- 0:18Hello, and welcome to episode 128 of the All Systems Go Sports
- 0:23Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:26I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:33Happy Thirsty Thursday. That's right, the wait is over.
- 0:37We got football back in our lives, went all offseason with
- 0:40no football, missed it, and now when you go from Monday to
- 0:43Thursday, feels like you missed it even more.
- 0:45So we have football returning tonight.
- 0:47Big match up. Make sure you bust out that
- 0:49Prime Video account, Amazon Prime when you have to screw
- 0:52around with all the authentication login.
- 0:54Forgot my password? I go through this every single
- 0:57week on top of having to pay for it.
- 0:59But again, when you're a sports better, you got to watch the
- 1:02game, especially the big ones. Anyway, you didn't come here to
- 1:05hear me complain about Amazon Prime.
- 1:07Hopefully you came to listen to some sharp data-driven betting
- 1:10breakdown. So for tonight, I do have a
- 1:12three pack of sweats for you guys.
- 1:14I have a play on Dallas, New York, which is a huge system
- 1:18match play. Good sharp line movement, epic
- 1:20contrarian opportunity, as well as a player prop.
- 1:23I'm targeting a wide receiver to go over his receiving yards with
- 1:26a great rhythm edge. And then I don't want to quit
- 1:29Major League Baseball because we've been running hot here
- 1:31recently with Major League Baseball And I found another
- 1:33total for us to target here with some sharp low bets, higher bet
- 1:38splits, good weather, wind blowing in opportunity.
- 1:40And we're going to hope that this under trend that we've seen
- 1:44late season Major League Baseball continues.
- 1:46So a three pack overall to NFL on the game here tonight,
- 1:50Dallas, New York and one Major League Baseball bet.
- 1:52Now, before we dive into today's sweats, let's take a step back
- 1:56and kind of, I don't know, pat ourselves on the back a little
- 1:58bit. You don't want to do it too
- 1:59hard. You want to break your back.
- 2:00But we continued our winning streak two straight days last
- 2:04night, 4:00 and 1:00 plus 2.69 units.
- 2:07You love to see it. Nine and two over the last two
- 2:10days, we've stacked, what, upwards of 6 units or so?
- 2:13So it's great to have our second straight winning day.
- 2:15And it was paced once again by our experiment, our hypothesis.
- 2:20Remember when you took science class back in the day and you
- 2:22had to come up with a hypothesis, what you think will
- 2:25happen? Then you test the experiment.
- 2:26Then you say, oh, I was right, I nailed it, or I was wrong.
- 2:30Complete opposite of what I thought was going to happen,
- 2:31happened. So I'm thinking back to my my
- 2:336th grade science class with Mr. Boyer.
- 2:35But anyway, our hypothesis was late in the year.
- 2:39The data's proven it out. You get a lot of unders in Major
- 2:41League Baseball. So the updated stats here,
- 2:44September unders now 169 and one 4155%.
- 2:48You're up 14 units. And we had another banger of a
- 2:51night last night, Texas, Oakland under 7 1/2.
- 2:54This was a godsend because I believe they scored six runs in
- 2:57the first two innings. I'm like, oh, we ain't getting
- 2:59that under 7 1/2. Then they completely went blank.
- 3:02Rest of the game we escaped Texas, Oakland under 7 1/2.
- 3:07Also LA and Chicago under 7 1/2. That was getting dicey because
- 3:12we needed a walk off from Benintendi so that it wouldn't
- 3:14go to extra innings. Because once you go to extras,
- 3:16you're guaranteed at least one, maybe two or three runs.
- 3:19Luckily, Benintendi hit a walk off oppo single.
- 3:22We got her under 7 1/2. Landed on 7 KC and Washington
- 3:26under 7 1/2. Nice snoozer there.
- 3:29Another low scoring game 3. Nothing.
- 3:31The only loser was the Cubs under 8 1/2.
- 3:33And remember the Atlanta Braves game?
- 3:35We like that under 7 half that one got rained out.
