- 3:24Speaker 4: back to the Son of a Boy Dad podcast Today.
- 3:27Speaker 4: It is August sixth, twenty twenty five. Sharp Remote Remote Time.
- 3:36Speaker 4: I love it. I think we do this all the time.
- 3:41Speaker 4: Oh By, there's no need for us to be in
- 3:43Speaker 4: an office ever. I think we're just you know, this
- 3:47Speaker 4: is my office, this is home base, and I'm trying
- 3:51Speaker 4: to be here as much as possible.
- 3:55Speaker 1: It's also funny you just had kind of like looking
- 3:58Speaker 1: down like it's like zoom. Then obviously you're looking at
- 4:02Speaker 1: the screen, but it's like zoomed into your forehead. Just
- 4:04Speaker 1: seems like you're hacking into the main frame. But I
- 4:07Speaker 1: think people are to be excited to see that. That's
- 4:09Speaker 1: the most people I have ever seen of your apartment,
- 4:11Speaker 1: exposed beams, the couch, the teeth, the.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Most still ever see. I don't like that.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Yeah, get go down a little bit. We want to
- 4:19Speaker 1: see what's on the floor. What's that fucking Coleman stove
- 4:21Speaker 1: in the background. What's over your left shoulder?
- 4:24Speaker 4: Now it's my PC's box.
- 4:27Speaker 7: Got hold on to that.
- 4:29Speaker 4: It's sad to save the box. I don't know why,
- 4:32Speaker 4: but I'm kind of just holding on to it. I mean,
- 4:33Speaker 4: I should throw it away, but I don't feel like
- 4:36Speaker 4: breaking it down.
- 4:37Speaker 7: Did you buy the warranty?
- 4:40Speaker 4: I don't remember. I'm sure I would.
- 4:42Speaker 7: Say, just yeah, hold onto the box until the warranty expires.
- 4:46Speaker 1: To your Elizabeth warranty expires, and return it.
- 4:52Speaker 7: Yeah, hey, bron, I got it. I went and saw
- 4:55Speaker 7: Harry at his home.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Yeah, te Di's a massive invasion of space.
- 5:00Speaker 7: No, he did, just went over there, Yeah, what happened.
- 5:04Speaker 7: Didn't even tell him I was coming. I just showed up.
- 5:07Speaker 7: What when I stood outside of his window and yelled up?
- 5:10Speaker 7: I went, Harry, Harry. Yeah.
- 5:13Speaker 4: And so I just had gotten home. I was in
- 5:15Speaker 4: Massachusetts and I just got back like literally like five
- 5:20Speaker 4: minutes before, and I was like sitting at my desk
- 5:24Speaker 4: just kind of like decompressing for like two seconds before
- 5:26Speaker 4: I had to go return the rental car. And then
- 5:28Speaker 4: I hear someone yelling my name from outside, and I
- 5:32Speaker 4: in my like my immediate thought was like, I'm gonna
- 5:35Speaker 4: have to move. I was like, so do people like
- 5:37Speaker 4: know where I live now? And then I like and
- 5:41Speaker 4: I still like the whole time, I'm like this fuck,
- 5:43Speaker 4: and then they yelled my he said Harry Settle, and
- 5:46Speaker 4: I was like what the fuck? And then I don't
- 5:49Speaker 4: know why. It took me like a minute to realize,
- 5:51Speaker 4: but then I was like, oh wait, that's just Francis's voice.
- 5:55Speaker 4: And then I just went outside and saw him.
- 5:58Speaker 7: You're in the neighborhood, and I went in and I
- 6:01Speaker 7: rang his doorbell, at which point I saw him coming
- 6:05Speaker 7: down and he walked out, and I thought he would,
- 6:10Speaker 7: you know, I thought he would be excited to see
- 6:13Speaker 7: me and talk to me, but he sort of just
- 6:16Speaker 7: walked past me and started walking down the sidewalk to
- 6:21Speaker 7: the point where I had to then that's not at
- 6:24Speaker 7: all what I had to catch up to him to
- 6:26Speaker 7: keep our conversation going. I'm at his.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Home, uninvited, uninvited. You were at my home?
- 6:33Speaker 7: Yeah, but like you know, now, we talked like, hey,
- 6:37Speaker 7: I was in the neighborhood and I wanted to say hi,
- 6:39Speaker 7: like what's up man, and You're like, hey, not much.
- 6:42Speaker 7: Just got home and he's walking away from me.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I was walking to the car.
- 6:46Speaker 7: And I'm like, I'm like, where are you going? And
- 6:48Speaker 7: he's like, oh, I got my rental car. I got
- 6:50Speaker 7: to take it back, and I'm like, are we going
- 6:53Speaker 7: to have a conversation at all right now? Is there
- 6:57Speaker 7: any conversation that we can that for for even just
- 7:00Speaker 7: a minute, just say hi to me, you know.
- 7:02Speaker 4: I will say, like, I think I handled it poorly,
- 7:05Speaker 4: Like I I think I handled it pretty much as
- 7:07Speaker 4: awkward as you possibly could.
- 7:11Speaker 7: You know, I paid it. I paid a house call.
- 7:15Speaker 7: And by the way, I didn't expect to necessarily see you.
- 7:18Speaker 7: I wasn't going to wait until someone opened the door
- 7:21Speaker 7: and then come up to your door, which I've done before.
- 7:25Speaker 7: I've done that before to wake you up for Roun
- 7:27Speaker 7: dot com. But of course, but I wasn't going to
- 7:31Speaker 7: do that. I figured if you didn't answer, you wouldn't
- 7:33Speaker 7: be home. But instead of like answering or open, I
- 7:37Speaker 7: thought you might open the window. You didn't. You just
- 7:39Speaker 7: came downstairs.
- 7:40Speaker 4: Because I because I didn't know who it was. And
- 7:42Speaker 4: then as I was like, I'm gonna go downstairs because
- 7:45Speaker 4: I had to go downstairs anyway to return the car,
- 7:47Speaker 4: and I was gonna My plan originally was I was
- 7:49Speaker 4: going to go downstairs and if it was a stranger,
- 7:51Speaker 4: I was gonna be like, yo, you can't do that,
- 7:53Speaker 4: like that was going to be my plan. And then
- 7:56Speaker 4: while I was leaving my apartment, I was like, oh wait,
- 7:59Speaker 4: that was definitely friends.
- 8:01Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean you you I would say, you gave
- 8:03Speaker 7: me one shade higher than yo. You can't do you
- 8:11Speaker 7: pretty much dismissed me out of hand.
- 8:14Speaker 4: No, it went for like fifteen minutes.
- 8:17Speaker 7: I had to walk to your rental car with.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Hi was across the street right there.
- 8:22Speaker 7: But I but I didn't know at that time that
- 8:25Speaker 7: we would actually you'd actually give me the time of day.
- 8:28Speaker 7: At the rental car, I had to catch up. I
- 8:30Speaker 7: had to run to you.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Got to make sure she wasn't getting towed.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Francis, what were you doing in his neighborhood?
- 8:36Speaker 7: Just walking just walking around, just out for a stroll.
- 8:40Speaker 7: And I I like walking around that part of New
- 8:43Speaker 7: York and who doesn't. Sometimes I'll just walk down Harry's,
- 8:48Speaker 7: you know, his house, sort of past it just to see,
- 8:51Speaker 7: you know, is he in there, what's he doing? Does
- 8:54Speaker 7: he want to hang out? And a lot of the
- 8:57Speaker 7: time it's pretty much a hard no.
- 9:00Speaker 4: I honestly, like there's so many thoughts going through my
- 9:03Speaker 4: head at the moment, Like initially it was you know
- 9:06Speaker 4: who is this? Then it was like, oh, this is Francis.
- 9:09Speaker 4: And then it was like, my apartment's never been this
- 9:12Speaker 4: mess See ever, there's no fucking way he's coming up here.
- 9:16Speaker 4: I don't believe that, Francis. You can vouch from me.
- 9:19Speaker 4: You yelled, and I came down immediately. I was down there. No,
- 9:24Speaker 4: there's no there was no chance of anyone coming up.
- 9:26Speaker 7: I mean, look, we all know. The only way you can,
- 9:30Speaker 7: you know, actually get a view into Harry's apartment when
- 9:32Speaker 7: it's messy is if you're a five year old girl
- 9:35Speaker 7: asking for your mother. And of course I am not
- 9:38Speaker 7: that I'm too old and too male for Harry to
- 9:40Speaker 7: give me a peek.
- 9:41Speaker 4: Too old or too blond. I'm too damn blonde.
- 9:47Speaker 1: I think that when we were doing the walk through
- 9:49Speaker 1: New York, we were very close to like taking a
- 9:53Speaker 1: pilgrimage past your apartment. But then I realized that your
- 9:56Speaker 1: apartment would then wind up on the celebrities of New York,
- 10:00Speaker 1: and there would be double decker buses winding through the
- 10:03Speaker 1: West Village as people like as Hungarians hung over the
- 10:06Speaker 1: sides with binoculars trying to catch a few of your
- 10:08Speaker 1: view and they probably could because you're on the second floor.
- 10:12Speaker 7: True.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Docs.
- 10:13Speaker 7: So this building behind me you can see, is home
- 10:16Speaker 7: to notorious recluse Harry Little Sasquatch Settle. Legend has it
- 10:22Speaker 7: he hasn't left his home in fourteen.
- 10:24Speaker 1: Years, just showing a stick at them out the window.
- 10:31Speaker 7: One of the things is the Osama bin Laden of
- 10:33Speaker 7: the West Village.
- 10:36Speaker 1: A tall ass wall around his apartment.
- 10:38Speaker 4: I got it yet, one of those. You need a
- 10:41Speaker 4: hill for that.
- 10:42Speaker 1: But one of the things that gave me pause in
- 10:45Speaker 1: your in your story was you said that you got
- 10:48Speaker 1: inside and you had to decompress, so you sat down
- 10:52Speaker 1: at your desk for two minutes. Why would you sit
- 10:55Speaker 1: down at your desk to decompress when you have that
- 10:57Speaker 1: plush couch behind you? Why wouldn't you just like I.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Don't sit there. Ever, I can't even tell you the
- 11:03Speaker 4: last time I said, why would I sit on the
- 11:05Speaker 4: couch when I've got sixteen gigabytes of RAM looking me
- 11:07Speaker 4: right in the eyes. I got no need for a
- 11:13Speaker 4: couch anymore. I don't even use the TV. I just
- 11:15Speaker 4: used my second monitor. What do you watch ball on
- 11:21Speaker 4: my monitor?
- 11:23Speaker 7: Really?
- 11:24Speaker 4: Just the it's an unbelievable setup. Yeah, show you a
- 11:26Speaker 4: photo of it.
- 11:26Speaker 7: Right now, you sit and watch You're gonna watch TV
- 11:29Speaker 7: this fall in a computer chair at a desk.
- 11:33Speaker 4: When you're a busy guy like me, it's it's hard
- 11:35Speaker 4: to get away from the computer.
- 11:37Speaker 1: You know that security guard behavior you got.
- 11:40Speaker 4: Oh yeah, I've got cameras.
- 11:43Speaker 1: That's ridiculous. A swivel chair watch.
- 11:47Speaker 4: That's not going to focus.
- 11:49Speaker 1: I get the gis, you get the gist us.
- 11:52Speaker 7: You look like a fucking trader. That's the goal, Japanese market,
- 12:01Speaker 7: you know.
- 12:02Speaker 4: That is the goal. I made another big purchase this
- 12:04Speaker 4: week in terms of the tech. In terms of tech, yeah,
- 12:07Speaker 4: I got a like a Steam deck type thing. It's
- 12:12Speaker 4: pretty much as a handheld PC. It's fucking awesome. What's
- 12:17Speaker 4: that do everything you wanted to do?
- 12:20Speaker 1: You can game on the go.
- 12:22Speaker 4: You can game on the go, but you could also,
- 12:23Speaker 4: like I could like edit a video on it. Because
- 12:26Speaker 4: it's not actually a Steam Deck, it's called a rog Ally.
- 12:28Speaker 4: It's the rog Ally seven inch. Just a beautiful piece
- 12:32Speaker 4: of equipment. It's in my room. Fell asleep, plan fell asleep,
- 12:38Speaker 4: plan Halo last night.
- 12:39Speaker 1: We could chat for a second while you go do that.
- 12:42Speaker 7: Yeah, go grab it.
- 12:43Speaker 4: I'll get it.
- 12:44Speaker 7: We want to see the steam deck.
- 12:46Speaker 1: Are you in your turn my camera off?
- 12:48Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm upstate. I'm upstate. There's just a lot of
- 12:53Speaker 7: foliage outside the window, you know, trees, wildlife, bird life.
- 13:01Speaker 7: Not a whole lot, you know, not a whole lot.
- 13:03Speaker 1: I can't see the leaves started falling. Are the leaves falling? Ye?
- 13:06Speaker 7: No, we're still a few months, you know what. I'll say, though,
- 13:09Speaker 7: and tell me if this is true in the city,
- 13:11Speaker 7: I mean, the big city that you're in. Are you
- 13:14Speaker 7: guys experiencing a lot of smog from the Canada wildfires?
- 13:20Speaker 4: Where is upstate?
- 13:21Speaker 7: Dude? I can't see anything.
- 13:24Speaker 4: I mean, it's crazy.
- 13:25Speaker 7: It is the sun. I'm not kidding you. There's not
- 13:27Speaker 7: a cloud in the sky. The sun is opaque?
