- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 1: Allen Root, America's favorite conservative rock star, direct from the
- 0:29Speaker 1: entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:32Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:37Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100%.
- 0:40Speaker 2: American made, the warrior, Wayne Allen Root. It's Wayne Allen Root.
- 1:01Speaker 2: The Root, the Root, the Root's on fire. Welcome to
- 1:03Speaker 2: America Speaks. A lot going on, a lot going on.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I was the subject today of a gigantic, long, detailed
- 1:12Speaker 2: hit piece by Media Matters, which is funded by George Soros.
- 1:16Speaker 2: Soros hates me. Oh, the liberals hate me. The left
- 1:19Speaker 2: hates me. You know why? The entire piece was about
- 1:22Speaker 2: me whispering in Trump's ear about the national security emergency
- 1:27Speaker 2: for elections. They can't win elections without cheating. They can't
- 1:34Speaker 2: win elections without rigging the election. They can't win the
- 1:38Speaker 2: midterms without stealing it. And they know it. And they
- 1:42Speaker 2: know I've got the idea that saves the midterms for
- 1:46Speaker 2: the GOP, no matter how great Trump did last night.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Doesn't matter. You can't win if they're cheating. You can
- 1:54Speaker 2: add 12 million new votes, more than you were gonna get,
- 1:58Speaker 2: and they'll throw 13 million at you. You can add
- 2:01Speaker 2: 15 million new votes, They'll throw $ 20 million at you.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Illegal aliens, homeless people, fake ballots, people who don't exist,
- 2:11Speaker 2: people who moved. Every state in America has $ 400, 000, $ 500, 000,
- 2:15Speaker 2: a million. In a state like California, perhaps millions of
- 2:20Speaker 2: ballots that someone moved, someone died. Someone stopped voting, but
- 2:28Speaker 2: they're still on the voter list. And Democrats use that
- 2:32Speaker 2: to fill out fake ballots and steal elections all across America.
- 2:36Speaker 2: So Trump did a great job last night in the
- 2:39Speaker 2: first night of the midterm conventions. I have no doubt
- 2:41Speaker 2: he'll do a great job tonight. He figured out two
- 2:44Speaker 2: things about to write this column, two things that dumb
- 2:48Speaker 2: establishment right-wing Republicans never figured out, but that which Wayne
- 2:53Speaker 2: Root figured out a long time ago. I've said it
- 2:55Speaker 2: many times. on radio, on TV, on podcasts. Number one,
- 2:59Speaker 2: Democrats have only one game plan besides rigging and stealing elections,
- 3:05Speaker 2: and that's bribery. They give away money to black people,
- 3:10Speaker 2: to people of color, to illegal aliens, to donors with
- 3:16Speaker 2: green energy deals. to women feminists with Planned Parenthood. Their
- 3:22Speaker 2: entire gay plan is bribery, giveaway money, welfare, food stamps,
- 3:29Speaker 2: government contracts, aid to dependent children, housing allowances, Obama phones,
- 3:33Speaker 2: Obama shoes, they had Obama sneakers for illegals, $ 5, 000 visa
- 3:38Speaker 2: cards to illegals, public schools free, Medicaid free, Obamacare free,
- 3:45Speaker 2: everything free! Obamacare, the biggest bribe in history. Nobody cared.
- 3:50Speaker 2: That's their entire strategy. Their whole game plan, besides stealing elections,
- 3:55Speaker 2: is to give away money. And Trump just beat them
- 4:01Speaker 2: at their own game. He's given $ 5, 000 to every American
- 4:04Speaker 2: citizen if we win the election. You know how much
- 4:06Speaker 2: that is to a typical American couple?
- 4:08Speaker 3: $ 10, 000.
- 4:08Speaker 2: It's not a $ 5, 000 giveaway. It's $ 10, 000 in the hands
- 4:10Speaker 2: of a man and a wife in the same household. Okay,
- 4:17Speaker 2: if you're a single mom, $ 5, 000. But if you're the
- 4:20Speaker 2: typical Republican voter, a Christian mom and dad who aren't
- 4:23Speaker 2: divorced to go to church, $ 10, 000 is coming in the
- 4:29Speaker 2: next few months after the election. And Democrats are apoplectic.
- 4:34Speaker 2: They've lost their minds. Oh my God, Trump's giving a bribe.
- 4:37Speaker 2: First of all, it's not a bribe. Okay, in the
- 4:41Speaker 2: case of Democrats, it is a bribe. They give away
- 4:43Speaker 2: welfare to people who are lazy bums that don't deserve it,
- 4:46Speaker 2: that have done nothing to earn it. Trump is giving
- 4:48Speaker 2: a partial... percent of the $ 19 trillion that he collected
- 4:55Speaker 2: from foreign countries to invest in the United States. And
- 4:58Speaker 2: he's giving you a dividend, a bonus based on the
- 5:00Speaker 2: $ 19 trillion. That's number one. And number two, you've earned it.
- 5:04Speaker 2: He's giving it to, well, he's giving it to everyone,
- 5:07Speaker 2: every American adult, but he's really trying to appeal to
- 5:10Speaker 2: Republican voters who are the working people and the tax
- 5:15Speaker 2: paying people and the church going people of the United
- 5:18Speaker 2: States of America. A mom and a dad with children
- 5:22Speaker 2: going to church who work hard every day. They deserve
- 5:25Speaker 2: that $ 10, 000. So Trump is beating Democrats in their own game.
- 5:30Speaker 2: And second of all, he figured out something that I've
- 5:33Speaker 2: said for years. You don't need to get Democrat votes.
- 5:37Speaker 2: They're insane. They're radical. They're Stepford Wives. They're brainwashed. They
- 5:42Speaker 2: drink the Kool-Aid. They're never coming over to you. You know,
- 5:46Speaker 2: in life as a salesman, right? Trump is a salesman.
- 5:49Speaker 2: I'm a salesman. Trump's a pitchman. I'm a pitchman. I'm
- 5:52Speaker 2: a TV salesman. I've sold a billion dollars in my career,
- 5:55Speaker 2: a billion dollars worth of goods in my career. And
- 6:01Speaker 2: I can tell you that it's much, much, much, much, much, much, much,
- 6:04Speaker 2: much easier. Have I stressed that enough? Much, much, much, much, much,
- 6:09Speaker 2: much easier, much 10 squared to get someone who's already
- 6:13Speaker 2: bought from you to buy again than to get someone
- 6:15Speaker 2: new to buy from you. So what you want to
- 6:17Speaker 2: do in life is Treat people nice, get them as
- 6:20Speaker 2: a customer. Once you get them, treat them like gold
- 6:23Speaker 2: and get them to buy again and again and again
- 6:25Speaker 2: and again. Much easier than finding a new person who's
- 6:28Speaker 2: never bought from you, who doesn't believe in you. And
- 6:30Speaker 2: I apply the same thing to politics. You don't need
- 6:33Speaker 2: Democrats to win elections. Sorry, my phone is on. You
- 6:36Speaker 2: don't need Democrat votes to win elections when you're Republican.
- 6:39Speaker 2: You need to get every Republican out to vote because
- 6:42Speaker 2: so many of them stay home for the midterms. You know,
- 6:45Speaker 2: every time in Nevada we lose races, We lose them
- 6:49Speaker 2: by razor sharp numbers. You know, out of a million voters,
- 6:52Speaker 2: we lose a race by 5,000, 10,000 votes. And when
- 6:56Speaker 2: you look at the numbers, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000 registered Republicans
- 7:01Speaker 2: stayed home and didn't vote. And we lost the race
- 7:03Speaker 2: by 5,000 votes. You have to get Republicans out to
- 7:07Speaker 2: vote in large numbers. It doesn't matter what Democrats do.
- 7:11Speaker 2: The only thing we need to be concerned with is
- 7:13Speaker 2: getting Republican votes out. So the midterm elections Convention is
- 7:18Speaker 2: all about enthusiasm. It's all about motivation. It's about motivating
- 7:22Speaker 2: Republican voters to come out and vote and getting them enthusiastic.
- 7:26Speaker 2: And we did that last night and Trump did that
- 7:27Speaker 2: last night. And the $ 5, 000 quote-unquote bribe is not a bribe,
- 7:31Speaker 2: it's a dividend. And it's based on the 19 trillion
- 7:33Speaker 2: it brought in from foreign countries. But it is, in
- 7:37Speaker 2: a way, the Democrat strategy of offering money to get votes.
- 7:41Speaker 2: It's what Democrats do every day. In Trump's case, it's
- 7:45Speaker 2: a dividend. In their case, what do you call welfare?
- 7:48Speaker 2: What do you call giving illegal aliens all the money
- 7:51Speaker 2: in the world? That's all they do all day long
- 7:55Speaker 2: is bribe. What do you call green energy? It's a
- 7:58Speaker 2: bribe to Democrat donors. What do you call Planned Parenthood?
- 8:01Speaker 2: A bribe to feminists. What do you call all the
- 8:06Speaker 2: money they give away to transgenders and gays and lesbians? Bribes.
- 8:10Speaker 2: So the Republican Party for all these years, I've always
- 8:13Speaker 2: said is the hardest, message in the world. It's, you know,
- 8:17Speaker 2: lift yourself up by your own bootstraps. We're not going
- 8:20Speaker 2: to give you anything. We're just going to get government
- 8:21Speaker 2: out of the way so you can make more money
- 8:24Speaker 2: and we'll take less from you. That's a great message
- 8:26Speaker 2: for people like me who are motivated. It's a crappy
- 8:29Speaker 2: message for the average American who isn't motivated, who doesn't
- 8:32Speaker 2: want government out of the way, wants government to give
- 8:34Speaker 2: him a check. So Trump is now telling them, I'm
- 8:38Speaker 2: going to give you a check. Brilliant. But he's not
- 8:42Speaker 2: going to win the election even with that because they cheat.
- 8:46Speaker 2: And if they bring out enough fake ballots and illegal
- 8:51Speaker 2: aliens to vote with mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting ballot
- 8:54Speaker 2: drop boxes, it won't matter what Trump does, you're still
- 8:58Speaker 2: going to lose the election. So you've got to have
- 9:00Speaker 2: a national security emergency for elections. And that's why the
- 9:04Speaker 2: Media Matters hit piece today, the George Soros funded Media
- 9:08Speaker 2: Matters hit piece against Wade Root, which is actually the
- 9:11Speaker 2: biggest compliment in the world and a badge of honor.
- 9:13Speaker 2: And actually, I kind of liked the piece. It wasn't negative.
