- 19:50Speaker 4: The Assembly will hear an address by His Excellency Benjamin Yahu,
- 19:58Speaker 4: Prime Minister of the State of Israel. I request protocol
- 20:03Speaker 4: to escort his Excellency and invite him to address the Assembly.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Please order in the hall, Please order in the hole.
- 20:44Speaker 4: Place order in the hole. Place order in the hole.
- 21:26Speaker 4: Place order in the hall, and please be seated.
- 21:48Speaker 5: Place order in the hall, Mister President, the families of
- 22:04Speaker 5: our dear hostages languishing in the dungeons of Gaza, Ladies
- 22:14Speaker 5: and gentlemen.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Last year.
- 22:20Speaker 5: I stood at this podium and I showed this map.
- 22:25Speaker 3: This map.
- 22:28Speaker 5: It shows the curse of Iran's terror axis. This axis
- 22:36Speaker 5: threatened the peace of the entire world, It threatened the
- 22:41Speaker 5: stability of our region and the very existence of my country, Israel.
- 22:48Speaker 5: Iran was rapidly developing a massive nuclear weapons program and
- 22:56Speaker 5: a massive ballistic missile program. Who were meant not only
- 23:01Speaker 5: to destroy Israel, they were met also to threaten the
- 23:05Speaker 5: United States and blackmailed nations everywhere. From Gaza Yehiya, Sinhoar
- 23:14Speaker 5: dispatched waves of ramasterists. They stormed into Israel on October
- 23:21Speaker 5: seventh and committed acts of unspeakable savagery. From Lebanon, Rasanaswala
- 23:31Speaker 5: had launched thousands of missiles and rockets at our cities,
- 23:36Speaker 5: terrorizing our citizens. In Syria, the murderous dictator Asad hosted
- 23:43Speaker 5: Iran's forces, tightening a noose of death around our throats.
- 23:49Speaker 5: In Yemen, the Jutis launched ballistic missiles at Israel while
- 23:54Speaker 5: choking global trade at the mouth of the Red Sea.
- 23:59Speaker 5: So what's happen Over the past year. We've hammered the routies,
- 24:04Speaker 5: including yesterday, we crushed the bulk of Ramas's terror machine.
- 24:10Speaker 5: We crippled his Bala, taking out most of its leaders
- 24:15Speaker 5: and much of its weapons. Arsenal, you remember those beepers
- 24:18Speaker 5: for pagers. We paid his Bala and believe me, they
- 24:24Speaker 5: got the message and thousands of terrorists, thousands of terrorists
- 24:33Speaker 5: dropped to the garden. We destroyed us as armaments in Syria,
- 24:39Speaker 5: we deterred Iran's Chiat militias in Iraq. And most importantly,
- 24:44Speaker 5: and above anything else that I could say to you
- 24:46Speaker 5: or that we did in this past year, in this
- 24:49Speaker 5: past decade, we devastated Iran's atomic weapons and ballistic missiles programs.
- 25:04Speaker 5: So here's where things stand today. Half the Houti leadership
- 25:15Speaker 5: in Yemen gone, Yuhasin war in Gaza gone, Nasa Storry,
- 25:26Speaker 5: Hassan Asraela in Lebanon gone, the Acid regime in Syria gone,
- 25:35Speaker 5: Those mischels, those militias in Iraq, well they're still deterred,
- 25:40Speaker 5: and their leaders, if they attack Israel will also be gone.
- 25:46Speaker 5: And for Iran's top military commanders and a stop atomic
- 25:51Speaker 5: bomb scientists, well they're gone too. Israel's twelve day war
- 26:07Speaker 5: with Iran, which I renamed Operation Rising line, that's from
- 26:12Speaker 5: the Bible. This twelve day war will go down in
- 26:17Speaker 5: the annals of military history. Are daring pilots neutralized Iran's
- 26:22Speaker 5: missile defenses and took control of the skies over Tehran.
- 26:28Speaker 5: And you saw this Israeli fighter pilots and American B
- 26:32Speaker 5: two pilots bombed Iran's nuclear enrichment sites. I want to
- 26:36Speaker 5: thank President Trump for his bold and decisive action. President
- 26:47Speaker 5: Trump and I. President Trump and I promised to prevent
- 26:51Speaker 5: Iran from developing nuclear weapons, and we delivered on that promise.
- 27:02Speaker 5: We removed an existential threat to Iran, to Israel, rather
- 27:06Speaker 5: an a mortal threat to the civilized world. We lifted
- 27:09Speaker 5: a dark cloud that could have claimed millions and millions
- 27:13Speaker 5: of lives. But ladies and gentlemen, we must remain vigilant.
