- 0:26Speaker 3: Out Yeah, okay, I am wearing the same jumpsuit as
- 0:31Speaker 3: Kenya more in this episode of the Real Housewives of
- 0:34Speaker 3: Atlanta and is a jumpsuit. So I revealed myself from
- 0:38Speaker 3: the side. If you're watching this Tier two, get Tier two.
- 0:43Speaker 2: You're getting some surprises and delights. How do you have
- 0:47Speaker 2: that outfit that's unbelievable.
- 0:49Speaker 3: I could not believe my eyes. And I'm talking about
- 0:52Speaker 3: the outfit of those of you who cannot see this.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I am talking about the outfit where they were at
- 0:58Speaker 3: the Kenya Moore hair spa and she.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Was with.
- 1:03Speaker 3: Who was she with? There? Was it Porsha and Samia? Anyway,
- 1:07Speaker 3: they were looking at the models the models were walking
- 1:10Speaker 3: in and this is the jumpsuit suit that she was wearing. Pink,
- 1:14Speaker 3: some red and black. Okay, so this is a Diane
- 1:18Speaker 3: von Furstenberg design when she collaborated with Target. WHOA didn't
- 1:27Speaker 3: know I'd end up there.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Did ye? So you know what, just when I thought
- 1:31Speaker 2: you were gonna zig use.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Bagged isaaged right over to the most affordable. But you
- 1:36Speaker 3: know that's the thing, Like it was Kelly and Porscha
- 1:40Speaker 3: that were there, so as we well, why don't we
- 1:43Speaker 3: welcome ourselves into this podcast? I mean, hello, Jamie Moyer,
- 1:48Speaker 3: Hello darlings. Are you guys ready to get into the
- 1:52Speaker 3: most anticipated episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta?
- 1:57Speaker 2: Yet? Welcome?
- 2:00Speaker 3: Thank you you said it perfectly, you sync that perfectly.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Welcome in.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Do you have grief counselors on hand, because I am
- 2:08Speaker 2: at trauma tage.
- 2:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I am too, I grief counselors. We are going
- 2:14Speaker 3: to need to hold each other in our bosoms. And
- 2:18Speaker 3: just I mean, I don't even know. I can't believe.
- 2:23Speaker 3: It was like Kenya almost knew at that moment when
- 2:26Speaker 3: Cynthia when it was like crickets, you know, and Cynthia
- 2:30Speaker 3: was like, you're better than this, and you could kind
- 2:34Speaker 3: of see Kenya be like, shit, did I go too far?
- 2:38Speaker 3: But then of course she you know, she went back
- 2:40Speaker 3: in like, no, I'm not going to She threatened me
- 2:42Speaker 3: with a gun, I'm not going to lay down, you know.
- 2:46Speaker 3: And Kenya always, you know, she always takes it to like,
- 2:49Speaker 3: you know, obviously now that she has a daughter, it's
- 2:50Speaker 3: always no, you're doing this to my daughter. You're doing
- 2:53Speaker 3: this to my daughter. You know, it's always that. But like,
- 2:57Speaker 3: I just can't believe we got not one, not two,
- 3:00Speaker 3: but three phone core boards.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Phone core that is three trips to Kinko's, three's trips
- 3:08Speaker 2: to office Max.
- 3:11Speaker 3: Could have been one Jamie, and then she got all
- 3:13Speaker 3: three at one time. I mean, you know, these are
- 3:16Speaker 3: the things we don't know. But the point is there
- 3:18Speaker 3: were three. And now where would those pictures be printed up?
- 3:22Speaker 3: Because I know you're not going to be able to
- 3:24Speaker 3: do that over at the FedEx.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Well, I'll tell you Walgreens will print anything from personal experience.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Well yeah, it's like it's like, okay, Shutterfly, Okay, Shutterfly,
- 3:36Speaker 2: send me these poster wards. I just I'm gonna say this,
- 3:39Speaker 2: and I mean it with my I'm gonna say it
- 3:41Speaker 2: with my whole chest. Why would you do that at
- 3:44Speaker 2: your own event? Let alone do it? Period? And and
- 3:48Speaker 2: and uh, you know, I had to go onto the
- 3:51Speaker 2: internet and see what people were saying because I was
- 3:53Speaker 2: mouth agape. Yeah, and a lot of people were saying, uh,
- 3:59Speaker 2: Britch should have been excused. So basically it's like that happened,
- 4:03Speaker 2: and then Kenya drug it to hell Britt with the
- 4:07Speaker 2: pistol that was terrible. Also, I did not like that.
- 4:10Speaker 2: But this revenge porn poster thing, I was like, why
- 4:14Speaker 2: at your beautiful event, I know, beautiful, classy event, and
- 4:19Speaker 2: it was so tone deaf Kenya.
- 4:24Speaker 3: She was like blind, she was blind with rage. Now
- 4:27Speaker 3: here's the thing. I as we saw at the end
- 4:31Speaker 3: of this episode, we saw the title card come up
- 4:35Speaker 3: based on Kenya's behavior, the decision was made to cease
- 4:38Speaker 3: filming with her this season. Well, they should have ceased
- 4:42Speaker 3: filming with Britt. I mean to talk about a gun
- 4:47Speaker 3: that is so bad. I mean, that's the worst. You know,
- 4:51Speaker 3: If Kenya really felt like her life was threatened, I'm
- 4:55Speaker 3: surprised that the producers didn't listen. And obviously she must
- 5:01Speaker 3: not have felt like the threat was there. Obviously she
- 5:04Speaker 3: keeps referring to having a pistol, A pistol, a pistol.
- 5:07Speaker 3: But if she did feel threatened, she that explains why
- 5:12Speaker 3: she went so ham by humiliating her. But almost at
- 5:16Speaker 3: the same time, I'm thinking, why would you even go
- 5:18Speaker 3: in that direction? If she has a pistol, why would
- 5:22Speaker 3: you want to provoke someone who is a loose cannon?
- 5:25Speaker 3: And also why did the production company and Bravo not
- 5:31Speaker 3: release Brittany immediately, like they they need to do better
- 5:35Speaker 3: with like hands on and violent threats, Like yeah, I
- 5:40Speaker 3: mean obviously she's Yeah. I just like if she they're
- 5:43Speaker 3: gonna get rid of Kenya, they obviously they had to. No,
- 5:47Speaker 3: there's no question. Yeah, that's question either about Brittany.
- 5:51Speaker 2: I agree that was crazy. Like when when she's like,
- 5:54Speaker 2: and I do have a pistol on me right now
- 5:56Speaker 2: because I am not the one. I'm like, oh my god.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Yeah, like you know, why would you say that if
- 6:02Speaker 3: you don't mean it as a threat.
- 6:04Speaker 2: Yeah, well I think that she. I think Brittany dropped
- 6:08Speaker 2: her basket in that moment, and I do think she was.
- 6:11Speaker 2: First of all, that whole fight at Angela's event was
- 6:14Speaker 2: dub the whole thing.
- 6:17Speaker 3: It was so so stupid, dumb.
- 6:19Speaker 2: And when when when Kenya said, you're trying to have
- 6:22Speaker 2: your moment. You know, we're not fools. We know that
- 6:25Speaker 2: I'm the housewives of every place, especially New Housewives, look
- 6:32Speaker 2: for beef. Maybe there's barely anything there, but they want
- 6:36Speaker 2: to look They don't want to look boring. They want
- 6:39Speaker 2: to look like they are fighting, like that Utah, Beverly Hills.
- 6:43Speaker 2: It happens all the time people start to drop down,
- 6:45Speaker 2: alliances whatever. So the initial party at Angela's, I thought
- 6:49Speaker 2: was like, and I was with Kenya. Kenya's like, have
- 6:52Speaker 2: your moment. I see what's going on here, and I
- 6:54Speaker 2: was like, yes, I'm with you. Then when Britt and
- 6:59Speaker 2: then you're right bro about film that whole conversation, all
- 7:02Speaker 2: those people came pouring out of wherever they were hanging out.
- 7:04Speaker 2: And then She's like, I do have my pistol in
- 7:07Speaker 2: my purse, so she better realized that, you know whatever.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And then they said Kenya heard it. I don't know Kenya.
