- 0:12Speaker 2: who talks.
- 0:16Speaker 3: What's up?
- 0:16Speaker 1: Y'all's your girl?
- 0:17Speaker 3: A j Holiday, What's hey y'all? A TMV? And my
- 0:21Speaker 3: love y'all so much? Thank you for coming back again
- 0:24Speaker 3: this week. How was your weekend? Girl? My weekend was wet.
- 0:29Speaker 3: I was outside. You did have a good weekend work?
- 0:32Speaker 1: Anytime I go outside, people be messaging me like, oh
- 0:34Speaker 1: you was outside, yes, bitch, because it's very I'd be
- 0:37Speaker 1: doing shit. I just don't want to share all the shit.
- 0:40Speaker 1: But yes, this weekend was very lit. Okay, I was
- 0:43Speaker 1: very drunk Friday night at Jeezy concert, started standing on
- 0:47Speaker 1: furniture and security had to tell me to get down
- 0:52Speaker 1: the time. I mean, he said, y'all might as well
- 0:54Speaker 1: take y'all shoes off and get on the chairs. So
- 0:56Speaker 1: I was the only person who did it though.
- 1:01Speaker 3: I love j Z Man. The fucking concert was super lit.
- 1:04Speaker 1: If y'all haven't went to Vegas yet to check out
- 1:07Speaker 1: gez black Tie Affair, it's a big ass formal family reunion, Okay,
- 1:15Speaker 1: I need to go, Yes, Yes, yes, yes, and I
- 1:18Speaker 1: did get to meet Jeez. I feel like I met
- 1:20Speaker 1: Jez before a long time ago, like in Colombia, you know,
- 1:23Speaker 1: like Colombia always been a hub. He said he's born
- 1:25Speaker 1: he was born in Charleston. The whole time, I thought
- 1:27Speaker 1: he was born in Columbia.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I always thought it was Augusta.
- 1:31Speaker 1: No, I knew it wasn't Augusta. I thought it was Columbia.
- 1:33Speaker 1: But he said, no, he was born in Charleston.
- 1:36Speaker 3: M Interesting. But yeah, Jez was a good time, y'all.
- 1:41Speaker 3: And did y'all stay the whole weekend?
- 1:44Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:44Speaker 3: We went to Mary on Saturday.
- 1:47Speaker 1: Are y'all know if I what y'all was talking about
- 1:49Speaker 1: by Mary and how she be up there resting Because
- 1:52Speaker 1: I'd be delusional sometimes, so I did like prepare my
- 1:55Speaker 1: throat just in case, like she needed me to swap
- 1:58Speaker 1: out and come, yeah, do a low one too, in
- 2:02Speaker 1: my mind, like I was gonna get caught up on
- 2:04Speaker 1: stage to do that. But Mary did her thing. Okay,
- 2:09Speaker 1: y'all got to remember, Mary's fifty five years old or
- 2:11Speaker 1: some shit like that, like this is not a young woman.
- 2:13Speaker 3: But when I tell y'all, Mary.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Is fucking beautiful. She's beautiful.
- 2:19Speaker 3: She looked real good.
- 2:20Speaker 1: She looked she looked blissed. Okay, if she need a break,
- 2:26Speaker 1: I heard h You didn't know she need a break.
- 2:29Speaker 1: She needed she needs to get the break.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Like can you perform for two hours? It depends on
- 2:36Speaker 3: what we're performing.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Not not that type of oral two hours worth. The
- 2:46Speaker 1: oral is wild singing or.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Secondf I'm not Corince Stephan shout out to career.
- 2:54Speaker 1: You know my job fucked up, Yiah, you get a
- 2:56Speaker 1: good I don't even want to say ten minutes out me,
- 3:01Speaker 1: I'll be like getting off of it and doing shit
- 3:02Speaker 1: like that.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Can y'all hear it cracking right now? No, we can't
- 3:09Speaker 3: hear it. Y'all can't hear that cracking on the dick.
- 3:13Speaker 3: But man, Mary looks so good like she.
- 3:16Speaker 1: She didn't for some reason, she didn't sing all of
- 3:18Speaker 1: like the super She did a lot of the good songs,
- 3:20Speaker 1: but then she like skip a couple and then like
- 3:23Speaker 1: she had them playing, had the DJ playing them like
- 3:25Speaker 1: during the interlude, girl wanted to sing them songs. Allowed
- 3:28Speaker 1: with you like perform those particular songs. But probably one
- 3:35Speaker 1: thing I was feeling while watching Mary is that women
- 3:39Speaker 1: we really got to know our fucking power.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Like Mary J.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Blige been that bitch her entire life at this point,
- 3:46Speaker 1: but imagine in relationships with men who have like ciphered
- 3:50Speaker 1: her energy and it took her to fifty five years
- 3:52Speaker 1: old to realize that she that bitch right. Because you
- 3:56Speaker 1: have had men like not treating you like you that
- 3:59Speaker 1: bitch right, you kind of internalize it and based off
- 4:04Speaker 1: how you're being treated like as you're as if you're
- 4:06Speaker 1: not worthy or deserving. All I can see, all I
- 4:09Speaker 1: could think about is like how people have utilized her
- 4:13Speaker 1: divine feminine energy for yes, yes man, and you know
- 4:19Speaker 1: she just you know, she started singing no More Drama
- 4:21Speaker 1: and all that stuff, like I could see the you
- 4:23Speaker 1: know going through the songs like My Life was a
- 4:25Speaker 1: great album, but this ship did teach us like pain
- 4:30Speaker 1: and that this is where relationships are and it's just
- 4:32Speaker 1: not or yeah, like it did help people get through
- 4:38Speaker 1: things because it's relatable. But man, I'm telling y'all, relationships
- 4:42Speaker 1: do not. When I tell y'all, my nigga just be
- 4:44Speaker 1: like built in security and be letting me while out
- 4:46Speaker 1: like a badass fucking kid.
- 4:49Speaker 3: We together.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, he was there, yes, like for real, man
- 4:55Speaker 1: through the airport. You're gonna carry all my ship, bitch.
- 4:57Speaker 1: I just get to skip around like a badass kid.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I love that. And that is how like if you
- 5:02Speaker 1: was somebody who's not fucking treating you like a goddess,
- 5:05Speaker 1: get out of there, right, because that's how it's supposed
- 5:08Speaker 1: to be.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Like real men know.
- 5:12Speaker 1: The real value of women and what we are on
- 5:15Speaker 1: this planet. That's all I'm gonna say. But that's how
- 5:17Speaker 1: I felt this weekend watching Mary. I love her so much.
- 5:21Speaker 3: And did you get to meet her at the end? No?
- 5:24Speaker 3: I didn't. We didn't. I ain't meeting nobody.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Apparently she had a meet and greet earlier that day,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and she had to show Friday and Saturday, and like
- 5:34Speaker 1: she she worked all fucking weekend. And another thing I
- 5:38Speaker 1: thought about was these niggas be still having to work,
- 5:40Speaker 1: like people think, just because they're millionaires. Like shit, they
- 5:44Speaker 1: have more bills now, right, so they paycheck. The paycheck
- 5:48Speaker 1: look a little different from ours.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Right, But it's the ship, just a different scale, exactly
- 5:54Speaker 3: same ship. Yeah.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Well, this weekend I celebrated my birthday and we should
- 6:00Speaker 2: have started there.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I need birthday, big tam bam, thank you tell all
- 6:07Speaker 1: those cancers out there. Yeah, all the cancer cancer season
- 6:11Speaker 1: over though the twenty third, so by the time you
- 6:14Speaker 1: hear this, it will be Leo season.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Shout out to Leo. Every year, I typically go some
- 6:21Speaker 2: to some island with somebody's son.
- 6:23Speaker 3: This year I did not do that, and I did
- 6:25Speaker 3: not even care to do that.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Because even if it was like last minute, I just
- 6:30Speaker 2: picked a son and go with them.
- 6:31Speaker 3: But MEI money ho.
- 6:38Speaker 2: Catch your nigga bias toe, But I didn't even feel
- 6:41Speaker 2: like being bothered with nobody's son. This year, I got
- 6:44Speaker 2: me and my sisters. My sister lives in My older
- 6:47Speaker 2: sister lives in d C. So I flew to DC.
- 6:51Speaker 3: My Aaron and Janet.
- 6:53Speaker 2: Shout out to them. They flew in, and Tanya, my
- 6:56Speaker 2: little sister, flew in pregnant. Erran's pregnant, so.
- 7:00Speaker 1: We went to really m h I didn't know that,
- 7:04Speaker 1: So we went to the African and when they all
- 7:07Speaker 1: post war, not me now, but when bitch is gonna
- 7:09Speaker 1: be posting, they'd be pregnant.
- 7:11Speaker 3: Not me that, but that's what people were thinking of pregnant.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Yeah, because we were recorded, I was as big as
- 7:18Speaker 1: a fucking the house.
- 7:18Speaker 3: That's about it, but no weekend. I'm saying, I don't
- 7:22Speaker 3: want to hear about it exactly.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Were fighting if you say something.
- 7:26Speaker 3: So we went to the African American History Museum. I'd
- 7:29Speaker 3: never been.
- 7:29Speaker 2: Everybody else had been a few times, but I'd never been,
- 7:31Speaker 2: so I wanted to go.
- 7:33Speaker 3: We did that.
- 7:34Speaker 2: We did Saturday. We went to the SPA that morning
- 7:37Speaker 2: and we stayed till six at night.
- 7:38Speaker 3: It was amazing. Valley and Springs.
- 7:41Speaker 2: If you're in the DC area, you visit, try that spiral.
- 7:45Speaker 2: It was like so many different rooms and so much
- 7:48Speaker 2: to do that you could just literally be there all day.
- 7:50Speaker 3: It was so great someplace like that, Yeah, it was.