- 3:37Also, shout out and hope everyone is OK in the
- 3:40southeastern portion of the United States.
- 3:42I was watching on the news how that big hurricane is barreling
- 3:45through Florida and Atlanta and kind of the whole or Georgia all
- 3:48kind of the southeast. Hope everyone's OK.
- 3:50Hope you don't lose power. Stay safe.
- 3:52If they tell you to evacuate, don't.
- 3:54Don't be a hero. Don't think you're the man and
- 3:56you can all beat the storm like like Lieutenant Dan and Forrest
- 4:00Gump when he when he, you know, climbs up the, the pole in the
- 4:03middle of the ocean. No, don't be a hero.
- 4:05Get out of there. Protect yourself and your
- 4:07family. Anyway, lastly, we had a WNBA
- 4:10hit Phoenix, Minnesota over 160 1/2.
- 4:14That thing flew over great to see because we saw a good sharp
- 4:17line move, had a good bet split, had a good rhythm edge
- 4:20predicting closer to a 165. We catch that thing halfway
- 4:23through the fourth quarter. So overall, 4 and 1 + 2.69
- 4:27units, 9:00 and 2:00 last couple days guys, let's keep it
- 4:30rolling. So 3 pack here today.
- 4:33Let's focus on the big one, Dallas and the New York Giants,
- 4:36Thursday Night Football 2 NFC's teams who absolutely hate each
- 4:39other and hopefully will make for a good sweat here for
- 4:42tonight. So little background going into
- 4:44it and then I'm going to give you my side and then I'm going
- 4:46to give you my player prop. So we open this game with a OR.
- 4:50Let me give you some background first.
- 4:52Dallas Cowboys. As you remember 1 and 2 just
- 4:54lost to the Ravens. 2825 came up just short at the end with a
- 4:58possible epic comeback, but they lost 2825 as a one point home
- 5:02dog. Meanwhile the G men one and two
- 5:04as well. They won their first game of the
- 5:06year last week, beat the Browns 21 to 15 as a 6 1/2 point Rd.
- 5:10dog. So what have you seen across the
- 5:11market here? Well, the look at on this game
- 5:14was Dallas -7 seven point favorite on the road.
- 5:18We saw a new opener, which is important because you're gonna
- 5:22get the early number and then you're gonna get the adjusted
- 5:24number once the game ends. So because Dallas didn't play
- 5:27well cuz Giants did play well, it kind of reopened at around
- 5:30Dallas -4 1/2. It quickly got bet up all the
- 5:34way to Dallas -6 and the public, regardless of the number,
- 5:38whether it's 7, four and a half, six, doesn't matter.
- 5:41Public is going Dallas. They see this as a get right
- 5:44spot for the Cowboys, who have struggled a bit to start the
- 5:46year. They're playing the lowly G men
- 5:48who they've owned in recent years.
- 5:50You know, Prescott over Daniel Jones, easy play.
- 5:53Dallas will win by a touchdown or more.
- 5:55That's what the public saying. 77% of spread bets are going
- 5:59with the Cowboys. However, once we saw this line
- 6:02get up to Dallas -6 it's been nothing but sharp buyback on the
- 6:06G Men. A lot of G men smart money came
- 6:09in +6 down to plus 5 1/2. Now a lot of books are at 5 1/2,
- 6:13but I'm seeing some books even get down to five.
- 6:15So when I was writing about this game for my sharp report that I
- 6:18write for visen.com, you can always check it out around noon
- 6:21time or 1:00 for my Twitter page at Josh under score Insights.
- 6:25But when I was writing about this, I was saying, OK, I'm
- 6:27seeing some buyback on on the Giants.
- 6:29Giants are incredibly contrarian. 23 or what did I
- 6:33say, 23% of spread bets? Yeah, 77% on Dallas.
- 6:36So divisional game. I got a lot of system matches.
- 6:39I'll rattle them off to you in one second.
- 6:41But I'm saying to myself, OK, I'm going to be on the Giants.
