Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: How Prince Andrew Passed The Buck When it Comes To His Settlement With Virginia (7/8/26)
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Hope
- 0:04that everybody's off to a great start to their weekend,
- 0:07and hopefully the rest of it is even better. Last
- 0:12night we were talking about the fact that Carolyn, one
- 0:17of the witnesses from the Glen Maxwell trial, corroborated the
- 0:22fact that Virginia called her and told her about her
- 0:26experience with Prince Andrew. And when we were discussing that
- 0:31last night, we were talking about the settlement and if
- 0:34this would you know, settle out of court maybe, And
- 0:38it looks like Virginia wants nothing to do with that.
- 0:42I said that last night as well. I thought that
- 0:45perhaps she would want to see this all the way through.
- 0:49And there's an article in the New York Post and
- 0:52the headline is Prince Andrew's sex accuser wanted five million,
- 0:56but will no longer accept a payout, And I kind
- 1:00of figured that was the path we were on. This
- 1:04is about something bigger for Virginia at this point, and
- 1:08it's not you know, people will frame it, oh, it's
- 1:11about the money. It's about the settlement, and I think
- 1:15it's well beyond that at this point. When we're discussing
- 1:18Virginia Roberts. I think she's at the point where she
- 1:22just wants to see this all the way through, and
- 1:25her saying that she will not accept a payout at
- 1:28this point definitely signals that. So it's gonna be interesting
- 1:33to see what transpires here as far as this payout
- 1:38or settlement or what the deal's going to be. But
- 1:43it certainly looks like at this point that Prince Andrew
- 1:46better have his trial pants on right. You know, he
- 1:50talked about not wearing the right kid. I'm not wearing
- 1:52the right kid around London to go to the ball. Well,
- 1:55you better have the right kid on to go to court,
- 1:57my friend, because it sure looks like that's the path
- 2:01you're on, and it sure looks like that's the trajectory
- 2:04that we're all going to be experiencing because according to
- 2:09this article and just looking at Virginia's history right as
- 2:13an outsider, it would signal that she is not interested
- 2:17in the payout here, that she wants to go all
- 2:19the way. So we're gonna jump into two articles this morning,
- 2:24the one relatively short one here from the New York
- 2:27Post talking about this payout, and the other one I
- 2:30want to get to is the one I was telling
- 2:33you that discusses the different scenarios for Maxwell once she's
- 2:37in jail. How considering her crimes, she won't be at
- 2:42a minimum security club fed type place, but more than
- 2:46likely at like a medium security. So we're gonna touch
- 2:51on that as well. But first, let's take a look
- 2:53at this article from the New York Post and let's
- 2:56see what Lee Brown has to say. Prince Andrew's sexecuser
- 3:01wanted five million, but will no longer accept a payout.
- 3:06Prince Andrew's sexecuser had sought five million dollars to settle
- 3:10out of court, but will no longer accept a potential
- 3:13payout because she wants the case to go to trial,
- 3:15according to a report, And like I said last night
- 3:18when we were talking, I figured that this was the
- 3:21case just from following Virginia's history and you know, seeing
- 3:26the way that she has proceeded here, I I really
- 3:30didn't have any doubt, honestly that she was going to
- 3:32pursue this to the very end and really turned the
- 3:35heat up on Prince Andrew. Virginia Roberts issuing the sixty
- 3:40one year old UK royal for allegedly having sex with
- 3:43her three times. Starting when she was just seventeen. That
- 3:47makes it seem kind of like, you know, I they
- 3:50just had sex and now she regrets it. It's not
- 3:53the case. She was seventeen years old and she was
- 3:56flown to England by Jeffrey Epstein and Galline Maxwell with
- 4:00the express purpose of having sex with Prince Andrew. That's
- 4:05why she was brought there, little seventeen year old girl.
- 4:08Remember seventeen years old? Oh well, the age of consent
- 4:12in England is sixteen. Yeah, guess what what if it
- 4:15was your daughter? How would you feel then? Would it
- 4:18be the same thing? Would you still have the same
- 4:19blase attitude about it? Somehow? I highly doubt it. Sources
- 4:27told The Telegraph that she initially sought a settlement of
- 4:30five million dollars from Andrew, ten times the five hundred
- 4:33grand she got from Jeffrey Epstein, the late pedophile, who
- 4:37she says ordered her to have disgusting sex with the Prince. Well,
- 4:41Inflation's the son of a bitch, isn't it. You got
- 4:43all these wacky ass lame politicians out there telling us
- 4:46how great inflation is for poor people. Yeah, okay, sure,
- 4:51spoken like somebody who's never been poor. Before, and the
- 4:54same goes for this. Oh well, it's ten times the
- 4:57amount she got from Epstein, well ten years later, a
- 5:02whole bunch of years later. That's how it works, right,
- 5:06And frankly, five millions not enough. Not only I would
- 5:11sue him. If it was me, I would sue this
- 5:13dude for the five million. I want the Crown Jewels
- 5:16of England. I want Sandringham. I would go crazy. I'd
- 5:19ask for all kinds of wild shit if it was me,
- 5:22just to prove a point. But now that, But now
- 5:27that the case looks set to go to trial this year,
- 5:30the longtime accuser is no longer willing to settle out
- 5:32of court, the paper sources said. Robert's, a founder of
- 5:37the nonprofit speak Out Act reclaim Sore helping sex trafficking survivors,
- 5:43wants to instead show the legal consequences for those praying
- 5:46on young girls, The paper said, And look, this has
- 5:50been Virginia's purpose and intent for quite some time. If
- 5:54you just follow her posts on Twitter and what she
- 5:56has to say there, she is, uh, you know, had
- 5:59a It certainly would seem like she has had enough
- 6:03and there's no more retreating for her. It's biting down
- 6:07on the mouthpiece and moving to the center of the
- 6:09octagon to throw bombs at this point. And that's what
- 6:12you have to do with bullies, right. You can't run
- 6:14from bullies. You can't expect them to stop because they won't.
