- 0:21Speaker 2: or all sorts of stuff. Getter column and Culture dot
- 0:25Speaker 2: substack dot com and culter. How you doing fantastic?
- 0:30Speaker 1: How are you Marximone?
- 0:31Speaker 2: Well, been a rough week here. It's like minus five windshill.
- 0:37Speaker 2: It's like you have to climb over snowbanks to go
- 0:40Speaker 2: across the street. It's awful here.
- 0:44Speaker 1: And that's even not taking into account the mayor.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Well, yeah, although he was pretty please.
- 0:50Speaker 1: He's figured out a way to take care of the
- 0:51Speaker 1: homeless problem.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Yeah. No, it was actually good during the snowstorm. And
- 0:55Speaker 2: you know, we got a city council speaker that was
- 0:57Speaker 2: just elected who's actually a normal conservative of common sense
- 1:01Speaker 2: type of person. So, and that's happened. I don't know
- 1:05Speaker 2: she got she was I'm the city council and got
- 1:07Speaker 2: elected speaker. But being in that job you got half
- 1:10Speaker 2: the power. It split between the mayor and her.
- 1:13Speaker 1: So yes, I'm shocked.
- 1:15Speaker 2: That'll be pretty good. Hey, Minnesota, the shooting didn't look
- 1:21Speaker 2: totally justified to me, but you know, in that kind
- 1:23Speaker 2: of chaos, anything can happen. But shouldn't people realize this
- 1:26Speaker 2: is all the fault of the mayor and the governor
- 1:28Speaker 2: for withholding the police, not controlling the protest.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yes, yes, of course, I guess that's a rhetorical question,
- 1:37Speaker 1: but it really does bear repeating. This isn't happening in
- 1:42Speaker 1: other states. Uh, the the governor and the mayor and
- 1:46Speaker 1: all these quote sanctuary cities, I think they're free to
- 1:50Speaker 1: to secede from federal law. Well they aren't. As I
- 1:55Speaker 1: keep pointing out, the two most you know, greatest act
- 2:00Speaker 1: of heroism by a president in US Eisenhower sending in
- 2:06Speaker 1: the one hundred and first Airborne to walk nine black
- 2:10Speaker 1: children to school. Why because it was in violation of
- 2:13Speaker 1: a single Supreme Court order, which was or decision, which
- 2:17Speaker 1: was really kind of a novel decision, certainly controversial, and
- 2:23Speaker 1: that was that separate but equal schools for black and
- 2:26Speaker 1: white kids was inherently unconstitutional. As I've mentioned, Clarence Thomas
- 2:32Speaker 1: keeps pointing out, and I mean, everyone knew at the time,
- 2:36Speaker 1: the real problem was the schools were not remotely equal.
- 2:40Speaker 1: The black schools didn't have air conditioning, running water, you know,
- 2:44Speaker 1: horrible facilities, few teachers. But Clarence Thomas keeps an exasperation
- 2:50Speaker 1: saying black children don't need to sit next to whites
- 2:54Speaker 1: in order to learn that. That is not the crew
- 2:57Speaker 1: the central problem here. In any event, it was an
- 2:59Speaker 1: all decision, and Orville fabas Bill Clinton's mentor, by the way,
- 3:05Speaker 1: UH said, know what we're going to do is set
- 3:09Speaker 1: up a voucher system for for all all students. Schools
- 3:14Speaker 1: will be private, and private schools can do whatever they want,
- 3:18Speaker 1: which was, you know, probably technically correct. Nonetheless, this was contrary.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It was it was an important time. There had been
- 3:25Speaker 1: years of Jim Crow laws. The Supreme Court had spoken,
- 3:28Speaker 1: and Republican Eisenhower sent in the one hundred and first
- 3:33Speaker 1: Airborne under the Insurrection Act. I might add and the
- 3:37Speaker 1: Constitution to walk these non black children to school in
- 3:41Speaker 1: order to enforce one Supreme Court decision. Supreme Court has
- 3:45Speaker 1: ruled dozens of times that federal immigration law is one
- 3:51Speaker 1: I not defy its states. States aren't even allowed to
- 3:55Speaker 1: comply with federal immigration law if the president happens to
- 3:59Speaker 1: be a Democrat. I e Obama and says I don't
- 4:02Speaker 1: want to enforce it. No. Obama took to Arizona to
- 4:06Speaker 1: the Supreme Court and said, you can't enforce federal immigration law.
