• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: I didn't think nobody was gonna have a problem with Diddy going to wherever prison he wanted to go to, but apparently I was wrong.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: They say, hey, see Tuck said the judge ain't let Diddy go to Fort Dingalane.
• 4:20
SPEAKER_00: He said, no, that's too that's too that's that's too much of a happy place for Diddy, I guess.

SPEAKER_00: She came in with a$2 holla.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the$1.99 super chat.
• 5:06

SPEAKER_00: But uh yeah, so let's check out and see what the hell we got.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what let's see what the hell we got going on with Diddy, Fort Dix, and all this other stuff.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: The defendant has removed the case from California to federal court to the cart above entitled playmate.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: So we got it, we got a case that Diddy that's been moved from California to federal court.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: Underage female accused Diddy of SA has one claim confirmed.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: Diddy is an I know it's like being a dead horse, but I keep telling y'all.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: Diddy is in way more trouble than this case.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: We he just ain't, it just hasn't materialized yet.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: But Diddy in a whole heap of trouble, y'all.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: The way these, I can't even keep up with all these lawsuits coming out.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: I can't even keep up.
• 6:33
  SPEAKER_00: I can't keep up.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: But uh we're gonna tackle it right here today.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: Let me get into this article.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: Hold on one second.
• 6:50
  SPEAKER_00: This is crazy.
• 6:53
  SPEAKER_00: Saria, Sariya.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: I think if y'all can get the name, if somebody could give me the name of the underage uh person who's came out against Diddy that Ticket was talking about, so I can make sure uh it's not the same one from the him and Harv Diddy and Harv lawsuit, Harv Pierre.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking it's I'm thinking y'all might be talking about somebody different, or y'all might be talking about that one.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: So let me know in the chat as I pull up um more of the Diddy, this Diddy mess that's going on with the judge.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: The judge saying that Diddy, no Diddy.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: He said no Diddy, no Diddy, no Diddy.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: You're not going, you're not going to whatever whatever prison you want to go to.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: You're not running shit, and neither are your high-priced ass lawyers who need to get a fucking grip anyway.
• 7:53
SPEAKER_00: So, and I ain't gonna lie, I thought they were gonna grant Diddy that.
• 7:59
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, Saria something.
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_00: So we'll I'll look that up.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: Felicia P said Saria, and and somebody else said Saria.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: So I'll look that up while as we um okay, as we as we move forward.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: Remember, we're gonna we're gonna go back.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: Don't let me forget about Saria.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna look that up and see.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna see what I can find on that uh as we dig into this.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Apparently, Saria, for anybody that don't know, we are thinking her name is Saria something.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: Uh she is a minor, an alleged minor victim of Diddy's, who just uh named herself, okay.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: Felicia Fee says she's gonna look.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: So as soon as somebody in the chat find us the information about her, we're gonna go over that, go over that situation too.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: But right now, let's talk about the judge not approving Diddy to go wherever the fuck he wants to go, and we'll get into the rest of this crap today.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: And if you're listening to me on Apple and Spotify, head on a swivel and pick up the dogs.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_00: Poop if you're walking the dog.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: Remember, we love the dogs.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: We just don't like to poop.
• 9:02
  SPEAKER_00: I just walk juice.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: As a matter of fact, when I go walk and get my coffee, I've learned a good routine is to wake up in the morning and walk juice.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: And so I can kill two birds with one motherfucking stone.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: Anyway, update Judge says he won't approve Diddy's preferred prison.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_00: But let me tell you what he said he will do.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: This judge says he will approve a facility in the defense's selected location.
• 9:34
  SPEAKER_00: Here's the memo endorsement.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: I get a little of my white mocha from Starbucks.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: Shout out to the coffee crew.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: I appreciate y'all for accepting me as one of your own.
• 9:48
SPEAKER_00: I got a little ways to go to earn my coffee stripes, but I'm on my fucking way.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: Uh, memo endorsement as to Sean Combs on a reply of the 529 letter by Sean Combs addressed to Judge Aaron Subbermanian from Tenny Garagos, dated 10 6, 2025.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: And this letter was concerning designation endorsement.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: The court will recommend a facility in the geographical location of the defendant's choosing, but not the specific facility.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: The specific facility is determined by the Bureau of Prisons.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_00: For that reason, the court will include the following recommendation.
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: Based on a defense's request, the court recommends that the defendant be incarcerated as close as possible to the New York metropolitan area and recommends that the defendant be considered for admission to any available substance abuse program, including the Bureau of Prison's residential drug abuse program, for which he qualifies.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: If there is a different geographical location that the defendant seeks, please advise the court by Friday, which is tomorrow, October 10th.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Remember, I got court on October 14th.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Everybody out there, please don't let me forget.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna be on my ads.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: And remember, it's just housing court.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: It's just about back in the day, I didn't cut some grass or some shit.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: Nothing serious, but you know, they do the most when you miss court.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: So side note, remember, I got court 1014.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: Don't let me forget it.
• 11:50
  SPEAKER_00: Uh moving on.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: He needs to advise this court uh by tomorrow.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: So basically what they're saying is we're assuming by you picking that one uh picking that one prison, the court is assuming that Diddy wants to be in New York.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: Now, if Diddy doesn't want to be in New York because he can't get the the place that he chose, he has to tomorrow to say, look, I want to serve my shit in a whole nother geographical location.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm thinking he could probably choose, he could probably do it in Miami if he wants to.
• 12:30
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: But that whatever geographical location, if he has a different one, he needs to let the court know by tomorrow.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: So the court the judge said, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_00: You're not you're not choosing shit.
• 12:49
  SPEAKER_00: Hey Big R.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: Big R say good morning, everyone.
• 12:52
  SPEAKER_00: Hey, Flo.
• 12:53
  SPEAKER_00: Hey, Big R.
• 12:55
  SPEAKER_00: Sarah Gilliam.
• 12:57
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: Saria, I'll look that up.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Felicia.
• 13:01