- 7:15Speaker 2: On the on the last week's clip, Kenya was outside
- 7:17Speaker 2: the car laughing and stuff and she got in the car.
- 7:20Speaker 2: But then this week they reiterated that Keny had that
- 7:22Speaker 2: audio where she's like saying that she heard that and
- 7:26Speaker 2: that she she Kenya in the audio said she's got
- 7:29Speaker 2: to go. Yeah, So why didn't she go to the producers?
- 7:33Speaker 2: Why come with these poster boards? Why not go to
- 7:36Speaker 2: the She's got to go? Is people bop Bravo. I
- 7:39Speaker 2: feel threatened, and then she would have been out and
- 7:42Speaker 2: this never would have happened. Having said that, Kenya, you
- 7:46Speaker 2: cannot okay the first poster word I think was old
- 7:50Speaker 2: pictures of brit with her old nose or whatever. And
- 7:53Speaker 2: even then the crowd was kind of distasted, like yeah, right,
- 7:57Speaker 2: but that third one of the S and the D
- 8:01Speaker 2: that's revenge porn. That's revenge porn. You know, even on
- 8:05Speaker 2: vand R Pump they said that, you know, Sandobal had
- 8:09Speaker 2: this picture or this image, these images of Raquel, they
- 8:13Speaker 2: were not shown, like you cannot do that. That is
- 8:16Speaker 2: so violating. And you know, any of us who's who've
- 8:20Speaker 2: ever s a D, you don't want that picture on
- 8:23Speaker 2: a poster board.
- 8:24Speaker 3: No, and I have many, but I certainly wouldn't want
- 8:28Speaker 3: that out there. And you know, I have to say,
- 8:30Speaker 3: like you know.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Christmas breath, Christmas two thousand and one, what a joy.
- 8:39Speaker 3: The fact that all of the women there were disgusted
- 8:44Speaker 3: gives me just it made me very happy that everyone
- 8:48Speaker 3: was on the right side of history.
- 8:50Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true, you're right.
- 8:51Speaker 3: Yeah, and also to this day, I mean, well, Kenya
- 8:55Speaker 3: did see the error of her ways. You know, she
- 8:58Speaker 3: went on tammeron Hall. She did apologize, she said she
- 9:03Speaker 3: took it too far, and it was nice to see
- 9:05Speaker 3: her take some responsibility. You know, it is so difficult
- 9:10Speaker 3: to watch this. It's like watching a star burned to
- 9:15Speaker 3: the ground. I mean, it's it has killed her legacy
- 9:18Speaker 3: in a way in which I hate even saying that
- 9:21Speaker 3: out loud.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I mean, I know, and it's like it's just it's
- 9:26Speaker 2: fulfilling prophecy. Right, It's like she's in tears two episodes ago.
- 9:31Speaker 2: I have to make this business work. I have put
- 9:34Speaker 2: my daughter's college fund into this business. And I'm sitting
- 9:37Speaker 2: there going, it'll work, Kenya, you can do it. And
- 9:40Speaker 2: now I'm like, that business is probably toast right now,
- 9:45Speaker 2: she cut her own paycheck. She it was the most
- 9:51Speaker 2: tone deaf thing Kenya has ever done. I feel like
- 9:56Speaker 2: if it were me, I would have read the room
- 9:59Speaker 2: at the picture of her old pictures and mugshots or
- 10:01Speaker 2: whatever whatever she was showing, stop there, and I would
- 10:04Speaker 2: have been like, oh, perhaps I've gotten it too fair.
- 10:07Speaker 2: But no, she kept going, and like I you know,
- 10:10Speaker 2: I felt I felt really gross about it, as did you,
- 10:14Speaker 2: and as did Porscha Shami. I mean, Porsche was so upset.
- 10:17Speaker 2: She was like, take the camera off. I don't even
- 10:18Speaker 2: want it to be recorded. I was at this event.
- 10:22Speaker 3: You know, It's just it's just so even I was like,
- 10:26Speaker 3: that's too far, and that's when Kenya responded back, No,
- 10:30Speaker 3: she threatened me with a gun. It's you know, you
- 10:33Speaker 3: wonder who is surrounding Kenya that they would fan the
- 10:38Speaker 3: flame of this because she didn't do this on her own.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I'm also wondering how much did production know about what
- 10:44Speaker 3: she was going to show?
- 10:45Speaker 2: Yeah, did production see her setting those little posters up?
- 10:49Speaker 3: Maybe not, because if they did, maybe they would have
- 10:52Speaker 3: shut that down. I have to think that they didn't know.
- 10:56Speaker 3: But I don't know, you know.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Call them, get them on the phone, call production.
- 11:05Speaker 3: I don't I just like I'm you know, it's hard
- 11:07Speaker 3: to wrap your head around. But hurt people hurt people,
- 11:11Speaker 3: you know, and Kenya is extremely hurt. You know, she's
- 11:14Speaker 3: had a very very difficult childhood and you know how
- 11:19Speaker 3: you said this was like her moment to I mean,
- 11:22Speaker 3: we've been waiting for this spa, that Kenya Moore hairspa
- 11:25Speaker 3: for a very very long time, you know, So why
- 11:29Speaker 3: would she choose to do that, especially at her you know,
- 11:33Speaker 3: soft laune or whatever.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Well, a victory lap. You're at your victory lap, you
- 11:38Speaker 2: worked hard.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Well, she may have, you know, she may sabotage her
- 11:44Speaker 3: own self, and she doesn't even know it. You know,
- 11:46Speaker 3: she may do that, she may just crash and burn
- 11:50Speaker 3: on purpose, but not even know that she's doing it,
- 11:52Speaker 3: because she can go so far with no boundaries whatsoever,
- 11:57Speaker 3: and she cannot see the forest through the trees, and
- 12:01Speaker 3: she couldn't pull back, like she was all in and
- 12:04Speaker 3: she was going to burn it to the ground, and
- 12:07Speaker 3: in fact she did. The other thing is if she
- 12:09Speaker 3: was a friend of this season, she wasn't going to
- 12:12Speaker 3: be at everything.
- 12:13Speaker 2: So she had she was already a friend of.
- 12:17Speaker 3: Yes, yes, it wasn't that she was demoted after this incident.
- 12:23Speaker 3: After this incident, she was completely fired or how they say,
- 12:31Speaker 3: we'll put in.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Detention, defriended, defriended of the friend. I thought that she
- 12:37Speaker 2: was right, a housewife who retroactively was banished from the
- 12:43Speaker 2: opener and defriended. So she was already a friend.
- 12:47Speaker 3: That's what I thought too. But no, coming into the season,
- 12:49Speaker 3: she as well as Cynthia were both going to be
- 12:52Speaker 3: friends of the show. And I wonder if maybe that's
- 12:57Speaker 3: what I'm thinking. I'm wondering. I mean, think about this speech.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I mean, this was her moment to you know, she
- 13:07Speaker 3: can justify it any which way. And here she is,
- 13:11Speaker 3: she's she's got the you know, this woman's coming for
- 13:14Speaker 3: my daughter. This woman she came for me. She was
- 13:18Speaker 3: looking for a moment. And then she goes surprises. Sorry,
- 13:24Speaker 3: I mean when during her speech she was like, there
- 13:27Speaker 3: was a person that was looking for a moment and
- 13:29Speaker 3: she came for me. Surprises. I was like what. And
- 13:34Speaker 3: then she goes, this person, this person brought these flowers.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Take these out of here and get these out of here,
- 13:40Speaker 3: or give them to a homeless person, okay, which is.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Giving Teresa getting rid of or who set flowers to
- 13:47Speaker 2: Teresa's house. And she was like, my god, get up
- 13:51Speaker 2: off and yeah, take the note. You know. Then it
- 13:55Speaker 2: was Joe Dude, I's burned. The note got burned in
- 13:57Speaker 2: the fire at his house. I'm like, okay, we can't.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Oh that's right, nobody's opening notes. And then she says
- 14:05Speaker 3: but then it escalated because I'm going to pay her
- 14:07Speaker 3: dust because I am that bitch. I was that bitch,
- 14:10Speaker 3: I'm still that bitch. And then we get the kiss
- 14:13Speaker 3: and the blow in slow motion, which was literally her
- 14:17Speaker 3: housewife's career being blown away right before our eyes. And
- 14:22Speaker 3: then she says, I'm gonna pay you dust. So I'm like, oh,
- 14:26Speaker 3: I love that, Like I love that phrase. I'm seeing
- 14:30Speaker 3: T shirts. You know, if we didn't know what was coming,
- 14:33Speaker 3: I'm like loving what Kenya's bringing here. Because now she's like,
- 14:37Speaker 3: I am that bitch, I've been that bitch, I'm still
- 14:39Speaker 3: that bitch. Kiss slow motion blow, I'll pay you in dust.
