There have been seasons when I was coaching, motivating, consoling, judging, building, or taking responsibility for someone else's transformation.
I could do all of those things, and could even do most of them well.
But eventually, I began recognizing that the place where I experience the deepest intrinsic joy is teaching: helping someone understand something they couldn't see before and then helping them embody that wisdom in their actual life.