- 9:16Speaker 2: It told all the conspiracy theories Wayne Root has promoted
- 9:19Speaker 2: over the years. I have a hundred emails saying, Wayne,
- 9:21Speaker 2: we agree with every one of them. What are they
- 9:24Speaker 2: talking about? You were right on the money with every
- 9:26Speaker 2: single one of them. So they don't understand the common
- 9:30Speaker 2: average American who agrees with me, Seth Rich. Of course
- 9:33Speaker 2: he was murdered. Seth Rich was murdered, but he wasn't
- 9:36Speaker 2: murdered by a street punk. They left his watch. They
- 9:39Speaker 2: left his wallet. They left his money. They left his
- 9:42Speaker 2: cell phone. It was a hit by the Democrat Party.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I don't know if it was Hillary Clinton. I know
- 9:47Speaker 2: it was the DNC. I don't know who it was,
- 9:49Speaker 2: but it was somebody hit, ordered a hit on Seth Rich.
- 9:53Speaker 2: That's not a conspiracy theory. Georgetown University, or excuse me,
- 9:57Speaker 2: I think it's George Washington University, has the number one
- 10:01Speaker 2: CSI class in the world. Number one. And every single
- 10:06Speaker 2: semester they study one case and come to a conclusion.
- 10:09Speaker 2: And they have all the great experts of CSI investigate
- 10:13Speaker 2: and come in and give the class a lecture and
- 10:15Speaker 2: help them investigate one case for a semester. And you know,
- 10:19Speaker 2: a few years ago, they investigated the Seth Rich murder
- 10:21Speaker 2: and they came to the same conclusion of me. That
- 10:23Speaker 2: was a hit, ordered by somebody who didn't like Seth Rich. Well,
- 10:26Speaker 2: who do you think that was? It was Hillary Clinton
- 10:29Speaker 2: and the Democrat Party. So that's not a crazy conspiracy theory.
- 10:33Speaker 2: They left his money and they left him dead in
- 10:35Speaker 2: the middle of the street. They murdered him for no reason.
- 10:39Speaker 2: He had just handed over all of Hillary's emails to
- 10:43Speaker 2: the Republican Party and to WikiLeaks. So of course they
- 10:46Speaker 2: hit him. Of course it was a hit ordered by
- 10:49Speaker 2: the Democrat Party against the guy who worked for the
- 10:52Speaker 2: DNC that handed over Hillary's records that were about to
- 10:55Speaker 2: cluster the election. So that's not conspiracy theory. None of
- 11:00Speaker 2: the things I believe in are conspiracy theory. They're all
- 11:03Speaker 2: proven correct. They call me far right because so far
- 11:06Speaker 2: I've always been right. I'm always right about everything. That's
- 11:10Speaker 2: why they call me far right. So far Wayne's right
- 11:13Speaker 2: about everything. 100%. So they're scared to death that I've
- 11:17Speaker 2: just saved the midterms in my idea. President Trump adopts
- 11:21Speaker 2: national security emergency for elections. Wayne Root and Donald Trump
- 11:24Speaker 2: have changed the future of America, and I just saved
- 11:27Speaker 2: the midterms. And they know that, and that's why they're
- 11:29Speaker 2: so upset. Media matters.
- 11:30Speaker 4: What a joke.
- 11:32Speaker 2: So President Trump, yes, $ 5, 000 to every American. Great idea. Yes,
- 11:36Speaker 2: motivate Republicans to go out and vote. Great idea. But
- 11:39Speaker 2: add in national security emergency.

- 14:57Speaker 2: say thank you, George Soros, but George Soros funds Media Matters,
- 15:02Speaker 2: the most vicious, disgusting, evil people in the world, commies, radicals, traitors,
- 15:07Speaker 2: the United States of America, un-American, America-hating, Jew-hating, Christian-hating, horrible people.
- 15:13Speaker 2: They just made me the most famous mag in the
- 15:14Speaker 2: United States of America besides Donald Trump. Thank you, Media Matters.
- 15:18Speaker 2: What a great story. Long, detailed story about Wayne Root. Why,
- 15:23Speaker 2: if you don't like someone, and you think they're unimportant,
- 15:26Speaker 2: and you think they're not influential, you just ignore them.
- 15:29Speaker 2: But if you write a long hit piece, it's because
- 15:31Speaker 2: you're scared to death of them and or their ideas.
- 15:36Speaker 2: And they are scared to death of me and my ideas,
- 15:39Speaker 2: because my idea may have just won the midterm for
- 15:42Speaker 2: the Republican Party. You're not going to be able to
- 15:44Speaker 2: cheat if President Trump adopts my national security emergency for
- 15:49Speaker 2: elections idea. You will not be able to cheat. If
- 15:52Speaker 2: you can't cheat, you will not win the midterms. They
- 15:55Speaker 2: want to frame it as Wayne Root and Donald Trump
- 15:58Speaker 2: are trying to cheat to win the midterms. No, we're not.
- 16:01Speaker 2: I'm trying to make elections secure so no one could cheat.
- 16:05Speaker 2: And if no one could cheat, I'm confident we win.
- 16:08Speaker 2: But I'm not tilting it in our favor. I'm just
- 16:11Speaker 2: tilting it in favor of integrity, election integrity, that no
- 16:15Speaker 2: one could cheat. And if no one cheats, I know
- 16:17Speaker 2: we're going to win. And Democrats know it too. The
- 16:21Speaker 2: title of the article is, get this, Who is Wayne
- 16:24Speaker 2: Allen Root, the right wing pundit pushing Trump to undermine
- 16:29Speaker 2: the midterms? If you stop cheating, it's undermining the midterms.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Isn't that funny? Of course it is for Democrats. If
- 16:36Speaker 2: you don't allow cheating, you're undermining the ability of Democrats
- 16:40Speaker 2: to win. All right. Let's take some calls now. There's
- 16:45Speaker 2: so much to talk about. I've got all these stories.
- 16:48Speaker 2: We're not going to get to any of them. Oh,
- 16:49Speaker 2: here's some more. We're not going to get to any
- 16:52Speaker 2: of them because I'm going to take your calls. Let's
- 16:55Speaker 2: take Dave from Ohio about the GOP convention. Dave, my favorite.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Dave is on the line from Ohio, Cincinnati. Dave, what's
- 17:03Speaker 2: going on, Dave?
- 17:04Speaker 11: Well, I'm riding away, but you're making me laugh so
- 17:08Speaker 11: much because when you talk about driving the leftist baddie,
- 17:14Speaker 11: when you drive media matters baddie like that, that's hitting
- 17:18Speaker 11: a grand slam. Wayne, you've got to let everybody know,
- 17:23Speaker 11: not only are you saving the elections, you're saving the country.
- 17:28Speaker 11: Because if these leftists ever get control of Congress and
- 17:32Speaker 11: the Senate, it's going to be complete and total chaos
- 17:37Speaker 11: for the American citizens, for Trump, for the Republicans. We
- 17:41Speaker 11: may never win another election if we don't win this
- 17:45Speaker 11: midterm race. So, I mean, you're doing a lot more
- 17:47Speaker 11: than that. Sure, they're going to come after you because
- 17:50Speaker 11: you're a right dad on the money. And, you know,
- 17:52Speaker 11: Trump put on a spectacular speech last night. It was
- 17:55Speaker 11: a spectacular show. Everything except for one thing. And you
- 18:00Speaker 11: probably already know what it is. When he tried to
- 18:02Speaker 11: say that John Thune was doing a wonderful job, the
- 18:05Speaker 11: place went silent. Am I right or wrong?
- 18:07Speaker 2: They booed. There's only two things they've ever booed Donald
- 18:15Speaker 2: Trump about. John Thune, and have you ever said anything
- 18:18Speaker 2: nice about Mitch McConnell and the vaccine? Many times I've
- 18:22Speaker 2: been a witness that they boo when Trump says, get
- 18:25Speaker 2: the vaccine. It's a good vaccine. It saved millions of lives.
- 18:28Speaker 2: The whole crowd boo. Those are the only two things
- 18:31Speaker 2: anyone's ever disagreed in large numbers in the Republican Party
- 18:34Speaker 2: in MAGA with Donald Trump about. But yes, John Thune
- 18:38Speaker 2: is a bum and everybody there knows it. Oh, and
- 18:41Speaker 2: Lindsey Graham. I'm a witness. I was in Florida. as
- 18:45Speaker 2: a guest of the Florida GOP at a big event
- 18:48Speaker 2: in Palm Beach, Palm Beach County's big event of the year.
- 18:52Speaker 2: And I was the, literally, I was the keynote address.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I was the MC of the evening in front of
- 18:59Speaker 2: a thousand people. And when Donald Trump came into the room,
- 19:03Speaker 2: massive cheers. And then when people realized he came into
- 19:07Speaker 2: the room with Lindsey Graham, Massive boos. They booed Lindsey Graham.
- 19:13Speaker 2: MAGA never liked Lindsey Graham. We're trying to rewrite history.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Lindsey Graham was not on our side. He was John
- 19:20Speaker 2: McCain's buddy. He hated Trump until Trump won. Then he
- 19:23Speaker 2: became Trump's best buddy and hung out with him at
- 19:25Speaker 2: golf courses. Lindsey Graham wasn't.
- 19:27Speaker 12: On our side.
- 19:28Speaker 2: He had a 50% voting record.
- 19:32Speaker 11: Well, you're right.
- 19:33Speaker 13: Well, of course, look.
- 19:36Speaker 11: Yeah, well, it's funny. I shouldn't really laugh, but I
- 19:39Speaker 11: don't want the audience to get a wrong idea. But, no,
- 19:42Speaker 11: we're in some serious trouble. And one of the things
- 19:44Speaker 11: you've got to keep reminding everybody and remind Trump that
- 19:48Speaker 11: Soros and these NGOs, are paying. And it's all been documented.
- 19:54Speaker 11: They're paying all this opposition, all these groups that go
- 19:57Speaker 11: out there for the King's rally, for the pinkies out
- 20:02Speaker 11: there supporting that murderer that just had the mistrial. All
- 20:07Speaker 11: these different events, when they have their events and the
- 20:09Speaker 11: people's all showing up, that's because these are all paid
- 20:13Speaker 11: agitators by all these groups. So everything the Democrats do
- 20:18Speaker 11: is being paid for. And like you said, bribes. What
- 20:21Speaker 11: about Biden and Harris? They wanted to pay off all
- 20:24Speaker 11: these school loans.
- 20:26Speaker 13: 800-347-ROOT, 800-347-7668.
- 20:26Speaker 2: We'll be right back.
- 20:27Speaker 4: The A few things I wanted to mention real quick,
- 20:37Speaker 4: and we'll get right back to the phones.
- 20:38Speaker 2: We've got a lot of callers lined up and waiting.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Matter of fact, I've got to make sure I got them.
- 20:43Speaker 2: There we go. There we go. Got them in front
- 20:44Speaker 2: of me. Good. So, Trump DOJ forces six states to
- 20:50Speaker 2: end in-state tuition for illegal immigrants while suing 15 more states.