- 7:53Speaker 3: It was. It was excellent.
- 7:54Speaker 2: All the saunas, all the different led light room and
- 7:59Speaker 2: salt room and relaxation room, and they had one room
- 8:02Speaker 2: was like it looked like you were in an aquarium, Like
- 8:05Speaker 2: it was just like fish and like you just like
- 8:07Speaker 2: in the center of an aquarium.
- 8:09Speaker 3: It was just so great. That sounds so tranquil, it was.
- 8:12Speaker 3: It was. I went to sleep in there. I was
- 8:14Speaker 3: in that snore.
- 8:16Speaker 2: I woke up, motherfuckers looking at me, like this is
- 8:18Speaker 2: supposed to be in a peaceful space.
- 8:21Speaker 1: All right, that dried up spit on the side right exactly.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Then that night we went to a dog One, which
- 8:30Speaker 2: is like an African fusion cuisine, new place in DC.
- 8:38Speaker 2: When I tell you that food was so good. Oh
- 8:43Speaker 2: my gosh, it was so so good. If y'all go
- 8:46Speaker 2: to DC, go there dog On. They just opened. It
- 8:48Speaker 2: was hard to get a reservation there, but we made
- 8:50Speaker 2: it happen. So if you go there, try their food.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And then on Sunday I went to Park and do
- 8:57Speaker 2: you remember the twins that went to Benedict with us?
- 8:59Speaker 2: Jeremy and I can't.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Remember the older twins. The other twins one was big,
- 9:04Speaker 3: remember Lee and Lost?
- 9:05Speaker 1: I remember them big niggas from Philly or Jerseys.
- 9:07Speaker 3: They I remember they were from the DC area. But
- 9:11Speaker 3: it was bad. I can't remember, like there was bad.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Bro. Why when I walk up to Park, I hear
- 9:18Speaker 1: somebody hollering my name, like, who the fuck is that?
- 9:21Speaker 2: It's the police? I said, oh, Ship, that's the police.
- 9:23Speaker 2: It was one of the twins. They're both police officers.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Now I couldn't believe it.
- 9:27Speaker 3: I was like, y'all were so awful and now y'all
- 9:30Speaker 3: are law enforcement. That's crazy. Now they get to be
- 9:32Speaker 3: bad with a badge.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Yeah, that's really how you're supposed to do it.
- 9:39Speaker 3: If you're gonna sell drugs, just be a police officer.
- 9:41Speaker 1: You can steal drugs and sell them at the same time, right.
- 9:47Speaker 3: And stealing money. And that was a good time.
- 9:50Speaker 2: They had like bombless, like food was bottomless.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Most is bottomless. Yeah, like you could just keep eating.
- 9:56Speaker 2: But you got a two hour time limit there, but
- 9:58Speaker 2: we was in there like three hours and change, you know,
- 10:01Speaker 2: but it says each table is two hours. But they
- 10:03Speaker 2: didn't put us out because my sister pay for them
- 10:05Speaker 2: to put like a big sign up that's a happy birthday,
- 10:08Speaker 2: tam bam. And it was just a nice time with
- 10:11Speaker 2: my girls and my sisters.
- 10:12Speaker 3: So that was it.
- 10:13Speaker 2: It was very no clubs. We ain't do no clubs,
- 10:16Speaker 2: We ain't do none of that. It was just more like,
- 10:18Speaker 2: I mean, park is kind of like a club. Ish
- 10:21Speaker 2: is food, you know how brunch is. It was good
- 10:28Speaker 2: and I.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Did not get laid. That was the only thing that
- 10:33Speaker 3: didn't happen. But it's okay. I don't have to I think.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I mean, I feel like I have went a couple
- 10:41Speaker 1: of times on a birthday with our sacks now, but
- 10:45Speaker 1: just go to sleep.
- 10:47Speaker 3: I didn't even do that because, yeah, I slept with
- 10:51Speaker 3: my sister. It would have been weird. Your sister would
- 10:54Speaker 3: have put your ays to fuck out? Yes she would.
- 11:00Speaker 1: Hell's wrong with you? That's sex for harassment. Yeah, all right,
- 11:06Speaker 1: let's get into this. And y'all know how I have
- 11:11Speaker 1: said on this show multiple times that if you are
- 11:15Speaker 1: in the job market, if you are trying to enter
- 11:17Speaker 1: the workforce, you better not put that you are black
- 11:23Speaker 1: slash African American, like they haven't listed on the applications.
- 11:28Speaker 3: You better put that you're white. I put either I
- 11:31Speaker 3: do white or I do Indian, like when I was
- 11:33Speaker 3: in the job market.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Right.
- 11:35Speaker 1: But work Day is the AI software that most of
- 11:40Speaker 1: these companies use now their HR software, and it has
- 11:45Speaker 1: they've they've basically been.
- 11:48Speaker 3: In court since last year.
- 11:49Speaker 1: A black man by the name of Derek Mobley filed
- 11:53Speaker 1: a lawsuit against him and it's now it's a class
- 11:54Speaker 1: action lawsuit for discrimination. Basically, he was rejected from one
- 12:01Speaker 1: hundred jobs using work Day's platform, often within minutes of applying.
- 12:06Speaker 1: He said he would get like, you know, rejection letters,
- 12:08Speaker 1: like in the middle of the night, like how did
- 12:11Speaker 1: anybody review my shit that soon to reject my application,
- 12:15Speaker 1: so I probably he probably just got fed up, like
- 12:17Speaker 1: what the fuck? We already know like this is happening.
- 12:20Speaker 1: So they're using AI software right to discriminate against people.
- 12:25Speaker 1: And you see, like the housing market, houses cost half
- 12:28Speaker 1: a million dollars. Who's getting the income to pay for
- 12:32Speaker 1: these things? We aren't even when we're qualified because our
- 12:35Speaker 1: application isn't even getting in front of the hiring manager, right,
- 12:40Speaker 1: it says. Court filing suggests one point one billion job
- 12:45Speaker 1: applications were rejected through work Day system during the relevant period.
- 12:51Speaker 1: More than eighty percent of US employers now use some
- 12:55Speaker 1: form of AI, and of course black eye applicants so
- 13:01Speaker 1: race age, so they were kicking out people who were
- 13:06Speaker 1: over the age of forty.
- 13:08Speaker 3: That's our generation that we have all a student loan debt.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Y'all told us to go to fucking college, and now
- 13:14Speaker 1: you won't give us the jobs to pay the money
- 13:15Speaker 1: back because all student loans is is a cash advance
- 13:18Speaker 1: on your future paychecks because they don't have enough money
- 13:21Speaker 1: to let everybody go to school. So essentially it's just
- 13:24Speaker 1: a cycle of bullshit, and then y'all not employing us,
- 13:27Speaker 1: Like what the fuck is up with that.
- 13:30Speaker 3: And they wonder why a nigga'll become a police to
- 13:32Speaker 3: sell CREC.
- 13:34Speaker 1: Or where all my scamming ass nigga is that?
- 13:37Speaker 3: Because you have to right what you're gonna do, what
- 13:41Speaker 3: you're gonna do. Yeah, so fuck you workday right work
- 13:49Speaker 3: pase Yeah yeah adp. For sure.
- 13:54Speaker 1: They were trying to get the course to throw it out,
- 13:56Speaker 1: but the judge in California, where the case is currently
- 14:00Speaker 1: in federal court, said hell.
- 14:02Speaker 3: No, I'm gonna hear it. I'm good, yeah, because that's
- 14:07Speaker 3: just terrible.
- 14:07Speaker 2: But I mean, just more of the same, just finding
- 14:11Speaker 2: new ways to just come in.
- 14:13Speaker 3: This is as lazy as fuck.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Now. I want to get your application and see your
- 14:16Speaker 1: email address a holiday styles at gmail dot com.
- 14:20Speaker 3: Right, how they're making robots racist nigger y'all.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I any chance I get to push back against the establishment,
- 14:31Speaker 1: I take it. So when I was coming back from
- 14:34Speaker 1: from either I was going to or coming back from
- 14:37Speaker 1: Costa Rica, like I never do the facial recognition shit
- 14:40Speaker 1: in the airports, and one of the TSA people at security, Uh,
- 14:45Speaker 1: you know, you got to go through customs. One of
- 14:47Speaker 1: the customs agents was like trying to give me a
- 14:50Speaker 1: hard time, like making me try to make me feel
- 14:52Speaker 1: like I'm being like like because you could opt out, right,
- 14:57Speaker 1: but then they always make you like go through a
- 14:58Speaker 1: longer line or something stupid shit. Right, I got pre check,
- 15:04Speaker 1: so I shouldn't have to go through all all the
- 15:06Speaker 1: bullshit pre check and global entry, so I shouldn't even
- 15:10Speaker 1: have to go through all the bullshit. And when you don't,
- 15:11Speaker 1: let them do your biometric testing, because that's what they're
- 15:15Speaker 1: doing is scanning your face, which that ship is racist
- 15:17Speaker 1: as fuck because they'll line you up for a crime
- 15:19Speaker 1: you don't commit based on how your eyes slanted, just
- 15:21Speaker 1: based on.
- 15:22Speaker 3: The skin, the skin color.
- 15:23Speaker 1: So that's the problem with AI because humans are still
- 15:26Speaker 1: programming these things behind the scenes.
- 15:28Speaker 3: It's not like AI is just doing its thing.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It's it's it's it's programming, it's coding that's done by
- 15:35Speaker 1: a human for now, until AI starts writing its own code.
- 15:40Speaker 2: Let me tell you something exactly, and then that's when
- 15:42Speaker 2: the apocalypse will begin.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Let me tell you that fucking machine at the airport.
- 15:48Speaker 2: If I don't smile, it flags me every time I
- 15:52Speaker 2: have to slide. If I just stand there and look,
- 15:57Speaker 2: they'll they'll definitely be like, oh no, you have to
- 16:00Speaker 2: go over here and they have to check you.