- 13:31Speaker 4: Really is it? Is it going to make its way
- 13:34Speaker 4: down to the big city?
- 13:36Speaker 7: If you don't have it Albany at the city, I'd
- 13:39Speaker 7: be surprised that. I guess that's what I was wondering.
- 13:42Speaker 4: I haven't been outside today, so I don't know how
- 13:45Speaker 4: we could have it bad. I could open those curtains
- 13:49Speaker 4: and it could be black outside.
- 13:50Speaker 7: I love that Roan and I angled our lenses of
- 13:54Speaker 7: our cameras or put our computers facing us that the
- 13:57Speaker 7: light hits us and you're just like in full blown.
- 14:02Speaker 4: There's nothing I can do about it.
- 14:04Speaker 7: You're just a shadow.
- 14:06Speaker 4: I think you guys. You guys.
- 14:10Speaker 1: I mean with the camera you got darker somehow, you
- 14:17Speaker 1: look like justin Trudeau face for a half second.
- 14:21Speaker 4: If I cover it up more, it works better.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Like backlit, you look like a silhouette.
- 14:27Speaker 7: I know.
- 14:29Speaker 4: Nothing I can do about it, fellas, I apologize.
- 14:31Speaker 1: To see the deck. Let's see the steam dove.
- 14:32Speaker 4: Oh yeah, jesus, but it's literally a PC. Look at this.
- 14:42Speaker 1: You're not editing videos on that.
- 14:45Speaker 4: It's legit because I you hook it up to the
- 14:47Speaker 4: portable monitor, bring the keyboard, bring the mouse. It's a
- 14:51Speaker 4: full on computer. I'll show you. It's like the home
- 14:54Speaker 4: screen is Windows is Windows eleven. I know you boys
- 14:57Speaker 4: are still on the macwave. It's time to let that die.
- 15:01Speaker 4: The future.
- 15:02Speaker 7: You're you're selecting which internet browser to use with the
- 15:06Speaker 7: X button.
- 15:07Speaker 4: No, it's touchscreen too.
- 15:09Speaker 1: Oh okay, yeah, you're gonna edit on a touch screen though.
- 15:14Speaker 1: I just don't see you. I don't see you edit.
- 15:16Speaker 1: You should edit this episode on that, just to prove
- 15:19Speaker 1: much wrong.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Well, I'm not obviously I wouldn't use these controls. But see,
- 15:25Speaker 4: it's literally just a it's just a computer.
- 15:28Speaker 7: I asked Harry when I saw him, I said, do
- 15:30Speaker 7: you want to come for a little bit more of
- 15:32Speaker 7: you want to go for a walk or something you
- 15:34Speaker 7: want to go get like a ice coffee? I said,
- 15:37Speaker 7: you want to get an iced tea at one of
- 15:38Speaker 7: these outdoor cafes and catch up? And he goes, nah, man,
- 15:42Speaker 7: I've been I've been on the road like I've been
- 15:45Speaker 7: driving for hours. I gotta decompress. I gotta go play
- 15:48Speaker 7: video games for like a while at least.
- 15:50Speaker 4: And I did, and it was a great night.
- 15:52Speaker 7: Might have been the most beautiful day of the year
- 15:55Speaker 7: could have been. And he was like, dude, I can't
- 15:59Speaker 7: be outside any longer.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Well, I had to go back to Massachusetts, and then
- 16:02Speaker 4: I had to go to Atlanta the next day. And
- 16:04Speaker 4: I just got back from Atlanta last night, and then
- 16:07Speaker 4: we recorded our first episode of Our Me Mook and
- 16:11Speaker 4: Jerry's new project, which will come out tomorrow. Recorded that
- 16:17Speaker 4: about eleven pm. Kind of shit, I'm on now you
- 16:21Speaker 4: can stop grindings.
- 16:23Speaker 7: What's up have you announced for this?
- 16:25Speaker 4: I mean nothing more than what we talked about on
- 16:28Speaker 4: the pod with KB and Nick.
- 16:31Speaker 1: We'll tell us more about it, I.
- 16:34Speaker 4: Mean the everyone will, like you'll hear about it in
- 16:37Speaker 4: the video. Like we pretty much decided just to start
- 16:40Speaker 4: from now rather than like building it all up and
- 16:43Speaker 4: trying to get all the logistics handle, because I think
- 16:45Speaker 4: part of the entertaining part will be us just figuring
- 16:47Speaker 4: it out. So we like worked through some names. We
- 16:50Speaker 4: worked through like what our goals were for the year
- 16:53Speaker 4: and all that shit, and we're gonna, hopefully we're gonna
- 16:55Speaker 4: put out like a little call to action if anyone
- 16:59Speaker 4: wants to try out, and then we'll do tryouts for
- 17:02Speaker 4: a while, narrow it down to our four demons.
- 17:05Speaker 7: Cool.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I think that you might have more projects than me
- 17:08Speaker 1: and Francis right now. Yah yeah, busy, Literally you do
- 17:13Speaker 1: you have out of order? The outdoor shit.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Mascots, what's the outdoor shit? The fishing stuff, just going fishing.
- 17:25Speaker 1: No, the videos that you've done. You did videos with Sydney,
- 17:29Speaker 1: you did the videos in Chicago.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Yeah, but that doesn't I mean that's easy, that's light work.
- 17:36Speaker 4: This is more of a this is a past.
- 17:38Speaker 1: Sticks in the fire. You have a lot of sticks
- 17:40Speaker 1: in the fire.
- 17:40Speaker 4: I'm just trying to get rich quick.
- 17:42Speaker 1: Well, I'm just worried that you're like stand up dead, Like,
- 17:47Speaker 1: what's going on?
- 17:47Speaker 7: Bro?
- 17:48Speaker 1: Did you?
- 17:48Speaker 4: Did you know? I'm still to stand up. I got
- 17:51Speaker 4: a bunch of dates coming up in the fall.
- 17:55Speaker 7: Stopped.
- 17:56Speaker 4: No, No, I'm literally doing four show I'm doing four
- 17:59Speaker 4: shows in New York at Rodney's and then I'm doing
- 18:02Speaker 4: I think I'm doing Zany's Nashville. I'm going to Chicago again.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Big cities, big things. This is a big I toured
- 18:10Speaker 4: super aggressively in the beginning of the year too.
- 18:14Speaker 1: And Howard ticket sales because I'm hearing I'm hearing that,
- 18:17Speaker 1: uh and the bubble is fucking I don't know.
- 18:22Speaker 4: I just I'm just getting my I'm dipping my pen
- 18:25Speaker 4: and all the ink.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Francis are you don't you kind of notice that he
- 18:31Speaker 1: has like this upticking, like outward energy Like what.
- 18:34Speaker 7: Is what like the fact that I mean, I'll say,
- 18:37Speaker 7: like every time I come over to his house, he's
- 18:39Speaker 7: not he's too tired to hang out and I you know,
- 18:44Speaker 7: I mean he's legitimately like I have to return a
- 18:47Speaker 7: rental car. I have to I just got off a
- 18:50Speaker 7: plane from Atlanta doing this. You know, it's uh it
- 18:55Speaker 7: feels a little bit like a father that is deciding
- 18:58Speaker 7: to detach from his own family, and I can relate, like,
- 19:03Speaker 7: you know, quietly he's met someone and uh is basically
- 19:08Speaker 7: trying to let us down slowly and generally.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Oh where his family?
- 19:14Speaker 7: I think, I am, I think I know we're the ones.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Who but we're the ones who are getting detached from.
- 19:19Speaker 7: Yeah, he doesn't. He told me. He was like, guys,
- 19:22Speaker 7: what do you where do you see the pod going?
- 19:27Speaker 7: We're at a point now where like, let's have an
- 19:29Speaker 7: honest conversation.
- 19:30Speaker 4: But is this worth continuing?
- 19:33Speaker 7: You know, not what it used to be? Like I
- 19:37Speaker 7: feel like we've all outgrown it.
- 19:41Speaker 4: This is all false. All of these are laws.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Literally, what's the format with you, Jerry and Mook? Is
- 19:51Speaker 1: it a zoom podcast? Because that's exactly what we're doing
- 19:54Speaker 1: right now.
- 19:55Speaker 4: No, it's not going to be like a traditional like
- 19:57Speaker 4: it's not going to be like a podcast like it.
- 20:00Speaker 4: It will be what we're putting out tomorrow, will be
- 20:02Speaker 4: exactly what we're doing right now. But I mean, but
- 20:06Speaker 4: that's just like it's kind of just more of like
- 20:09Speaker 4: an explanation of like, this is the project, but it's
- 20:12Speaker 4: not going to be like a podcast format thing, Like
- 20:15Speaker 4: it's definitely not going to be like a weekly basis like,
- 20:18Speaker 4: oh we got to record this again. You know, it's
- 20:20Speaker 4: going to be like when something is happening, we will
- 20:24Speaker 4: be recording.
- 20:26Speaker 7: All right, listen, I'm not afraid to say it. I
- 20:28Speaker 7: miss you. I miss when you didn't have so much
- 20:33Speaker 7: going on, And I regret that I used to sort
- 20:35Speaker 7: of joke that you didn't do that much because this
- 20:38Speaker 7: version of you is not the one that I like.
- 20:41Speaker 4: No me neither. But on the bright side, the out
- 20:45Speaker 4: of order shit, we're like pretty much done. Filming Atlanta
- 20:48Speaker 4: was like the last big thing, and uh yeah, so
- 20:52Speaker 4: my time will free up a lot. That's pretty much
- 20:55Speaker 4: where ninety nine percent of my time has been.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Francis. We are the wife that was get off the couch,
- 21:02Speaker 1: like go go do get a hobby, go do something,
- 21:05Speaker 1: take up golf, And now all he does is golf.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Now he found fucking multiple hobbies. He's an outdoorsman, he's
- 21:12Speaker 1: fucking it's it's we were left in the dust. We're
- 21:15Speaker 1: empty nesters now.
- 21:17Speaker 4: The only hobby right now is just making cash. That's
- 21:21Speaker 4: the goal. Here, we're just trying to get out of
- 21:23Speaker 4: the gum. No, but we're going to you'll see how
- 21:28Speaker 4: this this league is. We're taking over. Everything is changing
- 21:32Speaker 4: from here. It's no more, no more USB mix guys.
- 21:35Speaker 4: We're all gonna have our own personal studios.
- 21:38Speaker 7: Is it sort of like a Making the band or
- 21:40Speaker 7: like an American idol of video games.
- 21:45Speaker 4: In a way?
- 21:46Speaker 7: Well, that's a cool concept.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it is, like like it's uh, pretty much worth
- 21:53Speaker 4: starting an organization.
- 21:57Speaker 7: For Call of Duty. That's Oh, you're starting like a
- 21:59Speaker 7: team like an optict or.
- 22:03Speaker 4: And me, Jerry and Mooke are running it, and then
- 22:06Speaker 4: my friends, some couple of my buddies are gonna be involved.
- 22:08Speaker 7: To Are you gonna recruit players that are better than you?
- 22:12Speaker 4: Oh? Absolutely yeah, that's like the so Francis you could play?
- 22:17Speaker 7: Well, is that why you didn't send me the email
- 22:20Speaker 7: because you're afraid.
- 22:22Speaker 4: That emails haven't been sent out yet? But no, it's
- 22:27Speaker 4: gonna be that this won't be like like I'm not
- 22:30Speaker 4: even in the in the same realm as these guys.
- 22:34Speaker 7: This is gonna be like Mark Wahlberg trying out for
- 22:36Speaker 7: the Eagles. Yeah, I'd be like I got I gotta
- 22:39Speaker 7: clean up the back. I mean, I know that's not
- 22:42Speaker 7: a Philly accent, but you know, somehow I come out
- 22:46Speaker 7: there and like my uh, you know, in my painter's
- 22:51Speaker 7: overalls and just kill streak everyone.
- 22:56Speaker 1: I wouldn't be surprised. I'm looking forward to it, but
- 22:59Speaker 1: I'm also so a little bit hurt that you're doing
- 23:03Speaker 1: all this stuff without without me and Francis. But Francis,
- 23:06Speaker 1: I know that you're working on stuff without me and
- 23:08Speaker 1: Harry too, And yeah, I know I know that you're
- 23:12Speaker 1: I know that you're building things, and I know that
- 23:13Speaker 1: your your stand up bubble hasn't popped, and I know
- 23:16Speaker 1: that you're Can you talk about what you're what you're writing.
- 23:21Speaker 7: Just helping Dave on his book, that's really kind of
- 23:24Speaker 7: it that's coming along, And.
- 23:28Speaker 1: I feel like you're making that seem like a very
- 23:30Speaker 1: like passive thing, like just but I feel like you're
- 23:33Speaker 1: definitely being very active with that, you know.
- 23:39Speaker 7: I mean, it's Dave's book, and uh, it's fun to
- 23:44Speaker 7: sort of have, you know, read the stuff that he's
- 23:48Speaker 7: putting out and learn a lot about barstool and like
- 23:53Speaker 7: stuff that I've heard of but had not been exposed
- 23:57Speaker 7: to your like behind, there's so many layers behind, behind
- 24:00Speaker 7: the layers that were known and kind of walking down
- 24:04Speaker 7: like a memory lane of twenty thirteen, fourteen fifteen right now.
- 24:08Speaker 7: It's pretty cool.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Yeah, do you have to like, how do you like
- 24:13Speaker 1: you have to get into the headspace of Dave? Do
- 24:15Speaker 1: you have to method act as him and like buy
- 24:17Speaker 1: some horses and like fat shames some slobs or something,
- 24:20Speaker 1: or like how do you.
