Wyandotte County’s new economic development director, Chelsee Chism, was arrested on a felony DUI charge involving aggravated battery with great bodily harm in Johnson County. Placed on administrative leave by the Unified Government, she posted a $5,000 bond and was released, with court scheduled for Friday.
