- 0:21dangerous, and what's hidden. We examine Elon Musk.
- 0:25'S explosive reaction. To the Bill and the left sudden
- 0:28attempt to cozy up with him all that much more coming up on
- 0:31today's episode of America unfiltered with James Pascalides
- 0:35starting the moment is here this is our moment America we are
- 0:40back baby welcome to another episode of America unfiltered
- 0:43with James Pascalides our first topic a bolder terror attack
- 0:47illegal immigrant targets pro Israel rally members what is
- 0:51happening in America right now why is the anti-Semitism so high
- 0:55why are. Illegals.
- 0:57Able to commit terrorist attacks on United States soil.
- 1:00It's happening because of the Biden Harris regime.
- 1:03They allowed 10.5 million illegal immigrants to pour over
- 1:08our border in a four year span. Unvetted.
- 1:10A lot of different terrorist. Chinese nationals.
- 1:13Poured over the border. Trende Aragua MS13 terrorists as
- 1:17well. Poured over our border.
- 1:19And are now committing terrorist acts on US soil.
- 1:22This attack occurred on June 1st.
- 1:24It was at a Pro Israel rally in Boulder.
- 1:27Colorado. The suspect?
- 1:28Muhammad Sabri. He's an Egyptian national.
- 1:32His visa in the United States. Illegally applied for.
- 1:36Asylum under Biden and was given it.
- 1:40He used Molotov cocktails and makeshift flamethrowers to
- 1:43injure 13 people shouting. Free.
- 1:46Palestine during the attack, targeting the Run for Their
- 1:49Lives group supporting Israeli hostages.
- 1:52He's charged with federal hate crimes and attempted murder.
- 1:55This attack has. Been planned for.
- 1:57Over a year. He was denied a gun purchase due
- 1:59to to immigration status He had this attack plan for.
- 2:02Over a year this. Person was a terrorist on
- 2:05domestic soil who was able to commit a terrorist attack
- 2:09because of poor leadership in this country the Biden Harris
- 2:13regime allowed this person to just walk in commit this crime
- 2:17and because of weak sanctuary cities like boulder rod and
- 2:20because of weak. States.
- 2:22Legislation like Colorado's, This person was able to commit
- 2:26this attack on American soil. What happened to those 13 people
- 2:29was completely avoidable, not only because anti-Semitism
- 2:33shouldn't be happening in our country, but because we should
- 2:36not have allowed this individual to cross our border in the 1st
- 2:39place. The fact that this person was
- 2:41allowed to overstay their. Visa and was.
- 2:43Not removed from the country years ago is sickening to me now
- 2:47that I know this person has injured 13 Americans due to this
- 2:51terrorist attack. This is.
- 2:53Unforgivable in every. Way this person should be
- 2:56charged with as much. Whatever they're able to charge,
- 2:59they should be able able to give this.
- 3:00Person the death penalty for doing this.
- 3:02I'm going to go on to our next topic.
- 3:04We're going to talk. About the one big.
- 3:05Beautiful Bill. It's causing a lot of
- 3:08controversy in the country right now, and I'm going to explain
- 3:10why. It's got a lot of people
- 3:12questioning. And Elon Musk said this himself.
- 3:14Can a bill be beautiful and big? And it really got me thinking
- 3:18about it. I've looked at the bill a lot,
- 3:20and I agree with Elon. It seems hard for a bill to be
- 3:23as long as the one big beautiful bill and not have a few things
- 3:26in there that not all Americans are really going to be OK with.
- 3:29A lot of the things in the One big beautiful bill are amazing
- 3:32for Americans as a child Tax credit, no tax on tips, no tax
- 3:36on overtime. It gives more money for border
- 3:39security, things like that. It also helps sets up savings
- 3:43accounts for newborns and for every newborn that a family has,
- 3:47they're able to add additional money into it as well.
- 3:50So there are a lot of positives, but then there are some crazy
- 3:53things in there that I didn't even find out until just
- 3:57finishing reading it today. I was looking in there.
- 4:00One of the things is states have no.