  SPEAKER_00: Sarah Gilliam.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll I'll look that up and get some information on that as we continue to move forward in Diddy Day.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: Diddy is staying in the news.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_00: It's more lawsuits.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: We actually talked about, we actually talked about some lawsuits yesterday.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_00: You missed it um on the uh on our members only, everyday Wednesdays.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: If you're a Buzz Prop subscriber, you also get the audio version of our Wednesday exclusive podcast episode that we do pretty much once once a week every Wednesday.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: Except if we have a short week, then we then we uh we do our regular Wednesdays for everybody if it's like a four-day week or something like that.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: But uh yesterday we talked about a couple more of the lawsuits, horrific lawsuits that Diddy is involved in.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: They are dropped, they're coming left and right.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: But we also talked about um what what uh what I've been going through, and just to update y'all, everything is going well on that.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: So uh let me look up and thank you, Fee, for uh giving us this information so I can see what is the latest on Saria Gilliam.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so oh yeah, this is what we went over yesterday.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay.
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_00: You know what?
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: That's why it confused me.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: We went over this yesterday.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: I had already talked about this yesterday morning, um, members only.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: This was the one where the plaintiff believes they were sold into the a world of sex trafficking at the age of 12.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: And for the next five long years, she remained under the strict control of various sex traffickers and pimps who transported her and other girls around the country uh for sexual gratification of men willing to pay.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Plaintiff was frequently kept under the influence of large amounts of drugs in order to ensure her compliance and inability to escape.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: In or around 2020, when the plaintiff was 15 years old, her trafficker, known to plaintiff only by the nickname he used around herself and the other girls, took the plaintiff or one or more girls to different areas.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: In Miami, plaintiff was taken to a large building similar to a warehouse.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: The host whom plaintiff eventually learned was defendant combs was hosting a large party in the building.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm gonna continue to read this off, but what this is this is what everybody was talking about, and shout out to you, uh Felicia, for giving me the name.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: But I did cover this, I just couldn't remember.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: It's so many different lawsuits dropping right now, and so much information on different some of the minors, adults who have uh who have alleged sexual assault from Diddy or by the hands of Diddy or his companies or his comrades.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: It's so many of them, it's hard for me to keep up.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: But uh, so we're talking about.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: Sarah Gilliam, a minor in 2020, is alleged in trafficking and gang R, R-A-P-E, in a Florida warehouse.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: Horrific, disgusting, trifling, and this is some bullshit.
• 16:54
SPEAKER_00: If this is true, I hope it's not, but if this is true, it's just more evidence that Diddy is a freaking monster, and it's he's gonna be like R.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_00: Kelly in a sense of he's gonna catch more cases while he's behind bars.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: But I would damn near guarantee that just because of the way things are happening.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: So let's let's uh let me continue to read this uh Sarah Sarah Gilliam situation.
• 17:26
  SPEAKER_00: Um, but it's it's horrific.
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: So I'm just warning you not trigger warning.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: This is a trifling situation, but uh we're gonna read it and get down to the facts and see what we where it leaves us.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: So let me start back over.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: In Miami, the plaintiff was taken into a large building, something similar to a warehouse.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: The host, whom plaintiff eventually learned was Defendant Combs, was hosting a large party in that building.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: It quickly became apparent that the purpose of the party was sex.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: Defendant Combs had arranged and paid for plaintiff and other girls to be trafficked through numerous pimps to be brought to the party.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: At the party, Combs made them available for sex.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: So this was sort of what we kind of thought were the freak-off parties.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: We thought the freak off parties, we thought this what the freak-off parties that they were talking about in this original case.
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: We thought this was what they what it was about.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: So now we could we get back to these underage, freaky deeky, despicable ass parties.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: That these are what we were hearing about before we got into the actual trial, and then all we were hearing about was him and his girlfriends, Diddy and his girlfriends.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: So it just like I said, we talked about I'm going to that, but we talked about how it started off one way.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, and all the celebrities were supposed to get uh the celebrities were gonna be outed, and we were gonna hear about what was going on with these freak off parties and Justin Bieber, remembering all of that.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Then we get into the trial, and it's just him and his quote-unquote girlfriend.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_00: We didn't hear anything about minors or anything like that.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: Now we did have something about a minor that was in like super, I don't know if it was a motion or superseding indictments, but I remember at one point he did mention a minor victim, but it never was talked about in the actual trial.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know if this person is the one who was that minor.
• 19:51
  SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: But what I do know is Diddy got more cases coming, y'all, as I take a sip of this mocha.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: White mocha to be exact.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, don't think for a second he's gonna just be in there and everything gonna be Peachy King.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: So uh as a result of the confinement and sexual assaults detailed here herein, the plaintiff suffered severe mental and emotional damages, including post-traumatic stress disorder, among other issues.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: So this is another case that if proven to be correct, or to be true, I should say, not correct, should be true.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: This is another case that could possibly end up being criminal.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: This is a horrific story.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: This basically spells out literally kidnapping, sexual assault, and underage activities that we shouldn't be playing about.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh male max male max says they also have 92 devices they confiscated and he's not getting any of it back.
• 21:38
  SPEAKER_00: I keep telling y'all these stories.
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_00: Come on, y'all.
• 21:42
  SPEAKER_00: We're missing 27 likes.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: If you haven't done so, please exit the chat, punch a like, and come on back in.
• 21:49
  SPEAKER_00: Please like the live.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: It helps to share this information with more people.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't, please, if you're watching, please like the live, share the live, get live.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: Let's do what we do.
• 22:04
  SPEAKER_00: Appreciate that, Angelina.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: So they're saying they got laptop, flash drives, and all types of stuff.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you, that's like we talked about yesterday on um on our subscribers only.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: Did he want to get the hell out of this?
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: This could another reason could explain why he's so thirsty.
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: Of course, people want to get out of prison, but he might know that it's something coming down the coming down the line, and um he might be really trying to get the fuck out of here, y'all.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: Because when you got minors coming up with old allegations, um, and we all know there's no uh what do they call it?
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: Um when you have a certain amount of time, my mind is drawing a blank right now.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: But uh, when you have a certain amount of time to report a crime, I don't know, my mind is drawing a blank, but there's no statute of limitations.
• 23:12
  SPEAKER_00: There we go.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_00: There's no statute of limitations, they say, when it comes to minors.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: So if this is proven to be a minor and they in this case gets legs, Diddy could say Saya, Nara, Arriva Dercey.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: Goodbye to getting out anytime soon.
• 23:44
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 23:46
