- 0:01SPEAKER_00: Hello, it's me, Destiny, Destiny the Great, and today is October 3rd, and the year is 2026, and the time is 11:33 in the morning.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: So this is a media prep announcement.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: We all know that unfortunately I have been discriminated against on a regular basis at Riverside City College, which is located in Riverside in California.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: I was suspended twice for being black.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: I was sent home multiple times for being black.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: You could hear the dean agreeing that it's okay for me to be suspended for being black.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: I'm a disturbance because I am black.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: You know, this is a huge topic.
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: You know, they locked me out of my email account.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: Good thing I forwarded the emails to myself and JR.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I have to go through them.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: I have to go through my screenshots.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: You know, I'm still getting my recordings together.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: But like I said, whether if I attend this college or not, this situation will not be swept under the rug.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: They are trying to close my voice in any way possible.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: They have received multiple emails that my mental health was being affected, that I was being discriminated against, that I had woke up in the morning and didn't want to live anymore.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: How sad I was.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: And they did not care.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And you listen to Thomas, one of the deans, and you know, they want to put everything on Derek.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: Right now, Derek is not listed on the person on my list of people that need to be fired.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: You know what they do?
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Blame the black person.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: I have not verified if what Thomas is saying that Derek said is true.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: You know, because Thomas is making up all this kind of stuff that they reached out to me and oh my gosh, it was a horrible experience.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: I have an amazing testimony.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: I came a long way.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: My self-control is amazing, it's beyond amazing.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: And the school knew I was recording, they knew I was recording.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: So we have discrimination, sexual harassment, racism, and more.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: The students who it happened to also, they also have a lawsuit.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: The one student fell out of the chair and hurt himself, he has a lawsuit.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Every single student in that class has a lawsuit for what they have experienced and watching me experience.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: It was very difficult for me.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So I know it was difficult to watch.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: You have an instructor who's racist and hateful, falsifying documents, trying to fail students because they don't want to be her boyfriend, trying to fail students because they're black, because they're happy, because they communicate with destiny, which is unacceptable.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: And we need to take care of this situation immediately.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Whoever is a part of the barber board who goes to the college, they must be friends because it's no way that that college is still around and has not passed and has passed inspection.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: The floor is dirty, different areas are dirty.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: There's so many violations.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Rats, roaches, ants.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: I could go on and on and on, but this is just a briefing, you know.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: They're flagging my YouTube videos, my email account has been closed.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: They're not doing the right thing.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: I am the victim.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: We have other victims here.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: All I did was show up to school and be black.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: I love being black.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: I'm never gonna stop wanting to be black.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: I am extremely helpful, and they're mad because they're on recording.
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: They knew that they were being recorded.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: I was threatened by a student there.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: I had to protect myself when I was threatened immediately.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: I went to actually I went to my glove box and I don't play.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: Then the students, all of a sudden, the students started seeing destiny every day with the purse.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: They had not seen destiny with a purse or a bag before.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: I'm going to protect myself.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: There's no way in hell I'm going to be in the dark or in the daytime, and somebody come running up on me.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: I made it crystal clear that I was uncomfortable being discriminated against.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: None of the students can beat me up.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: That's not the point.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: I'm back.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: You know, I get to rush in and trying to make sure I didn't forget everything I want to say when it reads, I have a little bit of time left.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the college, Riverside City College in California, was where aware of what I was experiencing and the other students.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: They absolutely do not care.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: They do not care.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Student success is not important to them, mental health is not important to them.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: They have people donating to this college.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: I literally just went to school black and they continue to allow this to happen, affecting my mental health in a negative way.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And you know, I missed out on a lot of stuff with my kids because I was going to school.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: And now my mental health has improved.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: It will continue to be to improve.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: You know, I don't have to go to that school.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: They should have known I should have known I wasn't interested in returning because of what I had experienced.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: You know, everyone needs me and they need me at my best.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: All of my loved ones need me at my best, including the rappers, the gang members, the killers.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Everyone needs me at my best.
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: You know, I can go to the gym now, I can go to Muay Thai.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: I could join the bowling club again.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: The bowling club, that's that's what it's called for students.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: I can join the bowling team again, I can go lay up in South Central LA and not have to rush back for school.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: I can go lay up in Palm Springs and not have to rush for school.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: I can do all this kind of stuff.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: You know, there's so much to catch up on.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: When I'm sitting here doing all these reports, I'm missing out on important things.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: I'm losing money.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: I've lost so much money, you know.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: But like I said, I am protected by God.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: And you guys see how I passed my lie detector task.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: I'm not a liar.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: That's a flex.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Thank you guys for listening.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: Stay tuned.
