Alex Wilkins Could Be Kentucky's Next Big Thing | SEC Basketball News
Alex Wilkins is poised to be Kentucky’s biggest breakout star this season, averaging nearly 18 points and 4 assists as a freshman while shooting over 45% from the field. Though his three-point shooting was inconsistent at 33%, his fit in Coach Pope’s system could unlock massive growth — potentially pushing his clip to 38% and making him Kentucky’s top scorer. With elite scoring ability and playmaking upside, Wilkins could be the key to Kentucky’s SEC dominance this year.
