- 0:34Veronica wheelch, autrice del Podcast Stop telling me to
- 0:37relax. Un titolo che è già un
- 0:40manifesto, perché quante volte, soprattutto noi donne, ci siamo
- 0:43sentite dire rilassati, come se bastasse respirare per
- 0:47sciogliere le fatiche, responsabilità, paure, orari,
- 0:50doveri, è quel carico invisibile che spesso portiamo sulle
- 0:54spalle, senza. Veramente a nessuno.
- 1:08regalare. Oggi con lei ci addentriamo in
- 1:11questo territorio delicato e necessario.

- 7:17È incredibile per me.
- 8:11iniziando a guidare. Viviamo in California, negli
- 8:14Stati Uniti.
- 8:37m. Entro in quei pensieri a spila a
- 8:39spirale. Non sono abbastanza, mio figlio
- 8:42si sente poco amato tutte queste cose oppure ci sono momenti in
- 8:46cui mi sento completamente sopraffatta?
- 8:49Difficoltà economiche? Lo stress di pensare riuscirò a
- 8:52pagare l'affitto? Riuscirò a mettere cibo in
- 8:55tavola? Questo succede quando.
- 8:59Quando appunto questo succede, mi sento stupida e mi
- 9:01colpevolizzo. Come ho fatto a finire in questa
- 9:04situazione? Sono una mamma single, ho tutto
- 9:08questo peso sulle spalle, avrei dovuto fare scelte migliori.
- 9:16sinceramente vanno e vengono ancora oggi.
- 9:18Ho giorni in cui mi sento veramente uno schifo, in cui
- 9:21faccio fatica.
- 10:25sistemano sempre. Ho sviluppato una forte fiducia,
- 10:28una fede molto profonda. So che anche quando qualcosa
- 10:32sembra negativo, alla fine tutto ciò.
- 10:34Lavorerà a mio favore.
- 10:40affrontarla. Posso prendere decisioni
- 10:43difficili, rialzarmi, andare avanti a testa alta.
In a World attenzione Tells
- 11:13Women Othership Becommer more organized lighter more third
- 11:17Phone where is a special comfem and your opinion?
- 11:21And how can we learn not to be Crush by it?
- 11:24This is an excellent, excellent questionmark I think the
- 11:29pressure comes from Youtube onest I think it come.
- 11:33Arcaiac Arca process of the World, if it come to my peture
- 11:39patriarchi be match, you know, if it's everybody is beh.
- 11:47Y is. You know, essere of walls,
- 11:52Lines, andrerds that in place in Society.
- 11:58Ed è molto benefit man. And make men's Life is your
- 12:03Pretty much me like the very Bay seccle di lements trombet.
- 12:07It's just like Society structure by Piturty things, Systems,
- 12:11processes, guidelines, lifestyles, whatever puten place
- 12:15è realty, benefit man and Life, women, cane and the shreggling,
- 12:24patriarchi and man, being and anything from there.
- 12:30From page Rocky came like. Io ne ho this idea that's.
- 12:38Woman in the home man are out working and somehow The Wall
- 12:42have been the Financial provider perché you have a job is more
- 12:48significano the Mother been a home and well know that you know
- 12:52being apparented being stay home parental whatever you are stay
- 12:58home single, working whatever it's very Challenge.
- 13:02And It's a guadagnare Plate and you curry a live physical Labour
- 13:06and another House of Dutyes in the New carry emotional Labour
- 13:10and taken care of your Children and beinger spalls.
- 13:15And because It's a look that as the easyer side of Life as apost
- 13:18to a man a required to the just go out and provide in Word for
- 13:22us for women to be frased and overwund and stress seems.
- 13:27In pace, orsociety can make it seam like that, selly over
- 13:32reacting because it's Sean as the easy thing to do to be home,
- 13:36the Kid be e cartaker. Anything to?
- 13:43You think thing a bad like a me and get Angry like it's not the
- 13:45honobody cares what is like disorganised-fall or haze a bad
- 13:52day or something en al line it Real not a big deals it's Kanye
- 13:57dismesse in overlocked in a Life COS on beh upside name calls she
- 14:04is label so. Ed è che just come to the idea
- 14:10of meno think of Society frameing the Life of a man and
- 14:14giving imme stron and thinking that it's One important and
- 14:18White women haveen assegnd to Dio be more the cure tagerste in
- 14:23the home. Sì, I think you know for me I
- 14:31think it's gift giving myself Grease i cus i can strat what i
- 14:37as a Mother in General and an as a single Pirate I'm gonna be
- 14:44streetd very very very then what?
- 14:46Having to work and having not obbligation having to take over
- 14:49House all and clean Cook 9 and having to be a care take and
- 14:54premier provider. Care tagger, Mother, from my
- 14:58Child, It's alla to. It's alla to do.
- 15:02TI can't say it like verbale, this is a quell.
- 15:08That's like the Fourty Hour work Week West design.
- 15:14Men who are, you know, not taking care of surgh the House
- 15:21holter I can't remember what it. Is beh essenziale the Fourty
- 15:26Hour work week? What is designd for somebody who
- 15:30is not doing on the courthing dubbies and home are only
- 15:34working and coming home and working no working is for the
- 15:37hours a week reality thincare care the case of a cooking,
- 15:40cleaning, Driving around, Driving Kids, kier doing all of
- 15:43art, the just working and soven. I remember that this foury our
- 15:49structure work week and was made for people who for men
- 15:53essenzialmente. Expected to be able to do all of
- 15:58it and it's giusto impossibile we can not nobody man women who
- 16:08mo ever whome ever you know Paint in generale expectation of
- 16:15everything were superen and it's not possible so you just Real to
- 16:20give yourself Grace and let it go.
- 16:23And stop alto stop caroing what people think about how you are
- 16:27living like you know just don't care just stop caroing like
- 16:30there stays you know i'll be fully onster like there stays
- 16:33where with my Sun like I want to sleepento you like to School and
- 16:38i and it I'm sorry I am a single pare.
- 16:42Very. Business casual, I want seeep an
- 16:47extra hours, so he's got Misan Hour of frequent, but, like.
- 16:53I need that our sometimes just to sleeping allora rest just not
- 17:11have to Rush in the Morning things.
- 17:15Caring whats like people think is.
- 17:41Works for me. I'm very buzzy play stop telling
- 17:45me how to hand of things. Domanda fantastica.
- 18:35schiacciare? Per me la risposta è darsi
- 18:37grazia come madre, soprattutto come madre single, sono tirata
- 18:41in 1000 direzioni, lavoro. Lavoro, casa, figli,
- 18:44responsabilità emotive economiche.
- 18:58impossibile. Quindi bisogna smettere di
- 19:01cercare di farcela a tutti i costi e smettere di preoccuparsi
- 19:05di cosa pensano gli altri. Ci sono giorni in cui, per
- 19:08essere onesta, mio figlio arriva a volte tardi a scuola perché io
- 19:16i suoi voti vanno bene, sta bene.
- 19:22podcast, stop telling me to relax, smettere di dirmi come
- 19:30vita.
- 19:44Three zero is powerful vone reability and the way you
- 19:49communicate One that become shrink.
- 19:51When do you understand a vonnability is not weekness?
- 19:56Connection country. Good question.
- 20:02This questions. Think about is gonna Save the
- 20:06force recording? So for your polly like me
- 20:24thirty? Escared like a time of sceme
- 20:28about that'm feeling like wheney when i spook my mind i Sad, i

