• 0:47
Speaker 2: stories for you this morning. First up, another assassination attempt
• 0:51
Speaker 2: on President Donald Trump, this time with a gunman at
• 0:54
Speaker 2: mar A Lago. We have the latest news on that
• 0:57
Speaker 2: story for you in just a moment. Also, cartel terror
• 1:01
Speaker 2: is exploding all over Mexico as one of the top
• 1:06
Speaker 2: kingpins is taken down. We have the latest as panic
• 1:10
Speaker 2: breaks out, and also the warning for American tourists. But
• 1:14
Speaker 2: before we get to that, I want to talk to
• 1:16
Speaker 2: you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. Israel
• 1:20
Speaker 2: is a very hot topic right now, and with so
• 1:23
Speaker 2: many opinions and emotions surrounding it, it can feel hard
• 1:26
Speaker 2: to know where to start. The Bible tells us I
• 1:29
Speaker 2: will bless those who bless you. That isn't just a
• 1:33
Speaker 2: comforting promise, It's a clear calling from God, and today,
• 1:36
Speaker 2: with anti Semitism rising around the world, that calling is
• 1:40
Speaker 2: more urgent than ever. At a time when Jewish communities
• 1:43
Speaker 2: are experiencing more hostility, more threats, and more violence than ever,
• 1:48
Speaker 2: Christians have a powerful opportunity to respond with God's love
• 1:51
Speaker 2: to say you are not alone. When Christians choose to
• 1:55
Speaker 2: bless Israel, we're not entering a political issue. We're honoring
• 1:59
Speaker 2: the root of our faith and standing against hatred. Supporting
• 2:03
Speaker 2: Israel is more than a belief, it's a biblical mandate.
• 2:06
Speaker 2: And by partnering with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
• 2:10
Speaker 2: you can push back against darkness and be a light
• 2:14
Speaker 2: to God's people. Learn how you can bless Israel and
• 2:17
Speaker 2: be blessed in return. Visit IFCJ dot org. Today. That's
• 2:22
Speaker 2: IFCJ dot org today, be it blessing live in the world.
• 2:26
Speaker 2: Answer the call. It's the forty seven Morning Update and
• 2:29
Speaker 2: it starts right now.
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: Story number one.
• 2:31
Speaker 2: I want to start with an update on what happened
• 2:33
Speaker 2: at Marlago. Early Sunday morning, around one thirty am, a
• 2:37
Speaker 2: twenty one year old man from North Carolina approached the
• 2:41
Speaker 2: secure perimeter of Marlago and Palm Beach, Florida. According to
• 2:45
Speaker 2: law enforcement, he was armed with a shotgun and also
• 2:49
Speaker 2: had a gasoline canister with him. Secret Service agents in
• 2:53
Speaker 2: a Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy confronted him near the
• 2:57
Speaker 2: Northgate area of the property. That is where officers ordered
• 3:01
Speaker 2: him to drop the weapon. Authorities say he put down
• 3:04
Speaker 2: the gasoline can but then raise a shotgun in what
• 3:07
Speaker 2: they described as a firing position. At that point, secret
• 3:12
Speaker 2: Service agents and the responding deputy opened fire. The suspect
• 3:17
Speaker 2: was killed at the scene. Now, importantly, President Trump was
• 3:21
Speaker 2: not at Marlago at the time. He and the first
• 3:24
Speaker 2: Lady were in Washington, d C. No law enforcement officers
• 3:28
Speaker 2: were injured in Marlago as well. Now the FBI is
• 3:32
Speaker 2: now leading that investigation. They're reviewing the bodycam footage, the
• 3:37
Speaker 2: surveillance video, an evidence from the scene. As of now,
• 3:41
Speaker 2: officials have not announced a confirmed motive and there's no
• 3:45
Speaker 2: indication of a broader threat at this time. Now, this
• 3:49
Speaker 2: appears to have been a rapid security response to an
• 3:52
Speaker 2: armed individual breaching a protected perimeter. Another assassination attempt on
• 3:58
Speaker 2: President Donald Trump. Now here's more of what Fox News
• 4:02
Speaker 2: had to say about this incident.
• 4:04
Speaker 3: And killed an armed man who unlawfully entered the perimeter
• 4:08
Speaker 3: at mar A Lago early this morning one point thirty
• 4:11
Speaker 3: this morning. The Associated Press is out with some new
• 4:14
Speaker 3: details right now. They have named and we have confirmed
• 4:17
Speaker 3: the name of the suspect, twenty one year old Austin
• 4:20
Speaker 3: Tucker Martin. According to the Associated Press and this bulletin
• 4:25
Speaker 3: that just crossed, he was reported missing by his family
• 4:28
Speaker 3: a few days ago. Investigators believe he headed south and
• 4:33
Speaker 3: picked up a shotgun along the way, and they think
• 4:35
Speaker 3: that because they found a box for the shotgun in
• 4:38
Speaker 3: his car. The FBI is right now asking people that
• 4:42
Speaker 3: live near mar A Lago to check their doorbell cameras,
• 4:45
Speaker 3: check any cameras that they have in their yards so
• 4:48
Speaker 3: they can figure out exactly how this guy got got
• 4:51
Speaker 3: into the area, but it is now believed, according to
• 4:54
Speaker 3: the AP, that he might have piggybacked behind a vehicle
• 5:00
Speaker 3: entering mar A Lago lawfully when the gate opened.