- 6:43This is a play for me to go contrarian in a heavily bet game
- 6:46with some sharp buyback. But here's the thing.
- 6:48I want to get a key number of +6.
- 6:51Now, at the time this morning when I wrote the article, it was
- 6:54Dallas -5 1/2 juiced up -115 looking like it may go to six.
- 7:00So I'm thinking, OK, let's wait and try to get that key number.
- 7:03Well, here's a good thing and a bad thing.
- 7:05The good news is there's sharp buyback on the Giants.
- 7:08This thing is back down to 5 1/2, and some books are even
- 7:11going to five. The bad news is we're running.
- 7:14I don't think we're going to get that six.
- 7:15That 6 is gone. Maybe it'll come back before
- 7:18kick off. But all the late afternoon
- 7:20movement is coming back toward the Giants.
- 7:22So I don't think that 6 is going to be available anymore.
- 7:24Now, if you're able to pick off A6, you're feeling really good
- 7:27because most books are 5 1/2 or even now 5 here.
- 7:30So at this point with no 6 available, you got to at least
- 7:33do your part to get the five and a half.
- 7:35You know, you always think of a score like 27 to 22.
- 7:39You know, 5 point margin you got to cover with the hook,
- 7:42something like that. 2520, something like in that nature.
- 7:46So 6 is gone sadly, but I'm going to go contrain and take
- 7:49Giants plus 5 1/2 now. Currently FanDuel bet MGM ESPN
- 7:54bet 5 1/2 is widely available, although there are there are
- 7:56some books that are down at 5:00.
- 7:58But as always, I know you have multiple accounts so you can
- 8:01shop around and get the best price.
- 8:02So at least get if you want to sweat the contrarian play with
- 8:05me with the Giants get that 5 1/2 Giants as I mentioned, huge
- 8:09contrarian spot, only 23% of bets and a heavily bet primetime
- 8:12game. So great bet against the public
- 8:14contrarian value. Then we get into a lot of system
- 8:17matches. So you may have seen this on
- 8:19Twitter or some variation of this system on Twitter, but dogs
- 8:23that are getting 4 1/2 points or more, they're 15 and 6 against
- 8:27the spread so far this year, 71 percent, 37% ROI.
- 8:31They have been just absolutely fantastic.
- 8:33If you keep on digging, primetime dogs, 124 and 97
- 8:37against the spread, 56 percent, 8% ROI since 2020.
- 8:41So over a big sample multi year sample, we've seen these
- 8:45primetime dogs bark divisional dogs.
- 8:48It's always important to know when you're going into a
- 8:49matchup. Is this a division game or a non
- 8:51division game? Because division games I learn
- 8:53more to the dog built in familiarity, rivalry aspect,
- 8:56levels the playing field benefits the team getting
- 8:59points. Divisional dogs are two O 9 and
- 9:02179 against the spread 54 percent 4% ROI since 2020.
- 9:07Now we get into the coach, quarterback Brian Dayball, 19
- 9:10and 11 against the spread, 63% as a dog in his career as the
- 9:15Giants head coach. And Daniel Jones, who gets a lot
- 9:17of crap. I don't think he cares too much
- 9:20because he signed a huge deal. He's making like 50 million a
- 9:22year. He probably doesn't deserve that
- 9:23much. But Daniel Jones, as much crap
- 9:26as he gets, he's been good as a dog.
- 9:28He's 17 and 12 against the spread, 59% as a dog.
- 9:32When he's getting 4 1/2 points or more.
- 9:35And again, I mentioned the fact that at the time you're looking
- 9:37for a six, again, that's now gone.
- 9:39So I'm going to take the 5 1/2 here, guys.
- 9:41I will mention as well our friends at Rhythm who provide
- 9:45fantastic AI driven models and predictions.