- 27:20Speaker 5: We must remain absolutely clear minded and vigilant. We must
- 27:25Speaker 5: not allow Iran to rebuild its military nuclear capacities. Iran
- 27:30Speaker 5: stockpiles of enriched uranium. These stockpiles must be eliminated, and
- 27:37Speaker 5: tomorrow you and Security Council's sanctions on Iran must be
- 27:42Speaker 5: snapped back. Thanks to the resolve of our people, the
- 27:52Speaker 5: courage of our soldiers, and the bold decisions we took,
- 27:56Speaker 5: Israel rebounded from its darkest day to deliver one of
- 28:00Speaker 5: the most stunning military comebacks in history.
- 28:08Speaker 3: But we're not done yet.
- 28:12Speaker 5: The final elements, the final remnants of Ramas are holed
- 28:16Speaker 5: up in Gaza City. They vow to repeat the atrocities
- 28:21Speaker 5: of October seventh again and again and again, no matter
- 28:26Speaker 5: how diminish their forces. That is why Israel must finish
- 28:31Speaker 5: the job. That is why we want to do so
- 28:34Speaker 5: as fast as possible. Ladies and gentlemen, Much of the
- 28:45Speaker 5: world no longer remembers October seventh, but we remember. Israel
- 28:53Speaker 5: remembers October seventh. On that day, well, I'll tell you
- 29:00Speaker 5: can remember October seventh.
- 29:01Speaker 3: Two.
- 29:02Speaker 5: You see, there's a large pin here. It's a QR code.
- 29:07Speaker 5: What I asked you to do is hold up your phones,
- 29:11Speaker 5: zoom in, and you too will see why we fight
- 29:16Speaker 5: and why we must win.
- 29:21Speaker 3: It's all in here.
- 29:25Speaker 5: On October seventh, Tamas carried out the worst attack on
- 29:29Speaker 5: Jews since the Holocaust. They slaughtered twelve hundred innocent people,
- 29:35Speaker 5: including over forty Americans and foreign nationals from dozens of
- 29:40Speaker 5: countries represented here. They beheaded men, They raped women, They
- 29:47Speaker 5: burnt babies alive. They burnt babies alive in front of
- 29:50Speaker 5: their parents. What monsters. And these monsters took them more
- 29:58Speaker 5: than two hundred and fifty people hostage, and those included
- 30:03Speaker 5: Holocaust survivors, grandmothers, grandmothers and their grandchildren. Who takes hostage
- 30:11Speaker 5: grandmothers and grandchildren ramasdos. So far, we've brought home two
- 30:18Speaker 5: hundred and seven of these hostages, but forty eight still
- 30:22Speaker 5: remain in the dungeons of Gaza. Twenty of them are alive, starved, tortured,
- 30:32Speaker 5: deprived of any daylight, deprived of humanity. These are the
- 30:39Speaker 5: names of the twenty living hostages. Mattan angrist Galli and
- 30:44Speaker 5: zer Bermann, brothers elk rom Braslavsky Nimot Cohen Ariel and
- 30:53Speaker 5: David Kuno and another pair of brothers Geigilbada lal have Tar David.
- 31:02Speaker 5: You saw, you saw the picture of the Viata, David emaciated,
- 31:08Speaker 5: forced to dig his own grave. Maxim Hurricane Eton Holne
- 31:15Speaker 5: Segreekfon balb cooperstein On Remehran eton More, Josef Rahim, o'hanna
- 31:24Speaker 5: alone ohill avinatam Oh and Matan Sangalke. Now, ladies and gentlemen,
- 31:33Speaker 5: I want to do something I've never done before. I
- 31:38Speaker 5: want to speak from this form directly to those hostages
- 31:43Speaker 5: through loudspeakers. I've surrounded Gaza with massive loudspeakers connected to
- 31:48Speaker 5: this microphone. In the hope that our dear hostages will
- 31:52Speaker 5: hear my message. And I'll say it first in Hebrew
- 31:56Speaker 5: and then in English. A renu a gibuim medabala am
- 32:06Speaker 5: al bi mata um los afila haam kulorem vanahu nape
- 32:17Speaker 5: ad sazi at kulhem abaita hakaim vahalim h our brave heroes.
- 32:33Speaker 5: This is Prime Minister Natanyao speaking to you live from
- 32:37Speaker 5: the United Nations. We have not forgotten you, not even
- 32:41Speaker 5: for a second. The people of Israel are with you.
