  Speaker 1: a point when the excitement fades, when the progress slows

  Speaker 1: down and the road becomes harder than we expected. Many

  Speaker 1: people start strong, but struggle to stay steady when things

  Speaker 1: no longer feel easy or inspiring. Somewhere in the middle
