- 0:39Speaker 3: in session.
- 0:44Speaker 4: A good morning, everybody. Today's Tuesday. It is May fifth,
- 0:50Speaker 4: twenty twenty sixth. Some might call it Sinko demayo. Most
- 0:54Speaker 4: is the fifth of May. Revenge of the fifth Sea
- 0:58Speaker 4: basses today, Revenge.
- 0:59Speaker 5: Of the fifth?
- 1:00Speaker 4: May the fourth be with you? Revenge of the fifth.
- 1:02Speaker 6: I see a lot of voices and mouths or sea mouths.
- 1:06Speaker 6: I should say moving, but I have turned my headphones
- 1:08Speaker 6: down because I know what you guys are doing something.
- 1:09Speaker 4: But here's a here's a question. As a Star Wars nerd,
- 1:13Speaker 4: wouldn't it be I don't know. Wouldn't be cooler if
- 1:16Speaker 4: it was Revenge of the sixth because that sounds more
- 1:18Speaker 4: like Sith. They actually do both speaking the whole month.
- 1:24Speaker 5: It's all Star Wars month.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Come on, I'm sure you can come up with something
- 1:28Speaker 4: else for the fifth, but like Revenge of the sixth
- 1:32Speaker 4: because it sounds more because it sounds more sith.
- 1:34Speaker 7: Absolutely, yeah, countdown on the the Mandalorian seventeen days, don't
- 1:41Speaker 7: we ask him?
- 1:42Speaker 5: Seventeen days?
- 1:42Speaker 4: Don't we ask him every day when when that's coming on? Anyway,
- 1:46Speaker 4: Welcome to the Woodie Show. My name is what he
- 1:48Speaker 4: That is Greg Gory. We got Menace in the ground,
- 1:52Speaker 4: Sea Bass. We've got Sammy Sea Bass. Oh you can
- 1:56Speaker 4: turn it back up, all right, Yeah, we got Sammy.
- 1:58Speaker 4: There's Morgan. We got von our video producer. Dumbass Tyler
- 2:02Speaker 4: is here. We got bored, we got Menji. The phones
- 2:05Speaker 4: are open eight seven seven forty four Wooding. Send us
- 2:08Speaker 4: a text over to two to nine eighty seven. Treading
- 2:11Speaker 4: news headlines. We'll get into the entertainment stuff here this hour.
- 2:13Speaker 4: Birthday's porn of birthday coming up? Maybe some unpopular opinions. Yeah,
- 2:19Speaker 4: what's a belief that you have that most people disagree with?
- 2:23Speaker 4: Oh all right, yeah, just be a little something about Yeah,
- 2:26Speaker 4: just think about it a Marinanna on that for a second.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Well we'll come back to that. Yeah, today, sink of Demayo.
- 2:31Speaker 4: Today is also a World Asthma day. Although I don't
- 2:36Speaker 4: really see a lot of people with the used to healers.
- 2:38Speaker 4: When I was a kid, I feel like I saw
- 2:39Speaker 4: a ton of people hailer, yeah, but now I don't
- 2:42Speaker 4: really see anybody with the.
- 2:43Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a little puffer and hailer.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe they're more low pro about it. I don't know,
- 2:46Speaker 4: maybe little profriate right right. You do you have a
- 2:50Speaker 4: anasthma and hailer bort? Yeah I do.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I always carry one with me often.
- 2:55Speaker 4: You got toake a hit on that thing. And why
- 2:57Speaker 4: is it all the people that are in the comic
- 2:58Speaker 4: books and stuff.
- 2:59Speaker 5: That doesn't know?
- 3:00Speaker 4: Man?
- 3:00Speaker 5: Maybe that's the effective.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Is there too much dust in these comic books paints
- 3:04Speaker 4: that they use.
- 3:05Speaker 8: Maybe it's the lack of breathing that's just warped our minds,
- 3:07Speaker 8: you know.
- 3:08Speaker 4: And but it is kind of associated loosely associated with
- 3:12Speaker 4: like kind of dorks nerds.
- 3:13Speaker 8: Right, yeah, definitely honestly because we can't really run. Yeah,
- 3:19Speaker 8: you're an indoor cat, yeah, like, and if you have
- 3:21Speaker 8: allergies and if you get sick, it makes you worse
- 3:24Speaker 8: rely on indoor activity.
- 3:25Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Yeah. It's a World hand Hygiene Day. It's International Midwives
- 3:29Speaker 4: Day midwifery and that's where you help someone get birth.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Ricky Lake does midwiffery.
- 3:35Speaker 4: Now, Museum Lover's Day, certain museums, museums. Yeah, uh, It's
- 3:40Speaker 4: National Astronaut Day today. It's National Foster Care Day. Ye hey,
- 3:49Speaker 4: it's National Hagy Day sleep Apnea Awareness Day. Today is
- 3:55Speaker 4: nail Day, get your nails dead.
- 3:58Speaker 5: I love getting my nail I actually have a question
- 4:00Speaker 5: for you guys speaking of nail nail Day, if I
- 4:02Speaker 5: may so. We have talked about this in this room before,
- 4:05Speaker 5: Like I get my nails done every couple of weeks.
- 4:08Speaker 5: You guys say you don't notice nails. You don't care
- 4:10Speaker 5: about nails. You've also said I always notice if you
- 4:13Speaker 5: guys get a haircut. None of you ever noticed if
- 4:15Speaker 5: anyone changes their hair. None of you noticed when I
- 4:17Speaker 5: said I was going to give up makeup for lent,
- 4:19Speaker 5: even though I'm not Catholic. You were like, who'd even notice?
- 4:21Speaker 5: I would notice if I wasn't wearing makeup, you would notice.
- 4:24Speaker 4: But in general, the same way you would notice your nails,
- 4:27Speaker 4: you would notice your haircut. I would notice, I feel,
- 4:29Speaker 4: unless it was if it's a subtle one like people
- 4:31Speaker 4: go oh, I had the wifeles. Ah, well they really
- 4:34Speaker 4: just kind of took off the split ends or whatever.
- 4:36Speaker 4: Just how am I supposed to notice that?
- 4:38Speaker 5: You would notice because it's cleaner on the bottom. So
- 4:41Speaker 5: if you don't.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Why would I notice that?
- 4:44Speaker 5: No, no split ends. So if you guys don't notice nails,
- 4:48Speaker 5: and you don't notice makeup, and you don't notice hair
- 4:50Speaker 5: or care about it, what do you notice and care
- 4:52Speaker 5: about women general order?
- 4:56Speaker 4: It's hot if you see someone who looks like messy
- 4:58Speaker 4: and disheveled, half in jamas and their hair is like,
- 5:01Speaker 4: you know, like like a rat rush, Yeah, yeah, no,
- 5:05Speaker 4: that would be something that you would notice. But as
- 5:06Speaker 4: long as they're like put together halfway, like you look
- 5:10Speaker 4: like you actually got dressed and put a comb through
- 5:12Speaker 4: your hair, like we're not really digging deep into it,
- 5:14Speaker 4: I would say I would notice her. But that's about it.
- 5:18Speaker 10: I think it's a big picture versus details kind of thing.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, like if Sammy gets her hair colored like blonde
- 5:24Speaker 2: or something like that, then you notice it. But if
- 5:25Speaker 2: you've got a teeny bit of split ends cut off,
- 5:29Speaker 2: a detective wouldn't even notice. I'll tell you what I noticed.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Nails. I notice nails when they're the crazy, when it's
- 5:33Speaker 4: over the top. They come to that really sharp point
- 5:38Speaker 4: everything or ghetto ass nails, their eyelashes, nail if the
- 5:43Speaker 4: makeup is like you know, overdone, clown, you clownish, right,
- 5:46Speaker 4: But if.
- 5:47Speaker 5: I'm talking about like what do you find attractive, you
- 5:50Speaker 5: don't notice like she's put together, she has her nails done,
- 5:53Speaker 5: she has some makeup on.
- 5:54Speaker 4: It looks like you showered. It looks like you put
- 5:55Speaker 4: a brush through your hair. Pretty low bar like yeah,
- 5:59Speaker 4: like past that. Like if it's just like, oh, you
- 6:01Speaker 4: got your nail like, I'm not I might. I may say, oh,
- 6:03Speaker 4: she's got red nail podjon, but I'm not going look
- 6:05Speaker 4: at her nails like.
- 6:06Speaker 5: I think I'm the only one who noticed that Morgan
- 6:08Speaker 5: had a fresh fill of eyelashes. She had a filled
- 6:14Speaker 5: close to her unreal. Okay, what do you mean unreal?
- 6:16Speaker 5: I just don't know why she has full eyelashes.
- 6:19Speaker 4: But what would have noticed her eyelashes before she got extensions?
- 6:23Speaker 5: She got her extensions filled and it looks great.
- 6:26Speaker 4: Great.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I don't even know what that means.
- 6:28Speaker 11: She said, always have eyelash extensions, and then because of
- 6:31Speaker 11: her fight she wasn't getting them anymore because they were
- 6:33Speaker 11: all going to fall out and whatever.
- 6:34Speaker 5: She got them again. No, Okay, so you guys really
- 6:37Speaker 5: are low maintenance.
- 6:38Speaker 6: We know how when she got him filled in, she
- 6:39Speaker 6: got like that all those offers to be married and
- 6:41Speaker 6: all that stuff, right, Greg, those guys.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Show it makes no difference. That's that's the point.
- 6:48Speaker 5: It doesn't make it think it looks prettier because you
- 6:49Speaker 5: didn't notice.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Didn't notice?
- 6:51Speaker 5: Okay, you guys, are you're consistent?
- 6:54Speaker 4: If if something drastic, I mean, like drastically changed, like
- 6:57Speaker 4: if someone went from having like a j lo ass
- 6:59Speaker 4: to all the sudden having like no ass. Yeah, like
- 7:02Speaker 4: wait hold on, but you know, like but just a
- 7:05Speaker 4: you know, a subtle thing of you got anybody your
- 7:09Speaker 4: bottom of your hair cut off. I'm not supposed to
- 7:11Speaker 4: notice that. Or if you went like a drastic difference,
- 7:14Speaker 4: if you went from all of a sudden you shut
- 7:16Speaker 4: up here and you're like a dark brunette.
- 7:17Speaker 5: Sammy, yes, then yeah.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Woa like that that would be something that that would
- 7:23Speaker 4: be something that really gets your attention, right, Okay, are
- 7:26Speaker 4: you wearing slightly less makeup? But if you came in
- 7:29Speaker 4: like that, what do they call those menaces where it
- 7:32Speaker 4: like goes all the way almost halfway back to your temples,
- 7:34Speaker 4: like yeah, yeah, yeah, all of a sudden you came
- 7:39Speaker 4: in with like these crazy looking like like like Amy wine, yes,
- 7:43Speaker 4: like yeah, then then you would notice that you didn't
- 7:46Speaker 4: have makeup on.
- 7:47Speaker 5: Those I think you would. I've never gone to work.
- 7:49Speaker 4: I just don't think we should be expected to notice.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Do you think it's like for all of a sudden,
- 7:53Speaker 4: like you're like you're mad at your husband or your
- 7:55Speaker 4: boyfriend because he didn't notice or didn't make a comment
- 7:58Speaker 4: on whatever.
- 7:59Speaker 5: I would like to come in without makeup, but I
- 8:01Speaker 5: would like you guys to stay consistent and not notice.
- 8:03Speaker 4: I don't care. I wouldn't even know that.
- 8:06Speaker 5: Yeah, okay, I try.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I gotta look at Morgan's ear lashes.
- 8:08Speaker 5: They're amazing.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Ye eight seven seven forty four. Wooding text us over
- 8:12Speaker 4: to two two nine eighty seven. We got more Woodies
- 8:14Speaker 4: show next hang on, so show me right back?

- 8:50Speaker 4: We are a heavy metal band.
- 8:52Speaker 10: I mean everybody knows that.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Wait wait, wait, wait more, Where am i The Woody Show?
- 9:01Speaker 4: Welcome back everybody. I hit up my my son is
- 9:05Speaker 4: turning twelve this week and he's really into storm chasing.
- 9:08Speaker 4: Oh do you guys happen to know where they there
- 9:11Speaker 4: might be any storm chaser vehicles on display or anything
- 9:14Speaker 4: to do with that.
- 9:15Speaker 6: Oh, we're talking about it all off their all the time.
- 9:16Speaker 6: We should really bring that on the air.
- 9:19Speaker 5: Storm chasing she has Frankie McDonald.
- 9:21Speaker 12: Yeah, well that's an interesting I mean, yeah, so I
- 9:27Speaker 12: work with sometimes the Peterson Automotive Museum, which is a
- 9:30Speaker 12: very famous automotive museum.
- 9:32Speaker 7: But I don't think they've ever had anything on display
- 9:34Speaker 7: like that. The only thing that I've I've seen semi
- 9:37Speaker 7: on display like that is when those toyotas go through
- 9:40Speaker 7: the fires and they're halfway burnt. Then they'll show them
- 9:43Speaker 7: like in the museums and stuff. But never a storm chasing.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Because these are all independent, it's not like an organization,
- 9:48Speaker 4: and she's like these one off dudes.
- 9:50Speaker 5: Yeah, it's not like fire truck.
- 9:51Speaker 4: Well, one of the one of the things that we
- 9:52Speaker 4: saw recently was pretty cool. These guys that send the
- 9:55Speaker 4: drones into tornadoes love that they get close enough they
- 10:00Speaker 4: you know, they get out of their truck or whatever
- 10:01Speaker 4: and they send We saw one. Yeah, they send the
- 10:04Speaker 4: drone into the tornado right up. Yeah, I saw that
- 10:07Speaker 4: in Twisters. Pretty cool. I guess what. Yeah, breaking news.
- 10:11Speaker 6: If you go to Celebrity car News, even Branson, Missouri,
- 10:13Speaker 6: they have the tornado Wrangler from Twister.
- 10:18Speaker 4: Shadow Twisters. Well, there, there you go, going to Branson.
- 10:22Speaker 4: There you go. The Onion has officially taken over Alex
- 10:26Speaker 4: Jones's Infra Wars, which is kind of It was okay,
- 10:31Speaker 4: the premise is funny. I agree with that.
- 10:33Speaker 6: The execution is, oh my god, because it's just Tim
- 10:36Speaker 6: Hideker doing Alex Jones impressions for twenty minutes. So he's
- 10:39Speaker 6: just hijacking and he's just doing a parody of Alex Jones,
- 10:42Speaker 6: which has been done a thousand times, and it's just
- 10:44Speaker 6: it's pointless.
- 10:45Speaker 4: There's a pretty funny thing. I've seen it a couple
- 10:47Speaker 4: of times now. I don't know if it's the same
- 10:49Speaker 4: dude or whatever, but there are people who are bitching
- 10:53Speaker 4: about other people taking their online content and copying it.
- 10:59Speaker 4: And so it's like, Hi, guys, hey, you know, I
- 11:02Speaker 4: just want to talk to you really quick about you know,
- 11:04Speaker 4: taking people's material from their online stream. And it's a
- 11:08Speaker 4: guy and he's like green screening himself in front of
- 11:12Speaker 4: her face and he's just saying everything, Yeah, yeah, that's good,
- 11:16Speaker 4: that's kind of funny. That's funny. And then the person
- 11:19Speaker 4: gets really mad that that's being done to that, right.
- 11:23Speaker 7: I might have to explain what the onion is. I
- 11:25Speaker 7: never see it, like, yeah, does everyone know what the
- 11:28Speaker 7: onion is? It's like a very paper newspaper. But you
- 11:31Speaker 7: know what, I never really see it on Facebook anymore.
- 11:33Speaker 7: I would say maybe the last time I saw it
- 11:35Speaker 7: was like six seven years ago.
- 11:37Speaker 4: And this isn't wrong. It had it's heyday. Yeah yeah, Like.
- 11:40Speaker 2: The headlines on the onion used to be like water
- 11:43Speaker 2: cooler chat, like you show them to people.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Now you just call it fake news. Yeah that's fake.
- 11:51Speaker 9: Uh.
- 11:51Speaker 4: The Oscars updated their eligibility rules to require nominees in
- 11:54Speaker 4: the acting and writing categories to be human. They have
- 11:57Speaker 4: a guaranteed human They also so allow actors to be
- 12:01Speaker 4: considered for multiple roles in the same category and neat
- 12:04Speaker 4: post Malone canceled the start of his tour with Jelly Roll.
- 12:08Speaker 13: Why why, bigs?
- 12:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, what was the excuse that they put out?
- 12:13Speaker 5: Don't say exhaustion please.
- 12:15Speaker 4: So the real reason, the real reason is because they right,
- 12:21Speaker 4: they have all these shows scheduled for stadiums and it's
- 12:24Speaker 4: Post Malone and Jelly Roll, and the tickets are just
- 12:27Speaker 4: not selling.
- 12:28Speaker 5: They're not feeling it.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I think there's kind of a burnout on both
- 12:32Speaker 4: on both people.
- 12:35Speaker 7: More choosy on what they're spending their money on when
- 12:39Speaker 7: it comes to concerts.
- 12:40Speaker 4: So it's been really low. They said there was a
- 12:42Speaker 4: they canceled this one show, this one here that we're
- 12:45Speaker 4: talking about, but they showed online how many seats were available.
- 12:49Speaker 4: The whole place was available. Damn in every section, in
- 12:52Speaker 4: every row, there were seats available. Now Post Lolow has
- 12:55Speaker 4: come out to say that he just needs more time
- 12:57Speaker 4: to finish new music before going on tour.
- 13:00Speaker 5: I have thought about that before they start selling.
- 13:03Speaker 4: I should have looked this up. I'm so dumb.
- 13:05Speaker 7: Yeah. Yeah, the Meghan Trainer thing, she said, she was like,
- 13:10Speaker 7: not well, right.
- 13:11Speaker 5: And she's selling her house I have a theory about
- 13:14Speaker 5: jelly Roll and post Malone and things like this. You
- 13:16Speaker 5: tell me, do we like them better? Did we like
- 13:20Speaker 5: them better as an audience When they were chubby and
- 13:22Speaker 5: were more lovable, teddy bearish they were, they're losing that
- 13:27Speaker 5: chubby love.
- 13:28Speaker 4: It's I think it's oversaturation. It's just too much. You know,
- 13:33Speaker 4: like when you go to everything and you're showing up
- 13:36Speaker 4: at everything, there's no more there's no more sense of immediacy, right,
- 13:40Speaker 4: you know, like there's no like, oh, I gotta go
- 13:42Speaker 4: see them find you right exactly. I'll wait five minutes,
- 13:47Speaker 4: he'll be back here for something else, or you'll be
- 13:49Speaker 4: showing up on my feet as part of something else,
- 13:51Speaker 4: and they you just get even though you like somebody,
- 13:54Speaker 4: you get burned out. Yeah, I think it's I think
- 13:56Speaker 4: there's kind of some kind of burnout going.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Well, think a bit like dating, like oh, where's the chase?
- 14:00Speaker 4: But like post Malone was, everybody was doing something with
- 14:03Speaker 4: post Malone for so long, and then jelly Roll really
- 14:05Speaker 4: kind of took over the I told you there was
- 14:07Speaker 4: somebody that said, man like his manager, someone needs to
- 14:10Speaker 4: talk to him because he's gonna he's gonna put Jelly
- 14:12Speaker 4: Roll in a bad position by saying yes to every
- 14:15Speaker 4: single thing unless you don't think you have any kind
- 14:17Speaker 4: of longevity, and then you take everything you can because
- 14:20Speaker 4: like your window is short, right, you got a fifteen
- 14:23Speaker 4: minute thing.