- 32:45Speaker 5: We will not falter, and we will not rest until
- 32:48Speaker 5: we bring all of you home, ladies and gentlemen. Thanks
- 33:03Speaker 5: to special efforts by Israelian intelligence, my words are now
- 33:07Speaker 5: also being carried. They're streamed live to the cell phones
- 33:11Speaker 5: of Gazins. So to the remaining Ramas leaders and to
- 33:16Speaker 5: the jailers of our hostages. I now say, lay down
- 33:21Speaker 5: your arms. Let my people go. Free the hostages, all
- 33:27Speaker 5: of them, the whole forty eight. Free the hostages.
- 33:30Speaker 3: Now. If you do, you will live.
- 33:42Speaker 5: If you don't, Israel will hunt you down, ladies and gentlemen.
- 33:51Speaker 5: If Ramas agrees to our demands, the war could end
- 33:55Speaker 5: right now. Gaza would be demilitarized, would retain overriding security control,
- 34:03Speaker 5: and a peaceful civilian authority would be established by Ghazans
- 34:07Speaker 5: and others committed to peace with Israel. And of course
- 34:12Speaker 5: you understand that the war in Gaza has affected every Israeli.
- 34:17Speaker 5: But I'm sure there are people in New York, or
- 34:19Speaker 5: in London, or in Melbourne and elsewhere who are probably
- 34:24Speaker 5: thinking what does all of this have to do with me?
- 34:30Speaker 5: And the answer is everything, because our enemies are your enemies.
- 34:38Speaker 5: So let's do something else. So first, at the UN
- 34:42Speaker 5: let's do a pop quiz and raise your hand if
- 34:45Speaker 5: you know the answer. Here's the first question, who shouts
- 34:50Speaker 5: death to America? Is that A Iran, B Ramas, C Krisbala,
- 34:58Speaker 5: d the Hooties or E. All of the above. All
- 35:03Speaker 5: of the above correct, all of the above. Second question,
- 35:12Speaker 5: who has murdered Americans and Europeans in cold blood? Is
- 35:16Speaker 5: it A Al Qaeda, B Kamas, Si, Hizbala, d Iran
- 35:23Speaker 5: or E. All of the above correct again. So here's
- 35:33Speaker 5: the point. I wanted to make our enemies hate all
- 35:37Speaker 5: of us with equal venom. They want to drag the
- 35:42Speaker 5: modern world back to the past, to a dark age
- 35:44Speaker 5: of violence, fanaticism, and terror. I think many of you
- 35:50Speaker 5: are already feeling in your own societies the radical islam
- 35:53Speaker 5: Is surge. You know, I'm sure you do. You know
- 35:58Speaker 5: deep down that Israel, Israel is fighting your fight. So
- 36:03Speaker 5: I want to tell you a secret. Behind closed doors.
- 36:08Speaker 5: Many of the leaders who publicly condemn us privately thank us.
- 36:14Speaker 5: They tell me how much they value Israel's superb intelligence
- 36:18Speaker 5: services that have prevented time and again terrorist attacks in
- 36:22Speaker 5: their capitals, time and again, saving countless lives. General George Keegan,
- 36:30Speaker 5: former head of US Air Force Intelligence, once said, if
- 36:34Speaker 5: the United States had to gather on its own the
- 36:37Speaker 5: intelligence that Israel gives us, we would have to establish
- 36:41Speaker 5: five cias five cias. This past June, when Israel struck
- 36:48Speaker 5: Iran's nuclear facilities, German Chancellor Mertz admitted the truth. He said,
- 36:56Speaker 5: Israel is doing the dirty work for all of us.
- 37:02Speaker 5: President Trump understands better than any other leader that Israel
- 37:06Speaker 5: in America faith a common threat. He showed the world
- 37:13Speaker 5: that when Iran and its proxies murder Americans, take Americans hostage,
- 37:18Speaker 5: South death to America, murd American flags, and try to
- 37:22Speaker 5: assassinate the President of the United States try to assassinate
- 37:25Speaker 5: the President of the United States, not once, but twice.
- 37:30Speaker 5: He showed them there is a price to pay for
- 37:33Speaker 5: all that. But regrettably, many leaders who are represented in
- 37:48Speaker 5: this hall, they send a very different message. Sure, in
- 37:54Speaker 5: the days immediately following October seventh, many of them supported Israel.
- 38:00Speaker 5: That support quickly evaporated when Israel did what any self
- 38:04Speaker 5: respecting nation would do in the wake of such a
- 38:07Speaker 5: savage attack.
- 38:09Speaker 3: We fought back.
