that you're going to get for the car. And then
- 6:39Speaker 3: if you have a trade and then you put all
- 6:41Speaker 3: that in there together, shake it up and you come
- 6:44Speaker 3: up with a payment. And you know, it's really simple
- 6:46Speaker 3: math when it comes right down to it.
- 6:47Speaker 2: But a lot of.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Times you know there might be things in there that
- 6:52Speaker 3: there are surprises, and that we try to keep all
- 6:55Speaker 3: of that out of it. No hidden fees or add
- 6:58Speaker 3: ons that that aren't right up there upfront and presented
- 7:01Speaker 3: to you.
- 7:02Speaker 2: We do.
- 7:03Speaker 3: We have very competitive interest rates. We don't mark up
- 7:06Speaker 3: our rates like a lot of dealers do. We pass
- 7:09Speaker 3: them right pass the rate we get from the bank
- 7:12Speaker 3: right on to you. We have a selection of lenders
- 7:14Speaker 3: that we can really put to you in the perfect
- 7:18Speaker 3: place for your situation. And you know, that's really our
- 7:23Speaker 3: job to do.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And so, as you mentioned, the sales consultants' role is
- 7:26Speaker 1: really important and making people comfortable and so that they
- 7:30Speaker 1: they buy with confidence and really enjoy the process of
- 7:34Speaker 1: buying a car. That's awesome. You mentioned hidden fees. Give
- 7:38Speaker 1: me an example of like what is something people should
- 7:42Speaker 1: walk I do. I do a lot of mystery shopping
- 7:45Speaker 1: of other dealers, and you know, you see things like,
- 7:48Speaker 1: you know, protection packages and things.
- 7:51Speaker 2: That are you know, might be you know.
- 7:54Speaker 3: Fifteen one hundred dollars added on to the vehicle that
- 7:58Speaker 3: doesn't really clear on what you're getting. Sometimes in the
- 8:01Speaker 3: disclaimer she'll see things like if the price on the
- 8:06Speaker 3: vehicle includes a discount for financing with the dealer, but
- 8:11Speaker 3: it's not clear what that discount is, and so when
- 8:14Speaker 3: you come in, it's kind of the price starts changing.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Essentially, our prices are.
- 8:20Speaker 3: The same online, on the lot, on the phone you
- 8:24Speaker 3: call us, whether you're in South Carolina or Montana or
- 8:28Speaker 3: right here in Bartlesville. We sell cars all over the country,
- 8:31Speaker 3: new and used. Pretty much every day. I know, we've
- 8:34Speaker 3: got an five to four Runner going off to Georgia
- 8:39Speaker 3: somewhere that the guy had been looking for it for
- 8:42Speaker 3: four years. It's a special Forerunner. It's an Ovot which
- 8:47Speaker 3: is rare, but it's a V eight four.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Runner and he wanted that engine and so he searched
- 8:53Speaker 1: the world and found it right here in Bartlesville at DUNGEUS.
- 8:55Speaker 1: That is awesome.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I like that story.
- 9:00Speaker 1: When when when you talk about simple price, it means
- 9:08Speaker 1: that we don't mark any any What the price is
- 9:12Speaker 1: is the price.
- 9:13Speaker 2: It's the price of the vehicle.
- 9:14Speaker 1: And you know we do you know, we put anything
- 9:17Speaker 1: we've added on it right up there up front. So
- 9:19Speaker 1: a lot of our new vehicles do have window tent
- 9:22Speaker 1: that we pre install. It's a it's a great value
- 9:25Speaker 1: at a one hundred and ninety nine dollars for a
- 9:27Speaker 1: window tint on your vehicle. A lot of people are
- 9:29Speaker 1: going to go ahead and do that anyway. It helps
- 9:32Speaker 1: keep the car cooler and protection you know, your vehicle.
- 9:36Speaker 1: We like to add value to vehicles like that, and
- 9:38Speaker 1: since we can do that at a at a great
- 9:40Speaker 1: vat price, we add that passed.
- 9:42Speaker 2: That on to you for only one hundred and ninety
- 9:44Speaker 2: nine dollars a month.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Put that right up front though, so you can see
- 9:47Speaker 1: that you're getting that front and what you what you
- 9:50Speaker 1: get for the what you're spending that makes sense. You know,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you've really instituted some some changes at the dealership. And
- 10:00Speaker 1: one of the things that is really intriguing is your
- 10:05Speaker 1: sparks program. Can you tell me a little bit about
- 10:09Speaker 1: sparks and and where that came from?