- 14:24Speaker 5: But I don't think that's him.
- 14:25Speaker 4: I don't think that's necessarily the case with Jelly Roll.
- 14:27Speaker 2: No, And even if it was the case, fine, you
- 14:29Speaker 2: can retire in two years, no problem.
- 14:32Speaker 4: I thought that is. Yeah, guys, Greg Greg said he
- 14:35Speaker 4: could retire if he got two hundred and fifty thousand dollars,
- 14:37Speaker 4: he will be able to retire. That was the old
- 14:39Speaker 4: time he did. So I'm sure he's made at least
- 14:41Speaker 4: two hundred and fifty thousand dollars, maybe even twice that. Yeah, exactly.
- 14:45Speaker 4: Ye speaking of people with a bunch of money, menace,
- 14:50Speaker 4: what do you got for us?
- 14:51Speaker 7: Yeah, just real quick, Jeff Bezos. He's selling his five
- 14:55Speaker 7: hundred million dollar yachts because he can't park it places
- 15:00Speaker 7: park like SeaBASS.
- 15:02Speaker 4: You had that r V. Yeah, it's so stupid neighborhood regulations. Yeah,
- 15:05Speaker 4: it's so big.
- 15:06Speaker 7: There's like four notable places that he tried to bring
- 15:09Speaker 7: it and they like he tried to go to Monaco
- 15:11Speaker 7: during F one and try to park it and they
- 15:13Speaker 7: want to let them.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Now, is this the same yacht that they had to
- 15:15Speaker 4: pay to dismantle a bridge to get it out?
- 15:18Speaker 14: Yeah?
- 15:18Speaker 7: I think so familiar. Yeah, and he has a support
- 15:21Speaker 7: ship that follows it that has like staff, and that's
- 15:24Speaker 7: seventy five million dollars.
- 15:26Speaker 5: Yeah, they don't stay on the main boat. Yeah.
- 15:28Speaker 4: Yeah, it's it's insane. So I seem to remember that,
- 15:30Speaker 4: like where whatever, wherever they built the ship to get
- 15:33Speaker 4: it out of the harbor, take the bridge apart. Yeah,
- 15:35Speaker 4: they had to take this bridge apart in order to
- 15:37Speaker 4: get the yacht out and then pay to re restructure it.
- 15:42Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 15:42Speaker 2: If Jeff Bezos is having a hard time parking this summer,
- 15:44Speaker 2: who the hell is going to That's what I was
- 15:46Speaker 2: gonna have the same problem.
- 15:47Speaker 7: Who's going to buy it for five hundred million dollars? Well,
- 15:48Speaker 7: here's there's a deep discount on it.
- 15:51Speaker 4: Greg.
- 15:51Speaker 6: It's so gross because it's so large, it can only
- 15:53Speaker 6: park with like tankers and stuff. And you want to
- 15:55Speaker 6: wake up in the.
- 15:55Speaker 4: Morning an industrial area.
- 16:01Speaker 7: I I was listening to this podcast it's called the
- 16:04Speaker 7: All In Podcasts, and it's like these super famous like
- 16:07Speaker 7: tech guys are worth like billions of dollars. And they
- 16:09Speaker 7: were talking about like a year and a half ago
- 16:12Speaker 7: that Jeff Bezos he's gonna get sick of this ship,
- 16:14Speaker 7: Like after he bought it and they got announced. They're like,
- 16:16Speaker 7: oh yeah, he's gonna get bored of it, and I'm
- 16:18Speaker 7: gonna want.
- 16:18Speaker 5: To get dared.
- 16:19Speaker 4: Because they live the same lifestyle.
- 16:21Speaker 7: They're like, oh yeah, he's gonna be all about it
- 16:23Speaker 7: and then he's gonna want to get rid of it.
- 16:25Speaker 4: It's along those lines of like, no matter how hot
- 16:27Speaker 4: the chick is, there's somebody always sick of her. Bullish yeah,
- 16:29Speaker 4: you know, like they you know, with these boats, the
- 16:32Speaker 4: same as they say anybody else with a boat. But
- 16:34Speaker 4: two best dates they're life. The day you buy the
- 16:36Speaker 4: boat and the day you sell.
- 16:37Speaker 5: Yeah, and it costs thirty million dollars just to dock it.
- 16:40Speaker 2: But if he's bored with it, just keep it, but
- 16:43Speaker 2: don't use it, like does he need the money? Like
- 16:46Speaker 2: I don't get it.
- 16:47Speaker 4: I legit, you know why I try to sell?
- 16:49Speaker 2: Why try to sell it? Just say, like, you know what,
- 16:51Speaker 2: it's a pain in the ass.
- 16:51Speaker 4: You know what, I'm just gonna park it in the
- 16:53Speaker 4: middle of the ocean, whatever happens to it, right, Yeah, Greg,
- 16:55Speaker 4: how's this for a job? So I was talking to
- 16:57Speaker 4: this dude and his best friend, who was a fellow pilot,
- 17:03Speaker 4: just got this job about a year ago. He is
- 17:07Speaker 4: this guy that he's working for now. This guy's mega loaded,
- 17:10Speaker 4: all right. So it's he's the pilot for the family's
- 17:14Speaker 4: gulf Stream G six fifty, which is a super kick
- 17:17Speaker 4: ass private jet. This thing is awesome. That's his only job.
- 17:21Speaker 4: He flies the family in their jet whatever you to.
- 17:26Speaker 4: They take one trip a year to go to France
- 17:30Speaker 4: and they're there for a month and stand by. Yeah,
- 17:33Speaker 4: so the other eleven months and then when they're in France,
- 17:37Speaker 4: they have a yacht there and so the family's on
- 17:40Speaker 4: the yacht and so this guy, the pilot, and all
- 17:44Speaker 4: the other support staff and stuff like that are on
- 17:46Speaker 4: that feeder vessel whatever the the support ship, which I
- 17:50Speaker 4: saw some pictures of the support ship. You're seeing these
- 17:55Speaker 4: ads for like the Ritz Ritz Carlton yacht vacation stuff.
- 17:59Speaker 4: It looks like the bedroom, it's the facilities everything. You're
- 18:03Speaker 4: you're thinking, this is going to be like a I
- 18:05Speaker 4: don't know, like a like a container ship falling around
- 18:08Speaker 4: this nice No, this thing is just as.
- 18:11Speaker 5: Nice because they don't want to be seen with a containers.
- 18:12Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 18:13Speaker 4: Yeah, So he works one month out of the year
- 18:15Speaker 4: he does I think in that in that month, I
- 18:18Speaker 4: think it's like a total of six flights, one to France,
- 18:22Speaker 4: bouncing around that area a little bit, then they're on
- 18:24Speaker 4: the front and then and then flying back four hundred
- 18:27Speaker 4: thousand dollars a year eleven months off. Does he take
- 18:33Speaker 4: those eleven months off? It's a job. He does other
- 18:35Speaker 4: stuff or whatever he wants and that time. Now, if
- 18:37Speaker 4: the family all of a sudden said of like for
- 18:39Speaker 4: whatever reason, they got a wild hair up their ass
- 18:41Speaker 4: and they just said, oh, we're going to go, then
- 18:42Speaker 4: he would, yes, he would have to then go fly them.
- 18:44Speaker 4: But they just don't. It's once a year, okay.
- 18:46Speaker 2: So what sounds better that job where you're even one month,
- 18:50Speaker 2: you're still doing stuff. Or they have people who are
- 18:54Speaker 2: crazy loaded. They're from China and they buy these mansions
- 18:57Speaker 2: in America and they have a diver on staff that
- 19:01Speaker 2: lives in the mansion for fifty one weeks a year
- 19:04Speaker 2: and they only drive them around when they're in town
- 19:06Speaker 2: one week a year.
- 19:06Speaker 4: That's great.
- 19:07Speaker 2: I mean, and they get to live in the house.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Yeah, it has a staff work for me.
- 19:12Speaker 2: I think they'll do the one week driving yeah.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Yeah, kind of a kind of the same thing. Yeah,
- 19:17Speaker 4: I'll take you one and.
- 19:18Speaker 5: On that mega mega ultra yacht. There's three jacuzzis and
- 19:21Speaker 5: a full swimming pool and like a spa and like
- 19:24Speaker 5: a helipad with a sad. It's all inclusive.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Corl Gregory, what you got? Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden.
- 19:32Speaker 2: She's fifty three, he's forty seven. They just had a
- 19:35Speaker 2: third baby, so miracle. They're very private about their private
- 19:40Speaker 2: lives and especially with their kids. They keep them off
- 19:42Speaker 2: social media. They don't post photos of them, but it
- 19:44Speaker 2: has been essentially confirmed that they obviously use a surrogate mother.
- 19:48Speaker 2: She's fifty three, and they named their new Sonnie na
- 19:52Speaker 2: U t A S. Madden, So now Noddish is their
- 19:57Speaker 2: child number three. Their other two kids a dog her
- 20:00Speaker 2: Radix wild Flower and a son named Cardinal. So they're
- 20:05Speaker 2: doing this whole celebrity kids have to have strange names.
- 20:09Speaker 5: So not like water like that's what.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Nautilus.
- 20:14Speaker 6: Well he posted, he said, was that an extra from
- 20:17Speaker 6: the Latin root word not so it's a sailor, a navigator.
- 20:20Speaker 2: And not as Madden and so, uh, congrats to fifty
- 20:24Speaker 2: three year old Cameron Dia with a brand new baby.
- 20:27Speaker 4: I mean, I get it.
- 20:27Speaker 6: He's famous and rich, but he's not her size face
- 20:30Speaker 6: like he's like six, it's is shorter than her. Yeah,
- 20:32Speaker 6: I mean, let's be honest, gross looking prepared comparison, love
- 20:38Speaker 6: a gardener.
- 20:39Speaker 4: He's a super chill dude.
- 20:41Speaker 5: He's very super chill dude.
- 20:44Speaker 4: No, but I don't think it's necessarily. I think celebrities
- 20:47Speaker 4: they fish in their own pond.
- 20:49Speaker 2: Totally asked that why can't they just marry a normal person.
- 20:52Speaker 4: They're not hanging out with normal people. They're hanging out
- 20:55Speaker 4: at the gatherings and the whatevers, and like you hit
- 20:57Speaker 4: it off as somebody, it's not necessarily like, uh, you know,
- 21:01Speaker 4: and Kimerdy do isn'tn't come off as somebody who's like
- 21:03Speaker 4: out there looking for someone who's gonna look good on
- 21:05Speaker 4: her arm. No, she just also seems like another kind
- 21:07Speaker 4: of like she seems like a down to earth, chill chick.
- 21:10Speaker 11: And you're right that it's who you hang out with,
- 21:12Speaker 11: because it was Nicole Richie who set them up. Cole
- 21:15Speaker 11: is married to his twin brother and then set him
- 21:17Speaker 11: up with Camerony.
- 21:18Speaker 6: She's still dating a pond or married to a pond
- 21:20Speaker 6: star essentially, so.
- 21:25Speaker 5: You know the movie old eighties camp movie True Beverly Hills.
- 21:28Speaker 4: Oh wait, yeah, she's.
- 21:32Speaker 5: Starting in the remake.
- 21:36Speaker 15: Yeah, we're gonna sit because.
- 21:42Speaker 4: And you know we don't do Starting with the celebrities.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Happy birthday to Henry Cavell, who is forty three years
- 21:50Speaker 4: old today, and Manister Streams. And I said traditionally good looking,
- 21:56Speaker 4: you said, you quote. I lust after him every day. Yeah.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Adele is thirty eight years old today. MTV News legend
- 22:06Speaker 4: Kurt Loader low Dog is eighty one years old today.
- 22:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm older.
- 22:12Speaker 4: Yeah. Did you guys know Pete Campbell and mad Men?
- 22:15Speaker 2: Not yet.
- 22:16Speaker 4: I don't know if that was like a main character, Okay,
- 22:18Speaker 4: big main character. That guy who played a Vincent Carthier Carthier.
- 22:22Speaker 4: Carthier is forty seven. Tina Others from Family Ties is
- 22:26Speaker 4: fifty three.
- 22:27Speaker 5: Oh yeah.
- 22:27Speaker 4: And then Hannah Davis. She was a Sports illustrated swimsue model,
- 22:31Speaker 4: but she hit the lottery. She married Derek Jeter, pumped
- 22:34Speaker 4: out two kids for him, so she said, she's thirty
- 22:37Speaker 4: six years old. Your porno birthday today is Samantha Rohn,
- 22:41Speaker 4: and today our birthday. Girl. She's been glazed more than
- 22:45Speaker 4: a Krispy Kreme assembly line, more glazing than I guess right,
- 22:49Speaker 4: that doesn't make much sense, morgana more than okay, and anyway,
- 22:52Speaker 4: five hundred and twenty fine films, including Doctors Without Boners.
- 22:57Speaker 4: She was an Oiled and Spoiled Volume one purv City's
- 23:01Speaker 4: Department of Double Penetration. She was in I've been thinking
- 23:05Speaker 4: and I think we should bang other people. That's Volumes
- 23:08Speaker 4: one and two. She was in rampant, high energy lesbian
- 23:11Speaker 4: banging role. Wow, rampant three way lesbian fun in the
- 23:15Speaker 4: jacuzzi with underwater fun, okay, and then who can forget
- 23:19Speaker 4: her unforget over role? And sometimes you just gotta jam
- 23:21Speaker 4: out with your clam out, all right? You know yeah
- 23:25Speaker 4: what I mean? Greg Ah, Yeah, that's a Samantha Rose
- 23:29Speaker 4: who is thirty two years old today, and that's your
- 23:31Speaker 4: corner birthday, your celebrity birthdays, and that a little Tuesday.
- 23:34Speaker 4: Look what's happening around the world of entertainment.
- 23:37Speaker 5: You're on the Wooded Show and I saw him blinking
- 23:40Speaker 5: your eye and I knew you were banging.
- 23:43Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, we'll do it on Instagram.
- 23:47Speaker 15: It's the witty show.
- 23:49Speaker 4: So I had the question for you the beginning to
- 23:52Speaker 4: the other what's it belief you had that most people
- 23:55Speaker 4: disagree with? And we'll get to some of what you
- 23:58Speaker 4: got here. But I think most people are gonna disagree
- 24:01Speaker 4: with my take on this. This mom who has gone
- 24:04Speaker 4: viral for this video she posted, I agree with her,
- 24:10Speaker 4: and that is my sub you know, my submission for
- 24:15Speaker 4: the belief that you have that most people disagree with.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Because this one and I are in the linement.
- 24:19Speaker 16: If we are out and about at the park, if
- 24:22Speaker 16: my kids have a scooter, a toy, something bubbles, they're
- 24:26Speaker 16: not sharing with your kids.
- 24:27Speaker 5: They don't have to.
- 24:29Speaker 16: I never ever will make my kids share their stuff
- 24:32Speaker 16: that they brought with another child. Number one, you should
- 24:35Speaker 16: have brought your own. Number two, that's their toy. They
- 24:37Speaker 16: don't have to share with you. Number Three, you don't
- 24:40Speaker 16: have to do something just because somebody asks. If my
- 24:43Speaker 16: kids want to share, yeah, sure, go along for it.
- 24:46Speaker 16: But as soon as they're like, hey, like I'm they're
- 24:48Speaker 16: not giving my stuff back, I'm done sharing you best
- 24:50Speaker 16: will eat my asses going over there and take.
- 24:52Speaker 4: Cough that up.
- 24:53Speaker 5: Your mommy should have brought your own toys.
- 24:54Speaker 4: Now, see I'm not I'm not doing that. But I
- 24:58Speaker 4: agree with the idea is that you're not forced to
- 25:01Speaker 4: share it.
- 25:01Speaker 9: Now.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I will have the conversation stranger and I and I
- 25:04Speaker 4: have had the conversation with my kids before, like, it's
- 25:07Speaker 4: the right thing to do if you X y Z,
- 25:10Speaker 4: if they choose, if we're talking about sharing, like the
- 25:12Speaker 4: little kids of the player, if they choose not to
- 25:14Speaker 4: share that toy with other people, fine, This whole idea
- 25:17Speaker 4: of like being forced to share, is that a thing
- 25:20Speaker 4: I don't parents. It's a big It's a big thing.
- 25:23Speaker 4: Because the comments, by the way, are kind of split,
- 25:25Speaker 4: more so than I thought they would be, because some
- 25:27Speaker 4: people obviously agree with this woman like I do. But teachers,
- 25:31Speaker 4: especially in other people, they say that sharing is like
- 25:33Speaker 4: a foundation of learning and say, yes there are times,
- 25:37Speaker 4: but like in general, just because you have something doesn't
- 25:41Speaker 4: mean that you need to or be forced to share
- 25:44Speaker 4: it with other people.
- 25:45Speaker 5: Yeah, that's true. I as you know someone who had
- 25:48Speaker 5: to take a toddler to the park. I like having
- 25:50Speaker 5: him share and take turns because it fosters like a
- 25:53Speaker 5: communication and they have to talk to each other, and
- 25:55Speaker 5: that's not something taller does very well.
- 25:56Speaker 4: You see it forced sometimes when the parents forced the kids.
- 25:59Speaker 4: But the or if they'll they'll sometimes they'll take whatever
- 26:02Speaker 4: it is away from their own kid and then give
- 26:04Speaker 4: it to the What But what a betrayal if a
- 26:07Speaker 4: kid is.
- 26:08Speaker 5: If some stranger kid is sticky or snotty, they touch
- 26:11Speaker 5: nothing that my kid owns.
- 26:12Speaker 10: Sure, I mean, I'm with you, though, you know I was.
- 26:14Speaker 11: I saw a couple of toddlers, like three four year
- 26:17Speaker 11: olds interacting at a playground where one of them had
- 26:19Speaker 11: an iPad and the other one was and they want
- 26:20Speaker 11: to watch it, and the parents were making the girl
- 26:23Speaker 11: with the iPad share it. And it was very clear
- 26:25Speaker 11: that the girl with the iPad was not very adaptable
- 26:28Speaker 11: to situations, was unwilling to share, did not want really
- 26:32Speaker 11: the socialization.
- 26:33Speaker 17: Or anything like that.
- 26:34Speaker 11: And I think that for some parents it is a
- 26:36Speaker 11: teaching moment for their kids because if they're an only child,
- 26:38Speaker 11: they're not exposed very much.
- 26:40Speaker 10: They need to learn how to be in social situation.
- 26:42Speaker 4: Kids sound like a real be you know what I'm saying.
- 26:45Speaker 6: Well, it's also a bit move to have an iPad
- 26:47Speaker 6: and a playground. Yeah, but beside that point, Uh yeah.
- 26:51Speaker 2: I was at a.
- 26:51Speaker 6: Playground with my niece, my nephews and my niece and
- 26:53Speaker 6: they had some ball and there's a little kid running
- 26:55Speaker 6: around wanted the ball and I gave it to him,
- 26:57Speaker 6: and it was like who cared, right, and.
- 26:59Speaker 4: You forgot it for a couple were fine with that.
- 27:02Speaker 4: That's that's that's one thing, but it's being forced to
- 27:05Speaker 4: I'm a guess, all right, So what's the belief that
- 27:07Speaker 4: you have that most people disagree with? Somebody said the
- 27:09Speaker 4: vast majority of people are intellectually lazy and rather be
- 27:12Speaker 4: told something and believe it than researching themselves, despite access
- 27:16Speaker 4: to the tools to do so.
- 27:18Speaker 2: Yeah, that's very true.