- 24:24Speaker 7: I am just a vessel for Dave's you know, mind
- 24:30Speaker 7: and and his his he you know, he's leading the
- 24:34Speaker 7: charge on this. This is his book very much, and
- 24:38Speaker 7: I'm just trying to lend whatever bullshit like writing stuff
- 24:42Speaker 7: I've I've got to to this project. So that's it.
- 24:46Speaker 7: That's all.
- 24:47Speaker 1: There's a lot of combos with Dave. You talk with Dave.
- 24:49Speaker 4: I just had a meeting with him right before this,
- 24:52Speaker 4: and why is he not on the podcast?
- 24:53Speaker 7: Then he doesn't.
- 24:54Speaker 4: You couldn't have just you couldn't have just dragged him
- 24:56Speaker 4: along or just added you could have just add it
- 25:00Speaker 4: us to the meeting, could have just gone from there.
- 25:02Speaker 7: He is still unaware that I am part of some
- 25:04Speaker 7: of the But the Internet Invitational is next week and
- 25:12Speaker 7: I'm going to be staying in a house with him.
- 25:17Speaker 7: They put me in the same airbnb with Dave.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Damn what so we're gonna what are you going to
- 25:24Speaker 4: do toothpaste?
- 25:27Speaker 7: Well, with Dave, what I'll do is I'll probably cut
- 25:30Speaker 7: the bottom of the toothpaste and let him squeeze out
- 25:33Speaker 7: from the bottom and all squeeze from the top, and
- 25:35Speaker 7: then we'll meet in the middle at some point. Look,
- 25:39Speaker 7: I'm not worried about sharing toothpaste with Dave. Okay, Dave
- 25:44Speaker 7: is not going to eat fucking burger.
- 25:46Speaker 4: King at and you don't know that.
- 25:49Speaker 7: What if? What if dog bites?
- 25:53Speaker 4: What if Dave's What if your idea of Dave is
- 25:55Speaker 4: just complete?
- 25:56Speaker 6: Like?
- 25:56Speaker 4: What if his lifestyle is identical to Mook's? What would
- 26:00Speaker 4: you do with that?
- 26:01Speaker 6: Like?
- 26:01Speaker 4: Would you have to step away from the book?
- 26:04Speaker 7: I think it would mean that I would doubt everything
- 26:07Speaker 7: I've learned about what it takes to become successful in
- 26:10Speaker 7: the world. Yeah, because how could a man like Dave
- 26:15Speaker 7: become as successful as he is if he's living Mook's lifestyle,
- 26:18Speaker 7: which is, to me, a recipe for not being successful Mooke's.
- 26:23Speaker 4: Mook's lifestyle has cleaned up drastically.
- 26:26Speaker 7: Has it now?
- 26:26Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I don't believe.
- 26:29Speaker 4: That it has. He doesn't need it like any He
- 26:32Speaker 4: doesn't need any good food anymore. We play video games
- 26:35Speaker 4: and it's just chicken and rice. That's what I mean.
- 26:39Speaker 1: He did lose weight. I know he lost a little
- 26:41Speaker 1: bit of weight, but it is weird to see Dave.
- 26:44Speaker 1: He's such a behemoth figure that it's weird to see
- 26:48Speaker 1: Dave in other circumstances. Like when I did that this
- 26:52Speaker 1: track in uh, Florida, he drove me in his car
- 26:56Speaker 1: from the studio to his house, and it was just
- 26:59Speaker 1: weird to even see him drive. Like I didn't even
- 27:02Speaker 1: know I could drive. I never even considered it that
- 27:06Speaker 1: he drives, or like that he could like cook a
- 27:08Speaker 1: piece of food, or like he's like seeing your teacher
- 27:11Speaker 1: ass naked or something like that. It was just like
- 27:14Speaker 1: a little bit jarring, like I didn't I didn't know
- 27:18Speaker 1: he could even just had had his own car, like
- 27:21Speaker 1: I expect Mike's the security guy to be driving everywhere.
- 27:25Speaker 4: How was he behind the wheel?
- 27:27Speaker 1: He was reckless?
- 27:28Speaker 9: Yeah, I was like Dave, David's red, it's red, And
- 27:33Speaker 9: I was like, Dave, you're you're pulling up on it
- 27:35Speaker 9: was like one of those double decker car like double
- 27:38Speaker 9: decker trucks that carry a bunch of cars on it.
- 27:41Speaker 1: But it was like it was empty and it was
- 27:43Speaker 1: a red light. I was like Dave, Dave David's red
- 27:46Speaker 1: and he fucking gunned it. We went up on the
- 27:50Speaker 1: back and did like a fast and furious.
- 27:52Speaker 4: Kind of That's awesome.
- 27:55Speaker 7: I never just everybody knows. Everybody knows dead's been runs
- 27:58Speaker 7: the traffic lights around here. It's not stopping for that shit.
- 28:04Speaker 4: Is he a Is he an outside land guy or
- 28:06Speaker 4: an inside lane like? Is he hugging is he hugging
- 28:08Speaker 4: the other cars? Or is he hugging the mailboxes?
- 28:11Speaker 1: Just like his politics? Perfectly centered?
- 28:14Speaker 4: Really yeah, right down the middle, my god.
- 28:17Speaker 1: People, Well people thought that he was leaning a little
- 28:20Speaker 1: bit towards the right, but if you actually get behind him,
- 28:22Speaker 1: you'll see he's a dead soundly centered, dead center. It
- 28:27Speaker 1: was crazy. He's on both sides of the highway. What
- 28:32Speaker 1: are you saying, Phrancis, I'm sorry.
- 28:33Speaker 7: Well I tried to know you were telling a story.
- 28:35Speaker 7: I interrupted. I was on the highway the other day
- 28:40Speaker 7: and for whatever reason, I just decided I was gonna
- 28:44Speaker 7: not drive that fast, and I got behind a car.
- 28:49Speaker 7: I think the speed limit was like fifty five. You know,
- 28:54Speaker 7: I was on the Taconic and I think it was
- 28:57Speaker 7: fifty five, and I think I went about like fifty four.
- 29:01Speaker 7: And I did that for maybe half an hour or so,
- 29:05Speaker 7: and I thought, this is what it feels like to
- 29:09Speaker 7: be hairy, except you're in the left lane.
- 29:14Speaker 4: If I'm in the left lane, I'm pushing one fifteen.
- 29:18Speaker 7: No, it's not true. I did find it leisurely. I thought,
- 29:25Speaker 7: why have I been in a rush all of this time?
- 29:27Speaker 7: Why do I feel the need to pass cars on
- 29:30Speaker 7: the highway? Why does that feel like progress to me?
- 29:37Speaker 4: I mean, I think it's you realize that going that
- 29:40Speaker 4: fast is not really worth it, especially when you consider
- 29:43Speaker 4: that you're gonna get there a minute before.
- 29:44Speaker 7: The other people. Right.
- 29:46Speaker 4: No, Also, if you're leading into dead stopped traffic, going
- 29:50Speaker 4: super fast doesn't do anything because you're always going to
- 29:53Speaker 4: end up in the traffic.
- 29:55Speaker 7: I completely agree. I guess for me, though, if I've
- 29:59Speaker 7: made that choice, the right lane feudels more comfortable.
- 30:03Speaker 4: Absolutely so.
- 30:04Speaker 7: I don't know why you're doing I.
- 30:06Speaker 4: Typically just take the shoulder, the rightest lane, alt right.
- 30:15Speaker 4: I like to drive in the alt right.
- 30:18Speaker 1: The q Andon Lane. It's I I'm often late, and
- 30:24Speaker 1: so that's why I would rush. But I am getting
- 30:27Speaker 1: to a point where I'm like, what the fuck am I?
- 30:29Speaker 1: Why am I rushing for?
- 30:31Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 30:32Speaker 4: I see those people weaving in and out. You're just like,
- 30:36Speaker 4: you're a fucking idiot.
- 30:37Speaker 1: So I got cut off by probably like a sixty
- 30:41Speaker 1: five year old guy. Uh, and I honked my horn
- 30:44Speaker 1: at him and he hit me with this middle finger,
- 30:47Speaker 1: thumb straight out, the slim shady finger. The slim shady yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 1: like the l perfect right angle middle finger.
- 30:59Speaker 4: It's like all the are involved.
- 31:01Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:01Speaker 1: The eight mile was him and Brittany Murphy both have
- 31:05Speaker 1: a fucking guyline. Fuck yourself.
- 31:12Speaker 4: Man.
- 31:14Speaker 1: The guy hit me with the hard one, with the
- 31:17Speaker 1: with the thumb up, and I wound up next to him,
- 31:21Speaker 1: and so like with the middle finger, I feel like
- 31:23Speaker 1: there's only one thing that you could hit back that
- 31:25Speaker 1: has the same type of gravitas and I hit so
- 31:28Speaker 1: I hit him with the with this with your dick
- 31:32Speaker 1: is too small. You got a tiny ass dick. And
- 31:36Speaker 1: I feel like it's universal, like if someone up to
- 31:38Speaker 1: you outside of your car, would you get what they
- 31:40Speaker 1: were talking about?
- 31:41Speaker 4: Absolutely well?
- 31:43Speaker 1: He had he had like a seventeen year old riding shotgun,
- 31:46Speaker 1: and then the seventeen year old started flipping me off
- 31:49Speaker 1: with the L two. Wow, it was a family affair.
- 31:52Speaker 1: They had this tiny ass car like surfer bumper stickers
- 31:56Speaker 1: and they were just flipping me off super hard, tiny
- 32:00Speaker 1: dicking them back.
- 32:01Speaker 7: What about what about that NBA thing where you're like
- 32:05Speaker 7: too small, you're too small?
- 32:06Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you might have to roll the window down
- 32:10Speaker 4: for that.
- 32:16Speaker 7: Your car is too small.
- 32:19Speaker 1: It was I mean, thumbs up is passive aggressive? This
- 32:22Speaker 1: the a okay has been co opted by by the
- 32:26Speaker 1: right lane. And uh, there's not a lot of other
- 32:29Speaker 1: stuff that you could do. That's just like a hand
- 32:31Speaker 1: gesture that the kemi ma tumbo wag was was taken
- 32:35Speaker 1: out by the h that was outlawed by the NBA
- 32:39Speaker 1: quite some time ago. That's an automatic fine. So there's
- 32:41Speaker 1: not a ton you could do.
- 32:43Speaker 4: I think you got to start going gun to your
- 32:44Speaker 4: own head. I'm gonna fucking kill myself when you get
- 32:53Speaker 4: cut off.
- 32:57Speaker 1: Just apologize.
- 33:00Speaker 7: Empathetic.
- 33:02Speaker 1: You're just not that serious.
- 33:03Speaker 4: I'm sorry the fucking peaky blinders.
- 33:13Speaker 7: My car was my only place of peace and solido.
- 33:17Speaker 7: Who you ruined that.
- 33:19Speaker 1: That's fucking genius. I never thought of that.
- 33:24Speaker 7: Harry. Harry hit us up yesterday and was like, guys,
- 33:27Speaker 7: bad news. I can't make it into the studio. We
- 33:30Speaker 7: got to record a remote and as a result, he
- 33:34Speaker 7: told me that we had to have these microphones in
- 33:37Speaker 7: order to improve the audio quality.
- 33:39Speaker 4: I believe I'm the only one in New York City actively.
- 33:42Speaker 4: I just want to clear that up.
- 33:44Speaker 1: That's the way of the story.
- 33:47Speaker 4: Yeah, so I'm ready to roll. I could be in studio. Well,
- 33:51Speaker 4: Harry was like, we can't.
- 33:52Speaker 7: I can't leave my apartment and come in because the
- 33:55Speaker 7: Canadian wildfires are the air quality is not good for
- 34:00Speaker 7: at risk groups. That's what it says on your phone.
- 34:03Speaker 7: By the way, it's like air quality bad for people
- 34:05Speaker 7: who are at risk or whatever. And I think given
- 34:09Speaker 7: the state of Harry's lungs due to his various habits,
- 34:15Speaker 7: yeah me, that ain't me. Probably best to stay inside, Harry. Yeah.
- 34:22Speaker 4: Every funny, guys, very funny.
- 34:26Speaker 7: So anyway, Harry was like, can you go get a microphone?
- 34:29Speaker 7: And I was like, dude, I don't. I don't have
- 34:31Speaker 7: a fucking microphone. And he goes, well, you can get
- 34:35Speaker 7: one at any any Walmart. Or any best Buy or whatever.
- 34:40Speaker 7: Guess how close the nearest Walmart was, because how far
- 34:44Speaker 7: I had to drive yesterday? How far an hour and
- 34:48Speaker 7: ten minutes? Should have thought that out before you got
- 34:52Speaker 7: up to up State. I spent two and a half
- 34:54Speaker 7: hours in the car getting this stupid fucking microphone.
- 34:58Speaker 4: Well it sounds phenomenal, Well it wouldn't hate you send
- 35:02Speaker 4: it over that link. Actually I need to get one myself.
- 35:07Speaker 1: You basically had to go back to the city to
- 35:09Speaker 1: get a microphone.
- 35:10Speaker 7: Pretty much, pretty much.
- 35:11Speaker 4: I mean, I just don't know how you can have
- 35:14Speaker 4: this job and not own a microphone.