- 38:12Speaker 5: Now, just imagine, just sit back for a second and
- 38:15Speaker 5: imagine an attack against America proportioned to the attack against
- 38:21Speaker 5: Israel on October seventh. Imagine a regime, a terror regime,
- 38:27Speaker 5: dispatching thousands of terrorists to invade the United States. They
- 38:32Speaker 5: massacre forty thousand Americans, they take ten thousand Americans hostage.
- 38:40Speaker 5: What do you think America would do? You think America
- 38:44Speaker 5: would leave that regime standing. You don't take that, No way,
- 38:49Speaker 5: not a chance. The United States would wipe out that
- 38:53Speaker 5: terror regime and ensure that such savagery would never threaten
- 38:57Speaker 5: America again. This is precisely what Israel is doing in Gaza.
- 39:02Speaker 5: We're wiping out the terror regime of Ramas and ensuring
- 39:06Speaker 5: that this savagery will never threaten Israel again. That's what
- 39:10Speaker 5: we are doing. That's what any self respecting government would do. Yet,
- 39:23Speaker 5: and it's so yet that I'm I'm sorry to say here. Yet,
- 39:29Speaker 5: over time, many world leaders buckled. They buckled under the
- 39:35Speaker 5: pressure of a bias media, radical Islamists, constituencies, and antisemitic mobs.
- 39:43Speaker 5: There's a familiar saying, when the going gets tough, the
- 39:50Speaker 5: tough get going. Well for many countries. Here, when the
- 39:55Speaker 5: going got tough, you caved. And here's the shameful result
- 40:02Speaker 5: of that collapse. From much of the past two years,
- 40:07Speaker 5: Israel has had to fight a seven front war against barbarism,
- 40:12Speaker 5: with many of your nations opposing us. Astoundedly. As we
- 40:20Speaker 5: fight the terrorists who murdered many of your citizens, you
- 40:24Speaker 5: are fighting us. You condemn us, you embargo us, and
- 40:29Speaker 5: you age political and legal warfare. It's called lawfare against us.
- 40:34Speaker 5: I say to the representatives of those nations, this is
- 40:38Speaker 5: not an indictment of Israel. It's an indictment of you.
- 40:43Speaker 5: It's an indictment of weak need leaders who appease evil
- 40:47Speaker 5: rather than support a nation whose brave soldiers guard you
- 40:50Speaker 5: from the barbarians at the gate. They're already penetrating your gates.
- 40:55Speaker 5: When will you learn you can't appease your way out
- 40:58Speaker 5: of jihad and you won't escape the islam as stormed
- 41:02Speaker 5: by sacrificing Israel. To overcome that storm, you have to
- 41:06Speaker 5: stand with Israel. But that's not what you're doing, as
- 41:12Speaker 5: the profits of the Israel foretold in the Bible. You've
- 41:16Speaker 5: turned good into evil and evil into good.
- 41:22Speaker 4: Now.
- 41:22Speaker 5: I want to drill down on this. Take the false
- 41:26Speaker 5: charge of genocide. Israel is accused of deliberately targeting civilians, ladies,
- 41:33Speaker 5: and gentlemen. The opposite is true. The head of the
- 41:37Speaker 5: head of Urban Warfare Studies, Colonel John Spencer, he's perhaps
- 41:42Speaker 5: the world's greatest expert on urban warfare, and he says
- 41:46Speaker 5: Israel is applying more measures to minimize civilian casualties than
- 41:50Speaker 5: any military in history. And because we're doing that, the
- 41:55Speaker 5: ratio of non combatant to combatant casualties is less than
- 41:59Speaker 5: two to one in Gaza. That's an astoundingly low ratio,
- 42:05Speaker 5: lower than NATO's wars in Afghanistan in Iraq, especially when
- 42:09Speaker 5: you consider that Gaza is one of the most densely
- 42:11Speaker 5: populated urban areas on Earth. It has hundreds of miles
- 42:16Speaker 5: of terrort tunnels underground, and it has countless terror towers
- 42:21Speaker 5: above ground, and thousands of terrasts embedded in the tunnels
- 42:26Speaker 5: and in these towers in civilian areas. If you want
- 42:29Speaker 5: to see what measures Israel takes to avoid civilian casualties
- 42:33Speaker 5: in this war, just look at what we're doing now
- 42:36Speaker 5: in Gaza City, the last Ramas stronghold, one of the
- 42:39Speaker 5: two last strongholds. For three weeks, Israel dropped millions of
- 42:44Speaker 5: leaf flets, sent millions of text messages, and made countless
- 42:48Speaker 5: phone calls urging civilians to leave Gaza City before our
- 42:52Speaker 5: military moves in. At the same time, Ramas implants itself
- 42:57Speaker 5: in moss schools, hospitals, apartment buildings and tries to force
- 43:02Speaker 5: those civilians not to leave, to stay in harms way,
- 43:07Speaker 5: and it often threatens them at gunpoint if they try
- 43:09Speaker 5: to do so. For Israel, every civilian casualty is a
- 43:14Speaker 5: tragedy for Hamas. It's a strategy. Hamas uses civilians as
- 43:20Speaker 5: human shields and as props in its sick propaganda war
- 43:24Speaker 5: in Israel against Israel, a propaganda war that the Western
- 43:28Speaker 5: media buys hook line and sinker. Now, despite Hamas's threats,
- 43:34Speaker 5: close to seven hundred thousand gasins, almost three quarters of
- 43:38Speaker 5: a million have already heated our calls and moved to
- 43:42Speaker 5: safe zones. Now, I want to ask you a simple question,
- 43:47Speaker 5: a simple logical question. Would a country committing genocide plead
- 43:53Speaker 5: with the civilian population it is supposedly targeting to get
- 43:57Speaker 5: out of harms?
