336: Employees' Right to Disconnect in Colombia

Many countries have recently enacted laws related to the right of employees to disconnect from work for guaranteeing a work-life balance. Colombia is one of those countries where recently the Congress approved a new bill that introduced a legal definition of the right to disconnect for limiting the faculty of employers to contact and reach employees after work hours or during rest periods.