- 4:10Speaker 1: I'm the president. I don't want to enforce it. And
- 4:13Speaker 1: by and large the Supreme Court agreed immigration law one
- 4:17Speaker 1: hundred percent federal law. Obviously, a majority of Americans want
- 4:22Speaker 1: immigration law enforced. That was probably the biggest part of
- 4:25Speaker 1: Trump's victory. And you have these states like tim waltzing
- 4:30Speaker 1: we are an island from federal law. No, this is
- 4:34Speaker 1: you can't secede from the law. So these poor agents
- 4:39Speaker 1: are just trying to enforce federal law. I really do
- 4:43Speaker 1: think Trump should send in more troops. That's another issue,
- 4:48Speaker 1: overwhelming force. They are facing an organized, militarized, violent left
- 4:54Speaker 1: wing group. I mean, some of them are just stupid,
- 4:58Speaker 1: chubby girls in Minnesota going along things. But you do
- 5:01Speaker 1: have an organized effort to block all deportations deportations of
- 5:07Speaker 1: violent felons. Do not let liberals or Democrats tell you, oh, no,
- 5:11Speaker 1: of course we all want to deport violent No they don't, No,
- 5:14Speaker 1: they don't. They want all twenty million illegals brought in
- 5:18Speaker 1: by Biden, not to mention the thirty forty million who
- 5:22Speaker 1: were already here. They have to stay, they have to stay,
- 5:25Speaker 1: and they will do anything. I mean, remember you had
- 5:28Speaker 1: the attempted assassination of ice officials down at that Dallas
- 5:32Speaker 1: Ice facility just a few months ago. They're violent, they're interfering. Yeah, okay,
- 5:39Speaker 1: the shooting didn't look good, but I'm sorry. I have
- 5:45Speaker 1: a lot of sympathy for cops in that situation. They
- 5:48Speaker 1: are allowed to go home alive at night. It's not
- 5:50Speaker 1: supposed to be a fair fight between between the guy
- 5:55Speaker 1: resisting rest who happens to be in possession of a
- 5:57Speaker 1: gun and the police. And I mean, I suppose we'll
- 6:02Speaker 1: know more, but it appears that when when you're wrestling
- 6:05Speaker 1: with someone who had been interfering with federal operations, they
- 6:10Speaker 1: see a gun. Boy, when cops your gun, gun, gun,
- 6:15Speaker 1: that is that is quite a tense moment. You know,
- 6:17Speaker 1: you don't want to get shot. Don't interfere with with
- 6:20Speaker 1: law enforcement while in possession of a deadly weapon, whether
- 6:24Speaker 1: that's a gun or or or a car.
- 6:26Speaker 2: Yeah. No, they calling protesters, but a protester is standing
- 6:29Speaker 2: over there with a sign yelling at you. When they're
- 6:32Speaker 2: actually physically in your face and trying to block your operation,
- 6:34Speaker 2: that's no longer a protester. In fact, that's actually a
- 6:36Speaker 2: crime to interfere with you.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely right, absolutely there being as obnoxious as possible.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Blowing whistles. One one thing that the media keep insisting.
- 6:46Speaker 1: I mean, it's a small point, but it's a fact that,
- 6:50Speaker 1: oh he was legally legally permitted to have a gun.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Ha ha, you right wingers, we thought you believed in
- 6:56Speaker 1: gun right. Well, in Minnesota, the law he is, yes,
- 7:01Speaker 1: you can. You can have a concealed weapon, but you
- 7:04Speaker 1: need to have your permit on you and you need
- 7:06Speaker 1: to have ID on you. Now this is curious. Why
- 7:10Speaker 1: didn't he have ID? I mean, have you ever gone
- 7:13Speaker 1: out and realized, oh crap, I forgot my wallet, I
- 7:16Speaker 1: switched persons I don't have. Of course, people have ID
- 7:19Speaker 1: on them. No, no, these because this is a highly organized,
- 7:24Speaker 1: a militarized organization. The quote protesters are instructed do not
- 7:32Speaker 1: carry ID because that'll waste law enforcement resources. When you
- 7:36Speaker 1: get arrested, they'll have to figure out who you are.