- 43:57Speaker 3: Way would we.
- 43:59Speaker 5: Tell get out if we want to commit genocide. We're
- 44:03Speaker 5: trying to get them out and Ramas is trying to
- 44:05Speaker 5: keep them in. And this charge is so baseless, the
- 44:10Speaker 5: comparison to genocide wholesale slaughter of populations. What did the
- 44:16Speaker 5: Nazis ask the Jews to leave? Kindly leave, go out?
- 44:19Speaker 5: Did others you want me to name all the genocidal
- 44:24Speaker 5: leaders of history, just go one by one? Did anyone
- 44:27Speaker 5: do this? Did they say get out so we can
- 44:30Speaker 5: come in?
- 44:30Speaker 3: Of course not.
- 44:32Speaker 5: So the truth has been turned on its head. Ramas
- 44:36Speaker 5: a genocidal terrorist organization whose charter calls for the murder
- 44:41Speaker 5: of all Jews.
- 44:41Speaker 3: On the planet.
- 44:43Speaker 5: This genocidal organization is given a pass sparely mentioned, while Israel,
- 44:50Speaker 5: which does everything it can to get civilians out of
- 44:53Speaker 5: harm's way. Israel is put in the dock. What a joke.
- 45:00Speaker 3: You want to hear?
- 45:00Speaker 5: Another one, Israel is accused of deliberately starving the people
- 45:06Speaker 5: of Gaza, when Israel is deliberately feeding the people of Gaza.
- 45:11Speaker 5: Since the beginning of the war, Israel is led into
- 45:14Speaker 5: Gaza more than two million tons of food and aid.
- 45:19Speaker 5: That's one ton of aid for every man, woman and
- 45:23Speaker 5: child in Gaza, nearly three thousand calories per person per day.
- 45:30Speaker 3: Some starvation policy.
- 45:32Speaker 5: If there are Gazans who don't have enough food, it's
- 45:35Speaker 5: because Hamas is stealing it. Hamas steals it, hoards it,
- 45:40Speaker 5: and sells it at exorbitant prices to fight its war machine.
- 45:45Speaker 5: Last month, even the UN, not exactly a supporter of Israel.
- 45:51Speaker 5: You're supposed to laugh, by the way, last month, even
- 45:56Speaker 5: the UN admitted that Hamas and other are groups looted
- 46:01Speaker 5: eighty five percent of the trucks. That's why you have deprivation.
- 46:08Speaker 5: Those who peddled the blood libels of genocide and starvation
- 46:11Speaker 5: against Israel are no better than those who peddled blood
- 46:15Speaker 5: libels against the Jews in the Middle Ages Ages when
- 46:18Speaker 5: they falsely affused US of poisoning wells, spreading plague, and
- 46:23Speaker 5: using the blood of children to bake passover Mansas. Anti
- 46:29Speaker 5: Semitism dies hard. In fact, it doesn't die at all.
- 46:35Speaker 5: It just keeps coming back with its libelous lies, refurbished, regurgitated,
- 46:44Speaker 5: over and over again. And I want to tell you
- 46:49Speaker 5: something else. These anti Semitic lies, they have consequences. In
- 46:56Speaker 5: recent months, Jews have been assaulted in Canada, Austria, or
- 47:02Speaker 5: rather Australia, Britain, France, the Netherlands, and elsewhere here in America.