- 14:42Speaker 3: And I'm like, yes, Kenya, you know, this is what
- 14:45Speaker 3: we want and this is how she shines. And then
- 14:48Speaker 3: but then she talked about having a gun, and this
- 14:51Speaker 3: is where I'm like, are we at Kenya's church? Like
- 14:54Speaker 3: this is Kenya Church? You know, because she was preaching
- 14:59Speaker 3: and she said.
- 15:00Speaker 2: And the crowd is like, I don't know what's going on,
- 15:03Speaker 2: which I think is always an important you know, in
- 15:07Speaker 2: in improv everyone, yes, you know, in improv the thing
- 15:10Speaker 2: that I do for free all over the country and
- 15:15Speaker 2: occasionally abroad, in improv ited to my life. I don't know,
- 15:21Speaker 2: Lisa Barlow in improv my fee free hobby. That's supposedly
- 15:26Speaker 2: a job. I we don't like inside jokes. We don't
- 15:31Speaker 2: like we call it that's too inside baseball. So if
- 15:34Speaker 2: Amy and I were doing a scene and I was
- 15:37Speaker 2: like to dust. The audience is going to laugh and
- 15:41Speaker 2: we're laughing, right, yeah, yeah, yeah. The audience is like,
- 15:46Speaker 2: I don't get it, and so you're not supposed to
- 15:48Speaker 2: really do that, You're not. It makes the audience feel uncomfortable,
- 15:52Speaker 2: as did every attendee at that event who has no
- 15:55Speaker 2: fucking idea what she's talking about. By the way, all
- 15:59Speaker 2: her friends and people who are influencers and haircare Atlanta Royalty,
- 16:04Speaker 2: they're probably like, what is going on? Like it just
- 16:07Speaker 2: made her look unhinged.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Yeah, because we didn't know where she was going. I
- 16:12Speaker 3: mean they didn't, but then.
- 16:14Speaker 2: What she was talking about, we knew.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Well, yeah, you're right, you're right. We knew, we knew,
- 16:20Speaker 3: we knew. And so then she leads it up to
- 16:24Speaker 3: so and she said, you don't know who the fuck
- 16:27Speaker 3: I am. So I did a little research and I
- 16:32Speaker 3: find out who this bitch is Boom Foam Core number one.
- 16:36Speaker 3: Then she and then we get we see the nose jobs,
- 16:39Speaker 3: the lips of the fillers. Okay, this is britt Eadie,
- 16:41Speaker 3: this is this is the girl. Foam Core number two.
- 16:45Speaker 3: And at this point h Kelly's like, okay, bye bye,
- 16:52Speaker 3: Foam Core number two. My private investigators found some more
- 16:56Speaker 3: evidence for me. She used to be and she used
- 16:59Speaker 3: to be a video ho. She was a trap ho
- 17:04Speaker 3: video ho, which I don't know the distinction of a
- 17:08Speaker 3: video ho as opposed to a trap ho video ho.
- 17:11Speaker 3: But a trap ho, from what I understand, is someone
- 17:16Speaker 3: who like runs a crackhouse. Isn't that right? What a
- 17:21Speaker 3: trap You don't know about that.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I don't know that. That's what I would.
- 17:25Speaker 3: Think, not that she did. But I'm saying, like, no.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Trap, I heard trap house. We've heard trap house. Let's see.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Okay, Jamie's going to look it up.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Yes, that's right. Colloquially, the term trap house is used
- 17:40Speaker 2: to find a house where drug dealers trap stars make
- 17:43Speaker 2: their profits. But now trap stands for transforming, reinventing, and
- 17:48Speaker 2: Crotsbury trap. I would love to be a tram. I'd
- 17:53Speaker 2: love to be a trap.
- 17:54Speaker 3: You know she didn't mean that. Okay, you're gonna look
- 17:59Speaker 3: up trap hoe right.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Yeah? Of course, trap pos are generally any female. And
- 18:04Speaker 2: this is Amy Phillips dot com. Why do you have
- 18:07Speaker 2: this on your websites?
- 18:08Speaker 3: My hobby you do improv I don't get paid for this.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Yeah, trap hoos are generally any female that can be
- 18:14Speaker 2: easily scooped for traphouse entertainment. Oh yes, of course, they
- 18:18Speaker 2: get intoxicated fairly quickly and will most likely attempt to
- 18:22Speaker 2: engage in sexual practices with any of the guys present. Okay, okay, okay, yeah,
- 18:29Speaker 2: so I've I've heard of this in my life. It's like, basically,
- 18:32Speaker 2: you know, it could be some girls at the party
- 18:34Speaker 2: of dancers, and then they they'll go further. Maybe.
- 18:40Speaker 3: So that was that was Homecore board too, and then
- 18:45Speaker 3: we get into foam Core three and then she's like,
- 18:49Speaker 3: then they kept sending me information and then we.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Again again just just just as a as a as
- 18:56Speaker 2: a just as an exercise. I want you to see me. Okay,
- 19:02Speaker 2: what is this all about? I don't understand. I'm not
- 19:06Speaker 2: sure what she Why is she talking about this? Wait?
- 19:09Speaker 2: Who are you? I'm the lady who makes air conditioners. Oh,
- 19:12Speaker 2: nice to meet you. I am a lady who sells moose.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Oh very nice to excuse me. I heard you guys
- 19:19Speaker 3: talking over here because I don't know what's going on either. Yeah,
- 19:22Speaker 3: I'm serum Susie. Yeah.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Oh yes, you saved my scalp. Nice to meet you, are.
- 19:28Speaker 3: You serium sis?
- 19:30Speaker 2: I am so serum, Oh is that a picture of
- 19:33Speaker 2: someone asking a deep whoa whoa? Why is this at
- 19:37Speaker 2: this event?
- 19:38Speaker 3: It's inappropriate for my brand.
- 19:41Speaker 2: By Susie serum, I mean, yeah, I don't know you
- 19:45Speaker 2: subject your entire party to And again, also there's two
- 19:52Speaker 2: separate issues here. Amy Absolutely Britt should have been fired
- 19:56Speaker 2: or in deep, deep trouble for even mentioning a weapon.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Or right right.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Especially a weapon, because I think a lot of times,
- 20:03Speaker 2: there's probably many times in Housewives where it's like I
- 20:05Speaker 2: should have slapped the taste out of her mouth or
- 20:07Speaker 2: something like that, But this is like I have a
- 20:08Speaker 2: pistol in my purse.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think we've ever heard anyone mention an
- 20:12Speaker 3: actual weapon.
- 20:14Speaker 2: I'm okay, But like, imagine if you were a person
- 20:18Speaker 2: of a victim of sexual abuse or something, you're just
- 20:22Speaker 2: you're you're, you're not. There's no trigger warning, no trigger.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Thinking about that. I didn't even think about that, of course.
- 20:28Speaker 2: No trigger warning for anybody. It was, and that's why
- 20:31Speaker 2: everyone fell sick to their stomach. And also I think
- 20:33Speaker 2: everyone fell sick to their stomach because the reason they
- 20:35Speaker 2: call it revenge part and it's illegal, is everybody has skeletons,
- 20:41Speaker 2: and it's just not right. And with the with the
- 20:43Speaker 2: way the internet is, it's just not right. It's so scary.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It's just the scariest thing in the world, which is
- 20:50Speaker 2: why I'd love to reiterate how lucky I am. I
- 20:52Speaker 2: didn't have any Internet when I was in high school,
- 20:55Speaker 2: in college, I know, let's just keep it in mind.