- 10:11Speaker 2: Well, it really starts with and started with.
- 10:14Speaker 1: That picture of my grandfather, which I've talked about on
- 10:18Speaker 1: the show before. I mean, he and his brothers, his
- 10:21Speaker 1: family came to Oklahoma. His my my great grandfather was
- 10:25Speaker 1: a Methodist minister, and he he came here and was
- 10:28Speaker 1: first in Collinsville and then went to uh Out to
- 10:31Speaker 1: uh Tonkawa, Oklahoma.
- 10:33Speaker 3: And they spent time in first in Blackwell and at
- 10:38Speaker 3: the church. And then he actually passed away and they
- 10:40Speaker 3: moved to Tonkawa. And so my great grandmother and her
- 10:44Speaker 3: four children, uh were just started their lives over again.
- 10:49Speaker 3: And and she went to school a teacher as a teacher,
- 10:52Speaker 3: teaching English, and and they started working at the local
- 10:56Speaker 3: Ford dealership. And I have a picture of three of
- 10:59Speaker 3: the Dunge, just boys who played on a basketball team
- 11:02Speaker 3: for that Ford dealer, and he gave them an opportunity
- 11:07Speaker 3: a few years later to actually purchase that dealership in
- 11:10Speaker 3: nineteen twenty nine. And so I always called that the
- 11:13Speaker 3: Sparks picture. But a few years ago, our leadership team
- 11:18Speaker 3: and the dealership itself, you know, we were talking about
- 11:21Speaker 3: what does that mean, and we came up with what
- 11:27Speaker 3: Sparks was to us, and it really means sincere partnerships, aligned,
- 11:32Speaker 3: resilient guys in superheroes and we all you know, it's
- 11:37Speaker 3: really about, you know, how we our values as a company,
- 11:43Speaker 3: how we treat each other in the company, how we
- 11:46Speaker 3: make decisions. It gets down to the things like the
- 11:49Speaker 3: simple price and the way that we support our community
- 11:53Speaker 3: organizations and the community that we live in, and that
- 11:57Speaker 3: supported us for over eight decades. We've we've been in
- 12:01Speaker 3: Bartlesville for over eighty years, really proud of that through
- 12:05Speaker 3: now four generations serving Bartlesville and their automotive needs. We're
- 12:10Speaker 3: the oldest Toyota dealer in the state. And you can't
- 12:13Speaker 3: do that without since their partnerships, right, I mean, so
- 12:16Speaker 3: that's and they have to be aligned and align alignment
- 12:20Speaker 3: with our community, with our employees, you know, knowing what
- 12:23Speaker 3: our goals are, you know, serving having a servant leadership
- 12:28Speaker 3: mentality about what we're doing every day really is important.
- 12:32Speaker 3: And you have to be resilient too, right. I mean
- 12:35Speaker 3: there's challenges all the time and changes that in our
- 12:39Speaker 3: industry and our community, in the world as a whole
- 12:42Speaker 3: that we've got to respond to. And you know that
- 12:44Speaker 3: happens individually for us and as a company and our
- 12:47Speaker 3: whole team. And but that Dungeons family that extends me
- 12:51Speaker 3: on our to our family, to our employees and the community.
- 12:55Speaker 3: And and so we are resilient. And and kaizen is
- 12:58Speaker 3: uh you know in Japanese term that really means a
- 13:02Speaker 3: continuous improvement. It gets down to understanding of what how
- 13:09Speaker 3: you make decisions, how things are done, going out and
- 13:13Speaker 3: really experiencing how things work. It gets down to being
- 13:17Speaker 3: organized and understanding the processes we do and having a
- 13:23Speaker 3: continuous improvement mentality about what we do. And that leads
- 13:26Speaker 3: to things like the noncommissioned sales associates and again back
- 13:30Speaker 3: to the simple price and how we sell cars and
- 13:33Speaker 3: staying true to our values. And we feel like if
- 13:36Speaker 3: you do all that, it really makes us all superheroes, right,
- 13:39Speaker 3: So and I didn't come up with all that what's neat.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Is our employees did.
- 13:46Speaker 3: And I think that's what makes it most unique. And
- 13:51Speaker 3: you know it's so special to me because you know,
- 13:53Speaker 3: we all kind of live that with those values and
- 13:56Speaker 3: it becomes kind of our true north and what we're
- 13:59Speaker 3: where we operate, and it makes it easier to make
- 14:02Speaker 3: decisions and and uh, you know know that we're doing
- 14:05Speaker 3: the right thing. And I know that it attracts uh best,
- 14:08Speaker 3: the best people we can have at the company, uh,
- 14:11Speaker 3: to the you know, a different kind of of employee
- 14:14Speaker 3: that really wants to help people and enjoys working at
- 14:18Speaker 3: a positive environment where it's fun.