- 27:20Speaker 4: This person said more kids should be held back in
- 27:22Speaker 4: school and not allowed to move forward until they have
- 27:25Speaker 4: achieved grade level objectives. Agreed our neighbors across the street
- 27:32Speaker 4: man like during COVID, their kids fell fell so far behind,
- 27:35Speaker 4: and they appealed to everybody all the way up to
- 27:37Speaker 4: the superintendent of the school district. They're like, nope, they're
- 27:39Speaker 4: going They're going ahead.
- 27:42Speaker 5: That's the thing. It's like opposite down.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it is no, Greg Gory, I think and I
- 27:48Speaker 2: don't think anybody here would agree with me. Point eight
- 27:51Speaker 2: for the legal driving limit way too low.
- 27:56Speaker 5: People are different, you know, Like that's true, You're different
- 27:59Speaker 5: than my Exactly.
- 28:01Speaker 2: Why this arbitrary point of weight? Should it be?
- 28:04Speaker 5: Like BM, I like a percentage of your body?
- 28:06Speaker 4: Like if that's a good question, how do they get
- 28:08Speaker 4: to point out?
- 28:09Speaker 9: Right?
- 28:09Speaker 6: Like if I go out and I was when I
- 28:11Speaker 6: was a kid, yeah, I remember that anything was that
- 28:15Speaker 6: just Tennessee, uh Georgia when I was remember when I
- 28:18Speaker 6: moved to Georgia, It like it moved at some point
- 28:21Speaker 6: then because it was point when.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Oh I don't remember that because Greg, your blood could
- 28:25Speaker 4: probably just do that.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Am.
- 28:29Speaker 2: If I have like two beers and I go driving
- 28:31Speaker 2: and I feel a thousand percent fine, but legally, let's
- 28:35Speaker 2: say on point of eight.
- 28:36Speaker 4: Then why would you been pulled over for like serving
- 28:39Speaker 4: and whatever broken tail like fishing expedition?
- 28:43Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 28:43Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, okay, fair enough. Yeah, it's just too strict,
- 28:47Speaker 4: all right, menace.
- 28:49Speaker 7: Uh, well, just because you're you have kids doesn't mean
- 28:52Speaker 7: the world has to cater to you, agreed, Like people
- 28:56Speaker 7: they are on planes and you guys didn't plan ahead
- 29:00Speaker 7: and got your your seats. Like, people don't have to
- 29:03Speaker 7: move their seat if they don't want to, and you
- 29:06Speaker 7: don't have to cater to them, and the parents shouldn't
- 29:08Speaker 7: get upset if the person doesn't want to move.
- 29:11Speaker 4: All right, I will see that and I agree. I
- 29:13Speaker 4: agree with that. The same can be said, is that
- 29:15Speaker 4: just because you don't have kids, that everybody else needs
- 29:18Speaker 4: to cater to you another sea bass Like kids aren't
- 29:20Speaker 4: a lot on planes, thank you? Right, yeah, but I
- 29:23Speaker 4: mean that's not real.
- 29:25Speaker 2: No, that's people that we dream of.
- 29:27Speaker 4: Y yeah, but people people believe that, oh well, you know,
- 29:30Speaker 4: you shouldn't be able to do this.
- 29:31Speaker 5: I do think there should be a kid's section.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I think there should be an option.
- 29:34Speaker 4: Yeah, what about you, Sammy?
- 29:37Speaker 11: Okay, I'm gonna say technology. I think we're all better
- 29:40Speaker 11: off without technology realistically, and I know that now with
- 29:43Speaker 11: AI people are getting on board.
- 29:44Speaker 10: But I've been like this for a long time. I
- 29:46Speaker 10: don't want iPads in the car.
- 29:48Speaker 11: I don't even really think I mean, we can read
- 29:50Speaker 11: a map. I don't think even cell phones like having
- 29:53Speaker 11: the internet.
- 29:53Speaker 4: Everyone on that show GPS, you're against GPS.
- 29:56Speaker 10: I'm not saying I'm against it.
- 29:57Speaker 11: But if that's going to be the argument of like,
- 29:59Speaker 11: oh well but what about this, then fine, get a map.
- 30:01Speaker 4: I don't care what you want, Matt, like where you
- 30:05Speaker 4: fold the map up and like really old timing front.
- 30:08Speaker 11: If that's what it takes to get rid of technology everywhere,
- 30:12Speaker 11: I would.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Go back to that. You would go back to that. Okay,
- 30:15Speaker 4: she wants a little house on the prayer. Can you
- 30:17Speaker 4: read a map?
- 30:19Speaker 10: I've read I'm not very good. Have I read it
- 30:21Speaker 10: before yet?
- 30:21Speaker 11: When I was a kid, before all the technology, I
- 30:23Speaker 11: remember being in the car with my dad and him
- 30:25Speaker 11: being like, follow this road and tell me where to go.
- 30:27Speaker 5: It's just me and him, and I.
- 30:28Speaker 7: Was like seven, I don't know what I'm Second, she's
- 30:31Speaker 7: pulling out that far.
- 30:32Speaker 4: She uses the GPS, having driven with her, but she
- 30:35Speaker 4: doesn't listen to it.
- 30:36Speaker 2: She just looks at it. So she's like constantly looking
- 30:39Speaker 2: at her phone.
- 30:40Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I will do.
- 30:40Speaker 7: This Sammy challenge where we drop her off with the
- 30:45Speaker 7: map with the map to get back, and you can't.
- 30:48Speaker 4: You can't stop and ask anybody your arguments.
- 30:52Speaker 9: Map.
- 30:55Speaker 10: Your argument is map, but my argument is that's how
- 30:57Speaker 10: you get there. But old timing dates still as she
- 31:00Speaker 10: needs to pull over every block.
- 31:03Speaker 4: Just do that for real, all right, writing that down
- 31:05Speaker 4: for a social media video. So that's what's a belief
- 31:08Speaker 4: that you have that most people disagree with. Where do
- 31:10Speaker 4: you start?
- 31:11Speaker 6: Well, yeah, I think I might min are well documented
- 31:13Speaker 6: on this show. But yildergrass Tyson of all people, actually
- 31:16Speaker 6: tweeted something out recently that I fully agreed with. Everything
- 31:19Speaker 6: is a conspiracy when you don't understand how anything works.
- 31:22Speaker 6: And we've been saying that for most recently our debunking
- 31:25Speaker 6: that stupid alien documentary. The documentary quote unquote they came
- 31:28Speaker 6: out recently, but yeah, ninety nine point nine percent of
- 31:31Speaker 6: quote this is something or they're screwing us.
- 31:34Speaker 4: The x x y Z is not true.
- 31:36Speaker 6: Once you just take and in this these days with
- 31:39Speaker 6: computer Sammy, it's so easy to find out how things work.
- 31:44Speaker 6: And I know Greg has his silly ones like calories
- 31:46Speaker 6: aren't real, but I don't want him at this point
- 31:49Speaker 6: you look.
- 31:49Speaker 4: To look up calories.
- 31:50Speaker 6: But that's just an example that people, you know that
- 31:53Speaker 6: they go like the more sinister out with you know,
- 31:56Speaker 6: the moon landing and all the other things, But it
- 31:58Speaker 6: comes down to every little tiny part of We get
- 32:00Speaker 6: texts all the time about oh, it's so stupid, how
- 32:02Speaker 6: they don't let us do this. No, no, no, there's
- 32:03Speaker 6: always a reason how these things happen. Everything has a consequence.
- 32:06Speaker 6: It almost no cases with a conspiracy, uh, except for
- 32:09Speaker 6: what we brought up earlier, or yes, that was correct.
- 32:11Speaker 6: The first BAC was nineteen thirty eight point oh, that's.
- 32:16Speaker 5: That's almost generous.
- 32:18Speaker 4: It was down to the in the eighties and nineties,
- 32:19Speaker 4: the dropped it down to a point one.
- 32:20Speaker 5: Oh, and yeah, that's why we can't have nice.
- 32:22Speaker 6: And then it was in the year two thousand it
- 32:24Speaker 6: was the federal highway funding where they fed said we're
- 32:27Speaker 6: not going to give you any money unless you drop
- 32:29Speaker 6: it to point oh eight and that's when nationally I'll.
- 32:31Speaker 4: Pull That was in two thousand.
- 32:32Speaker 5: Yep, damn that like just so weird.
- 32:34Speaker 4: Really yeah, or get in Utah was point o eight
- 32:37Speaker 4: in the eighties, but everyone blew down to point o
- 32:39Speaker 4: eights in the year two thousand. What's a belief? What's
- 32:42Speaker 4: a belief that you have that most people disagree with,
- 32:44Speaker 4: Gina grad.
- 32:45Speaker 5: Not every hobby needs to be monetized. You could just
- 32:48Speaker 5: do something for the love of the game. I'm so
- 32:50Speaker 5: sick of everyone being like I got kind of good
- 32:51Speaker 5: at that. I think if we endroyed. Sylvie's like, no,
- 32:54Speaker 5: just shut up, just enjoy it, just give it as
- 32:56Speaker 5: a gift or work on whatever your craft is. But
- 32:58Speaker 5: you don't need to like suddenly try to be an
- 32:59Speaker 5: influencer in that space. Shut up and well, no, she
- 33:03Speaker 5: is a real Etsy shop, but when people are a
- 33:06Speaker 5: real one, yeah, hers is good.
- 33:07Speaker 10: I'm also not pimping it all the time. It's not
- 33:09Speaker 10: like like I made it.
- 33:10Speaker 6: It's there.
- 33:11Speaker 5: And also like I make crappy scarves and I give
- 33:13Speaker 5: them away. I'm not trying to sell this stuff. Like,
- 33:16Speaker 5: do just slow your role, have a hobby, stop trying
- 33:18Speaker 5: to make money.
- 33:18Speaker 4: I would to believe you have. Most people disagree with
- 33:20Speaker 4: h us up on the text over to two two
- 33:22Speaker 4: nine eighty seven. This one says that all relationships are transactional. Sure,
- 33:27Speaker 4: it's sad if you want to do it fact, but
- 33:30Speaker 4: it's true. Animals are as important as people. Yes, agreed,
- 33:35Speaker 4: that's again when you were a kid.
- 33:36Speaker 5: This wasn't the way dog houses existed for a reason.
- 33:40Speaker 4: I disagree. There is a there's a hierarchy, there's a
- 33:44Speaker 4: natural hierarchy.
- 33:45Speaker 6: I claim that it's it's actually fundamental to us. But
- 33:48Speaker 6: the problem is we're not having babies anymore, so we're
- 33:50Speaker 6: transferring all that energy into pets.
- 33:52Speaker 4: Yeah, ghosting anyone, Ghosting anyone any gender is just straight
- 33:56Speaker 4: up immature.
- 33:57Speaker 5: Sure.
- 33:57Speaker 4: Yeah, the harder you work, the more you work, the
- 33:59Speaker 4: more you'll be given without reward. It's something I notice everywhere. Yeah,
- 34:04Speaker 4: all right, women can say that they prefer tall men
- 34:07Speaker 4: or don't like bald men without anyone questioning them. As
- 34:10Speaker 4: soon as I say I'm not attracted to a best
- 34:12Speaker 4: women though. Classic that's true, the end of it. That
- 34:16Speaker 4: is true. All right, whatever yours is, hit us up
- 34:18Speaker 4: on the text over to two two nine eight seven
- 34:21Speaker 4: more what you showed next? Second show?
- 34:25Speaker 6: Right back.
- 34:28Speaker 4: There, Suck.
- 34:32Speaker 3: Suck Show.
- 34:38Speaker 4: It's another new hour insensitivity training for a politically correct world.
- 34:43Speaker 4: Woody grang minutes. Yeah, Gina Grad, phone's open eight seven
- 34:48Speaker 4: seven forty four, Woodie, you can text us check in
- 34:53Speaker 4: two two nine eight seven. We are checking in with
- 34:56Speaker 4: Gina Grad. She's got the trending news headlines.
- 34:59Speaker 5: The Supreme the Court stepped in at the last minute
- 35:02Speaker 5: and temporarily blocked a ruling that would have made it
- 35:04Speaker 5: harder to get the abortion pill, especially by mail. That
- 35:07Speaker 5: lower court decision would have forced people to pick it
- 35:09Speaker 5: up in person and follow stricter rules. But the Supreme
- 35:12Speaker 5: Court put a little pause on that on those changes
- 35:14Speaker 5: for right now. And this all comes from a lawsuit
- 35:17Speaker 5: out of Louisiana challenging how the Food and Drug Administration
- 35:20Speaker 5: allows it to be distributed. So for now, nothing changes.
- 35:24Speaker 5: People can still get the pill the same way as before,
- 35:26Speaker 5: but the court hasn't made a final decision yet, so
- 35:29Speaker 5: that change could be up in the air.
- 35:30Speaker 4: I had a question, Yeah, so the abortion pill, I
- 35:35Speaker 4: don't know what that's that's different than the morning after pill,
- 35:38Speaker 4: right I plan B.
- 35:40Speaker 2: I thought they were the same. But that's why I'm
- 35:42Speaker 2: asking questions at somebody else I heard say the abortion pill.
- 35:46Speaker 2: And then there's the like reproductive health pill or something.
- 35:49Speaker 2: They just changed the.
- 35:50Speaker 4: Verbet Okay, So my question is like, so what exactly
- 35:54Speaker 4: does it do? Because in abortions, I got a pretty
- 35:57Speaker 4: intensely medical procedure this and accomplished the same thing with
- 36:01Speaker 4: just a pill.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Right.
- 36:01Speaker 5: Yeah, this says that can it'll terminate. It can terminate
- 36:05Speaker 5: pregnancies up to ten weeks.
- 36:07Speaker 4: Which is you know, okay, because I'm going to say, like,
- 36:11Speaker 4: who gets that through the mail? That's a strong ass pill.
- 36:13Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly taking a handful of birth control pills, I
- 36:15Speaker 5: would imagine.
- 36:16Speaker 10: All Right, So the pill is just like a forced
- 36:18Speaker 10: miscarriage essentially.
- 36:19Speaker 11: So if you take it early enough, depending on where
- 36:22Speaker 11: you are on the pregnancy, that's all you have to
- 36:23Speaker 11: do is take that pill.
- 36:24Speaker 5: Okay, But the Plan B is right after you have sex,
- 36:27Speaker 5: just in case, because that was my other question, literal
- 36:30Speaker 5: morning Oka, that was my other question, like who has
- 36:32Speaker 5: time for mail order?
- 36:36Speaker 4: Whoops? Condon broke or someone dumped one in me and
- 36:38Speaker 4: now it's like, you know, like I got to wait
- 36:40Speaker 4: a couple of days for the mail.
- 36:40Speaker 5: To get here Amazon Prime.
- 36:43Speaker 4: Do they have them in the first aid kit here
- 36:44Speaker 4: at work? Oh?
- 36:46Speaker 17: You know what, that's a great thought, min Yeah put
- 36:49Speaker 17: it that request because Plan B.
- 36:51Speaker 10: Is just over the counter and it just forces you
- 36:53Speaker 10: to get your period right away.
- 36:54Speaker 4: Yeah that's but I didn't. I'm like, Greg, like Plan
- 36:57Speaker 4: B and then whatever this is, is that the same thing?
- 37:00Speaker 2: It sounds like they're two different things, right, Greg, Like,
- 37:01Speaker 2: so the morning after pill is emergency contraception. It prevents pregnancy.
- 37:06Speaker 4: Within How much time can you take that?
- 37:08Speaker 2: Well?
- 37:09Speaker 4: Three days? Yeah, I mean you've got to take it.
- 37:11Speaker 4: Two to three days even seems.
- 37:12Speaker 2: Long, and it's not an abortion pill does not work
- 37:15Speaker 2: if pregnancy has already occurred, right, or if the.
- 37:18Speaker 17: Girl's ovulating, then there's really no point in taking it either.
- 37:21Speaker 4: But the Plan B you could take within two to
- 37:23Speaker 4: three days.
- 37:24Speaker 17: How long is yes, but you're supposed to take it
- 37:26Speaker 17: the ase app quicker the better.
- 37:29Speaker 2: It kind of sounds the same, but it does.
- 37:30Speaker 4: Doesn't that sound like a long time?
- 37:32Speaker 15: Now?
- 37:32Speaker 4: Two to three days? Yeah, from from time of spill to.
- 37:38Speaker 7: Days Morgan, let me man explain it to your So
- 37:41Speaker 7: the stronger one can you can take it up to
- 37:43Speaker 7: ten weeks? The ten weeks Yeah, that's the abortion pill. Yeah, right,
- 37:47Speaker 7: the stronger one, and then the Plan B you have
- 37:50Speaker 7: to take within three days.
- 37:51Speaker 17: Simple, thank you doctor. Menis yes, we just went over all.
- 37:57Speaker 5: That all right.
- 37:57Speaker 4: Hold On, Son is saying, yeah, is that it's kind
- 38:01Speaker 4: of the same thing. One is regular strength, the other
- 38:04Speaker 4: one's extra strength. It's the same active ingredients that I
- 38:08Speaker 4: don't know. Let me tell you it's done. Well, No,
- 38:10Speaker 4: that's my question. It's an honest question. Like, so it's
- 38:13Speaker 4: the same. It's the same medication basically, but stronger.
- 38:16Speaker 17: I don't know if it's the same. But what Plan
- 38:18Speaker 17: B does.
- 38:19Speaker 11: The intention of it is to force you to have
- 38:22Speaker 11: your period because sperm can live inside of a woman
- 38:25Speaker 11: for X period of time, So you're forced to have
- 38:28Speaker 11: your period so that the sperm cannot implant in the egg.
- 38:31Speaker 11: So it's to prevent pregnancy before it happens.
- 38:34Speaker 4: You get all these reproductive questions wrong. You seem to
- 38:36Speaker 4: know a lot about that.
- 38:37Speaker 5: I went to college.
- 38:39Speaker 4: We need to know.
- 38:40Speaker 5: And they are not the same pill at all.
- 38:43Speaker 10: Right, So plan will work if you are already pregnant, right, the.
- 38:47Speaker 2: Outcome is different. The abortion pill is when you're pregnant,
- 38:50Speaker 2: it's the abortion. The other one will present the pregnant.
- 38:53Speaker 4: Let me explain it to you.
- 38:56Speaker 5: Explanation from you birth control.
- 38:59Speaker 4: That's you've already led me astray once. I'm trying to understand.
- 39:02Speaker 17: I don't get how y'all aren't getting. Yeah, it's pretty simple.
- 39:04Speaker 5: I think they're getting. Now you get it, Okay, Now,
- 39:07Speaker 5: how did I lead this whole time?
- 39:09Speaker 4: Because you said it was the same thing. It's not
- 39:11Speaker 4: the same thing.
- 39:11Speaker 2: No, you said that. Now we were just questioning. They
- 39:14Speaker 2: sounded very similar.
- 39:16Speaker 4: And now we understand because I've heard plan b arning
- 39:20Speaker 4: after abortion pill, so I wanted to know what the
- 39:22Speaker 4: difference was.
- 39:23Speaker 2: Let the record show you don't learn by belittling. You
- 39:25Speaker 2: ask questions and then at the end you say.
- 39:27Speaker 4: Now we get get you.
- 39:29Speaker 9: Yes.
- 39:29Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 39:30Speaker 4: By the way, from the reminder, this weekend's Mother's Day,
- 39:34Speaker 4: speaking of nuts, which I was just right myself.
- 39:37Speaker 17: Don't forget the girls that aren't women, mothers that.