- 6:18The only way to deal with a bully is to
- 6:22three piece them up. That's it's the only way, and
- 6:25that's what Virginia is looking to do here, to piece
- 6:28these dudes up. She believes that accepting a payout from
- 6:34the scandal scarred son of Queen Elizabeth the iond would
- 6:37not advance that message. The UK paper said, I agree,
- 6:41it really wouldn't right. All it would do is open
- 6:43the door for more people to try and you know,
- 6:46demean her and call her somebody who's just looking for
- 6:48a payday, when in reality it's a lot more than that.
- 6:53Her lawyer, David Boyce, previously confirmed that her cap had
- 6:57offered the Royal the chance to enter a tolling agreen,
- 7:00which would have given Andrew time to negotiate a settlement privately.
- 7:04The Prince never accepted the offer and instead initially tried
- 7:08to dodge getting served the Manhattan Court papers in the suit.
- 7:12According to previous hearings and filings. Well, we remember that
- 7:16old boy was duck and in dodging like rip Torn
- 7:19was throwing wrenches at him. The dude's an absolute clown,
- 7:23a joke, and an embarrassment to a great nation. I mean,
- 7:29I can't tell you how many great people I know
- 7:31from the UK, and I can't tell you how many
- 7:33of them were mortified by the behavior of this scoundrel
- 7:36ass scumbag. His lawyers have since fought to get the
- 7:43case against him dismissed, claiming that Robert's settlement with Epstein,
- 7:47which was made public last week, also covers him from liability. Ah,
- 7:51I thought you never met her. How could it cover
- 7:54you for liability if you have never even met her?
- 7:56Oh wait, that's right, you lied. You did meet her,
- 7:59and you were with her at Gallin Maxwell's house, and
- 8:01you were with her at Tramp and you did have
- 8:04your arm around her, and you can sweat Okay. So
- 8:09basically what I'm trying to say here is you're a liar.
- 8:13As of Friday, Judge Lewis Kaplan had yet to issue
- 8:16a decision on the motion, but at a hearing Tuesday,
- 8:19the judge appeared to suggest the settlement was not clear
- 8:22enough to keep the Prince from getting sued. Roberts for
- 8:26years has insisted that Epstein and is now convicted madam
- 8:29madam no co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general all around
- 8:33scuzbag Glain Maxwell forced her to have disgusting sex with
- 8:37the Prince three times in London, New York, and on
- 8:41Epstein's private island in the Caribbean. Andrew's legal team has
- 8:46called the lawsuit baseless and said he unequivocally denies Robert's
- 8:50false allegations against him. Well good, you're gonna have your
- 8:53chance in court. It seems like buddy, to defend yourself
- 8:56because it doesn't look like Virginia is interested in settling
- 9:00out of court with your bitch ass. So buckle up, homie.
- 9:03You better call your boy Marty Singer, you better hit
- 9:06up Brettler, and you better get ready. Maxwell was convicted
- 9:11of sex trafficking and other charges December twenty ninth in
- 9:15Manhattan Federal Court and faces up to sixty five years
- 9:18in prison. She was accused of procuring victims for her
- 9:22buddy Epstein and engaging in some of the abuse as well. Well.
- 9:25At least they're getting that right. Nowadays the papers are
- 9:28at least saying she was taking part in the abuse. Now,
- 9:31I guess one step out of time, huh. Her lawyers
- 9:35are now pushing for a mistrial after two jurors have
- 9:38admitted swaying deliberations with tales of their own childhood abuse
- 9:42that they may not have declared before being picked for
- 9:45the panel. Epstein killed himself in a Manhattan jail cell,
- 9:49allegedly in August twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on sex
- 9:53trafficking charges. So I wanted to touch on this article
- 9:57just real quick, because we brought this up last and
- 10:01I was just taking a shot in the dark here,
- 10:03taking a guess when I said I didn't think that
- 10:06Virginia was going to be interested in a payout here,
- 10:09and that she'd be interested in going all the way.
- 10:11And I just I wake up this morning and I
- 10:14see this article. So I figured we'd add this to
- 10:16the front end of the other article I had ready
- 10:20for us to go. So it gives a little bit
- 10:22more context, right, and a little bit more of an
- 10:25idea of where Virginia is and what her game plan
- 10:28is going to be. And I'll tell you what, folks,
- 10:31I cannot wait for this to go to trial. All right,
- 10:36so let's check out our next article. This article is
- 10:39from Fortune dot com and the authors are Bob van Vories,
- 10:45Chris Dolmich, and Bloomberg. Headline, Glenn Maxwell's prison won't be
- 10:52like the Camp Cupcake where Martha Stewart served her sentence.
- 10:58Glenn Maxwell's high society days are over as she faces
- 11:02years in a prison that's likely to be harsher than
- 11:05the so called Camp Cupcake prison where Martha Stewart served. Now,
- 11:09there's all kinds of different prisons, as you well know,
- 11:12you have high security, maximum security prisons, medium security prisons,
- 11:17low security prisons, prison camps, all kinds of wild stuff.