- 47:10Speaker 5: An elderly Holocaust survivor was burnt to death in Colorado,
- 47:16Speaker 5: and a beautiful young couple from the Israeli Embassy in
- 47:19Speaker 5: Washington was brutally gunned down right in front of the
- 47:24Speaker 5: Holocaust Museum there. Thankfully, President Trump's administration is forcefully fighting
- 47:32Speaker 5: the scourge of antisemitism, and every government here should follow
- 47:36Speaker 5: its lead, but instead many do the opposite. They actually
- 47:44Speaker 5: reward reward the worst anti Semites on earth. This week,
- 47:51Speaker 5: the leaders of France, Britain, Australia, Canada and other countries
- 47:57Speaker 5: unconditionally recognized a Palestinian state. They did so after the
- 48:04Speaker 5: horrors committed by Hamas on October seventh, horrors praised on
- 48:09Speaker 5: that day by nearly ninety percent of the Palestinian population.
- 48:15Speaker 5: Let me say that again, nearly ninety percent of Palestinians
- 48:20Speaker 5: supported the attack on October seventh. It's not supported only
- 48:25Speaker 5: they celebrated. They danced on the rooftops, they threw candies.
- 48:33Speaker 5: That's woes both in Gaza and in Judea Samaria, the
- 48:37Speaker 5: West Bank as you call it. And it's just the
- 48:41Speaker 5: way they celebrated another horror, nine to eleven. They danced
- 48:47Speaker 5: on the rooftops, they cheered, they threw candy. You know
- 48:54Speaker 5: what message the leaders who recognized the Palestinian state this
- 48:58Speaker 5: week sent to the Palestinians. It's a very clear message
- 49:04Speaker 5: murdering Jews pays off. Well, I have a message for
- 49:10Speaker 5: these leaders. When the most savage terrorists on earth are
- 49:15Speaker 5: effusively praising your decision, you didn't do something right. You
- 49:20Speaker 5: did something wrong, horribly wrong. Your disgraceful decision will encourage
- 49:27Speaker 5: terrorism against Jews and against innocent people everywhere. It will
- 49:32Speaker 5: be a mark of shame on all of you. But
- 49:37Speaker 5: wait a minute, mister Prime minister. They tell me, wait
- 49:40Speaker 5: a minute. We believe in a two state solution where
- 49:43Speaker 5: the Jewish State of Israel will live side by side
- 49:47Speaker 5: in peace with the Palestinian state. There's only one problem
- 49:51Speaker 5: with that. The Palestinians. They don't believe in this solution.
- 49:56Speaker 5: They never have. They don't want a state next to Israel.
- 50:00Speaker 5: They wanted a Palestinian state instead of Israel. And that's
- 50:05Speaker 5: why every time they were offered a Palestinian state but
- 50:09Speaker 5: were required to end the conflict with Israel and recognize
- 50:12Speaker 5: the Jewish state, every time over the decades, they turned
- 50:18Speaker 5: it down. And that is why every time they were
- 50:21Speaker 5: given territory they used it to attack us. In fact,
- 50:27Speaker 5: they effectively had a Palestinian state in Gaza. So what
- 50:32Speaker 5: did they do with that state peace co existence. No,
- 50:38Speaker 5: they attacked us time and time again, totally unprovoked. They
- 50:42Speaker 5: fired rockets into our cities, They murdered our children. They
- 50:46Speaker 5: turned Gaza into a terror base from which they committed
- 50:49Speaker 5: the October seventh massacre. So here's the uncomfortable truth. The
- 50:56Speaker 5: persistent Palestinian rejection of a Jewish state in any boundary
- 51:01Speaker 5: is what has driven this conflict for over a century.
- 51:04Speaker 5: It is still driving it. It's not the absence of
- 51:08Speaker 5: a Palestinian state. It's the presence and existence of a
- 51:12Speaker 5: Jewish state. And I find it amazing, amazing that the
- 51:18Speaker 5: foreign chancelleries in the ministries and all those who pontificate
- 51:22Speaker 5: about this, and the leaders, how can they not see
- 51:26Speaker 5: this basic truth when it is repeated again and again
- 51:29Speaker 5: and again ad nauseam. And I want to say something else.
- 51:34Speaker 5: This rejection of a Jewish state not only applies to Hamas,
- 51:39Speaker 5: it also applies to the so called moderate Palestinian authority.