- 16:02Speaker 1: You just asked to opt out. You don't have to
- 16:05Speaker 1: do any of those things. You can ask to do
- 16:08Speaker 1: it the traditional way, the way that the government is
- 16:10Speaker 1: able to do things is because the people are complicit
- 16:13Speaker 1: and we don't question shit. Okay, it's gonna be people
- 16:17Speaker 1: like me that make sure some of us live.
- 16:21Speaker 3: You remed it your mic, Yeah.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Yeah, because you feel like it's saving your time. But
- 16:28Speaker 2: oh now I can just show my face and now yeah,
- 16:32Speaker 2: because I mean they already got my shit all over
- 16:35Speaker 2: the place. Now I'm doing it all on Facebook.
- 16:38Speaker 3: But the thing is, if they already got our faces,
- 16:40Speaker 3: why we got.
- 16:40Speaker 1: To do this every time? You see what I'm saying.
- 16:42Speaker 1: If the thing is that, oh they got our DNA
- 16:45Speaker 1: or they got our faces, why do we have to
- 16:47Speaker 1: do these things every single time?
- 16:49Speaker 3: Then if that were.
- 16:50Speaker 1: The case, to make sure it's you, they type me, Man,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you got my I can give you my driver's license
- 16:56Speaker 1: and my passport and my flight ticket.
- 16:58Speaker 3: That's all you need. Don't need me to scan my
- 17:00Speaker 3: fucking eyes into some shit.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Right baby, We're on the way to them chipping everybody,
- 17:08Speaker 2: so they already chipped us.
- 17:10Speaker 1: The cell phone is a chip. We can't do nothing
- 17:12Speaker 1: without it. You ever tried to go a day without
- 17:15Speaker 1: like having the phone?
- 17:16Speaker 3: They don't have to.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Physically, you can't even order food at a restaurant no
- 17:20Speaker 2: more without a phone.
- 17:20Speaker 1: You need a QR code. They see a mini and
- 17:23Speaker 1: I don't know, y'all. We can go onto the next step.
- 17:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna say this one last thing. They some people
- 17:28Speaker 1: are fucking chip. That was talking to a guy in
- 17:29Speaker 1: the airport about this because he tried to like say
- 17:31Speaker 1: some slick shit to me. He was like, you already
- 17:33Speaker 1: got nano boxing your body. I said, I am not vaccinated,
- 17:35Speaker 1: because that is how those nano bots were placed in
- 17:39Speaker 1: some people's body. Do some research on mRNA Moderna, that
- 17:44Speaker 1: particular company, and how the tech they first had the
- 17:48Speaker 1: vaccine named as technology. They go to archives dot org
- 17:54Speaker 1: and you can see the original heading on their website,
- 17:58Speaker 1: which has now been taken down.
- 18:00Speaker 2: Well, I ain't take that shot, all right home, listen
- 18:02Speaker 2: to this this creator on social media, all right. This
- 18:09Speaker 2: creator has gone viral after sharing her experience of being
- 18:12Speaker 2: catfished by her ex boyfriend, who used her photos to
- 18:16Speaker 2: solicit new images from men.
- 18:20Speaker 3: Wow.
- 18:21Speaker 1: She became with catfit. He was using her to catfish
- 18:24Speaker 1: men men.
- 18:26Speaker 3: Yikes.
- 18:26Speaker 2: She became suspicious during the relationship and decided to look
- 18:29Speaker 2: through his phone, believing he might be cheating. Although she
- 18:32Speaker 2: initially didn't find much, just some dating apps, she discovered
- 18:36Speaker 2: that her own photos were being used in a profile
- 18:39Speaker 2: where he was pretending to be her. He had been
- 18:41Speaker 2: sending her intimate pictures in exchange for new photos from
- 18:44Speaker 2: men on these apps.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Damn. She has since fiut a report and he was
- 18:48Speaker 3: arrested for the unlawful use and distribution of photos. Can
- 18:53Speaker 3: you imagine?
- 18:54Speaker 1: I couldn't if you actually if y'all see this online
- 18:58Speaker 1: and she's actually telling what happened, like on TikTok and
- 19:01Speaker 1: some shit. She said that she had already filed the
- 19:04Speaker 1: police report and they were going like to this just
- 19:07Speaker 1: this just happened fourth of July. She said they were
- 19:10Speaker 1: going to his family's house for Fourth of July and
- 19:12Speaker 1: she had the police come near to pick him up
- 19:13Speaker 1: because she needed She was already like you know, getting
- 19:16Speaker 1: her own place and all that stuff. She needed him
- 19:17Speaker 1: away to do what she what she needed to do.
- 19:20Speaker 1: And now his family is harassing her talking about this
- 19:23Speaker 1: could have stayed in house. You like, well, the whole
- 19:26Speaker 1: world gets to see my pussy, so no, it can't
- 19:28Speaker 1: stay in house, right right, and your son has violated me.
- 19:32Speaker 1: This is why I prefer niggas mama to be the
- 19:34Speaker 1: ancestors unless they're good people.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Unless they're good But I like you, I like as
- 19:40Speaker 2: you've changed it to unless they're good people, because before
- 19:43Speaker 2: it was matter no.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I would say unless they're in a healthy relationship. Okay, yeah,
- 19:48Speaker 1: I would always say that. Now the mama's and sisters,
- 19:50Speaker 1: they gotta have their own nigga because this mine, this
- 19:52Speaker 1: is my nigga, this is my fish. So yeah, she
- 19:55Speaker 1: was saying how she had his ass picked up at
- 19:57Speaker 1: his mama's house basically at a cookout, and you know
- 20:00Speaker 1: he would She said he was acting like leading, like
- 20:05Speaker 1: she knew what was going on, like she she could
- 20:08Speaker 1: have been acting some way towards him, but she said
- 20:10Speaker 1: any little thing she did, just acting normal was annoying
- 20:13Speaker 1: the fuck out of him because he don't really like women.
- 20:16Speaker 1: And this is what we'd be saying when men are
- 20:19Speaker 1: abusive towards women, is because y'all be battling, not y'all
- 20:22Speaker 1: not saying every man, right, But those men are battling
- 20:26Speaker 1: their sexuality and so they can't show up as them
- 20:29Speaker 1: real self. So now getting you're getting mad at the
- 20:32Speaker 1: weaker link that's closest to you, basically, like you feel
- 20:35Speaker 1: like that that woman's weaker, so you're taking it out
- 20:37Speaker 1: on her instead of just being your fucking self.
- 20:40Speaker 3: There's this woman on TikTok. Now.
- 20:42Speaker 2: She is from Columbia, South Carolina, and her husband died.
- 20:45Speaker 2: She didn't say how he died. He was in his seventies.
- 20:48Speaker 2: But she is reading it's called blue panties and bourbon.
- 20:51Speaker 2: I think that's what's called. Uh. And she's reading emails.
- 20:54Speaker 2: She's been going through her husband's emails. He was gay
- 20:58Speaker 2: for a long time and he was soliciting sex for
- 21:00Speaker 2: men for a long time.
- 21:02Speaker 3: And she just was reading all the emails.
- 21:04Speaker 1: She never knew how did he die?
- 21:08Speaker 2: That's what I don't know. Okay, she seems to she
- 21:12Speaker 2: like in her fifty she's like fifty four. He was
- 21:14Speaker 2: seventy one. And she said, I'm reading these emails, y'all.
- 21:17Speaker 2: I can't afford therapy. So here we go and she
- 21:20Speaker 2: just reads all the emails, and I'm telling you it
- 21:22Speaker 2: goes there. He was really having a good time, and
- 21:25Speaker 2: like people from Forrest Acres, South Caro, Columbia are like
- 21:29Speaker 2: upset with her because apparently he was like well respected,
- 21:34Speaker 2: well respected figure in the community and now.
- 21:37Speaker 3: She's a churchgoer, right, tarnishing his name?
- 21:40Speaker 1: But no right because he should have been himself.
- 21:44Speaker 3: You see.
- 21:45Speaker 1: The thing is is that you're putting somebody else's life
- 21:48Speaker 1: in your hand.
- 21:49Speaker 2: You need to be exposed, right, I agree? And he
- 21:53Speaker 2: said he was a verse bottom. Y'all if y'all know
- 21:55Speaker 2: where that is, please tell Auntie because I don't know
- 21:58Speaker 2: what that means. We got to act chat GPT. What
- 22:00Speaker 2: is a verse bottom? That mean he could do like what?
- 22:05Speaker 3: Maybe he can do it on a handstand in reverse?
- 22:08Speaker 1: Wait a minute, what is a verse bottom?
- 22:12Speaker 3: Verse? Bottom?
- 22:14Speaker 1: Verse is short for versustile, referring to a person who
- 22:17Speaker 1: enjoys both giving and receiving during sex. A verse bottom
- 22:21Speaker 1: or sometimes versatile bottom, means the individual prefers to be
- 22:24Speaker 1: the receiver the bottom, but it's open to or enjoys
- 22:30Speaker 1: taking the giving top position on occasion he was getting fucked,
- 22:36Speaker 1: I ain't ready to give too, But that wasn't his preference.
- 22:39Speaker 1: His preference was being a bottom.
- 22:44Speaker 3: That's so scary.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I don't know that makes a difference. My niggas a
- 22:48Speaker 1: bottom versus the top, like doesn't make a difference. Remember
- 22:54Speaker 1: for black girls, what's the movie not for black girls?
- 22:57Speaker 3: Girls? Oh yeah? Oh you doing the bendon yes, entrant girl. Mm.
- 23:06Speaker 3: This world is terrible, man, and you just never know
- 23:09Speaker 3: who you're laying next to. It's kind of scary. It is,
- 23:13Speaker 3: it is.
- 23:14Speaker 1: It's very much so scary.
