- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I almost famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:06Speaker 2: So to take us down the path here because I
- 0:08Speaker 2: have a lot of like curiosity towards the situation. So
- 0:11Speaker 2: I do believe that this show, The Bachelor and Bachelor
- 0:15Speaker 2: got themselves into trouble. I have this theory. I can't
- 0:17Speaker 2: prove it, but I can say from my viewing experience,
- 0:21Speaker 2: when Trista and Bob are on the show, the show
- 0:24Speaker 2: not only was beautiful and people got alarm, but some
- 0:28Speaker 2: people weren't here for the right reasons. But the show
- 0:30Speaker 2: started to get into this drama centered experience where every
- 0:34Speaker 2: year the drama had to be one step more, one step.
- 0:37Speaker 3: More, once step more, and then you run out of it.
- 0:39Speaker 2: You're like, literally, you can't make any more drama unless
- 0:43Speaker 2: you do something on TV that's offensive and absolutely so
- 0:48Speaker 2: hard to watch that nobody wants to tune in. So
- 0:51Speaker 2: The Golden Bachelor kind of like cleans the slate again
- 0:54Speaker 2: and you say, hey, we're back at the beginning, and
- 0:55Speaker 2: I hope you know yea. As the show continues, drama
- 1:00Speaker 2: doesn't become the thing that this things build on.
- 1:02Speaker 4: I hope not. I hope not, But I feel like
- 1:05Speaker 4: my prediction is that it will go back to like
- 1:09Speaker 4: Bachelor or Bachelorette, regular Bachelor Bachelorette, then Golden Bachelor or Bachelorette,
- 1:14Speaker 4: right yeah, and so regular Bachelor Bachelorette. There will constantly
- 1:17Speaker 4: be drama. Yeah, there just will Golden. I feel like
- 1:21Speaker 4: it will be.
- 1:24Speaker 5: Maybe so like I feel like, so we thought, like
- 1:28Speaker 5: our generation, we're going to be our only viewers. We
- 1:31Speaker 5: honestly thought that the younger generation really wasn't going to
- 1:33Speaker 5: view this, but so not true. So so many people
- 1:37Speaker 5: from younger from you know, the you know, twenties and
- 1:40Speaker 5: thirties are watching this and maybe maybe maybe maybe they're
- 1:44Speaker 5: learning something from this.
- 1:45Speaker 6: It doesn't have to be about trauma.
- 1:47Speaker 5: It could be about like being cohesive and being friendly
- 1:50Speaker 5: and being supportive of each other and how attractive that
- 1:54Speaker 5: really is. And you don't need to be, you know,
- 1:56Speaker 5: knifing each other in the back. You can be like
- 1:58Speaker 5: hugging each other and like same way to go.
- 2:00Speaker 6: So maybe you know I love.
- 2:02Speaker 7: About that is that when when we were the first
- 2:05Speaker 7: season on Winterest, it was.
- 2:07Speaker 3: The Bachelor at the first Bachelor atte.
- 2:09Speaker 7: The first group of guys, and I remember saying it
- 2:11Speaker 7: like we were talking about it, and we're like, guys,
- 2:13Speaker 7: it doesn't matter. I mean, she's gorgeous and we all
- 2:17Speaker 7: adore her, and she's funny and witty and everything, but
- 2:20Speaker 7: she's gonna like who she's gonna like. We can still
- 2:22Speaker 7: be friends, and we made a conscious choice that that
- 2:26Speaker 7: group of guys. And I'll never forget it. I mean
- 2:29Speaker 7: we got some heat over it, but not publicly, more
- 2:33Speaker 7: internally from the producers standpoint there, like yeah, I mean
- 2:37Speaker 7: I remember I got pulled aside twice being like, you know,
- 2:39Speaker 7: we're done with the Kumbe bay astap, and I remember thinking, well,
- 2:43Speaker 7: then I just should I'll go home, you know. I mean,
- 2:45Speaker 7: if she doesn't want to give me a flower, she
- 2:47Speaker 7: doesn't have to.
- 2:48Speaker 3: And it was one of those things where it's like
- 2:50Speaker 3: I kept sticking.
- 2:51Speaker 7: Around, she kept kept me around, point being I got
- 2:58Speaker 7: a flyer. I stuck around. But I love these guys,
- 3:02Speaker 7: like we're still friends to this day. Ryan walks in
- 3:04Speaker 7: today and I see him and I'm overwhelmed because he
- 3:09Speaker 7: was my bunk mate, right, So I'll never.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Forget you what Trista was first mad at me.