- 7:39Speaker 1: They won't know you won't have ID. This is part
- 7:42Speaker 1: of being at a block to law enforcement doing their
- 7:49Speaker 1: job here. That's why he didn't have ID and that
- 7:52Speaker 1: was against the law. Yes, only punished as a misdemeanor.
- 7:56Speaker 1: But don't tell me he was following the law. Those
- 7:58Speaker 1: of us who those of us who have concealed carry
- 8:03Speaker 1: know what the rules are and we follow them. And
- 8:05Speaker 1: there are a lot of very particular rules that are
- 8:07Speaker 1: gonna be kind of a pain.
- 8:08Speaker 2: In the butt now. I don't know. I was watching
- 8:11Speaker 2: Jimmy Kimmel last night and he said there's no proof,
- 8:14Speaker 2: no evidence that this is organized, that anybody's behind these protests.
- 8:17Speaker 2: He said, they're all genuine organic protesters.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Well it's not only absurd. I just reated moments to
- 8:26Speaker 1: go and pointing out passing out their pre pre printed
- 8:31Speaker 1: signs from from the back of a truck. But also
- 8:34Speaker 1: we have these.
- 8:35Speaker 2: What is it?
- 8:35Speaker 1: Are they on signal messenger? What is that thing where
- 8:40Speaker 1: they're all they're all it's it's very clearly organized and
- 8:45Speaker 1: and it's it's organized like you know ward politics in Chicago.
- 8:49Speaker 1: People have different regions to go to there. There are
- 8:53Speaker 1: there are specific instructions like don't carry the idds and
- 8:57Speaker 1: throw things and getting their faces. Why do they all
- 9:00Speaker 1: suddenly have whistles this idea? I mean, the left pulls
- 9:04Speaker 1: this a lot. Oh, there's no such thing as antifa.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I call this the left scorched earth policy. To argumentation,
- 9:14Speaker 1: they retreat, burning the English language as they Oh, what
- 9:17Speaker 1: do you mean antifa? I have no idea what that means? Well, okay,
- 9:22Speaker 1: is there a do we have a membership card on
- 9:25Speaker 1: on these alleged everyone they call a white supremacist? Where
- 9:30Speaker 1: are their cards? Why can't There's no such thing? In fact,
- 9:34Speaker 1: I think there is no such thing as a white supremacist.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I would like to see one one produced for me.
- 9:41Speaker 1: But they actually like BOYD. They sure act like that
- 9:43Speaker 1: as a massive organized movement.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, one more that we just got a minute left.
- 9:49Speaker 2: The picture of Alex Pretty ms now formerly MSNBC doctor
- 9:55Speaker 2: the picture to make them look better.
- 10:00Speaker 1: You see my tweet on it, I had a much
- 10:02Speaker 1: better doctor.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Yeah, go to and Culter's twitter. You'll see how they
- 10:06Speaker 2: doctored the picture. But then you'll see what she thinks
- 10:08Speaker 2: they should have done. But that is out and out
- 10:11Speaker 2: fraud committed.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Okay, okay, we got a murder, but he's not good
- 10:17Speaker 1: looking enough.
- 10:19Speaker 2: So they made a much better looking in the picture
- 10:21Speaker 2: fake picture they used on MS now I had.
- 10:24Speaker 1: That's pretty good photo shopping. I gotta say, if you
- 10:27Speaker 1: can do that, Mark, I would like you to start
- 10:29Speaker 1: taking my picture definitely.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I think that's a little AI in there too, not
- 10:33Speaker 2: just photoshop fixing it up, but h and Culter great stuff.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Make sure you follow her on Twitter. In fact, go
- 10:39Speaker 2: look at it right now. She's got the You can
- 10:40Speaker 2: see the two pictures, and make sure you follow her
- 10:44Speaker 2: on substack where you can get her column and her
- 10:45Speaker 2: videos and her podcasts and all sorts of stuff and
- 10:48Speaker 2: Culter dot substack dot com and Culter. Thanks for being
- 10:52Speaker 2: with us.