- 20:55Speaker 2: You know, I'm so sick of people saying Trump doesn't
- 20:58Speaker 2: do enough. If it wasn't for the judges, do you
- 21:00Speaker 2: know radically, and I mean that only in a positive way,
- 21:03Speaker 2: radically not as in communists are radical, but as in
- 21:07Speaker 2: conservatives would dramatically, instead of radically, I should say dramatically.
- 21:12Speaker 2: You know how dramatically we would have changed America already
- 21:15Speaker 2: a year and a half in to Trump's second term
- 21:18Speaker 2: if we just didn't have the judges, the communist insurrection
- 21:21Speaker 2: judges standing in our way? Everything Trump does is great.
- 21:25Speaker 2: Stop complaining. He's forcing six states and in-state tuition for
- 21:30Speaker 2: illegal aliens. Women in a British village plead with lawmakers
- 21:35Speaker 2: not to flood the town with migrants. You'll destroy us.
- 21:38Speaker 2: You'll destroy this place. That's the point, ladies. Don't you
- 21:41Speaker 2: get it? They want to destroy you. Trump unleashes $ 47
- 21:46Speaker 2: million on the midterms after months of GOP doubt. His
- 21:51Speaker 2: political operation has begun pouring money into the midterm elections,
- 21:55Speaker 2: booking at least $ 47 million in television ads in a
- 21:58Speaker 2: new super PAC tied to his $ 400 million war chest.
- 22:02Speaker 2: Who says we're going to lose the midterms? This just in,
- 22:05Speaker 2: appeals courts stacked with Biden judges rejects Trump's DOJ attempt
- 22:11Speaker 2: to reinstate mail-in ballot limits. Okay, again, I'll tell you
- 22:16Speaker 2: why that's good news. I know, Wayne Root said that's
- 22:18Speaker 2: good news, believe it or not. Obama and Biden judges
- 22:22Speaker 2: on the Fourth Circuit block ICE from holding illegal aliens
- 22:26Speaker 2: without bond, compare Trump's ICE detention policy to the Japanese internment.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. And the Supreme Court blocks Missouri Republicans'
- 22:37Speaker 2: new congressional map. Why would any of that be good?
- 22:41Speaker 2: The courts are against us, but it's gonna give Trump
- 22:44Speaker 2: the push, the kick in the ass, the impetus. the excuse,
- 22:48Speaker 2: whatever words you want to use, the motivation for adopting
- 22:53Speaker 2: my idea, national security emergency for elections, five words, national
- 22:57Speaker 2: security emergency for elections. There's no choice now. The courts
- 23:02Speaker 2: are against us. The Supreme Court, our Supreme Court, six
- 23:06Speaker 2: conservatives against us. Democrats want to stack the Supreme Court, why?
- 23:11Speaker 2: The six conservatives don't help us. The whole thing's a joke.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Just go over all their heads. National security emergency for elections.
- 23:20Speaker 2: You can't trust one judge in this country, including one
- 23:23Speaker 2: Supreme Court judge. They're all no good. They're all bought, bribed,
- 23:27Speaker 2: paid off, blackmailed. Screw them. National security emergency. They can't
- 23:32Speaker 2: stop you. And then they, the Democrats, the deep state,
- 23:35Speaker 2: the DC swamp, the Chinese Communist Party cannot steal the
- 23:39Speaker 2: election and we save America.
- 23:42Speaker 14: All right.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Obie from Virginia about Senate Republicans.
- 23:45Speaker 15: Obie.
- 23:46Speaker 2: You're on with Wayne Root. What's on your mind?
- 23:49Speaker 12: Hey, thank you for having me on your show, and
- 23:53Speaker 12: welcome back from your vacation.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 23:58Speaker 12: Yeah, no problem. My question is, whether the Republicans control
- 24:11Speaker 12: the Senate or not, Do you feel like they're going
- 24:14Speaker 12: to replace Thune after the midterms?
- 24:18Speaker 2: You know, I don't really have an answer to that
- 24:21Speaker 2: one because I'm not there. In other words, I'm not
- 24:23Speaker 2: in the U.S. Senate, and I don't know if we
- 24:25Speaker 2: have the votes to replace Thune. I can't stand the guy.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Trump obviously would like to replace him. Clearly, Thune is
- 24:32Speaker 2: a backstabber, just like Mitch McConnell was, just like Paul
- 24:36Speaker 2: Ryan was in the House, just like John Boehner was
- 24:39Speaker 2: in the House, just like, in my opinion, Kevin McCarthy
- 24:42Speaker 2: was in the House. They're all a bunch of backstabbing losers.
- 24:46Speaker 2: And the way they get elected to be majority leader
- 24:48Speaker 2: of either the House or the Senate is because they
- 24:50Speaker 2: get a lot of rhinos who are Republicans in disguise,
- 24:54Speaker 2: really are Democrats, to support them, who are doing the
- 24:57Speaker 2: bidding of the deep state in the D.C.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Swamp.
- 24:59Speaker 2: And so they get the wrong people to support them.
- 25:02Speaker 2: The real conservative MAGA people can never be elected as
- 25:06Speaker 2: the head of You know, one of those houses of
- 25:10Speaker 2: the House, the Senate, one of the House of the
- 25:12Speaker 2: United States Congress, because it's just there aren't enough conservatives.
- 25:15Speaker 2: There aren't enough MAGA. Very, very difficult. Closest we've ever come.
- 25:19Speaker 2: Maybe Mike Johnson. Maybe he's OK sometime. He's not still
- 25:23Speaker 2: my perfect guy, but he tries to pass most of
- 25:26Speaker 2: Trump's agenda. So thank you, Mike, Mike Johnson. But he's
- 25:30Speaker 2: certainly far from perfect, too. Very tough in the Senate
- 25:34Speaker 2: to overcome the rhinos. So I don't know. The answer
- 25:36Speaker 2: is I don't have an answer, Obie. I have no
- 25:39Speaker 2: idea if we have the votes to throw John Thune out.
- 25:42Speaker 2: It's a big uphill battle to get rid of somebody.
- 25:45Speaker 2: Look at Mitch McConnell. When did we ever get rid
- 25:47Speaker 2: of him? He just he left. Mitch McConnell said, I'm
- 25:50Speaker 2: not going to do it anymore. I'll stay a senator,
- 25:52Speaker 2: but I'm not going to be the majority leader. And
- 25:54Speaker 2: John Thune took the baton and ran with it. We
- 25:58Speaker 2: never overthrew Mitch McConnell, even though the entire time Trump
- 26:01Speaker 2: was president, in his first term, Mitch McConnell was against
- 26:04Speaker 2: him at everything Trump did. We never got rid of him.
- 26:07Speaker 2: So I don't know if we'll ever get rid of
- 26:08Speaker 2: John Thune. I have no idea. Obie, thank you. J.D.
- 26:11Speaker 2: from Las Vegas. J.D., you're on with Weirut. How are you? J.D.,
- 26:17Speaker 2: you there?
- 26:20Speaker 14: Do we know J.D.? There you are. Yeah, you got me? Yes.
- 26:25Speaker 14: Two points, if I may.
- 26:27Speaker 15: You know, hello.
- 26:29Speaker 14: I think I know you well enough to think that
- 26:32Speaker 14: we have some similar values and we think a lot alike.
- 26:36Speaker 14: And what happened yesterday, in my opinion, is going to
- 26:40Speaker 14: change your life forever. When you hold your beautiful granddaughter
- 26:46Speaker 14: in your arms and she grabbed your finger with her
- 26:50Speaker 14: little hand and looks at you. I think it's going
- 26:56Speaker 14: to make you a much happier person and change a
- 27:03Speaker 14: lot of things that are important to you now. I
- 27:08Speaker 14: know how you have educated your children and how much
- 27:11Speaker 14: I think you love your children. But when you hold
- 27:14Speaker 14: that little girl, it is going to change your life.
- 27:19Speaker 2: Thank you. I agree. I agree. But remember, I held
- 27:23Speaker 2: four babies in my arms, my four kids. But everybody
- 27:27Speaker 2: says being a grandpa is even better and different.
- 27:29Speaker 14: There's nothing. I'm 82 and I became a grandfather at 72.
- 27:37Speaker 14: And I don't think the last 10 years of my
- 27:39Speaker 14: life would have been any more pleasant without them. I
- 27:45Speaker 14: do everything with them, and they have made my life
- 27:49Speaker 14: so enjoyable, and that's what I wish for you. Secondly,
- 27:53Speaker 14: I want to say what Dave said ahead of me
- 27:58Speaker 14: about Biden bribing all the kids with their student loans.
- 28:04Speaker 14: That's exactly what Biden wanted to do when he was
- 28:06Speaker 14: thinking he was going to run. This bribery goes back
- 28:10Speaker 14: to FDR, and it continued all the way from 1952
- 28:15Speaker 14: to 92 when the Democrats controlled the House and the Senate.
- 28:20Speaker 14: And they have been buying the American people every which
- 28:24Speaker 14: way and bribing them every which way. And Trump says,
- 28:28Speaker 14: screw you. I'm going to play ball the same way
- 28:31Speaker 14: you guys have played ball, and I'm going to give $ 5, 000, blah, blah, blah.
- 28:36Speaker 14: And this, they can't take it. They can't take it
- 28:42Speaker 14: when you turn it upside down and, you know, what
- 28:45Speaker 14: goes around comes around and they just don't like it.
- 28:49Speaker 15: Right.
- 28:49Speaker 2: That's why I said it's a great move. Great move.
- 28:52Speaker 2: And quite a few people said to me, say, oh,
- 28:54Speaker 2: he's just bribing and they're Republicans. You guys are dumb.
- 28:58Speaker 2: You're clueless. That's all Democrats beat us with is stealing
- 29:01Speaker 2: elections and bribing the electorate. So if we can stop
- 29:05Speaker 2: the steal and stop the rigging, stop them from doing it,
- 29:08Speaker 2: and we can bribe just like them. And it's not
- 29:11Speaker 2: even a bribe. It's a given end. It's not a bribe.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Then we win.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Wait.
- 29:16Speaker 14: Wayne, I wrote a letter to Obama after Obamacare. And
- 29:19Speaker 14: I said, where's my twenty five hundred dollars and my doctor?
- 29:23Speaker 14: And he says he wrote me back a letter. He says,
- 29:26Speaker 14: contact your Democrat senators and congressmen and women. They voted
- 29:31Speaker 14: for it.
- 29:31Speaker 2: I didn't. You really got that letter. That's true.
- 29:38Speaker 14: No, I made it up.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Oh, OK.
- 29:41Speaker 14: I mean, I made it up.
- 29:43Speaker 2: Of course, I made it up for Obamacare. And I mean,
- 29:46Speaker 2: Obamacare was one big multi-trillion dollar bribe. Trillions of dollars.