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the like.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Uh Melissa says, Big R, you know there's a minor on those.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Mayor Max, statue limitation.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: There's a um, there's definitely a a a big problem if these minors get to be if these minors' stories get confirmed, which I believe, because we got a couple, like right now, we have two or three miners who are alleging that Diddy did some sexual assault.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: We got two or three of them that their stories are cooking right now.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: If any of these Myers, minors, if any of their stories end up becoming a criminal, Diddy is cooked.
• 24:50
  SPEAKER_00: Aurora says she's 16 now.
• 24:54
  SPEAKER_00: Wow, that's the case.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: She was young as hell.
• 25:01
SPEAKER_00: Big R says the fact that they have taken so many devices and it's nothing on none of them.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: I don't believe that it's kids on some devices somewhere.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: It's the pizza boxes he wants to get rid of.
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: Melissa says, but I don't trust the feds either.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: There's all kinds of people on those tapes, government officials, world leaders.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: They're gonna protect their own.
• 25:26
  SPEAKER_00: True indeed.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what else anybody else said before we move on to the Fed sees and all his properties.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: Let me see what anybody's saying.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: Anybody here better hope his ass got rid of them.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: So it's definitely heating up in the Diddy, in the Diddy, the Diddy case.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: Whereas we thought he would got it behind him, he beat the bit the more serious charges.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh with all that being said, it's way more bigger, it's way bigger fish that need to be fried in this Diddy matter.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: Like we said, there's been so many whispers about stuff that happened to underage people.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: We want to see what the hell that's all about.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: Uh we got this other one with uh Busby Doe.
• 26:39
  SPEAKER_00: Busby has a doe.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: Nikki Brown 2006 is a legend that she had got sexually assaulted at the forty forty club.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_00: So we got Nikki Brown, Sara Sari Sarah, Saria, Gilliam, Tina McKinney, Tina McKinney in 2001 was sexually assaulted at Justin's at Diddy's restaurant, I guess, and Reginald Carter, 2023 and 2022, uh was essayed on a commercial jet.
• 27:41
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all, Diddy is these these lawsuits are getting out of control.
• 27:47
SPEAKER_00: They were already out of control.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_00: It's getting to the point where I can't even keep up with the mess.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: I'm just trying to keep up with the ones that are actually getting legs.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_00: Because shit, they dropping, it's a couple I'm dropping like every day.
• 28:08
  SPEAKER_00: Diddy ass is grass.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: So let's get to this and talk about let's get into a little detail why his ass is grass.
• 28:26
  SPEAKER_00: Rumor mill.
• 28:28
SPEAKER_00: The government is moving forward with a plan to seize Diddy's assets and assets that were used during his sex trafficking and interstate commerce crimes.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_00: The government wants homes, jets, vehicles, art, and much more.
• 28:57
SPEAKER_00: They literally want any asset linked to counts three and five.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: Any assets linked to crimes committed during counts three and five, those were the prostitution charges that Diddy uh has been held uh accountable for.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: Um they are they want those assets.
• 29:25
SPEAKER_00: Many people said this is what they wanted from the beginning to strip Diddy down, to get some of his money, to hold him accountable in different ways.
• 29:34
  SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
• 29:34
SPEAKER_00: Like we say, it's so hard to trust anybody.
• 29:37
SPEAKER_00: We can't trust Diddy, we can't trust the feds, we can't trust the prosecution sometimes.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_00: We we the only one who I can say the most trustworthy person in this whole scenario, to me, in my opinion, is the fucking judge.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_00: Like every Everybody else, I don't know what to say, but it seems like the judge is being pretty much fair.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_00: I uh I mean, from what I can see.
• 30:10
SPEAKER_00: But it's one of those things where who the fuck can you trust in this situation?
• 30:16
SPEAKER_00: Like somebody said in the chat, I believe it was Melissa.
• 30:19
SPEAKER_00: The feds and government officials, a lot of them could be on them tapes.
• 30:26
SPEAKER_00: I probably are on those tapes.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_00: So they got all the the the uh they have all the motivation in the world to lie, cover up shit, tell us anything.
• 30:50
SPEAKER_00: If some of their own people are on some of these tapes, did he got, then we don't know if they're working to help him.
• 30:56
  SPEAKER_00: It's just fucking confusing.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: But we gotta deal with the information as it comes.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_00: Um It just doesn't it just doesn't make any sense for all that evidence for them to be fine and for them to just kind of be cher for them to be just like cherry picking uh certain shit.
• 31:26
  SPEAKER_00: But definitely.
• 31:49
SPEAKER_00: About or or what could be true about this season in the assets.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh Sean Combs was in, of course, you know he was indicted September 24 on met on multiple federal charges: racketeering, sex trafficking, prostitution, uh, transportation to engage in prostitution.
• 32:16
SPEAKER_00: So in the original indictment and related filings, prosecutors did include forfeiture allegations.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_00: In effect, they sought to seize any assets acquired or maintained in connection with the alleged criminal enterprise or used to facilitate illegal activity.
• 32:43
SPEAKER_00: So in the original indictment, the feds, the prosecutors, they had that in the in the indictment that they were looking to seize any assets used to commit any of these crimes.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_00: Uh and and and so if assets like a private jet or real estate, so homes.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: Homes where if if some of these illegal prostitution uh uh some of these illegal prostitution situations happened in home in a home that Diddy owned, fans gonna be looking to confiscate.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_00: If uh he transported any of these victims or any of the uh sex workers, if if any of them were transported on any of his or his private plane, I don't know if he has one or multiple, but if they were if they were transported on his private plane, that plane will be seized.
• 34:14
SPEAKER_00: Or they're looking to seize that plane.
• 34:16
SPEAKER_00: Let me let me not misspeak.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_00: They're looking to seize that plane, don't know the outcome of it as of right yet.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_00: Um the thing that uh they need, and when I say they, I mean the the prosecutors, um, the feds, what they need to facilitate this is uh proof of the connection between the cry the crime and the asset.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: Of course, the government already sees large amounts of electronic devices, data, and business records during the investigation and the raids.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_00: Someone in the chat mentioned that, and which is true.
• 35:11
  SPEAKER_00: Um they own it.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_00: So bottom line is there is a basis for asset seizure in this Diddy case.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_00: The government also, like I said, included the forfeiture in the indictments.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_00: And so what they're gonna try to do is come is link these assets to the criminal activity.
• 35:48
SPEAKER_00: But like I said, there's no guarantee that all this property or or any of his assets, um, there's no guarantee that the courts will grant and and show proof and and and be able to prove uh uh an absolute connection.
• 36:09
SPEAKER_00: And so many of the assets could be uh deemed unrelated or legally protected.
• 36:16
SPEAKER_00: So this is gonna be another back and forth to see how this plays out.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_00: Could Diddy lose his assets?
• 36:32
SPEAKER_00: Or some assets, or his planes, or cars, or like I said, any homes where this shit went down, they would be looking for those assets.
• 37:04
SPEAKER_00: Like every time you think this shit is over, you get a whole nother, you get a whole nother uh uh aspect of this case.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_00: Now we think it because of the RICO, because he got through Rico, you thinking all his assets were protected.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: Now we finding out that's just not the case.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_00: Now, like I said, it's not a 100% guarantee that they will be able to, but according to the law, according to the indictment, and according to the paperwork, they have a shot at getting Diddy's assets.
• 38:04
SPEAKER_00: Let's look at the chat.
• 38:06
SPEAKER_00: Let's look at the chat.
• 38:07
SPEAKER_00: I see I gotta we gotta we gotta holler in it.
• 38:10
SPEAKER_00: We gotta holla, we gotta holla, holla if you hear me in the in the uh in the chat.