- 23:19Speaker 3: So y'all.
- 23:21Speaker 1: So Spain was recently beat in the FIFA World Cup
- 23:27Speaker 1: by excuse me, Argentina was recently beat in the FIFA
- 23:31Speaker 1: World Cup by by Barcelona, Spain, and since then, this
- 23:37Speaker 1: particular restaurant has been going viral. It is called it's
- 23:43Speaker 1: a restaurant in Argentina called Big Nigga Burger. Big Nigga Burger. Okay,
- 23:50Speaker 1: the name of this restaurant. The controversy centers on a
- 23:54Speaker 1: burger restaurant in Lovo Lovo Lovio, a suburb of Buenos
- 24:00Speaker 1: that operates under the name Big Nigga burg And that's nigga.
- 24:05Speaker 1: The restaurant goal has gone viral and internationally because it
- 24:09Speaker 1: uses one of the most offensive racial slurs in English
- 24:13Speaker 1: as its brand name, along with a black Burger, along
- 24:17Speaker 1: with black Burger buns, hip hop aesthetics, and menu items
- 24:23Speaker 1: incorporating the same word. So many people, particularly in the
- 24:28Speaker 1: US and other English speaking countries, view the restaurant branding
- 24:32Speaker 1: as using a highly offensive racial slur for marketing, commercializing
- 24:38Speaker 1: black culture while using stereotypes attempting to generate attention through
- 24:43Speaker 1: shock value rather than cultural appreciation appropriate appreciation. The restaurant
- 24:50Speaker 1: social media videos spread rapidly across TikTok x and Instagram,
- 24:54Speaker 1: leading to a widespread criticism and disbelief that a business
- 24:57Speaker 1: could openly use that name. I don't know how tutissm
- 25:00Speaker 1: and maybe just be a meme. Somebody said one is
- 25:02Speaker 1: being open in Atlanta, Big Nigga Burger Atlanta, Big Nigga
- 25:09Speaker 1: Burger at l Burn that place down. If Nigga's open it,
- 25:15Speaker 1: I'll see what the burger is hitting from.
- 25:19Speaker 3: So it says some argent You see the picture.
- 25:25Speaker 1: That should burn the fuck up? Yeah, okay, y'all gold
- 25:29Speaker 1: man Jesus Christ. Some Argentines have argued that the owners
- 25:34Speaker 1: may not fully understand the historical weight of the slur.
- 25:37Speaker 1: The historical weight the slur carries in the United States,
- 25:41Speaker 1: American hip hop has made the word uh familiar, has
- 25:45Speaker 1: made the word familiar familiar Jesus Christ internationally, even where
- 25:51Speaker 1: its history isn't always understood. Argentina uses the Spanish word niggro.
- 25:57Speaker 1: And this is what I thought. Why didn't they call
- 25:58Speaker 1: it big niggro burger that means black? Why do they
- 26:02Speaker 1: use big nigga n I g g a burger? They
- 26:04Speaker 1: know exactly what the fuck they're doing, it, says Argentina.
- 26:08Speaker 1: Argentina uses the Spanish or nigro in many contexts that
- 26:12Speaker 1: don't directly translate to American racial dynamics.
- 26:15Speaker 3: We know negro, and we understand that is the black
- 26:22Speaker 3: were always being gas lit by everybody. I mean, it's
- 26:26Speaker 3: it's just a.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Weird people so obsessed with us because we the gods. Man,
- 26:32Speaker 1: we are the gods, got a voultron up against us.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Where's the big cracker burger? Right, A white ass fucking
- 26:42Speaker 1: I don't know, sultine.
- 26:48Speaker 3: A big ruskin burger, I don't know, is always us goodness? Yeah,
- 26:56Speaker 3: I don't even want to say the other words.
- 26:58Speaker 1: But yeah, because I mean crackers pretty you know, predominant
- 27:02Speaker 1: and predominantly used in the US. But everybody chinkspect all
- 27:06Speaker 1: these other words. Why are we always under attack like that? Yeah,
- 27:11Speaker 1: it's the weirdest thing. And y'all know, like the the
- 27:15Speaker 1: indigenous people from all these places are black.
- 27:18Speaker 3: Okay, they have whitewashed South America.
- 27:22Speaker 1: So imagine these damn colonizers playing the playing in our
- 27:25Speaker 1: face the sand much.
- 27:27Speaker 2: To look good though, y'all, I'm hungry.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Nothing called no big nigga burger. I haven't think about it.
- 27:35Speaker 3: That big nigga who'll be dancing in the restaurants.
- 27:38Speaker 1: Yeah, well he ain't even dancing out often no more
- 27:41Speaker 1: after they tried to kill that man. Yeah, I haven't
- 27:45Speaker 1: had I didn't have breakfast and it's after lunch.
- 27:49Speaker 3: And that was like a big, bigger burger right now, yo,
- 27:53Speaker 3: big black ass.
- 27:55Speaker 1: But yah, I wanted to talk about, uh, howess okay?
- 28:01Speaker 1: Is there a happiness gap right now? Like there's Is
- 28:04Speaker 1: there a happiness? Is there a gap between you know,
- 28:07Speaker 1: accumulating all this stuff and how we actually feel? Are
- 28:14Speaker 1: you getting Yeah? All right, we'll be right back, all right, y'all,
- 28:24Speaker 1: and we are back. And I want to ask a question.
- 28:29Speaker 1: Why do we have more stuff, more things than ever
- 28:33Speaker 1: we got more access to things, We have more products
- 28:37Speaker 1: and services for convenience, all this stuff, but I feel
- 28:41Speaker 1: like most people still feel like less fulfilled. I mentioned
- 28:46Speaker 1: one time on the show. It was a post uh.
- 28:49Speaker 1: These two dudes was talking on a podcast and was like,
- 28:51Speaker 1: what would you do during What would you do if
- 28:54Speaker 1: the world start coming to and like during a zombie
- 28:57Speaker 1: apocalypse or something like that, And he was like, man,
- 28:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna just lay down.
- 29:00Speaker 3: I don't feel like it.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And everybody in the comments was like ready to die,
- 29:06Speaker 1: like they were ready to just give up.
- 29:07Speaker 3: It seemed like they only needed one reason to give up.
- 29:10Speaker 1: I am such a fucking warrior bitch. I'm gonna survive
- 29:13Speaker 1: this shit and and I'm gonna live to tell the
- 29:16Speaker 1: next people about it. Since y'all ready to go so bad,
- 29:18Speaker 1: it's like, you might as well go today. Why are
- 29:20Speaker 1: you gonna wait for some bad shit to happen?
- 29:24Speaker 3: Go today?
- 29:25Speaker 2: Because what I'm not trying to ever go? Yeah, I like,
- 29:29Speaker 2: I'm gonna live forever, So I don't know.
- 29:31Speaker 1: Yeah, It's just it's just the weirdest thing to me.
- 29:33Speaker 1: So with all the all the things that we have,
- 29:36Speaker 1: all the i mean, our lives right now, like, though
- 29:40Speaker 1: it is harder in some ways, it is not as
- 29:44Speaker 1: hard as our parents had it. It's just not like
- 29:49Speaker 1: our parents ain't have time to think for real. A
- 29:51Speaker 1: lot of them, a lot of people. We talk about
- 29:53Speaker 1: the fifties.
- 29:54Speaker 2: And like, by had a house. When our parents bought
- 29:58Speaker 2: a house, was just alive, easier. Yeah you can have Yeah,
- 30:03Speaker 2: you can have a house.
- 30:05Speaker 3: You could have the quintessential American dream. Mm. Now most
- 30:10Speaker 3: people are renting.
- 30:12Speaker 2: Like I was watching this band and he was son,
- 30:16Speaker 2: his son really talks really bad to him, and he
- 30:20Speaker 2: like he's only five, but he says what he thinks
- 30:24Speaker 2: mm hmm. And he was like, he told his daddy
- 30:27Speaker 2: to build him, uh, build him something in his bedroom
- 30:31Speaker 2: or he would beat him.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Right, he said, I'm renting. I can't build you anything house.
- 30:41Speaker 3: This ain't even my shit. And that's like most of us.
- 30:45Speaker 1: It's just I think most of us can afford a house, right,
- 30:49Speaker 1: because most of us can afford rent. We have other
- 30:52Speaker 1: things that are against us that our parents didn't have. Like, yeah,
- 30:55Speaker 1: they did have discrimination, obviously, right, there was redlining all
- 30:58Speaker 1: that shit, But you could get a house in the
- 31:01Speaker 1: in most areas, most places, right, because my mom the
- 31:07Speaker 1: house my mom lives in. It used to be more
- 31:09Speaker 1: black families around there, but it was mixed. It was
- 31:11Speaker 1: a black and white neighborhood, right, And and they bought
- 31:15Speaker 1: their house in the eighties, which I guess maybe in
- 31:18Speaker 1: the fifties it.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Was a little bit harder, but by the after, like eighties,
- 31:22Speaker 2: it was probably the best, easiest time.
- 31:24Speaker 3: But I might I don't know, but I just feel like.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Niggas was putting five dollars down on the house.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Yeah, but now we have all these they are they
- 31:33Speaker 1: just don't want us owning anything.
- 31:36Speaker 3: That's all that this is about.
- 31:37Speaker 1: This is about us having twenty dollars, a car, a job,
- 31:43Speaker 1: a place to stay, and that's it.
- 31:44Speaker 3: They don't want.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Us and always owing money. They want consistently working and owing.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it's that cultureself hate.
- 31:53Speaker 2: I love my iPhone, but I also hate iPhone because
- 31:56Speaker 2: it's like I'm always gonna owe you money. I'm all, God,
- 32:00Speaker 2: I have to pay you for music every month. I
- 32:02Speaker 2: have to upgrade my phone.
- 32:04Speaker 3: My phone.