- 20:58Speaker 2: I didn't do anything crazy in high school, such a
- 21:00Speaker 2: late bloomer, but then I went ham myself. So I just,
- 21:04Speaker 2: you know, it just like loves me out bummed me.
- 21:07Speaker 2: The whole thing bummed me out. And like I love can,
- 21:09Speaker 2: I loved Kenya, and I still have some feelings for Kenya.
- 21:12Speaker 2: But I think she dropped her basket. And I just
- 21:15Speaker 2: looked on Twitter, and you know what, she's been retweeting
- 21:18Speaker 2: all day what people in support of her. So if
- 21:22Speaker 2: she had been on tamer and Hall to apologize, she's
- 21:24Speaker 2: not retweeting. She's retreating people who are saying, like Kenya
- 21:27Speaker 2: wasn't wrong.
- 21:28Speaker 3: So I don't think that's that is a problem. That's
- 21:31Speaker 3: a problem. What what she should be doing is saying
- 21:37Speaker 3: I'm sorry I ever did that. Period Dot. I know
- 21:40Speaker 3: you're saying you support me, but let's support not making
- 21:43Speaker 3: bad decisions like this. We also it was wrong of
- 21:48Speaker 3: brit to to bring this up to begin with. She
- 21:52Speaker 3: can also say that.
- 21:54Speaker 2: Yeah, you know that huge fan of britt By the way,
- 21:57Speaker 2: I have already sat that on previous episodes.
- 22:00Speaker 3: The fact that she has come out of this show
- 22:01Speaker 3: and now here we are in the gutter, in the gutter,
- 22:06Speaker 3: the literal gutter. And you know, when Kenya was starting
- 22:09Speaker 3: to talk at the beginning, like she seemed her voice
- 22:13Speaker 3: was a little shaky, she seemed like she almost wanted
- 22:15Speaker 3: to cry when she was saying something like, I'm sick
- 22:19Speaker 3: of people trying to come for me. And so obviously
- 22:22Speaker 3: she's got a lot of baggage, she's got a lot
- 22:24Speaker 3: of pain, and she's got, you know, a lot of
- 22:26Speaker 3: hurt from the past, and I'm certain, you know, some
- 22:31Speaker 3: of it has come from being a reality star. And
- 22:35Speaker 3: part of this could be, you know, as you mentioned
- 22:38Speaker 3: earlier here she is she's not going to be holding
- 22:43Speaker 3: a peach this season. So maybe that gave her even
- 22:46Speaker 3: more anger underneath to come so hard to do the unthinkable.
- 22:53Speaker 2: I don't know, Yeah, maybe she was just even mad
- 22:55Speaker 2: that she didn't have her peach and she was like,
- 22:57Speaker 2: I'm going to blaze out, but you're Your problem is
- 23:01Speaker 2: you would have had people on your side, but you can't.
- 23:05Speaker 2: People aren't going to be on your side on this
- 23:07Speaker 2: and that's the problem. And I don't just mean the
- 23:09Speaker 2: other housewives, I mean the fans. I mean people in
- 23:13Speaker 2: Atlanta that you're trying to get to come to your
- 23:16Speaker 2: hair care salon or hair care spot are now now
- 23:22Speaker 2: they're not going to go, Hey, where are you going tomorrow?
- 23:24Speaker 2: I'm going to I'm going to Kenya wear hairspot. I
- 23:27Speaker 2: would never step foot in there because of what you
- 23:29Speaker 2: know what I mean, It's like, yeah, I just I
- 23:32Speaker 2: just it was very very ill advised. And you know,
- 23:37Speaker 2: it's interesting. And when this all happened and when we
- 23:41Speaker 2: found out about this months ago, Remember they broke, I
- 23:45Speaker 2: thought in June, Yeah, June, the flowers.
- 23:53Speaker 3: June gloom. Here in La Beautiful.
- 23:56Speaker 2: We love June gloom. We hate October heat. Anyone doesn't
- 24:00Speaker 2: live here, nightmare. But the point is when this broke,
- 24:04Speaker 2: I thought that the story was that she had a
- 24:06Speaker 2: party and there were those pictures were posted up all
- 24:09Speaker 2: over the room for some reason, is what I thought. Okay,
- 24:13Speaker 2: this was even worse to do it at your own
- 24:18Speaker 2: triumphant event. I'm just gobsmacked.
- 24:21Speaker 3: I know.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Question if she had done it at a party. Let's
- 24:28Speaker 2: say she had invited up all over for a party.
- 24:31Speaker 2: It's just the six girls or whatever at the house,
- 24:34Speaker 2: and she's like, and now let's retire to the living
- 24:37Speaker 2: room for some cocktails. And then they were all plastered
- 24:40Speaker 2: in there. It's still it's still bad, but it's somehow
- 24:44Speaker 2: less bad. I don't know.
- 24:45Speaker 3: I just thought that there was a presentation and it
- 24:48Speaker 3: was like church. She was like a minister. And the
- 24:51Speaker 3: way that she presented this there was like an intro,
- 24:56Speaker 3: you know, a middle, a thesis vision and there were
- 25:02Speaker 3: you know, multiple devices, you know, multiple what you McCall,
- 25:06Speaker 3: it's the phone core.
- 25:08Speaker 2: It just visual aids.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Thanktile struggling, and I was, I was on the struggle
- 25:16Speaker 3: bus there. But like, can we just talk for a
- 25:19Speaker 3: second about brit and her coming into the party. Before
- 25:25Speaker 3: we do that, let me just take a very quick
- 25:27Speaker 3: break and talk about you know, we're talking about female stuff,
- 25:30Speaker 3: so listen to this. We need to talk about menopause, ladies.
- 25:34Speaker 3: Let's get on the same page. We're all darlings here, right,
- 25:37Speaker 3: So this episode of drama Darling with Amy Phillips is
- 25:39Speaker 3: brought to you by Alloy Women's Health. Dealing with menopause
- 25:44Speaker 3: or you're approaching menopause can be super duper and not cool.

- 25:52Speaker 3: greased libido, Do I need to go on? So it's inevitable,

- 25:59Speaker 3: I'm so excited to be talking about this because one
- 26:01Speaker 3: of the biggest things that I hear about a lot
- 26:04Speaker 3: is not a ton of people are talking about menopause,
- 26:06Speaker 3: and then what do I do? Where do I go
- 26:08Speaker 3: if my doctor isn't talking about it. The thing that
- 26:11Speaker 3: is so great about Alloy is it's availability. Alloy solutions

- 27:10Speaker 3: enter code drama Darling to get twenty dollars off your
- 27:14Speaker 3: first order. Okay, we are back talking the Real Housewives
- 27:17Speaker 3: of Atlanta. I'm with Jamie Moyer, the amazing comedic actress, improvisor, writer, performer,
- 27:24Speaker 3: you name it, and podcaster. So Jamie, when Britt saw
- 27:30Speaker 3: the error of her ways, she decided to really, you know,
- 27:35Speaker 3: pedal back. And I may have gone too far. I
- 27:38Speaker 3: may have gone too far. I could have gone too far.
- 27:40Speaker 3: I went too far, you think, Okay, So she decides
- 27:44Speaker 3: to get flowers. She writes Kenya a note and she
- 27:48Speaker 3: arrives immediately says she is so sorry. Gives her the
- 27:52Speaker 3: flowers and she wrote her note great, all that excellent
- 27:57Speaker 3: housewife behavior, perfect perfection. You know, you put it out there,
- 28:01Speaker 3: you bring her something, you show up to the event,
- 28:04Speaker 3: you support her. Boy, she does she not know what
- 28:07Speaker 3: was coming, because even Kelly and her were speaking about,
- 28:09Speaker 3: like even going to the event. She was like, no,
- 28:11Speaker 3: I think you should go. I think that at the
- 28:12Speaker 3: end of the day, you know, she might even appreciate
- 28:16Speaker 3: you being there, you know, later on. Anyway, so I.
- 28:19Speaker 2: Knew she wouldn't. Anyone who knows Kenya no should know
- 28:22Speaker 2: that that is not what's going to happen. Right.
