  The Holy Spirit doesn't pressure us, but
• 0:57
  the world does. People do. The devil
• 0:59
  does. And we need to learn not to
• 1:02
  receive the pressure. And I want to
• 1:04
  share with you something the Lord said
• 1:05
  to me that's really, really going to
• 1:07
  help you. This was a a revelation to me.
• 1:09
  You know, I've lived in a pressure
• 1:11
  cooker for a lot of my life. And I had
• 1:13
  to learn what I'm going to share with
• 1:15
  you that the Holy Spirit shared with me.
• 1:17
  So, put on your spiritual ears. Here's
• 1:19
  what I heard the Lord say. Pressure will
• 1:22
  come. The world brings demonic pressure
• 1:26
  that seeks to overwhelm your soul. I
• 1:29
  want to teach you how to recognize his
• 1:31
  strategy, says the Lord, and resist
• 1:34
  moving in the negative emotions it
• 1:36
  produces. Pressure may come from people.
• 1:39
  Pressure may come from circumstances.
• 1:42
  Pressure will come from spiritual
• 1:43
  forces, says the Lord. Don't receive it.
• 1:48
  Resist it. Rise above it. Walk instead
• 1:52
  in the grace and peace that reside in
• 1:54
  your spirit. Yes. Combat the pressure
• 1:57
  from the world and from the enemy with
• 1:59
  the peace of Christ that passes all
• 2:01
  understanding. It will guard your heart
• 2:04
  and soul, says the spirit of the living
• 2:07
  God. That is so good. You know, I've
• 2:11
  Well, I'm still learning. We're all
• 2:12
  still learning, but I've learned I've
• 2:14
  gotten better at not receiving the
• 2:16
  pressure. When people pressure me, I
• 2:18
  just back up. The answer is no. You need
• 2:20
  an answer today? The answer is no. When
• 2:23
  the devil uh pressures me, I speak back.
• 2:26
  I give the word. I speak the word. I tap
• 2:28
  into the grace of God. And when
• 2:30
  circumstances pressure me, it's the same
• 2:32
  thing. I back up. I take a deep breath.
• 2:34
  That pressure makes it so hard to make
• 2:37
  good decisions. That pressure brings
• 2:39
  stress. And God didn't call us to live
• 2:42
  under stress. He called us to live under
• 2:44
  grace. Amen. So when that pressure
• 2:47
  comes, learn to discern those first
• 2:49
  inklings of the pressure and resist it
• 2:51
  like you'd resist the devil because God
• 2:54
  does not pressure us. He's a gentleman.
• 2:57

  handinhand with the enemy's strategy to
• 3:38
  keep you out of God's best and to pull
• 3:40
  to apply more pressure. We're going to

  sure we all know what it's about because

  I see it as warfare. Not all of it. Some
• 6:42
  of it's just normal. Some of it's just
• 6:44
  natural. But there but the enemy does
• 6:47
  use distraction and it's a form of
• 6:50
  warfare that most believers they don't
• 6:51
  recognize it because it's not always so
• 6:53
  dramatic. It doesn't hit your mind, you
• 6:55
  know, with a vain imagination. There's
• 6:57
  no witchcraft. It's just it's just, you
• 6:59
  know,
• 7:01
  it doesn't seem like opposition. It's
• 7:03
  kind of like quiet warfare. It creeps
• 7:05
  in, fragments your focus, scatters your
• 7:08
  attention, and it just starts pulling
• 7:11
  you away from the very thing God told
• 7:13
  you to build. Whether that's your
• 7:14
  career, your family, or how about just
• 7:16
  trying to rest, you know, and
• 7:18
  distraction, it's it's it's a spiritual
• 7:21
  strategy. I said it's a spiritual
• 7:24
  strategy. I did a video on this about a
• 7:26
  year or so ago about how it's one of the
• 7:28
  enemy's biggest spiritual strategies.
• 7:30
  Here's the thing. If we know it's a
• 7:32
  strategy,
• 7:34
  then we're in a better position to fight
• 7:36
  it or resist it or overcome it because
• 7:39
  we're not ignorant of it. So many of
• 7:40
  these demonic devices, you know,
• 7:44
  we just don't we're not aware of it. We
• 7:45
  just think it's a natural occurrence.
• 7:48
  But the enemy studies patterns. He
• 7:50
  studies timing. He studies your
• 7:52
  assignments. And when you can't
• 7:54
  directly, he can't listen. He didn't
• 7:57
  have that much power. He has the power
• 7:59
  that we give him. And when he tries to
• 8:01
  distract us, we are forfeiting or
• 8:04
  seeding ceing g some of our power to him
• 8:07
  because we're allowing him to direct our
• 8:09
  steps. And the Lord wants to direct our
• 8:11
  steps, right? I mean, Nehemiah, I love
• 8:14
  the book of Nehemiah. He's rebuilding
• 8:16
  the wall and his enemies didn't come
• 8:18
  attack him with brute force, right? They
• 8:19
  didn't come with with swords and spears
• 8:21
  and, you know, they they tried to lure
• 8:23
  him into meetings. They wanted to
• 8:25
  distract him. Oh, come let us meet
• 8:27
  together. Well, it sounded okay. Let's
• 8:29
  go have a meeting. Okay. They maybe it's
• 8:31
  a diplomacy. Maybe they're trying to
• 8:32
  work out their disagreements. It sounded
• 8:34
  harmless. But Nehemiah discerned the
• 8:38
  intent. He said they thought to do me
• 8:41
  harm and he responded with with I just
• 8:44
  love this. I love I've used this
• 8:46
  statement so many times. He said I am
• 8:48
  doing a great work so that I cannot come
• 8:51
  down. And you know
• 8:54
  we you are doing a great work whether
• 8:56
  it's in your family whether you know
• 8:59
  it's just
• 9:01
  it said oh my goodness someone's calling
• 9:03
  me at 6:00 in the morning not now. See,
• 9:07
  that was a distraction.
• 9:12
  Who in the world would call me at six o
• 9:14
  six six o'clock in the morning? That's a
• 9:16
  distraction. Great example. Amen. Try to
• 9:20
  distract me from prayer. The enemy will
• 9:21
  try to distract you from prayer because
• 9:22
  he knows God's going to answer your
• 9:24
  prayer. So anyway, there's an art

