- 0:20Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a deep
- 0:27breath in and slowly and gently breathe out.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Again.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Deep breath in, and slowly and gently breathe out one
- 0:45more time. Deep breath in, slowly and gently breathe out.
- 0:56Just bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm.
- 1:00Speaker 2: JA, Just relax.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Now, imagine there is a beautiful white light surrounding your
- 1:09whole body, and it sparkles, and it shines and feels
- 1:14so wonderful. And this beautiful white light is beneath your
- 1:19feet and above your head. Can you see it? Did
- 1:24you see it shine and sparkle? You're in a cocoon
- 1:31of a beautiful, safe and healing energy, and it kind
- 1:36of looks as if you're glowing, and you're shining so bright,
- 1:42brighter than a thousand suns. And this light will keep
- 1:48you safe from all of your worries. It will keep
- 1:53you safe and protected from any other problems that may
- 1:57be troubling you. Too. To a picture in your mind,
- 2:02being surrounded by this universal white light that sparkles and shines.
- 2:11Fear how relaxed you are, how calm you are, how
- 2:18safe you feel that this protective light surrounds your whole body.
- 2:25This light is like a shield of armor all around you,
- 2:29and it will deflect anything that is not good for you.
- 2:33It will allow only love to come your way. And
- 2:39this beautiful white light is your very own force field.
- 2:44Anything that you don't like or that you don't want
- 2:47will just bounce off it. It's like a suit of
- 2:51armor that can protect you, and it helps you feel calm, relaxed,
- 2:57and very very safe. Now imagine you have roots coming
- 3:06out from the soles of your feet, kind of like
- 3:09the roots of a tree, all big and nobly, and
- 3:14I want you to see those roots go deep, deep
- 3:17down into the ground, as far down as you can
- 3:20get them to go deep deep into the earth. And
- 3:25this is grounding you and making you feel very very safe.
- 3:35Now imagine that you are standing in front of a
- 3:38very large, old wooden door, and this door has a
- 3:44big brass handle on it, and you reach out and
- 3:48you turn the handle. After all, you are very curious
- 3:52because you want to know what is on the other
- 3:54side of it. The handle turns with a little squeak,
- 3:59and the big old door opens with a big groan,
- 4:03But it opens up into a very beautiful room, a
- 4:08room filled with books and tables to sit and read it.
- 4:12The tables even have little lamps on them so you
- 4:14can see clearly, although the room is very well lit
- 4:21so you may not need the lamps, but they do
- 4:23look ever so nice. Though it's a beautiful library. Stepping
- 4:32into the library, you can see that it was easily
- 4:35twenty feet.
- 4:36Speaker 2: High, and the old line with very old and.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Very large books, and you cannot see where this magnificent
- 4:44room ends. It stretches out before you further than the
- 4:47eye can see. It's huge. It's so vast and so deep.
- 4:52But at the same time it feels really cozy, even
- 4:57though it's so big. And you notice that there is
- 5:03a table right in the center of the room, and
- 5:06you feel drawn to it, so you happily walk up
- 5:10to it and sit down. You look around and all
- 5:15the books, and you wonder just how many are here
- 5:18in this room. You think it must be trillions and trillions.
- 5:24That's a lot of books. As you sit there, a
- 5:30lady in a long cloak and little round glasses on
- 5:33the end of her nose comes up to your table,
- 5:38and she has a book in her arms, a very
- 5:40big red book. It doesn't look as old as the
- 5:45other books. Now, she smiles at you and places a
- 5:49book in front of you, and you smile at her
- 5:51and say thank you very much. She tells you that
- 5:56this is a very special book and it's just for you.
- 6:01She tells you that this book is magic and it
- 6:05can take you to any planet that you might want
- 6:08to go. She tells you that you can go and
- 6:13see the whole universe if you want to. Now, wouldn't
- 6:18that be fun? The lady who is the chief librarian
- 6:24tells you that all you have to do is open
- 6:27the pages, and on each page is a picture of
- 6:31a different planet, and that when you find one that
- 6:35you like, all you have to do is look at it,
- 6:38memorize it, enclose your eyes, and when you open them,
- 6:44you will be on that planet. How cool is that?