- 11:22And Martha Stewart was able to serve her sentence at
- 11:26a low security camp where you know, it's like a
- 11:29dormitory style setting, and you know it's very lax, if
- 11:34you will, if prison can be lax, but there's no
- 11:37like regulations like there are in a high security facility
- 11:42where you know, you're only out on the yard for
- 11:45so little amount of time, that kind of thing, whereas
- 11:49at a low security place you have a lot more freedom.
- 11:52And in some of these places there aren't even fences
- 11:57around these camps. Now. I know when I went and visit,
- 12:00as did people I care about at a federal lockup
- 12:03in Lompoc, they were at a low security portion of
- 12:06the prison, and they could have literally walked right out
- 12:11of the jail if they wanted to. But then when
- 12:15you get caught, and you will get caught, you go
- 12:18to a hire security facility after that to serve out
- 12:21the rest of your term, plus whatever they tack on
- 12:24for you walking out of the facility. So that's kind
- 12:27of a deterrent for people at these low security facilities
- 12:34to not leave right. They don't want to get any
- 12:36years tagged onto it, and they don't want to go
- 12:39and do hard time. I know, if I was going
- 12:41to prison or jail or whatever, I'd much prefer to
- 12:44go to one of these camps. But when you have
- 12:47the charges that Maxwell has, and you've been convicted of
- 12:51what Maxwell has been convicted of, you're not going to
- 12:54Camp Cupcake. You're going to at least a medium security
- 12:58level facility, and things are going to be a lot
- 13:02tougher on her, a lot more regimented. Maxwell, the ex socialite,
- 13:09co conspirator, general all around scusbag of disgraced financier pedophile
- 13:14Jeffrey Epstein was convicted Wednesday on five counts tied to
- 13:17sexual abuse, including the most serious charge of sex trafficking
- 13:21of a minor, which carries a maximum sentence of forty years.
- 13:25Because she was convicted of sex crimes, Maxwell won't be
- 13:29assigned to a minimum security prison camp like the one
- 13:32in Alderson, West Virginia that house Stuart, with a dormitory
- 13:36style housing and limited fencing, according to prison consultant Justin Paperney.
- 13:41And that's what I was just talking about. It's like
- 13:44you'd be shocked, right. I was under the impression that
- 13:47jail or prison, you know, was like you see in
- 13:49the movies. Then when I went and visited the people
- 13:53that I went to see while they were doing their sentence,
- 13:56it was a kind of, you know, shocking to me
- 14:00that they could have literally just walked out of the
- 14:02facility if they wanted. Alderson has been called Camp Cupcake
- 14:08by critics who faulted for its custody conditions and activities
- 14:12that include progressive relaxation. Well, I don't know about all
- 14:16of that, but I'm a big fan of rehabilitation while
- 14:19people are in prison, and especially if you're in there
- 14:22for nonviolent crimes, what we should throw people who were
- 14:25arrested for nonviolent crimes right into the mix with the
- 14:28rest of the act, the real scumbags of the world. Nah,
- 14:31I don't think that's the right way to go about
- 14:33things either. Now, progressive relaxation, I don't know what that
- 14:37even means, to be honest with you, So I can't
- 14:40tell you if I agree with it or not. But
- 14:42I am a fan of rehabilitation when people are in prison,
- 14:45except for the most heinoused of crimes, right these kinds
- 14:48of sex crimes or you're a murderer. Look, you can't
- 14:52rehabilitate from stuff like that. So if Maxwell is given
- 14:58closer to the high end of what she faces, she'll
- 15:01likely end up in a medium security prison. According to Paperni,
- 15:05who runs White Collar Advice, which advises clients facing prison,
- 15:09She's imagine, imagine you're facing prison and you got to
- 15:12call this guy and get a game plan on what
- 15:15you should do when you get to the whoscal forget it.
- 15:19I mean, I don't even know what I would do.
- 15:21I don't even like being confined, you know, at my
- 15:25desk for eight hours, never mind being in jail or
- 15:28a prison cell. It seems like the most terrifying thing
- 15:32in the world to me, honestly, having my freedom freedom taken.
- 15:36I can't even imagine. She is probably in shock and
- 15:42will be for some time, said ingrid Let. Her house Oaken,
- 15:45a former executive at Tiffany and Company who spent ten
- 15:48months at Alderson after admitting to stealing from the company.
- 15:52With proper counseling, she can make her sentence productive if
- 15:55she focuses on giving back, meaning helping others and taking
- 15:59full responsibility for her actions. Nah, this again, this isn't
- 16:02a white collar crime. This isn't somebody who stole a
- 16:05couple of bucks, somebody who stole people's lives. Literally, this
- 16:12lady is a life vampire. And you know, I don't
- 16:16care what she does while she's in there. There's nothing
- 16:19that can take back what she did. She needs to
- 16:21do the full sentence, whatever that may be. Maxwell's attorney
- 16:26said late Wednesday that she will appeal the verdict. Maxwell's
- 16:29trial judge didn't set a sentencing date for the for Maxwell,
- 16:33who still faces trial on two perjury counts. That trial
- 16:36hasn't been scheduled. The decision where to house Maxwell will
- 16:40be up to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The Bureau
- 16:43doesn't comment on individual cases, but factors considered in assigning
- 16:48inmates include the security and supervision the inmate requires. Any
- 16:52medical or programming needs, separation and security measures to ensure
- 16:56the inmate's protection, and other considerations include proximity to an
- 17:01individual's release residence. According to spokesman Donald Murphy, Yeah, that's
- 17:06nice in a concept, right, How often do they practice it? Though?