- 35:17Speaker 7: I have owned this type of a microphone on three
- 35:20Speaker 7: separate occasions. Every single time, so much time elapses between
- 35:25Speaker 7: me using it that I get rid of it.
- 35:27Speaker 4: Ah bad idea hold on to them.

- 35:41Speaker 7: I haven't used in months, if not more than a year,
- 35:45Speaker 7: I try to get rid of it.
- 35:48Speaker 4: I still have my blue Yetty from high school, and
- 35:50Speaker 4: I haven't used it in a decade.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Cool the sign did you need a blue yetty in
- 35:55Speaker 1: high school.
- 35:57Speaker 4: I don't remember. I probably just want a project. Yeah,

- 38:43Speaker 1: Someone said aquamarine, dude, Someone come on. Someone said aquamarine.
- 38:49Speaker 7: Vieory, it is a Viry shirt. But this is an
- 38:53Speaker 7: ad or chat.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Wan Pablo, aquamarine. That's fucking insane. Good old man. I
- 39:01Speaker 1: was gonna take blue.
- 39:03Speaker 7: I'm going aquamarine. I'm gonna call it aquamarine. I guess

- 40:49Speaker 1: Yeah, the ultimate trust is.
- 40:53Speaker 4: But yeah, I mean, I have so many microphones. I
- 40:56Speaker 4: also offered, I said I could give you a microphone.
- 41:00Speaker 7: What was I gonna do? Drive all the way back
- 41:02Speaker 7: to your city? You won't let me in?
- 41:04Speaker 4: Save some money. I could have dropped it out of
- 41:06Speaker 4: the window.
- 41:07Speaker 7: Yeah, that's how you would have done it.
- 41:09Speaker 1: You could take the rental car halfway. Just drive halfway upstate.
- 41:13Speaker 4: It looks like you've got a real fancy microphone. Round
- 41:16Speaker 4: this is a road.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Do you tell the audio file bro, you're telling the
- 41:21Speaker 1: r slash audio files we go crazy r slash audio
- 41:27Speaker 1: files and it's like they'll just the videos in there
- 41:30Speaker 1: are crazy. There's like a group of audio files that
- 41:34Speaker 1: are obsessed sexually with audio equipment. Like there'll be videos
- 41:38Speaker 1: of like sixty dudes just sitting in front of a speaker,
- 41:42Speaker 1: all of them just like filming the speaker as it
- 41:44Speaker 1: blasts noise to them. But these guys are like it
- 41:48Speaker 1: has to be like a light layer of autism that
- 41:51Speaker 1: you can even experience sound in such an intense way
- 41:55Speaker 1: because they're like, why is this record from nineteen fifty
- 41:58Speaker 1: so much like Sharper, and people will have the answers
- 42:01Speaker 1: they're like, they're using tube technology. But also it was
- 42:04Speaker 1: recorded by an orchestra in the same room simultaneously with
- 42:06Speaker 1: very few microphones. Fascinating community. But yeah, they said the
- 42:10Speaker 1: bad boy, these roads are the best. So what's it
- 42:13Speaker 1: called the road road? Like Hillary Baldwin's makeup line r
- 42:18Speaker 1: ode or I guess hers is R H O D E.
- 42:22Speaker 7: Love it?
- 42:22Speaker 4: Great piece of tech.
- 42:24Speaker 7: Hey, I've been going down a major UFC rabbit hole
- 42:28Speaker 7: for some reason and it's just been feeding a lot
- 42:30Speaker 7: of clips to me on my Instagram and stuff. And
- 42:32Speaker 7: I have a question for you both. Do ask if
- 42:37Speaker 7: you were to square off against a one hundred pound
- 42:44Speaker 7: UFC woman I'm losing, do you think you'd have a shot.
- 42:50Speaker 1: I'd lose to the worst one.
- 42:53Speaker 7: Due to one hundred pounds is like the smallest person
- 42:57Speaker 7: you've ever seen.
- 43:00Speaker 4: One hundred pounds is pretty light. I don't even think
- 43:02Speaker 4: a hundred pound person would be able to take me
- 43:04Speaker 4: down unless they just like went straight from my balls.
- 43:10Speaker 7: What about one hundred and ten pounds. What's the cutoff?
- 43:14Speaker 7: I'm losing like I'm I'm in trouble.
- 43:16Speaker 4: One ten.
- 43:19Speaker 1: These are these women are are like they know the
- 43:22Speaker 1: pressure points, you know what I mean? These are basically
- 43:24Speaker 1: glorified massage therapists. But they'll be able to take your
- 43:28Speaker 1: your thumb and like fucking bend it in like such
- 43:31Speaker 1: a way that you will be brought to your knees.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Like these anyone that studies jiu jitsu might as well
- 43:36Speaker 1: be studying magic, like they could. They know all these
- 43:39Speaker 1: little things that we just don't know where it's like, yeah,
- 43:42Speaker 1: obviously your standard one hundred pound woman, you spartan kick
- 43:45Speaker 1: into the abyss. But like someone who knows a little
- 43:49Speaker 1: bit about who knows like the tiniest amount of jiu
- 43:53Speaker 1: jitsu is fucking bending you.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, yeah, I agree with Ron. I mean,
- 43:57Speaker 4: anyone who's trained in jiu jitsu is gonna oak somebody
- 44:00Speaker 4: who experience.
- 44:02Speaker 7: Oh I don't, I don't think. I don't know. What
- 44:06Speaker 7: My answer is, my guests would be that they to
- 44:09Speaker 7: your point, a woman who's one hundred pounds and is
- 44:12Speaker 7: in the UFC is kind of turned my ankle one
- 44:16Speaker 7: hundred and eighty degrees around like it's the neck of
- 44:19Speaker 7: an owl.
- 44:20Speaker 4: I think, like, I agree, But also it's like one
- 44:22Speaker 4: hundred pounds is like Francis, like, that's what you could
- 44:27Speaker 4: just go like that.
- 44:28Speaker 7: I'm two hundred and ten pounds. Are they so fast
- 44:32Speaker 7: that they could get into you know, my neck or whatever.
- 44:38Speaker 4: I don't think it would have to be like a
- 44:39Speaker 4: surprise attack.
- 44:41Speaker 1: No, you're beating them. You are because you're big and
- 44:45Speaker 1: athletic and muscular. Me and sass, I'm sorry. Well I
- 44:49Speaker 1: don't even have to lump you in with me. No,
- 44:51Speaker 1: you in bag of fucking milk that would like clatter
- 44:56Speaker 1: like Lincoln logs. Dude, shit got like a hold of
- 44:58Speaker 1: my shoulder, my arm would pop off like a ken doll.
- 45:01Speaker 4: Like I mean, I like a kid that plays like
- 45:04Speaker 4: aau basketball. If they crossed me up, I'm out. I'm done.
- 45:08Speaker 4: So it's like, if this one hundred pound fighter is
- 45:12Speaker 4: is like quick at all, I'm fucked. Maybe I could
- 45:16Speaker 4: stop them if they were coming directly at me.
- 45:20Speaker 1: I think scooter to my shin could kill me absolutely.
- 45:25Speaker 7: I think I think a one pound them in the
- 45:27Speaker 7: UFC is probably what five feet at most in height
- 45:32Speaker 7: you're talking about maybe hey, you're talking about a reach
- 45:36Speaker 7: advantage that and everyone says that reach is the thing
- 45:40Speaker 7: that really changes fights. Reach advantage is crazy. I don't
- 45:46Speaker 7: you know. To me, it would be like defending myself
- 45:49Speaker 7: against a doll, like a big, bad golden retriever. Yeah.
- 45:53Speaker 7: I don't know. Maybe it's a pitbull. And if that's
- 45:57Speaker 7: the case, then yeah, I'm in trouble. But I'm just
- 46:00Speaker 7: kicking it.
- 46:00Speaker 4: I'm just kind of yeah, yeah, you're more just like
- 46:05Speaker 4: get be like just moving them back.
- 46:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 46:08Speaker 1: I'll say this, Francis, if you had to be in
- 46:11Speaker 1: that situation, the punch that you would be able to
- 46:14Speaker 1: deliver to this woman's face would probably be so satisfying
- 46:18Speaker 1: if you had to do it, because she was attacking you,
- 46:21Speaker 1: and this is a sanctioned combat, that knockout blow that
- 46:25Speaker 1: like you turning your hips and actually punching her in
- 46:27Speaker 1: the face will probably feel like a billion dollars.
- 46:31Speaker 7: I agree, But I don't know if i'd be I
- 46:33Speaker 7: actually don't know if i'd be able to hit her,
- 46:35Speaker 7: you know what I mean, because she is so quick
- 46:38Speaker 7: and dodgy and able that I would think that that's
- 46:41Speaker 7: what she's best at.
- 46:43Speaker 4: You think though, because I'm feeling now, I'm starting to
- 46:45Speaker 4: think we're giving these guys a little too much credit.
- 46:49Speaker 4: I mean, one hundred pounds verse two hundred and ten
- 46:51Speaker 4: pounds feels like you're gonna win that every single time.
- 46:54Speaker 7: You just picked them up and throw them.
- 46:55Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, this blow on them like birthday ca.
- 47:00Speaker 4: I mean you could just grab you could get like
- 47:01Speaker 4: both of their legs in one hand.
- 47:04Speaker 7: Just.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Twist them around your head like a helicopter, like.
- 47:11Speaker 7: Beat them into a tree like I'm trying to dry
- 47:13Speaker 7: a carpet or something.
- 47:15Speaker 4: Just the back and forth.
- 47:19Speaker 1: I think a chest punch would probably be really satisfying
- 47:22Speaker 1: too for you because there's less of the ability to duck.
- 47:25Speaker 1: That they try and duck your chest punch, you wind
- 47:27Speaker 1: up catching them in the head, you know. Yeah, yeah,
- 47:30Speaker 1: I feel like they are your best moves.
- 47:32Speaker 7: Well, I got I got another. I got another question
- 47:35Speaker 7: like this. I think this here's another question. So I
- 47:39Speaker 7: stopped by this stone yard up here. You guys no
- 47:43Speaker 7: stone yards.
- 47:45Speaker 1: And they sell stone.
- 47:47Speaker 7: We talked about this and the pobab. We talked about
- 47:49Speaker 7: stone masons and that I reached out. Yes, yes, I
- 47:52Speaker 7: found this awesome stone yard and What do you think
- 47:57Speaker 7: that like they make, you know, patios all that. What
- 48:00Speaker 7: do you think that their number one best, most valuable
- 48:06Speaker 7: part of their business is.
- 48:09Speaker 4: Like what they sell the most?
- 48:11Speaker 1: Is it the pebbles that they like put out front
- 48:13Speaker 1: of the house.
- 48:15Speaker 4: I like that. I'm gonna go with I feel like
- 48:21Speaker 4: it's got to be something in the bathroom mm hmm something,
- 48:25Speaker 4: And it's got to be something in the kitchen.
- 48:27Speaker 1: Granite slabs for countertops or swords swords?
- 48:33Speaker 4: Is it shields?
- 48:35Speaker 7: Since when are there stone swords? I think you're you're
- 48:39Speaker 7: mixing up the sword in the stone.
- 48:43Speaker 1: The stone is sword. It was called the stone and
- 48:46Speaker 1: the sword is it?
- 48:48Speaker 4: They're they're building the stones that trap the swords for eternity.
- 48:52Speaker 1: No, just condensing a bunch of stone. We need a
- 48:56Speaker 1: really strong stone.
- 48:59Speaker 4: Until special needs child walks behind. They're the one that
- 49:03Speaker 4: can lift it.
- 49:05Speaker 7: Now, the the answer is grave headstones.
- 49:10Speaker 4: Oh, I could see that for sure.
- 49:12Speaker 7: People die constantly and everyone wants a headstone to mark
- 49:18Speaker 7: and you know, here lies Edith and she's beloved mother
- 49:23Speaker 7: and whatever. So that's the biggest thing. And uh, they
- 49:28Speaker 7: these guys were awesome. I worked with them. They put
- 49:31Speaker 7: they built me a table, and they finished the table.
- 49:35Speaker 7: It's five feet by three feet with a stone base.
- 49:40Speaker 4: How much is a way?
- 49:41Speaker 7: How much do you think this thing weighs?
- 49:44Speaker 1: Wait, say the measurements again.
- 49:47Speaker 7: Five feet by three feet top with a stone base,
- 49:51Speaker 7: that's kind of like a t it's like a cross,
- 49:56Speaker 7: two legs underneath.
- 49:57Speaker 1: That's gonna be like three fifty.
- 50:00Speaker 4: I was gonna go three hundred because I'm thinking how
- 50:02Speaker 4: many UFC fighters, how many female UFC fighters that.
- 50:04Speaker 7: Would equal.
- 50:08Speaker 1: Three free female UFC bantam weights against a table? Who wins.
- 50:14Speaker 4: Against a slab of concrete?
- 50:18Speaker 7: It's how much fifteen hundred pounds?
- 50:22Speaker 4: Holy fuck? So then how we can transport that?
- 50:26Speaker 7: They were like, dude, we want to give this to you,
- 50:28Speaker 7: but you have to check with your structural engineer built
- 50:33Speaker 7: your fucking floor. What's beneath you? And I was like
- 50:37Speaker 7: a basement And they said, okay, yeah, you need to
- 50:41Speaker 7: see whether or not the floor can hold that much weight.
- 50:48Speaker 4: Now this is like a terrible idea.