- 6:52The librarian gives you another big smile and then trots
- 6:56off and disappears in amongst the books and shelves. You
- 7:01look down at this very large red book and you
- 7:05see that it has your name written on it in
- 7:07lovely golden ink, and you open the book feeling very excited.
- 7:13This book is yours. There are many pages in this
- 7:17book of yours, and each page is different from the
- 7:22one before.
- 7:25Speaker 3: You look at the.
- 7:25Speaker 1: First page and you see the moon.
- 7:27Speaker 2: Yes, that's right, the moon.
- 7:29Speaker 1: That shines down on our planet. As you look at it,
- 7:37you see that something is moving on the page.
- 7:39Speaker 2: How odd.
- 7:49Speaker 1: It looks like tiny specks of dust are moving around
- 7:53on the surface of the moon, and you wonder what
- 7:55it is. How interesting. You turn to the next page
- 8:02and see a different planet. This one is full of
- 8:06what looks like bread dust. Really, maybe it's the planet Mars,
- 8:11who knows. Again you turn the page and see another
- 8:17different planet. This one looks all squashy, like marshmallows. I'm
- 8:24sure you might have been there before, you know, But
- 8:28still you wonder who on Earth may live there. You
- 8:32turn page after page, seeing many different planets, all looking wonderful,
- 8:37so inviting to you. Which one will you decide to visit?
- 8:43Which one do you like the best? Remember, you can
- 8:46go to any planet you want to, So think for
- 8:51a moment and look at all the pictures and choose
- 8:56just where you would like to go. What planet you
- 9:00liked to visit? Okay, which one did you choose? Did
- 10:01you see the one with all the balls bouncing everywhere?
- 10:05Or maybe you saw the planet that only has unicorns
- 10:07living there, or the planet with the dinosaurs. Oh, that
- 10:11would be fun. So just for a few moments, close
- 10:16your eyes and wish to be on the planet you
- 10:19have chosen, and when you open.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Them, you will be there.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Spend some time exploring it. Find out who lives there?
- 10:31Does anybody live there? Is it an empty planet? And
- 10:35if people do live there, or beings or animals or
- 10:38whatever lives there, find out what they.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Like to eat, where do they sleep?
- 10:47Speaker 1: Do they sleep in a bed?
- 10:48Speaker 4: Like you?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Go and have some fun and just explore the.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Nam. H.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Well, that was fun, wasn't it. What did you see?
- 13:51Where did you meet? Where did you go? But you
- 13:58had a lot of fun? Mm hm I would have.
- 14:03Speaker 1: But now it's time to return to your own planet,
- 14:07to your very own home. And you find yourself in
- 14:12your very own bed, and you're feeling are the tired
- 14:17and sleepy now?
- 14:19Speaker 2: So very sleepy.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Your eyes are closed, and your body is feeling very
- 14:26heavy now and relaxed, and you can feel yourself sinking
- 14:33into your beautiful comfy bed. It feels wonderful as if
- 14:40you are lying on a soft, fleecy cloud. You have
- 14:47had a very exciting visit to another planet today, So
- 14:52it's no wonder you're feeling sleepy now, and you are
- 14:57feeling so very sleepy, so nice and warm and relaxed,
- 15:04so tired, and you begin to drift off in a
- 15:10very happy and peaceful sleep. And your body is resting now,
- 15:17so peaceful, so calm, so very very relaxed, and you
- 15:26are going deeper and deeper to the best night's sleep ever.
- 15:32Your body has already gone to sleep, and your mind
- 15:38has now followed your body into a beautiful, RESTful sleep.
- 15:47So rest now, a good peaceful night's rest, and when
- 15:53you wake up in the morning, you will feel so
- 15:57refreshed and renewed.
- 16:00Speaker 2: Late, so very very happy.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Good night.
- 17:03Speaker 5: Another thing names one another unless.
- 21:44Speaker 4: M name
- 23:04Speaker 3: M M