- 51:44Speaker 5: You should know that the Palaestinian authorities pays terrorists to
- 51:50Speaker 5: slay Jews. The more Jews the terrorists slay, the more
- 51:54Speaker 5: the Palaestinian authority pays. The Palestinian authority names its government buildings,
- 52:00Speaker 5: it's public squares, it's schools after the mass murderers of Jews,
- 52:06Speaker 5: which they glorify as martyrs. They pay and glorify not
- 52:11Speaker 5: just the killer of Jews, but also killers of Christians,
- 52:15Speaker 5: Christians like Taylor Force, an American veteran who was brutally
- 52:19Speaker 5: murdered in Israel by Palestinian terrorists. But but but again,
- 52:25Speaker 5: but that I hear from the Western leaders. They tell
- 52:29Speaker 5: me the PA promised us it will reform, and I
- 52:35Speaker 5: know this time, Prime Minister, it will be different. Yeah right,
- 52:41Speaker 5: We've heard these promises for decades. They always promise, they
- 52:47Speaker 5: never deliver because you see, the Palestinian authority is corrupt
- 52:53Speaker 5: to the core. They haven't held elections in twenty years.
- 52:57Speaker 5: They use the same textbooks as Kramas, exactly the same textbooks.
- 53:02Speaker 5: They teach their children to hate Jews and destroy the
- 53:05Speaker 5: Jewish state. And Christians don't fare much better. When Bethlehem Bethlen,
- 53:12Speaker 5: the birthplace of Jesus, was under Israeli control, eighty percent
- 53:16Speaker 5: of its residents were Christians, but since the PA took control,
- 53:22Speaker 5: that number has dwindled to under twenty percent. These are
- 53:27Speaker 5: the people you want to give a state to. What
- 53:30Speaker 5: you're doing is giving the ultimate reward to intolerant fanatics
- 53:35Speaker 5: who perpetrated and supported the October seventh massacre. Giving the
- 53:40Speaker 5: Palestinians a state one mile from Jerusalem after October seventh
- 53:45Speaker 5: is like giving al Qaida state one mile from New
- 53:48Speaker 5: York City after September eleventh. This is sheer madness, it's insane,
- 53:54Speaker 5: and we won't do it. So here's another message to
- 54:09Speaker 5: those Western leaders. Israel will not allow you to shove
- 54:13Speaker 5: a terra state down our throats. We will not commit
- 54:17Speaker 5: national suicide because you don't have the guts to face
- 54:21Speaker 5: down a hostile media and anti Semitic mobs demanding Israel's blood.
- 54:27Speaker 5: And I want you to grasp something else, which is
- 54:33Speaker 5: also distorted in the media. I say this not only
- 54:38Speaker 5: in by name or the name of my government, but
- 54:42Speaker 5: on behalf of all the people of Israel. Last year,
- 54:47Speaker 5: there was a vote in the Kinness at our parliament
- 54:50Speaker 5: whether or not to oppose the imposition of a Palestinian state.
- 54:54Speaker 5: You want to guess what the results were. Out of
- 54:57Speaker 5: one hundred and twenty members of our parliament, ninety nine
- 55:01Speaker 5: voted against and only nine supported. That's over ninety percent.
- 55:08Speaker 5: It's not a fringe group. It's not the Prime Minister
- 55:13Speaker 5: who himself is extreme or he's held hostage by extreme
- 55:19Speaker 5: parties to his right. It's over ninety percent of israelis
- 55:25Speaker 5: My opposition to a Palestinian state is not simply my
- 55:29Speaker 5: policies or my government's policy. It's the policy of the
- 55:33Speaker 5: state and people of the State of Israel. Western leaders
- 55:48Speaker 5: may have buckled under the pressure, and I guarantee you
- 55:52Speaker 5: one thing, Israel won't. Israel's victories over the Iranian thank you,
- 55:59Speaker 5: I know you.
- 56:00Speaker 3: That's good.
- 56:01Speaker 5: Israel's victories over the Iranian terror axis have opened up
- 56:06Speaker 5: possibilities for peace that were unthinkable two years ago.
- 56:11Speaker 3: Take Syria.
- 56:13Speaker 5: For decades, the very idea of peace between Israel and
- 56:16Speaker 5: Syria seemed unimaginable.
- 56:19Speaker 3: Well no more.
- 56:21Speaker 5: Today we have begun serious negotiations with the new Syrian government.
- 56:28Speaker 5: I believe in agreement can be reached that respects Seria's
- 56:31Speaker 5: sovereignty and protects both Israeli security and the security of
- 56:36Speaker 5: the minorities in the region, including the Jews minority. From
- 56:41Speaker 5: the founding of Israel, Jews and Jews have been brothers
- 56:46Speaker 5: in arms. We have fought together, We've bled together, we
- 56:52Speaker 5: built our lives together. When I was a young commander
- 56:56Speaker 5: in Israel's Special Forces, my own life was saved by
- 57:02Speaker 5: the invaluable advice given to me by a great friend,
- 57:06Speaker 5: Salim Shufi, our herogue drubs idf veteran. And that's why
- 57:11Speaker 5: I couldn't sit idly by, nor could Israel sit idly
- 57:15Speaker 5: by while the Jews were being slaughtered by jiodists, and
- 57:20Speaker 5: I instructed our forces to stop the massacre, which.