- 17:12I know my loved ones were scattered all over the country,
- 17:16So I mean, maybe they help people like Maxwell get
- 17:20a put someplace close to home, but when it comes
- 17:23to the rest of us, forget it. Inmates and higher
- 17:28security facilities are generally confined to cells rather than rooms
- 17:32and endure more intense security procedures. Those prisons tend to
- 17:36house people who are convicted of more serious crimes, have
- 17:39longer prison sentences, and are more prone to violence. So again,
- 17:45if you're somebody like Maxwell, you beyond all measure want
- 17:50to get to a low security facility. She's not built
- 17:53for this life. What She's gonna hit the r and
- 17:55she's gonna g up, someone's gonna check her and she's
- 17:59gonna g up and chin check that person. Yeah right,
- 18:03she's gonna walk in. She's not gonna have her paperwork hoop,
- 18:06none of it, and she's gonna get exploited and beat
- 18:11up and who knows what else that's if she's on
- 18:14the general yard. She's not gonna hit the general line though.
- 18:17See during the whole entire lead up to the trial,
- 18:21her team kept talking about how she wanted to be
- 18:23in the general population, and I laughed and laughed and
- 18:27laughed and mocked them for that. So I want to
- 18:29see how quickly they're talking about general population when she
- 18:33gets the prison. Somehow, I doubt they're going to bring
- 18:37it up. They're gonna want her and protective custody. Oh,
- 18:40she's a high level inmate all of a sudden, she
- 18:42needs to be protected, That's what they'll say, and I
- 18:45get it. I agree, but let's be real. It's like
- 18:50still anywhere she goes will likely be an upgrade from
- 18:52the Brooklyn Federal Lockup, where she's been held since charged
- 18:55in July twenty twenty with helping Epstein sexually abuse underage girls.
- 19:01Prior to her conviction, Maxwell, the daughter of the British
- 19:05media tycoon Robert Maxwell made numerous complaints about her conditions
- 19:09at the Metropolitan Detention Center, a jail that federal investigators
- 19:13have deemed among the worst in the US Bureau of
- 19:16Prison systems. Well, guess what, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
- 19:22Where did you think you were going to go and
- 19:23do your jail time? You thought you were going to
- 19:25hang out at the Waldorf And you're, you know, pay
- 19:27for your security to protect you around the clock while
- 19:30you sit around and need bond bonds. Wrong, enjoy the
- 19:35MDC and all of the shittiness of it, because guess what,
- 19:40how many countless people have been through those doors, how
- 19:44many countless people have sat in those same jail cells.
- 19:49It's just the way it goes, Glenn Maxwell. These are
- 19:51the rules you and your friends have put on the books,
- 19:53right you and all your powerful buddies in DC. Well,
- 19:57you reap what you sew, don't you. She's enduring arguably
- 20:02the worst and filthiest prison in the country. It's a jail,
- 20:05not a prison, said Paperny. Wherever she serves her time
- 20:08will feel like Disneyland compared to where she is right now.
- 20:11I don't believe that for a second. When you're in
- 20:15this lock up, there's the hope that you're getting out
- 20:17and going home at some point when you go to
- 20:19this prison and that you know, gate closes. Oh, it's
- 20:22a rap for you. It's all been a startling turn
- 20:27for Maxwell, who was arrested at a million dollars one
- 20:29hundred and fifty six acre estate in New Hampshire and
- 20:32on the New York City townhouse that's sold in twenty
- 20:35sixteen for about fifteen million, as well as a London
- 20:39home in Belgravia. Federal investigators found that MDC prisoners have
- 20:45been beaten, raped, and held in inhumane conditions. Maxwell has
- 20:49complained about being held in solitary confinement under twenty four
- 20:52hour surveillance and being awakened every few hours each night.
- 20:56I mean, that would be the least of her problems.
- 21:00If she was on the general line, she'd be exploited, extorted,
- 21:04you name it. She said. Conditions left are exhausted and
- 21:13unable to properly help prepare her defense. Of the one
- 21:17hundred and fifty seven thousand, five hundred inmates currently in
- 21:20the federal prison system, fewer than eleven thousand, around seven
- 21:24percent are women. According to the Bureau of Prisons, of
- 21:27its one hundred and twenty two prison facilities in the US,
- 21:31only twenty nine house women, and eleven of those are
- 21:33short term lockups, like the MDC where Maxwell was held
- 21:37for trial. Her future home will be based on the
- 21:40classification she receives from federal prison officials, said Jack Dohnson,
- 21:45a prison consultant who worked for the Bureau of Prisons
- 21:48for more than twenty three years. That will depend in
- 21:51part on the length of her sentence and a determination
- 21:54by prison authorities whether Maxwell, who has a US, UK
- 21:58and French citizenship, presents a risk to escape. Now. As
- 22:03much as I want to pile on here a risk
- 22:06to escape, I highly doubt that now. A risk to
- 22:09run and a risk to try and avoid charges, definitely,
- 22:12but we're not I mean, she's not Andy Dufrayne, right,
- 22:16She's not digging a hole through the wall and climbing
- 22:18through the septic system anytime soon. So that's probably the
- 22:23last of my concerns when it comes to Maxwell. If
- 22:27Maxwell has given a more lenient sentence, she may be
- 22:30headed to the low security federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut,
- 22:33known for housing Orange is the new black author Piper
- 22:37Kerman and reality television star Teresa Judas said PAPERNI, Yeah,
- 22:42that's one of the prison in Danberry is notorious for that.
