August’s theme is “ADOLESCENT POWER FANTASY” which means we’re FINALLY getting to a Superhero movie theme, but we ain’t gonna be watching some “Age of Ultron” shit yet because we’re getting to the godfathers of where we’re at today as well as adventure film influences from even earlier times. It’s Superman week and we’re revisiting the classics and starting with the first ever Superman feature film outside of a serialized format.
