- 0:00These are the things that I'm going to be watching for in 2026 when it comes to longevity.
- 0:04And if you stay around for the last one, you're going to understand why I think we're going to crack the code on aging within the next 12 to 24 months.
- 0:13He went from saving hearts as a cardiologist to rewriting the entire aging playbook.
- 0:18Dr.
- 0:19Jeffrey Gladden believes 100 is the new 30 and he's got the science to back it up.
- 0:24This is the Gladden Longevity Podcast.
- 0:27Hi, I'm Dr.
- 0:28Jeffrey Gladden.
- 0:29CEO, founder of Gladden Longevity.
- 0:31The first thing I want to talk to you about is the evolution of AI and its integration into what we're doing.
- 0:37AI is now playing an integral role in everything that we're doing from analyzing data to building supplement stacks for individuals.
- 0:45It just keeps getting better and better and better.
- 0:47And while AI is not able to practice medicine, it's become really an incredible adjunct to what we do.
- 0:54And I think as a consumer, should give you confidence that if your physician and your team are actually utilizing AI effectively, that you're actually getting better results, more
- 1:04information, things that are more custom fit for you than ever before.
- 1:08And I think that's incredibly exciting.
- 1:14So sometimes people are actually afraid of AI.
- 1:17They have the idea that, you know, how can a machine know anything?
- 1:20It's just a computer.
- 1:22What we found is that as these models have grown, chat GPT 5.2 at this point in time, Claude, things like that, that we've heard are very, very good.
- 1:31What we've discovered is that they're actually really quite accurate.
- 1:35And what it boils down to is it boils down to how you prompt the AI, which basically means how do you frame up the question?
- 1:43So if you want to get the best results from AI, you don't simply ask the question, what's the best supplement for sleep?
- 1:49The way you frame it up is speaking as a functional medicine, longevity, regeneration, medicine expert.
- 1:57Tell me for someone like me with the following features and the following things, which sleep supplements might be best in my case?
- 2:06When you actually set up the prompt and you tell the voice of the AI to be who you want it to be.
- 2:12not just generically, and then who it's actually speaking to, it will give you answers that will really astound you.
- 2:19It's really, really quite useful.
- 2:21So we use that all the time in the practice.
- 2:23And of course, we're integrating our own information in our brains, but we use the AI really as like our personal assistant, quite honestly.
- 2:31You shouldn't be afraid of it.
- 2:32You should actually start to embrace it.
- 2:33And the more that you use it, the more you'll find it incredibly helpful.
- 2:36Actually, some of our best clients will get on a call with us and say, I was looking at chat.
- 2:41I was looking at Claude.
- 2:42I was looking at AI.
- 2:43And this is what it told me.
- 2:45And we don't we don't ever say, well, that's just you're on the Internet.
- 2:49We always say, good.
- 2:51That's great.
- 2:51We love the fact that you're engaged.
- 2:53because there's a lot to be learned there.
- 2:55And then we'll basically integrate that into what we know about them as well.
- 2:58Right.
- 2:59So it's really a handy tool, not only for us, but also for you.
- 3:03think AI is going to continue to play a bigger and bigger role.
- 3:06In fact, I'm really excited to talk to you about the second thing on the list, which is the development of the app called the Longevity Wingman.
- 3:13So the Longevity Wingman or Wing Woman, it'll be coded both ways, is really to take all the friction out of your longevity journey.
- 3:21So imagine an app
- 3:23that has all your data.
- 3:24It's all HIPAA compliant.
- 3:26It's same as if you were in an EMR and it basically is being utilized along with a multi agentic.
- 3:32In other words, multiple AIs that are talking to each other to make sure that they're getting the right coaching information to coach you around what things might be best for
- 3:41you to do at this juncture.
- 3:43What things might be good if you're going to travel.
- 3:45In fact, it will get to the point where it can anticipate your needs.
- 3:49For example, let's say you're going to fly to New York to spend the weekend.
- 3:52What hotel should you stay at?
- 3:54Where are they going to have the right sauna?
- 3:55Where are they going to have the right gym?
- 3:57What's the walking distance?
- 3:58Where are the restaurants that have the food that you would like?
- 4:01Well, here's the menu.
- 4:02Here's the hotel.
- 4:03Would you like that food delivered?
- 4:04Would you like us to make a reservation?
- 4:06It's going to have all the information that is custom fit to you that removes all the friction so that you can actually stay on track.
- 4:14We're super excited about this app.
- 4:15It's going to be in beta testing here in the next month or two.
- 4:18And then we're going to roll it out to the general populace.
- 4:21That's
- 4:22super exciting to us.
- 4:23One of the other key features about the app is that not only will it have data that you upload, but it will also recommend tests that might be advantageous for you to get done so
- 4:33that you can upload it or have it uploaded in.