- 39:41Speaker 5: The girls aren't yet women. All right, Well, yesterday around
- 39:45Speaker 5: three thirty security Secret Service officers rather near the National
- 39:49Speaker 5: Mall in DC spotted this dude who looked like he
- 39:51Speaker 5: had a gun, and when they approached him, he ran.
- 39:54Speaker 5: Then he turned and he shot at the officers. During
- 39:56Speaker 5: the chase, agent shot back at him. He was taken
- 39:59Speaker 5: to the hospital and sadly this young bystander also injured,
- 40:02Speaker 5: but not seriously, which is great.
- 40:04Speaker 4: So apparently apparently they have this you know, like technology
- 40:09Speaker 4: with the surveillance cameras and stuff like when you put
- 40:12Speaker 4: your bag on the belt at the airport and it
- 40:15Speaker 4: brings up different images, you know, shapes and things get recognized.
- 40:19Speaker 4: That's how they figured that this guy had a gun,
- 40:21Speaker 4: so it was.
- 40:22Speaker 2: The shape of a gun.
- 40:22Speaker 4: So the plane clothes shaped. Yeah, the plane closed. Secret
- 40:25Speaker 4: Service people went up to him to approach him, and
- 40:27Speaker 4: that's what slick, right.
- 40:28Speaker 2: And when he started shooting, I think he hit a kid.
- 40:30Speaker 5: Yeah, that was the young bystander. Oh yeah, okay, Well,
- 40:33Speaker 5: the White House was locked down for a little bit,
- 40:35Speaker 5: even though this happened outside the main area, and officials
- 40:38Speaker 5: say that Vice President JD. Vance, his motor kid had
- 40:41Speaker 5: just passed by, but there was no indication that was
- 40:43Speaker 5: a target. We still don't know why this happened, so
- 40:45Speaker 5: of course they're investigating that. And the Thermis company is
- 40:49Speaker 5: voluntarily recalling more than eight million jars and bottles. And
- 40:53Speaker 5: by the way, Thermis is one of those words that
- 40:55Speaker 5: I thought meant thermis. I did not know that was
- 40:58Speaker 5: the brand name a band aid, kleenex exactly, according to
- 41:03Speaker 5: the recalled yeah, xerox exactly. I'm trying to think of others,
- 41:07Speaker 5: but those are the good ones.
- 41:08Speaker 9: Uh.
- 41:09Speaker 5: If food or drink are left in the container for
- 41:11Speaker 5: a long period of time, the top can quote forcefully
- 41:14Speaker 5: eject when open. All the containers that are being recalled
- 41:17Speaker 5: are each missing this little pressure relief valve in the
- 41:21Speaker 5: center of the stopper. Some of the stoppers have been
- 41:23Speaker 5: shooting out like rockets and have already caused permanent vision
- 41:27Speaker 5: loss to three people. They've d twenty four others. Yeah,
- 41:30Speaker 5: so Thermist is asking anyone with a bad container to
- 41:33Speaker 5: send them in for a replacement. But I guess you
- 41:35Speaker 5: wouldn't know until you had an eye put out, right, Yeah,
- 41:38Speaker 5: so be careful one exactly. Yeah, petroleum jelly.
- 41:44Speaker 2: Right, So what would a thermist be like just a
- 41:47Speaker 2: beverage container, a.
- 41:49Speaker 5: Temperature controlled container. That's a good question because I have
- 41:53Speaker 5: an icy one here in a hot hole here. Well,
- 41:55Speaker 5: a viral TikTok trend, and I'm so worried about our
- 41:58Speaker 5: kids specifically, would this trend involving that stupid squishy toy,
- 42:02Speaker 5: the needo, has led uh some kids to getting really
- 42:06Speaker 5: really bad burns. So this challenge is for kids to
- 42:09Speaker 5: freeze microwave. Yeah, challenge, challenge to the hospital.
- 42:13Speaker 4: It's not difficult to put anything in the microwave, exactly,
- 42:15Speaker 4: it's not a challenge.
- 42:16Speaker 5: Challenge, accept we challenge you. So when it's heated, it
- 42:20Speaker 5: gets all extra squishy. But also it can overheat, explode,
- 42:25Speaker 5: splatter like hot, gooey stuff all over your skin, cause
- 42:27Speaker 5: serious injuries. In one case, a kid was badly burned.
- 42:31Speaker 5: Of course, so the toy makers have already warned people
- 42:34Speaker 5: not to freeze it or heat it. But these damn kids, man,
- 42:37Speaker 5: they don't listen. They watch YouTube. And finally it's officially
- 42:41Speaker 5: the end of an era. You guys, jeeves asked Jeeves
- 42:45Speaker 5: ass dot com quietly shut down over the weekend. I know,
- 42:49Speaker 5: did we even know that? As Jeeves was.
- 42:50Speaker 4: Still happenings ago?
- 42:53Speaker 3: Right?
- 42:53Speaker 4: What about web crawler web crawler? I remember, we do
- 42:57Speaker 4: remember I remember that? Yeah, oh my god, before Google
- 43:00Speaker 4: and you'd go like on web crawler.
- 43:02Speaker 5: Yeah, no, oh do you remember bing?
- 43:05Speaker 4: I remember being thing was a thing was way after
- 43:08Speaker 4: web crawler. Web crawler was like, you know, kind of
- 43:10Speaker 4: mid to late nineties.
- 43:11Speaker 7: Oh I'm still forced to use being because of our
- 43:15Speaker 7: work computers. Oh my god, it's like the default. Yeah
- 43:18Speaker 7: really well, I said.
- 43:19Speaker 5: It to Google its owners over at Interactive course save that.
- 43:22Speaker 5: After twenty five years of answering questions, they officially closed
- 43:26Speaker 5: down the site and continue to quote sharpen their focus.
- 43:29Speaker 5: So I wonder where they're pivoting to They launched back
- 43:32Speaker 5: in ninety seven, one year before Google, by the way,
- 43:34Speaker 5: and was the world's first giant search engine. Jeeves also
- 43:38Speaker 5: came with natural language processing and had personality filled voice
- 43:42Speaker 5: and branding, which was something that was way ahead of
- 43:45Speaker 5: its time in the the nineties. People all over say
- 43:48Speaker 5: that the site closing feels like the true end of
- 43:50Speaker 5: an era. But I'm I'm just shocked that it was
- 43:53Speaker 5: still around. I literally did not know it's it was blown.
- 43:55Speaker 2: Away when it was first a thing.
- 43:57Speaker 5: Yeah, and then a little butler guy.
- 43:59Speaker 2: The little Butler Guy. They had a great ad campaign
- 44:01Speaker 2: where they're showing people using it, and they were asking Jeeves,
- 44:05Speaker 2: why don't I ever see baby pigeons? And I thought,
- 44:07Speaker 2: how would a computer? It was mind blowing. I here's
- 44:12Speaker 2: some other ones.
- 44:13Speaker 4: Band Aid, not a band aid, it's an adhesive bandage,
- 44:17Speaker 4: Q tip, chapstick, vel Crow, Oh, not what it is.
- 44:24Speaker 4: It's a hook and loop fastener. But vel Crow is
- 44:27Speaker 4: just like the brand name Photoshop. Yeah, you know Google,
- 44:33Speaker 4: speaking speaking of which Google it, yeah, power, PowerPoint, Jello,
- 44:39Speaker 4: you know it's not. Yeah, Tupperware, that's another one.
- 44:46Speaker 5: Brand Plastic that's a company.
- 44:48Speaker 4: It's not what it is.
- 44:49Speaker 5: Yeah, thermous thermos thermos so it's not really a thermos.
- 44:52Speaker 9: Guys.
- 44:53Speaker 5: Well that's what's going on with.
- 44:55Speaker 4: Thank you very much. Tina Grant got it. So educational,
- 44:58Speaker 4: always learning stuff.
- 44:59Speaker 2: What about frizz would that be one?
- 45:00Speaker 5: Oh good question? Yeah, flying disc or.
- 45:03Speaker 2: Flying disc probably.
- 45:09Speaker 4: Coming up later on today. Minute is gonna be at
- 45:11Speaker 4: the Taco Bell in Ontario? Well, I'm sure it's a
- 45:14Speaker 4: Taco Bell in Ontario. This is this is a new one.
- 45:17Speaker 4: It's on Ontario Mills Parkway. Yes, n it's awesome. So
- 45:21Speaker 4: it's one hour only, So if you're in Ontario or
- 45:24Speaker 4: in the area and you can make it out there
- 45:26Speaker 4: between two and three o'clock this afternoon, it's your chance
- 45:29Speaker 4: to win tacos for a year. Something told me that
- 45:33Speaker 4: they did this on purpose on a Taco Tuesday makes sense,
- 45:36Speaker 4: theme park tickets, concert tickets, and a whole bunch with menace.
- 45:39Speaker 4: It's this afternoon, two to three pm at the new
- 45:42Speaker 4: Taco Bell on Ontario Mills Parkway. There in Ontario. Ye
- 45:46Speaker 4: address and more information on the events tab of our website,
- 45:50Speaker 4: just go to the Woody show dot com.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Show.
- 45:55Speaker 4: So Greg was asking should he have called Homeland Security
- 46:00Speaker 4: on that SUV that he saw, right.
- 46:03Speaker 9: Uh.
- 46:04Speaker 4: Sea Bass is constantly calling the authorities, and now Gina's
- 46:09Speaker 4: got a question do uh along the same along the
- 46:12Speaker 4: same lines, Yeah, do you do you call?
- 46:15Speaker 9: Or when?
- 46:16Speaker 4: When do you call? Yeah? Yeah? And so you guys
- 46:18Speaker 4: can help us out with this. It throws I'm surrounded
- 46:21Speaker 4: by a ton of narcs.
- 46:22Speaker 5: Well, this was actually an this was emailed to me
- 46:26Speaker 5: and I really want to see what you guys think
- 46:28Speaker 5: about this. So this is the holy email, says Hey Gina.
- 46:32Speaker 5: I'll first out by saying that I'm a longtime listener,
- 46:34Speaker 5: never missed the show. Love you all, Thank you for
- 46:36Speaker 5: being a part of my day. Okay, anyway, I'm guessing
- 46:38Speaker 5: that no one's ever asked you this before, but because
- 46:40Speaker 5: you watch so much true crime, I wanted to get
- 46:42Speaker 5: your advice on something. I want to know, what are
- 46:45Speaker 5: the circumstances where you report a neighbor who might be
- 46:48Speaker 5: a murderer?
- 46:50Speaker 4: Might be might be?
- 46:51Speaker 5: Now listen, now, listen to the science. I know this
- 46:55Speaker 5: is a risky thing to do, but when I moved in,
- 46:57Speaker 5: I was really close to this older couple next door.
- 46:59Speaker 5: But over the past few months, I've only seen the husband.
- 47:02Speaker 5: Every time I ask where the wife is, he has
- 47:04Speaker 5: a new excuse, like she's out of town or she's
- 47:07Speaker 5: too sick to come to the door. And I should
- 47:09Speaker 5: add that he hasn't invited me into the house in
- 47:11Speaker 5: at least two months, and I used to go in
- 47:13Speaker 5: all the time. I really feel like I should let.
- 47:15Speaker 4: The cops know.
- 47:16Speaker 5: The couple is in their mid sixties and they've always
- 47:19Speaker 5: been really nice. But aren't those the one who end
- 47:21Speaker 5: up being murderers. People are really nice and sort of
- 47:23Speaker 5: keep to themselves. Any advice you have would be really helpful.
- 47:26Speaker 5: I don't want to overreact, but this is really starting
- 47:28Speaker 5: to freak me out.
- 47:29Speaker 4: You know that guy that'd be like Brad Dunn. He's
- 47:32Speaker 4: the reliant fitness guy. Oh he does like the gay
- 47:35Speaker 4: stuff Fridays.
- 47:35Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, oh yeah, yeah, like yo gay.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Okay, well yeah he had one. If you've called nine
- 47:41Speaker 4: to one one for anything other than a medical emergency, gay.
- 47:46Speaker 5: People who just.
- 47:47Speaker 4: Can't wait to call the cops for everything, Yeah, there's
- 47:50Speaker 4: making noise calling the cops.
- 47:51Speaker 5: Yeah that's it.
- 47:52Speaker 7: They want the glory of I found a murderer, But
- 47:55Speaker 7: I guarantee you what the issue is here. Is Yeah,
- 47:58Speaker 7: there's something wrong with the lady, like medical wise and
- 48:01Speaker 7: all people like they kind of don't talk about that stuff.
- 48:05Speaker 5: But sometimes she says she's out of town.
- 48:07Speaker 4: Yeah, because she just wants you to go away mind
- 48:10Speaker 4: your business. Yeah, okay, So I don't think it's a
- 48:13Speaker 4: glory thing. Oh I want glory. It's like I don't
- 48:16Speaker 4: think reaching you know.
- 48:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean if if my opinion is, I wouldn't
- 48:21Speaker 5: call the cops. If you're if this keeps going on
- 48:24Speaker 5: and it's freaking out, you could do it. Anonymous welfare check.
- 48:26Speaker 4: I think people are watching too much this true crime
- 48:29Speaker 4: craw maybe yeah, and now they think everything is like
- 48:32Speaker 4: this does sound like a movie, you know, like I
- 48:35Speaker 4: got these neighbors and.
- 48:36Speaker 2: They used to be so friendly.
- 48:37Speaker 5: Yeah, no, I only see one.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Where's Linda? You know it might be Linda's.
- 48:42Speaker 4: Probably not doing well and she just doesn't want people around.
- 48:46Speaker 11: Yeah, this person wouldn't have gone into the house again
- 48:48Speaker 11: because she's in there sick, So why would you want visitors?
- 48:50Speaker 17: That makes sense to me.
- 48:51Speaker 4: But also we're making up a story about what possibly
- 48:55Speaker 4: could be, whether she's been murdered, whether she's sick or whatever.
- 48:57Speaker 4: That's what she wants to know about you. Stay in
- 48:59Speaker 4: your house, do your thing. If you see people on
- 49:01Speaker 4: the way to the mailbox, you're taking the trash cans out. Hey,
- 49:03Speaker 4: what's up, Linda? How you doing?
- 49:05Speaker 6: Like?
- 49:05Speaker 4: Wave to them? Otherwise mind your business.
- 49:07Speaker 2: I have like a legit piece of advice. There's a
- 49:09Speaker 2: weird sess. Maybe just say when you see the husband,
- 49:12Speaker 2: because she still sees the husband not the wife. This
- 49:15Speaker 2: mysteriously missing.
- 49:16Speaker 9: What right?
- 49:17Speaker 2: Next time you see the husband getting the mail or outside,
- 49:20Speaker 2: just say to him, Hey, I spoke to your wife
- 49:23Speaker 2: a while back, and I have to ask her a
- 49:25Speaker 2: follow up question. Or I saw this TV show that
- 49:28Speaker 2: I know she would love. I don't have her phone number.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Let me call her. Can you give me her phone number?
- 49:32Speaker 2: And then see if she answers?
- 49:33Speaker 5: And then what if the answer from is just ask
- 49:35Speaker 5: me and I'll ask her.
- 49:37Speaker 2: Then good question. Just ask me and I'll ask her.
- 49:41Speaker 2: And then you say, look, Roger, why are you being
- 49:43Speaker 2: so cagey?
- 49:45Speaker 5: I want to see this body.
- 49:47Speaker 4: Also, maybe it's you. Maybe you did something and now
- 49:50Speaker 4: they don't want to associate with you anymore. Oh like
- 49:53Speaker 4: maybe this emailer, Yeah, maybe rubbed them the wrong way.
- 49:56Speaker 5: Yeah, the woman just doesn't come out of her house anymore.
- 49:59Speaker 4: Yeah, she doesn't want to see you.
- 50:01Speaker 5: Oh maybe, Yeah, I don't know. I'd say if you're
- 50:03Speaker 5: super super worried, you could do a wellness check. But also, yeah,
- 50:07Speaker 5: mind your business.
- 50:10Speaker 4: Just because people just because people keep to themselves or
- 50:13Speaker 4: you haven't seen them, or like you know, hearing weird
- 50:17Speaker 4: noises in the middle of the night, you see him
- 50:19Speaker 4: digging in, digging in the back, like those.
- 50:21Speaker 5: Are okay, but can you at least acknowledge that that's weird?
- 50:26Speaker 5: Like suddenly you just don't see her anymore.
- 50:29Speaker 4: Uh No, Because there's neighbors that we're friends with that
- 50:31Speaker 4: live across the street. Hal and Sarah very nice people.
- 50:35Speaker 4: I can't tell you the last time I saw them
- 50:38Speaker 4: even coming or going. But we're on different schedules obviously,
- 50:41Speaker 4: But you know, I don't think that they're dead or
- 50:43Speaker 4: have been murdered. You know, there's people sometimes you go
- 50:47Speaker 4: through like those stretches where even like a friend, like
- 50:50Speaker 4: you see a friend for you know, on a regular
- 50:53Speaker 4: and then all of a sudden you go through that
- 50:54Speaker 4: stretch where it's like, man, was the last time we
- 50:55Speaker 4: hung out.
- 50:55Speaker 5: It's that's true. The excuses that change are like a
- 51:02Speaker 5: lot of people do, think a wellness check is probably
- 51:04Speaker 5: the way to go.
- 51:05Speaker 2: I have neighbors as well. I socialize with them, but
- 51:07Speaker 2: I haven't seen the wife in years.
- 51:10Speaker 4: Oh really couldn't.
- 51:11Speaker 2: I could be standing next to her at the grocery
- 51:12Speaker 2: store and not know it's her. That's how I've forgotten
- 51:15Speaker 2: what she loves ABO. But I don't think she's so
- 51:16Speaker 2: why can't you say that to the husband. You see
- 51:18Speaker 2: the husband going, oh, hey, how's ginaw she done?
- 51:21Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 51:22Speaker 4: True, I haven't seen her in a minute. How's she done?
- 51:24Speaker 5: But Andy would be like, oh, she broke her face.
- 51:26Speaker 4: You don't need the cops coming in to ask that question.
- 51:29Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 51:29Speaker 5: I think the reason why she's why she's concerned is
- 51:32Speaker 5: because it sounds like one of them is. The excuse
- 51:34Speaker 5: always changes and she isn't allowed in the house anymore.
- 51:37Speaker 5: But like Sammy said, if I was sick, I wouldn't
- 51:38Speaker 5: want people in the house.
- 51:39Speaker 10: Either, right.
- 51:40Speaker 11: And I think that a welfare check is only really
- 51:42Speaker 11: necessary on people who live alone, or if there was
- 51:45Speaker 11: a situation where like this woman's not showing up to
- 51:48Speaker 11: work or somewhere daily, they'll call. I don't think this
- 51:50Speaker 11: is a neighbor responsibility because you could just be missing them.
- 51:53Speaker 5: Oh somebody else suggested what if she left him? And
- 51:57Speaker 5: he's like embarrassed.
- 51:59Speaker 4: That she like legit died, and he doesn't want to say, yeah.
- 52:03Speaker 9: I don't know.
- 52:03Speaker 5: Well, good luck to you, honey. I still think just
- 52:07Speaker 5: doing a quick little welfare check might make you feel better.
- 52:09Speaker 5: But other than that, I don't think there's anything you're
- 52:11Speaker 5: gonna be able to do.
- 52:12Speaker 4: I don't think there's any reason to escalate. Yeah, you know,
- 52:15Speaker 4: because what if she's there, everything's fine? You look nuts.
- 52:18Speaker 5: Yeah, also, and you also look.
- 52:20Speaker 4: More nosy, and if you really do like these people now,
- 52:23Speaker 4: it's like, oh, that's kind of weird. Watch you up
- 52:25Speaker 4: in my business.