- 32:05Speaker 1: Another episode I wanted to have, actually about when the
- 32:08Speaker 1: fuck did the subscription culture come along?
- 32:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it's like I have.
- 32:11Speaker 2: To pay every month for this fucking phone only to
- 32:15Speaker 2: need when I'm done. By the time I'm finished painting
- 32:17Speaker 2: it off, it's another one come out, and I have to.
- 32:21Speaker 2: I have to because this one will soon start working.
- 32:24Speaker 3: Well.
- 32:25Speaker 1: I got a twelve Promax, but I just got this
- 32:29Speaker 1: as a replacement.
- 32:30Speaker 2: It'll glitch, it'll start like working slower, and then eventually
- 32:34Speaker 2: the software will no longer work.
- 32:36Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't even I can't even download the most
- 32:39Speaker 1: recent software. But that's when I buy a new phone,
- 32:41Speaker 1: when this phone completely dies. I don't give a damn
- 32:45Speaker 1: about the phone in that way, Like I don't have
- 32:46Speaker 1: to have the newest of anything, even the cars they
- 32:49Speaker 1: coming out with. Now you gotta have a subscription to
- 32:51Speaker 1: play a fucking radio, and you gotta buy the four tires.
- 32:54Speaker 3: You can't just buy one tire. It's all type of
- 32:56Speaker 3: weird ass shit.
- 32:57Speaker 1: But I think we cause the cell phone stuff right
- 33:00Speaker 1: because people used to complain about having a contract. But
- 33:02Speaker 1: you didn't have to pay for the phone when you
- 33:04Speaker 1: had a contract, and you'd have a contract anywhere, I mean,
- 33:06Speaker 1: you would have the phone anyway, So why complain about
- 33:09Speaker 1: the two year contract?
- 33:10Speaker 3: I never understood. But now you still.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Got the two year contract, and now you're paying a
- 33:14Speaker 1: thousand dollars plus for a cell phone, So we'd be
- 33:17Speaker 1: finessing ourselves a lot of times and don't realize it
- 33:20Speaker 1: because now you financing a phone that's added onto the
- 33:22Speaker 1: cell phone bill every month, that's all.
- 33:24Speaker 2: What about paying a bill to pay a bill? Like
- 33:26Speaker 2: why gott to give you five dollars to pay my bill?
- 33:30Speaker 2: That shs me so bad.
- 33:33Speaker 1: I was paying Dasha's vet bill, or I was paying
- 33:36Speaker 1: for the stool sample, so to use my debit card,
- 33:39Speaker 1: they want to charge me three percent?
- 33:41Speaker 3: And I said, but do y'all not realize this is Yes,
- 33:44Speaker 3: it is.
- 33:44Speaker 1: A convenience for us, but it also offers y'all the
- 33:46Speaker 1: opportunity to get more transactions, more than y'all would usually
- 33:49Speaker 1: get if somebody had to go get cash, So y'all
- 33:52Speaker 1: should Why are y'all passing these fees onto the consumer? Girl,
- 33:57Speaker 1: It's just such a fucking scam.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Girl.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Being a Vegas is past weekend really was pissing me'all.
- 34:03Speaker 1: I got all type of charges on my debit card.
- 34:04Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to like go sort out and see
- 34:06Speaker 1: like what are what are?
- 34:08Speaker 3: What is charge you? What the fuck? Like the hotel
- 34:12Speaker 3: charged me three hundred and something like, what are I
- 34:13Speaker 3: paid for this in advance? What the fuck is happening?
- 34:16Speaker 2: Yeah, why do I still owe you three hundred dollars
- 34:18Speaker 2: after I've already.
- 34:19Speaker 3: Paid for this shit?
- 34:20Speaker 1: The bottle water was twenty dollars, girl, a bottle water,
- 34:26Speaker 1: and they didn't have those signs saying that they were
- 34:28Speaker 1: charging for it. I thought it was complimentary, because usually
- 34:31Speaker 1: hotel shit is complimentary.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Twenty dollars. I drunk both two of them.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Forty dollars worth of bottle of water and the coffee
- 34:39Speaker 1: sixteen dollars for the coffee that comes in the room.
- 34:42Speaker 3: Yikes, girl, that's the liner at my stress.
- 34:48Speaker 2: We should have collectively overthrown the government by this time,
- 34:53Speaker 2: not just black, not just white, everybody.
- 34:57Speaker 1: I think that's what we had in And that's the
- 34:59Speaker 1: silverl or right, because I think this is the first
- 35:02Speaker 1: time in history.
- 35:02Speaker 3: Because if you didn't.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Realize with the last election that there are no sides,
- 35:07Speaker 1: it is one fucking it's one thing. It's no there's
- 35:11Speaker 1: no Democrat, there's no Republicans. So if you're still one
- 35:14Speaker 1: of those people that's thinking like this separate, its fucking
- 35:17Speaker 1: not right. But I do think like this time right now,
- 35:21Speaker 1: is the first time. Everybody is man like, everybody fed up.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Everybody we tied of y'all fucking with kids, Okay, we
- 35:31Speaker 1: tied are like the heavy ass inflation to breathe, the
- 35:35Speaker 1: gas prices, like we all fucking tired.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Everybody tired.
- 35:39Speaker 2: Everybody's fucking tired, black, white, green, and everything under the umbrella.
- 35:43Speaker 2: Tired of kids getting shot in school, were tied in
- 35:46Speaker 2: the fucking prices of everything, can't have a house. I'm
- 35:49Speaker 2: tired of these motherfucking concert kids. I don't know if
- 35:52Speaker 2: I'm seeing Chris Brown, Raymond and Brown.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Concerts like that anyway, Like usually, yeah, I didn't have
- 36:01Speaker 1: to pay for him.
- 36:02Speaker 3: That's what I mean.
- 36:03Speaker 1: And the big arena concerts, Like I kind of felt
- 36:05Speaker 1: a little bit of full mo about jay z concert
- 36:07Speaker 1: just because I saw a post that said, you broke
- 36:09Speaker 1: if you ain't been there, like if you missed this shit,
- 36:15Speaker 1: like you ain't shit in life for real, That's how
- 36:17Speaker 1: they was saying it. But I don't really like the
- 36:19Speaker 1: big arena shit because I believe in energy harvesting, you
- 36:23Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, Like people be feeling weary after
- 36:25Speaker 1: they leave these shows, and she's like that tired like, yeah,
- 36:29Speaker 1: you don't know what happened during the show, all type
- 36:31Speaker 1: of little weird shit you got all of these people.
- 36:32Speaker 1: If y'all don't think black magic exists, I don't know.
- 36:35Speaker 1: I don't know what to tell y'all, because shit, black
- 36:39Speaker 1: people in particular in America have been under spell for
- 36:41Speaker 1: a long time.
- 36:42Speaker 2: There's only one time I really, like really subscribe to that,
- 36:46Speaker 2: and that was at Drake in twenty one Savage concert YEP,
- 36:49Speaker 2: And I was like, I don't know about this. I
- 36:51Speaker 2: don't think my God is happy with what I mean.
- 36:54Speaker 2: I felt my body, my soul was my spirit felt bad.
- 36:57Speaker 2: What's the dude from Off White, the designer Vergin? Yes,
- 37:02Speaker 2: they had the big ass statue of Vert. What is
- 37:04Speaker 2: that They have now deified him?
- 37:07Speaker 1: Right?
- 37:08Speaker 3: They killed him.
- 37:09Speaker 1: That man did not die like of natural causes, right,
- 37:13Speaker 1: so they sacrificed him and now they like have him
- 37:15Speaker 1: up the same thing they do with Martin.
- 37:16Speaker 3: Luther King, Like it's the same thing.
- 37:19Speaker 2: They had a big ass grim reaper flying with a
- 37:22Speaker 2: with like a bloody knife. I mean he was flying
- 37:26Speaker 2: across the room.
- 37:27Speaker 3: They had blood on him on his outfit. Yeah, like
- 37:29Speaker 3: he had on like a butcher outfit. I was like,
- 37:32Speaker 3: this is kind of dark. I just wanted to I
- 37:35Speaker 3: don't God, what was his God's plan, God's planning me?
- 37:40Speaker 3: That's what I came for.
- 37:41Speaker 1: But that might be God's plan. You just have to
- 37:43Speaker 1: question who these people's gods is. Everybody is not serving
- 37:47Speaker 1: the same God. Yeah, and that's what people need.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Maybe I was at the bar and then consume spirit,
- 37:54Speaker 2: you know, right, So here's.
- 37:58Speaker 3: That so yep.
- 38:00Speaker 1: So we're living in a time now where it's more convenience,
- 38:03Speaker 1: more entertainment, more technology, more opportunities than any other generation before.
- 38:09Speaker 1: But yet we have the most anxiety, loneliness like yes, suicide, dissatisfaction,
- 38:19Speaker 1: dissatisfaction with life in general. I just I want to
- 38:24Speaker 1: know why, Like why is that? Why is that even happening?
- 38:27Speaker 1: I guess we've kind of touched on some of the things.
- 38:30Speaker 3: Right, It's just that we are doing a lot to
- 38:34Speaker 3: get a little bit mm hm. And so that there
- 38:39Speaker 3: we don't have a middle ground.
- 38:40Speaker 2: There's no balance, Yeah there is, and the rich people
- 38:47Speaker 2: are richer and the pot like there is no middle
- 38:51Speaker 2: class anymore, either you want or the other.
- 38:54Speaker 1: Yeah, So like the millionaires are now our middle class
- 38:57Speaker 1: and everybody else's is just we are below pack poverty
- 39:01Speaker 1: poverty level for real.
- 39:02Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, you can afford to do
- 39:03Speaker 3: the I won't. I'm saying that.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Collectively, right, because if you manage your money properly, you won't.