- 29:50Speaker 2: It was a cluster.
- 29:51Speaker 14: It was a cluster.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Cluster Puck, 20% of the American economy, Obamacare. All right, J.D.,
- 29:59Speaker 2: we got to run. We got to run. Thank you
- 30:00Speaker 2: for the call. Appreciate it. And I love being a grandpa.
- 30:03Speaker 2: I haven't met my granddaughter yet, but I will be
- 30:06Speaker 2: traveling to the East Coast next month. I've already booked
- 30:10Speaker 2: the flight and booked the weekend, and I'm traveling to
- 30:12Speaker 2: the East Coast to meet my granddaughter for the first time.
- 30:15Speaker 2: And then my daughter's agreed to come to Vegas for Christmas,
- 30:18Speaker 2: so I'll see my granddaughter again. So all is good.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Let's mention the sponsor of this segment of the show,
- 30:23Speaker 2: and then we'll go to our last, go to a break,
- 30:25Speaker 2: and then our last segment of the show, we'll take
- 30:27Speaker 2: more calls, 1-800-347-ROOT. Some of you I see are patiently
- 30:32Speaker 2: standing by. We've also got voicemails. We'll take voicemails. Let's
- 30:36Speaker 2: thank Zastava Arms. Zastava began 170 years ago in Serbia. Today,
- 30:41Speaker 2: Zastava is one of the world's most recognized names in
- 30:43Speaker 2: military and sporting firearms. No Zastava product is more legendary
- 30:48Speaker 2: than than the M70, the battle-proven AK rifle. In 2018,
- 30:52Speaker 2: entrepreneur Ronco Ristick brought Zastava firearms directly to American gun owners.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Zastava quickly earned a reputation for quality, durability, and reliability,
- 31:04Speaker 2: and it earned Gun Importer of the Year. Many gun
- 31:08Speaker 2: experts say they make the best AK-47 semi-automatic rifles in
- 31:12Speaker 2: the world. And one of the most recognizable Zastava rifles
- 31:17Speaker 2: is the Z-PAP, the sporting version of the M70. This
- 31:21Speaker 2: semi-automatic sporting rifle has a simple reputation. It's built like
- 31:26Speaker 2: a tank. It features a 50% thicker than standard AK receiver,
- 31:31Speaker 2: longer handguards, flip-up night sights, and grenade gas cutoff Zastava Z-PAP.

- 31:48Speaker 2: as we head to the break, I want to let
- 31:49Speaker 2: you know I just interviewed on my podcast, I mentioned
- 31:52Speaker 2: this at the top of the hour, Dr. Jerome Corsi,
- 31:56Speaker 2: who's in the White House and who's been crafting all
- 31:58Speaker 2: these special ideas to stop voter fraud. And Dr. Corsi
- 32:05Speaker 2: was on my podcast today and he announced breaking news
- 32:08Speaker 2: that he believes Trump is going to adopt my idea
- 32:11Speaker 2: for a national security emergency. We'll be right back. Hi,
- 32:20Speaker 2: Wayne Allyn Root for Z-Chad Genesis Medicine. Their CEO, Dan Montano,

- 35:21Speaker 2: All right. Wayne Elleruth, the Ruth, the Ruth, Ruth's on fire. Yes,
- 35:25Speaker 2: JD mentioned I am now a grandpa and first biological
- 35:31Speaker 2: child born, my daughter. Had a daughter, so I have
- 35:34Speaker 2: a new granddaughter. Six pounds, eight ounces. I will not
- 35:38Speaker 2: give any photos. I will not present any names. She
- 35:41Speaker 2: wants to remain anonymous because there's so many crazy liberals
- 35:45Speaker 2: in the world that she doesn't want to become a target.
- 35:48Speaker 2: So I will not name my granddaughter or my daughter.
- 35:51Speaker 2: But let's just say I'm very happy that I'm now
- 35:53Speaker 2: a grandpa. It's a wonderful feeling. All right. How Democrats
- 35:59Speaker 2: Have Made America Great. My book. 100 blank pages, how
- 36:03Speaker 2: Democrats have made America great. And my book, How Illegal
- 36:06Speaker 2: Immigrants Have Made America Great, 100 blank pages. Two funny gifts,
- 36:11Speaker 2: they go together. They are the perfect yin and yang,
- 36:15Speaker 2: frick and frack. They go together. They're a great gift
- 36:19Speaker 2: to give to all the conservatives in your life or
- 36:21Speaker 2: even all the liberals in your life if you want
- 36:22Speaker 2: to make their heads explode. Just go to amazon.com. Perfect
- 36:26Speaker 2: to get Christmas gifts right now. Buy 10 of each.
- 36:28Speaker 2: They're not expensive. They're inexpensive. and buy 10 of each,
- 36:33Speaker 2: and then give each book, you know, the set, the
- 36:38Speaker 2: How Illegal Immigrants Have Made America Great, How Democrats Have
- 36:40Speaker 2: Made America Great, give a package with two books to
- 36:43Speaker 2: each one of your 10 buddies, and bring it to
- 36:46Speaker 2: the workplace, give it to your boss, give it to
- 36:48Speaker 2: your coworkers, give it to your wife, give it to
- 36:51Speaker 2: your kids, they'll all laugh out loud, because that's what
- 36:54Speaker 2: happens every time I give these books away at a party.
- 36:56Speaker 2: People laugh so loud. They just love it. They can't
- 36:59Speaker 2: believe that I wrote books that are blank. And I've
- 37:02Speaker 2: written 19 books. My 20th' s coming out internationally in the
- 37:06Speaker 2: next few days, actually, in Indonesia and then UAE. But
- 37:10Speaker 2: I've written 19 books. The first 17 were 300 pages each.
- 37:14Speaker 2: And these two are blank. It took me one minute, right?
- 37:16Speaker 2: All I had to do was create the cover. So
- 37:19Speaker 2: here they are. Go to Amazon.com. Only place to get them.
- 37:24Speaker 2: Type in Wayne Allyn Root. And automatically those two books
- 37:27Speaker 2: show up and you can get a copy. How Democrats
- 37:31Speaker 2: have made America great. How illegal immigrants have made America great.
- 37:33Speaker 2: They haven't. They haven't done a damn thing to make
- 37:35Speaker 2: America great. That's why the books are blank. Let's take
- 37:38Speaker 2: a call from Dave from Arizona. Dave, you're on with
- 37:41Speaker 2: Wayne Allen Root. How are you?
- 37:45Speaker 13: I'm blessed and highly favored. And it sounds like you
- 37:47Speaker 13: are too. Congratulations on the grandbaby for Wayne Allen Root.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 37:51Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. You're welcome.
- 37:52Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 37:52Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 37:53Speaker 13: So I wanted to highlight the national security.
- 38:00Speaker 2: Move, right?
- 38:01Speaker 13: So hat tip to you and Jerome Corsi and John Goodman.
- 38:05Speaker 13: And time is of the essence. So if Jerome Corsi
- 38:07Speaker 13: is working on that, as I know you know, a
- 38:10Speaker 13: week ago, absentee ballots went out in North Carolina. We've
- 38:14Speaker 13: got three states that are going to start voting in
- 38:16Speaker 13: person in seven days, next Friday. So we need to
- 38:20Speaker 13: make sure that this is button down because it's very
- 38:23Speaker 13: hard to get toothpaste back in the tube once people
- 38:26Speaker 13: start voting. That's my concern, that we're burning daylight.
- 38:31Speaker 2: Dave, I just interviewed Jerome Corsi, and he seemed to
- 38:34Speaker 2: indicate Trump's absolutely going to do it, but it's not
- 38:37Speaker 2: going to happen to like, you know, a week before
- 38:39Speaker 2: the election because he doesn't want to give them any
- 38:41Speaker 2: time to react or try and stop it. But that
- 38:44Speaker 2: makes no sense to me because of what you just said.
- 38:46Speaker 2: They're already voting. So I don't know how he can
- 38:49Speaker 2: wait that long, right?
- 38:52Speaker 13: I don't think that's feasible. So in Minnesota, South Dakota
- 38:56Speaker 13: and Virginia, they all start voting in person on the
- 38:58Speaker 13: 18th of September, Vermont, the 19th of September, Illinois, the
- 39:03Speaker 13: 24th of September. And as I mentioned last Friday, absentee
- 39:07Speaker 13: ballots were mailed by the secretary of state, North Carolina.
- 39:11Speaker 13: So people already have ballots in their hands.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 39:14Speaker 13: I would impress upon Dr. Corsi. Time is of the essence.
- 39:18Speaker 13: This can't be an October surprise, in my humble opinion.
- 39:22Speaker 13: Love the show. Appreciate you.
- 39:24Speaker 2: Thank you. And my other reaction is how ridiculous it
- 39:27Speaker 2: is that we're allowed to vote for a month. You know,
- 39:30Speaker 2: I mean, I could see early voting, meaning the third
- 39:33Speaker 2: week of October. So you can vote one week before
- 39:37Speaker 2: the election. I'm not even for that. I think there
- 39:39Speaker 2: should be one day to vote and it should be
- 39:41Speaker 2: a national holiday. But at least if there's early voting,
- 39:44Speaker 2: it should be a week. But when did it become
- 39:46Speaker 2: three weeks and four weeks and five weeks and six weeks?
- 39:49Speaker 2: This insanity. How can you have early voting in mid-September?
- 39:54Speaker 2: That's six weeks before the election. How do you know
- 39:57Speaker 2: what's going to come out in the next six weeks?
- 39:59Speaker 2: How can you vote when you have incomplete information? I
- 40:03Speaker 2: like to vote at the last minute because a thousand
- 40:05Speaker 2: things change until the last minute. But that's not what
- 40:09Speaker 2: Democrats want. They know their advantage is cheating and rigging
- 40:12Speaker 2: and stealing. And the way to cheat and rig and
- 40:15Speaker 2: steal is to have voting for six weeks before an election. Unbelievable. Unbelievable.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Let's grab a few voicemails. Let's take Steve from San Diego.
- 40:26Speaker 14: This is Steve from San Diego, and I was wondering
- 40:29Speaker 14: if the Democrats want to expand the Supreme Court.
- 40:33Speaker 1: How come we don't do it before?
- 40:35Speaker 2: We should do it now. You know, here's the problem, Steve,
- 40:39Speaker 2: with Republicans. I agree with you. I agree that we
- 40:44Speaker 2: should end the filibuster. I agree that we should expand
- 40:47Speaker 2: the Supreme Court. If they want to do it, then
- 40:49Speaker 2: we should do it. You know, if they want to
- 40:51Speaker 2: make Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. a state, maybe we
- 40:55Speaker 2: can find two new states. You know, I'm not a
- 40:58Speaker 2: traditional rhino establishment Republican. I believe that if Democrats can
- 41:04Speaker 2: do something, we should do it. Why do we allow
- 41:06Speaker 2: them to do it? And then we say, oh, well,
- 41:09Speaker 2: that's not right. We're not going to do it. And
- 41:10Speaker 2: then the minute they get in, they do it. We
- 41:13Speaker 2: are saps. We are cowards. We are dumb. We are naive.