- 4:35And if it's a test that you can do at home, it'll basically be able to send it to you at home.
- 4:40If it's something that needs to be done at a physician's office, it will actually recommend a clinic within a 10 mile, 15 mile radius of where you are, where you can
- 4:48actually get this done.
- 4:49The other thing is it will also be able to source the right supplements for you, the right equipment for you and have it sent to you seamlessly.
- 4:56It's really going to be a wonderful thing in that regard.
- 4:58One of the other things that it will do is we'll also be able to get your genetic information and upload it.
- 5:04And with the Multi-Agentic AI, be able to coach you off of that.
- 5:07Now, there's a couple of secret features to this app that I'm not willing to share with you right here online just yet.
- 5:13But I can tell you that the coaching element of this is going to blow you away.
- 5:17Just be on the lookout for that.
- 5:19Even though I can't share it with you just yet, if you'll click the link below and join the email list, we'll keep you informed as things start to come forward.
- 5:27Number three, one of the interesting things is that we've been doing genetic testing here for a long time.
- 5:32And two of the companies that we use, IntellX DNA in New Amsterdam,
- 5:36are continually updating their reports.
- 5:39And what we're seeing is that the reporting is getting better and better and better.
- 5:43In other words, it's becoming more and more actionable.
- 5:45Things that were reported in a particular way with certain interventions that were possible are being updated to be more streamlined or more comprehensive or finding new
- 5:55solutions for people.
- 5:56And this is super exciting.
- 5:58When you think about your genetics, some people are like, well, geez, I really don't want to know, right?
- 6:02But in actual fact, in genetics, unless you've got Tay-Sachs disease or hemophilia or sickle cell anemia or something like this, your genes are not really your destiny.
- 6:14Your genes are actually just a set of tendencies.
- 6:16And if you understand what they are, you can manipulate their expression in a way that really favors you dramatically.
- 6:22So getting your genetics done and doing it with really quality companies that are constantly updating the reports for you, not just sending out a generic report for
- 6:29everybody is really, really important.
- 6:32are available through Gladden Longevity.
- 6:34They'll also be available in the future on the Longevity Wingman and Wingwoman.
- 6:38Number four, one of the things that I'm really excited about is continued expanding expertise in the sequencing of regenerative procedures.
- 6:47What do I mean by that?
- 6:48So we've understood for a while that if you're going to use, let's say, stem cells, that the stem cells will work a whole lot better if you actually clean out the swimming pool
- 6:58before you put the Olympic swimmers in.
- 7:00You can have Olympic swimmers, but if they go to a swimming pool that's full of logs and grass and seaweed, they're not going to be able to perform very well.
- 7:08So doing things like plasma, freezes or ebu or doing that several times before you actually do the regenerative procedure really improves outcomes.
- 7:16Also, we found that if you're using peptides prior to the procedure and after the procedure, it really helps.
- 7:23And now we've really also focused on.
- 7:26boosting mitochondrial function.
- 7:28We have a sequence that we're using now in the office to boost mitochondrial function tremendously in the context of regeneration.
- 7:35This is super useful for both the brain, whether you're trying to regenerate kidneys, the heart, whatever it is you're working on, your back, your knee, and boosting the
- 7:44mitochondrial function to have more ATP, more energy in the system to actually facilitate the healing is really important.
- 7:52We're using a combination of supplements, red light bed, ozone sauna.
- 7:56Etc.
- 7:56There's some secret sauce in there, but I can tell you that we're getting phenomenal results for that.
- 8:01I mean, you can feel literally like you're 16 again for four or five days after you do these sequence procedures.
- 8:07It's really quite wonderful.
- 8:09So the alternative to doing the sequencing is to just go in and say, well, we're going to do PRP.
- 8:14Well, that's fine.
- 8:16PRP is wonderful.
- 8:17It's lovely.
- 8:18But in actual fact, if it's not being supported properly, if you haven't prepped the area before you're going to actually use it, you'll get about
- 8:2540 % of the result that you can get if you actually go about it in a very comprehensive way.
- 8:30So we're super excited about this sequencing of procedures to actually get you the best results.
- 8:36So number five is nervous system optimization.
- 8:38Many of my clients have heard me say that I think all of life comes down to one thing.
- 8:43And that one thing is actually optimizing our nervous system.
- 8:46How we think, what we feel, what we believe is true.
- 8:49And recently I've gotten involved with some of Carl Jung's shadow work.
- 8:54In other words, these are the things that are in the background that are running in the background that we may not even be aware of.
- 9:00Some of them we're aware of, like we suffered a particular trauma or a particular incident, but some of it's running in the background and we don't actually fully
- 9:07comprehend that they're there.
- 9:09And his famous statement is that if you don't identify what's in the shadow, you're destined to live in response to it and you're going to call your life fate.
- 9:19so in order to break that cycle, identifying what's in the shadow.