- 39:10Speaker 3: It won't be all like you know good today, but
- 39:13Speaker 3: that you have to build wealth. You do have white people,
- 39:16Speaker 3: some people who.
- 39:16Speaker 1: Were born into it, but new millionaires.
- 39:20Speaker 3: You have to build wealth. It's not going to happen
- 39:22Speaker 3: over not unless you win the lottery.
- 39:24Speaker 1: And I think that a lot of times people who
- 39:26Speaker 1: get super desperate, those are the ones who are playing
- 39:29Speaker 1: lottery ard at all of damn time. I don't know
- 39:33Speaker 1: this was this you or maybe somebody saw on social media,
- 39:36Speaker 1: but they said the one thing people who when when
- 39:40Speaker 1: cars are be repossessed, the one thing that they noticed
- 39:42Speaker 1: about all these repossessed cars is that they be full
- 39:45Speaker 1: of fucking lottery tickets.
- 39:46Speaker 3: So these people be down on a last and they
- 39:49Speaker 3: spending last dollar on lottery tickets hoping to hit the list.
- 39:54Speaker 1: Come up and need a MAXI willan yeah, And it's
- 39:58Speaker 1: just not so U. Millennials in particular, we definitely wassold
- 40:03Speaker 1: a formula. Right, you graduate get your job, buy a house,
- 40:07Speaker 1: get married, work hard, retire and be happy. At this rate,
- 40:12Speaker 1: we probably we are dying earlier then our parents' generation.
- 40:17Speaker 3: For real.
- 40:18Speaker 1: Yeah, heart attack, but also who wants to wait until
- 40:22Speaker 1: they sixty seventy to retire and then just die a
- 40:26Speaker 1: couple of years later.
- 40:26Speaker 3: You've now worked your entire life. That is not my
- 40:29Speaker 3: That's why I just don't given.
- 40:31Speaker 2: The fuck no more, like all these things like that
- 40:33Speaker 2: I was chasing and like all this, Like I still
- 40:37Speaker 2: want those things, but they just don't define me in
- 40:40Speaker 2: a way that they used to. It did not like
- 40:43Speaker 2: my idea happiness is no longer centered around the things
- 40:48Speaker 2: that I have like it was when I was younger,
- 40:52Speaker 2: and it is.
- 40:52Speaker 3: Like it felt like that's what social media have.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Yeah, like that's what it looks like, you feeling like
- 40:59Speaker 2: that if I don't have these things, I ain't gonna
- 41:02Speaker 2: be happy. If I don't have a bunch of designer
- 41:06Speaker 2: bags and shoes and uh you know, I mean I
- 41:10Speaker 2: go to Target and get a bag. I don't even
- 41:12Speaker 2: give up fuck no more. They have cute shit in
- 41:14Speaker 2: there too. I'm gonna be a bad bitch with it.
- 41:15Speaker 3: Ever, whatever I got on, like girl, the outfit I
- 41:18Speaker 3: had on Saturday.
- 41:19Speaker 1: I got it from fashion Ova, but it had just
- 41:22Speaker 1: dropped on the website, so and it's tray. I an't
- 41:25Speaker 1: put it in the trash now today because it's a
- 41:27Speaker 1: one time where I keep going there and put a
- 41:31Speaker 1: put a review.
- 41:31Speaker 3: For real, it's a one time.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Where because even if you spot clean it, the black
- 41:35Speaker 1: is fucking draining into the white. It's a street bullshit.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But it was for exactly one time where. But I've
- 41:44Speaker 1: never gave a fuck about like the material things like
- 41:47Speaker 1: I make the thing look look good. I never cared
- 41:50Speaker 1: about like tags, labels, none of that ship like like
- 41:56Speaker 1: I don't do that good black bat black belt. I've
- 42:00Speaker 1: been looking for some like some good black brand purses
- 42:03Speaker 1: and stuff like that.
- 42:05Speaker 2: I don't know a lot of them, but I'm sure
- 42:07Speaker 2: there are plenty of y'all dms. If you got a
- 42:10Speaker 2: black brand bag, a black brand clothing, so.
- 42:14Speaker 3: We can buy so many y'all shit.
- 42:15Speaker 1: But if you got Alo prices for your legs, don't
- 42:18Speaker 1: send that shit to me, right because I shot by
- 42:22Speaker 1: material because I will go right on Amazon and find
- 42:24Speaker 1: that same material that Alo is selling, that Skims is selling.
- 42:29Speaker 3: But if you don't get this.
- 42:30Speaker 1: As haines, this ain't shit, but Hanes, why isn't that high?
- 42:34Speaker 1: But this ain't shit but Ali baba, yeah, act shallow
- 42:38Speaker 1: with three letters on it and now it's one hundred
- 42:40Speaker 1: and forty five dollars here?
- 42:42Speaker 3: Did alo even come from the depth of jail? As
- 42:45Speaker 3: far as I'm concerned, it's a.
- 42:55Speaker 1: All right.
- 42:55Speaker 2: This guy that I used to talk to, and he's like,
- 43:00Speaker 2: you know, I really been wanting to like take you
- 43:03Speaker 2: on a date, but I have to be honest with you.
- 43:07Speaker 3: Right now.
- 43:07Speaker 2: My money is so tight, and I'm trying to rebrand,
- 43:10Speaker 2: I'm trying to restructure, and I want to see you,
- 43:14Speaker 2: but I just don't want to come.
- 43:15Speaker 3: I want to come correct. But y'all I appreciate because
- 43:20Speaker 3: don't come on with him with broke. I want to
- 43:24Speaker 3: hang out.
- 43:25Speaker 2: I was like, look, we can go get and I
- 43:27Speaker 2: said this, y'all, so this is how I know I'm changing.
- 43:29Speaker 2: I was like, we can go get a retisserie chicken,
- 43:34Speaker 2: some Hawaiian rolls, and a cheap bottle of champagne and
- 43:38Speaker 2: let's put a blanket down in the park when the
- 43:40Speaker 2: sun goes down.
- 43:42Speaker 3: Let's just catch up. He was like, you would do
- 43:44Speaker 3: that with me, and I'm like, yeah, let's go. He
- 43:48Speaker 3: was like, twenty twenty six women don't want that. That
- 43:51Speaker 3: is not true. That's what he said.
- 43:53Speaker 1: Man, if a woman likes you, you really can come
- 43:56Speaker 1: with nothing. And that'd be the worst part, because I
- 43:58Speaker 1: feel like any man that would show up to a
- 44:00Speaker 1: woman with nothing he doesn't really like her.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Women knock on.
- 44:04Speaker 1: Men are not going to show up and in complete
- 44:07Speaker 1: to the woman he really really likes.
- 44:09Speaker 2: Well, that's why I feel like he's like trying to
- 44:11Speaker 2: express that he want to be able to take me
- 44:14Speaker 2: to like some five start dining and do all the things,
- 44:17Speaker 2: and right now his money can't afford it.
- 44:20Speaker 3: Nigga, let's go get a chicken from Whole Foods. Yeah,
- 44:24Speaker 3: and we can pull.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Pieces out the bag and lick our finger Like yeah,
- 44:31Speaker 1: I think women. I told you my first day one
- 44:34Speaker 1: time was to Whole Foods. You know, granted I did
- 44:36Speaker 1: get some groceries, but well that was expensive, bitch o paycheck.
- 44:41Speaker 3: But you know, I think that I don't know.
- 44:45Speaker 1: I think men have a misconception of a lot of
- 44:48Speaker 1: women because again of social media, you do have people
- 44:51Speaker 1: on social media who'll be like nigga, sent me thirty
- 44:53Speaker 1: dollars fifty dollars for lunch girl, Okay, ad whatever, how
- 44:56Speaker 1: much are you about to be eating lunch first?
- 44:58Speaker 3: Eating it's lunch now?
- 45:01Speaker 1: If you uber eat and all that, it might go
- 45:03Speaker 1: up with fees and shit to seventy five dollars. But
- 45:06Speaker 1: added to it, like he just saved you, you either
- 45:08Speaker 1: gonna fucking save me money or you know you will
- 45:13Speaker 1: meet me halfway somehow. It's not gonna never be nothing.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I'm for a man saving me money, absolutely so I
- 45:21Speaker 1: got I got the other part. If you can give
- 45:24Speaker 1: me this percentage, thank you. I'm always appreciative man. And
- 45:28Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe those are that stills are just
- 45:30Speaker 1: like niche social media's where people have are now building
- 45:35Speaker 1: a brand off of, you know, being fucking snobs essentially,
- 45:39Speaker 1: And a lot of those women still don't know how
- 45:41Speaker 1: to translate popping that pussy into getting money anyway. They
- 45:44Speaker 1: just on the internet acting like they get stuff out
- 45:47Speaker 1: the men. Y'all don't even know the art of getting
- 45:50Speaker 1: money at the men for real. You're just talking about it, right,
- 45:55Speaker 1: talking about it because it ain't about how much money
- 45:57Speaker 1: he make and how much money he has, about.
- 46:00Speaker 3: How much he's willing to give you. Is it a
- 46:02Speaker 3: generous man, right, y'all?
- 46:05Speaker 1: Be y'all be fucking rappers, and they give you nothing
- 46:07Speaker 1: nothing on NBA players, they give you nothing but a
- 46:10Speaker 1: wet ass.
- 46:12Speaker 3: Mm hmm. My grandma always said a dry person a
- 46:16Speaker 3: wet ass don't match. Right, So happiness versus peace, be peaceful.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Most days now, the things that I think about in
- 46:29Speaker 1: the back of my hair all the time is like, bitch,
- 46:30Speaker 1: I need to lose thirty pounds by tomorrow. That's one
- 46:33Speaker 1: thing that nags me in the back of my neck.
- 46:36Speaker 1: I do old fucking taxes, I do old student loans.