- 41:19Speaker 2: The Republican Party is not effective because of how sweet
- 41:24Speaker 2: and wonderful they are. The Republican Party wants to play dumb. tiddlywinks,
- 41:28Speaker 2: you know, with Muffy at the country club and the
- 41:32Speaker 2: Democrats are slicing throats. You don't fight someone who's slicing
- 41:37Speaker 2: throats by playing tiddlywinks at the country club with Muffy.
- 41:40Speaker 2: You know, you don't bring a knife to a gunfight.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Why don't we pack the Supreme Court? Wayne Root, RootForAmerica.com.
- 41:49Speaker 2: We'll be right back. All right, way down the route.
- 41:57Speaker 2: The route, the route, the route's on fire. Welcome to
- 41:59Speaker 2: the show. Welcome back. War Zone Live, the official podcast
- 42:04Speaker 2: of the Gateway Planet, but I'm here today with you.
- 42:07Speaker 2: It's not Memorex, it's real. If you weren't with us yesterday,
- 42:11Speaker 2: if you didn't watch America Speaks, then you probably don't
- 42:13Speaker 2: know that I'm a grandpa for the first time. I
- 42:17Speaker 2: have a couple of step-grandkids, but for the first time ever,
- 42:20Speaker 2: one of my actual biological children, my eldest child, my daughter,
- 42:24Speaker 2: had a child, a little girl, six pounds, eight ounces.
- 42:27Speaker 2: So I'm now a MAGAGA, Make America Grandparents Great Again guy.
- 42:32Speaker 2: I'm a MAGAGA guy. Great to be with you. Today,
- 42:36Speaker 2: Media Matters came out with an incredibly long, detailed hit
- 42:40Speaker 2: piece on Wayne Root's life. I love it. Do you
- 42:43Speaker 2: have any idea? You don't make it in life until
- 42:45Speaker 2: liberals want to kill you, destroy you, ruin you. It's great.
- 42:49Speaker 2: They wasted like 10,000 words on Wayne Root. It shows
- 42:53Speaker 2: you how much they hate me, despise me, want to
- 42:56Speaker 2: eliminate me, and how much my idea is right over
- 42:59Speaker 2: the target and is going to win the election for
- 43:01Speaker 2: President Trump, national security emergency for elections. My idea is
- 43:07Speaker 2: driving them wild, driving them crazy. It's a badge of
- 43:12Speaker 2: honor to have hit pieces by Media Matters. Not the
- 43:15Speaker 2: first one they've ever done against me. There's actually been
- 43:17Speaker 2: quite a few. There's probably been 15 or 20. But
- 43:21Speaker 2: there's never been one this long and this detailed. And
- 43:26Speaker 2: they love to take things out of context. They love to,
- 43:28Speaker 2: you know, I've probably spewed in my lifetime as a
- 43:31Speaker 2: TV host, radio host, podcaster. 10 million words and they'll
- 43:36Speaker 2: grab five words out of context and try to make
- 43:40Speaker 2: you look bad out of 10 million five words and
- 43:43Speaker 2: it's hilarious because all my fans have emailed me And
- 43:46Speaker 2: texted me and said, Wayne, all those things that they
- 43:48Speaker 2: said you're a conspiracy theorist about, we agree with every
- 43:52Speaker 2: single one of them. Everybody agrees with everything I say.
- 43:55Speaker 2: 77 million Trump voters agree with every single word I've
- 43:58Speaker 2: ever said. They're not conspiracy theories. They're facts.
- 44:02Speaker 14: All right.
- 44:03Speaker 2: And they love to call me far right. And I
- 44:05Speaker 2: always say, you're 100% right. I am far right. So far,
- 44:08Speaker 2: I've been right about everything. So far, I'm 100% right.
- 44:11Speaker 2: Every single conspiracy theory I ever talked about came true.
- 44:14Speaker 2: They were conspiracy theories. Oh, my God. Wade Root said
- 44:18Speaker 2: Seth Rich was murdered by the Democrats. Does anybody disagree
- 44:22Speaker 2: with that? Nobody does.
- 44:24Speaker 14: All right.
- 44:25Speaker 2: This is interesting because it's a good example of the
- 44:28Speaker 2: insanity of the left. A Soros-backed Florida prosecutor. Her name
- 44:34Speaker 2: is Monique Worrell. uses a press conference to defend her
- 44:37Speaker 2: office's refusal to charge Kevin Chapman, 61 years old, after
- 44:42Speaker 2: his arrest at a kids park in Apapoka, Florida. A
- 44:48Speaker 2: father and his two-year-old were at the splash pad and
- 44:52Speaker 2: witnesses and park staff and photos and video put Chapman
- 44:56Speaker 2: on a bench and with his hand in his shorts
- 45:00Speaker 2: facing the children for minutes. The park manager said his
- 45:04Speaker 2: shorts dropped when he stood up. The guy was pleasuring himself.
- 45:09Speaker 2: The guy was masturbating as he looked at little children.
- 45:13Speaker 2: And the Soros-backed prosecutor claims it's wrong but not illegal
- 45:19Speaker 2: to masturbate in front of children.
- 45:22Speaker 1: Really.
- 45:24Speaker 2: I'm surprised she even admitted it's wrong. After all, he
- 45:27Speaker 2: might be gay. He was probably jerking off to guys.
- 45:31Speaker 2: So she should love it. You know, anything a homosexual
- 45:34Speaker 2: does is okay, according to the left. This is such
- 45:37Speaker 2: sick stuff. It's beyond belief because it's not about gay.
- 45:41Speaker 2: It's not about lesbian. It's not about trans. It's about children.
- 45:46Speaker 2: No one is allowed to pleasure themselves in front of
- 45:50Speaker 2: children or they're a pedophile and they should be sent
- 45:53Speaker 2: away for the rest of their lives and have their
- 45:55Speaker 2: penis cut off. And if you don't understand that, you're
- 45:58Speaker 2: not a father, you're not a grandfather, and you're not
- 46:01Speaker 2: a human being. You don't even have a heart. You
- 46:04Speaker 2: don't have a brain. You're like the Tin Man. No heart,
- 46:08Speaker 2: no brain, no nothing. You're a moron, which makes you
- 46:10Speaker 2: a perfect Democrat. A perfect Soros-backed Democrat. Oh, did I
- 46:15Speaker 2: mention the hit piece on me today by Media Matters?
- 46:20Speaker 2: Media Matters is funded by George Soros. So this is
- 46:23Speaker 2: his prosecutor, and he's up against Wayne Root, and he
- 46:26Speaker 2: thinks he's going to win. You know what, George? You
- 46:30Speaker 2: can let people masturbate in front of your children all
- 46:34Speaker 2: they want. I will let them go free. But when
- 46:37Speaker 2: they do it in front of my children, we'll get
- 46:39Speaker 2: a mob and we'll finish the job. Or you're going
- 46:43Speaker 2: to start arresting people and putting them in jail for
- 46:46Speaker 2: the rest of their lives because they're sick in the head. Okay?
- 46:52Speaker 2: Here's another sicko. Al Sharpton just scolded 9-1-1 families for
- 46:57Speaker 2: anti-Muslim bigotry. So let me get this straight. If white
- 47:02Speaker 2: people hung a black man who did nothing wrong for
- 47:06Speaker 2: merely looking at a beautiful white woman, would he say
- 47:09Speaker 2: you're not allowed to be anti-white? Black people should be
- 47:12Speaker 2: ashamed for being anti-white? The 9-11 families lost their children
- 47:17Speaker 2: to lost their fathers, lost their spouses, lost the people
- 47:21Speaker 2: they love because of radical Islam, because of crazy Muslims
- 47:27Speaker 2: flying planes into buildings and everybody burning to death or
- 47:30Speaker 2: being incinerated when the building came down. I would say
- 47:34Speaker 2: they have a right to not want a radical Muslim
- 47:39Speaker 2: terror-supporting mayor to speak at the 9-1-1 ceremony tomorrow. But
- 47:44Speaker 2: that's anti-Muslim bigotry, according to Al Sharpton. Hey, Al, your
- 47:49Speaker 2: whole life you've been a bigot to white people. The
- 47:52Speaker 2: nerve of you even discussing bigotry, you white-hating communist scumbag.
- 47:58Speaker 2: You evil, devil-worshipping communist scumbag. Unbelievable. Radical DSA candidate explains
- 48:07Speaker 2: she's very excited to bring black socialism to Congress. Tara
- 48:12Speaker 2: Lisa Chevalier is a member of the Democrat Socialists of America,
- 48:16Speaker 2: the DSA, who's running for office in New York's 13th
- 48:20Speaker 2: congressional district. And during an appearance on something called ELR
- 48:23Speaker 2: News this week, she explained she's very excited. to bring
- 48:27Speaker 2: black socialism to Congress. It's not entirely clear what the
- 48:32Speaker 2: F black socialism is, but she wants to bring black socialism.
- 48:35Speaker 2: I know what it is. Only black people are allowed
- 48:38Speaker 2: to make money, steal all the money from white people,
- 48:41Speaker 2: put the white people in prison, steal all their assets,
- 48:44Speaker 2: take their income and jobs away, give them all to
- 48:47Speaker 2: black people, and then triple it with reparations. That's black socialism.
- 48:51Speaker 2: Wainwright has just defined it. Democrat socialist defeats Providence mayor
- 48:56Speaker 2: in a primary race. Democrat socialist David Morales has defeated
- 49:00Speaker 2: Democrat Providence Rhode Island mayor Brett Smiley in a mayoral
- 49:05Speaker 2: primary race. And now we have Democrat socialists beating traditional
- 49:10Speaker 2: liberal Democrats who are also fools and too far left wing.
- 49:15Speaker 2: But they aren't left enough for the Democrat socialists because
- 49:18Speaker 2: no one is left. enough for the Democrat Socialists. No
- 49:22Speaker 2: one in the world is left enough. George McGovern is
- 49:25Speaker 2: a conservative today compared to the Democrat Socialists. They would
- 49:29Speaker 2: kick him out of office in a second. Bill Clinton
- 49:32Speaker 2: is like a right-wing MAGA to the Democrat socialists. John F.
- 49:36Speaker 2: Kennedy is Donald Trump to the Democrat socialists. And the
- 49:40Speaker 2: only person they really like is Stalin and Mao. That's
- 49:43Speaker 2: their heroes who mass murdered literally 100 million people. And
- 49:48Speaker 2: here's what the socialists say. You better get ready for war.