  begin to lift up his name. Pray in the

  spirit. Do whatever you do to get in the

  presence of God. Father, we thank you.

  We give you praise. We honor you, Jesus,
• 10:06
  because you are good. There's no God
• 10:08
  like you. There's no God that that that
• 10:11
  watches over us so carefully, and we
• 10:14
  exalt you. We thank you that you're not
• 10:16
  distracted. You're watching over us
• 10:18
  carefully. You're watching over us with
• 10:21
  eyes of love. You love us so much, and
• 10:23
  you've got such a great plan for us. And
• 10:25
  we want to walk in that plan. We don't
• 10:27
  want to be distracted from prayer. We
• 10:29
  don't want to be distracted from our
• 10:30
  family. We don't want to be in two
• 10:32
  places at once, physically there, but
• 10:35
  somewhere else in our mind. We don't
• 10:37
  want to miss the the important moments
• 10:39
  of life because we're distracted by
• 10:41
  worries and regrets or whatever it is.
• 10:44
  So, Father, we thank you. We thank you.
• 10:47
  We repent for any place that we have
• 10:50
  allowed unnecessary noise to crowd out
• 10:53
  your voice in the name of Jesus. And we
• 10:55
  ask you, Father, to expose every subtle
• 11:00
  strategy of distraction sent against our
• 11:03
  life because I am quite sure that there
• 11:05
  are times when we didn't even see it. We
• 11:07
  did not even notice it and then we ended
• 11:09
  up frustrated. And what a recipe for a
• 11:12
  bad day. Distraction, frustration,
• 11:15
  pressure. We don't receive any of that
• 11:18
  in the name of Jesus. In the name of
• 11:20
  Jesus, we break agreement with
• 11:22
  distraction in Jesus. Amen. We renounce
• 11:25
  divided attention.
• 11:27
  We don't even discern the enemy's real
• 11:29
  plot because we're distracted by the
• 11:31
  small plot. Oh God, we thank you,
• 11:33
  Father. I bind every spirit of
• 11:36
  distraction
• 11:38
  operating against our focus in the name
• 11:41
  of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. And we
• 11:44
  say our mind is disciplined. We submit
• 11:47
  our mind to the governance of the spirit
• 11:50
  of the living God. I thank you, Lord,
• 11:52
  that you said you we we have access to
• 11:55
  the mind of Christ. But how can we
• 11:56
  access the mind of Christ when we're
• 11:59
  distracted in the natural, looking at
• 12:01
  all the problems and the issues of life?
• 12:03
  God, help us in the name of Jesus. I
• 12:07
  shut down every assignment that's sent
• 12:09
  to scatter our thoughts. We don't even
• 12:12
  know how we started thinking about that
• 12:13
  thing. Our thoughts just ran away from
• 12:15
  us because we were distracted. We
• 12:18
  renounced that. I shut it down in the
• 12:21
  name of Jesus. And I silence competing
• 12:24
  voices that those voices in the spirit
• 12:27
  even in the natural, the social media
• 12:30
  voices, these things that compete with
• 12:32
  your voice. We don't hear your voice
• 12:35
  because we're distracted by these other
• 12:37
  voices. God, help that not to be so
• 12:40
  anymore. We choose to have laser beam
• 12:42
  focus on your heart, on your presence,
• 12:44
  on your word, on your ways. Your
• 12:46
  thoughts are higher than our thoughts.
• 12:48
  So we choose your thoughts, not the
• 12:50
  devil's thoughts, not our mind running
• 12:53
  away from us like a freight train. I
• 12:55
  thank you, Father. I thank you that
• 12:57
  clarity will arise where distraction was
• 12:59
  once present present in the name of
• 13:02
  Jesus.
• 13:04
  And we refuse to come down from the wall
• 13:08
  of our assignment. We refuse that. We
• 13:11
  will not be distracted. We choose not to
• 13:14
  be distracted. Help us, Lord. give us
• 13:16
  the grace not to be distracted and we
• 13:19
  reject every invitation into into into