- 46:41Speaker 1: I want to buy a Mercedes tomorrow. You know, it
- 46:44Speaker 1: is usually associated with like some type of debt, right,
- 46:48Speaker 1: kind of nags at you a little bit, the bitch
- 46:51Speaker 1: when I get it, when I tell Y'a'm gonna drop
- 46:53Speaker 1: a bunch of nickels on these motherfuckers, I don't look, y'all.
- 46:55Speaker 2: I don't even let that stress me. No more fucking
- 46:58Speaker 2: fucking bills. I don't even I don't I don't care.
- 47:03Speaker 3: I mean neither, because I don't bare minimum until I die.
- 47:08Speaker 1: And that's why I feel like people be telling me
- 47:10Speaker 1: I don't look my age and people who actually get
- 47:12Speaker 1: to know it the truth.
- 47:14Speaker 3: And I think it's because I really don't be giving
- 47:16Speaker 3: a fuck about none of this ship no more. I
- 47:18Speaker 3: don't care. I don't let it stress me.
- 47:21Speaker 1: I don't G's why I said it be in the
- 47:22Speaker 1: back there, you know, when I think about it, when
- 47:24Speaker 1: I when I get a piece of mail, or when
- 47:26Speaker 1: I get a fucking email ask about some ship, like,
- 47:29Speaker 1: that's when I think about it.
- 47:30Speaker 3: Like otherwise, No, I don't know a fuck.
- 47:33Speaker 1: If you have high industrate credit cards, just stop paying
- 47:36Speaker 1: them ship right now, because credit ain't even real and
- 47:40Speaker 1: I can help you fix your credit well credit card ship.
- 47:44Speaker 3: My ship was real good and it ain't the same.
- 47:46Speaker 3: No more. I stopped. I stopped giving the fuck I
- 47:50Speaker 3: really did, Like so it bes help. It's not awful,
- 47:56Speaker 3: but it ain't like how it was, for sure. But
- 47:58Speaker 3: I really I just don't be caring no more.
- 48:01Speaker 1: See, those are like the student loan debt medical stuff
- 48:06Speaker 1: I don't really have, Like I have one credit card
- 48:08Speaker 1: and I'm still trying to pay off. But for the
- 48:10Speaker 1: most part, like I don't it's a student loan shit
- 48:12Speaker 1: that's like over my fucking head for real, But I
- 48:17Speaker 1: really don't plan on ever paying y'all back all that money.
- 48:19Speaker 1: I'm gonna pay the bare minimum forever. Fuck you, honestly,
- 48:25Speaker 1: because that money didn't exist in the first place. Show
- 48:28Speaker 1: me where you deducted one hundred thousand dollars from your
- 48:30Speaker 1: total balance.
- 48:31Speaker 3: It never happened.
- 48:32Speaker 1: Y'all pull one hundred thousand dollars out of thin air,
- 48:34Speaker 1: and now you want me to pay it back. No,
- 48:36Speaker 1: America's built off a fucking debt. Why would I pay
- 48:40Speaker 1: it back? America in debt?
- 48:42Speaker 2: Right, That's what I'm saying. America, I got more bitter
- 48:44Speaker 2: than me. Y'all credit score a bitch, right, y'all won't
- 48:49Speaker 2: give my shit. Right as far as bidding it concerned,
- 48:55Speaker 2: I really need to see y'all email about why I
- 48:57Speaker 2: shouldn't have to pay y'all shit.
- 49:00Speaker 1: You know, we could started class acting lawsuit against them
- 49:02Speaker 1: because those those loans off of the bank that President
- 49:07Speaker 1: Swin owned were very predatorial towards eighteen year old young
- 49:13Speaker 1: adults who didn't know what the fuck they were signing
- 49:16Speaker 1: up for, okay, and the way we were treated even
- 49:20Speaker 1: going through the process, Like, bitch, do you realize if
- 49:23Speaker 1: you don't get my financial age street. You're not getting
- 49:25Speaker 1: a paycheck like they would treat us just like cattle
- 49:28Speaker 1: and like little kids.
- 49:30Speaker 3: I feel like we miss but I just don't want.
- 49:33Speaker 3: I don't want to take my HBCU down.
- 49:37Speaker 1: That's the only thing that's keeping me from they trying
- 49:39Speaker 1: to take us down. That open door policy took a
- 49:42Speaker 1: lot of people down. No, damn well, an't pos to media.
- 49:45Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a lot of people that should have never
- 49:47Speaker 3: made it to college.
- 49:48Speaker 1: You remember Briggs, he was retarded off off of Bowl Street,
- 49:52Speaker 1: a grown ass man standing in the dorms with kids.
- 49:56Speaker 1: He had just got out of Bowl Street. The Yes,
- 50:02Speaker 1: it was fun though, but this was a grown ass man. Okay,
- 50:05Speaker 1: he was like forty seven years old. We was our
- 50:07Speaker 1: fucking eighteen nineteen years old.
- 50:09Speaker 3: Know who that is? Never heard of that person scenario?
- 50:13Speaker 3: If you listening, you remember Briggs. All of them know
- 50:17Speaker 3: exactly what I'm talking about.
- 50:23Speaker 1: Yeah, but I don't know, man, It's just I think
- 50:27Speaker 1: on a day to day basis, I'm happier, I'm more
- 50:30Speaker 1: at peace, and that piece for me comes from just
- 50:33Speaker 1: like being I like being quiet. I know, as we
- 50:36Speaker 1: talked back, I'm a gemini. I do talk a lot,
- 50:39Speaker 1: but I do enjoy shutting the fuck up nowadays. I
- 50:43Speaker 1: literally be in here, no TV on, no radion sometimes
- 50:48Speaker 1: or usually with you know, music on, but sometimes I
- 50:51Speaker 1: mean complete silence that is peaceful to me and not
- 50:55Speaker 1: thinking about shit.
- 50:57Speaker 2: I think What's brought me so so much peace as
- 51:00Speaker 2: I've gotten older is I stopped comparing. Comparison was my
- 51:08Speaker 2: greatest thief of joy. And I mean I can remember
- 51:14Speaker 2: like being jealous, you know, feeling not I've never felt
- 51:21Speaker 2: like looked at anybody saying why them and not me?
- 51:25Speaker 2: It was never that, but it was always like when
- 51:28Speaker 2: is it my turn? Why don't I have these things?
- 51:31Speaker 2: Where are my kids? Where are my husband? Where is
- 51:33Speaker 2: my mansion?
- 51:34Speaker 1: You know?
- 51:34Speaker 2: And I would like be in these spaces and I
- 51:36Speaker 2: see it for someone else, and I would feel jealous.
- 51:39Speaker 2: I can admit that, you know, I can admit that
- 51:41Speaker 2: that was a feeling that I can control. I felt it,
- 51:45Speaker 2: and I remember like crying about it, like driving from
- 51:48Speaker 2: my friend mansion crying really yes, yes, yeah.
- 51:54Speaker 3: And I see people doing things like the.
- 51:57Speaker 1: Lavish vacations, all the shit. It's just all especially people
- 52:01Speaker 1: that I'm in close proximity to. It is just always
- 52:04Speaker 1: confirmation for me that I too can have that thing.
- 52:07Speaker 1: And I know why I don't those people have more
- 52:10Speaker 1: discipline than me, they take action. I don't even think
- 52:13Speaker 1: that probably, I don't even think it was that because
- 52:16Speaker 1: some of it was just handed to some people, you know,
- 52:18Speaker 1: like it was. Some of it's just favor, you know,
- 52:21Speaker 1: like I don't know, or some of its like even
- 52:24Speaker 1: if they had to suck a lot of dick. They
- 52:26Speaker 1: went through a lot of dick sucking to get to
- 52:28Speaker 1: that man. But I don't think it got nothing to
- 52:31Speaker 1: do a favor. A lot of times it is it
- 52:33Speaker 1: is positioning, right, it is. And because I don't think
- 52:37Speaker 1: those people have more favor than you, you.
- 52:39Speaker 3: Know what I'm saying. Yeah, I get what you're saying.
- 52:42Speaker 2: But now you know, there was a there was a
- 52:44Speaker 2: time in like my early thirties when I felt like that.
- 52:47Speaker 2: But now you know, because I can look at you know,
- 52:51Speaker 2: everybody's journey is their journey, like you know, and there's
- 52:55Speaker 2: even right and there are highs and lows that comes
- 52:58Speaker 2: with everybody's life, even if they have all the things
- 53:01Speaker 2: and they don't.
- 53:02Speaker 3: And I think, you know, I had to.
- 53:06Speaker 2: Witness hides and loads for everybody, including myself, to understand
- 53:11Speaker 2: that comparison was just not the right thing to do,
- 53:15Speaker 2: because there's never gonna be nobody's story like my own.
- 53:19Speaker 2: It comes with imagine or not, it's still my story.
- 53:22Speaker 2: And I need to be grateful for all the things
- 53:24Speaker 2: in it.
- 53:25Speaker 1: Absolutely, And you got to be grateful and show gratitude
- 53:28Speaker 1: for every step.
- 53:29Speaker 3: Of the weight. You're not gonna get more if you're
- 53:31Speaker 3: not grateful for what you currently have.
- 53:34Speaker 1: When I tell y'all, when I tell you all, I
- 53:35Speaker 1: thank God one hundred times a day for the time
- 53:37Speaker 1: I feet hit the floor. My boyfriend now he knows
- 53:40Speaker 1: anytime I sigh like that, thank you, God is coming next.