- 14:21Speaker 2: To go to work and where you like the people
- 14:22Speaker 2: you're working with.
- 14:23Speaker 1: And it's really not a you know, we want to
- 14:26Speaker 1: make the car buying experience more friendly and less adversarial,
- 14:29Speaker 1: and so you know, it really it comes down to
- 14:32Speaker 1: the culture of the company and what we can do
- 14:35Speaker 1: together and and it makes us stronger, we feel like
- 14:38Speaker 1: and holds us all together. I love that that that
- 14:42Speaker 1: that is As an employee, I can vouch well, I
- 14:48Speaker 1: I know it works.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I know, uh, you know what we just brought in
- 14:51Speaker 3: a new general sales manager and and Brian I eb Hoard.
- 14:56Speaker 3: He he and I have talked for months, and you know,
- 14:59Speaker 3: he came from another's very successful situation where he was
- 15:03Speaker 3: running a dealership and and you know, I wasn't sure
- 15:07Speaker 3: why he wanted to come to Dungeess at all really
- 15:09Speaker 3: at first. And and you know, at the end of
- 15:12Speaker 3: the day, it was because of those values and and
- 15:16Speaker 3: you know, knowing that it attracts those kinds of people
- 15:19Speaker 3: and that it allows us to keep people. You know,
- 15:21Speaker 3: our sales team is not you know, the traditional sales associates,
- 15:26Speaker 3: so they're you know, we have single parents. We have
- 15:29Speaker 3: people who who are both men and women or young
- 15:32Speaker 3: and old that are want to serve and are really
- 15:37Speaker 3: great people. And you know, many of them are just
- 15:40Speaker 3: local generational people that that you may know and or
- 15:45Speaker 3: know of them. And you know, so these are great folks.
- 15:49Speaker 3: So many of them come from other careers.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Uh, you know, they might not have even thought they
- 15:54Speaker 1: would be a good car salesman or consider that as
- 15:57Speaker 1: their career.
- 15:58Speaker 3: You know, sometimes the past, you know, commission sales was
- 16:03Speaker 3: kind of hard for people if you didn't sell enough
- 16:06Speaker 3: cars make enough money and the cars you sold, you
- 16:10Speaker 3: didn't make any money. And and you know, it's not
- 16:13Speaker 3: that that I can afford to pay people when we
- 16:16Speaker 3: don't make money. It's that, you know, if we sell
- 16:20Speaker 3: enough cars, we can afford to guarantee a certain salary
- 16:24Speaker 3: and that you should have the confidence going into the
- 16:29Speaker 3: month that you know you can take care of your
- 16:31Speaker 3: family and that you don't have to to you know,
- 16:35Speaker 3: more people.
- 16:36Speaker 1: Over to make a living. You know, it's it just
- 16:41Speaker 1: takes the edge off it, I think, And it really
- 16:44Speaker 1: really is a great I think it's one of the
- 16:47Speaker 1: things true, you know, truly I I uh, when I
- 16:51Speaker 1: one of the first changes I made and when I
- 16:53Speaker 1: became the general manager over twenty years ago, was to
- 16:57Speaker 1: change that from being a commission based sale plan to
- 17:01Speaker 1: to various forms of this non commissioned sales pay plan
- 17:05Speaker 1: that we have today. That's you know, really evolved a lot.
- 17:08Speaker 1: It's a it's it's great. Our team knows they have
- 17:11Speaker 1: a salary. They it's said every month based on their
- 17:15Speaker 1: productivity over their careers essentially, and you know, they have
- 17:19Speaker 1: to meet certain requirements on certification and training and that
- 17:22Speaker 1: helps them serve our customers better. And you know, it's
- 17:27Speaker 1: just a it's a good program that that you know,
- 17:30Speaker 1: we're always looking to innovate and make it and make
- 17:32Speaker 1: it better well, and the way that we sell is
- 17:35Speaker 1: definitely reflected in the reviews that we get. You can
- 17:39Speaker 1: just look at our Google reviews, Facebook reviews, car Facts Facebook,
- 17:45Speaker 1: They're they're all there and and you know, certainly and
- 17:49Speaker 1: you know, we really don't do a lot to try
- 17:51Speaker 1: to to encourage that that's that is organic.