- 52:25Speaker 5: Talk to the other neighbors, like, have you seen anything?
- 52:28Speaker 5: Or is that going to start too much gossip?
- 52:29Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 52:29Speaker 4: Yeah, hot goss.
- 52:32Speaker 2: That actual thing did happen across the street and one
- 52:34Speaker 2: house down for me, I see the husband all the time,
- 52:37Speaker 2: and I finally saw him and I said, I haven't
- 52:38Speaker 2: seen your wife in ages, and he said, yeah, she
- 52:41Speaker 2: left me.
- 52:43Speaker 4: It does happen, Yeah, it does happen. Good times. My
- 52:46Speaker 4: wife gets way too concerned about the other people in
- 52:49Speaker 4: the neighborhood. Like, she gets mad when you know people
- 52:52Speaker 4: don't wave people we don't even know, but like you're
- 52:55Speaker 4: driving down the street toward the house, like even before
- 52:58Speaker 4: you've turned onto your street, and someone's like walking with
- 53:01Speaker 4: the dog and you're driving by and you wave, they
- 53:03Speaker 4: don't wave back.
- 53:04Speaker 7: Like she gets mad, like yeah, why, I mean that
- 53:06Speaker 7: is weird that people don't wave back. But I wouldn't
- 53:07Speaker 7: get upset by it. I'm like, oh, what a weirdo.
- 53:10Speaker 4: I only I don't think twice about it. I don't know.
- 53:12Speaker 4: I'm probably the weird one. I guess I'm not gonna lie.
- 53:16Speaker 2: I side with your wife on that. If you're gonna
- 53:18Speaker 2: give a neighborly wave and they don't wave back, just.
- 53:21Speaker 4: I don't but just let people let people do.
- 53:23Speaker 2: You don't know that person. I wouldn't let it ruin
- 53:25Speaker 2: my day.
- 53:26Speaker 4: I mean, yeah, I want to ruin my day. They
- 53:27Speaker 4: would be on my list. I'm like, okay, so the
- 53:30Speaker 4: day your mental list.
- 53:32Speaker 2: Don't wave in that again.
- 53:33Speaker 4: Yeah right, not gonna mess with that person. She just
- 53:36Speaker 4: takes it too personally. I think, yeah, like yeah, it's
- 53:39Speaker 4: like they're going about their day, they're walking their dog.
- 53:41Speaker 4: They didn't wave back to you, random stranger driving behind
- 53:44Speaker 4: a car.
- 53:44Speaker 5: Yeah, who cares you are?
- 53:46Speaker 19: They might not notice a lot of times I don't
- 53:48Speaker 19: process till the person has already passed.
- 53:50Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 53:50Speaker 5: If you're like you have your head.
- 53:53Speaker 4: Morgan, I love you. Sorry, I couldn't know I was
- 53:55Speaker 4: texting guys wave instantly.
- 53:57Speaker 17: No, I don't.
- 53:57Speaker 19: If I'm walking the dog looking at whatever and someone
- 54:00Speaker 19: drives past the waves, I might not realize it until
- 54:03Speaker 19: they've already passed me.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Oh, I thought that was kind of just an instant.
- 54:08Speaker 2: Wait a minute, I think that guy five minutes.
- 54:10Speaker 5: Ago waves Why was he shaking his hand?
- 54:14Speaker 2: He must have been drawing it off.
- 54:17Speaker 9: All right.
- 54:18Speaker 5: Well, somebody suggested that maybe she's healing from plastic surgery. Yes,
- 54:24Speaker 5: more storylines, Yeah exactly, he's fans.
- 54:28Speaker 4: Failures. Well, there's a good chance to start that novel. Yeah, right, exactly,
- 54:34Speaker 4: Like all these stories you're making about this neighbor. What
- 54:36Speaker 4: could possibly have happened? Just start writing it all down,
- 54:38Speaker 4: Maybe a little blossom into something productive as opposed to
- 54:42Speaker 4: you know, she.
- 54:45Speaker 2: Could do what Shilah buff did in that movie. She
- 54:48Speaker 2: could set up cameras and microphones and just monitor the place.
- 54:51Speaker 2: What movie Suburbia or something not Suburbia, but.
- 54:55Speaker 17: I remember the movie, yeah.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Right, because he thought that the neighbor was a murderer.
- 54:59Speaker 4: He came out of I'll go yeah, all right, set
- 55:02Speaker 4: up an entire I didn't say, but a police officer
- 55:08Speaker 4: gave some advice. He says, just don't overly communicate with
- 55:11Speaker 4: your neighbors. It's not a good idea. So what would
- 55:15Speaker 4: you do? We're asking the audience. We've thoroughly flushed out
- 55:19Speaker 4: what we would do here, each individually in the room. Uh,
- 55:22Speaker 4: what would in that situation? What would you do? We'll
- 55:25Speaker 4: write back, Well, once we have a you know, some feedback. Yeah,
- 55:30Speaker 4: and then we'll write back to this person to help
- 55:31Speaker 4: them out.
- 55:32Speaker 6: Please.
- 55:32Speaker 4: Yeah. Wellness checks. We've seen people say that, like call
- 55:35Speaker 4: the police, tell them there's a rotten smell coming from
- 55:37Speaker 4: the house. Says why would a man let a woman
- 55:40Speaker 4: in the house and the wife isn't there. I'll hear you.
- 55:45Speaker 4: Waving is distracting when you're driving a deadly vehicle. I
- 55:48Speaker 4: hate when people distract me when I'm focusing on something dangerous.
- 55:51Speaker 4: You know you, Yeah, I'm going to err on the
- 55:53Speaker 4: side of caution.
- 55:54Speaker 2: You could be waving to Morgan and then instead just.
- 56:00Speaker 4: As we were talking about that whole, like Plan B.
- 56:03Speaker 4: What's the different between Plan B and then.
- 56:04Speaker 5: This abortion pill.
- 56:06Speaker 4: Yeah, it's not called the abortion pill.
- 56:08Speaker 5: Like nif step for a stone.
- 56:11Speaker 2: Are you six?
- 56:12Speaker 4: Okay, I've heard that. Yeah, yeah, I've heard.
- 56:14Speaker 2: I've heard that before, Honorious.
- 56:19Speaker 5: This is this is a weird story.
- 56:20Speaker 4: This pair of twins. They're in the news born from
- 56:26Speaker 4: different dads. They're twins, but different dads. So how can
- 56:32Speaker 4: they be twins technically, because isn't it like like it
- 56:35Speaker 4: gets fertilized then splits.
- 56:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I know.
- 56:38Speaker 11: That's only identical twins for eternal twins is when there
- 56:42Speaker 11: are two eggs that month inside the woman.
- 56:44Speaker 4: Yeah, now, Sammy coming in, Like, that's how you.
- 56:49Speaker 10: Can end up with a boy twin and a girl
- 56:51Speaker 10: twins because they're fraternal.
- 56:52Speaker 2: They're from the same dad.
- 56:53Speaker 7: Though, are we dealing with women with two utes? Because
- 56:56Speaker 7: that's happened before. They're now forty five years old. I'll
- 56:59Speaker 7: just read through the article here.
- 57:00Speaker 4: But just four years ago they had no idea they
- 57:03Speaker 4: had separate dads. They took a DNA test with a
- 57:06Speaker 4: genealogy firm, and those test results said that they were
- 57:09Speaker 4: definitely twins, grew together in the same womb, were born
- 57:14Speaker 4: from the same mom and delivered with immense of each other,
- 57:17Speaker 4: but somehow they were each fathered by somebody different.
- 57:20Speaker 5: That's crazy.
- 57:21Speaker 3: What a.
- 57:24Speaker 11: Yeah, Okay, So that's because she had sex with two
- 57:26Speaker 11: guys within a short period of time, and so she
- 57:29Speaker 11: had two eggs that month, as you would with the
- 57:31Speaker 11: fraternal twins, and sperm went into one fertilized it. She
- 57:34Speaker 11: had sex with another guy and the sperm went into
- 57:36Speaker 11: the other egg that she had that month and fertilized
- 57:39Speaker 11: that one as well.
- 57:39Speaker 4: God officials say that it's never happened before in the
- 57:43Speaker 4: recorded history there in the UK, but it does happen
- 57:46Speaker 4: in extremely rare cases.
- 57:47Speaker 5: Yeah, they said, like twenty cases worldwide.
- 57:49Speaker 4: It requires the string of perfect events to happen, and
- 57:52Speaker 4: there are nearly there were only twenty cases of this
- 57:56Speaker 4: that have been documented worldwide. Experts say that with the
- 58:01Speaker 4: rise of these, you know, the the ancestry DNA stuff,
- 58:05Speaker 4: that it's a it's a very strong possibility that more
- 58:07Speaker 4: of these cases could come to light. We just didn't
- 58:09Speaker 4: know in the next few years.
- 58:11Speaker 5: Wow, that's crazy. That's like the worst riddle like, okay,
- 58:16Speaker 5: we're twins, we have different us.
- 58:19Speaker 2: Well, that's so strange.
- 58:20Speaker 11: The main question is is they're like, Okay, well she
- 58:22Speaker 11: just roped someone into thinking he was the father.
- 58:25Speaker 10: She was having sex with someone else.
- 58:26Speaker 11: So was she married and cheating or was she just
- 58:30Speaker 11: someone who was having sex with multiple people and then
- 58:32Speaker 11: picked the one she wanted to be the father because
- 58:35Speaker 11: they clearly never had tests done.
- 58:40Speaker 2: I'd rather have a twin with a separate dad than
- 58:43Speaker 2: have one of those twins that's like growing on you.
- 58:48Speaker 2: You have teeth, like random hair popping out of you.
- 58:54Speaker 5: You absorbed him.
- 58:55Speaker 4: We mentioned before, it's it's weird to me when people
- 58:58Speaker 4: are identical twins. They insist on dressing the same. Yeah,
- 59:02Speaker 4: they like, we get it. Usually adults.
- 59:06Speaker 5: There's like convention where they do.
- 59:07Speaker 2: Guys get it twins, Yeah, getting. And then there are
- 59:11Speaker 2: identical twins who I think look nothing alike. There's this
- 59:15Speaker 2: one show on h G t V called Unsellable Houses
- 59:18Speaker 2: where these women like revamp houses in the Seattle area
- 59:22Speaker 2: and then they put them on the market. I didn't
- 59:24Speaker 2: even know they were sisters, and they're twin sisters, identical twins,
- 59:29Speaker 2: and they look I'm like, yeah, hold on, I thought
- 59:32Speaker 2: they were best friends and then yeah, I've seen I
- 59:34Speaker 2: was talking to my sister, I said, wait, they're sisters. No,
- 59:37Speaker 2: they're identical twin sisters.
- 59:40Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 59:42Speaker 10: And you know what else is weird? Mary, Kate and
- 59:44Speaker 10: Ashley are fraternal twins. They are not identical.
- 59:48Speaker 4: Mind crazy.
- 59:51Speaker 5: Now, how any of you ever wished you had an
- 59:53Speaker 5: identical twins?
- 59:54Speaker 15: Yes?
- 59:55Speaker 5: I would not want that, meaning I have enough issues,
- 59:58Speaker 5: like I don't want to be compared to when it
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: looks exactly like me.
- 1:00:01Speaker 2: I had a very weird jealousy growing up of anybody
- 1:00:05Speaker 2: who was an identical twin. Really just like a friend,
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: like a built in friend. They all had. They were
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: like best friends with their twin brother.
- 1:00:13Speaker 4: Isn't that a sibling? No, you're literally you're the same,
- 1:00:18Speaker 4: the same graide, you're doing the same stuff.
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: I think it would be like a built in best friend.
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: I think it'd be a weird thing where nobody could
- 1:00:25Speaker 4: tell you apart, like, you know, so do I exist?
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: Because this person keeps calling me by the other name.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: They don't even know, like who I am, Like I
- 1:00:32Speaker 4: am a separate person than this person, which is maybe
- 1:00:34Speaker 4: why they lean in the hole like they make it
- 1:00:36Speaker 4: just their identity. Well, and that's the other thing, it's
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: their whole idea. When you're an identical twin, like some
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: of these people, like the ones addressed the same, they
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: do all the same crap, they marry another set of
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: that's you know, it's like they make it their entire identity.
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: Yeah, but I think that's why when you're in the
- 1:00:52Speaker 5: rebellious stage. Like there were twins in our high school
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: that one was like preppy cheerleader, like the whole thing,
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: and the other one was super goth and always were black.
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: And I think that was just at least the gothschick's
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: way of separating herself.
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: Be true, we had these twins. One became the head cheerleader,
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: she was a good girl. The other one mega druggy. Yeah, rebellious.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: Well, I wonder what the conversation was like with the mom. Yeah,
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: like these twins, so him, uh, here's which one is
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: my dad?
- 1:01:23Speaker 18: You're a whore?
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: Forty four text us over to two two nine eight
- 1:01:30Speaker 4: seven more Woody shows.
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: Next right back.
- 1:01:38Speaker 17: I sold a pair of my dirty workout socks to
- 1:01:40Speaker 17: a foot creek.
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: Are you got paid?
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: And now you consider selling other wars.
- 1:01:53Speaker 17: Sammy, No, I'm just serious.
- 1:01:54Speaker 3: What you.
- 1:01:56Speaker 18: Shoe?
- 1:01:58Speaker 4: Have you ever been this drunk?
- 1:02:00Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: I know, Greg guys forty one year old guy in Florida.
- 1:02:05Speaker 4: He was having a good time. Multiple reports please recalled
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: guy drunk out of his mind, ripping off his clothes,
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: banging on plywood, and laying down in the middle of
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: the parking lot fun after he tried running in front
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: of some moving cars. The cops then stopped him and
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: they arrested him. They asked he asked for his phone
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: call so he can get a family member to come
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: help him out. The cops agree to that, So the
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: guy pulled off his shoe and started talking into it
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: like so yeah, they haled me.
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: He was slightly confused. YEA, yeah, I'd been that drunk. Yeah,
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: not off the closed thing though.
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: Not least until he gets back to the hotel room.
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: Although one time I did on a rooftop pool, end
- 1:02:46Speaker 2: up in the pool and I don't remember how I
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: got out of the pool or backs to the room
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: and how I got dressed. Yeah, I mean, I'm sure, Mario, sure, sure,
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: not embarrassing at all. No, We've had got many clips
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: of Greg just being mega trashed. Oh no, that's a
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: that's classic audio.
- 1:03:05Speaker 18: Yeah.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: In fact, you go to any what do you Show event,
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: chances are Greg Greg has now changed.
- 1:03:13Speaker 4: Yeah, Greg has now gotten out of his way to
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: control himself and did not really let loose.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: At a recent one that we all went to at
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: a brewery, I had half a beer the entire time time.
- 1:03:27Speaker 5: I had more than you.
- 1:03:29Speaker 4: Because I'm mortified about how I've acted it previously. Everyone loves.
- 1:03:32Speaker 4: But that's what people are there to see. The crowd
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: was there for that, Okay, right, drunk Greg. I think
- 1:03:40Speaker 4: they're looking to get Greg as what we call because
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: when Greg drinks those of you new to the show, yeah,
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: he goes straight. He starts getting really interested in boobs. Yeah,
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: straight and crop. Yeah, like inappropriate, that's what it is.
- 1:03:55Speaker 2: Embarrassed.
- 1:03:55Speaker 4: So we would have like chicks show up to our
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: events and they would say straight up to me like
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: I'm looking to get Gregg. Wow, it's ridiculous.
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: I can't do it anymore.
- 1:04:06Speaker 4: Don't want to dream that is Greg from a lot
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: of dudes.
- 1:04:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, just tell him you're gay, you know.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: See anything you want equals safe.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: Yeah, we just need to peer pressure him. But drugs
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: are fun.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: They are fun. It is funny.
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: If we don't have to drive somewhere, then I'm more
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: likely to do it. It depends. Some people are fun.
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: Other people, the combative people, I don't find them. A
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: lot of people cry God, yeah, I'll leave you where
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: you're standing out in my car. I'm not going to
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: stand around and talk to you when you're crying or
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: you're just being angry.
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: Like.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: I don't get those people that will like stand for that.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: I was like, I'll ghost you bye. Well, if you're
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: if it's a friend, family member, you're kind of stuck
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: with them. You came with them, you're stuck with them.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: But I think if you're hanging out.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: In the group, you're not stuck with you.
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: There. Yeah, that's true. Menster straight up left his wife. Yeah,
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: there you go. Yeah, when she's uh. That's how she
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: got the nicknames Spicy Nacho. Her name's Jessica, but she
- 1:05:03Speaker 4: got the nickname spicy Nacho because when she starts drinking,
- 1:05:06Speaker 4: she gets spicy and she gets like a little combative
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: and she starts talking smack, and I don't need to
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: be there. Straight up, you're an adult. Yeah, here's a
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: fun drunk.
- 1:05:16Speaker 9: Well, I was behind the bus.
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: This is the woman. She was on the news talking
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: to the news after she hit a school bus and
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: she was a little drunk.
- 1:05:26Speaker 9: Well, I was behind the bus and I accidentally hit
- 1:05:37Speaker 9: the Instead of hitting the break, I hit the.
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: Oh my gosh.
- 1:05:53Speaker 17: Yeah, Now that's why you drive with two feet people,
- 1:05:56Speaker 17: because you.
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: Don't get to mix up. Oh my god, and I
- 1:06:01Speaker 5: mean god bless them for allowing her to get that
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: one sentence out in ten minutes.
- 1:06:05Speaker 4: I think we got it there. This is well the
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: gold you get those people, then they're gonna go viral.
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: He has the news.
- 1:06:09Speaker 4: You're just like, oh, she's talking to us.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: This is the best.
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: Should we get you something for the store, like a viral?
- 1:06:16Speaker 4: This is here's another one being guys on the news.
- 1:06:19Speaker 4: Random drunk dude just walks on up to the TV
- 1:06:21Speaker 4: news reporter. It's a show any pig attitude.
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: You're gonna do something because you work at Arsenal and
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: you gotta Mercedes bands.
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: You ain't gonna walk every day, so you're gonna get out.
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: And that as.
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: Everybody. Yeah, that guy got remixed a lot. Oh yeah,
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: that guy with the classic another guy for seemed well
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: some Yeah, there was a person's a neighbor's house that
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: was on fire.
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: Oh, and he saved the day.
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: At least it was his house. It was his house. Yeah,
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: lying through through the wall and I said, look at
- 1:07:11Speaker 4: the house is on fire.
- 1:07:13Speaker 18: Forget I knew it.
- 1:07:19Speaker 4: Had a few beers. Is that because of the trying
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: to forget the fire?
- 1:07:25Speaker 18: I lived here my whole freaking life. I lived here
- 1:07:30Speaker 18: almost my whole life, buddy, And you know I have
- 1:07:37Speaker 18: some bad things to say about those people.
- 1:07:42Speaker 4: Next door, Toss. Do you think you're lucky to be
- 1:07:44Speaker 4: alive today?
- 1:07:47Speaker 3: No?
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: No, because I'm freaking smart.
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: Yeah, you sure was anyone else expecting him at the
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: beginning to say suffering scotash like furf the criers like.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: How do you not wake up the next day? And
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: to be super depressed on how you act it.
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: Because you probably forgot if you know what I'm saying.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: Oh God now has lived their entire lives, every living
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: person so far. Yeah, he had a very poignant.
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: Happy birthday.