- 4:02Right for 10. Years to regulate anything with
- 4:04AI. They want the federal government
- 4:07to have full regulation over this, which I understand, but I
- 4:11don't think a 10 year ban for states is something that a lot
- 4:14of Congress members and a lot of people in the United States
- 4:17would want them to vote for. I personally would want a no
- 4:20vote on that if I knew that was in there when they did the vote.
- 4:23They also get rid of the EV tax credit.
- 4:26I think the EV tax credit's a good thing.
- 4:28I don't think the mandate that the Biden Harris regime put in
- 4:32was a good thing. I don't think people should be
- 4:34mandated to get electric cars, but I do think if people are
- 4:37getting electric cars, they should be incentivized.
- 4:40I do think it is the future of this nation and that's where
- 4:42this country and the world is shifting towards.
- 4:45I think clean energy, renewable and rechargeable things like V
- 4:50batteries are going to be the future over gas powered
- 4:53vehicles. I could be wrong on that but
- 4:55that's just my take to get back to what I was.
- 4:57Saying it really is hard for a bill to be big and.
- 5:00Beautiful. Because when a bill is hundreds
- 5:03and hundreds of pages long, there's bound to be a few things
- 5:06in there that not everyone's going to like.
- 5:08A lot of people are complaining about the cuts that it would add
- 5:10to SNAP benefits, but I actually agree.
- 5:12If you are on SNAP benefits and you're receiving welfare from
- 5:16this country for a sustained period of time, yes, you should
- 5:19be working. You shouldn't be able to just
- 5:21reap taxpayer benefits, the money out of my pocket because
- 5:24you don't want to work. If there's extenuating
- 5:27circumstances and you can't work, that's a whole different.
- 5:30They're not really cutting disability what they are.
- 5:32Cutting, though, is. People on SNAP, people on
- 5:35welfare who are just refusing to work.
- 5:37You should be. Willing to work if you're able
- 5:40to take my money to buy. Food for your.
- 5:42Kids and for yourself, I don't think that kids should go
- 5:45hungry, but that's not an excuse to take my taxpayer dollars to
- 5:48buy your kids food. If you can feed your kids, pick
- 5:51up an extra. Shift or go to your local.
- 5:53Church and I promise they will feed your children.
- 5:55It is not OK for people to be continuously ripping off the
- 6:00taxpayer by taking our taxpayer dollars, spending it on soda,
- 6:04chips, unhealthy processed foods.
- 6:06That's leading. To the obesity epidemic in our
- 6:08country, if you want to look at statistics, there has not been
- 6:11one child who's dying of starvation in this country.
- 6:14There are a lot of kids suffering from obesity in this
- 6:17nation. We have an obesity problem in
- 6:19this country. A lot of people who are on
- 6:21welfare, who are not buying food and who are underweight and
- 6:24things like that, it's because of other poor habits they have
- 6:27in their lives. It has nothing to do with the
- 6:29lack of. Access to groceries.
- 6:31Because everyone has the same access to groceries, charities
- 6:34and churches near them. Some people are more willing to
- 6:37go and get those resources for their families than others.
- 6:40We need to start taking more accountability for ourselves,
- 6:43for actions, and for our own families in this country.
- 6:45So it's one of the big things that I really support in the one
- 6:48big beautiful bill. I also support the no tax on
- 6:51silencers. There's currently a $200 tax on
- 6:54silencers. They're talking about getting
- 6:56rid of that. I think that makes complete
- 6:58sense. Why should the federal
- 6:59government get a $200 tax just because someone has a silencer
- 7:03on their weapon, something that helps protect their ears, help
- 7:06protects their family's ears in the instance that someone breaks
- 7:09in their house and they have to use their weapon in
- 7:11self-defense. I really think that silencers
- 7:14are. They're not a necessity for all
- 7:16guns, but in certain instances it makes a massive difference in
- 7:20the shooter's ability to continuously shoot accurately as
- 7:24well. I love that the government is
- 7:26making it safer for Americans to act as silencers with the one
- 7:30big beautiful bill, but still that doesn't override everything
- 7:34else with that I was saying earlier about AI, the E tax
- 7:37credit. The AI thing is really my
- 7:40biggest problem with it. I don't think that the federal
- 7:42government should be saying that states have no right to regulate
- 7:46AI in their state. I do think that states should
- 7:49have more rights than that. A lot of people in our
- 7:51government didn't know it existed.