• 38:56
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, big R.
• 38:57
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's for Big R.

SPEAKER_00: If they do y'all know, Diddy will fucking freak out if they start seizing his assets.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_00: If they start seizing his assets, Diddy is going to.
• 39:27
SPEAKER_00: Diddy gonna get another mohawk.
• 39:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all right now, if they seize Diddy's assets, watch for the mohawk.
• 39:39
SPEAKER_00: Now, one thing I don't like, let me let me let me take a quick break real quick and let y'all know about the only thing I don't like about coffee is you gotta drink that shit up because I don't like when it gets cold.
• 39:53
SPEAKER_00: So this coffee done got cold.
• 39:56
SPEAKER_00: And when it's cold, it don't hit the same.
• 40:02
SPEAKER_00: So, to all the coffee drinkers out there, when it gets cold, do you just heat it back up, or what the hell do you do?
• 40:07
SPEAKER_00: Or do you just keep drinking it like me?
• 40:09
SPEAKER_00: And because you paid for it and you don't want to waste your money.
• 40:16
  SPEAKER_00: Watch for the mohawk.
• 40:18
  SPEAKER_00: I'm telling y'all, y'all gonna see a fucking mohawk.
• 40:23
SPEAKER_00: Diddy gonna be Diddy gonna say, All right, enough of this shit.