• 5:04
Speaker 2: There's no doubt that more information will be coming on
• 5:07
Speaker 2: this story, and we will hear directly, I'm sure from
• 5:09
Speaker 2: the White House, and when that happens, we will bring
• 5:12
Speaker 2: it for you right here now.
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: Story number two.
• 5:15
Speaker 2: Mexico has erupted into flames after the death of the
• 5:19
Speaker 2: largest terrorist cartel boss known as Elmentcho. Cartel gunment have
• 5:24
Speaker 2: begun carrying out terrorist attacks in various different states in Mexico,
• 5:29
Speaker 2: all in response the death of the country's most powerful
• 5:32
Speaker 2: terrorist cartel leader. Mexico's government confirmed the death of the
• 5:37
Speaker 2: cartel boss, which resulted from an enforcement operations how they
• 5:41
Speaker 2: described it. Now, why did this happen in the first place.
• 5:46
Speaker 2: It's very clear that the President's threat of going after
• 5:49
Speaker 2: the narco terrorist cartel leaders was enough for Mexico to
• 5:53
Speaker 2: decide they should do it on their own instead of
• 5:57
Speaker 2: having the US involved directly. This after the President clearly
• 6:01
Speaker 2: showed he wasn't flinching, after he declared many of these
• 6:05
Speaker 2: individuals as terraces, including one that we went and got
• 6:09
Speaker 2: in Venezuela, who's now an American custody, the man who
• 6:13
Speaker 2: claimed he was in charge of that country after stealing
• 6:16
Speaker 2: the last election. Now this chaos began on Sunday early
• 6:20
Speaker 2: morning when Cartel Gunman began setting up blockades in four
• 6:25
Speaker 2: key states. They're controlled by Elmanto's terrast organization. The cartel
• 6:32
Speaker 2: known as the CJNG. It's one of several cartels that
• 6:36
Speaker 2: have been designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the
• 6:40
Speaker 2: US government. Now, the gunmen around the country, they deployed roadblocks.
• 6:44
Speaker 2: Clearly they knew how to do this and plant it
• 6:47
Speaker 2: in advance for if this day ever happened. They carjacked
• 6:49
Speaker 2: vehicles and shot innocent individuals. They set fire to buildings,
• 6:55
Speaker 2: grocery stores, and gas stations, and they brought several different
• 6:59
Speaker 2: cities to a standstill, some of them on the border
• 7:03
Speaker 2: and others more in the interior. Even airports being attacked
• 7:07
Speaker 2: and people fleeing on the tarmac and running out of
• 7:10
Speaker 2: those airports in Guadalajara. Now, all of this reaction follows
• 7:15
Speaker 2: the high profile military operation that was carried out where
• 7:19
Speaker 2: military forces reportedly killed Elmento during a clash with his gunmen.
• 7:26
Speaker 2: Several top news organizations in Mexico began reporting the death
• 7:30
Speaker 2: of Elmento on Sunday morning. Now, there's also other information
• 7:35
Speaker 2: that points to an attempt to capture one of his
• 7:37
Speaker 2: top lieutenants, as well as additional operations aimed at decapitating
• 7:43
Speaker 2: the CJNG. As violence erupted across the region, the US
• 7:47
Speaker 2: Embassy and Consulates in Mexico issued a strong security warning saying, quote,
• 7:54
Speaker 2: do the ongoing security operations and related road blockages and
• 7:58
Speaker 2: criminal activity. US citizens in the named locations should shelter
• 8:04
Speaker 2: in place until further notice. Now, the death of Almento,
• 8:09
Speaker 2: as it's being reported right now, and the capture of
• 8:12
Speaker 2: top CJNG figures would strengthen the credibility of Mexico's efforts
• 8:18
Speaker 2: as they claim to fight drug cartels. That has been
• 8:21
Speaker 2: a mandate by President Donald Trump and his administration. Now.