- 50:51Speaker 7: This is where I'm going to be working. And imagine
- 50:53Speaker 7: like I'm sitting there typing and then one day, all
- 50:57Speaker 7: of a sudden, I just sinkhole and I'm plunging with
- 51:02Speaker 7: my legs beneath a fifteen hundred pound table down into
- 51:07Speaker 7: my storage unit.
- 51:08Speaker 4: Yeah, your legs would be they would be turned to
- 51:11Speaker 4: mashed potatoes.
- 51:12Speaker 7: I mean it's a bad situation. That's like something that
- 51:15Speaker 7: happens in like Brazil.
- 51:17Speaker 1: You know, you would get turned into a quarry.
- 51:20Speaker 4: I mean, imagine right now we're doing remote where the
- 51:26Speaker 4: fuck did Francisco?
- 51:29Speaker 2: It wouldn't be that.
- 51:30Speaker 1: I feel like it'd be like you'd be like a
- 51:33Speaker 1: tube with the bank.
- 51:34Speaker 4: Oh yeah, just think, Yeah, you.
- 51:37Speaker 1: Get ripped through that's terrifying. We're gonna need more floor.
- 51:42Speaker 4: Was it a Chief Key concert where they fell through
- 51:44Speaker 4: the floor? It was Reese? What was that concert? A
- 51:48Speaker 4: couple of years ago? Round You definitely saw it where
- 51:50Speaker 4: they were dancing it was.
- 51:51Speaker 1: It was Token.
- 51:53Speaker 4: It was Token, Yeah, it was a token. They were
- 51:55Speaker 4: vibing that hard to Token.
- 51:57Speaker 1: They were washing at a Token concert and we got
- 52:00Speaker 1: ripped through the floor. No, it was Watski. They were
- 52:04Speaker 1: washing at a Watski concert and it fucking ripped through
- 52:06Speaker 1: the floor.
- 52:08Speaker 7: What Then the guy goes, he goes, well, do you
- 52:13Speaker 7: do you think you'd feel comfortable? I was like, dude,
- 52:15Speaker 7: I don't know if I have no idea. If that
- 52:18Speaker 7: is an amount of weight that would my floor could support.
- 52:22Speaker 4: I mean, what if you put it like outside or
- 52:25Speaker 4: could it even go out there? To be like, you
- 52:26Speaker 4: have to check with mother nature see if that's going
- 52:32Speaker 4: to hold up on the ground.
- 52:33Speaker 1: You're gonna have to check with Isaac Newton. We don't
- 52:36Speaker 1: know if.
- 52:38Speaker 7: The Earth's crust, how strong are the tides around you?
- 52:43Speaker 1: What what phase of the moon is it?
- 52:44Speaker 7: Yeah, but I he goes, well, would you feel comfortable
- 52:48Speaker 7: having like twelve people standing very close together in the
- 52:54Speaker 7: middle of your floor? And I was like, I would
- 52:57Speaker 7: have until you asked this question. Yeah, I hadn't thought
- 53:02Speaker 7: about that, but yeah, I mean I would have thought
- 53:04Speaker 7: having a group of people like standing super close together
- 53:08Speaker 7: in my apartment my place would have been fine.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Yeah, you would concert.
- 53:16Speaker 7: That I worry about.
- 53:18Speaker 1: Yeah, well, why don't you have like a small soiree
- 53:22Speaker 1: and just get everybody to jump.
- 53:25Speaker 7: I don't want them jumping. The table's not going to jump.
- 53:28Speaker 4: But you gotta give that.
- 53:30Speaker 1: Would see it like the force of the ore ten
- 53:33Speaker 1: people and they jump or something like that.
- 53:35Speaker 7: I need them to do a reverse human pyramid where
- 53:38Speaker 7: one person supports like nine or ten other people on
- 53:43Speaker 7: their own shoulders and stands with just two feet in
- 53:46Speaker 7: as concentrated as spot. The other thing I learned what's
- 53:50Speaker 7: lucky about my place is that the where I want
- 53:54Speaker 7: to put this table is at the corner of the room.
- 53:57Speaker 7: And so you gotta figure the weakest point of the
- 54:02Speaker 7: boards beneath the floor or whatever all those pieces is
- 54:06Speaker 7: the center right.
- 54:07Speaker 1: In the middle.
- 54:08Speaker 7: Yeah, trampoline at exactly so at the corner it should
- 54:13Speaker 7: be okay, But I don't know. I'm taking a risk.
- 54:17Speaker 4: I would say my biggest concern is that, you know,
- 54:19Speaker 4: you get the table right, you get the table in
- 54:22Speaker 4: and it's and it's just it's a hit, like it's
- 54:24Speaker 4: not going anywhere. The floor is not moving. And then
- 54:27Speaker 4: you say, you know what, let's have a couple of
- 54:29Speaker 4: people over for dinner. I want them to see the
- 54:31Speaker 4: table and then that first plate that you place on
- 54:35Speaker 4: just a perfect square out of the floor, straight down. Yeah,
- 54:41Speaker 4: that's my concern.
- 54:42Speaker 7: Blame it on some woman whose body dysmorphic, Hannah, have
- 54:49Speaker 7: you been?
- 54:53Speaker 4: You're gonna have to have people step on a scale
- 54:54Speaker 4: before they come into the house so you can do
- 54:56Speaker 4: the weight distribution at dinner.
- 54:58Speaker 7: Thanks for nothing, we're all there a pair of thanks
- 55:01Speaker 7: to your gluttony.
- 55:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you're going to have to organize the inside of
- 55:05Speaker 1: your living room like a hot air balloon flight. We
- 55:08Speaker 1: need you to over here, you in the front up here, Hey, Steve,
- 55:14Speaker 1: I hate to do this.
- 55:15Speaker 4: You're gaining weight. We need you at the head of
- 55:17Speaker 4: the table. Not a side guy. You're just not a
- 55:21Speaker 4: side guy anymore.
- 55:22Speaker 7: Roan. Have you ever been on a hot air balloon ride?
- 55:25Speaker 1: I'm far too scared, but I want to go to
- 55:27Speaker 1: Cappadocia just for the hot air balloon rides. I'm not
- 55:30Speaker 1: I'm not doing a hot air balloon until I get
- 55:31Speaker 1: the Cappadocia.
- 55:33Speaker 7: That's the that's the mecca of it, for sure.
- 55:37Speaker 1: Have you done one?
- 55:39Speaker 7: Yeah? I did one in Kenya and it was cool. Well,
- 55:42Speaker 7: the coolest part about it is that when they're not
- 55:45Speaker 7: gasing the balloon, it's silent. It's just sailing basically, right,
- 55:52Speaker 7: So there's big periods of time where you're floating through
- 55:56Speaker 7: the sky silently, and that's a cool experience.
- 56:00Speaker 4: I genuinely don't know if there's something that would terrify
- 56:03Speaker 4: me more than that, really, I think, Yeah, I'm thinking
- 56:09Speaker 4: about it, right now like I for the lot, if
- 56:11Speaker 4: you offer me like a million dollars, I don't think
- 56:13Speaker 4: I could get on one of those things.
- 56:15Speaker 7: Well, we floated over a river that had I don't
- 56:19Speaker 7: know sixty hippopotamuses and then like hundreds of crocodiles in it,
- 56:26Speaker 7: and we weren't that high up, and there was a
- 56:28Speaker 7: moment where I thought, hey, buddy, why don't you pull
- 56:30Speaker 7: that switch a couple of times?
- 56:32Speaker 4: Yeah, let's uh, let's make lose a couple of sand bags, let's.
- 56:35Speaker 1: Get a let's get over this part of the because
- 56:38Speaker 1: if the hippopotamus start working together and do that human
- 56:41Speaker 1: pyramid hippopotamus pyramid and fucking climb up to get you
- 56:44Speaker 1: on each other's shoulders, if they get a trench coat
- 56:47Speaker 1: and and pretend to be one really big hippopotamus, that
- 56:49Speaker 1: could fucking bite right into you, which is terrifying.
- 56:53Speaker 7: Who's that very tall man in a trench coach? Doesn't
- 56:59Speaker 7: he know there are?
- 57:01Speaker 1: That has to be one of the coolest places to
- 57:03Speaker 1: go on a hot air balloon ride, though I would
- 57:06Speaker 1: probably make it way less scary just going super high.
- 57:09Speaker 1: There was a movie about like the first hot air
- 57:12Speaker 1: balloon flights and it looked fucking terrifying because they're going
- 57:15Speaker 1: through storms and the basket's getting like whipped around. One
- 57:19Speaker 1: of them was a woman that was doing it too,
- 57:21Speaker 1: a brave, brave woman Airhart. But early on in the
- 57:27Speaker 1: battle Rap days, there was like this league called grind Time,
- 57:30Speaker 1: and the owner of the league, this dude Mad Ills,
- 57:33Speaker 1: was like, we're about to do crazy stuff from battle
- 57:35Speaker 1: Rap this year. It's gonna be like nighttime battles, like
- 57:38Speaker 1: pay per view battles. We're even gonna do a battle
- 57:40Speaker 1: in a hot air balloon. And everybody's like, why the
- 57:43Speaker 1: fuck would anybody want to see that? But eventually they
- 57:46Speaker 1: did do the hot air balloon rap battle. So if
- 57:49Speaker 1: you look out there, there's just two dudes rap battling
- 57:51Speaker 1: in a hot air balloon. But I'm pretty sure one
- 57:53Speaker 1: of the dudes was just like scared as fuck, so
- 57:57Speaker 1: he's just like holding on to the side the entire
- 57:59Speaker 1: time as he tries to spit like a rap ferst
- 58:02Speaker 1: being like, you're a fucking pussy.
- 58:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't fuck with that at all. I don't
- 58:07Speaker 4: funk with I mean, I barely even fuck with flying
- 58:09Speaker 4: on a plane. I'm not getting in something that's controlled
- 58:12Speaker 4: by hot air. God forbid, there's a gust of cool air.
- 58:18Speaker 7: We Uh. The funniest part about it was, and I've said,
- 58:21Speaker 7: I think I said this before on a pod, but
- 58:25Speaker 7: our guy, the guy who was pulling the lever, he
- 58:29Speaker 7: kept calling himself a pilot, and I was like really,
- 58:35Speaker 7: and he's like, yeah, me and the other pilots, you know.
- 58:39Speaker 7: I'm like, dude, you're you're the nurse practitioner pilots. Can
- 58:43Speaker 7: we can we be honest with ourselves. You have one
- 58:47Speaker 7: control and you are completely at the mercy of the wind.
- 58:52Speaker 7: You can't even steer this fucking thing. You know. You
- 58:56Speaker 7: got one You go up and you go down. That's
- 58:58Speaker 7: all the control you have.
- 59:00Speaker 1: You're you're an elevator attendant.
- 59:02Speaker 7: Elevator operator exactly. You're not a pilot.
- 59:06Speaker 4: It's kind of crazy that they still don't have like
- 59:09Speaker 4: like you know how like a sailboat. Now they have
- 59:11Speaker 4: like the backup motor.
- 59:14Speaker 7: Well, yeah, that's been the case for a while.
- 59:17Speaker 4: Yeah, but I'm saying, in terms of things that are
- 59:19Speaker 4: powered strictly by wind, you would think like maybe we
- 59:23Speaker 4: get maybe let's just throw a couple of wings, throw
- 59:25Speaker 4: a couple of wings, on the hot air balloon case. Yeah,
- 59:31Speaker 4: someone that's gonna get us not killed.
- 59:34Speaker 1: I mean you're you're saying that that you don't fuck
- 59:37Speaker 1: with hot air balloons because they rely on hot air.
- 59:40Speaker 1: But like that's what planes are relying on air too.
- 59:44Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 59:45Speaker 4: Planes definitely feel a little safer than a hot air balloon.
- 59:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it's because you're not on a balcony. Like it's
- 59:52Speaker 1: just you're basically on a freelance balcony.
- 59:55Speaker 4: I mean, a plane can't be taken out by a thumbtack.
- 1:00:02Speaker 4: Like That's why I'm not really that worried about planes.
- 1:00:09Speaker 7: When you land, the basket just bounces on the ground
- 1:00:14Speaker 7: and they make you strap in before the landing and
- 1:00:17Speaker 7: then it tips and you're on your side.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: People like break their legs at landing.
- 1:00:24Speaker 7: Not with a good pilot. Now with our pilot, our pilots.
- 1:00:29Speaker 7: At one point, our pilot had the the distance record
- 1:00:35Speaker 7: traveling from the West coast of America across to the.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: East coast, purely by accident.
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: Yeah, a few hundred miles.
- 1:00:45Speaker 4: Well, I guess we're setting the record today.
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: The wildfires really got under it.
- 1:00:53Speaker 7: I was like, yeah, he was so he was obsessed
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: with the piloting of hot air balloons. I'm like, dude,
- 1:00:59Speaker 7: you're municating to the other guys with walkie talkies. There's
- 1:01:04Speaker 7: no satellite, no radar, no intercom system, there's no air
- 1:01:08Speaker 7: traffic control tower.
- 1:01:10Speaker 4: Do they have any sort of plan B Like, is
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: there like parachutes?
- 1:01:16Speaker 7: No, dude, you're no more than like eighty to one
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: hundred feet off the ground at most at a given time.
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: Oh, I've seen ones that are super high.
- 1:01:27Speaker 7: We didn't go. We didn't go super high because the
- 1:01:31Speaker 7: higher you go, the less you can see the animals.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: And the better view Afghanistan has of you.