- 22:47You see a couple of mob guys that have been
- 22:49through there, You know that kind of deal. But Dohnson
- 22:54said the Bureau will likely assign a famous convict like
- 22:57Maxwell to a secure facility away from I'm a major city,
- 23:01making the Danburry Prison not far from New York less likely.
- 23:05They're never going to put her near New York or
- 23:07anywhere you're going to have reporters camping out on the road.
- 23:10He said, Well, this is America. Anyone can get to anywhere.
- 23:13I get the idea that it's a lot easier to
- 23:16access Danberry than it is to say, Lompok. But wherever
- 23:20she goes, there's going to be the media following. The
- 23:26differences between a minimum security camp and low security Federal
- 23:29Correctional Institution or FCI can be dramatic, said Larry Levine,
- 23:34founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, who served more than
- 23:37ten years in federal prison and now advises convicted criminals
- 23:41on how to survive incarceration. I've had several friends due
- 23:46time in federal prison, and every single one of them
- 23:49has come back and said it was a miserable experience.
- 23:54I can't even imagine ten years, no thank you. Camps
- 23:59often have a relatively high proportion of non violent white
- 24:02collar offenders, and violence is rare. Violence is more likely
- 24:06in fcis, which can house bank robbers, drug dealers, and
- 24:10people convicted of sex crimes. So while camps don't have
- 24:13perimeter fences or armed security, fcis have two secured barbed
- 24:17wire fences with roving armed security. He said the doors
- 24:21to camp housing unit doors are never locked, a contrast
- 24:25to fcis, where inmates are locked in at night, and
- 24:29that I was trying to make that comparison earlier to
- 24:31you folks. It really is night and day between the
- 24:35low security and medium security even and when I talked
- 24:41to my family members and friends who would serve time
- 24:44in federal facilities, they told me themselves the huge difference
- 24:49between minimum and even medium, and how it was much
- 24:55more enjoyable, if anything can be enjoyable to be on
- 25:00the low security yard. Several consultants said Maxwell's notoriety and
- 25:07nature of her crime helping Epstein victimize teenage girls may
- 25:11make her a target if she is still in denial
- 25:14that she did not contribute to the actions taken by
- 25:16herself and mister Epstein. She will be a pariah both
- 25:19inside and outside of the prison, said letter Has o'cun,
- 25:23who consults for white collar advice. Maxwell's education, wealth, and
- 25:27former jet setting lifestyle will set her apart for most inmates.
- 25:31She said, for sure, she's gonna get exploited if she's
- 25:34on the yard, folks, there's no doubt about it. Jeffrey
- 25:37Epstein was in the holding cell for what a few weeks,
- 25:41and he was being exploited. You gotta remember, these prisoners
- 25:45have all day to sit around and come up with
- 25:48ways and plots and different scams, and that's what they do.
- 25:54While Maxwell will have an advantage because of her access
- 25:57to cash for food, clothing, makeup, and running, shehes that
- 26:00other inmates can't afford. This can cause jealousy in others.
- 26:04Let her house. O'coon said. Maxwell will likely be assigned
- 26:07a job well where she'll make a paltry twelve to
- 26:10fourteen cents an hour. Do it and don't complain. Let
- 26:14her house. Oaken advised the worst thing she could do
- 26:17is whine about her situation. That is for sure. If
- 26:21you go to prison and you start whining and acting
- 26:23the fool crying about your circumstances, you're in for it.
- 26:28And Glenn Maxwell, she better hope she goes to one
- 26:31of these low security facilities. Folks. I've been saying it
- 26:33from the jump. None of these people are built for this.
- 26:36These people aren't from the street. They're not criminals in
- 26:40the sense of the word that you expect when you
- 26:43hear about prison. These are cowards who victimized young girls
- 26:48and vulnerable people. And when they get to prison, well
- 26:54guess what the hunter becomes the hunted Because these kinds
- 27:00of crimes they don't go over very well in prison, folks.
- 27:04And somebody like Alane Maxwell with access to all this
- 27:07money and affluence, you got to know from the beginning
- 27:13she is going to be extorted, exploited, and the rest
- 27:16of it if she's put on the main line. So
- 27:19I would expect lan Maxwell to end up in some
- 27:21kind of you know, secure setting as far as the
- 27:25shoe or protective custody, not on the main line. And
- 27:29depending on what the charges are, I mean, the sentencing
- 27:32is obviously I'm guessing she's gonna end up in a
- 27:35medium security facility. But when you have her money, you
- 27:39never know. So there you have it, folks. That's the
- 27:42article I was telling you about a couple of days ago.
- 27:45I wanted to just touch on that real quick to
- 27:47get an idea and give you folks an idea of
- 27:50what might be coming next for Maxwell as far as
- 27:53her incarceration. So that's gonna do it for me this morning,
- 27:57and there will be more more episodes out throughout the day,
- 28:00some context episodes, and like I said, I have a
- 28:03three part series about the War on Drugs and Gary Webb,
- 28:06so I'm gonna post that today as well. All Right, everybody,
- 28:10I hope you all have a great day and I
- 28:12will be back later. If you'd like to contact me,
- 28:15you can do that at Bobby Kapucci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 28:19That's Bobby c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 28:25You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 28:29c ap u Cci. The articles that we discussed today
- 28:33can be found in the description box. Everry one and
- 28:38welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. It looks like we're
- 28:42getting some more answers about how Prince Andrews bitch ass
- 28:47plans on paying for his lawsuit. We've heard before that
- 28:51the Queen and his brother Charles, we're going to pony
- 28:54up some dough to help him out of this bind. Well,
- 28:58now the Sun reporting that Charles is about to pony
- 29:03up seven million pounds to help his brother get out
- 29:09of this absolutely terrible position he's put himself and the
- 29:14family in. So now imagine being his brother. Imagine being Charles.