- 28:27Speaker 3: So, but when Britt was in the parking lot saying
- 28:32Speaker 3: all those things, she was so amped up. And the
- 28:36Speaker 3: way that she was trying to like check Kenya was
- 28:40Speaker 3: like it seemed like it was in good, plain fun,
- 28:43Speaker 3: the way that this new housewife was coming for a
- 28:45Speaker 3: veteran housewife. But then it was like she could not,
- 28:50Speaker 3: like you condition up, but you can't take it. The
- 28:53Speaker 3: second that Kenya started to say, don't come for me
- 28:56Speaker 3: unless I unless I call for you.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Is that what it is? Don't come for me unless
- 29:01Speaker 2: I send for you.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Oh, unless I send for you. Thank you and you know,
- 29:05Speaker 3: she's like as if she's never heard that before, or
- 29:08Speaker 3: if she's in a completely foreign land. And I'm thinking,
- 29:11Speaker 3: you're on the Housewives, you better prepare. If you're going
- 29:14Speaker 3: to be coming for Kenya, you're gonna get eighteen slogans
- 29:17Speaker 3: that she's curated over the past, like eighteen years, like you,
- 29:21Speaker 3: what do.
- 29:22Speaker 2: You twirl on your butt? She'll twirl you right on
- 29:26Speaker 2: out of the room. Yeah, I don't know.
- 29:29Speaker 3: So then for her to say, you know, this isn't Hollywood,
- 29:32Speaker 3: this is real life, because that was her saying like,
- 29:35Speaker 3: don't do your Housewives stick on me, And it's like, well,
- 29:38Speaker 3: what exactly did you expect her to do other than
- 29:40Speaker 3: her Housewives stick? What are you doing?
- 29:45Speaker 2: Yeah, the whole thing is just a little odd and
- 29:50Speaker 2: it's very I blame production a lot in this.
- 29:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm gonna have to go with you on that.
- 29:59Speaker 3: I'm very disappointed in what we because you know, at
- 30:04Speaker 3: some point production needs to be able to protect the
- 30:09Speaker 3: women from themselves.
- 30:11Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, exactly.
- 30:13Speaker 3: I mean yes, some may have.
- 30:16Speaker 2: Have there been other fights of contact? Has there been.
- 30:19Speaker 3: Actually yeah, yeah, there's been.
- 30:21Speaker 2: There's no absolutely.
- 30:23Speaker 3: No, no, there had been.
- 30:25Speaker 2: There's been a piece of glass coming at your throat,
- 30:28Speaker 2: don't choo.
- 30:29Speaker 3: That was Rinna against Kim Richards.
- 30:32Speaker 2: Yeah, that was quite a quite a fight that glass.
- 30:35Speaker 2: I mean, the glass could have flown up in Kim's eye,
- 30:37Speaker 2: am blinded her. She put a she reached for her throat.
- 30:42Speaker 3: Yes, you know, these are the things like I mean,
- 30:45Speaker 3: the whole thing happened on Potomac with Candace and Monique.
- 30:48Speaker 3: That was huge and moniquees Monique was fired, but Candace
- 30:54Speaker 3: stayed and people had a problem with that because she
- 30:57Speaker 3: was part of the fight and she was provoking. But
- 30:58Speaker 3: she's not the one who put hands made first contact.
- 31:03Speaker 3: It's just, you know, there have been several I mean
- 31:07Speaker 3: freaking Danielle stob pulled Margaret Joseph's ponytail, but Margaret dumped
- 31:13Speaker 3: water on her head.
- 31:16Speaker 2: J Aden threw a knife at Melissa.
- 31:21Speaker 3: Remember yep, Brandy Glanville slapped Lisa vander Pump in a
- 31:27Speaker 3: kind of funny way. It was still it was you know.
- 31:31Speaker 2: I don't know, I gotta tell you, Amy, it was gross.
- 31:34Speaker 2: And again I don't it's giving. Like again, I wasn't
- 31:38Speaker 2: even on your show, but back when we're watching Jersey
- 31:42Speaker 2: and all this terrible fighting between the families, and I
- 31:45Speaker 2: was just like, this is not as fun watching Teresa
- 31:48Speaker 2: and her brother carry each other limb for limb and this.
- 31:52Speaker 2: You know that those reunions were so brutal. I'm like,
- 31:55Speaker 2: I don't know. This isn't like fun housewife fodder. This
- 31:58Speaker 2: was a new low.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Remember the Joe's went after each other and then Joe's
- 32:03Speaker 3: hair powder got all.
- 32:05Speaker 2: Over, Yes, hair spray got all over. Sir God, damn,
- 32:10Speaker 2: this is brutal. You know, you sign up for Game
- 32:12Speaker 2: of Thrones, You're gonna get some brutal stuff. But I mean,
- 32:15Speaker 2: I was watching episode like this. It was just like
- 32:18Speaker 2: a train wreck.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Well so upsetting. It's so upsetting. And now like we
- 32:25Speaker 3: were just like last week, Kenya was trying to get
- 32:28Speaker 3: information or you know, business advice from Kelly in tears.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Yes she is.
- 32:37Speaker 3: You know what, I think we're cracking down on what
- 32:39Speaker 3: happened here. Kenya. She had, she's got this business she's
- 32:43Speaker 3: trying to open. She's obviously, you know, with this stuff
- 32:47Speaker 3: with Mark and this divorce. I don't even remember if
- 32:49Speaker 3: they're actually officially divorced yet. I don't.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I do not think they are, and I think he's
- 32:55Speaker 2: giving her a hard time at every turn.
- 32:57Speaker 3: So we have that she is in a pressure cooker
- 33:02Speaker 3: of stress and money, which is probably why she went
- 33:06Speaker 3: for the jugular, because that is sometimes how things work,
- 33:10Speaker 3: depending on who you are and your personality, and she
- 33:13Speaker 3: just freaking went for it in all the wrong ways.
- 33:15Speaker 2: Yeah, she blew it. She blew it. She blew it,
- 33:19Speaker 2: she blew it, and it was odd. I just I
- 33:24Speaker 2: don't know if she was trying to have fun like
- 33:26Speaker 2: Marlowe showing up with her marching band at Marlowe's event,
- 33:30Speaker 2: like that's playful, and still was kind of awkward. This
- 33:32Speaker 2: is just beyond and it felt out of nowhere in
- 33:37Speaker 2: a strange way too. It's like why did she or
- 33:39Speaker 2: did she go to production? Did she go to production
- 33:42Speaker 2: and go I can't have this and they're like, sorry,
- 33:44Speaker 2: we're having it, and she's like, oh fine, well then
- 33:46Speaker 2: I've got something up my sleeves.
- 33:48Speaker 3: Yeah, And getting back to the whole production, you know,
- 33:52Speaker 3: protecting them from themselves. That's why it upsets me because
- 33:56Speaker 3: Keny's been on the show for so long and if
- 34:00Speaker 3: a producer was scanning the area in her salon spa,
- 34:08Speaker 3: they would have seen some phone core boards and they
- 34:11Speaker 3: might have been like, hold on, cut, what do you have?
- 34:15Speaker 3: You know, like this needs to be cleared or but
- 34:19Speaker 3: you know, they obviously don't work that way because if
- 34:21Speaker 3: it's something that they can't show, then they'll blurt out.
- 34:24Speaker 3: But the fact that they just let it go, But
- 34:27Speaker 3: then again, what producer is going to anticipate that anyone
- 34:30Speaker 3: would go that far?
- 34:33Speaker 2: Well, if they really wanted to, they didn't have to
- 34:35Speaker 2: air it. So you know they did air.
- 34:39Speaker 3: It, Yeah, because it word got out?
- 34:43Speaker 2: Yeah, word got out. I mean, I don't know, I
- 34:46Speaker 2: just did you. I guess maybe I should look up
- 34:48Speaker 2: her interview on Tameron Hall. I'd like to believe that
- 34:52Speaker 2: she regrets it. And I also think that it's that
- 34:56Speaker 2: Britt winning after threatening her is really gross as so
- 35:01Speaker 2: I don't like that I have a gun. I have
- 35:03Speaker 2: been a victim of a violent crime, so I don't
- 35:06Speaker 2: like the sound of that. That freaks me out. I
- 35:08Speaker 2: don't like that. I do think that Kenya doing this
- 35:12Speaker 2: would show that Kenya maybe isn't very scared of her,
- 35:14Speaker 2: because that's wild to print those out, you know. I
- 35:19Speaker 2: think also it's like I'm shocked it wasn't this because
- 35:23Speaker 2: she said I'm going to hire a private investigator. I'm
- 35:26Speaker 2: shocked that it wasn't this at a luncheon with Portia
- 35:29Speaker 2: looking right right, look at.