- 9:48They have the spread at 5.1, so it's kind of right at the number
- 9:52now. But that's why getting the hook
- 9:53in the five and a half could be critical because if Rhythm is
- 9:55correct and again, a lot of the betting market is down to five,
- 9:58that hook could be the difference between a win and a
- 10:01push. So I'm taking the points here
- 10:03plus 5 1/2. I will mention with the total,
- 10:06it's been interesting because early in the week it ticked up,
- 10:09it opened as low as 44, it got up to 45 1/2.
- 10:13Public's going over because they love sweating Cowboys overs, 62%
- 10:17of bets on the over, but those 45 1/2's are gone.
- 10:20Those hooks are gone. It's now down to 45.
- 10:22So we are seeing some late buyback on the under.
- 10:24The key number there was 45 1/2 if you like the under and you
- 10:29can still find that 45 1/2. I see one book, 45 1/2 under
- 10:32-120. So if you're going to play it,
- 10:35at least get the hook there. Now if you look at unders this
- 10:38year, they've been great, 27 and 2057%.
- 10:42Prime time unders are six and five.
- 10:44They're once this year and since 2019 they're 166 and one 1260%
- 10:50with a 15% ROI. Outdoor divisional unders, get
- 10:54rid of those Dome games. Divisional play, know your
- 10:56opponent, know how to match up. Outdoor divisional unders are
- 10:59four and one this year. They're 227 and one, 8256
- 11:03percent, 7% ROI since 2021. Now keep an eye on the weather.
- 11:08I can tell you I'm in Boston. It's raining, it's cold, it's
- 11:11gross. Obviously you have the hurricane
- 11:14hitting the southeastern portion of the United States.
- 11:17As of right now at MetLife, it's cloudy.
- 11:20It'd be about 5 mile per hour crosswinds.
- 11:22It's going to be about low 70s. But I did see a possible chance
- 11:25of rain at MetLife. So again, keep an eye out for
- 11:27that. Obviously, if it's raining, not
- 11:30really as much the rain, but the wind is what helps you cash in
- 11:33under. So once again, I feel like I'm a
- 11:35broken record. I'm sorry.
- 11:37I feel like I got some fall allergies hitting me as we speak
- 11:39because I have the windows open. Because I'm one of those people
- 11:41who loves to turn off the AC or the heat and not get a charge
- 11:45with the electric bill and just have windows open.
- 11:47It's actually my favorite times of the year, September in New
- 11:50England, because the leaves start to change again, it's not
- 11:53as hot anymore, I get to save on the electric bill, yadda yadda
- 11:56yadda. Anyway, pay attention to the
- 11:58weather. That could be something to
- 12:00monitor between now and kick off.
- 12:01So if you're putting a gun to my head, I lean under.
- 12:05But my one play here guys is I'm going to go down with the ship,
- 12:08hopefully victorious with the ship, but I'm going to go G men
- 12:11plus 5 1/2. Only 23% of bets, a lot of
- 12:13system matches and some buy back once that thing topped out at
- 12:166:00. So give me G men plus 5 1/2.
- 12:21Now in terms of the player prop, player prop, I am targeting
- 12:25Wandale Robinson. Wandale Robinson, the second
- 12:29wide receiver for the New York Giants, over 35 1/2 receiving
- 12:34yards. It's -110 so we don't have to
- 12:35pay too much in terms of the juice, but Wandell Robinson, he
- 12:39has gone over 35 1/2 receiving yards in four of his last five
- 12:43games. He's second on the team and
- 12:45targets with 24. Only Malik Neighbors has more
- 12:4837. Wandell Robinson had 61 yards
- 12:52last week. He had 18 yards in Week 2, which
- 12:55is a little bit low, but he had 44 in Week 1.
- 12:57So basically, he's been, you know, close to, if not exceeding
- 13:00this number in pretty much every game.
- 13:03Now, the thought process 2 is the Giants are a dog.
- 13:06So will they have to keep pace? Are they going to be down?