- 57:24Speaker 3: They promptly did.
- 57:26Speaker 5: Peace between Israel and Lebanon is possible as well. I
- 57:32Speaker 5: call on the Lebanese government to also begin direct negotiations
- 57:36Speaker 5: with Israel. I commended for its declared aim to disarm Risbalah,
- 57:43Speaker 5: but we need more than words. If Lebanon takes genuine
- 57:48Speaker 5: and sustained action to Disarmchrisbalah, I'm sure we can achieve
- 57:54Speaker 5: a sustainable peace. Of course, until that happens, we will
- 57:59Speaker 5: take whatever action we need to defend ourselves and to
- 58:03Speaker 5: maintain the conditions of the ceasefire which was established in Lebanon.
- 58:10Speaker 5: Our goal is not merely to monitor Risbala's actions, but
- 58:16Speaker 5: to prevent them from violating the ceasefire and attacking us
- 58:20Speaker 5: at any time. But I'm sure that if the Lebanese
- 58:24Speaker 5: government persists in its goal of disarming Krisbala, peace will
- 58:30Speaker 5: come very spabely and very readily. Victory over Ribala has
- 58:35Speaker 5: made peace possible with our two neighbors, our two Arab
- 58:39Speaker 5: neighbors in the north. Victory over Ramas will make peace
- 58:43Speaker 5: possible with nations throughout the Arab and Muslim world. Our
- 58:48Speaker 5: victory would lead to a dramatic extension and expansion of
- 58:53Speaker 5: these stark Abraham Accords, which President Trump broken between Arab
- 58:57Speaker 5: leaders and myself five years ago. And I took note,
- 59:02Speaker 5: as I'm sure you did too, of the encouraging words
- 59:05Speaker 5: spoken here by the President of Indonesia. This is the
- 59:10Speaker 5: country with the largest Muslim population of all nations, and
- 59:15Speaker 5: it's also a sign of what could come forward. Looking
- 59:20Speaker 5: Arabs and Muslim leaders know that cooperating with Israel will
- 59:24Speaker 5: provide them with groundbreaking Israeli technologies, including in medicine and science,
- 59:30Speaker 5: in agriculture and water, in defense and ai and so
- 59:33Speaker 5: many other fields. I believe that in the coming years,
- 59:38Speaker 5: the Middle East will look dramatically different. Many of those
- 59:44Speaker 5: who wage war on Israel today will be gone Tomorrow.
- 59:49Speaker 5: Brave peacemakers will take their place, and nowhere, nowhere will
- 59:54Speaker 5: this be more true than an Iran. The long suffering
- 59:59Speaker 5: Iranian people will regain their freedom. They will make Iran
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: great again, and our two ancient peoples, our two ancient peoples,
- 1:00:12Speaker 5: the people of Israel and the people of Iran, will
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: restore a friendship that will benefit the entire world. Ladies
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: and gentlemen, the horrors that happened on one dark day,
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: October seventh. Those horrors happened countless times during the centuries
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: of my people's exiles among the nations. Jewish blood was cheap,
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: Jews were killed with impunity. We had to beg others
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: to defend us. The rise of Israel did not mean
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: that the attempts to destroy us would end. It meant
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: that we could fight back against those attempts, and that
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: is exactly what Israel has done since October seventh. Our
- 1:01:02Speaker 5: sons and daughters fought like lions. Our brave soldiers donned
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: their uniforms and rushed into battle. They were armed with
- 1:01:11Speaker 5: the dreams of the hundred generations of Jews who came
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: before them, the dream of living as a free people
- 1:01:18Speaker 5: in the land of Israel, our beloved homeland for more
- 1:01:21Speaker 5: than three thousand years, the dreams of living in our
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: own independent state, the dream of having an army to
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: defend ourselves, and the dream of being allied onto the nations,
- 1:01:33Speaker 5: a beacon of progress, ingenuity, innovation for the benefit of
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: all humanity. On October seventh, the enemies of Israel tried
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: to extinguish that light. Two years later, the resolve of
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: Israel and the strength of Israel burned brighter than ever.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: With God's help, that strength and that resolve would lead
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: us to a speedy victory and to a brilliant future
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: of prosperity and peace. Thank you very much.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: On behalf of the Assembly, I wish to thank the
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: Prime Minister of the State of Israel m.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: Hey
