  - what to do when we are afraid of

  - making the wrong decision. And

  - the scriptural

  - base I wanna go from today comes from

  - Psalms thirty two and eight

  - and says, I will instruct and teach you
• 1:24
  - in the way
• 1:25
  - you should go. I will counsel you with
• 1:28
  - my loving eye on you.

  - And the problem that we're gonna be
• 1:34
  - addressing
• 1:35
  - is
• 1:36
  - that of fear.

  - Some people don't make poor decisions because they're
• 1:41
  - careless,
• 1:43
  - but rather because they struggle with fear.

  - And,

  - you know, I think that as a believer,

  - there is at least once in your life
• 1:54
  - that despite your best
• 1:56
  - efforts, you're gonna deal with this. It is

  - a very real thing.

  - Sometimes

  - it can,
• 2:04
  - paralyze us.

  - It can make us not only make wrong

  - decisions, but it can cause a

  - a a disconnect

  - with not only ourselves, but with God.

  - there's a lot of different ways that fear

  - comes.

  - Right?

  - Sometimes we're afraid of failure. So, you know,

  - we become a perfectionist.

  - Sometimes we're afraid of disappointing others, so we

  - wanna please

  - others

  - and and show them that we can do

  - a good job and

  - we can,

  - overly do it.

  - And sometimes
• 2:43
  - it's
• 2:44
  - the fear of just missing God's will.

  - Am I doing enough? If I do enough

  - good things, if I help enough people, then

  - God will will notice me, and and it's
• 2:55
  - my
• 2:56
  - my past to get into heaven.

  - But the the truth of the matter is

  - is that God doesn't ever tell us to
• 3:02
  - not have the fear. He understands that
• 3:06
  - because of the sin factor, fear is going
• 3:09
  - to be one of the issues that we're
• 3:11
  - gonna be facing.
• 3:12
  - But rather, he tells us to have courage
• 3:16
  - and to be very courageous,
• 3:18
  - but also
• 3:19
  - to know that we don't have to
• 3:22
  - be left to our own devices
• 3:24
  - to make
• 3:25
  - decisions when they seem overwhelming to us.

  - I mean, even the the most logical person
• 3:32
  - is gonna come to a place in their
• 3:33
  - life where they're just not gonna wanna know
• 3:36
  - what to do.
• 3:37
  - And
• 3:38
  - that's the power of God's word. He is
• 3:41
  - always the answer regardless of whatever the problem
• 3:43
  - is.
• 3:44
  - And he tells us, I will instruct and
• 3:47
  - I will teach you.
• 3:48
  - So not only does he give us the
• 3:50
  - blueprint,
• 3:51
  - but he's gonna
• 3:53
  - teach us because he's the perfect teacher, right,

  - how to implement,
• 3:58
  - and he he gives us a strategy

  - on how to navigate
• 4:04
  - through whatever it is we're facing.

  - But remember, it requires us trusting him,
• 4:10
  - us not leaning to our own understanding,
• 4:13
  - and ultimately
• 4:14
  - surrendering our will
• 4:17
  - and giving it to him. And then

  - when we do that,
• 4:22
  - we not only have the counsel that we
• 4:25
  - need, but we'll have the peace that we
• 4:27
  - need.

  - And we can wrap it all up through

  - prayer knowing that God loves us,

  - he cares,

  - and always wants the best for us.

  - That being said,

  - pray with

  - Heavenly father, free us from the fear of

  - the wrong choice.