• 13:23
  drama, unnecessary conflict. People call
• 13:26
  us, want to talk, want to spill the tea.
• 13:28
  We say no, we don't care. That's not our
• 13:30
  assignment. We are focused on what God
• 13:32
  has called us to do. So I cancel
• 13:35
  emotional entanglements. Even we're
• 13:38
  we're thinking about all the drama.
• 13:40
  We're thinking about what they said,
• 13:41
  what they did. Oh, that's diluting our
• 13:44
  purpose. and we will not stand for it.
• 13:46
  Rather, we stand against it in the name
• 13:49
  of Jesus. And we just we just ask you,
• 13:52
  Lord, to help us not to engage in
• 13:55
  conversations that that just drain our
• 13:58
  strength. It's a distraction. We don't
• 14:00
  need to know all that. We don't need to
• 14:02
  hear the gossip. We don't need to know.
• 14:04
  We don't want to know. Ignorance
• 14:06
  sometimes is bliss. So help us, Father,
• 14:09
  not to get entangled in conversations
• 14:12
  that have no useful purpose.
• 14:15
  But I rebuke every spirit that attempts
• 14:18
  to wear us out in our minds or wear us
• 14:21
  out in our physical bodies because we
• 14:23
  got distracted and we lost an hour and
• 14:26
  now we have to make up for the the work
• 14:28
  that we missed or we have to stay up
• 14:30
  late because no, we we I interrupt that
• 14:33
  cycle in the name of Jesus. And I I say
• 14:37
  we will not allow ourselves this is our
• 14:40
  confession. We will not allow ourselves
• 14:42
  to be worn down by minor battles, by
• 14:44
  petty offenses. I bind to digital
• 14:47
  distraction in the name of Jesus. I clo
• 14:50
  I close the doors in our life to this
• 14:52
  endless scrolling, the doomed scrolling.
• 14:54
  We should be spending time with God, but
• 14:56
  we're just checking one email. We're
• 14:58
  just scrolling. We're wasting time.
• 15:00
  Lord, forgive us in the name of Jesus. I
• 15:03
  take authority over over these these
• 15:05
  these spirits that want to distract us
• 15:07
  in our mind, getting us to think about
• 15:09
  things from the past. They no longer
• 15:11
  live. It's gone. It's away. It's behind
• 15:13
  us. We will not look back. Be distracted
• 15:16
  by the past in the name of Jesus. I
• 15:19
  thank you Lord that you help us to focus
• 15:22
  on what you want us to focus on
• 15:26
  in Jesus name. Help us Lord. Help us not
• 15:29
  to let our mind wander.
• 15:32
  And I rebuke that mental fog that comes
• 15:34
  to to just steal our time and we declare
• 15:37
  we have the mind of Christ in the name
• 15:41
  of Jesus. So I shut down even cycles of
• 15:44
  procrastination
• 15:46
  and I cancel every assignment of delay
• 15:49
  in Jesus name. I bind that that every
• 15:52
  spirit that would try to divert us from
• 15:55
  the the the now word that you want to
• 15:57
  share with our hearts in the name of
• 15:59
  Jesus. And I rebuke busyiness. That is
• 16:03
  that is that is that is it's not
• 16:06
  fruitfulness. It's busyness. Lord, we
• 16:08
  don't want to just be busy. We want to
• 16:09
  be fruitful. We could be busy with many
• 16:11
  things and never make progress in your
• 16:13
  plan. So we rebuke that busyness
• 16:15
  mindset. I'm busy busy busy. No. I I I
• 16:18
  thank you, Lord, that that all the the
• 16:20
  the urgency if it didn't come from you.
• 16:23
  We don't want it. We don't we we're not
• 16:26
  we're not going to bow to somebody
• 16:27
  else's urgency. Well, we're going to
• 16:29
  only bow to your urgency. We will redeem
• 16:32
  the time because the days are evil. And
• 16:34
  so, we come against all these false
• 16:37
  emergencies. And we refuse to fight
• 16:39
  battles that you didn't assign us. Help
• 16:41
  us, Lord, not to get involved in things
• 16:44
  that you didn't call us to. And I break
• 16:46
  that pull of people pleasing over your