- 13:09Are there situations where they're going to be throwing the
- 13:11ball more instead of running it, which could benefit the passing
- 13:13game and benefit Robinson? Also, Cowboys are likely to
- 13:18focus on Malik Neighbors. And of course, they're going to
- 13:21think kid just set a record in terms of his first two or three
- 13:24games, his offensive output with yardage and catches.
- 13:28It looks like the real deal here.
- 13:30So if Trevon Diggs is going to be on leak neighbors and they're
- 13:33going to focus on neighbors, that could create a lot of
- 13:35opportunities open, you know, up the middle for Robinson to take
- 13:39advantage here. Lastly, you always got to get to
- 13:42the rhythm prediction here because that's right.
- 13:44I look at my player props, but rhythm is predicting Wandell
- 13:47Robinson 43.9 receiving yards. So if we're getting over 35 1/2,
- 13:53he's gone over and for the last five we're going to focus on
- 13:56neighbors and hopefully leave Robinson open 43.9 predicted
- 14:01model outcome from rhythm. I'm going to go over here
- 14:03Wandale Robinson over 35 and half receiving yards.
- 14:08So Robinson over and the G men at plus 5 1/2.
- 14:12Now finishing up the pod. Let's go to Major League
- 14:15Baseball because there's a lot of day games today and there's
- 14:18only I believe 10 games overall in that Mets game got postponed.
- 14:22So there's really only three night games here to choose from.
- 14:24So I'm going to focus on definitely not your favorite
- 14:27game of the night, not Baltimore, New York, not San
- 14:30Diego, LA, but Miami, Minnesota. This one jumped out to me for a
- 14:35couple of reasons #1 is that I went into today saying let's try
- 14:40to maximize our our winning streak with these unders.
- 14:42I've been crushing it here last couple days playing unders.
- 14:45And remember, September unders are now 55% + 14 units.
- 14:49So I'm looking at each game and the one that jumped out to me
- 14:53and I, what I like to do is cover up the names of the teams.
- 14:56Look at strictly what the data is telling me.
- 14:58So it jumped out to me with this twins game.
- 14:59And remember, twins are basically hanging by a, you
- 15:03know, by a, by a string right now.
- 15:05Because if you look at the wild card standings, we all know
- 15:08Miami is way out of it. They've already been eliminated
- 15:10long ago. But the twins and I just saw the
- 15:12Tigers won again. Twins are 2 1/2 games back with
- 15:16I think what, four or five to play?
- 15:18So they got to literally went out to even give themselves a
- 15:21shot. But technically they're still
- 15:22alive. So it is a must win here for
- 15:24Minnesota and they're a huge favorite.
- 15:25They're like a -, 250 favorite. So not going to lay the 250.
- 15:30I'm not going to go Miami and +200.
- 15:33But I noticed some smart money hitting this total.
- 15:35So let me give you the pitching matchup, the bet split
- 15:38breakdown, and I'll tell you which direction I'm going.
- 15:40Pitching matchup for the Miami Marlins, we have Valente
- 15:44Bellazzo, he's three and four, 3.82 ERA.
- 15:48He'll be opposed by David Festa, who's two and six with a 4.8 O
- 15:52ERA. Now in terms of the total, saw a
- 15:55bunch of books open this total at 9 and as soon as that nine
- 15:58opened, it did not hang there long.
- 16:00Immediately got down to 8 1/2. So that right off the bat to me,
- 16:04he told me that once wise guys saw that post at 9, they
- 16:06hammered the 9. Now it's down to 8 1/2 and 8 1/2
- 16:09has been juiced up over 8 1/2 at -115 - 120.
- 16:14But I'm starting to see it even out a little bit now.
- 16:17I'm seeing some books that are 8 1/2 / - 112 - 113.
- 16:21I would love to see the juice flip and then go to 8 1/2 under
- 16:25-115 but still 9 down, 8 1/2, the juice is evening out a
- 16:29little bit. I'm going to go under in this
- 16:31one. Now the public is going over 59%
- 16:34of bets are going over. Only 41% of bets are on the
- 16:38under, but 50% of dollars are on the under.