- 7:53And one big example of this is Marjorie Taylor Green today is
- 7:56taking a ton of fire on social media specific typically X,
- 8:00after tweeting out that she didn't know that the AI
- 8:03provisions were in the bill. I didn't know till today when I
- 8:06read the full bill. But I'm not a congresswoman or
- 8:09congressman. I'm not in the building voting
- 8:12on these bills. She has one job.
- 8:14She's on the Republican side and she's making us look terrible.
- 8:17You have one job. When you get elected by your
- 8:19constituents, you have. Two jobs, really.
- 8:21Your two jobs are to read the. Bills and vote on them.
- 8:24How is she just doing one of them?
- 8:26How is she just voting on the bills without reading the full
- 8:28bill? If she just put the bill into AI
- 8:30and said summarize this for me and then voted on it, that's
- 8:33extremely upsetting. I know for a fact she didn't
- 8:35read it because she admitted to that on X today.
- 8:37That is a huge problem for me if you voted.
- 8:40For Marjorie Taylor Green, please don't.
- 8:42Vote for her again in the future.
- 8:43I want to hold politicians accountable who do not do their
- 8:47jobs. I don't care if you're.
- 8:48Republican, Democrat or Independent, if you are not
- 8:51doing the jobs that we elect you to do and you're just there to
- 8:55cash in taxpayer dollars and insider trade, we're going to
- 8:59weed you out out really fast. The fact that Marjorie Taylor
- 9:02Green was one of the first investors in plant tier in
- 9:06Congress and now it's up. Obviously she knew that through
- 9:09insider trading. The same way Nancy Pelosi is the
- 9:12best investor in this country. It's so corrupt that she is in
- 9:16that spot. She is collecting The Dirty
- 9:19stock money she's getting. She's collecting her government
- 9:21paychecks. But guess what?
- 9:23She can't sit down and read a 300 page.
- 9:25Bill. She can't sit down and do the
- 9:27things that we voted for and the American people voted for when
- 9:31they voted her into her congressional seat.
- 9:33It's disgraceful to Americans and to her constituents.
- 9:36If you voted for her, I urge you not to vote for her again unless
- 9:40she shows drastic change in her ways.
- 9:43We cannot have people in our government saying, oh, I would
- 9:46have voted differently if I knew this was in the bill and the
- 9:49bill was decided by one vote. Even if her vote wouldn't have
- 9:52changed it, if she still didn't read the bill, that's a huge
- 9:54problem. But the fact that it was decided
- 9:56by one vote and she said her vote would have been different
- 9:59if she actually did her job and read the bill, Come on, Where
- 10:04are we at? In America, That's OK.
- 10:06In any other industry in the world, you would be fired from
- 10:09your job. The fact that we don't treat the
- 10:11American government that way, if you were just blatantly not
- 10:14doing your job and abusing your constituents, the fact that they
- 10:17voted you in there and you're just abusing that power, you
- 10:20need to be removed from that position.
- 10:23And there needs to be a better process for that.
- 10:26Because it really upsets me that she was able to just not read
- 10:30the bill, vote on it, and then say she would have been the
- 10:34deciding vote that changed it if she actually did her job.
- 10:37That's just a lack of accountability by people in our
- 10:39own government. Another person opposing this
- 10:42bill is Elon Musk. Elon Musk is speaking out
- 10:45heavily against this bill. He even tweeted today that it
- 10:48was an abomination that he wants this bill to be shot down.
- 10:51Obviously a lot of it stems from the.
- 10:53EV tax credit. They will also raise the federal
- 10:57debt by over $4 trillion, pretty much erasing all the work that
- 11:01DOGE did. That's another negative thing
- 11:03about the bill that I really don't agree with.
- 11:05DOGE accomplished a lot to get a lot of the corrupt federal
- 11:09spending erased from the government.
- 11:11And if we're just going to raise the debt by over $4 trillion,
- 11:16what was the point? I get it's still better to cut
- 11:18the spending, but why add it back onto the debt?
- 11:22What is the plan there? I do understand that Trump is an
- 11:25excellent negotiator. I talk about it a lot.