- 1:08:20Speaker 15: If I had one wish for you, it would be
- 1:08:24Speaker 15: stop saying that's what I've been saying. When you think
- 1:08:29Speaker 15: that changed the name to meta because of the metaverse,
- 1:08:34Speaker 15: and you go, oh, that what I've been saying, that's
- 1:08:38Speaker 15: what mother, Mark, the whole world has been saying. You're like, oh,
- 1:08:45Speaker 15: when it comes to sucks by low so high, No
- 1:08:50Speaker 15: you mother, that's what everybody's been.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: Saying, saying that person right there in that clip, very
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: angry and mean, but valid point.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: I never said anything about the med verse or in
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: the Bible. Cell high thing is just a you know,
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: being sarcastic. Here's Greg, get another meetup that we had too. Okay, now,
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: on a scale one to ten, how turned up? Do
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: you think you are?
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: Like a fourteen?
- 1:09:17Speaker 20: Any any thoughts that you'd like to share with anybody
- 1:09:19Speaker 20: that you wouldn't normally sober that I wouldn't normally share. Yes,
- 1:09:24Speaker 20: I don't give a. I don't give a. I don't
- 1:09:28Speaker 20: I don't give You.
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: Can make a song out of that. They should make
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: a song. Yeah, somebody did make a song out of that. Actually,
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: we're here with great Gorg good morning.
- 1:09:37Speaker 20: Woulding any thoughts that would like to share with anybody
- 1:09:39Speaker 20: that you wouldn't normally sober that I wouldn't normally share.
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: I don't give a.
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: I don't give a. I don't I don't I don't
- 1:09:47Speaker 4: give a. I don't give a. I don't give a
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: I don't, I don't. I don't give how many drinks
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: have you had this? Even like four hundred and seventy two,
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: four hundred and seven. I don't give him. I don't
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: give him.
- 1:10:05Speaker 18: I don't.
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: I don't give him. I don't give him. I don't
- 1:10:09Speaker 4: give them.
- 1:10:10Speaker 21: Song originally Menace, big shot, big shot, Yeah, penis eleven,
- 1:10:21Speaker 21: what a drunken.
- 1:10:22Speaker 9: Leg so fun?
- 1:10:25Speaker 5: It sounds super fun. I'm so sorry I missed it,
- 1:10:28Speaker 5: but you seem genuinely disturbed by it.
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: It's so embarrassing. The weird thing about that night is
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: I would normally be blacked out. I'm not gonna lie,
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: and I wouldn't have remembered it, but I remember it
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: like it was yesterday. Woody and I were in the
- 1:10:41Speaker 2: bathroom and we were using the urinal and I was
- 1:10:44Speaker 2: using my head against the wall to stand up. My
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: head up against the wall, and then this particular bar
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: was below ground level. It was based like a basement bar,
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: and I would still be there today, had would he not. Essentially,
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: he didn't.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Carry me up the stairs, but I kind of did,
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: like a fireman's like, what do you call that?
- 1:11:03Speaker 2: A fire like? I like, yeah, out physical building.
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: I got him, I got him out of the building,
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: help him up the stairs.
- 1:11:12Speaker 2: And then there was another time I got super wasted
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: and wood he came to the rescue because I was
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: hosting that barbecue and I forgot to barbecue anything and
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: everybody would have starved his death. But what he did,
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: all the grilling, all day long.
- 1:11:27Speaker 5: Guy was frash party was too good.
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: Before we before we wrap up this whole thing about
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: fun drunks, Now I got Medic's favorite clip of all time,
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: Menas loves this guy. This guy was drunk. He's talking
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: to the cops. The cops are questioning him.
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: Were required to take chemical or physical breadst Hey my
- 1:11:46Speaker 6: nuts did?
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: Menace loves Yeah?
- 1:11:49Speaker 5: This guy is awesome.
- 1:11:51Speaker 4: Yeah, he's like hey man, because he's handcuffed, got jockey.
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: It's going above and beyond the job description.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: He's handcuffed and his nuts are dropping him at.
- 1:12:02Speaker 7: The itch.
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: If you refuse to take chemicalspect from.
- 1:12:07Speaker 18: Going no, no, I don't.
- 1:12:08Speaker 6: Do you understand, your driving privileges will be suspended for
- 1:12:12Speaker 6: one year for a first refusal.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: In eighteen months if you have previously refused. Additionally, yours
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: that they fun are you now?
- 1:12:29Speaker 7: Are you going to submit the testing.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: No, okay, okay, you do your commentating as we're not
- 1:12:37Speaker 4: going to dress for that. No, we're not going to
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: do that physic can what about me?
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: Can I?
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: You're not gonna do it for me?
- 1:12:45Speaker 9: Can I do?
- 1:12:46Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: What do you say? That would be torture jockey man? Yeah,
- 1:12:50Speaker 4: all your handcuff and you can't reach down there? The
- 1:12:54Speaker 4: show are menace? You ready? Yes? Always? Okay, So these
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: are the toughest words to pronounce. Okay, I this this
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: could just this could just be fun. Words are my forte?
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: Words are not his forte.
- 1:13:12Speaker 2: Although, and I'm not even being remotely sarcastic, it seems
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: like lately, and by lately I mean the last couple
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: of weeks, it seems like you have a bigger interest
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: in vocabulary. If you were using some words, what did
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: you use the Oh, you use the word elusive like
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: NaN's just said elusive hyperbole, and then you were looking
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: for other ways to say elusive. And then an hour
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: later you said, oh, it's my white whale, And I
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: was like, look at you being all into vocabulary.
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: Well, it was just I don't know. I was like,
- 1:13:44Speaker 4: I know, there's another word for this. Yeah, I'm menas.
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: I'm gonna show you a word and then you pronounce it. Okay,
- 1:13:50Speaker 4: all right, it's I got my almost like flash card
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: style here, okay, ready, I meant it's the first word.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: And then if you're listening, I know you can't see
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: the word, but let's see if we can. Is it
- 1:13:59Speaker 4: croissant crouissant? But that's not the proper pronunciation.
- 1:14:04Speaker 7: Croissant, croissant croissant, that's the that's the proper pronunciation.
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: Some croissant. All right, close enough, I want a ham
- 1:14:16Speaker 4: and cheese croissant again. Again, these are the toughest word
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: to put down, so not just for menace, but in
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: general for people. This according to Google, by the way,
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: they know a thing or two. All right, what about
- 1:14:27Speaker 4: this one menace?
- 1:14:32Speaker 7: Because I've had to read a lot of commercials that say,
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: and it's very popular.
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: Schedule.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: Wow, these are easy.
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: Or if you're British, what is it schedule?
- 1:14:48Speaker 4: Here's another one?
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: Uh noise.
- 1:14:56Speaker 4: From Greg because he corrects everybody. You know it's Porsche
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: al right, next one. Ready, Yes, this is one of
- 1:15:04Speaker 4: the toughest words to pronounce for most people.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: Well, I like that word.
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: Greer, greer, greer, uh g E n R E. For
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: those of you listening at home generaly genery, Uh do you.
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: Want to hint? Yes, like, oh, what kind of this
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: movie is in?
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: What genre?
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: There you go?
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: Damn?
- 1:15:28Speaker 4: All right, got it? Genre?
- 1:15:31Speaker 2: Genre?
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: Genre? General career? How this way? Uh? Gyroscope? Gyroscope? Alright, menace,

- 1:19:59Speaker 4: If you have multiple things to do, tasks.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of like texts.
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: In college, for like a speech class, we had to
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: memorize this long tongue twister is when does the wristwatch

- 1:20:49Speaker 11: I say Oregon and I say Nevada.
- 1:20:55Speaker 4: A couple of people on the text saying Benjamin like
- 1:20:58Speaker 4: the name Benjamin in German ben German architecture February. These
- 1:21:05Speaker 4: are all ones that the people are hitting this up
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: with residual residual residual residual, sam You'll get a residual
- 1:21:14Speaker 4: regigualig residual residual Sammy, how do you say this word?
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: I'm going to push this.
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: Right here?
- 1:21:22Speaker 5: What is this off?

- 1:21:49Speaker 4: My sister pillow.
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: A lot of people that do.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: Once my head hits the pillow, drink some melk.
- 1:21:56Speaker 5: Milk is a big one.
- 1:21:57Speaker 4: Milk milk. But sometimes is just fun to say it wrong.

- 1:22:41Speaker 5: That one's so hard to Arnold Palmer.
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: The one that I had the hardest time until I
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: don't know what it was. I think I just kind
- 1:22:47Speaker 4: of broke it down was caricature. Oh that's character, sure,
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: Like you know, people draw the head's super huge, but
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: the body of the cartoon a caricature, characterture, care ricature, caricterture, caricature.
- 1:23:04Speaker 4: So I'd like break it down the same way they can.
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: I remember in school, like very early, you know, elementary
- 1:23:09Speaker 4: school was like learning how to spell different things together.
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: And the trick was we went to get her together.
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: We went to get her together, to get her and yeah,
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: to this day, if I'm like, I'm like, oh, well
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: that's it.
- 1:23:27Speaker 5: Yay.
- 1:23:27Speaker 7: I's been a lot of help where I'll play back
- 1:23:30Speaker 7: audio and go, am I saying this right? And they go, no,
- 1:23:33Speaker 7: you need to say it this way, and then they'll
- 1:23:34Speaker 7: like break it down and you know, try to pronounce
- 1:23:37Speaker 7: it this way, and then I'll try it like a
- 1:23:40Speaker 7: hundred times and they go, Okay, you finally got it right.
- 1:23:43Speaker 9: You know.
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: The most common one of the most common things that
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: people get wrong menace you do this. They'll say library
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: as library library, which menace says all the time library library. Yeah,
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: like there's a blueberry, a strawberry a.
- 1:23:58Speaker 7: Librarybody stopped saying correctly library library library, okay, library library.
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: Yeah. There's some other things that people get wrong to,
- 1:24:11Speaker 4: like words and phrases that you've been mispronouncing. I mean
- 1:24:15Speaker 4: there's a thing like oh, take it for granite, right,
- 1:24:18Speaker 4: you know, which is like like the stone granite, like
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: you no, it's granted this granted it kind of butchered that, Yeah,

- 1:26:21Speaker 4: really well, thank you, and then we'll have a menace
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: word of the day here in just a minute. Some
- 1:26:26Speaker 4: other words and phrases that people get wrong. People will
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: say instead of dog eat dog, they say it's a doggy.
- 1:26:34Speaker 5: Dog world, doggy dog snoop dog like.
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: Snoop doggie dog. Yeah, that's incorrect, and we're just living
- 1:26:40Speaker 4: in it, you guys.
- 1:26:41Speaker 15: Right.
- 1:26:42Speaker 4: Uh, they'll say chester drawers instead of chest of drawers.
- 1:26:47Speaker 4: I don't know that level of special chest put that
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: in the Chester draws, don't. I don't know. I mean
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: named after a chest chest drawers.
- 1:26:55Speaker 5: Like a like a chest, like a like a bureau
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: or something.
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: Yeah, like picture a piece of nurture menace, right, you
- 1:27:01Speaker 4: would call it just probably a dresser. Yeah right, But
- 1:27:06Speaker 4: people will say, oh, it's a Chester drawers. That's pretty stupid.

- 1:27:21Speaker 4: thing if I'm sitting in a in a chair and
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: there's a separate piece of furniture that that is meant
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: for me to put my feet on, like it's usually
- 1:27:31Speaker 4: sitting in front of the chair.
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: What is that?
- 1:27:35Speaker 4: An automan? An ottoman?
- 1:27:37Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:27:38Speaker 4: Yeah, people say automant. Yeah, that's the most common way
- 1:27:42Speaker 4: that people butcher that one. They're not refined. Did you
- 1:27:44Speaker 4: know that?
- 1:27:45Speaker 5: Did you know what it was called?
- 1:27:47Speaker 17: Okay, all right, I'm getting a new one thanks to Greg.

- 1:28:25Speaker 7: I thought that was people mispronouncing hyperbolic.
- 1:28:28Speaker 6: Oh you know what I heard for the first time
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: since maybe the nineties, I heard someone say gyro like onnronically,
- 1:28:34Speaker 6: I say giro.
- 1:28:36Speaker 4: I hear both, and I think that's more of a
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: common that like, yeah, it's not but people I think
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: never heard the other way.
- 1:28:42Speaker 6: If you're just how it's spelled, yeah, that's what I'm
- 1:28:44Speaker 6: saying is I think a lot of that went away
- 1:28:46Speaker 6: just because we have audio. Like remember where it used
- 1:28:49Speaker 6: to be that there was an argument in my house
- 1:28:51Speaker 6: whoever it was Mario or Mario because it was printed
- 1:28:54Speaker 6: and no one ever seen it or heard it. If

- 1:28:58Speaker 4: But like the this is not a common one, but
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: it's on menus Italian place, the potato pasta. Oh yeahoke yoke,
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: that's how you're supposed to say. People saynch. It's not nch.
- 1:29:15Speaker 9: It's like.
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: Say correctly one more time.
- 1:29:23Speaker 5: Close, it's close to thenoch one that Greg and I
- 1:29:26Speaker 5: hate that we see spelled all the time, uh minnesua.
- 1:29:30Speaker 5: The word is like could have? What is that a
- 1:29:33Speaker 5: contraction of what?
- 1:29:34Speaker 4: Could have have?
- 1:29:35Speaker 9: What is it?
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: Could have have?
- 1:29:37Speaker 5: Could have?
- 1:29:37Speaker 4: Could have have? Yeah? Could have is basically short shortened
- 1:29:41Speaker 4: four could have have, could have? Could have?
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: Greg and I crazy man? Could of could I should have?
- 1:29:50Speaker 9: I could of not?
- 1:29:52Speaker 5: I should have I could have.
- 1:29:55Speaker 2: Of Yeah. And then in junior year in high school,
- 1:29:58Speaker 2: I had to take chemistry and I would read the
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: word I never heard it out loud infra red light,
- 1:30:03Speaker 2: and all through junior era, I thought, I've never heard
- 1:30:06Speaker 2: of infrared light light and I felt like I don't understand.
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: This was before computer When you get things from other people,
- 1:30:18Speaker 4: like maybe had an older sibling of this, you know whatever,
- 1:30:21Speaker 4: you have an older brother menace and they give you
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: their stuff. Those are hand me downs, hand me downs.
- 1:30:26Speaker 4: A lot of people say hammy downs, hand me downs.
- 1:30:31Speaker 2: Kindergarten.
- 1:30:33Speaker 4: Yeah, albeit all bite, all bite, that's a good word.
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: I'll bite blah blah blah, like no, no, it's albeit.
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: Do you hear a lot of people say for all
- 1:30:42Speaker 5: intensive purposes?
- 1:30:43Speaker 4: Yeah? I mean is this like all intent? And I
- 1:30:47Speaker 4: have an intent? All intent and you didn't know that.
- 1:30:52Speaker 17: I would have said that wrong.
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: Yeah, intense and purposes just like.
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: Well if anything, it's like, you know, everybody's got something.
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: You're not alone.
- 1:31:02Speaker 5: Yeah, you just hear it. It's going fast.
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: I mean, we all can't be sea basketball can't be perfect.
- 1:31:06Speaker 4: Sometimes you just like you try to think about the
- 1:31:07Speaker 4: words that are coming out of your mouth. No, no, never.
- 1:31:12Speaker 9: The day.
- 1:31:14Speaker 6: A degree of difficulty here, Morgan, if you want to
- 1:31:16Speaker 6: pass that thing next over toward menace o this thing, Yes,
- 1:31:20Speaker 6: that thing that smells like the pepper and the pizza.
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: It's better goods from the market. We do like the
- 1:31:31Speaker 4: better goods.
- 1:31:32Speaker 6: It's been well, it's number one is going to distract him,
- 1:31:34Speaker 6: but number two it's your reward for when you're done.
- 1:31:36Speaker 4: Oh again, you can't just you can't effort. Yeah, you
- 1:31:42Speaker 4: can't just rush it. Sometimes he gives up because he
- 1:31:43Speaker 4: gets fresh first for first.
- 1:31:46Speaker 2: Although we should not help him along the way on
- 1:31:48Speaker 2: this one, because I think we could be here all day.
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: Okay, this is a good one, all right. Today's word? Yeah,
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: all right, So Menace has the ward of the day calendar,
- 1:31:58Speaker 4: the page from the calendar. It's got the word, it's
- 1:31:59Speaker 4: got the pronunciation guy as it calls it, it's got
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: the definitions, and it's used in a sentence in Menace.
- 1:32:06Speaker 4: What is today's word of the day? Uh, cataclysm? Cataclysm? Okay,
- 1:32:14Speaker 4: that's almost a word. Colonialism, colonialism. That a lot sort
- 1:32:20Speaker 4: of uh coloquism, caloquism. I'm sure people listening know what
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: the word is. C O L L O q U
- 1:32:33Speaker 4: I A L I S M is a colonialsm like colonialism?
- 1:32:39Speaker 4: What what what would that be? Wait? I mean people

- 1:33:10Speaker 7: Regional Let me see what it says here. I mean
- 1:33:12Speaker 7: the pronunciation guide is hieroglyphics, so it.
- 1:33:15Speaker 4: Makes kip into the definitions. Yeah, see a local or
- 1:33:20Speaker 4: regional dialect expression.
- 1:33:22Speaker 7: Ok yeah, Okay, colonialism I don't know, using a sarcastic
- 1:33:29Speaker 7: or familiar and informal.
- 1:33:32Speaker 4: What he's trying to Yeah, he's trying to use that
- 1:33:34Speaker 4: to figure out characters.
- 1:33:36Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, it's characteristic, it's characteristic, familiar information, Okay, Colonial style.
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: Greig, you're so close by us? What are we saying it?
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: Colloquialism, colloquially what, colloquialism, colloquialism, kelly.
- 1:34:00Speaker 23: Quo colloquialism, need like silent, Yeah, I need Greg just
- 1:34:11Speaker 23: to say it correctly so I can repeat it.
- 1:34:13Speaker 13: Colloquialism, quoqualism, colloquialism, quoquialism, call low qualism, quokism.
- 1:34:27Speaker 4: Got it? Now, what about the definition that is? Okay,
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: I did all the definitions. I will say, let's go
- 1:34:34Speaker 4: to the sentence.
- 1:34:35Speaker 7: No, No, it's because you okay, local our regional dialect
- 1:34:38Speaker 7: expression use in a charrist characteristic or familiar and informal conversation.
- 1:34:47Speaker 4: And then the third one is colloquial.
- 1:34:50Speaker 7: Style style colloquial style okay, used in a sentence, okay,
- 1:34:55Speaker 7: in a sense, in a remarkable manifestation.
- 1:34:58Speaker 2: Or of sorry, of.
- 1:35:03Speaker 4: Uh nor curl intertem in criminalization two words. It's just
- 1:35:13Speaker 4: just for fun, just for fun, just for fun. Those
- 1:35:17Speaker 4: two words. Uh, no cridinal inter mister, nocturnal indiscrimination was
- 1:35:28Speaker 4: trying to get when was the last one? Indiscrimination?
- 1:35:32Speaker 7: Indiscrimination Like someone was being men's will only exchange in
- 1:35:38Speaker 7: bed bed charmer Congress with a gold Jesus bed chamber,
- 1:35:45Speaker 7: bed chamber.
- 1:35:46Speaker 4: I don't even know that bed chamber Congress.
- 1:35:48Speaker 7: With with uh with a corporalent conversation, glamorous companion clambras, Dude,
- 1:36:06Speaker 7: this sounds crazy, dog dog.
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: What corpulated clamorous companion, corporalis?