- 29:19You got your own bullshit going on, nobody really likes
- 29:22you anyway, and now your molester ass brother shows up
- 29:27and he's like, hey, look, dude, I'm gonna need to
- 29:28borrow seven million pounds because you know, I was hanging
- 29:31out with Epstein and yeah, I kind of was a douche.
- 29:36Imagine what your reaction would be. But this dude has
- 29:40to come out of the pocket now and come up
- 29:42with the seven million pounds to pay for his brother's nonsense.
- 29:47Now we know that Prince Andrew certainly doesn't have that
- 29:50kind of doe on hand. He's a grifter. He's lived
- 29:53in the basement down at Balmoral for how long, still
- 29:57becomes a married man and still lives on his mom's
- 29:59proper you know the deal. So he didn't have that
- 30:02kind of dose sitting around, and the big question was
- 30:06where's he gonna get the money to pay Virginia. A
- 30:10lot of people were speculating it would come from here
- 30:13or there, but the obvious point of origin for this
- 30:18money was always the royal family. And the question becomes
- 30:22will there be any public money used? According to this article,
- 30:27there will be no public money used. But I kind
- 30:30of find that hard to believe, considering the Royals are
- 30:34funded by the people of England. Know, oh, I know
- 30:37they have these land grants and everything, But where did
- 30:39they get all of that stuff? Did it just magically
- 30:42appear one day they woke up and the easter Bunny
- 30:46of property showed up and gave them a bunch of land.
- 30:50Or was that land granted to them by the will
- 30:53of the English people, the subjects of the UK, Because
- 30:57let's remember, everything that the royal family has, it's because
- 31:00the people of the UK have decided that it's theirs
- 31:03to give to them. So when they say the money
- 31:07doesn't come from the actual citizens of the United Kingdom,
- 31:10I find it laughable. It's not like the Queen or
- 31:13Charles have ever had a real job, right Their job
- 31:16has been to administer the country as royals and do
- 31:19whatever it is that the royals are supposed to do.
- 31:23The real question, though, is if these royals were gone tomorrow,
- 31:26would it really affect life that much? Would the people
- 31:30of the UK's lives be affected that much? They're nothing
- 31:34but figureheads at this point, and I don't know why
- 31:37they're afforded as much respect and as much honor as
- 31:40they are, to be honest with you, again, just the
- 31:43opinion of an outsider, but it seems to me that
- 31:46all they do is take advantage, just like your run
- 31:49of the mill, shitty politician would. And then when things
- 31:54go south for them, when you know, Prince Andrew gets
- 31:57caught up with Jeffrey Epstein, they have nothing to say
- 32:01about it. Oh, this is Prince Andrew's problem, the whole
- 32:06run on nonsense that we've gotten from the Crown this
- 32:09whole entire time. Frankly, I'm tired of it, Sick of
- 32:13the Crown, sick of the royals, sick of all of
- 32:15these so called elites, and I'm certainly sick of this moron,
- 32:19Prince Andrew. So the fact that he had to grovel
- 32:23to his brother and ask for some money That's kind
- 32:26of a bit of justice, isn't it. We know that
- 32:29they don't like each other in the best of times,
- 32:32So now the clown prince has to go to the
- 32:36crown Prince and ask him for seven million pounds. That
- 32:39has to be a kick in the shorts for sure.
- 32:42So at least we can take that from all of
- 32:45this and have a little bit of joy in that,
- 32:47at least the fact that he had to grovel and
- 32:49ask his brother for this money. It's sad, though, when
- 32:55you really think about the whole entire thing and you
- 32:57look at it. What a pathetic human being be in this, dude,
- 33:02the whole world at your feet. Go anywhere you want,
- 33:06spend time with whoever you want, do whatever you want,
- 33:09and don't you don't have to pay for any of it.
- 33:11But that's not good enough for you. You have to
- 33:14hang out with Epstein. You need more. Oh, I have
- 33:16to have more. I need private jets, I need young
- 33:19girls running around all over the place. When in reality,
- 33:24somebody like this could have used their great influence for
- 33:28great good, but he chose not to do that. So
- 33:32that's why I think he's such a scumbag. Folks, That's
- 33:34why I think, out of just about all of the
- 33:37people involved in this, this dude's one of the worst.
- 33:41He had the whole entire world at his fingertips. Imagine
- 33:45being the Prince of England and making these choices and
- 33:48then expecting anyone to have any sympathy for you. I mean,
- 33:51besides the lady of Ektoia, eh, I don't know anybody
- 33:56that has sympathy for this clown. All right, So jump
- 34:00into this article from the Sun and let's see what
- 34:03they have to say about who's picking up the tab
- 34:06for Prince Andrew and his stupid ass behavior. Headline Charles
- 34:12loan to Andy Prince Charles bankroll shamed Andrews seven million
- 34:16dollar pounds sex abuse payout to Virginia Roberts. This article
- 34:21was authored by Matt Wilkinson over at the Sun. Prince
- 34:28Charles is to bankroll broke brother Andrew's multimillion dollar sex
- 34:32abuse payout with a loan to save the family honor.
- 34:36Now can you imagine take a minute and think to
- 34:39yourself what you would say to your brother if he
- 34:41showed up after all of this nonsense and he's talking about, hey,
- 34:45can I borrow seven million pounds? I guess It's a
- 34:48little different for normal people, right, we don't have the
- 34:53reputation of the royal family to worry about like Charles does.