- 1:01:38Speaker 7: Yeah, exactly, the.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Better the Chinese can see you. Was the Chinese weather
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: balloon that like supposedly just accidentally like went over our
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: military bases and into the White House and had sex
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: with our top politicians, Yeah, to all of our politicians,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: just seduced our politicians. Surely you must give offs.
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: They should have had a little walkie talkie on it
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: so it could speak.
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: A seductive spy balloon just like showing what.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: Ron, How's how's how's the shore?
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: It's beautiful? Hat Francis, you've been to Avalon.
- 1:02:22Speaker 7: Right, Yeah? I love Avalon.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: You just get in.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Uh no, I got into the other day. The whitest
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: place in America. Of course, Avalon makes the Hamptons look
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: like Birmingham, Alabama. It is no joke.
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: Are you gonna go down to the shorehouse this weekend?
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: Just pop by?
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: It been invited. I gotta get invited.
- 1:02:47Speaker 4: You gotta be the kids over, get the kids out
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: to meet Nicki Smokes.
- 1:02:52Speaker 7: Nicky Smokes. Nicky Smokes called me, what do you say? Well,
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: he wanted to let me know that he thought I
- 1:02:59Speaker 7: was doing good work. But I'm sure that was just
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: I'm sure that was just a trojan horse to uh
- 1:03:06Speaker 7: make you know, because I like to give him advice.
- 1:03:08Speaker 7: I like to help him. I I don't know why,
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: but I got a soft spot for Nicky Smokes and
- 1:03:13Speaker 7: I do too.
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: But it sounds like he's the one giving you advice. Like, Hey,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: you're really crushing it lately, Bro, you've been taking everything
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: up and saying because.
- 1:03:20Speaker 4: A lot of people are noticing in Chicago, a lot
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: of people are starting to catch.
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: On stay by your phone. You might get that.
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: They're saying. They're saying, there might be room. I okay,
- 1:03:29Speaker 7: you know, but yeah, so I I just said he
- 1:03:36Speaker 7: was like, what do you think you know? Uh, And
- 1:03:39Speaker 7: I was like, dude, my my advice would be, you know,
- 1:03:42Speaker 7: go in there and uh wait for the first sort
- 1:03:46Speaker 7: of fight or pyrotechnic moment to happen, and then jump
- 1:03:52Speaker 7: in and make it as big of a deal as possible.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: I don't like giving it. Give an example, like how
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: could he do that?
- 1:04:01Speaker 7: Well, when he walks in on you know, k Dick
- 1:04:05Speaker 7: or whatever taking a ship on one of the girl's
- 1:04:08Speaker 7: pillows and then they come in and they're furious about it.
- 1:04:12Speaker 7: He should come in and be like whoa, whoa, whoa guys,
- 1:04:15Speaker 7: and then yeah, the pile of ship and smear it
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: on the walls.
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: Yeah, double the situation.
- 1:04:22Speaker 7: Yeah. No, I Actually what I told him was, I
- 1:04:24Speaker 7: was like, dude, I would I would ease in, would
- 1:04:27Speaker 7: be my advice.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: It's hard to get your advice on this show because
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: any advice I have is the opposite of whatever I
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: would do.
- 1:04:36Speaker 7: Yeah, that's you know what I mean.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Like, it's supposed to be like a show of bad decisions.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: Like if everybody acts like in like an ethical and
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: straightforward manner, the show is gonna stuck suck, Like everybody's
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: like good people to one another and like considers everybody
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: else's opinions and and like it's making like fun.
- 1:04:59Speaker 7: Making one in frozen margaritas when when anyone like.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: One, I got church in the morning, I think I'm
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: gonna head to head to bed after I.
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: Pretty much I pretty much told Tommy to do that.
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: I told him to just go full white night like
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: cause no trouble, only only support people.
- 1:05:17Speaker 7: Do you think Tommy's going to hook up with girls?
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: That's what I was talking to him about, and he said, yes.
- 1:05:24Speaker 7: That's awesome.
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: I love was like, that's a bad idea, but up.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: To you if I see it, like like it's a
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: this kind of obfuscated punchline of like Tommy and Glennie
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: hooking up with girls, Like it's fun to think about,
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: and like we don't know what it looks like if
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: we see it on camera, it's not gonna be fun anymore. No,
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: Tommy smokes making out with the girl, like he's not
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: gonna have like this cool, funny, like mysterious factor. It's
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: gonna be like have you ever seen people make out?
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: Like it's gross.
- 1:06:01Speaker 7: Nasty, especially unattractive people. Oh yeah, that's even worse. Not
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: saying that anyone on that cast is unattractive. But my god,
- 1:06:13Speaker 7: I once saw I was in I meant, I'll never
- 1:06:15Speaker 7: forget this. I was in the Union Square subway station
- 1:06:19Speaker 7: and it must have been July, so it was, you know,
- 1:06:21Speaker 7: one hundred and fifteen degrees. As I was waiting for
- 1:06:24Speaker 7: the subway, and I saw right to my right it
- 1:06:28Speaker 7: was like a teenage couple, probably in high school. And
- 1:06:31Speaker 7: they were both of Latin origin. And I knew that
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: because the young man had a very pubic mustache just
- 1:06:38Speaker 7: starting to poke through, and he and the girl that
- 1:06:41Speaker 7: he was with were making out so aggressively that you
- 1:06:46Speaker 7: could like hear it over the din of the trains. Yeah,
- 1:06:51Speaker 7: and in that heat, that was the most disgusting thing
- 1:06:55Speaker 7: I'd seen.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: Dude, I've had that happen on stage. Have you ever
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: had that? Well, you're on stage and you just start
- 1:07:02Speaker 4: hearing it, and then you're looking around and you're like,
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: what the fuck.
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: And you're like, Tommy Smokes, are you making out with
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: the girl at my show? Dude?
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: Dude, that's happened to me two times on stage, and
- 1:07:14Speaker 4: both times, trying to address it has been like the
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: biggest I've never thought. I've said this before, but I've
- 1:07:21Speaker 4: never thought something was going to get a bigger laugh.
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: That got legitimately zero laughs everyone because you were.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: Like, what are you gonna do? Be like, don't hey
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: little leave a little room for the Holy Spirit?
- 1:07:35Speaker 4: Like, well, I mean, if you're on stage, you're looking
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: at the crowd. So it's like, I don't want to
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: be doing jokes watching people make out through my jokes.
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Yeah, because when you start getting hard during your jokes,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: it's just back not funny.
- 1:07:48Speaker 4: Then I have a hard time focusing.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: If you just have a fucking rock hard cock on stage,
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: then like everybody in this in the audience is going
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: to have a bad time because of penis envy. Actually,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: and that's what that was your point.
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: Exactly where I was going with that.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: I appresume right, that was what you were saying, penis envy.
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: That's how I vest did it. That's that was the
- 1:08:12Speaker 7: subtext I gathered.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: Let's quep, let's click, let's quit beating around the book
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: and talk a little ball thoughts talking ball, Francis, you
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: got you interested in talking.
- 1:08:21Speaker 7: A little ball? I am excited to talk some ball.
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: Let me tell you something. I've almost finished quarterbacks. I'm obsessed.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: Great's your favorite characters, who's your favorite main character of
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: the show, and then who's your favorite side character that's
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: not in the NFL.
- 1:08:34Speaker 7: I mean, I hate to say it, but my favorite
- 1:08:37Speaker 7: character is Joe Burrow for sure. He he isn't as
- 1:08:43Speaker 7: cool as I thought he was, but I like.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: Which makes him makes him cool.
- 1:08:50Speaker 7: Yeah, he's like shy and yeah kind of, I don't know,
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: like I'm unsure of himself. He's not some you know,
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: he wears like fur coats and smokes cigars and stuff.
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: But I think that that is far more, as Harry
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: would put it, performative than who he truly is. You know.
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Yeah, even the way.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: That Joe Burrow, I'm sorry, go ahead, no, go ahead.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: I think that if he started having sex with men,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: then I think that fifty one percent of American manas
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: would have sex with men too. I think that that
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: I think he could turn off of America gay just
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: but I think people would follow his lead.
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: Very interesting.
- 1:09:30Speaker 7: He ag, Yeah, he's pretty cool.
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: I think Joe Burrow is gonna have a big season.
- 1:09:38Speaker 7: I hope so, man.
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: I think the Bengals offense will have a big season.
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: I don't really know anything about their defense. So I
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: just know this sucked last year. But I was reading
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: this morning that Mike Rabel had to get in between
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: barrawl at training camp between von Miller and that new
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: running back. We got Henderson and apparently he was in
- 1:10:00Speaker 4: the bottom of the Vrabel was in the bottom of
- 1:10:02Speaker 4: the pile and came up bloody. Isn't that fucking crazy?
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: He came up with blood all over his face. They said,
- 1:10:17Speaker 4: I haven't been able to find any footage.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: He's only getting good at coaching so he can be
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: closer to the action. Yeah, I feel like we all
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: know coaches who are like that. There's always like Little
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: league coaches who just wish they were playing so badly.
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: Yeah, that's what you want. You want that out of coach.
- 1:10:33Speaker 4: I'll tell you who doesn't have that. Nick Sirianni bomb.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: Next, he definitely has that.
- 1:10:43Speaker 4: You know who's a bomb is Johnny Manziel. What the
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: fuck was that all about?
- 1:10:47Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: I have a prediction. I got a big prediction on
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: topic of Johnny Manziel. I think he goes right wing
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: grifter within the next two weeks. One hundred thousand. Ever
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: been more certain of something in my entire life.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: He's just at a desk at a set in his
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: in his own house, like Nick fointes.
- 1:11:08Speaker 4: Yes, he already has Grock writing up like the most
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: racist tweets you could possibly think of, and it'll end.
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: The first one will end in a question. It'll just
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: be like a video of people in India and he'll
- 1:11:19Speaker 4: tweet it and be like, what do you notice?
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: He'll just do, He'll just tweet out like five words.
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: He'll just be like, you smell bad, and everybody will
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: be like, yeah, fuck exactly. Sign it to every group
- 1:11:31Speaker 1: that they already hate.
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: Exactly. It'll be some like white lady lying face down
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: in the street, uh, you know, bloody or whatever, and
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: he'll be like, any reason why the left hasn't covered
- 1:11:44Speaker 7: this exactly? Yeah, And it's like, well, that happened in
- 1:11:48Speaker 7: twenty seventeen by a trolley because she was drunk, but trolley,
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: yeah exactly.
- 1:11:56Speaker 4: I I really think that's where he's gonna go. I'm
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: very confident just because, like I think the Gilly thing,
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: like him and his him and his Gilly, the Gilly
- 1:12:06Speaker 4: and him argument didn't bother me at all, Like I don't.
- 1:12:09Speaker 4: I wasn't really paying too much attention, but it my
- 1:12:12Speaker 4: in my opinion, him calling out Gilly and then immediately
- 1:12:16Speaker 4: going to set up the rough and rowdy that screams
- 1:12:19Speaker 4: I'm out of money? Does it not? Does that not?
- 1:12:25Speaker 4: I mean it's screams I have zero dollars left.
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: That actually makes more sense than and makes him seem
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: way more in control than just telling somebody online I'm
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: gonna slap the shit out of you. That's a crazy
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: thing to say online.
- 1:12:42Speaker 7: You know that we hired him, We tried to have
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: a podcast with him, with Casey.
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: I think right, really, yes, he's still on payroll sas
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: so you'll be hearing from Gas You're actually gonna be
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: fighting him in Rough and Rowdy now, just like I.
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: Don't know, the immediate call out to rough and Rowdy
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: made me think, you know, that doesn't make a while
- 1:13:05Speaker 4: more it's not going well for Manziel And uh yeah,
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: this is I mean, I feel like you typically see
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: that when people are grasping at anything. The call out.
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: Who was the last guy to call out rough and rowdy,
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: the fucking guy that we had to fire immediately, the
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: guy from Jersey Shore or whatever or something, who's that
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: you know what I'm talking about? Got a big old
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: tattoo on him? Who are you? Swastika? Who you don't know?
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: Who you don't remember this?
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: This was like three year's a barstool employee who had it.
- 1:13:40Speaker 4: Was like he was like a reality TV show guy
- 1:13:42Speaker 4: that we were like. Everyone was like, oh, this guy's
- 1:13:45Speaker 4: coming into the Tommy something.
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: I know who you're talking about. It was the guy
- 1:13:53Speaker 7: Tommy like, uh cheese balls, yes, yes.
- 1:13:58Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: My my real life is the Jersey Shore or like
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: this true life?
- 1:14:05Speaker 4: Yeah, true, that's he. He immediately came in and was
- 1:14:08Speaker 4: like set me up with rough and rowdy. And it's
- 1:14:11Speaker 4: not like Johnny Manziel's sitting at home being like I
- 1:14:13Speaker 4: really want to get into professional fighting. It's definitely like
- 1:14:18Speaker 4: I need something to get to get the wheels moving again.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: M hm, get me back in shape. Maybe I'm playing
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: a little bit of quarterback.
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: The fact that he went at cha, the fact that
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: he was side texting cha pictures I've been pulling the
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: sides of his eyes back. I thought was so fucked up.
- 1:14:34Speaker 7: What what's oh? Oh?
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: I thought that was insane and bigoted of him.
- 1:14:43Speaker 4: It's like old, it's like old, that's old racism.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: It's old racist. That's like, yeah, turn of the century racism.
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: Yeah, it's like giving someone like the pinky finger. But yeah,
- 1:14:59Speaker 4: that's just my that's my hot take on Johnny Manziel.