- 53:46Speaker 1: It's just it's just almost because I know, like the breath,
- 53:49Speaker 1: that's the that's God. Your breath is God's. As long
- 53:53Speaker 1: as you're doing that, you are doing good. That is
- 53:57Speaker 1: how you find happiness. You happiness and piece only comes
- 54:01Speaker 1: via gratitude and being grateful for the things you have
- 54:05Speaker 1: and just knowing the things that you want and you
- 54:07Speaker 1: might not even need the things that you think you want,
- 54:10Speaker 1: you get those things. It's like and I got it now,
- 54:13Speaker 1: no what I'm saying, it's not even nothing spectacular for real,
- 54:17Speaker 1: once you actually get the thing right. But yeah, and
- 54:21Speaker 1: then I've been seeing a lot of shit about like
- 54:23Speaker 1: jay Z on nine, like people talking about him at
- 54:26Speaker 1: the shows and like his little rap freestyle and all
- 54:29Speaker 1: this stuff, and like there's a whole conversation, yes, conversation
- 54:32Speaker 1: about target and capitalism and all these things. I'm trying
- 54:35Speaker 1: to figure out what other type of system would y'all
- 54:37Speaker 1: want to exist in, because y'all should probably check some
- 54:39Speaker 1: of the countries that have, you know, socialism, okay, and
- 54:44Speaker 1: what that actually looks like because the rich is still
- 54:46Speaker 1: always the rich. They just they really giving you twenty
- 54:49Speaker 1: dollars and you know that's all you're getting. In a
- 54:52Speaker 1: capitalistic society, we all do have the opportunity to make
- 54:57Speaker 1: some shit, right. We bought into the idea of jay Z.
- 55:02Speaker 1: That's why he is who he is today. You can't
- 55:05Speaker 1: then get mad at him for reaching this certain level
- 55:09Speaker 1: of success. It's fucking weird to me. Is crabbing a
- 55:12Speaker 1: bucket mentality to me? Because I see J's I don't
- 55:16Speaker 1: need a billion dollars, but I would like, you know,
- 55:19Speaker 1: a good like Charlamagne for example, Charlamagne got this big
- 55:23Speaker 1: ass deal you know recently with iHeart and all that stuff,
- 55:29Speaker 1: and that is an opportunity to put more people on
- 55:32Speaker 1: because that's what he does with any any deals and
- 55:36Speaker 1: opportunities that he gets, he puts other people into position.
- 55:39Speaker 3: Now, if you're not doing that a.
- 55:42Speaker 2: Real boss when you can lift, elevate other people around you,
- 55:45Speaker 2: if you're the only one getting money, you're.
- 55:47Speaker 3: Not in a boss for real exactly. And everybody's not
- 55:50Speaker 3: willing to do the hard work. We just got to
- 55:52Speaker 3: be honest. Oh yeah, niggas is not ready willing to
- 55:55Speaker 3: do the hard work to get what you what you
- 55:57Speaker 3: really think you want or think you deserve. Yeah, because
- 56:00Speaker 3: you're comfortable.
- 56:01Speaker 1: I just I literally was just thinking the other day,
- 56:04Speaker 1: like what the fuck am I doing in this apartment
- 56:06Speaker 1: in Charleston.
- 56:08Speaker 3: I really thought that. But I love I love my city.
- 56:11Speaker 1: But you know, our twenty year plan is over right,
- 56:16Speaker 1: We are at the twenty year plan mark, like the
- 56:18Speaker 1: end of it.
- 56:18Speaker 3: And what have you done?
- 56:20Speaker 1: Is what? You know, the things when I'm evaluating, like
- 56:23Speaker 1: my goals and where I want to be in the
- 56:25Speaker 1: next five to ten years or whatever. But if you
- 56:28Speaker 1: haven't actually done the work, why do you expect a
- 56:30Speaker 1: different outcome right stop and fall out the sky.
- 56:34Speaker 3: You know, you gotta do the work.
- 56:35Speaker 2: I mean, I think that comes when it comes to finances.
- 56:38Speaker 2: But some of the like that's part of your like
- 56:40Speaker 2: what you plan for you can you have no control
- 56:42Speaker 2: over it. Like if you're plan to be a mother
- 56:45Speaker 2: some shit like that, you just can't control what you got.
- 56:49Speaker 2: You can't be fucking with a condom if you try
- 56:51Speaker 2: to be all you know, like that or your body,
- 56:55Speaker 2: you know, rejecting motherhood, Like it's just some shit you
- 56:57Speaker 2: can't control. But I mean when it comes to like
- 57:00Speaker 2: where you at financially, sometimes you can't even control that shit.
- 57:04Speaker 2: You could have done everything that you said you were
- 57:07Speaker 2: gonna do in your twenty year plan and then get
- 57:09Speaker 2: laid off.
- 57:10Speaker 3: Yes, you know, I've been there. I've been there.
- 57:13Speaker 1: I've lost my my early twenties within i'll say two years,
- 57:18Speaker 1: my early thirties within a couple of years. It started
- 57:20Speaker 1: at thirty three, and that's the end. That's the age
- 57:23Speaker 1: usues crist with sacrifice at age thirty three, when I
- 57:27Speaker 1: tell you all, my life is in fucking turmoil. Almost
- 57:29Speaker 1: went to prison, I lost my fucking job, I lost
- 57:33Speaker 1: my car, I was in a fucking stupid ass relationship,
- 57:37Speaker 1: like shit can it's just the ebbs and flow, and it.
- 57:41Speaker 3: Just that was the season I was in.
- 57:42Speaker 1: Yeah, and now I'm working really hard to never to
- 57:46Speaker 1: never have to experience that season again, because there are
- 57:49Speaker 1: things that I could have done differently that would have
- 57:51Speaker 1: prepared me better for that season, because you're gonna go
- 57:54Speaker 1: through it, but it's just how you know preparedness. What
- 57:58Speaker 1: you're gonna do now, just in case that happens again.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Are you gonna spend every penny you got or are
- 58:03Speaker 1: you going to invest.
- 58:04Speaker 3: More when you get that paycheck?
- 58:07Speaker 1: Or you're gonna off Amazon every paycheck because bitch, my
- 58:11Speaker 1: Amazon should be stupid.
- 58:12Speaker 3: Mind. I'm we're so sick of all the shit we
- 58:18Speaker 3: keep doing.
- 58:23Speaker 1: I don't know, but yeah, so I just wanted to
- 58:28Speaker 1: I guess we basically touched on all the things and
- 58:29Speaker 1: I don't know, Uh, I know you can't buy happiness, right.
- 58:34Speaker 3: Well, I mean kind of, yeah, kind of. I was
- 58:38Speaker 3: just about to say, because most of them.
- 58:41Speaker 1: So my homegirl is a therapist, right and anytime she's like,
- 58:43Speaker 1: you know, she can't obviously can't hippa, she can't tell
- 58:47Speaker 1: me like her about her patients for real, but sometimes
- 58:49Speaker 1: she will like tell like a story or whatever, and
- 58:51Speaker 1: I'm like, you know what I'm hearing is most of
- 58:53Speaker 1: these people need to fucking lose weight and figure out
- 58:56Speaker 1: how to get more money. That is mostly the reason
- 58:59Speaker 1: why you depressed.
- 59:00Speaker 3: You broken fat.
- 59:02Speaker 1: I know I've been there, so you gotta focus on one.
- 59:05Speaker 1: I feel like for people who have Batman bat and
- 59:08Speaker 1: like weight loss and they wait the entire life. I'm
- 59:10Speaker 1: gonna tell you man, I really feel like that shit
- 59:12Speaker 1: is directly tied to your success. Your mind is different
- 59:17Speaker 1: when you get disciplined in your diet. Once you conquer
- 59:20Speaker 1: your fucking diet, you could do anything you want.
- 59:24Speaker 3: Is in like this nigga looked like an action figure
- 59:27Speaker 3: like he is. Yeah, you're gonna feel good doing it too.
- 59:30Speaker 2: And that's what he always says, Like your success is
- 59:34Speaker 2: directly correlated to your health and how you treat your body.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Yes, yes, he's obsessed though it's like his muscles got muscles.
- 59:44Speaker 1: I'm like, you won, nigga, got So why was this
- 59:48Speaker 1: nigga hiding the fact that he been back in the gym,
- 59:50Speaker 1: Because you know, I was urging my boyfriend and like,
- 59:52Speaker 1: go back and start back working out because I felt
- 59:55Speaker 1: like him, like coming to Charleston was the reason why
- 59:58Speaker 1: he wasn't working out of the as much, so he
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: was like shrinking like this. Nigga was big as hell
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: when we first started dating, so I thought he got
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: to like cut his hair or something like that because
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: he said he had a surprise for me. But no,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: that Nigga was back in the gym, so for real, bodyguard,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: he was looking good.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: Yes, I love that.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: We're playing a game or no, are we getting out
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: of hair? He said, let's go, oh okay, all right.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: Anyway, I don't know. Uh, you gotta a last last
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: for the people.
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: I guess my last last would be that happiness is
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: a choice, so choose it every day. Find a way
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: to choose it on purpose. That's what I tell people.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: I tell people have a good day on purpose, because
- 1:00:55Speaker 2: you gotta be intentional about your your joy and your happiness.
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: That's my last last.
- 1:01:04Speaker 3: See a therapist right now.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: Therapists are not going to solve your problems. They will
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: try to give you the tools so you can solve
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: your own problems.
- 1:01:16Speaker 3: If you are.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: I think happiness is fleeting right. There's a lot of
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: bad shit that's going to happen in life. And then
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: you have spirits of happiness and the goal is is
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: to have just more happiness than stupid shit, right right,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: And like Tammy said, being happy is literally a state
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: of mind.
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: Being in love is a state of mind.
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: So you got to do things every day that's going
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: to help you maintain the happiness. So of losing the
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: ten pounds, women, we carry all of our stress and
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: our abdomen, right, the visceral fat, and that's what it's called.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: And they all have visceral fat run your organs. So
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: there are things we can do every day to maintain
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: our happiness.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: You just got to do them. Discipline that part, all right.
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: That's my last last did that was that? It last last?
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: That was one.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: All right, y'all, I'll be talking to myself. That was
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: the last last I'd be talking about really be saying
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: these things for me for real.
