  responsibility and pressure and expectation and lots of heavy

  decisions, important life changing decisions, lots of high

  level executives and different things.

  And I've seen in both them and myself that God wasn't asking me

  or them to lead harder or push more.

  He was inviting me to lead from within, lead from a place of

  alignment instead of performance.

  And so over time I've come to understand that that's what real

  leadership is. It starts with honesty, with

  kind of knowing yourself, with allowing God to reshape your

  heart and who you are in the inside.

  Before you worry about what other people think, before you

  worry about what the next step is, before about that ego or
• 0:42
  those expectations of others, determine what you're meant to
• 0:45
  do. Because sometimes all of that
• 0:46
  noise and all of those things can stop us from hearing what
• 0:50
  we're truly meant to hear.