- 1:15:02Speaker 4: I think he's gonna go right wing.
- 1:15:04Speaker 7: Good take fast. It's a solid take, for sure.
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: That is actually a really good take. But you might
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: have you might have nipped it in the bud. He
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: might have. He's gonna be like and if like, I'm
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: planning this and you just tweeted it out.
- 1:15:14Speaker 4: Yeah, it's either that or my whole life. It's one
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: of the two.
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: I would I would go right first and then do
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: the coin. I don't think that going coin first is
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: going to get you and graces, especially if you're rugging.
- 1:15:28Speaker 7: True.
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean he's definitely a rug.
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: Guy, Francis. Who's your least favorite or who's your favorite
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: side character from the from the Quarterback series?
- 1:15:40Speaker 7: Oh, gosh, I'll tell you who mine was while you
- 1:15:46Speaker 7: while you think of it.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: The Kirk Cousin's brother.
- 1:15:51Speaker 7: Yeah, the one who looks just like him, kind of.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: Who he harmonizes with and who goes dressed up to
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: the game and like Kirk's pissed off off. He's like,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: that's way to look.
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: At me moment.
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you have a film crew following you around
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: playing his stadium like he's yeah, he's way too look
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: at me for me. You play the most important position
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: in sports and that's been your lifelong dream. Your brother
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: like shows up to support you in a cowboy hat
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: and you're like, he's a fucking knucklehead attention whore.
- 1:16:21Speaker 7: I'll say that I really liked Kirk Cousins's wife, h
- 1:16:26Speaker 7: She seemed so ride or die. And there was this
- 1:16:34Speaker 7: moment when he, you know, gets called and told that
- 1:16:37Speaker 7: Michael Pennox is going to replace him as the starter,
- 1:16:40Speaker 7: and he calls Michael Pennox to tell him like, the
- 1:16:43Speaker 7: job is yours. Good luck, and she's recounting the story
- 1:16:48Speaker 7: to the camera and she says, I thought that moment
- 1:16:52Speaker 7: was when I I mean, she was like, who does that?
- 1:16:55Speaker 7: It makes me emotional? And then she tries to fight
- 1:16:57Speaker 7: back to tears and she does that thing where she
- 1:16:59Speaker 7: catches them. She's holding up the makeup. She goes, she
- 1:17:05Speaker 7: goes like this ready, I'm gonna do my impression. She goes,
- 1:17:11Speaker 7: that's just the type of man that he is. Almost
- 1:17:16Speaker 7: I almost cried. I almost cried. I was like, imagine
- 1:17:21Speaker 7: your wife knowing that, believing in you that much and
- 1:17:26Speaker 7: being like, see, everyone, this is the man I'm married to. Yeah,
- 1:17:30Speaker 7: that's a pretty cool fucking thing to have your wife
- 1:17:33Speaker 7: endorse you on that level. I think she.
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: Probably saw that Falcons eighty million dollar contract and was like,
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: why are we giving up right now? There's another team?
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: We can find another team.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: Yeah, you've had he had like multiple fully guaranteed contract
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: His first contract with the Vikings when it was fully
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: guaranteed was three years, one hundred million dollars and no
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: one was getting fully guaranteed, and he got all of
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: that guaranteed. And then I think he got another full
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: guaranteed contract, and maybe he's just fully guaranteed with the
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: Falcons right now.
- 1:18:05Speaker 4: I want to say his Falcons contracts full guaranteed.
- 1:18:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:18:08Speaker 4: I think it was eighty million.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: And also I bet the quarterbacks who have wives that
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: tell good stories about them probably get bigger contracts. Like
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it's a nice pr what is it shocking?
- 1:18:22Speaker 4: Yeah, he's like he's like top five, he's got to
- 1:18:25Speaker 4: be top five pies paid.
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: What what exactly were the Falcons doing? What exactly happened there?
- 1:18:31Speaker 7: Why did they do that?
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: Kirk Cousins started sucking at the end of the season.
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: He had in why they draft Michael Pennix after signing
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: Kirk to like what was it a four year deal
- 1:18:44Speaker 7: or something?
- 1:18:45Speaker 4: They must have had worries about him playing.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: I mean, you sign him if you had those worries.
- 1:18:51Speaker 4: They signed a four year, one hundred eighty million dollar contract.
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: That contract includes one hundred million dollars guaranteed.
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: Set. Yeah, she doesn't give a fuck, And I think
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: that she's from Georgia. I feel like I remember hearing
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: about got married, the fact that it was Yeah, that
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: makes sense.
- 1:19:10Speaker 7: He got married there. Yeah, they know it.
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: Yeah, and so he pretty much just got it.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: It was like fast and he I think I feel
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: like it just like they just signed on and just
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: it was like a split decision maybe by both sides.
- 1:19:25Speaker 4: It's probably if that's somewhere they wanted to like move
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: back to, you know, like there. I mean, he's getting
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: paid so much goddamn money, So he's I mean, so
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: he's still is he still He's still on the team. Yeah,
- 1:19:38Speaker 4: and he's just gonna be the backup quarterback that gets
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: paid forty five million dollars a year.
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: I think I bet he gets traded to like the
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: Saints or something like that.
- 1:19:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I could see that who sat quarterback.
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: It's in division, so maybe not. But uh, they have
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Spencer Rattler. They drafted a guy in the second round
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: called Tyler Shuck and he fucking sucks. He's like a
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: and I think he's like twenty seven years old. He's
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: like fucking older than you, sass, and he sucks ass.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: So they're about to go back to Spencer Ratler, who
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: I don't think is good either. So I feel like
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: they need a guy.
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't have a guy.
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: They don't have a fucking guy. But maybe they're going
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: for Arch Manning next year. Yeah, true, wouldn't that make sense?
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: Just probably?
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: Yeah, Arch, because I mean his grandfather played there, Yeah.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: In New Orleans.
- 1:20:32Speaker 7: You know what else I liked from the show? Yes, brother?
- 1:20:36Speaker 7: What Jared Goff wins a game. I think they go
- 1:20:39Speaker 7: to like fourteen and two or something like that, and
- 1:20:42Speaker 7: he's up late at night with his parents and his
- 1:20:45Speaker 7: wife sitting around a table and they're like, so, what's
- 1:20:48Speaker 7: up for the next couple of days And he's like, well,
- 1:20:51Speaker 7: we have tomorrow off, and they're like, and I think
- 1:20:53Speaker 7: She's like, what do you want to do and he goes,
- 1:20:55Speaker 7: we're sleeping. We're sleeping all day and and there everyone's like, okay,
- 1:21:01Speaker 7: that makes sense. Like nobody nobody's like, oh, we never
- 1:21:05Speaker 7: get any time together, Like are you sure? I've been
- 1:21:07Speaker 7: really wanting to go check out this art installation like
- 1:21:10Speaker 7: this is our only It's like, okay, yes, I accept
- 1:21:14Speaker 7: given what you put yourself through that on this one
- 1:21:18Speaker 7: day that we have together, you will just sleep all
- 1:21:21Speaker 7: fucking day.
- 1:21:22Speaker 4: Yeah, and I'll do it with you. Fuck it, I'll
- 1:21:23Speaker 4: just great.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely, just like they probably start playing pro football
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: to get out of apple picking. They're like, fuck it,
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: I'm just gonna be an all pro dude. I literally
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: have to be an all pro. I do not want
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: to go on a fucking hay ride Like that's insane.
- 1:21:40Speaker 7: Oh, your best friend's having a destination wedding and Corsica.
- 1:21:43Speaker 7: Unfortunately that conflicts with what I have to do in
- 1:21:48Speaker 7: order to make the living that I do. Yeah, it's
- 1:21:51Speaker 7: in the off season.
- 1:21:52Speaker 4: Just going out of Ota. This is a ten year vet.
- 1:21:55Speaker 4: Day one.
- 1:21:56Speaker 7: I'll be recovering from the surgery that I had to postpone.
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: Even though there's an amount of pain I'm dealing with
- 1:22:02Speaker 7: that prevents me from, you know, sleeping at night.
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: Oh, speaking of that, do you guys watch do youuys
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: watch Happy Deal More?
- 1:22:08Speaker 6: Too?
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: I like had it on. I wasn't like watching it.
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: Had it on while I was doing other shit. I
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: saw that his telescope, but I thought.
- 1:22:19Speaker 7: It was good.
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: I thought that movie got way too much shit.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: Yeah, it was funny.
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: The ending was fucking insane, but the up until, like
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: I mean I probably watched. I turned it off with
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: like twenty minutes left, and up until I'd say, like
- 1:22:34Speaker 4: the last thirty forty minutes, I thought it was great.
- 1:22:38Speaker 4: I thought I thought it was very funny.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: I was hooting and hollering, you know what it felt
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: like to me an Adam Sandler movie, Like Zach was
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: fucking an Adam Sandler movie. And why there's even discourse
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: about it?
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't either. The cameos thing too, I was
- 1:22:52Speaker 4: expecting that to be like a big thing. It's like,
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: there's cameos, but they're really not. It' sound like the
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: only one that I thought was like kind of out
- 1:22:58Speaker 4: of place was the eminem one.
- 1:23:01Speaker 7: Mm.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: Yeah, but that's like the iconic character that's like the
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: iconic sleeper character who's not a main character of the
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: whole thing being associated with that guy. They're probably like eminem,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: you could have any role you want, and that's probably
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: what he chose.
- 1:23:15Speaker 4: Probably. Yeah, I thought Bad Bunny was very funny.
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: Yeah, he was great. I thought that, But I just
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: I didn't like the Ben Stiller part though.
- 1:23:25Speaker 4: Yeah, I feel like they could have used Stiller in
- 1:23:26Speaker 4: a better way the way I love Stiller. I know
- 1:23:33Speaker 4: you hate him around you guys.
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: Haven't I love him in that? That's the Yeah, that's
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: such a funny role. I actually thought he was great.
- 1:23:41Speaker 4: Yeah, you and you and still are like Manzielle and Gilly.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: Dude, I was watching him. I was watching a video
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: of uh it was like an African travel video and
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: there was they were like float they were they went
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: to like some slum maybe in Nigeria. I think it's
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: a floating slum in Lagos, Nigeria. Yeah, and it's literally
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: just people live on floating trash and these cobble together
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: their houses and like it was like forty minutes into
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: the video and this like Nigerian dude points to the
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: camera and he was like ben Stilla came here and
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: promised that he would give seventy thousand dollars to build
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: an orphanage, and he never gave them money. No, I
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: got so excited that I like filmed, I filmed my
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: like TVs. It's like, like, I fuck, I fucking knew it, dude,
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: I fucking knew it the whole time. So I'm ready
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: to unleash that whenever, like if war is ever back on.
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: Yeah, it sounds like Scott's Tots. Yeah, office episode. I
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: watched it the other day.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: I have to find this video and fucking send it
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: to you guys. It made me it was such a
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: hidden gem, like God planned it out for me to see.
- 1:24:53Speaker 4: Scott's Toots has to be one of the funniest episodes
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: of any television show ever. When they're dancing, when they
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: it's so fucking funny.
- 1:25:03Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: I honestly can't even watch that episode because it like
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: makes me uncomfortable.
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: Oh yeah, it takes me like I gotta pause it
- 1:25:10Speaker 4: every now and then take a deep breath.
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: Doesn't he end up paying for the books for one
- 1:25:16Speaker 7: student and it's like what about the other students books?
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: How nobody?
- 1:25:22Speaker 7: Who didn't they find out that he bought her the books, like,
- 1:25:25Speaker 7: you know.
- 1:25:25Speaker 4: I don't know. I think he was he bought. He
- 1:25:27Speaker 4: bought the dude, this dude the books. And he's like
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: all right. He's like, you know what, I'll do a
- 1:25:30Speaker 4: pay for your books. And he's like are you sure.
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: He's like there're a lot and he's like all right.
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: He's like how much and he's like about like a
- 1:25:36Speaker 4: grand and he's like and then he starts writing the
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: check and he's like, no, it's every quarter. That's every quarter.
- 1:25:45Speaker 4: And then he writes the checks and he's like, you
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: have to call me before you deposit these.
- 1:25:54Speaker 7: Oh man.
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: Just a good just a good show. I was watching
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: a little cable in the hotel.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: That's really nice.
- 1:26:00Speaker 4: Love getting a little cable going.
- 1:26:02Speaker 7: It's fun.
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: The house down here that I have that i'm staying
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: at has a has a live PD channel, and so
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: I put on Live PD for maybe fourteen hours the
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: other day.
- 1:26:12Speaker 4: It's so great.
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: You see, I mean, everyone is a good one. They
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: have ones where there's no camera and it's just they
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: only put like the hero cops on live PD. So
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: it's just like justice prevailing every time, cops making amazing decisions.
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: I saw a guy pull out a knife and then
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: the cop shot just shot the guy once, like he
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: literally shot the injure. I've never seen that. I thought
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: that was like a movie thing, like he just hit
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: the guy once. And then another cop came up with
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: like his taser drawn like a weapon, and he tasered
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: the guy. Neither of them like shot Failey. Even though
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: this this guy who wants to die is charging them
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: with a massive knife. I feel like a lot of
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: cops would just unload that's cart blunch to unload the clip. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: they acted perfectly.