- 16:41So low bets, higher dollars. Sharp contrarian.
- 16:43We have the reverse line moved nine down to 8 1/2 even though
- 16:46public's going over. And then also one thing I
- 16:50noticed is if you shop around, you can get even money on this
- 16:53one. I noticed at ESPN bet under 8
- 16:571/2 is plus 100. So again, you'd risk a unit and
- 17:00even money. You're going to get a unit back
- 17:02hopefully if we get this under play here.
- 17:04Now, if you dig into these pictures a little bit more,
- 17:07Belazzo, he's actually been really good in September.
- 17:09In the month of September, he has a 2.86 ERA and four starts.
- 17:14At home he has a 4.39 ERA, but on the road, 3.41.
- 17:19In the day, 5.92 ERA, but at night 2.52.
- 17:23So he's been good in September, he's been good on the road and
- 17:26good at night. Guess what, it's September 26th,
- 17:30it's at night and it's on the road.
- 17:31So hopefully Belazzo pitches well tonight.
- 17:33And then David Festa, he's given up two earned runs or less in
- 17:37three of his four September starts.
- 17:38So he's pitched the ball pretty decent as well.
- 17:41Lastly, keep an eye out with the weather here.
- 17:45The weather is should be clear skies at Target Field about 70°,
- 17:50but the wind is blowing in from dead center about 5 to 7 mph.
- 17:54So hopefully maybe got a warning track or a first row home run
- 17:57that gets pushed into a warning track fly ball and isn't out.
- 18:01Lastly, I like interleaf, not interleague favorites.
- 18:04Not just that lack of familiarity, but interleague
- 18:07matchups tend to lean under because of the pitchers having
- 18:10the advantage. The hitters haven't really faced
- 18:11them very often. And when you have a pitcher
- 18:14that's an advantage, the unknown factor because you haven't seen
- 18:16the stuff before. Also, Minnesota is a big
- 18:19favorite here -250 I see some shops as high as like -265 why
- 18:25is that important? Because if they're up, maybe
- 18:27they don't even have to bat in the bottom of the ninth.
- 18:29Maybe they just close it out. You know, they're up 6 nothing
- 18:32and we and we cash this under something like that.
- 18:34So again, we're hot right now with our MLB totals.
- 18:38There's only three games to choose from tonight.
- 18:40The one I focused on was Miami, Minnesota.
- 18:41So I'm going to go Marlins and the Twins under 8 1/2.
- 18:46Again, you can get 8 1/2 under -1 O 5.
- 18:48Pretty reduced juice. Try to get a + 100 or as close
- 18:52as you can get to it. But that's what I got at ESPN
- 18:54bet under 8 1/2 at plus 100. So Giants plus 5 1/2, Wandell
- 18:59Robinson over 35 and half receiving yards and Miami,
- 19:02Minnesota under 8 and half at plus 100 at ESPN.
- 19:05Bet that about does it for episode 128.
- 19:09Short and sweet pod here on a Thursday before we got a big
- 19:11Friday upcoming because we're going to unveil our final card
- 19:15for the NFL as well as college football.
- 19:18And also should have some biting on the 28th, which is my wife's
- 19:23birthday, My beautiful wife, actually.
- 19:26Sorry, that's the 29th. It's actually technically if
- 19:28these bouts go late, I think they're are they daytime?
- 19:32I got to double check. Anyway, my wife's birthday is
- 19:35this weekend. You know what she told me?
- 19:36She said you're not watching football all weekend, you're
- 19:38going to hang out with me. So I might not even be able to
- 19:41sweat these games. We're going to go apple picking
- 19:43or she loves it when we go to the gym together.
- 19:47Here I'm complaining when luck, luckily enough, you know someone
- 19:50wants to hang out with me. How can I complain?
- 19:52But it is my wife's birthday weekend, so maybe she'll bring
- 19:54us some some good luck as she has the last couple nights.
- 19:57But anyway, guys, that about does it for episode 128 of the
- 20:01All Systems Go Sports Betting pod powered by Rhythm.