- 3:14Speaker 7: She's like, I go on a date with everyone but
- 3:17Speaker 7: Bob and I come back to the drunk fast. But
- 3:21Speaker 7: when I go on a date with when I'm when
- 3:24Speaker 7: Bob's gone, I come back to reading the Bible. I'm like,
- 3:26Speaker 7: I don't know what you're talking about this. I mean,
- 3:28Speaker 7: these are my buddies. Yeah, but truth be told, like
- 3:31Speaker 7: we were genuinely friends and we still are to this
- 3:33Speaker 7: day twenty some years later.
- 3:35Speaker 3: And that starts to the top. I do believe it
- 3:37Speaker 3: starts at the top. You guys made that happen.
- 3:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I was like, I can sense the the supportiveness
- 3:47Speaker 4: and the sisterhood were exchange.
- 3:51Speaker 3: It starts at the top.
- 3:52Speaker 5: Man, So there's makeup, we're curling hair, yes, like we
- 3:55Speaker 5: were really but once again I told you, it's a
- 3:58Speaker 5: lonely place to be in your six seasons have trying
- 4:01Speaker 5: to date. So we came into a house of people
- 4:03Speaker 5: that were just like us. Hard to find out, like
- 4:05Speaker 5: when you're out in the wild, they're not there.
- 4:07Speaker 7: I gotta say I think I think here from a
- 4:09Speaker 7: casting perspective, I do think the show really did itself a.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Famous because they picked wonderful people.
- 4:16Speaker 6: Is amazing. I know, I love her.
- 4:19Speaker 3: Yeah, everyone I've met is just amazing.
- 4:22Speaker 5: They did a great job and you know, I kind
- 4:24Speaker 5: of I keep saying that, like, how in the world
- 4:25Speaker 5: did I get picked?
- 4:26Speaker 6: Because there were thirty thousand people that applied to this,
- 4:28Speaker 6: So I have really no I did not know that
- 4:30Speaker 6: thirty thousand. What's insane? So I don't even know how
- 4:32Speaker 6: they even look through thirty thousand applications.
- 4:34Speaker 4: Thirty thousand applied as the women or did men also
- 4:39Speaker 4: apply to be the batchel?
- 4:40Speaker 3: Wow?
- 4:41Speaker 6: Thirty thousand women?
- 4:42Speaker 4: Do you know? Do you know what how many people apply?
- 4:46Speaker 2: I have no idea. I couldn't even tell you. I
- 4:48Speaker 2: mean probably twenty thirty when I was a bachelor, thirty.
- 4:58Speaker 6: On the end of that shadow, that's it.
- 5:00Speaker 2: I said, let's find them. If not, we're going out
- 5:02Speaker 2: to LA the night before and bringing.
- 5:04Speaker 6: Up We'll find some on the streets.
- 5:06Speaker 3: So it is.
- 5:07Speaker 2: I hope the Golden Bachelor does this, and I do
- 5:09Speaker 2: believe the show is focused on this is the love
- 5:11Speaker 2: story behind it, and the love story is so important
- 5:14Speaker 2: to me to talk to you about. And if you
- 5:15Speaker 2: don't mind, I want to get a little vulnerable for
- 5:17Speaker 2: a second because one of the things that has been
- 5:21Speaker 2: so beautiful for me, and you know, when I did
- 5:24Speaker 2: this thing with Gary that won't be shown. We went
- 5:26Speaker 2: around to these public places and it's really fun. I'm
- 5:32Speaker 2: requesting this excerpt. Yeah, I hope it makes funny reals.
- 5:36Speaker 2: But we got to meet the public and their opinions
- 5:39Speaker 2: of Gary and the season, and the thing I kept
- 5:41Speaker 2: hearing was I will just say this. I'll get in
- 5:44Speaker 2: trouble for it. I know it. But there was a
- 5:47Speaker 2: lady at one of the events we went to who
- 5:49Speaker 2: stands up. She's probably in her sixties. She goes, my
- 5:53Speaker 2: husband died four years ago and I was lost and
- 5:56Speaker 2: I've watched this season and she starts bawling and she goes,
- 5:59Speaker 2: I believe I can.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Date a get yeah.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And so for me, I'm standing up there as like
- 6:05Speaker 2: the fill in. I don't even know what I am,
- 6:07Speaker 2: like the moderator, host or whatever. John Yeah, the fake Jesse,
- 6:11Speaker 2: the fake Jesse. And I'm crying because I'm like, wait,
- 6:16Speaker 2: this is what this show was so fun for me
- 6:18Speaker 2: when I did it, Like there were people actually personally
- 6:22Speaker 2: touched by a story of a cast member. The drama
- 6:26Speaker 2: maybe wasn't the center, and maybe for some it makes
- 6:29Speaker 2: a more boring season. For others, it brings in the
- 6:32Speaker 2: motions and the heart and you get to live vicariously
- 6:35Speaker 2: through these characters they watch on TV. Yes, so you
- 6:39Speaker 2: just mentioned that your husband had passed away three years ago, Joan.