SPEAKER_00: He's gonna call this barber on the phone.
• 40:37
SPEAKER_00: Well, no, I ain't gonna call this barber.
• 40:38
SPEAKER_00: It's barber gonna be in the in the in the um in the in the prison system in the prison with him.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_00: He's gonna say, I need the most I need the most mohawkest mohawk you ever mohawk.

• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: Somebody said, uh Tracy say my second cup usually ends up heated back up once or twice as I keep losing it around the house.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like something I would do, Tracy.

• 42:06
SPEAKER_00: But what I'm gonna make sure tomorrow, I'm gonna make sure I drink the shit before it gets cold.

• 42:16
SPEAKER_00: Because now it's throwing my taste buds off.
• 42:19
  SPEAKER_00: It's like it's coffee, but it's cold.

SPEAKER_00: My taste buds ain't ready for that.

  SPEAKER_00: Get a thermal.

SPEAKER_00: Like, my taste buds are like, hold up.
• 42:51
SPEAKER_00: This tastes like coffee, but it's fucking ice cold.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_00: So it can't be coffee.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_00: So what the hell is it?
• 42:58
SPEAKER_00: That's like what my taste buds are saying.
• 43:01
SPEAKER_00: Like, what is this cold coffee?
• 43:06
  SPEAKER_00: That's like hot lemonade.