- 21:14helpertime i need you know a friend of sempre ciak to o i am
- 21:18legarly going to losed my mind yeah just Life experience.
- 21:23Have made me feel very have brodata vonnability alla
- 21:27willness to talk about things. Be vonnoble on honeston.
- 21:32Connection how can you if you not honest and you'no it all out
- 21:36there buy feel how cane you can't not your connection people
- 21:42you're not going to. E c'è screen for fake and Phone
- 21:47i don't like fake and Phone like i just say it like a need you
- 21:52red there and it to be vonhub beonest and just safe how you
- 22:00feel. For yours, crowing up and in tre
- 22:04teens and twenis sensitive. My shoulders feeling like i
- 22:13couldn't be myself, Express my self Ford to say I feel shon be
- 22:18ubset o whatver Butler. Vonnable myself to be sensitive
- 22:27qualunque about things and just be exactly why amlet my emotions
- 22:32my feeling come outlet need to i feel much a lighter just
- 22:39internally mentaly emotionaly and i feel la stronger and i
- 22:43feel more confident as want. Sono sempre stata etichettata
- 22:47come troppo sensibile.
- 23:33mai immaginato. E ora, cara Veronica, all'ultima
OK, question number Four,
- 23:53immagino Women whose Listening right now alone in her Kitchen
- 23:58or in her after a long day. A woman Who feels can't.
- 24:02Coop, i blames yourself who wanders if she is enough, what
- 24:07would you say to her from the Heart?
- 24:10Oh, this is a Great question as. And let her Cry, you know with

- 32:31possibile. Non pensare all'intera giornata,
- 32:39Se oggi riesci solo a fare quello, va bene così.
- 33:06fatica? Grazie di cuore per queste
- 33:08domande meravigliose Milena, mi hanno fatto riflettere
- 33:11profondamente. Grazie di cuore per avermi
- 33:13ospitata, è stato un vero onore per me.
- 33:16Io sono Veronica, conduttrice del podcast top me, telling to
- 33:20relax, disponibile su Spotify, Apple podcast, High Earth Radio,
- 33:24mi trovi anche su Instagram e i, Tik tok.
- 33:28Al all'indirizzo stop telling me to relax e anche se avete voglia
- 33:40all'indirizzo stop telling me to relax at gmail.com.
- 33:52con me oggi.
- 34:09soprattutto è molto formativo e profondo, quindi io vi invito,
È in quella risposta, semplice e