- 17:57Speaker 2: As they say.
- 17:57Speaker 3: You know, sometimes we I know the systems we can
- 18:01Speaker 3: purchase that the kind of for that of course, reviewing
- 18:05Speaker 3: on people and we've all experienced that it just uh,
- 18:09Speaker 3: you know, it's something I think it shouldn't be necessary.
- 18:12Speaker 3: I actually kind of like it when we get constructive criticism.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Actually it helps us with the guys and stuff. And
- 18:19Speaker 1: I love it when a customer has takes the time
- 18:21Speaker 1: to call me and tell me about what went wrong
- 18:25Speaker 1: as much as what went right. It.
- 18:27Speaker 3: Uh, I can't continually make the business better unless I
- 18:31Speaker 3: hear back from people about what we're doing. And you know,
- 18:34Speaker 3: this has led to all kinds of things. I mean,
- 18:37Speaker 3: the examples out outside of the sales environment and stuff
- 18:39Speaker 3: like how we how we answer the phone, how we
- 18:41Speaker 3: can how our service advisors communicate with our customers, giving
- 18:46Speaker 3: them tools so they can keep you updated on your
- 18:49Speaker 3: service while it's going on, even send you pictures of
- 18:53Speaker 3: your vehicle, allowing you to schedule your service online simply
- 18:58Speaker 3: and quickly.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Uh.
- 19:00Speaker 3: You know, we're working all the time on on how
- 19:03Speaker 3: to get the call when you call the dealership to
- 19:05Speaker 3: the right place, you know, the first time, so that
- 19:09Speaker 3: you don't have to go into this endless, you know,
- 19:12Speaker 3: cycle of calls.
- 19:13Speaker 2: I've had.
- 19:13Speaker 3: I had a to do that yesterday for hours. I
- 19:17Speaker 3: had to I had the horrible experience of losing my phone.
- 19:22Speaker 2: And that's you don't want to do that tom.
- 19:24Speaker 1: In the world.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Okay, so you're in the m f A world.
- 19:28Speaker 3: That's a very difficult process to fix.
- 19:32Speaker 1: So so that was kind of an example of a
- 19:36Speaker 1: you know, a customer experience gone wrong that changing your
- 19:40Speaker 1: phone took you six hours. Yeah, it's it was, you know,
- 19:44Speaker 1: because they wanted me to have my cell phone in
- 19:46Speaker 1: order to confirm who I was who I was, to
- 19:49Speaker 1: get a new SIM card to put in an old
- 19:51Speaker 1: stub phone I had. It was this loop of of
- 19:56Speaker 1: that you couldn't break out of and you know, sometimes
- 19:58Speaker 1: I think dealing with card you're ships on the phone can.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Be like that.
- 20:02Speaker 1: And not that I'm making a joke out of it,
- 20:04Speaker 1: but I've been doing it a long time and certainly
- 20:07Speaker 1: it hasn't always been perfect, but well and and your experience.
- 20:12Speaker 1: And this goes with whether you're dealing with a phone
- 20:16Speaker 1: company or whether you're dealing with Dungeon's Toyota. The customer
- 20:19Speaker 1: experience is important, and we want to really leave people
- 20:23Speaker 1: with a an enjoyable experience of buying a car. I
- 20:29Speaker 1: would do that again. That's a that's where I would
- 20:31Speaker 1: want to send my friends. You know, I've I've called
- 20:34Speaker 1: it before. It's like buying a car like you're the
- 20:37Speaker 1: dealer's best friend. I had a friend of mine who
- 20:41Speaker 1: who he was a trainer and a mentor of mine
- 20:44Speaker 1: in the car business, who who really liked that idea.
- 20:47Speaker 1: And I think it really is kind of the foundation.
- 20:50Speaker 1: It's like if you were you know, if my best friend,
- 20:54Speaker 1: how am I? How are you going to sell you
- 20:56Speaker 1: a car?
- 20:56Speaker 3: I'm going to make it as simple and quick as possible,
- 20:59Speaker 3: give me the best steal we've got, and you know,
- 21:02Speaker 3: we'll take care of you.

- 21:09Speaker 1: community and everybody is our best friend.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Well in a way, and you know, I do. I
- 21:14Speaker 3: think that's a great part of being in Bartlesville. We

- 21:20Speaker 3: us and as I mentioned, so much going on around
- 21:23Speaker 3: town and and always more to talk about in that way.