- 6:42Speaker 2: Now you end up on this television show that you're
- 6:44Speaker 2: dating in public. What's that like for you? I mean,
- 6:48Speaker 2: I don't even know how to ask a question around
- 6:50Speaker 2: it more than just like what if somebody's listening and
- 6:53Speaker 2: maybe in a similar position, like what went through your
- 6:57Speaker 2: head to say yes, well through your head to say
- 7:00Speaker 2: I want to? And then once you're in it.
- 7:03Speaker 3: What makes you say this is a good next step?
- 7:08Speaker 5: So it probably started out with the application process because
- 7:12Speaker 5: like I can look around and see that there are
- 7:15Speaker 5: lots of people who have had second chances at love,
- 7:17Speaker 5: you know, in their later years, and so that kind
- 7:20Speaker 5: of gave me hope. But like hope has to be
- 7:22Speaker 5: backed up by action. You can't just have hope because
- 7:24Speaker 5: hope doesn't get you anywhere. Because I came and applied
- 7:29Speaker 5: to the show because I had gone out to dinner
- 7:31Speaker 5: with a good friend of mine and we had sat
- 7:32Speaker 5: at the bar at a restaurant, local restaurant that had
- 7:35Speaker 5: you know, mostly people our age, you know, in the
- 7:37Speaker 5: fifties and sixties and I looked around and I said
- 7:40Speaker 5: to my friend, I go, everybody here is a couple. Like, look,
- 7:42Speaker 5: there's not a single person a single And I said,
- 7:45Speaker 5: and even if I saw somebody that was single, maybe
- 7:48Speaker 5: I saw a good looking guy across the bar, I
- 7:49Speaker 5: would assume that he's probably married, because everybody our age
- 7:52Speaker 5: is married. So I realized at that moment, and this
- 7:55Speaker 5: is like two years after my husband's passing, and I
- 7:58Speaker 5: was just kind of getting in the mood maybe like
- 8:01Speaker 5: I got to get out there like that your market,
- 8:02Speaker 5: and that wasn't good. I wasn't ready yet, and to market,
- 8:05Speaker 5: I'm to your market like I'm not getting any younger,
- 8:07Speaker 5: Like I need to get out there. And I realized, like,
- 8:10Speaker 5: it's not going to happen organically. I'm not just going
- 8:12Speaker 5: to meet somebody. I'm not going to be at a
- 8:13Speaker 5: wedding to meet somebody. I'm not going to meet some
- 8:15Speaker 5: at the grocery store. I'm going to meet somebody sitting
- 8:17Speaker 5: at the bar at a restaurant having dinner with my friend.
- 8:19Speaker 6: It's not going to happen. So I need to take action.
- 8:22Speaker 5: And I came home and I sat down and I
- 8:23Speaker 5: turned on the Bachelor because I'm a Bachelor watcher and
- 8:26Speaker 5: they had doing a casting call for the Golden Bachelor.
- 8:29Speaker 5: It was like the universe was telling me to do it.
- 8:31Speaker 5: So I did it, and that was like my first step,
- 8:35Speaker 5: like I had to do.
- 8:36Speaker 6: I had to take some action.
- 8:37Speaker 5: And my action just happened to be a really freakishly
- 8:40Speaker 5: large one that and I didn't think so at the time.
- 8:43Speaker 5: I was like, yeah, I'll fill this out, and like
- 8:45Speaker 5: I didn't even it was kind of a long application
- 8:46Speaker 5: I was doing at my phone. I had already had
- 8:48Speaker 5: two glasses of wine, Like I'm not really very good
- 8:51Speaker 5: on my phone anyway.
- 8:52Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, you're right. The wine probably helped.
- 8:55Speaker 5: And so I only filled out like half the application
- 8:58Speaker 5: and then I sent my photos like they said to
- 9:00Speaker 5: do it, and then all of a sudden, I was
- 9:01Speaker 5: getting calls. So it kind of unfolded in a weird way,
- 9:04Speaker 5: but really good for me because I don't think I
- 9:07Speaker 5: would have taken the action if I hadn't like just
- 9:10Speaker 5: happened to sit down and see that one little commercial.
- 9:13Speaker 6: So like my message to like.
- 9:14Speaker 5: The world of people that are sitting around waiting for
- 9:17Speaker 5: it to happen, like in their later years, it's not
- 9:19Speaker 5: going to You can't don't expect it to happen organically.