- 11:27But this one I'm having trouble understanding.
- 11:29I'm not in the mind of Donald Trump.
- 11:31He is an excellent businessman and a lot smarter than me in
- 11:33some of these things. So I'm not going to assume that
- 11:36he's wrong yet. I'm going to wait to see a
- 11:38little bit more how it plays out before I make my decision.
- 11:41But Elon Musk does have a great point when it comes to why add
- 11:45that to the debt when we're erasing it through doge.
- 11:48Elon Musk also has a problem with the AI regulations, some
- 11:52the spending cuts, he has a problem with the E tax credits
- 11:55and it makes sense a lot of that impacts his business.
- 11:58Donald Trump doesn't owe anything to Elon Musk and he
- 12:00shouldn't be basing the bill off what will strategically help
- 12:04Elon Musk. That would be corruption.
- 12:06So I'm glad that not everything aligns with what's good for Elon
- 12:09Musk. There are things that are just
- 12:10aligning with what would be good for America.
- 12:13But like I said. There are also things in there
- 12:15that I don't think are great for America and that the White House
- 12:18isn't necessarily talking about. They're not talking about the AI
- 12:21regulation, and that's a. Really big.
- 12:23Part of it that a lot of Americans are upset about,
- 12:26especially Marjorie Taylor Green.
- 12:28Like I said, she tweeted out that she would have voted the
- 12:30complete opposite way on the bill, which would have made the
- 12:33vote a no on the bill, which would have been a huge
- 12:36difference. There are a lot of people in her
- 12:37government and make a lot of good points about the one big
- 12:40beautiful bill. Elon Musk makes good points.
- 12:42There's a lot of different journalists on X as well making
- 12:45good points. There's a lot of interesting
- 12:47information in there. I'm going to link everything
- 12:49about the one big beautiful bill in the description of this video
- 12:52so you guys can read the bill yourselves.
- 12:54I read the bill. It's very interesting and it
- 12:57does change a lot for almost every American.
- 12:59So I do think it's something that every American should be
- 13:02informed on, especially if it's something that might get enacted
- 13:05into lawsuit. But another interesting thing
- 13:07has happened from this. The left is now cozying up to
- 13:11Elon again after Elon is speaking out against Trump.
- 13:14People like Tim Waltz and Harry Sisson tweeting at Elon Musk
- 13:19almost saying hey, let's team up to defeat this bill together.
- 13:22Why does Tim Waltz think Elon Musk is going to want to cozy up
- 13:25with him? Why does Tim Waltz one of the
- 13:27most corrupt people? In our government.
- 13:29Think that he's going to get anywhere close to a relationship
- 13:32with Elon Musk? Why does anybody on the
- 13:35Democratic side who continuously tried to tear Elon Musk down,
- 13:38they called him a Nazi, they called him a traitor, they made
- 13:42fun of him, they disrespected his companies, vandalized the
- 13:46that he built. It is a disgrace what they did
- 13:48to Elon Musk. Why do they think that they're
- 13:51going to be able to cozy up to Elon Musk in any way?
- 13:53Why do they think that Elon Musk is going to team up with them to
- 13:56destroy Trump's one big beautiful bill?
- 13:59Elon Musk won't touch any of them with a 10 foot pole.
- 14:01Elon Musk wouldn't go near any of the lying trading Democrats
- 14:06who went at him. It's not saying he wouldn't talk
- 14:07to Democrats, but the ones who lied spread hate and
- 14:11misinformation about him. I can guarantee you Elon will be
- 14:13nowhere near them in the future. If you think Elon is going to be
- 14:16near Harry Sisson or if you think Elon and Tim Waltz are
- 14:19going to be buddy after this, sorry Democrats, not going to
- 14:22happen. It's one of the most ridiculous
- 14:24things that these people are now trying to reconcile with him
- 14:27after calling him a Nazi and trying to smear his entire name
- 14:30and his family name. I'm James Pascalades, this has
- 14:33been episode 61 of America Unfiltered.
- 14:36I'm signing off today. I hope you guys have a blessed
- 14:38day and I will see you guys tomorrow.
- 14:40Thank you.