- 9:23is really important.
- 9:24And the way we go about that is basically by finding things that we react to.
- 9:28Like if something makes us angry, if something makes us sad, if something makes us super happy, if something makes us excited, any of these responses, we can look at, OK, what is
- 9:38that response doing for me?
- 9:40Where is that coming from?
- 9:41What's making me not feel safe?
- 9:43What's making me feel safe?
- 9:45And when you start to understand those things and you bring the shadows into the light, so to speak, what's in the shadows into the light?
- 9:52It then allows your nervous system to integrate that into itself where it's no longer kind of unobserved.
- 9:59It's like, I get it.
- 10:00This is what's happening.
- 10:01This is why.
- 10:01And the net effect of that integration is that it's very empowering.
- 10:05All of a sudden you are very empowered to go about life fully in control of your nervous system.
- 10:11This is really part of building that 300 year old mind.
- 10:13It's incredibly empowering.
- 10:15Maybe hard to capture that in just a few sentences here, but I can tell you going down this rabbit hole.
- 10:21has been a wonderful experience for me.
- 10:23You know, at Gladden Longevity, we've been talking about the importance of a nervous system in the psychospiritual space.
- 10:29This life energy circle for a long time, actually, really ever since the book was published two and a half years ago, you're starting to see more and more people start to
- 10:37understand just how critical this is.
- 10:39And I think one of the things that you can do, pick up a copy of the book, it's on Audible or whatever.
- 10:45I'll walk you through the life energy circle in detail.
- 10:47You can start to lean into your own traumas.
- 10:50the things that you need to heal, the things that you need to transcend.
- 10:53And it becomes instructive in terms of empowering you.
- 10:56This is really about how you are empowered.
- 10:59And it's such a wonderful thing to be empowered.
- 11:01my gosh.
- 11:02Right.
- 11:02Like if you drive a car that has 30 horsepower and then you get one with 300 horsepower, it's like, my gosh, I can do all these things.
- 11:09It's the same way with your nervous system.
- 11:10All of a sudden you have access to all these things you thought were off limits.
- 11:14It's really, really cool.
- 11:15So you're going to hear a lot more about this and you're going to find that when
- 11:19The nervous system is optimized.
- 11:21It has such a massive impact on your health.
- 11:23You decrease stress, you decrease depression, you decrease addictive tendencies.
- 11:29All of a sudden, there's much equanimity there.
- 11:33It's really, really transcendent and it really, really matters in longevity big time.
- 11:37And when your nervous system is regulated and you've been able to step into that 300 year old mind, then you're really going to be able to take advantage of item number six.
- 11:46And that is the
- 11:47bringing forward of quantum computing into biology.
- 11:51So many of you may not be familiar with quantum computing.
- 11:55You know, the traditional computing is one or a zero.
- 11:57And basically when it's analyzing something, it does so sequentially, meaning if it's going to look for a solution, it tries this solution.
- 12:04Then it tries that solution.
- 12:06Then it tries this solution with quantum computing instead of a one or a zero heads or a tails.
- 12:11If you're thinking about a coin.
- 12:12A quantum computer is like flipping a coin and seeing it spinning.
- 12:15It's both heads and tails simultaneously until it's measured.
- 12:19And because of the quantum computing and the fact that you can link those coins together, it can test millions, literally millions of solutions simultaneously.
- 12:28When you think about applying that to biology, if we have an individual's data and we have real-time data as well as historic data on
- 12:36What's their cardiovascular system, their genetics and things like that.
- 12:39Now we could actually build an incredibly accurate digital twin of you.
- 12:43And there will be a digital twin in the wing man with that incredibly accurate digital twin.
- 12:48We can basically test lots of different strategies and find out which is going to be best for you.
- 12:53And that to me is super exciting.
- 12:55I think ultimately this is going to be how we crack the code on aging completely.
- 12:59This is how we're going to, you know, basically live young for a lifetime, develop a 300 year old mind, maintain our cognitive function.
- 13:06be able to perform physically like we did when we were whatever age we want to be.
- 13:10And to me, my gosh, we're the luckiest generation of all time.
- 13:14So by the end of 2026, you take these six things and integrate them into what's happening.
- 13:19You're going to have more information.
- 13:21You're going to have more actionable information.
- 13:23It's going to be seamlessly and without friction integrated into your life through the app, through the testing that you're doing.
- 13:30Your life is going to become easier and it's going to be more fun, quite honestly, because you're not going to have to
- 13:35fight through all the different friction points of trying to get things that you want to get done.
- 13:40So I think at the end of 2026, it's going to be a new ball game altogether.
- 13:44Easier longevity, better longevity, better health, better performance.
- 13:48All of that's going to be accessible in new ways.
- 13:51Super exciting stuff.
- 13:52And if you need to regenerate, you'll be able to do that better than ever.