• 16:49
  life.
• 16:50
  And I come against that fear of
• 16:52
  disappointing people. I break that in
• 16:54
  the name of Jesus. And I thank you,
• 16:57
  Father, that you would help us to value
• 16:59
  your approval over man's approval in
• 17:03
  Jesus name. So I cancel all exhaustion
• 17:07
  rooted in misalignment in the name of
• 17:10
  Jesus. I rebuke confusion around your
• 17:13
  priorities. I thank you Lord that you
• 17:15
  will help us daily to set our
• 17:17
  priorities, your priorities for our
• 17:19
  lives. And I command divine order to be
• 17:23
  set. Where the enemy is trying to bring
• 17:25
  demonic order, distractions, we break
• 17:27
  that. And we say divine order is set
• 17:29
  over our schedules. And I thank you,
• 17:32
  Lord. I thank you that our steps are
• 17:34
  ordered by you. Not by the devil, not by
• 17:37
  distraction, not by people, but by you.
• 17:40
  And I bind all uh uh emotional
• 17:43
  manipulation that's trying to distract
• 17:46
  us. and I and I bind up all or I just
• 17:49
  come against it or we just Lord help us
• 17:51
  to see when there's unnecessary drama
• 17:53
  and just refuse it.
• 17:56
  I thank you Lord that peace guards our
• 17:58
  hearts, guards our minds from all the
• 18:01
  distractions. We we choose peace. We
• 18:03
  choose peace over pressure and we
• 18:05
  silence that internal chatter that talks
• 18:08
  us out of your promises. Those are vain
• 18:11
  imaginations and we cast them down in
• 18:12
  the name of Jesus. And I rebuke the
• 18:15
  overthinking that paralyzes our
• 18:18
  progress. We will not have the uh
• 18:20
  paralysis by analysis scenario. We will
• 18:23
  obey your word. That is our confession.
• 18:26
  We will be obedient. So I shut down all
• 18:29
  side petty little battles that is not
• 18:31
  even worth our time. I cancel arguments
• 18:33
  that are designed to to to derail us in
• 18:37
  Jesus name. And I rebuke that spirit of
• 18:39
  offense trying to pull us off course.
• 18:43
  So we break agreement with comparison.
• 18:46
  Lord, we will not is not wise to
• 18:48
  compare. So we choose not to compare
• 18:50
  ourselves with others.
• 18:52
  I silence that that every voice that
• 18:55
  would try to pull you out of God's will.
• 18:57
  And I thank you, Lord, that you you give
• 18:59
  us confidence.
• 19:01
  Oh, that's another one.
• 19:05
  Another distraction. I bind it in the
• 19:08
  name of Jesus. I thank you, Lord. How
• 19:10
  about that? Thank you, Jesus. I thank
• 19:12
  you, Lord, that that you give us grace,
• 19:15
  that you give us grace, that you give us
• 19:17
  the energy that we need to complete the
• 19:19
  work you've called us to do. I thank
• 19:21
  you, Lord. We will not overextend
• 19:23
  ourselves trying to please people, but
• 19:25
  we will we will stay focused on the
• 19:27
  assignment at hand that you have given
• 19:29
  us in our families, in our careers, in
• 19:32
  our ministries. I thank you Lord that
• 19:35
  you help us to have a singular focus in
• 19:38
  this season that we're going moving
• 19:41
  running toward the prize. So I bind
• 19:43
  every spirit that seeks to divide our
• 19:46
  attention a and we thank you Lord that
• 19:49
  that that that that you have you've
• 19:51
  you've made your path clear and we will
• 19:54
  walk in it. We will not turn to the
• 19:55
  right. We will not turn to the left. I
• 19:58
  rebuke mental fatigue that's rooted in
• 20:01
  warfare because a distracted mind is a
• 20:04
  is a fatigued mind and we will not go
• 20:07
  down that path anymore. We reject the
• 20:10
  pressure. All pressure that's not from
• 20:12
  God, we reject it in the name of Jesus.
• 20:14
  I come against all this demonic
• 20:17
  criticism against our minds to distract
• 20:20
  us from what you're trying to say. And I