- 35:33Speaker 3: HiT's her cat everybody because she's showing her phone.
- 35:37Speaker 2: You know. But yeah, like one lunch and then maybe
- 35:39Speaker 2: maybe that enough would have been like oh my god,
- 35:42Speaker 2: and then that would have been at all.
- 35:44Speaker 3: It would have been absolutely just like I mean, actually
- 35:47Speaker 3: this was more public. But remember back in like season
- 35:50Speaker 3: one of Beverly Hills and it was like the morally
- 35:54Speaker 3: corrupt fey Resnik and they're in the car and they're
- 35:57Speaker 3: showing a picture of Fay and playable or whatever, and
- 36:00Speaker 3: they're like.
- 36:01Speaker 2: But again they would they would say, playboy, she that
- 36:04Speaker 2: is a publication this night, right. I don't know where
- 36:06Speaker 2: Kenya's guy got these.
- 36:10Speaker 3: So what I'm wondering is if these photos or videos
- 36:15Speaker 3: that the photos were from or whatever are taken from
- 36:21Speaker 3: somebody who was with her intimately that then like went
- 36:25Speaker 3: behind her back and then gave this information away, you know,
- 36:32Speaker 3: to the internet, they're going to be held They should
- 36:36Speaker 3: be sued and be held responsible.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Uh that's right. So yeah, releast these pictures should be
- 36:43Speaker 2: whoever whoever put these pictures out there and I can't
- 36:46Speaker 2: believe it. It was Kenya's private investigator found them. They
- 36:50Speaker 2: must have already been out there. That person should be
- 36:52Speaker 2: in a lot of trouble.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Right exactly so, And then I couldn't find anything about
- 36:58Speaker 3: a lawsuit between Bridge and Kenya. You know, I thought
- 37:02Speaker 3: that there was a chance that she was suing her,
- 37:04Speaker 3: but I don't know if that's possible, especially with the
- 37:07Speaker 3: Bravo contracts and all those things. So, oh my gosh,
- 37:13Speaker 3: Now Kenya was She looked great in that purple dress,
- 37:18Speaker 3: her hair looked phenomenal. Other than the tragedy that took place.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that was real fun until that that happened.
- 37:26Speaker 3: Now that happened, and Porsia saying in her confessional like
- 37:30Speaker 3: this was Kenya's big event and she's been working on
- 37:32Speaker 3: it for years and she literally threw it away. And
- 37:36Speaker 3: Porscha was so pissed at the end. She was like
- 37:38Speaker 3: production like we're ready to go, We're done, We're done here.
- 37:42Speaker 3: I don't want to be on camera and she was mad.
- 37:46Speaker 3: Cynthia again, that was that hurt the worst because it
- 37:51Speaker 3: was like your mom that loves you so much, that
- 37:53Speaker 3: was like I hate what I saw here today.
- 37:59Speaker 2: And I love you. I don't love.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Right like oh r because Cynthia and then she was like,
- 38:09Speaker 3: you know you're you're you're better, you're bigger, and I
- 38:12Speaker 3: just really am and then Kenya was like, no, no,
- 38:15Speaker 3: it's and then Cynthia's like, we'll talk later because I'm stunned.
- 38:19Speaker 1: You know.
- 38:19Speaker 2: It was just so what's traumatics? Now? I don't know
- 38:23Speaker 2: what she was thinking. I don't I don't know what
- 38:26Speaker 2: she was thinking. Even if she said I have videos
- 38:31Speaker 2: of you s ing d she probably wouldn't have been
- 38:36Speaker 2: fired or just shown the pre post surgery photos. That's
- 38:42Speaker 2: still pretty bad too, But this is just the I
- 38:48Speaker 2: don't know. She just biffed it. Amy.
- 38:50Speaker 3: She biffed it, okay, but you had to say, yeah.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Go ahead because I have to say about off the topic.
- 38:55Speaker 2: So what do you have to say?
- 38:56Speaker 3: Okay, So at the end of her speech, you know,
- 39:00Speaker 3: when everybody was walking out.
- 39:04Speaker 2: Terrified and upset, Yes, every person, Wow, thanks for giving
- 39:08Speaker 2: me that sample of moose. I'm terrified you.
- 39:10Speaker 3: Want your swag bags? And uh so, well it was
- 39:16Speaker 3: hilarious because like she, like I said, she was running
- 39:19Speaker 3: a church, you know, she was ministering, and so she
- 39:22Speaker 3: was like, so thank you for coming. Now I know
- 39:24Speaker 3: who I can trust. And then she goes, don't come
- 39:28Speaker 3: for me, and then everyone's like, unless I send for you,
- 39:33Speaker 3: and she's like, thank you. You know. It was that
- 39:35Speaker 3: like when you're in church and it's like peace be
- 39:38Speaker 3: with you, also also with you.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Did you see the SNL this past week? Something else
- 39:43Speaker 2: so funny happened. Okay, so this this clip was out,
- 39:46Speaker 2: but but Igo Notam was playing this comedian, a stand
- 39:50Speaker 2: up who's doing a bit during Weekend Update and she's
- 39:53Speaker 2: trying to do a call in response with the audience,
- 39:55Speaker 2: but she's not telling him because she's like, because y'all
- 39:57Speaker 2: know one thing about me, and then you know, they
- 40:00Speaker 2: don't know what to say, right. So then she she
- 40:03Speaker 2: had this great thing where she goes, and I'm talking
- 40:05Speaker 2: about Corey Booker's philibuster because when it comes to these men,
- 40:10Speaker 2: I've had my Philip Busters, which is such a funny joke.
- 40:13Speaker 2: And then she goes, am, I right, because men ain't
- 40:16Speaker 2: and then half the audience went shit, and then you
- 40:20Speaker 2: just see Colin Jost, Michael Chay and Ego Nordam just
- 40:24Speaker 2: break and Ego Nodam was like, you just got us. Fine,
- 40:28Speaker 2: Lauren is gonna be mad at you, not us. It's
- 40:30Speaker 2: not our fault. It was so funny. It was so funny.
- 40:35Speaker 2: So then I went on down a rabbit hole on
- 40:37Speaker 2: that and I'm like, was that planned? And I saw
- 40:38Speaker 2: a TikTok of a lady who was in the audience.
- 40:40Speaker 2: So she's like, no, we was not planned. She's like,
- 40:42Speaker 2: I don't know how that happened. At rehearsal, we were silent.
- 40:45Speaker 3: So oh wow, rehearsal was silent. Oh my gosh, that's amazing.
- 40:52Speaker 3: That is so funny.
- 40:54Speaker 2: But that's what makes me think of what you're talking about.
- 40:55Speaker 2: That caller response, He responds, can I stand called for me?
- 41:00Speaker 3: And lest I send for you?
- 41:01Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 41:02Speaker 3: What are you gonna say about the party?
- 41:03Speaker 2: I want to move on to something much more lighthearted.
- 41:06Speaker 2: That awkward exchange between Drew and Porsche out in a
- 41:10Speaker 2: funny way.
- 41:13Speaker 3: That funnyway. It was so I mean, she Drew just
- 41:18Speaker 3: tried to keep it so light. She's like, look, every
- 41:20Speaker 3: I'm going through divorce. Everyone's going through divorce. He's a divorce. Like,
- 41:24Speaker 3: we're horrible people. I'm a horrible You're a horrible person.
- 41:27Speaker 3: We're just all like we're crazy. Why would I do
- 41:29Speaker 3: something even more stupid then Mary Ralph? And then work
- 41:34Speaker 3: with your you know ex why would I do that?