- 49:52Speaker 2: They call for war in the streets and the end
- 49:54Speaker 2: of capitalism. Oh, it's coming. It's coming in Chicago. Radicals
- 49:59Speaker 2: gathered for a conference on Marxism during what many view
- 50:03Speaker 2: as the heyday of socialism in the United States. The
- 50:05Speaker 2: Democrat socialists are now larger, more powerful any time in
- 50:08Speaker 2: their history. Socialist candidates are winning elections across the country.
- 50:13Speaker 2: Democrat establishment figures from Chuck Schumer to Gavin Newsom pandered
- 50:16Speaker 2: to the movement. Speakers in Chicago used the conference to
- 50:19Speaker 2: push supporters to the next stage in the movement, including
- 50:22Speaker 2: some openly calling for violence and an end to capitalism.
- 50:26Speaker 2: University of Cal Santa Barbara history professor Butch Warre said
- 50:31Speaker 2: Democrats must be destroyed. Democrats, not Republicans. Democrats must be destroyed.
- 50:37Speaker 2: and urged attendees to be ready for war in the streets.
- 50:40Speaker 2: In his postings on X, formerly Twitter, Ware said that
- 50:44Speaker 2: candidates such as New York City Mayor Sohran Mondami and
- 50:47Speaker 2: Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed are too restrained and are being
- 50:52Speaker 2: pushed by the establishment to contain radicalism. This guy is
- 50:56Speaker 2: a professor of Africa and Islam whose faculty page is
- 51:00Speaker 2: found under Beware, because his name is... Butch Ware, so
- 51:05Speaker 2: it's beware, but you better beware of this guy. Latest
- 51:08Speaker 2: radical to dismiss the Big Ten Party rhetoric of establishment
- 51:12Speaker 2: figures like Schumer. He declared the Democrats cannot be reasoned with.
- 51:15Speaker 2: They must be destroyed. Not Republicans. Democrats cannot be reasoned with.
- 51:19Speaker 2: They must be destroyed. Little subtlety to this message. He
- 51:23Speaker 2: explained you cannot call yourself a revolutionary and not be
- 51:26Speaker 2: talking about training with weapons. Look, I... It's beyond belief.
- 51:31Speaker 2: It's a long story. I'm not going to read all
- 51:33Speaker 2: of it to you. It's very clear what's going on.
- 51:36Speaker 2: They want war. They want civil war. They want revolution.
- 51:40Speaker 2: And they want to kill us. They hate us. They
- 51:42Speaker 2: want to steal all our money. Today is September 10th.
- 51:45Speaker 2: That makes tomorrow September 11th. Obviously one of the most
- 51:48Speaker 2: important days in the history of America, the anniversary. But
- 51:51Speaker 2: not only the anniversary of 9-11, but the 25th anniversary
- 51:54Speaker 2: of 9-11. But today's an important day because on September 10th,
- 51:59Speaker 2: one year ago today, Charlie Kirk was assassinated. Today is
- 52:02Speaker 2: the anniversary of Charlie Kirk's assassination. And on this day,
- 52:07Speaker 2: Students for a Democratic Society Club... gathered more than 600
- 52:12Speaker 2: signatures in an open letter to the Utah Valley University
- 52:16Speaker 2: where Charlie was killed, saying that they want to protest.
- 52:21Speaker 2: There should not be a memorial at the campus where
- 52:23Speaker 2: he was killed. Nothing has ever changed. Here's what Charlie
- 52:26Speaker 2: said on his second to last day of life, two
- 52:29Speaker 2: days before he was killed. He said, Islam is the
- 52:32Speaker 2: sword the left is using to slit the throats of America.
- 52:36Speaker 2: Charlie Kirk, a very smart guy, understanding Islam. The single
- 52:39Speaker 2: biggest threat to America is communism and Islam. And Islam
- 52:43Speaker 2: is the threat to America. They want to kill us.
- 52:47Speaker 2: They want to kill us. We'll be right back. Hi,
- 52:52Speaker 2: I'm Wayne Allyn Root, the national TV and radio host

- 53:16Speaker 2: of gas. with a management forecast projecting the first 25

- 55:38Speaker 2: his daily VRA investment letter completely free for two weeks.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Free for two weeks. Try it for two weeks. I
- 55:45Speaker 2: know you'll stay for life. Wayne Allen Roots for Warzone Live.
- 55:59Speaker 2: Last night's Republican midterm convention was fantastic in many ways and,
- 56:06Speaker 2: in my opinion, wrong in many ways. Fantastic because if
- 56:10Speaker 2: you want it, Donald Trump gets it. It doesn't matter
- 56:13Speaker 2: who you bring over from the other side. All that
- 56:16Speaker 2: matters is how many you bring out from your side.
- 56:18Speaker 2: You got to get your people excited. As a salesman,
- 56:21Speaker 2: me and Trump are salesmen, right? And I understand that
- 56:24Speaker 2: it's always easier to get someone who bought once to
- 56:26Speaker 2: buy a second, third, fourth, and fifth time. And it's
- 56:29Speaker 2: far easier than getting someone to buy for the first time.
- 56:32Speaker 2: You don't need new customers as much as you need
- 56:34Speaker 2: to get the old customers buying and buying and buying
- 56:36Speaker 2: and buying again. Once they're a true believer, you can
- 56:39Speaker 2: get them to buy again and again and again and again.
- 56:43Speaker 2: And Donald Trump understands politics the exact same way. 77
- 56:48Speaker 2: million people voted for Trump. Our job is not to
- 56:51Speaker 2: bring over any more Democrats. They're not going to come over.
- 56:54Speaker 2: They're insane. They're communists. They're pro-radical Islam. They're pro-death of
- 56:59Speaker 2: conservatives like Charlie Kirk. There's no compromise with communists. They're
- 57:03Speaker 2: not going to come over. The way to win is
- 57:05Speaker 2: to get every single conservative motivated and out to vote.
- 57:09Speaker 2: And that's what Trump did last night. Fantastic what he
- 57:11Speaker 2: didn't do last night. And by the way, he dangled
- 57:14Speaker 2: a $ 5, 000 check to everyone if we win the midterms.
- 57:18Speaker 2: If we keep the Senate and the House, $ 5, 000 check
- 57:21Speaker 2: to all the citizens of America, not to illegals, which
- 57:25Speaker 2: Biden would have done, but to every citizen of America.
- 57:28Speaker 2: And Democrats, again, anything they attack, it's because they're scared
- 57:31Speaker 2: of it. They attacked Wayne Root today through Media Matters
- 57:34Speaker 2: with this long article because they're scared to death of
- 57:37Speaker 2: my idea for a national security emergency. The whole article's titled,
- 57:40Speaker 2: Who is Wayne Allyn Root? And why is he trying
- 57:42Speaker 2: to get Trump to subvert the election? It's hilarious. No,
- 57:46Speaker 2: I'm trying to get Trump to make the election secure.
- 57:50Speaker 2: I'm not even trying to elect Republicans. I'm trying to
- 57:52Speaker 2: make the election secure because you and I know if
- 57:55Speaker 2: elections are secure and you can't rob, steal, rig an election,
- 58:00Speaker 2: if there's no voter fraud, we win every time. I'm
- 58:03Speaker 2: not trying to make Republicans win. I'm trying to give
- 58:06Speaker 2: election integrity a chance. And if we have an election
- 58:09Speaker 2: that's secure, I know the Republicans will win most of
- 58:12Speaker 2: the time. So that's all I'm doing is trying to
- 58:14Speaker 2: make elections fair so you can't steal them. But Trump
- 58:18Speaker 2: didn't mention any of that last night. No speakers mentioned
- 58:21Speaker 2: that last night. Nobody seems aware that even if it's
- 58:25Speaker 2: a great convention and you motivate every Republican to come out,
- 58:28Speaker 2: and even if you offer a $ 5, 000 check to every family,
- 58:31Speaker 2: if in fact you win the election, all of that's great.
- 58:35Speaker 2: And we may win because of that. But I don't
- 58:37Speaker 2: think it's enough because if the other side is cheating,
- 58:41Speaker 2: it doesn't matter how many people come out. Maybe in 2020,
- 58:45Speaker 2: 77 million came out for Trump then. But Joe Biden
- 58:49Speaker 2: got 80 million plus votes because he cheated. We all
- 58:53Speaker 2: know he hid in the basement. He didn't get 80
- 58:54Speaker 2: million votes. It's ridiculous.
- 58:56Speaker 15: It's absurd.
- 58:58Speaker 2: Let me mention the sponsor of this show, Energized Health.
- 59:01Speaker 2: I joined their program. In November of 2020, it changed
- 59:04Speaker 2: my life and my career. It extended my career. I
- 59:07Speaker 2: lost 25 pounds of fat. I gained 10 pounds of muscle.
- 59:10Speaker 2: in only 88 days to start the program. That was
- 59:12Speaker 2: six years ago, and my life was off and running,
- 59:15Speaker 2: and it's never been the same. I've now got, you know,
- 59:18Speaker 2: since then, four new TV shows, and I've got two
- 59:21Speaker 2: TV shows and a podcast now, all past the age
- 59:24Speaker 2: of 61, and now I'm 65. 65 on Medicare at
- 59:27Speaker 2: a grandfather's as of two days ago for the first time,
- 59:30Speaker 2: and I look better than I did 15 or 20
- 59:32Speaker 2: years ago. Amazing. That's me in the gym today after
- 59:35Speaker 2: you saw a photo of me 15 years ago with
- 59:37Speaker 2: Steve Forbes looking paunchy, old, and gray. So I changed
- 59:41Speaker 2: my life completely because of Energize Health, and that gave
- 59:43Speaker 2: me a shot at all these new TV shows past
- 59:46Speaker 2: the age of 61. Here's your chance to be like Wayne.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Energize Health can change your life and supercharge your health
- 59:52Speaker 2: just like it did for me. They've created a special
- 59:54Speaker 2: opportunity that I'm sharing with you right now in the
- 59:56Speaker 2: 555 Challenge. Lose five pounds in five days for only $ 5.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: So if you've ever thought, you know, I'm not going
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: to get involved in some expensive new program, here's a
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: chance to learn all about it and to experience it
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: A short-term trial run for $ 5. Five pounds, five days, $ 5.
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: All done online. About a half hour to hour a
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: day for five days. Learn how to lose fat, gain energy,
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: feel amazing. I would add, in my case, reverse age.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: I don't know if they can do it for everyone,
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: but they reversed age me. Without starving yourself and without
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: going to the gym for hours and without using GLP-1s
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: like Ozempic and Majaro. There's a huge difference between losing water,
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: losing muscle, and losing fat. And during the 5-5-5 Challenge,
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: you will only lose fat. You will not lose any
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: water or any muscle, unlike any other diet out there. Today,
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: the 5-5-5 Challenge starts. this coming Monday. So register now
- 1:00:51Speaker 2: at join555. com. That's join555. com. It's only $ 5. Don't miss the opportunity.