• 8:25
Speaker 2: In the past, Mexico had acted against other organizations like
• 8:28
Speaker 2: the Cinelola Cartel, the Gulf Cartel, and other smaller cartels,
• 8:33
Speaker 2: but the CJNNG remained largely untouched. Clearly, they were paying
• 8:39
Speaker 2: off the top people in Mexico's government and certainly local
• 8:43
Speaker 2: law enforcement agencies, which brings us to the other part
• 8:47
Speaker 2: of this story. In what's being reported right now, we
• 8:51
Speaker 2: are now being told that America was actually involved in
• 8:55
Speaker 2: helping train many of the elite fighters who actually went
• 8:59
Speaker 2: aft sure the top cartel members. The Mexican Army team
• 9:04
Speaker 2: that tried to apprehend but ultimately killed, the fearsome leader
• 9:07
Speaker 2: of the terrorist organization received what now is being described
• 9:12
Speaker 2: as specialized training from US Navy Seals. Shortly before the operation,
• 9:18
Speaker 2: Breitbart Texas was able to confirm from high level members
• 9:22
Speaker 2: of the US intelligence community that Navy Seal instructors traveled
• 9:27
Speaker 2: to Mexico earlier this month for a series of trainings
• 9:32
Speaker 2: aimed at targeting and apprehending top level cartel figures. Earlier
• 9:37
Speaker 2: this month, amid much controversy, Mexico's Senate voted to allow
• 9:42
Speaker 2: US Special Forces operators to travel into the country to
• 9:46
Speaker 2: train their Mexican counterparts. The cartels obviously were very angry
• 9:52
Speaker 2: about that. Instructors from the US Navy, Seals and other
• 9:57
Speaker 2: top tier groups were scheduled to be in Mexic from
• 10:00
Speaker 2: mid February to April. They first arrived, were being told
• 10:04
Speaker 2: on February fifteenth on a US air transport with their
• 10:07
Speaker 2: own equipment and weapons for the training seminars. The sources
• 10:11
Speaker 2: consulted by Breitbar Texas revealed that as soon as the
• 10:16
Speaker 2: top level Mexican Army team was turned over to the
• 10:19
Speaker 2: US Navy Seal instructors, they sequestered their phones and all
• 10:24
Speaker 2: communication devices to prevent any leaks of information, something that
• 10:28
Speaker 2: has been an ongoing issue and prior attempts to capture
• 10:32
Speaker 2: Almento and other cartel figures in recent years. Now, while
• 10:37
Speaker 2: details of the training and the operation remained classified were
• 10:41
Speaker 2: being told again, it was confirmed that Mexican military forces,
• 10:46
Speaker 2: working off US and Mexican intelligence, tracked down the cartel leader,
• 10:53
Speaker 2: where they carried out the high level operation aimed at capturing,
• 10:57
Speaker 2: not killing, but capturing that cartel leader. During the operation,
• 11:03
Speaker 2: security forces of the CJNG tried to fight off the
• 11:07
Speaker 2: military forces, leading to a fierce firefight when Mexico's military
• 11:12
Speaker 2: forces killed four gunmen and injured three others who were
• 11:17
Speaker 2: airlifted to a hospital for emergency care but died en route.
• 11:21
Speaker 2: According to information provided Mexico's military one of the individuals
• 11:25
Speaker 2: who died during the air transport was a man more
• 11:29
Speaker 2: commonly known as the biggest cartel leader in Mexico. Again,
• 11:34
Speaker 2: this is coming from the government. The death of the
• 11:37
Speaker 2: feared cartel boss unleashed a wave of terror in Mexico
• 11:42
Speaker 2: and new threats that also coming from local reports. You
• 11:46
Speaker 2: also now know that Mexican states carjacking vehicles skyrocketed, the
• 11:51
Speaker 2: roadblocks were set, torching of buildings, and widespread terror by
• 11:56
Speaker 2: the criminal organization reached such levels that now the UN
• 12:00
Speaker 2: Department of State is warning Americans to not travel and
• 12:05
Speaker 2: being clear about the threats of danger that could be
• 12:08
Speaker 2: faced by any American that goes to Mexico. Now here's
• 12:12
Speaker 2: the part that's the most important. Maybe you or someone
• 12:16
Speaker 2: you know is in Mexico right now, what should you do?
• 12:19
Speaker 2: You should go to the State Department's website and look
• 12:23
Speaker 2: at the warnings for where you are and also what
• 12:26
Speaker 2: to do to be safe and to get out of
• 12:28
Speaker 2: the country. Now, this may not be the last operation. Obviously,
• 12:33
Speaker 2: the cartels are fighting back and hoping that that will
• 12:36
Speaker 2: make the government of Mexico stop from doing anything else.
• 12:40
Speaker 2: But there are many now that believe that there is
• 12:42
Speaker 2: more that could be happening, and if nothing happens moving forward.
• 12:47
Speaker 2: Then there's a real threat from President Trump that if
• 12:49
Speaker 2: you won't take out these narco terraces, America will. So
• 12:54
Speaker 2: you can either do it yourself or will do it
• 12:56
Speaker 2: for you. One thing is for sure, President United America,
• 13:00
Speaker 2: We'll be talking about this in the State of the Union.