- 1:36:15Speaker 7: I can't say corpulist, corpulent, corpulent, corpulent, other words for
- 1:36:20Speaker 7: fat Oh, I didn't know that, like being of but
- 1:36:23Speaker 7: the body.
- 1:36:23Speaker 4: Corpse of the body? Uh, where where are we going? Okay?
- 1:36:27Speaker 7: Who goes by the applicantation of mc boop sweat a ka,
- 1:36:34Speaker 7: dumbass tyler who was clamorous got to do.
- 1:36:42Speaker 5: I'm going to refer to sex from now on his
- 1:36:43Speaker 5: bed chamber of congress chamber Congress.
- 1:36:46Speaker 4: He skipped the parenthetical which he actually used the word
- 1:36:49Speaker 4: of the day. Okay, Greg, just do it. You know
- 1:36:52Speaker 4: what the whole sentence, the whole sentence.
- 1:36:56Speaker 2: In a remarkable manifestation of nocturnal indiscrimination menace Ingley engaged
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: in bed chamber of Congress with a corpulent companion who
- 1:37:04Speaker 2: goes by the appellation of mc boopsway a k A
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: dumbass tyler who was indubitably clamorous.
- 1:37:11Speaker 6: Geez, that's if there's a parathetical that we missed called
- 1:37:14Speaker 6: hitting the hate to use a colloquialism, It wasn't.
- 1:37:17Speaker 4: It's you got got the wrong version. Okay, okay, damn
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: there there's there's menaces word.
- 1:37:22Speaker 5: At the day something.
- 1:37:24Speaker 4: Oh pizza, menace.
- 1:37:26Speaker 7: That was so.
- 1:37:28Speaker 4: Thank you got it. I'm gonna enjoy some pizza though.
- 1:37:31Speaker 4: Oh yeah, enjoy your pizza. There, you got a butter
- 1:37:34Speaker 4: fright delicious. We're gonna take a break. There's there's more
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: to learn more what he showed next. Hang on, we'll
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: be right, We'll be right, We'll be right back.
- 1:37:44Speaker 3: Wow.
- 1:37:45Speaker 18: Now I feel like an idiot costing me all these questions.
- 1:37:49Speaker 19: Hamer is not there?
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: All right? Well, I want to get an update. Sea
- 1:37:58Speaker 4: Bass has talked mac on teachers for many, many years.
- 1:38:03Speaker 4: Do you want to clarify your positions?
- 1:38:05Speaker 9: And I'm not.
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: I didn't just come out of nowhere with this.
- 1:38:07Speaker 6: I simply pushed back against a quite frankly an incorrect
- 1:38:11Speaker 6: narrative and hyperbolic narrative, as Menace would say, especially during
- 1:38:15Speaker 6: the pandemic. It was and I locked by these places
- 1:38:18Speaker 6: that had big banners out front that suddenly said heroes
- 1:38:21Speaker 6: work here, right.
- 1:38:23Speaker 2: You loved those, right.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: I was like, well, you're not a hero. You're a
- 1:38:26Speaker 4: second grade teacher. You're a babysitner. But they were attaching
- 1:38:30Speaker 4: hero to everything behind that truck, but a delivery band
- 1:38:33Speaker 4: that said delivery hero right right.
- 1:38:35Speaker 6: And it's but especially teachers like and number one teaching
- 1:38:38Speaker 6: second grader or any any up up till really until college.
- 1:38:41Speaker 6: And even then some it's quite easy, like as the
- 1:38:44Speaker 6: old nor McDonald joke says, all you gotta do is
- 1:38:47Speaker 6: he's third graders, is be in.
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: The fourth grade, even high school. I was school teachers like,
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: it's pretty It's like the colors and shapes and things
- 1:38:55Speaker 4: like that. I mean, this seems pretty pretty easy, right,
- 1:38:58Speaker 4: But so is especially you're not there's anything like algebra,
- 1:39:01Speaker 4: calculus that's well that once you've done it, it's easy,
- 1:39:03Speaker 4: chemistry easy, once you've done it.
- 1:39:05Speaker 6: We're not taking we're not taking you know, Joe blow
- 1:39:07Speaker 6: off of the line of dairy queen and having him
- 1:39:09Speaker 6: teach calculus. These are guys who've done it their whole life,
- 1:39:11Speaker 6: and it's these are simple concepts to them. So I said,
- 1:39:15Speaker 6: you know, it's pretty damn easy. And then, of course,
- 1:39:18Speaker 6: because that's the narrative.
- 1:39:19Speaker 5: Is like, oh they're underpaid, Oh they are the heroes
- 1:39:20Speaker 5: o the martyrs.
- 1:39:22Speaker 4: No, So what I did to show how easy it is.
- 1:39:25Speaker 6: I went and took the local state certification to become
- 1:39:28Speaker 6: a teacher cold no studying. I was told when I
- 1:39:32Speaker 6: was there that about a third of the people who
- 1:39:33Speaker 6: are there to take that test intentionally fail it.
- 1:39:36Speaker 4: A third a third? So what do you need to pass?
- 1:39:39Speaker 4: What's considered past?
- 1:39:41Speaker 6: The one I took was past fail, but it was
- 1:39:43Speaker 6: essentially an s AT That was the That was the
- 1:39:46Speaker 6: basic you know, math, simple mass, simple logic.
- 1:39:48Speaker 4: Fifty like pass fail. Like, so what do they consider fail?
- 1:39:54Speaker 4: I don't know, like a standard, Like that's a fair question,
- 1:39:59Speaker 4: it's a legit question. I thought you were referring to
- 1:40:01Speaker 4: the one third thing. I just said, no, no, no,
- 1:40:03Speaker 4: you said it's either past or fail to get how
- 1:40:05Speaker 4: many correct? Like, they don't tell you okay, Yeah, I
- 1:40:08Speaker 4: was thinking the same thing. I would think that, thank you.
- 1:40:11Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:40:11Speaker 5: If it's past fail, I think it's higher than that.
- 1:40:14Speaker 6: It's sixty to seventy percent typically on that's not necessarily,
- 1:40:16Speaker 6: but yeah, it'll get a grading.
- 1:40:17Speaker 4: Like you know, ninety to one hundred is an A, right,
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: eighty nine to eighty is a B. Seventy nine to
- 1:40:23Speaker 4: seventy is C. But I think ninety sixty is a
- 1:40:27Speaker 4: D D.
- 1:40:28Speaker 5: I always thought that's the trade off fail with past
- 1:40:30Speaker 5: fail is that okay, you're taking it past fail, but
- 1:40:33Speaker 5: fail is not fifty percent. It's like seventy do a.
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: Lot of head well here. Always a lot of college
- 1:40:39Speaker 4: courses are like that. On the written exams for all
- 1:40:41Speaker 4: the pilot stuff, right, it's you got to get a
- 1:40:43Speaker 4: seventy or better or pass. I think that's what they
- 1:40:46Speaker 4: kind of said. It's seventy even though seventy would be
- 1:40:48Speaker 4: the C right genus correct most past situations, it's around
- 1:40:52Speaker 4: that number.
- 1:40:52Speaker 10: Right, and D is considered a fail.
- 1:40:54Speaker 11: Like in school, Let's say in me get degrees, you
- 1:40:56Speaker 11: get a D, right, but you can't go on to
- 1:40:59Speaker 11: the next level of math unless you have a C.
- 1:41:01Speaker 10: So while you pass that class, you're not allowed to
- 1:41:03Speaker 10: move on.
- 1:41:05Speaker 4: Really, yeah exactly, Yeah you failed. Yeah, if you failed,
- 1:41:09Speaker 4: you failed, you got D still passed because it wasn't
- 1:41:12Speaker 4: a fail.
- 1:41:12Speaker 6: But what Sammy is saying is the d's there more
- 1:41:14Speaker 6: as a placeholder for your GPA, but in actual to
- 1:41:17Speaker 6: show proficiency, you need to do better than D.
- 1:41:19Speaker 10: Right, Like, you can't go on to the next level
- 1:41:21Speaker 10: of that subject unless you have.
- 1:41:22Speaker 7: Maybe at your school again, at our school, at our school,
- 1:41:27Speaker 7: that's where the I'll take d's all day.
- 1:41:30Speaker 4: The phrase I just know the phrase d's get degrees.
- 1:41:33Speaker 6: Amen, regardless, irregardless, I should say I went in and
- 1:41:38Speaker 6: smoked it, easy, no problem.
- 1:41:40Speaker 4: So then I was like, hey, that was the first point.
- 1:41:42Speaker 6: And then then then the listeners came back, well it's
- 1:41:44Speaker 6: so much Okay, it's easy to pass the certification test,
- 1:41:47Speaker 6: even though a third of people don't. But you know,
- 1:41:49Speaker 6: dealing with these kids is so hard. You're like, why,
- 1:41:51Speaker 6: you're bigger than them and you're in charge. So I
- 1:41:55Speaker 6: applied to get a I don't have a teaching degree,
- 1:41:58Speaker 6: which I wasn't going to do because I was a
- 1:41:59Speaker 6: big waste of time. But I applied to get a
- 1:42:01Speaker 6: substitute permits. All you need is an undergrad where.
- 1:42:04Speaker 4: That's what I was surprised about. I didn't realize there
- 1:42:06Speaker 4: was I mean, substitute teachers. They're not full time teachers,
- 1:42:09Speaker 4: but I thought they would have to have the same qualifications.
- 1:42:12Speaker 2: I'm not in my school.
- 1:42:14Speaker 4: Just breathe your babysitter, which was my other point. Yeah, exactly,
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: here's the babysitter. So the minimum requirement to be as
- 1:42:19Speaker 4: substitute as what just undergrad degree. At least it's it,
- 1:42:23Speaker 4: at least in my district.
- 1:42:24Speaker 2: Anything essentially, yes, yeah, so you can have a BA
- 1:42:28Speaker 2: and communications.
- 1:42:29Speaker 4: Right, just garbage, nothing degrees. So I did that and
- 1:42:34Speaker 4: then we kind of forgot about it.
- 1:42:35Speaker 6: Why because they didn't get back to me until last
- 1:42:38Speaker 6: week when, oh, I don't know, fifteen months later, we
- 1:42:42Speaker 6: issue your temporary permit to be a substitute like okay, well,
- 1:42:47Speaker 6: which again shows you that the reason most public schools
- 1:42:49Speaker 6: are failing and I'm applying for public school is you've
- 1:42:51Speaker 6: got layers and layers of worthless bureaucrats doing nothing, wasting
- 1:42:55Speaker 6: your money, wasting your time, making your kids stupid er.
- 1:42:58Speaker 4: So you're applying for substitute teacher jobs.
- 1:43:01Speaker 6: So I got approved for that, and the day I
- 1:43:03Speaker 6: got approved for my substitute teaching job, I sent it
- 1:43:06Speaker 6: needed references and wants three references, so I sent him.
- 1:43:08Speaker 4: Oh is that why?
- 1:43:09Speaker 5: Okay?
- 1:43:10Speaker 4: See that makes sense.
- 1:43:11Speaker 5: That's all coming together.
- 1:43:12Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:43:13Speaker 6: That's why the people in this room know about it,
- 1:43:15Speaker 6: because I showse people who know me best and about me.
- 1:43:21Speaker 4: Yeah, and I guess you've got glowing reviews.
- 1:43:23Speaker 5: Five stars relationship?
- 1:43:25Speaker 14: Who wrote it three minutes I did? It's like, yeah,
- 1:43:28Speaker 14: you can, just like he was the best teacher I've
- 1:43:31Speaker 14: ever had. Really, you didn't respect the right much. You
- 1:43:34Speaker 14: just had to select and ye would you hire this
- 1:43:37Speaker 14: person again? Absolutely?
- 1:43:38Speaker 5: But see has to throw them off the scent on
- 1:43:40Speaker 5: account of the lies I didn't do all highly effective
- 1:43:43Speaker 5: somewhere just effective.
- 1:43:44Speaker 2: I was honest, damn it. I did like if it
- 1:43:47Speaker 2: was the equivalent of an A plus. Everything was like highly.
- 1:43:50Speaker 4: Effective, supposed to do that?
- 1:43:52Speaker 5: Well, doesn't that like what you're saying?
- 1:43:55Speaker 2: One of them to be realistic? I think not applicable
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: because it said when did you you hire him? I thought, well,
- 1:44:01Speaker 2: I'm not his boss did not application and I didn't.
- 1:44:03Speaker 4: I didn't tell you, guys. I forgot to tell you guys, this.
- 1:44:05Speaker 4: According to the thing I sent, you're all my manager.
- 1:44:08Speaker 4: That's why these are good.
- 1:44:09Speaker 6: That's why I said these you guys. But if they
- 1:44:12Speaker 6: call you wish, I don't know, wish.
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: I am your manager.
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: In the in the one section that you were allowed
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: to embellish because they had a little box that you
- 1:44:19Speaker 2: could type on there like any additional comments, I said
- 1:44:22Speaker 2: something along the lines of and I wish I could
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: have saved it. It just sent off, but it said
- 1:44:25Speaker 2: something like Sebastian is a master of explaining things, which
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: is why he would be a good teacher, especially when
- 1:44:33Speaker 2: it comes to the field of science. Thank you, uh,
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: and I just embellished on how you can explain things
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: and logical.
- 1:44:42Speaker 4: You didn't take any shots. You did it.
- 1:44:43Speaker 6: No, you did it because yeh kids will kids will
- 1:44:48Speaker 6: you know pay attention to shut up?
- 1:44:49Speaker 4: Right? Yeah, this person says, I work in an independent
- 1:44:52Speaker 4: study t K through twelve grade school. I would love
- 1:44:54Speaker 4: to see sea bass hang here. It's more frustrating than hard.
- 1:44:57Speaker 9: See.
- 1:44:58Speaker 4: That's that's the kind of thing we got. After I
- 1:44:59Speaker 4: got tried.
- 1:45:00Speaker 6: The test is you know you can't handle these kids,
- 1:45:02Speaker 6: blah blah blah. I was like, if if if any
- 1:45:04Speaker 6: old grandma in the past one hundred years could do it.
- 1:45:06Speaker 6: Which that was all of our teachers. I think I
- 1:45:09Speaker 6: can manage.
- 1:45:10Speaker 4: What was the school where it was like, uh, it
- 1:45:12Speaker 4: was in the hood.
- 1:45:14Speaker 6: It lean on me, lean on me standing deliver.
- 1:45:19Speaker 5: What was the Oh, that's lean on me.
- 1:45:22Speaker 4: Yeah, we got to send to be a sub in
- 1:45:24Speaker 4: a school like that. I will do. I'll take that
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: and I'll raise them.
- 1:45:28Speaker 5: Get busy living or get busy dying. I'll raise you.
- 1:45:31Speaker 6: The substitute where he was an ex Navy seal, I
- 1:45:33Speaker 6: think that had to go in and infiltrate the infiltrate
- 1:45:35Speaker 6: this gang. He just kicked kick the crap out of
- 1:45:38Speaker 6: the kids, all right, teaching they whip in a switchblade
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: and throw through the windows.
- 1:45:42Speaker 2: I forgot in the additional comments to mention how musculary. Damn.
- 1:45:46Speaker 6: So now my my resume, which does not have any
- 1:45:49Speaker 6: teaching in there, I was like, oh crap, what have
- 1:45:50Speaker 6: I done to teach?
- 1:45:51Speaker 4: So Greg, you hit it on the head.
- 1:45:52Speaker 6: I am technically, according to what I said, I am
- 1:45:55Speaker 6: a science and education correspondent for I heard me.
- 1:46:00Speaker 4: Yeah, that's not total science. I asked you about space.
- 1:46:04Speaker 4: You did a really good job about there and go.
- 1:46:06Speaker 4: We've also done science with sea baths segments on the show.
- 1:46:09Speaker 6: I said that I was a mentor and this is
- 1:46:11Speaker 6: not a lie for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta, Georgia,
- 1:46:14Speaker 6: which I was myself and Anna Carola as twenty year
- 1:46:18Speaker 6: old something just said, hey, I want to be a
- 1:46:19Speaker 6: big brother and we did.
- 1:46:20Speaker 4: Athle you have fathered many children, that's right, true. Yeah,
- 1:46:23Speaker 4: and I forgot about this.
- 1:46:25Speaker 6: I am certified through Kaplan, the tutoring company, to tutor
- 1:46:30Speaker 6: the gr Really, I forgot about that because I went
- 1:46:34Speaker 6: through their whole training course.
- 1:46:36Speaker 4: I don't even know what that is. That's graduate, the
- 1:46:39Speaker 4: graduate exam, graduate from grad school. Why did you do that?
- 1:46:42Speaker 4: Why did you sound just needed?
- 1:46:44Speaker 9: It was?
- 1:46:45Speaker 6: I was in like a Morgan or Tyler situation where
- 1:46:47Speaker 6: I was doing radio in the morning, but they were
- 1:46:48Speaker 6: they were paying crap. And I went through their whole
- 1:46:51Speaker 6: training process and I got to the end of it,
- 1:46:53Speaker 6: I was like, man, I don't want to sit in
- 1:46:54Speaker 6: here with some stupid.
- 1:46:57Speaker 4: I never show up to one day at work, but
- 1:46:59Speaker 4: I passed the test. Oh read good to know? Well anyways,
- 1:47:02Speaker 4: long reviews, I said, you were a delight. So now
- 1:47:04Speaker 4: I wonder is it going to be another year and
- 1:47:06Speaker 4: a half until you hear it back.
- 1:47:07Speaker 6: That's the problem I think I'm dealing with this loser
- 1:47:09Speaker 6: ass public school full of morons.
- 1:47:12Speaker 4: I thought there was a shortage of substitutes. I thought
- 1:47:14Speaker 4: they were so desperate and hard up for subs.
- 1:47:16Speaker 6: Well that's what I got was technically they call it
- 1:47:20Speaker 6: an emergency thirty day substitute teaching permit, although it's good
- 1:47:23Speaker 6: for a year.
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: Okay, Okay, they don't know how calendars were yeah, cause
- 1:47:27Speaker 4: it's public school. The idiots. So, Greg, you're right.
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: I hope hopefully all hear soon, but I wouldn't count
- 1:47:33Speaker 2: on it because all these things that you send out
- 1:47:36Speaker 2: to anything involving local government, it just goes into the ether,
- 1:47:40Speaker 2: and then you have people that say, oh, no, but
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: this particular city council person's good, or that particular school board. No,
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: they all do nothing.
- 1:47:47Speaker 6: I was talking to literally a liquor store owner last
- 1:47:50Speaker 6: night and he was bitching about because I was like,
- 1:47:51Speaker 6: I wanted to get some airplane bottles for the concert
- 1:47:54Speaker 6: I was going to. Yeah, and he goes, dude, we
- 1:47:57Speaker 6: submitted to that like eighteen months ago on our permit
- 1:47:59Speaker 6: app case. We can't serve those and he.
- 1:48:01Speaker 4: Was just going the same thing you just said, Wow,
- 1:48:03Speaker 4: do nothing. So what if you fall in love with
- 1:48:05Speaker 4: being a teacher, Like what if you go in there
- 1:48:06Speaker 4: as the joke and this is like something that just
- 1:48:08Speaker 4: sparks a passion and he gets legit into it.
- 1:48:12Speaker 2: Like you guys leaves.
- 1:48:14Speaker 4: Yeah, and then you guys will be sad.
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: It would be so so sad.
- 1:48:16Speaker 6: But I'm helping children. That's that's what he loves.