- 41:38Speaker 3: And then Porsche was trying to make a list of
- 41:42Speaker 3: things that she should have done when it was really
- 41:44Speaker 3: just one thing and Drew actually did do it. So
- 41:47Speaker 3: it's kind of a little unportionate. I'm starting to get
- 41:50Speaker 3: annoyed with this because Porscha's like, why not a phone call,
- 41:53Speaker 3: a conversation, a phone where I pick up and you're
- 41:57Speaker 3: on the other end and which you explain or perhaps
- 42:01Speaker 3: when you call me, it's like you can't make a.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Little I did call you. And then Porsia in her confession,
- 42:07Speaker 2: is like, I wasn't feeling well. That was eight months ago.
- 42:13Speaker 3: I was like, I mean, Porscha, you she did attempt
- 42:18Speaker 3: to text you to call you, and you weren't there
- 42:22Speaker 3: for it because you were already pissed you. You already
- 42:25Speaker 3: probably knew you already.
- 42:27Speaker 2: No, no, no, I tried to call you three times
- 42:32Speaker 2: and you already no.
- 42:36Speaker 3: Yeah. Porcha's like it's just common sense things, and She's
- 42:40Speaker 3: just like, well, okay, so we did have a conversation. Uh,
- 42:44Speaker 3: And then Porscha's like, no, now, you're lying. You're lying.
- 42:47Speaker 3: Everything out of your mouth is a lie, lie, lie,
- 42:49Speaker 3: everything from your mouth.
- 42:51Speaker 2: It's like, liar, liar, li liar.
- 42:54Speaker 3: She just went to one hundred and because she doesn't
- 42:56Speaker 3: and I understand that you can't believe Drew, because you know,
- 42:59Speaker 3: you just can't.
- 43:01Speaker 2: Fables. Drew had a hung up a curtain that said,
- 43:06Speaker 2: this is a exercise studio. I would just printed at that.
- 43:13Speaker 2: This is a well established exercise studio that season. It
- 43:17Speaker 2: is like I looked it up online and there's no address,
- 43:20Speaker 2: and she's like, no, it's right here, pop up here.
- 43:26Speaker 2: It is squeaks, sak, squeak.
- 43:29Speaker 3: Here comes her like little wagon, pop up bow. And
- 43:36Speaker 3: it's like, okay, you guys done here. Uh you know,
- 43:39Speaker 3: uh you know Rory's accounting once to get back into
- 43:42Speaker 3: their offices. I almost said, ralse accounting, but.
- 43:46Speaker 2: It's giving joggers September, September, November, it's giving joggers.
- 43:53Speaker 3: Portion doesn't want to have any time when she's like, nope,
- 43:56Speaker 3: lies lies, walk away.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Yeah. Poor. She brought up that good point too. What
- 44:01Speaker 2: about in the elevator if I said I had a pistol,
- 44:04Speaker 2: you know, not good?
- 44:06Speaker 3: Oh right, and then you know, just to bounce out
- 44:10Speaker 3: of the pistol thing. When Porscha's in her confessional, she
- 44:14Speaker 3: was like, yeah, I was sick, and then I was
- 44:17Speaker 3: like sick of her. And then I'm like, oh, I
- 44:21Speaker 3: found out more hot goss because I'll show up for
- 44:24Speaker 3: that shit. I'll show up for that shit all day.
- 44:26Speaker 3: I'll show up in hair and makeup and go and
- 44:28Speaker 3: sit with this music executive named Johnny who we've never
- 44:31Speaker 3: heard of before. That's a creative director. What And then
- 44:35Speaker 3: he was like, oh, yeah, she asked me to listen
- 44:37Speaker 3: to her music. Oh boy, and that just Porscha's like,
- 44:41Speaker 3: so that done.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Gosh, what is Drew doing? She's coming across very Get
- 44:48Speaker 2: me a glass of water because I'm very thirsty.
- 44:53Speaker 3: She has been since the beginning. And I do love Drew.
- 44:55Speaker 3: I love her flighty delusional vibe. I just I'm a
- 45:00Speaker 3: sucker for it. It just plays fun.
- 45:03Speaker 2: It's not threatening, it's not threatening. I'm okay with it.
- 45:07Speaker 2: She's a dingmat for sure.
- 45:09Speaker 3: Yes, And Cynthia was trying to get them to come
- 45:12Speaker 3: together because she's like, look, I feel like this has
- 45:14Speaker 3: gone on long enough. Can we please just have a
- 45:16Speaker 3: conversation and Porcha's like, you know what, you know what
- 45:19Speaker 3: you should do. You should try coming up to me
- 45:21Speaker 3: at a party sometime and ask if we could have
- 45:23Speaker 3: a conversation. You should try talking to me to my face.
- 45:27Speaker 3: She's like, I thought that I give up.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Yeah, She's like, you should come up to me at
- 45:31Speaker 2: a very awkward event where some revenge porn is shown
- 45:34Speaker 2: on a poster board and then we'll talk. Isn't that
- 45:37Speaker 2: where we are right now? What do you mean? I
- 45:41Speaker 2: don't care.
- 45:41Speaker 3: This girl is lying.
- 45:42Speaker 2: She lies.
- 45:44Speaker 3: Even Cynthia is like, I mean, Porscha, close the gap,
- 45:47Speaker 3: you know.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Yeah, close the gap. Just talk to her. I mean,
- 45:50Speaker 2: you're you. Porscha did make a mistake. But again, Drew
- 45:54Speaker 2: get away from her baby's father on that reality show.
- 46:00Speaker 2: It is Yes, that's the only producer in Atlanta. Are
- 46:03Speaker 2: you kidding me?
- 46:04Speaker 3: It's the stupidest thing, dumb.
- 46:07Speaker 2: And also Denis Dennis loves this.
- 46:10Speaker 3: Oh of course he does. He loves it, every bit
- 46:13Speaker 3: of it.
- 46:14Speaker 2: He probably pursued Portia initially to get on the show.
- 46:17Speaker 2: For goodness sakes. Ooh, hot Dog King of Chicago over there.
- 46:22Speaker 3: Oh that's sad, Oh that's awful.
- 46:24Speaker 2: So she was on the show when she met him.
- 46:28Speaker 3: I know he did that whole proposal thing with all
- 46:30Speaker 3: of the rose petals and all that stuff.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Yeah, they never married though, right, it's broken engagement. Also
- 46:37Speaker 2: in this episode, Charles always cooking and delicious foods and
- 46:43Speaker 2: Angela's marriage. I worry he's worried.
- 46:46Speaker 3: He has always got business to take care of, like
- 46:49Speaker 3: whether it's in that kitchen or another room over. You know,
- 46:52Speaker 3: he's bopping from one side to the other and he's
- 46:54Speaker 3: just like, let's go.
- 46:56Speaker 2: She's trying to talk to him on camera too. It's
- 46:58Speaker 2: very awkward. She's like, I had a heart time with
- 47:00Speaker 2: my mom and my sister. He's like, don't care. Like
- 47:03Speaker 2: he just is always like he is so platant. And
- 47:05Speaker 2: she's like, I love to talk to you about doing
- 47:07Speaker 2: the house. He's like, not my fault, don't want.
- 47:08Speaker 3: Me, yeah, yeah, make yourself useful. You're gonna talk, You're
- 47:13Speaker 3: gonna work.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 47:15Speaker 2: And he's like, what are you doing here? She's like,
- 47:16Speaker 2: I'm trying to have a marriage. In a conversation, he's like,
- 47:18Speaker 2: don't want to not interested wash your hands. She's like,
- 47:21Speaker 2: I just did wash my hands. He's like, no, you didn't.
- 47:24Speaker 2: And I'm like Charle's babe, there's cameras in your kitchen,
- 47:26Speaker 2: so the receipts are coming, and wash your hands.
- 47:30Speaker 3: The receipts are coming.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Don't forget there's cameras there. That's the thing. I would
- 47:34Speaker 2: be in a lot of trouble because a lot of
- 47:36Speaker 2: times I doubled down on what I think I know,
- 47:40Speaker 2: And if there was a camera in here, we would
- 47:43Speaker 2: be in a lot of trouble. You know.
- 47:44Speaker 3: I really I wish there was a camera in my
- 47:46Speaker 3: house so that I could get Brett for all the
- 47:48Speaker 3: times that I'm right and he's wrong.
- 47:50Speaker 2: That's right, I get it, Let's go to the tape.
- 47:52Speaker 3: I would be obsessed with it. I'd be like, I
- 47:54Speaker 3: didn't say that. I didn't say that, Okay, let's go.