- 20:04This is the part of the pod where we wrap things up.
- 20:05And I start by asking a favor of you.
- 20:07Could you please make my day and do one thing for me?
- 20:11Could you please give this podcast a five star review?
- 20:14If you're listening on Spotify or iTunes, there should be an
- 20:17option to rate and review. Click the five stars.
- 20:19It would help us to rise up the rankings, gain more momentum,
- 20:23gain more listeners. Really just to grow the pod
- 20:26that's always the goal. So if you could give it five
- 20:28stars and you haven't done it yet, I would very, very much
- 20:31appreciate that. If there's an option to leave a
- 20:33nice comment, that'll be great as well.
- 20:35And if there's an opportunity to click a follow button that we
- 20:38get alerted and it goes right to your library as soon as it comes
- 20:40out each day, that'll be great as well.
- 20:42So click that follow button. Secondly, if you enjoy this
- 20:45style of betting data-driven shark and tray and betting,
- 20:49we're acting like Wall Street traders, you know, staring at
- 20:52our at our, our E*Trade account, looking at how stocks move and
- 20:56and basically applying that to sports betting.
- 20:58Where's the market? What is the market telling us?
- 21:00Where is it going? What did the line open at?
- 21:03How did it move? What are the bet splits telling
- 21:05us? Where's the public?
- 21:06Where are the sharps looking for system matches flat betting and
- 21:09not parlaying. If this style of betting appeals
- 21:11to you and maybe you've now been provided a blueprint to to
- 21:15follow and bet on sports with. And guess what, If you wanna
- 21:18learn more about data-driven betting or just let me know you
- 21:20appreciate the hard work that I put in hosting this pod each
- 21:23day, then you can go buy my book.
- 21:26I would very much like that. All you gotta do is go to
- 21:28Amazon.com, type in the everything Guide to Sports
- 21:31Betting, pick up a copy for you or for a friend.
- 21:33It's got everything I've learned in the industry, how lines are
- 21:36set, how and why they move, how to read line movement, how to
- 21:39locate sharp action, how to place the bet in person or
- 21:41online, how to shop for the best line, how to set up a bankroll
- 21:44management plan, chapters on all the major sports.
- 21:47It's all included in the Everything Guide to Sports
- 21:49Betting. And I might add, it's a great
- 21:51gift for someone's birthday, for the holidays.
- 21:54I know we're far off from that, but it's only about 20 bucks and
- 21:57I think you're going to enjoy it.
- 21:58And if you bring that book, my book, to the book, I'll sign it
- 22:02for you. I'll buy you a beer or ginger
- 22:04ale and we'll sweat some games together next.
- 22:06Have you taken advantage of a Rhythm or a Juice Reel 7 day
- 22:10free trial? Well if you haven't, you better
- 22:12go do that right now. Rhythm is fantastic for their AI
- 22:15driven models and predictions for both game bets as well as
- 22:19player props and Juice Reel. I love for their Robo Jackson
- 22:22best bet picks that come out each day at noon if you want to
- 22:25tail those. Also they have the arbitrage
- 22:28plays. You can grind out guaranteed
- 22:30profits by following the risk ratios on both sides of a
- 22:33different bet. Also, they have the game
- 22:35breakdowns giving you actual money from people who have a
- 22:37juicer reel account in terms of what side and what what side of
- 22:41the total they're on. And then also you're going to
- 22:44get, you're going to have the ability to sync up your sports
- 22:47books. So if you have a FanDuel,
- 22:49DraftKings, bet MGM, Caesars Fanatics, ESPN, bet Rivers,
- 22:53whatever it may be, you can sync up your books to Juice Reel.
- 22:56And then once you place a bet at your book on your app, it'll go
- 22:59right to Juice Reel and it'll give you a report card of your
- 23:02action, Keep you honest and you can maybe learn something about
- 23:04yourself like, oh man, I'm I'm struggling NFL props or maybe
- 23:09I'm crushing NFL dogs or maybe in college I thought I was not
- 23:14that good, but actually I'm doing pretty well.