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: I'd love to get a mix though, like they should
- 1:27:01Speaker 4: really it should be unbiased. I want to see fourteen
- 1:27:04Speaker 4: hours straight of raw cop footage, no picking and choosing,
- 1:27:08Speaker 4: you know, like I'm cool getting some heroic acts in there,
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: but I also want to see like, oh man, I've
- 1:27:15Speaker 4: been loving watching those videos of the cops trying to
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: like when they pull over and do that's in like
- 1:27:18Speaker 4: the FBI.
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: Those are fake now, they are always fake. No, those
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: are always.
- 1:27:24Speaker 7: Fake, insane just the same. It's on a fucking the
- 1:27:28Speaker 7: badge is on the neck chain that's made of like
- 1:27:31Speaker 7: the stuffy buy it you get a fucking you knows.
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, it's part of a Halloween costume.
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: Yeah, there's so many of those videos, and they're always fake.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: They're always trying to dump them down my throat. Those
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: are they do the job of making them fake. Sty
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: keep an eye on for it. You're a smart guy.
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: Faking a cop video can't be that easy, though. It's like,
- 1:27:53Speaker 4: you need body.
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: Care, you need two people.
- 1:27:57Speaker 4: What do you like to strap on a go bro?
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: You could use put your phone on your chest and
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: put a filter on it. They probably could easily. It's like,
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: you need two people for those interactions, and you like,
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: you just have to act it decently well. And that's
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: five hundred million views.
- 1:28:13Speaker 4: I just saw that. I just saw that one the
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: other day of the dude the football player who gets
- 1:28:18Speaker 4: pulled over and he does the field sobriety tests and
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: he passed and they're like, you're under arrest.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: Oh, that's a classic one. The light skin dude in Arizona.
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: Is he light skin? I think he's just a white dude.
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: Oh oh, maybe I'm thinking of another video.
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: He's got a little swagger to him. Don't get me wrong,
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: but I think he's white.
- 1:28:35Speaker 1: Or maybe he's is he like Native American or something
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: like that or Filipino or something. I don't know.
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: Then there was another one that I saw of a
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: dude on a boat and he who gets arrested for nothing?
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: He get arrested for nothing?
- 1:28:47Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, what are my options right now?
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: Yeah, you're under arrest. And he's like, I didn't do anything.
- 1:28:59Speaker 7: He's wearing the life preserver, Like we.
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: Think you're intoxicated. It's like I'm with my family.
- 1:29:07Speaker 4: They're like the wife's like, well, when you're wrong, what
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: happens in the cops, Like, we're not wrong, We're never wrong.
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: I watched uh, what was it called some Rebel Ridge.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: I watched it twice.
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: Oh banger. What did you think about the bike scene
- 1:29:26Speaker 4: at the beginning, the scene where he's biking up next
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: to the next to the bus.
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's amazing, exactly exactly.
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: Yeah, that seems a banger.
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: Either. I like, no moreno during the national anthem, I
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: got rules. I love the corrections officer just like not
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: doing anything. If someone pulls up next to that, but
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: like they're in the most corrupt town in America. They're
- 1:30:00Speaker 1: easily just knocking him off the road. He's just right
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: next to them. Oh my god.
- 1:30:05Speaker 7: And Since when can a bus of prisoners just like
- 1:30:08Speaker 7: stand up and open the window and you know, reach
- 1:30:13Speaker 7: out to the guy on a bicycle outside.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: Yeah, being on that bus ride to jail must be wild.
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: Like Survivor. I feel like it's like Survivor where you
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: start making alliances right away him.
- 1:30:30Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's just based on who you sat next to.
- 1:30:34Speaker 4: These are my brother You guys are my brothers.
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: Now what happened in Shawshak? I forget when they're driving.
- 1:30:40Speaker 4: To When they show up on the bus and all
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: the prisoners are lined up watching as they get off. Yeah,
- 1:30:51Speaker 4: it's brutal.
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: How tough would how tough would you guys act in jail?
- 1:30:57Speaker 7: I'd be I'd be strategic.
- 1:30:59Speaker 4: Yeah, I think I would try to be strategic too.
- 1:31:01Speaker 4: I would try to keep to myself, but I don't
- 1:31:02Speaker 4: want to keep to myself too much that I'd become
- 1:31:04Speaker 4: like a target.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: I feel like I'd be looking for idols the whole time.
- 1:31:14Speaker 4: One day of immunity, no one can fuck you in
- 1:31:17Speaker 4: the ass to that, ah, I have a cell.
- 1:31:22Speaker 7: Attached to a rope. The rope that is an unfuckable ass.
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: I used to watch that show forty Days What was it?
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: Called Forty Days In or something like that, where people
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: would go in, like school teachers would go in and
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: pretend to be prisoners. It was an amazing show and
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: like they would just interview the prisoners. It's so fucking good,
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: and they're like, yeah, I think he's I don't think
- 1:31:53Speaker 1: he's an actual prisoner, because like suddenly a camera crew
- 1:31:56Speaker 1: shows up at your fucking jail and start following someone around,
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: that would be the biggest red flag.
- 1:32:02Speaker 7: I I watched some clips from some of those shows,
- 1:32:05Speaker 7: and you know, I always wondered about how real they
- 1:32:07Speaker 7: are because they always end up having fights, right, But
- 1:32:11Speaker 7: the fights always happen out of view of the camera,
- 1:32:16Speaker 7: do you know what I mean? Like they go into
- 1:32:18Speaker 7: the cell and they only have the camera view that
- 1:32:21Speaker 7: it's like part of the gen pop middle area.
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: I mean, what is strategic?
- 1:32:28Speaker 7: Yeah, means the fight, but they don't like spill out
- 1:32:36Speaker 7: into the you know, the doors open. Theoretically, it's like
- 1:32:40Speaker 7: I think they're probably trying to avoid getting in trouble
- 1:32:42Speaker 7: with the guards, right, could be could be that. I
- 1:32:46Speaker 7: also would assume like even if you're like if you're working,
- 1:32:48Speaker 7: if you're like a camera guy, for that just you're
- 1:32:52Speaker 7: It doesn't mean you're necessarily like like safe, Oh you
- 1:32:56Speaker 7: only have a guard with them or something.
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: Yeah, but I mean he's got If you're dealing with
- 1:33:01Speaker 4: people that are in prison for murder, I can't imagine
- 1:33:05Speaker 4: they're like, guy's got a camera, he's off limits.
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: No, I'm on base. I touched the base. You can't
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: tag me right now?
- 1:33:13Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, if anything, that's probably the white whale.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: Slashing a pretty Yeah, slashing a boom mic operator with
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: his own boom mike. That's the fucking dream.
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: That is the dream.
- 1:33:31Speaker 7: Bah oh all right, all right brother, we cant you guys.
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: Yeah, this was good. This is a good time. Are
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: we uh in studio next week? Or we remote again?
- 1:33:44Speaker 4: I believe we're remote. We're gonna be doing a couple remote.
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: We're gonna be doing a little bit more remote just
- 1:33:49Speaker 4: for August. But I just know it, and yeah, let
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: us know if there's any improvements we could make as well.
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: Yeah, well we'll do three episodes as a test.
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: Mm hmm.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: Where are you going to be, Francis? Where's that invitational?
- 1:34:06Speaker 7: I don't know if I'm allowed to say, because I
- 1:34:07Speaker 7: don't think they want people like.
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: Co can Dave come? Can Dave come?
- 1:34:11Speaker 7: On?
- 1:34:11Speaker 1: A ton of a boy? Dad, Well, he's at the
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: like just if you're just in the house, like like
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: suss out his patterns and see when he's like in
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: the you know, if he spends fifteen minutes in the
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: living room in the mornings. Oops were recording.
- 1:34:25Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, Dave took a ship this morning. I'll be
- 1:34:28Speaker 7: honest with you. It ruined the house.
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: So you're probably so fucking mansion if you're in the
- 1:34:36Speaker 4: Dave house.
- 1:34:37Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:34:37Speaker 4: I've only heard rumors of the Dave House.
- 1:34:39Speaker 7: I'm excited about it, I tell you that much.
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: Who else is in the house?
- 1:34:43Speaker 7: I see if it tells the world, I think it
- 1:34:45Speaker 7: probably does.
- 1:34:47Speaker 4: It's Francis Dave, and.
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: I'm not saying what's up to him. You guys are
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: sharing cups. You guys are drinking out of the same coffee.
- 1:34:57Speaker 7: Look every morning, Ye that posted us. It's at Big
- 1:35:02Speaker 7: Cedar Lodge. Yeah, that's where it is. That's sick. They
- 1:35:07Speaker 7: are smith to I texted Santino about it, SaaS hell.
- 1:35:14Speaker 4: Yeah, you guys gonna link. Well, Hey, such a good hang.
- 1:35:20Speaker 7: The bubble.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: Sketches going are people saying the bubble popped.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: I mean, that's a canary in the coal mine right there.
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: If Santino is pivoting to golf content, yeah, watch for.
- 1:35:35Speaker 4: The dark market. I'm starting my own damn organization.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: Yeah, honestly, are tough, but that is crazy to do.
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: As soon as you got a little bit of love
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: from Optic, you're like, actually, no, we're starting a competitive brand.
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: No, we said that before they posted Optic.
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: Basket the glow for one second, you know what I mean,
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: Lincoln build instead of trying to divide and destroy.
- 1:35:57Speaker 4: It's pretty crazy. We've had so many people like you
- 1:36:00Speaker 4: from that one thing that we talked about, Like, we've
- 1:36:02Speaker 4: had so many people reach out being like like willing
- 1:36:05Speaker 4: to help and willing to give intel and all that.
- 1:36:08Speaker 4: It's been awesome. I was like pretty worried that we
- 1:36:10Speaker 4: was gonna be like the response would be like stay
- 1:36:13Speaker 4: in your fucking lane.
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: But Ninja said he's not using his YouTube channel anymore.
- 1:36:18Speaker 7: You guys can have it.
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: He hasn't used his YouTube channel for how long. He's like, dude,
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: I dropped out of top ten, it doesn't even matter
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: to me anymore. And he said we could just squad
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: on his channel.
- 1:36:29Speaker 4: Oh, Yeah, that's I mean, that would be huge. What's
- 1:36:33Speaker 4: the name of the group describers. I can't. I can't say.
- 1:36:38Speaker 4: It's not phase with the pH Oh no, I guess
- 1:36:40Speaker 4: this will come out tomorrow, so I can say the
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: current team name. Well, it originally was Tell Your Ride Bush.
- 1:36:48Speaker 4: That's been the name, but we're we're we're teasing. We're teasing. Uh,
- 1:36:53Speaker 4: Tell Your Ride Warlords.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: That's way better than Bush.
- 1:36:59Speaker 4: The Wars It rolls off the tongue.
- 1:37:01Speaker 7: That's pretty much.
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: Your mascot was going to be a pubic mound. I
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: don't think you can have Bush be your name.
- 1:37:06Speaker 4: Yeah, Bush was. It would be tough for the logo
- 1:37:09Speaker 4: the Warlords though, I mean, Jerry's already sending over some
- 1:37:12Speaker 4: logos and my god are they nice? Are black and Ray?
- 1:37:20Speaker 4: We're all about shielding our bodies.
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: Like the Oakland Raiders. If you guys had some like
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: Oakland Raiders style, like tall ass fucking snapback hats or something.
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: Oh yeah, like an nw A video. Like all your
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: branding needs to be n w A ship. You need
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: to start walking around with a massive bully or like
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: a pit bull, like on a fucking just pulling a
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: metal chain in front of you. You would look so sick.
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: If we're I mean, we're gonna be getting We gotta
- 1:37:51Speaker 4: get some merch.
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: Going tell your warlords, yeah we eat the cats.
- 1:37:57Speaker 4: The Saudi's probably heard that in their ears. Are per
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: can up. Yeah, that's the goal. Get to Saudi.
- 1:38:06Speaker 7: All right, good to see you guys. Be well, what
- 1:38:08Speaker 7: do you what do you do? I'm going to bye
- 1:38:12Speaker 7: is what I'm going to have for dinner tonight. I'm starving.
- 1:38:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm pretty hungry.
- 1:38:16Speaker 7: I'm going to do barbecue chicken tonight, though. Barbecue chicken.
- 1:38:19Speaker 7: Last night I made salmon with a cauliflower pure beneath
- 1:38:22Speaker 7: it and some nice roasted broccolini. The night before I
- 1:38:27Speaker 7: did hal a bit with a really nice like paprika
- 1:38:32Speaker 7: pepper rub, thinly sliced lemons, olive oil obviously, and some
- 1:38:39Speaker 7: olives sliced across and just baked it. It came out perfectly.
- 1:38:43Speaker 1: How long did you have that rub on?
- 1:38:44Speaker 7: Like?
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: How many minutes before did you let the rubsity that long?
- 1:38:47Speaker 7: It's it's fish, so you know, I don't need to like,
- 1:38:50Speaker 7: I don't know, it wasn't baronate it.
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: Yeah, I just remembered you guys might like this. We
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: went out to eat in Atlanta. We went to a
- 1:38:58Speaker 4: nice restaurant. It was called like Southern cuisine or some ship.
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: I forget what it was called, but I had fried
- 1:39:06Speaker 4: green tomatoes.
- 1:39:08Speaker 7: Good, pretty good, pretty good, pretty good. That's gonna be good.
- 1:39:13Speaker 4: Compaired that with a nice Carolina trout. H that's ununbelievable.
- 1:39:21Speaker 1: Oh man, we got all right, we gotta go eat.
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: Let's let's go. Let's let's all go eat.
- 1:39:25Speaker 7: Alright, cool, See you guys next week.