- 1:00:57Speaker 2: Register now at join555. com. We'll be right back with Dr.
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: Jerome Kersey, who's been working with the White House to
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: develop an executive order that I hope is now going
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: to be turned into my idea for a national security
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: emergency for elections, completely different than an executive order because
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: it cannot be challenged in court. You need a two-thirds
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: vote in both houses of Congress to overturn a House resolution.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: That's the only way to fight Trump's national security emergency
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: for elections. I hope he's going to do it. We'll
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: find out. We'll ask Dr. Jerome Kersey when we return.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allyn Root, Warzone Live, official podcast, The
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: Gateway Pundit, fifth biggest conservative news site in the world.
- 1:01:46Speaker 2: All I ever hear is they're the fifth biggest in America,
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: behind only Fox News and Breitbart and The Wall Street
- 1:01:50Speaker 2: Journal and New York Post. They're number five behind those
- 1:01:54Speaker 2: heavyweights of the web. But, of course, that means you're
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: fifth in the world because where else in the world
- 1:01:59Speaker 2: are there conservative websites as big as the United States?
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: So they're fifth in the world, The Gateway Pundit. Great
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: to be with him. Great to be on him. Also
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: great to be with Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. Then
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: we'll get to our guest, Jerome Corsi, who has a
- 1:02:11Speaker 2: lot to tell us about a national security emergency, either
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: executive order or my idea, national security emergency period, because
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: Democrats can't overturn a national security emergency. Very different than
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: an actual emergency. executive order. But before we get to him,
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: let me mention Lost Soldier Oil and Gas. It's headed,
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: which is the sponsor of this segment, Lost Soldier is
- 1:02:32Speaker 2: headed by oil and gas legend, Mark Bruner, whose companies
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: have created more than $ 15 billion in shareholder value. At
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: its peak, his company, Pettico Energy, grew about 100 to
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: 1 for investors. Ultra Petroleum soared 1,000 to 1. A $ 10, 000
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: investment turned into $ 13 million over 10 years. Anybody who
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: invested $ 10, 000 and held on for the 10 years that
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: he was at the helm made $ 13 million. I got
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: to laugh when I say it because it's such an
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: amazing number. But it was a publicly traded company. It's
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: all public information. Lost Soldier, he says, could be much
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: bigger than Ultra Petroleum. CEO Mark Bruder believes this could
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: be the largest gas discovery in the United States in
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: 100 years. It's a 40,000 acre territory in Wyoming that
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: took 40 years to piece together. The first 4,000 feet
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: drilled so far. Estimated to contain up to 6 trillion
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: cubic feet of gas. Yes, I said 6 trillion. Management
- 1:03:25Speaker 2: forecasting projects just the first 25 wells alone to produce
- 1:03:29Speaker 2: 400 million cubic feet per day of natural gas. Hey,
- 1:03:33Speaker 2: I want to own a piece of 400 million cubic
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: feet per day of natural gas. To learn more about
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Lost Soldier Oil and Gas, go to lostsoldier.com. Fill out
- 1:03:42Speaker 2: the contact form. They'll get right back to you. Lostsoldier.com.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: I made the biggest investment of my entire life last year,
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: and I'm adding to it this year. That's how much
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: I personally believe in the project. But I'm not an
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: investment advisor. This is not investment advice, just my personal opinion. Lostsoldier.com.
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: I love the project. I think it's my retirement account. Lostsoldier.com.
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: If the Democrats win, I've got to have millions put
- 1:04:06Speaker 2: away so I can retire and leave, go to the
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: Cayman Islands and never come back. Lostsoldier.com. This is my
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: retirement plan.
- 1:04:16Speaker 14: All right.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: My guest is Dr. Jerome Corsi, who's been with us
- 1:04:19Speaker 2: many times. Great guy. Brilliant guy. Best-selling author. His website, Gods5Stones. com.
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: Thank God for people like Jerome Corsi who do incredible
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: research and investigative work and so much brilliant analysis of
- 1:04:36Speaker 2: election fraud and stolen elections. Thank God we've got him
- 1:04:39Speaker 2: on our side. Dr. Jerome Corsi, how are you?
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: I'm great, Wayne, and I'm at the GOP convention, the
- 1:04:46Speaker 3: midterm convention here in Dallas. And it was a great
- 1:04:50Speaker 3: evening last night with President Trump's speech, electrifying. And I
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: think it's going to be a great evening tonight. We'll
- 1:04:56Speaker 3: hear from the vice president and the president. And it's
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: going to be a crowd is very enthusiastic. It's a
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: great event. I'm hoping everybody tunes in and watches some
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: of it.
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: You've been there for a little while standing by, I assume.
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: So you probably heard some of what I said in
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: the last segment. Were you able to listen in to
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: some of what I was saying? Yeah, absolutely. My belief
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: is Trump is brilliant because he's the only one out
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: there who gets it. You don't need to get Democrats
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: to vote for you because they're not going to. And
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: you may not even add a single independent because those
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: who are going to vote for you already did. You
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: need to get Republicans who love you or a MAGA
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: out to vote. So the point of this midterm convention
- 1:05:34Speaker 2: is enthusiasm. He did a great job doing that last night.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: And all the speakers did a great job getting our
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: side enthusiastic and people don't get it. That's all you need.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: You don't need anything else. You need to get our
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: people out. And he offered them a $ 5, 000 bonus, basically
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: a bonus check if we win every American citizen. That's
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: a great idea. Democrats are mad because usually they're the
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: ones that do the bribing. And in this case, Trump's
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: doing it. And so they're mad. But the one thing
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: that no one talked about last night, Jerome, not one
- 1:06:05Speaker 2: speaker spent a minute talking about the fact that we
- 1:06:07Speaker 2: could do anything and everything we want. Great. But if
- 1:06:11Speaker 2: and bring everybody up, but if they cheat and rig
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: and steal our election, we're going to lose anyway. So
- 1:06:17Speaker 2: you've got to make sure they can't cheat and rig
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: and steal. So you've got to cut that off at
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: the legs. That's the one thing known at this entire
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: event seems to be. willing to talk about maybe because
- 1:06:29Speaker 2: they think it's a negative topic and they want to
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: only be positive. But I hope behind the scenes, it's
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: what everyone at the White House is thinking about and
- 1:06:37Speaker 2: aiming at and focusing at. And that's why we have
- 1:06:39Speaker 2: you on. Is that what's going on behind the scenes?
- 1:06:43Speaker 15: Well, you see, Trump is very clever on this.
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: First of all, on August 31st, Just this year, Trump
- 1:06:51Speaker 3: extended the executive order on national security emergency. It was
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: an executive order that was passed in 2018. He signed
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: it in 2018. And so that extends until the end
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: of this year. The ability of the president to take
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: over the election if there's communist Chinese or other foreign
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: intervention or domestic enemies, the public loses trust.
- 1:07:18Speaker 15: In the election process. Now, that's a first state.
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: What Trump has done is he knows that the final analysis,
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: he's going to have to issue a national security emergency
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: under the national security laws, which you're right, take a
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: two-third vote of both houses of Congress to overturn. He's
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: going to be able to say, look, The Supreme Court
- 1:07:39Speaker 3: won't let me deal with the post office.
- 1:07:42Speaker 15: I can't go in and insist that the SAVE Act
- 1:07:45Speaker 15: be implemented. All the things I've done.
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: Pointing out we need citizens to vote, voter IDs have
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: been blocked.
- 1:07:51Speaker 15: So therefore, I'm not going to let the election be stolen.
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: And I'm going to now have the definitive national security
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: emergency declaration that can't be stopped. So he's letting it
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: be stage by stage by stage until he has no
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: choice but to do this.
- 1:08:10Speaker 15: And he said repeatedly, 2020 election was stolen. We know that.
- 1:08:15Speaker 15: So the Chinese are involved.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: We know that in stealing election records and altering them.
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: The computers can alter the election. Donald Trump knows that
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: the Democratic socialists are going to run on this lying
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: communist agenda. They'll have no compunction to steal an election.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: And last analysis, he won't allow it to be done.
- 1:08:34Speaker 2: So your belief, and I'm leaning on you as the expert,
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: I'm the guy who said you got to do it.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: And I said to President Trump, you got to do it.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: And John Goodman, my election security expert, is a friend
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: of yours as well. And a brilliant guy and a
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: brilliant researcher and a brilliant analyst in his own right
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: about election fraud and election rules. John did the research
- 1:08:55Speaker 2: and came up with this INS versus Chadha that you
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: cannot overturn. a national security emergency in courts. You can't
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: do legal challenges. You can only overturn it, which you
- 1:09:06Speaker 2: can do with an executive order. But you can't do
- 1:09:08Speaker 2: it with a national security emergency. You can only do
- 1:09:11Speaker 2: it with a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress,
- 1:09:13Speaker 2: which they'll never get. So thank you, John Goodman. Brilliant.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: And thank you, most importantly, Dr. Jerome Kersey, for bringing
- 1:09:22Speaker 2: all of this to President Trump's attention. And thank you,
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: Wayne Root, for coming up with an idea. So it's teamwork.
- 1:09:28Speaker 2: But my question is, you do believe he's going to
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: declare– the national security emergency before the election. We're running
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: out of time. There's not many days left. You believe
- 1:09:38Speaker 2: he's going to do it. That's your professional opinion, yes?
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: He's setting the stage for it. He's setting the predicate
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: for it. So people are being told, and they're going
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: to see it. They're going to see these Democratic Socialist
- 1:09:50Speaker 3: candidates change their positions at the 12th hour, say, oh,
- 1:09:55Speaker 3: I'm really not for LGBT and gender transformation. I really
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: don't think that men should be in women's sports. Well,
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: if they're going to lie, why wouldn't they steal an election?
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: And when he can demonstrate to all the Chinese interference,
- 1:10:11Speaker 3: all the fact that the judges are blocking him from
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: getting these mail-in ballot rules imposed by the the U.S.
- 1:10:21Speaker 15: Postal Service, he's going to say, I have no choice.
- 1:10:25Speaker 15: I'm going to protect the election. It's not going to
- 1:10:27Speaker 15: be stolen.
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: I'm going to have a national security emergency declaration under
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: the laws where it would take a two-thirds vote of
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: House and Senate to overturn it. It's going to do
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: that when there's not enough time left for the Democrats
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: to do anything but complain.
- 1:10:41Speaker 15: But he's setting the predicate of it now. It's very
- 1:10:43Speaker 15: clever how he's making the case.