- 34:57And I'm guessing, and obviously this is a guess. Charles
- 35:00is saying to himself, I don't need this bullshit. This
- 35:03is the last thing I need, So I guess I'll
- 35:06just pay this try and make this to go away,
- 35:08so when I take the crown, I can put this
- 35:10behind me and say, hey, look I did what I
- 35:12had to do. We punished Andrew blah blah blah blah
- 35:16blah blah blah. But the reality of the situation is
- 35:19this is never gonna go away no matter what. This
- 35:22is a stain on the Windsor family. This is a
- 35:25stain on the Queen, as much as people don't want
- 35:27to admit it. And it is certainly a stain on
- 35:30old Uncle Touchy. And the fact that the crown was
- 35:34silent for so long, the fact that the crown was
- 35:37inactive for so long, people aren't going to forget that. Now.
- 35:41There's some loyalists to the crown, some people who feel
- 35:44like the Crown can do no wrong, and those people
- 35:47are hopelessly lost. But all kidding aside. It's such a
- 35:53bad look for them that I don't understand how they
- 35:57think it's going to go away or anyone's going to
- 36:00forget about it, especially considering that Virginia is probably going
- 36:06to write a book at some point or speak about
- 36:08what happened. I know, according to the deals, she can
- 36:12talk until after the Jewbilee, according to reports, but after
- 36:16that it's game on. The Prince of Wales seventy three
- 36:23is stumping up most of the agreed seven pounds, with
- 36:26the Queen also chipping in, but no public cash is
- 36:29being used. See I find that hard to believe. What
- 36:33was the Queen out there working the night shift at Arby's,
- 36:37Prince Charles down there by the river cleaning it out.
- 36:41What do you mean where are they getting this money from?
- 36:44Oh it's from that property. It's from their holdings, you
- 36:47mean the properties and the holdings that the British people,
- 36:50the citizens of the UK, have granted them. So they
- 36:54are getting the money from public. It's just a roundabout way.
- 36:57Oh okay, understood. Let's not act like these are, you know,
- 37:00independently wealthy people who have created something to help society.
- 37:05They're not elon musk. You know they're not any some
- 37:09great innovators. They just happen to be born into the
- 37:13right family. The unemployed Duke of York sixty two now
- 37:18has ten days to deposit the money so that his
- 37:20accuser for Jinia Roberts will drop her sex abuse for it.
- 37:24So get that bag ready, go and drop it off,
- 37:27you and yours. I'm scaring at him right now in
- 37:29his stupid English soldier uniform or whatever the hell he's wearing.
- 37:35And god damn he looks goofy in it. What did
- 37:37you ever do to win all of those medals? Bro?
- 37:39What a clown? Maybe I should just dress up like
- 37:43a night from the eleventh century and where you know,
- 37:46all sorts of arms and house colors and run around
- 37:50like a jackass like this dude, just like Jeffrey Epstein. Huh,
- 37:54nice outfit, bro. He will pay back Charles and her
- 37:59Majesty ninety five when he gets the cash from the
- 38:02seventeen million pounds sell of his ski shallet in Verbier, Switzerland,
- 38:06which could take two months. So his brother fronted him
- 38:09the dough obviously, and his mom helped him out. And
- 38:12he'll get it back when this sale for the ski
- 38:16shallet is all said and done. Now the question becomes
- 38:19how is he able to afford that in the first place? Oh,
- 38:22I'm guessing he used public funds, right, You see what's
- 38:25going on here? They'll say one thing, but in reality,
- 38:27if you follow the money, it's obvious where all of
- 38:30this money comes from. So just be real about it.
- 38:34One thing I have learned since we've been covering this
- 38:37case is that the Royal family is as far away
- 38:41from real as possible. Sheriff Joe Lombardo, if he fails
- 38:45to repay Andrew, will lose money from the will of
- 38:47the Queen, who is believed to have funded his legal battle.
- 38:50So it's basically coming out of his future settlement or
- 38:55future money from his mom's purse when she passes on
- 39:00her will or whatever. So either way, Charles is getting
- 39:04his money back. Imagine that, though, Imagine not having trust
- 39:08in your brothers so much that you have to have
- 39:11in writing that if you don't pay me back when
- 39:14mom dies, it comes out of your portion. Yeah. That
- 39:17sounds like a real loving lifestyle, a real loving family.
- 39:21You Royals can keep all of that weird shit. The
- 39:25son understands that it was Prince Charles, who told Andrew
- 39:28to settle last month after lawyers said the Duke would
- 39:31give a witness statement to rape accuser Miss Robert civil
- 39:34case in New York. So that definitely rings true. This
- 39:38guy doesn't want to deal with this. We've talked about
- 39:41this a lot. He's gonna be king soon and the
- 39:44last thing he needs is Uncle Touchy, the clown prince
- 39:48dragging him down. The crown Prince. It is not a
- 39:53position he wants to be in. He's not loved by
- 39:56the people the way the Queen is. He's not a
- 39:57beloved figure. So when the Queen passes on and he
- 40:02takes the throne, there's gonna be a lot of animosity
- 40:06from a lot of people. I'm guessing the people who
- 40:09might have been friendly to the Royals because of the Queen,
- 40:14A lot of that's going to end. Charles hasn't made
- 40:16a lot of friends as far as it goes, So,
- 40:20you know, the things that the Royal family are used to,
- 40:26they might be winding down. The Royals feared to repeat
- 40:31of his heavily criticized Newsnight interview in twenty nineteen. Yeah,
- 40:35you think you think Emily Maitliss gave him the business
- 40:39and busted them up in that interview while throwing him
- 40:41basically softball questions, How do you think a seasoned interrogator
- 40:47would handle it if he was in a room with Andrew,
- 40:49with this dude's sitting across from him, or a video deposition.