- 47:57Speaker 3: And then of course I would lose sometimes too.
- 48:00Speaker 2: But well, there's one time I had a fight with Inga.
- 48:02Speaker 2: I think I told you about this by Freddie, but
- 48:04Speaker 2: I was like, whatever we were friending about was so dumb.
- 48:07Speaker 2: I was like, and I'll tell you one thing. I
- 48:09Speaker 2: stake my life that Ethan Hawk was in that movie.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Like I was adamant and she's like, shows me a thing,
- 48:15Speaker 2: and I'm like, oh, he wasn't in that, you know,
- 48:19Speaker 2: but like I was shook to my core, shook because
- 48:23Speaker 2: I knew I was right.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:25Speaker 3: It is crazy when you feel that you are right
- 48:28Speaker 3: down to the nitty gritty, like you can feel it
- 48:30Speaker 3: in your bones, and then you google it and you're
- 48:34Speaker 3: just dead wrong.
- 48:35Speaker 2: Dead wrong. We are brains. Pulay tricks on us. We've
- 48:38Speaker 2: lived a long lot of life here, everybody.
- 48:40Speaker 3: Hey, listen, what's up with Angela's family? They are a
- 48:45Speaker 3: hot freaking mess. And then when her daughter Amari, I
- 48:51Speaker 3: thought they were tight, you know, and then everything was okay,
- 48:54Speaker 3: and then she you know, I forgot that this is
- 48:56Speaker 3: the girl that snuck off and got married, and like
- 48:59Speaker 3: she didn't tell her. There's obviously a reason behind that,
- 49:02Speaker 3: and I'm thinking this is terrible. And then her grandmother,
- 49:06Speaker 3: Amari's grandmother has bipolar, and then she like kicked her
- 49:11Speaker 3: out and then the sister called her a demon. I mean,
- 49:16Speaker 3: this is really bad.
- 49:18Speaker 2: Yeah, bad for on camera, bad for off camera? Is
- 49:21Speaker 2: Amari living? I got the vibe that she's living in
- 49:24Speaker 2: the house with the graandma in the ant. Where's her
- 49:27Speaker 2: she was?
- 49:28Speaker 3: And then she decided to leave. Where's I don't know?
- 49:34Speaker 2: So that when Angela tried to gently talk to her
- 49:37Speaker 2: about it, she started crying. Angela, never mind, never mind,
- 49:39Speaker 2: never mind. I was like, oh, there's a lot of
- 49:41Speaker 2: trauma in that family. And also Ansela is like my
- 49:45Speaker 2: mom and my sister and I'll mess with Charles and
- 49:47Speaker 2: I'm like, ugh, you know, it's it's it's hard. I'm
- 49:51Speaker 2: worried about Angela and Charles's marriage. I think that Angela
- 49:55Speaker 2: is a is a good woman. I think she's trying,
- 49:57Speaker 2: but I feel like Charles is just sometimes and you
- 50:00Speaker 2: marry those bachelors who've been single for so long. I've
- 50:04Speaker 2: said this on the show. I can't imagine someone coming
- 50:07Speaker 2: in here being like, I think we should do this tonight,
- 50:09Speaker 2: and I'd be like, I think you should go to hell.
- 50:12Speaker 2: This is the night.
- 50:13Speaker 1: I'm not doing that. I don't know.
- 50:15Speaker 2: I just can't imagine. I can't imagine compromising at this
- 50:19Speaker 2: late date. Perhaps we should do this, Perhaps you should
- 50:23Speaker 2: get the hell out of my house. Tired, drop, I'm tired,
- 50:28Speaker 2: and I'm going to bed. But it's my sister's birthday.
- 50:31Speaker 2: I'm sorry about that. I don't know what to tell you.
- 50:35Speaker 3: I always remember Wanda Sikes like one of her first
- 50:38Speaker 3: stand ups, like one of her first big, like you know,
- 50:42Speaker 3: film stand ups, and she was like talking about when
- 50:44Speaker 3: she was married, and she was like, yeah, I got divorced.
- 50:47Speaker 3: She's like, you know, I just take care of myself.
- 50:49Speaker 3: He'd be like, oh, I have to do so much.
- 50:51Speaker 3: I have my laundry needs to be done, all my
- 50:54Speaker 3: underwear and socks, and she'd go, well, mine are right here.
- 50:58Speaker 3: I'm hired and clean. Sorry for you.
- 51:02Speaker 1: You know.
- 51:02Speaker 3: It was just like so funny. I'm just trying to
- 51:04Speaker 3: like somebody trying to get you to do something. You're
- 51:07Speaker 3: just like, I'm not. I've taken care of me.
- 51:12Speaker 2: Oh my god. I can't imagine if I got up
- 51:14Speaker 2: and I was like, oh, I can't wait to have
- 51:16Speaker 2: my lasagna from last night. Wait a damn. Oh I
- 51:22Speaker 2: hated honey. You did what Now.
- 51:24Speaker 3: In your in your fantasy, you're married to Garfield, so
- 51:30Speaker 3: that will happen every night, Jamie. Okay, I'm just warning you.
- 51:32Speaker 3: He loves lasagna. We both had, we both Yeah, now
- 51:37Speaker 3: that's gonna be a good day for you both. But
- 51:40Speaker 3: Amari lost her father when she was seven. He was
- 51:43Speaker 3: murdered in Chicago. I know. Okay, so anyway, we're concerned.
- 51:51Speaker 3: We're concerned over there, and you know, yeah, this marriages.
- 51:55Speaker 2: I do like Angela.
- 51:57Speaker 3: I do too.
- 51:58Speaker 2: I like that she's a little bit older, she's gorgeous,
- 52:01Speaker 2: she's trying to do everything right. She wouldn't she didn't
- 52:05Speaker 2: want to press her daughter. It's like giving Robert Mary's son, Robert, oh,
- 52:11Speaker 2: I'm married, now, what the hell? Remember when Robert was like,
- 52:15Speaker 2: I'm married. Mary was like, I don't love that, see
- 52:17Speaker 2: you later and.
- 52:18Speaker 3: Enjoying and he's like kind of like he wasn't sure.
- 52:22Speaker 3: And then she didn't know.
- 52:24Speaker 2: She was crying. I love Mary. That was a lot,
- 52:27Speaker 2: I know.
- 52:27Speaker 3: Okay, all right, Well, I want to say that I
- 52:33Speaker 3: want to say that Kenya did say something funny earlier
- 52:37Speaker 3: where she said I didn't do anything that wouldn't that
- 52:39Speaker 3: would warrant that kind of clownery that and I love that.
- 52:44Speaker 2: That was good.
- 52:45Speaker 3: Okay, So I think that we've pretty much covered it.
- 52:51Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we have an and dear listeners, thanks
- 52:54Speaker 2: for going with us on this journey. It's not always
- 52:56Speaker 2: pretty and it's not always fun and funny, but yeah,
- 52:59Speaker 2: at the end of the day, they're going to rebuild.
- 53:02Speaker 2: And I think that that the real villain here is production.
- 53:07Speaker 2: That's my that's my last thoughts.
- 53:10Speaker 3: I'm gonna blame they should have production. I'm going to
- 53:13Speaker 3: blame you know, the accountability that they did not give
- 53:16Speaker 3: to you know, Britt as well.
- 53:19Speaker 2: Yeah, I just you know, I think that it was
- 53:22Speaker 2: a misfire on a few different ways, and especially if
- 53:27Speaker 2: and I think Britt knew she had really messed up,
- 53:30Speaker 2: because she was like, I really messed up. She didn't say,
- 53:35Speaker 2: was it when you have a vessel? And I doubled? Yeah,
- 53:37Speaker 2: it's probably what she said.
- 53:38Speaker 3: I really messed up.
- 53:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you know, she knew she did, and
- 53:43Speaker 2: probably production maybe even maybe there was a bit of
- 53:45Speaker 2: a talking to.
- 53:47Speaker 3: Yeah, there could have been right. I would have liked
- 53:50Speaker 3: to have seen what was in that letter before it
- 53:52Speaker 3: was ushered out.
- 53:54Speaker 2: I still want to see Theresa's letter to Joe on