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: Even last night, he said two times that we need
- 1:10:49Speaker 3: voter ID and only citizens can vote.
- 1:10:52Speaker 15: So he has not lost the point.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: He's just staging the argument for the right time to
- 1:10:57Speaker 3: do the National Security Emergency Declaration.
- 1:11:00Speaker 15: Wayne, as you called for.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: And Jerome, one more thing. I mean, I love voter ID,
- 1:11:05Speaker 2: voter photo ID. I love proof of citizenship. Obviously, those
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: are two big things. But as I point out all
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: the time and as John Goodman points out to me
- 1:11:14Speaker 2: all the time, even that's not enough. It's got to
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: be a severe limit on mail-in ballots because otherwise they'll
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: use the mail-in ballot system and also ballot harvesting and
- 1:11:25Speaker 2: ballot drop boxes to cheat like crazy and to allow
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: illegals to vote. So you don't know who you are
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: dealing with when someone sends in a ballot. You have
- 1:11:34Speaker 2: no idea if that's the person. You don't know who
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: they are. You don't know if they voted eight times.
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: You don't know if they're legal. Mail-in ballots are the
- 1:11:42Speaker 2: way they're cheating and stealing elections. It's terrible. No other
- 1:11:46Speaker 2: country in the world allows this. Why does America allow it?
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: Can Trump use my national security emergency for elections to
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: severely restrict mail-in ballot voting?
- 1:11:59Speaker 15: Yes, he can, and he will.
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: He's done that with the executive order that now the
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: judges are blocking.
- 1:12:06Speaker 15: Supreme Court does not grant that executive order.
- 1:12:09Speaker 3: It pushes the case forward where he'll have to issue
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: a national security emergency to control mail-in balloting, and he's
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: going to have to have a paper validation count of
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: the machines, because the machines can also change the votes.
- 1:12:23Speaker 3: And Donald Trump is going to do this the final
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: hours to protect the election.
- 1:12:27Speaker 15: He's going to build the cases. Give everybody a chance
- 1:12:30Speaker 15: to do it the right way all up until he
- 1:12:32Speaker 15: has no choice but to act, and then he will act.
- 1:12:35Speaker 15: So your plan is in place.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: Now, obviously, my plan is scaring the left to death
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: because if I was the left and Wainwright's plan was silly,
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: it wouldn't work. I wouldn't even mention it. Why even
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: give Wainwright airtime? But it's all they talked about from
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: the moment I interviewed Trump for my 17th interview back
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: about three weeks ago. It's all the left has talked
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: about at CNN and MSNOW and in the left wing websites.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: Day and night, they're talking about President Trump declaring Wainwright's
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: idea of national security emergency. And they're blaming me and
- 1:13:05Speaker 2: they're blaming Trump. And they should blame you, too, because
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: you've been right in the middle of all of it, Jerome.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: So let's call it Wainwright and Jerome Corsi and John
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: Goodman and Peter Tickton's idea, because we've all been part
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: of it.
- 1:13:18Speaker 8: What would you say if we told you you could

- 1:16:24Speaker 2: is Warzone Live. Dr. Jerome Corsi is with us. So today,
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: Media Matters came out with a massive, lengthy, detailed hit
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: piece on Wayne Root. Obviously, the only reason they're doing
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: it is because they're scared to death that my idea
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: will work.
- 1:16:41Speaker 15: Correct. They know that that's foolproof.
- 1:16:44Speaker 3: They know that no matter how badly they want to steal,
- 1:16:47Speaker 3: if they can't cheat, they're going to lose massively, especially
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: with Trump building the case that they're communists, they're going
- 1:16:53Speaker 3: to steal America, they hate America.
- 1:16:55Speaker 15: And so therefore, Trump is not going to let America
- 1:16:57Speaker 15: be stolen one.
- 1:16:58Speaker 3: He will issue a national security emergency order at the
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: 11th hour if that's.
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: What it takes.
- 1:17:03Speaker 3: But he's going to show the public that he did
- 1:17:06Speaker 3: it only because there was no other alternative.
- 1:17:09Speaker 15: And that's the argument he's building today.
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: He already signed the executive order on August 15th extending that.
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: That was a signal he's on the case.
- 1:17:18Speaker 15: And he's knowing what he's doing. Very clever. He'll try
- 1:17:20Speaker 15: to get it done every other way.
- 1:17:22Speaker 3: When that fails, a national security executive order has to
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: be issued to save the republic.
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: All right. So let me final question. Final question. I
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: need you to explain this to me because I'm not
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: a national security election expert. But let's make believe that
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: I'm just an average son of a butcher, which I am.
- 1:17:41Speaker 2: So be blue collar kid from Alvernon, New York on
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: the Bronx borderline. And I don't understand. I'm being serious.
- 1:17:46Speaker 2: I'm not even giving you an example. I really don't
- 1:17:48Speaker 2: understand the difference between the 2018 executive order, which says
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: national security emergency for elections and foreign interference in elections.
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: and my idea for an actual national security emergency for elections.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: Mine is a national security emergency, which cannot be overturned
- 1:18:10Speaker 2: unless you get two-thirds vote of both House and Congress.
- 1:18:12Speaker 2: This one is a wonderful, brilliant thing, but it's an EO,
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: and therefore it can be challenged, but maybe this one
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: can't be because the Supreme Court already ruled on it.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: What is the status of the one that he just
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: extended that's an EO from 2018?
- 1:18:29Speaker 3: An executive order is just a presidential executive order. It
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: can be challenging for it. But when it comes under
- 1:18:34Speaker 3: the National Emergency Acts, Congress has given the president the
- 1:18:38Speaker 3: power to issue a national security emergency that cannot be
- 1:18:42Speaker 3: overturned except with a two-thirds.
- 1:18:44Speaker 15: Vote in the House and Senate. And the INS v.
- 1:18:47Speaker 15: Chata established that.
- 1:18:49Speaker 3: In fact, Trump had a national security emergency declared to
- 1:18:54Speaker 3: build the wall, and Congress tried to block it at
- 1:18:57Speaker 3: the end of the first term. But they could not
- 1:19:00Speaker 3: get a two-third vote in both houses. And that is
- 1:19:02Speaker 3: a national security emergency remained in place.
- 1:19:06Speaker 2: And that was my baby, too, you know. Jerome, that
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: was my baby. That was mine.
- 1:19:12Speaker 15: You're right then, you're right again now.
- 1:19:14Speaker 3: People have to understand it's a different law with a
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: different context. power to the president granted by Congress. So
- 1:19:21Speaker 3: the National Security Emergency Acts give the power, extraordinary power
- 1:19:25Speaker 3: to the president, and they can only be overturned by
- 1:19:28Speaker 3: a two-thirds of.
- 1:19:29Speaker 15: The House and Senate.
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: It's distinct from an executive order, which can be challenged
- 1:19:33Speaker 3: in the courts.
- 1:19:34Speaker 2: But the executive order he just extended is very similar
- 1:19:38Speaker 2: to what I'm asking for. So he still needs to
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: use the actual moniker at his disposal, National Security Emergency
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: for Elections. and make it clear it's not an eo
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: because an eo can be challenged and a national security
- 1:19:53Speaker 2: emergency cannot be challenged that's right he's got to make
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: sure that he's very clear.
- 1:19:57Speaker 3: On that point he will be what he did on
- 1:19:59Speaker 3: august 15th was a shot across the bow he said
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: i'm gonna extend the executive order it's coming if you
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: don't listen and get the the courts don't give him
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: the powers he needs if he can't have it implemented
- 1:20:11Speaker 3: in the states then he has no alternative He'll issue
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: a national security emergency under the proper national security emergency laws,
- 1:20:18Speaker 3: and he'll invoke extraordinary power, showing that he had no
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: other choice to save the republic.
- 1:20:24Speaker 15: That's how Trump is framing the argument. Very brilliant.
- 1:20:27Speaker 2: I love it. I love it. And I hope I
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: played at least a small part in making America great
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: again and changing the future of the midterms, therefore changing
- 1:20:36Speaker 2: the future of America. I want to make a final point, Jerome,
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: because I'm sure you'll agree with me. When I came
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: up with this idea, I don't steal elections. Republicans don't
- 1:20:44Speaker 2: steal elections. I just want to make elections secure. But
- 1:20:47Speaker 2: I know that if an election is secure, we're going
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: to win because the only way they win is with
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: cheating and rigging. I'm just trying to make it fair.
- 1:20:56Speaker 2: and inject integrity and make it secure. That's my only objective.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: But I do know that the end result of that
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: is we'll win a lot more elections than we would
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: have if it was not secure.
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: I think the Democrats would lose half the seats in
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: the House and Senate that they currently have. And you've
- 1:21:13Speaker 3: done a great service pointing this distinction out. National Security
- 1:21:17Speaker 3: Emergency and National Security Act's cannot be overturned by the courts.
- 1:21:21Speaker 15: It'll take a two-thirds vote in the House and Senate.
- 1:21:24Speaker 15: Our president has extraordinary power under that legislation. And Wayne,
- 1:21:28Speaker 15: he will exert it.
- 1:21:29Speaker 3: And I'm thrilled that you promoted this because you brought
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: the attention of the world.
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: And you're right.
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: This is what President Trump will have to do. And
- 1:21:37Speaker 3: he'll do it as a last alternative to save the republic.
- 1:21:41Speaker 2: Yes. And I'm not taking full credit because I'm telling you,
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: even though this was my idea, and I did it
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: in 2018 as well with the National Security Emergency for
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: the Borders.
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:21:49Speaker 2: In the end, it's been Wayne Root. It's been Jerome Kersey.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: It's been Peter Tickton. And it's been John Goodman. It's
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: been Steve Stern. Those are all the people that are
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: fighting day and night to make elections secure and to
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: make America great again and to stop Democrats from rigging
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: and stealing elections. And we all deserve great credit for
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: all of it. Thank you, Jerome. You're a great patriot
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: and a great man.
- 1:22:12Speaker 3: And the American people are solidly behind this. They want
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: it done.
- 1:22:17Speaker 15: And I'm thrilled that you continue to get to the point.
- 1:22:20Speaker 15: It be elucidated. It's a complex point. But it's very powerful.
- 1:22:24Speaker 15: And President Trump understands it.
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: And he will save the republic in the final analysis.
- 1:22:29Speaker 2: Thank you, Dr. Jerome Kersey, bestselling author. His website, Gods5Stones. com. Gods5Stones. com.
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: Jerome Kersey, thank you. God bless.
- 1:22:42Speaker 15: God bless. Thank you.
- 1:22:44Speaker 11: All right.
- 1:22:44Speaker 2: So this podcast is over. God bless you. God bless Trump.
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: God bless America. And viva my tax-free Las Vegas. Good night, everyone.
- 1:22:51Speaker 2: See you tomorrow.