- 23:16It keeps you honest and it can actually highlight your
- 23:18strengths and weaknesses, which then once you have that
- 23:20knowledge, you can then continue to work on.
- 23:23So again, sign up for juice Reel and rhythm, but you got to do it
- 23:26in a specific way. Go to the bio description of
- 23:28each podcast. It'll say something like for
- 23:31today and episode 128, Josh dishes out a three pack of
- 23:34sweats for Thursday Night Football and MLB.
- 23:36Scroll below that and you're going to see a link for a rhythm
- 23:38and a link for Juice Reel. Click those links, get signed
- 23:41up. They help me win.
- 23:43They'll help you win. That about does it guys.
- 23:45Another pod here in the books. As always, I'll leave you with
- 23:48two things. First, whether I see you at the
- 23:51Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin River in Rhode Island, the Brook
- 23:53of New Hampshire, Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, down in
- 23:56Connecticut, at the Encore in Boston, or Plain Ridge Park
- 23:58casino R.E.M. Jim Springfield in my neck of
- 24:00the woods in Massachusetts. Or of course, out in the desert
- 24:03where the true grinders get down.
- 24:05Where Billy Walter sends his number runners where lowest
- 24:07juice possible is found, the South Point or Sweat and sharp
- 24:10contrarian plays jumping in the stadium swimming pool.
- 24:13When you catch a big ticket at Circo, wherever it may be,
- 24:15you're going to show me some nice winning tickets from last
- 24:18night. Show me a Texas, Oakland under 7
- 24:211/2, LA Chicago under 7 1/2, KC Washington under 7 1/2, and a
- 24:26WNBA Phoenix, Minnesota over 160 1/2.
- 24:30Guess what? First one's on me, next one's on
- 24:32you. We're going to post about the
- 24:33book Sweatshop Contrarian plays all night long.
- 24:36So wish the best luck everyone, as always, remember, stay sharp,
- 24:39stay contrarian bet against the public place yourself on the
- 24:42side of the house. Always be with the smart money,
- 24:44never against it. Will smart money win every time?
- 24:47Of course not anything can happen.
- 24:49But here's the thing. Anything can happen in a one
- 24:51off, but we're always playing that long game.
- 24:53Remember, you're not thinking about what's going to win
- 24:55tonight. You're going to think about if I
- 24:56make this bet over the course of 1000 bets light light come out
- 25:00on top. Well, that's our goal by being
- 25:02data-driven, better sticking to the blueprint with our head and
- 25:05not our heart. And if we can do that, stay
- 25:07against the public, with the house, with the pros, flat bet,
- 25:10avoid parlays and get that closing line value.
- 25:12If we can do that, we're going to be successful long term.
- 25:15So enjoy Thursday Night Football, everybody.
- 25:18We got a three pack. Let's try to go 2 and one and
- 25:20keep our winning streak going. And then tomorrow get ready for
- 25:23a big pod final. Best bet card for NFL for
- 25:26Sunday, for college football. Let me double check right now.
- 25:29I want to mention to Army, Temple didn't really have
- 25:32anything on that game. Everyone's playing Army and the
- 25:34line ticked up to Army. I was entertaining Temple, but I
- 25:37didn't have a good rhythm, so I laid off that one.
- 25:39But I may have a play for you. Washington, Rutgers for
- 25:41tomorrow. I'm looking at maybe the dog
- 25:43there. So keep an eye out for a big pod
- 25:46for tomorrow. Final college and NFL card as
- 25:49well as biting and hopefully we'll have one last good day of
- 25:52or maybe 2 of Major League Baseball.
- 25:55But either way, guys have a fantastic Thursday.
- 25:57Enjoy the sweats and I'll see you back at it tomorrow for
- 25:59episode 129 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting podcast
- 26:04powered by Rhythm. Good luck everybody, enjoy your
- 26:06night.
