If you’re going to look to the past, look to Jesus Christ and Him crucified. On the cross of Calvary, God proves His loving care for you. Jesus died not just to give you more food, drink, or clothing. He does that regardless. But Jesus died to absolve you your sins and He rose having destroyed death forever. Your entire past is forgiven in Jesus. If you’re going to look to the future, see through the promises of God’s Word.