- 1:48:19Speaker 4: Great, So I said, my friend used to teach at
- 1:48:21Speaker 4: a school. An eight year old cussed at him and
- 1:48:24Speaker 4: told him, uh, you know when after they told me
- 1:48:26Speaker 4: to go to the principal's office, the kids had a mister, Hicks,
- 1:48:28Speaker 4: you're a snitch and a bitch. So that's what you're
- 1:48:32Speaker 4: in for.
- 1:48:33Speaker 5: What if someone says up your nose with the rubber house.
- 1:48:35Speaker 6: I'm quite as you guys know, I'm quite used to
- 1:48:38Speaker 6: being insulted to my face.
- 1:48:40Speaker 4: I've got I get death threats to my face.
- 1:48:42Speaker 6: So you know what to do?
- 1:48:43Speaker 9: Now?
- 1:48:44Speaker 7: How do you work your way up to Harvard and
- 1:48:46Speaker 7: then you get like that thing called tenure where they
- 1:48:47Speaker 7: can't fire you don't matter.
- 1:48:49Speaker 4: What you'd have to be a professor. What's it called me?
- 1:48:51Speaker 2: You get what?
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: Ten?
- 1:48:52Speaker 9: Yere?
- 1:48:52Speaker 4: Okay, do you say ten year or tenure? Tenure?
- 1:48:56Speaker 18: Ten?
- 1:48:57Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:48:57Speaker 6: And I've spoken to colleges. We talked about this a
- 1:49:00Speaker 6: little bit that I did, like a sociology class for
- 1:49:02Speaker 6: cart narks.
- 1:49:03Speaker 4: So it's easy.
- 1:49:04Speaker 2: It was easy.
- 1:49:07Speaker 4: My friend went to Berkeley and I sat in on
- 1:49:08Speaker 4: some classes.
- 1:49:09Speaker 5: I'm like, dude, this is Are you familiar? Are you
- 1:49:12Speaker 5: familiar with common core?
- 1:49:14Speaker 7: Uh?
- 1:49:14Speaker 5: You know what I have to get familiar. I've heard
- 1:49:17Speaker 5: horror stories, Singapore math. But again, if an eight year
- 1:49:19Speaker 5: old cand figure it out, I'm pretty sure I can't.
- 1:49:21Speaker 4: Okay, Well, we'll keep you updated on Sea Bass becomes
- 1:49:24Speaker 4: a substitute teacher. Oh yeah, teach. Yeah, I'm gonna call
- 1:49:28Speaker 4: you teach pops teacher. Yeah, no, I feel like an idiot.
- 1:49:36Speaker 9: Well, let the.
- 1:49:37Speaker 4: Fighting on the text begin. I'm just a normal so uh,
- 1:49:46Speaker 4: I didn't even need to finish the segment. Sea Mass
- 1:49:49Speaker 4: f off already. No, I'm not a teacher. And now
- 1:49:52Speaker 4: it's thanks for heaving. I saw no one said Seabald
- 1:49:55Speaker 4: felt the need to even respond. Thanks for helping make
- 1:49:58Speaker 4: my point. Whatever that point was, I don't now see
- 1:50:00Speaker 4: that's going to be a substitute teacher, you guys, not,
- 1:50:02Speaker 4: if not not full time, he's doing it. This is
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: just this is just one of his like projects to
- 1:50:07Speaker 4: quote prove. But yeah, what projects do you have?
- 1:50:09Speaker 6: Well, this one is I would subtitle Duncan on the Haters.
- 1:50:15Speaker 6: That was one, and obviously the running for city council one.
- 1:50:18Speaker 6: But I have part two of that project, which is
- 1:50:20Speaker 6: suing those people, which I actually have a little update
- 1:50:22Speaker 6: on that because I had to.
- 1:50:24Speaker 2: Saw.
- 1:50:24Speaker 6: I filed the lawsuit against the company that did not
- 1:50:27Speaker 6: give me the correc number of signatures for my city council.
- 1:50:29Speaker 4: Yeah, he had to collect a certain number of signatures
- 1:50:30Speaker 4: to even get on the ballot to run for city council.
- 1:50:33Speaker 6: They struck me along, strung me along, stort me long
- 1:50:34Speaker 6: until an hour before they were due, said oh we
- 1:50:36Speaker 6: don't have them all right, and then still charge.
- 1:50:38Speaker 5: Me the full amount.
- 1:50:39Speaker 4: Yeah, so he's suing them.
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: I am suing them, which they didn't give me what
- 1:50:42Speaker 6: those promises. Uh so, God, like three four weeks ago,
- 1:50:45Speaker 6: whenever I sent the certified mail out to serve them
- 1:50:48Speaker 6: with the lawsuit, I've heard back nothing either way. So,
- 1:50:52Speaker 6: like I would think with certified mail and I need.
- 1:50:54Speaker 4: To look this up. I thought you had a court
- 1:50:55Speaker 4: date already.
- 1:50:56Speaker 6: No, that's not till July. That's you know, that's still
- 1:50:58Speaker 6: a couple of months out. So they don't show up,
- 1:51:00Speaker 6: then you win, right. Oftentimes you get a summary judgment. Yes,
- 1:51:03Speaker 6: but I haven't even gotten with certified mail. I would
- 1:51:05Speaker 6: think if they weren't there, they'd refuse it. I would
- 1:51:08Speaker 6: get some kind of receipt, right saying that, that's the
- 1:51:10Speaker 6: whole point. Yeah, but I haven't seen anything.
- 1:51:12Speaker 4: I mean, everybody was talking about it for so long
- 1:51:14Speaker 4: that Baldoni whatever, Jason be. Yeah, that been settled. That's
- 1:51:18Speaker 4: been set. Yeah, Wow, we can all move forward. Oh
- 1:51:22Speaker 4: thank god.
- 1:51:23Speaker 5: Woo national nightmares.
- 1:51:25Speaker 4: I don't even know what the outcome was on that. Nobody.
- 1:51:28Speaker 5: It was like a joint statement. Yeah, we worked it out.
- 1:51:31Speaker 4: This was a terrible idea all around. So teachers were asked,
- 1:51:34Speaker 4: and this is some stuff you can look forward to.
- 1:51:36Speaker 4: Some of the dumb questions. What is the funniest or
- 1:51:39Speaker 4: dumbest thing a student has ever said or done? Again,
- 1:51:42Speaker 4: this is according to teachers. I asked my students what
- 1:51:46Speaker 4: year it was, Okay, I heard them say two thousand
- 1:51:49Speaker 4: and eight, twenty twelve, nineteen, maybe five, and twenty twenty
- 1:51:53Speaker 4: before one student asked to look it up on her phone.
- 1:51:56Speaker 2: Why that's disturbing.
- 1:51:59Speaker 4: I called out student for turning in the paper she
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: clearly hadn't written. She then emailed me and the dean
- 1:52:05Speaker 4: of the school and said that the paper was hers
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: because she paid her own money to have it written.
- 1:52:10Speaker 5: Okay, I like that.
- 1:52:13Speaker 4: Property technically, Yeah, yeah, I commissioned it.
- 1:52:16Speaker 6: Yeah, that's funny.
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: Teachers were asked what's one of the funniest or dumbest
- 1:52:19Speaker 4: things the student has ever said or done? On My
- 1:52:22Speaker 4: students thought his penis was the end of his intestines.
- 1:52:25Speaker 4: Oh god, I hope that kid was five. Yeah, because
- 1:52:29Speaker 4: it just wraps all up inside. Then, like the last
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: part just kind of sticks out there.
- 1:52:36Speaker 9: Right.
- 1:52:37Speaker 4: Students said that having a baby boy or girl was
- 1:52:40Speaker 4: determined by whether or not they had an any or
- 1:52:42Speaker 4: an audi belly button. I could see that for a
- 1:52:44Speaker 4: toddler urban legend. Teachers were asked what's the funniest or
- 1:52:48Speaker 4: dumbest thing a student has ever said or done? I
- 1:52:50Speaker 4: was going over World War II in my history class
- 1:52:53Speaker 4: when one of my students raised her hand and asked
- 1:52:55Speaker 4: the question, Wait, England is in a state in the US,
- 1:52:58Speaker 4: and she was dead serious.
- 1:53:00Speaker 6: It's New England, children, stare.
- 1:53:04Speaker 4: A lot of people don't know that. Do you think
- 1:53:06Speaker 4: New England was the state?
- 1:53:07Speaker 5: I think I think people.
- 1:53:11Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean if you said it was, I probably
- 1:53:13Speaker 4: would believe you. You will like, legit? Are you being funny? Leit? Really?
- 1:53:20Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:53:20Speaker 4: Because why could you lie?
- 1:53:21Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:53:23Speaker 6: Okay, it's a region because it's the first part of
- 1:53:27Speaker 6: the first area that English people.
- 1:53:29Speaker 4: It's like the south.
- 1:53:30Speaker 10: The south is not a state like the northeast is
- 1:53:33Speaker 10: New English.
- 1:53:33Speaker 4: Yeah, but everybody knows that, right, clear? Yeah? Okay, do
- 1:53:42Speaker 4: you name all fifty states? Teachers were asked what's the
- 1:53:45Speaker 4: funniest or dumbest thing a student has ever said or done?
- 1:53:47Speaker 4: Let's take some time to do that. I was explaining
- 1:53:49Speaker 4: how dangerous UV rays are in the sunlight, and a
- 1:53:52Speaker 4: student asked, if the sun is so dangerous, why did
- 1:53:55Speaker 4: we build it? Yeah?
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: The great point.
- 1:53:58Speaker 2: Should have built it better.
- 1:53:59Speaker 15: Yeah.
- 1:54:00Speaker 4: This one a student found a fellow teacher's master's thesis
- 1:54:03Speaker 4: and tried to turn parts of it back into him
- 1:54:06Speaker 4: for batim. Like, wow, that's ballsy. That's pretty funny though.
- 1:54:11Speaker 4: See if they even recognize.
- 1:54:12Speaker 6: It's They use that in law a lot, where if
- 1:54:15Speaker 6: if a judge has made a decision in the you know,
- 1:54:17Speaker 6: the lawyer will cite that judge say look, some really
- 1:54:20Speaker 6: smart guy said this, so you must you agree with
- 1:54:22Speaker 6: this guy?
- 1:54:22Speaker 2: Right?
- 1:54:23Speaker 4: No, can you mean him off fifty states menace? I
- 1:54:28Speaker 4: mean maybe yea, maybe, yeah, they could given the time,
- 1:54:32Speaker 4: have a couple hours. Yeah, yeah, we got it. Used
- 1:54:34Speaker 4: to be that song, yeah, anis.
- 1:54:37Speaker 7: Yeah, let's say the country on the west. You know,
- 1:54:42Speaker 7: you have Washington, you have Oregon, you have California.
- 1:54:46Speaker 4: That's the way to do it. Got people do it alphabetically,
- 1:54:48Speaker 4: but doing it where you can kind of vialize it.
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: Smart smart menace.
- 1:54:51Speaker 9: Yeah. But there.
- 1:54:54Speaker 4: Was a funny video where this guy just had a map,
- 1:54:56Speaker 4: but it was just the outline of the United States,
- 1:54:58Speaker 4: and he just pointed to randomly goes what state is this?
- 1:55:02Speaker 4: And I mean people just don't know, they have no idea.
- 1:55:06Speaker 4: They know just what's that whatever is around them they live,
- 1:55:10Speaker 4: and then that's that's pretty any border state to their state. Yeah,
- 1:55:14Speaker 4: and that's pretty much it. Idaho, you do you got
- 1:55:19Speaker 4: that one? Colorado? Yeah? What was the song like the
- 1:55:24Speaker 4: kids song that help you remember states, there's an animated No,
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: that's the one that seems like a song you would
- 1:55:29Speaker 4: know by heart.
- 1:55:30Speaker 5: I was that that's that's the country song. That's the
- 1:55:34Speaker 5: best one.
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: Oh yeah, we had the internet guys, hold on, hey, Internet,
- 1:55:41Speaker 4: help us out. How about the music version? Here you go.
- 1:55:51Speaker 4: I guess it's a little intro.
- 1:55:53Speaker 1: Fifty states, Alabama, Alaska, Zona's drive, Arkansas, California, Colorado's they're
- 1:56:05Speaker 1: using that song. Connecticut and Delaware, Florida is hots Okay,
- 1:56:10Speaker 1: and so is.
- 1:56:10Speaker 4: Georgia and Hawaii. Ida is not in some Kansas, Kentucky,
- 1:56:20Speaker 4: Louis malthamatical in Maryland, Massachusetts.
- 1:56:26Speaker 5: Red.
- 1:56:26Speaker 4: That's how we whatever song we had in school and
- 1:56:29Speaker 4: we had to sing it to our parents. They had
- 1:56:30Speaker 4: like a little like kids concert thing and we had
- 1:56:33Speaker 4: a singing. I can't remember your parents had to go
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: to that. Yeah that sucks. Yeah, that sucks all yeah, yeah,
- 1:56:40Speaker 4: that's it. Like in Canada deletely. Yeah, there was like
- 1:56:49Speaker 4: a like a one from the eighties. Oh, it was
- 1:56:52Speaker 4: like a schoolhouse rock version. Yeah. And then Jamaica, Puerto Rico.
- 1:56:59Speaker 5: And all the protector's.
- 1:57:01Speaker 4: Yeah, this a fifteen to fifty United States. Oh, I
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: think this is it America's law. This sounds more like it.
- 1:57:08Speaker 4: Fifty United States for Nope.
- 1:57:12Speaker 5: My husband sings that one. They did learn that one
- 1:57:15Speaker 5: in school fifteen fifty United really.
- 1:57:17Speaker 4: Yeah, it was typed in the eighties kids song to
- 1:57:19Speaker 4: remember States.
- 1:57:21Speaker 5: Just do the animaediacs one.
- 1:57:22Speaker 4: We didn't get any of that. It was just hey,
- 1:57:24Speaker 4: memorize these yeah, same, here's a map dog.
- 1:57:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:57:27Speaker 5: We we had to learn a rap for all the
- 1:57:30Speaker 5: Central and South American countries and that's it.
- 1:57:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:57:33Speaker 5: Nothing in the United States and.
- 1:57:36Speaker 4: Rhode Island moms cannatic New Jersey. It's making me sad. Yeah,
- 1:57:44Speaker 4: that's really bad. It's not good.
- 1:57:47Speaker 5: Well that's albacco On Animaniacs I think sings the Yeah.
- 1:57:52Speaker 4: You might be able to do to Hulu for that one.
- 1:57:54Speaker 3: Uh.
- 1:57:54Speaker 6: There's a lot of money to be made in kid
- 1:57:56Speaker 6: YouTube though, because kids will learn that.
- 1:57:58Speaker 5: Song all today.
- 1:57:59Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:58:00Speaker 6: Hell yeah, that's why all these all these weird versions
- 1:58:02Speaker 6: are coming up as people like, well.
- 1:58:05Speaker 5: Here's what boys have down in front it penis.
- 1:58:10Speaker 4: It seems blunts have a penis.
- 1:58:13Speaker 9: So no matter what you've heard, remember the penis.
- 1:58:17Speaker 5: Is the proper word.
- 1:58:19Speaker 4: Bulva, here's what girls have down I could barely remember
- 1:58:24Speaker 4: to open my mouth when I'm eating.
- 1:58:26Speaker 7: Like you think I'm gonna remember to bring a canvas
- 1:58:28Speaker 7: bags a girl, I don't think you're gonna remember.
- 1:58:34Speaker 4: And since we've been talking so much, it's I didn't
- 1:58:35Speaker 4: even realize it. It's teacher appreciation week, Is that right?
- 1:58:40Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 1:58:40Speaker 9: It is.
- 1:58:40Speaker 4: Appreciate me.
- 1:58:41Speaker 5: You're really hyping that up.
- 1:58:43Speaker 4: Pre appreciate pre appreciate me. Somebody on the on the
- 1:58:47Speaker 4: text message. On the text message, Jesus, you mentioned that
- 1:58:52Speaker 4: nice didn't realize that. Well, we've learned. We've learned today
- 1:58:57Speaker 4: for sure. One one more thing on something involving a teacher.
- 1:59:02Speaker 4: This is an educator in Connecticut. He overreacted just a
- 1:59:07Speaker 4: bit to a joke. He told one of the students,
- 1:59:11Speaker 4: I guess they were doing some some stuff. There was
- 1:59:14Speaker 4: the wrestling coach, one of the teachers there at the school,
- 1:59:17Speaker 4: and he's coaching the team but doing some conditioning. Told
- 1:59:21Speaker 4: one of the students to increase his speed on the
- 1:59:23Speaker 4: exercise bike to between sixty and seventy revolutions per minute.
- 1:59:27Speaker 4: That's that's pretty good work. The student replied with the coach, Hey,
- 1:59:31Speaker 4: coach six seven, and so it is washed.
- 1:59:40Speaker 2: That's washed.
- 1:59:41Speaker 4: Yeah, and that's when the coach struck the student across
- 1:59:46Speaker 4: the face and gave him a concussion. We're not going
- 1:59:51Speaker 4: to do that again. I guess he's going to talk back.
- 1:59:53Speaker 9: Not that kid.
- 1:59:54Speaker 4: All the student told the parents, the parents told the school,
- 1:59:57Speaker 4: school told the authorities, and the coach was a still
- 2:00:00Speaker 4: a bunch of He was charged with Yeah, words are hard.
- 2:00:05Speaker 4: He was charged with assault, and currently he's fighting that
- 2:00:08Speaker 4: charge in court with half the students saying what happened
- 2:00:11Speaker 4: actually happened, in the other half saying that the hit
- 2:00:14Speaker 4: he gave the student was more of a love taphus.
- 2:00:21Speaker 5: I want to know what else happened him that day
- 2:00:23Speaker 5: that he's like, if one more of these little efforts, Yeah.
- 2:00:27Speaker 4: Go ahead, six seven, Yeah, he's washed off your face.
- 2:00:33Speaker 4: Who's chopped?
- 2:00:35Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 2:00:36Speaker 4: Six seven.
- 2:00:38Speaker 5: Now it's forty one, and there's no that that's done.
- 2:00:41Speaker 4: That's washed.
- 2:00:42Speaker 5: Kids are still saying it chopped. And there's another one. No,
- 2:00:45Speaker 5: they're not saying, okay, I saw it at the playground.
- 2:00:48Speaker 4: To the kids are unk, you know, gets yeah, because
- 2:00:55Speaker 4: I'll do it just to goof with the kids because
- 2:00:57Speaker 4: I know they hate it.
- 2:00:58Speaker 9: Man.
- 2:00:58Speaker 4: Forty one, any of them the six seven like any stuff.
- 2:01:02Speaker 4: And I'll say it now to be the awkward dad it. Yeah,
- 2:01:06Speaker 4: because I love getting them like all upset about it.
- 2:01:09Speaker 6: Stop when you started a kid, and I think parents
- 2:01:12Speaker 6: are getting really good at that to the point that
- 2:01:13Speaker 6: these things go away so fast.
- 2:01:15Speaker 4: Yeah, because that's the way to end it.
- 2:01:17Speaker 5: You start using it.
- 2:01:18Speaker 4: You start saying it, like there's something that you hate, parents,
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: don't fight it, lean into it, don't it won't be cool.
- 2:01:25Speaker 4: Don't fight it. That's good. Yeah, just don't fight it.
- 2:01:28Speaker 4: D and anything rightsolutely you know it. That's that's what
- 2:01:34Speaker 4: that's what you got. That's what you would do, because
- 2:01:36Speaker 4: the minute you start leaning into it, that's when all
- 2:01:39Speaker 4: of a sudden it's over. Yeah. Yeah. And because the