- 40:53Even we've all seen this guy blundering, buffoon his way around.
- 40:57Zero chance he has any ability to outwit a seasoned
- 41:02prosecutor who was interrogating him. So yeah, Charles is like, look,
- 41:06you've already done enough damage. Here's the seven million pounds.
- 41:10Go pay off your fine, you dumb asshole, and then
- 41:13kick rocks, beat it in it. Andrew told of his
- 41:17dealings with convicted pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, found dead in
- 41:22jail in twenty nineteen while held on sex trafficking charges.
- 41:27So we all know about the interview. We all know
- 41:29how terrible it was, and it was so bad it
- 41:32wasn't even a car crash. We're talking Hindenburg level of
- 41:37explosions here. He said he had no recollection of ever
- 41:41meeting miss Roberts, but was accused of having sex with
- 41:45her three times in two thousand and one when she
- 41:47was seventeen. Speaking on the decision to loan Andrew the
- 41:51money of the source said, there were family discussions about
- 41:54how to take a little from here and a little
- 41:56from there. Imagine all of these rich people, Oh, will
- 41:59take a little for here, a little from there. Just
- 42:01go open up the bank account and pay it out
- 42:03and be done with it already. Once once the money
- 42:06hit from his the sale of his house hits the
- 42:09bank account, he can pay back his brother and whoever
- 42:12else has lent him money. But that payment of Virginia
- 42:16has to be paid on time. He can't rely on
- 42:18selling the chalet the chalet too many things can go wrong,
- 42:22and the court won't wait for property queries. Yeah, that
- 42:26sounds about right. Look, the court has an established deadline.
- 42:29Either you pay up or you don't. The court doesn't
- 42:31give his shit one way or the other. So you know,
- 42:35old grifter griftington over here had no money on the side,
- 42:39didn't have a rainy day fund, So of course he's
- 42:42gonna go to mommy and big brother to try and
- 42:44help him out. And this is why people find all
- 42:49of these folks so disgusting and condemnable. They're just gross people.
- 42:54Every time they get themselves in a jam. They can
- 42:56run to mommy, or they can run to their buddy
- 42:59banker to get held out, while the rest of us,
- 43:01on the other hand, have to go hat in hand
- 43:04to the bank to try and get a loan or whatever.
- 43:07And then when you get there, you're not even dealing
- 43:09with human beings anymore. You know, you're on the phone,
- 43:11dealing with some automated system. Punch your numbers in. You're
- 43:15not even a person to these banks, folks. A friend
- 43:23of Andrew added he has no income or money to
- 43:26repay a bank loan, so the family is the only
- 43:28way to guarantee the payment. Makes sense. We all know
- 43:32that he has no income. Well again, squandered his whole life.
- 43:35This dude could have become a scientist or whatever you
- 43:38wanted to be. Instead, he's jet setting around like a playboy.
- 43:42Thought the tap of unlimited dough was always going to
- 43:45be running and he had no other plans. Just goes
- 43:49to show you what a short sighted buffoon this guy is.
- 43:55Prince Andrew, who lives with ex wife Sarah Ferguson at
- 43:58thirty one room Royal Lodge at Windsor. Will pay Miss
- 44:02Roberts around seven pounds. It includes a sum to her
- 44:07charity for sex trafficking survivors. A spokesman for Prince Andrew,
- 44:11who denies Miss Roberts claims, did not comment, nor did
- 44:15spokesman for Queen and Prince Charles. Yeah, no shit, they
- 44:18want nothing to do with it. They want nothing to
- 44:21do with commenting on this and the Crown and the
- 44:25Royal House. It's been the same since the beginning. You
- 44:28would think that they'd come out and they would force
- 44:30fully condemn all of this, but they haven't. Oh, Prince
- 44:36Andrew's dealing it with it on his own, blah blah
- 44:38blah blah blah. But at the same time he's going
- 44:41to them and using them as if they were an
- 44:43ATM machine. So the idea that the Royals aren't paying
- 44:50for it, or that the people aren't paying for it,
- 44:53I guess if you're looking at it from this obtuse angle,
- 44:56you could say that, But really, where does all of
- 44:59their wealth, meaning the royals, get generated from in the
- 45:02first place? The people? So the people are paying for this, right,
- 45:11not a great situation for the Royal family to be in,
- 45:14and it's certainly not a great situation for Charles, who
- 45:18is getting ready to take the throne, and I would
- 45:22guess that as things move along and things continue to evolve,
- 45:28we'll see less and less of Andrew anywhere. That's probably
- 45:32going to be a stipulation by Charles. Look, dude, we
- 45:35don't want you around, we don't want to see your face,
- 45:37and we don't certainly don't want to see you trying
- 45:39to pop back up into public life. There's definitely going
- 45:42to be stipulations. He didn't just get this money for nothing.
- 45:45That's not how these royals work. Everybody has a chit
- 45:48to pay, even if it's your family, and that's exactly
- 45:53what we're going to see here in my opinion. Now,
- 45:55Prince Andrew is certainly indebted to his brother and that's
- 45:59certainly not place he wants to find himself. All Right, folks,
- 46:04that's gonna do it for this morning's update. More episodes
- 46:07are on the way, and I will be back tonight