- 9:22Speaker 5: You have to take action and once you do, good
- 9:26Speaker 5: things will happen. And like even if it's scary, like
- 9:29Speaker 5: somebody said, some famous person said, you should do something
- 9:32Speaker 5: that frightened you every day, and this really frightened me.
- 9:36Speaker 5: But I did it because it wasn't just going to.
- 9:39Speaker 6: Happen, Like love wasn't going to confind me.
- 9:41Speaker 5: I had to go out and put myself out there
- 9:43Speaker 5: and like it's you know, I still haven't found love,
- 9:45Speaker 5: but now I'm not afraid to do it anymore.
- 9:47Speaker 6: I did it like on the national stage.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Like going to the local restaurant right now is like
- 9:51Speaker 5: super eazy.
- 9:52Speaker 6: You know, it's no big deal.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Now you're a few months removed from the filming of
- 10:06Speaker 2: the show. You didn't find love on the show. This
- 10:11Speaker 2: is a very drastic choice to come on the Golden Show.
- 10:15Speaker 2: What other ways are you now excited to try to
- 10:18Speaker 2: meet somebody that maybe somebody listening could be like, that's
- 10:21Speaker 2: creative and cool and maybe I could try to do
- 10:23Speaker 2: that also.
- 10:24Speaker 6: So I'm not a huge well, I don't want to
- 10:27Speaker 6: say I'm not a huge fan.
- 10:29Speaker 5: I tried the dating app So I tried to go
- 10:31Speaker 5: on match dot com right actually before I came on
- 10:33Speaker 5: the show. Before I got I filled out the application,
- 10:36Speaker 5: but I hadn't gotten contacted yet.
- 10:38Speaker 6: So I'm like, I, you know, I need to do something.
- 10:40Speaker 5: I need to take action, and and I was overwhelmed
- 10:45Speaker 5: by the response. And I think it was just because
- 10:46Speaker 5: I was like the fresh face on the app and
- 10:49Speaker 5: I had like the the only reason joul. So I
- 11:00Speaker 5: had like two hundred responses, and I felt really responsible that,
- 11:03Speaker 5: like people wrote real messages to me, and I should
- 11:05Speaker 5: read every single one of them and I should respond
- 11:07Speaker 5: to them. And I got through like forty the first night,
- 11:09Speaker 5: and then I woke up the next morning there was
- 11:11Speaker 5: like another sixty replacing those, and I saw like another
- 11:14Speaker 5: one hundred and forty, And like, I'm not seeing this
- 11:15Speaker 5: in a bragging way, because I'm just saying it's overwhelming
- 11:18Speaker 5: to do a dating website. And so I'm not positive
- 11:21Speaker 5: I want to go back on that, although I certainly
- 11:23Speaker 5: believe that you get a lot of options that way.
- 11:27Speaker 5: I would rather meet somebody face to face, and I
- 11:30Speaker 5: wish there was a way to do that, Like I
- 11:32Speaker 5: wish there was like you see speed dating or something,
- 11:36Speaker 5: and I don't think it even exists anymore. I've never
- 11:39Speaker 5: heard anybody doing it, but I'd rather meet somebody face
- 11:43Speaker 5: to face.
- 11:44Speaker 4: What about what about dms? Do you ever fall into
- 11:46Speaker 4: anyone's DMS.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Writing?
- 11:50Speaker 6: I haven't been sing I've heard that.
- 11:53Speaker 2: There you go, John, just before you say I met
- 11:56Speaker 2: my wife through sliding into.
- 12:00Speaker 6: How so how do I vet the people that I've
- 12:03Speaker 6: had a lot?
- 12:03Speaker 4: I don't know that you vet and I have some
- 12:06Speaker 4: book right or you can do a background check.
- 12:08Speaker 6: I mean I think that we need to.
- 12:10Speaker 5: So I've had Okay, I'm going to say it because
- 12:11Speaker 5: I'm sure this will get beeped out, but I've had
- 12:13Speaker 5: dick picks sent to me. Yeah no, many, No, not many,
- 12:19Speaker 5: several though yeah yeah, yeah, yeh.
- 12:21Speaker 6: Yeah what And then I have like, wait, can I
- 12:25Speaker 6: could show you them on my phone?
- 12:26Speaker 4: Can?
- 12:26Speaker 7: No?
- 12:27Speaker 4: I don't need to see them.
- 12:28Speaker 3: Definitely want.
- 12:31Speaker 7: O G podcast now on the almost famous podcast.
- 12:34Speaker 3: They might want to see that.
- 12:35Speaker 6: They don't want this.
- 12:36Speaker 4: One One I need to know is do they automatically
- 12:39Speaker 4: send them to you or is this after talking to like.
- 12:42Speaker 5: So this is like they'll say You're so beautiful, I
- 12:45Speaker 5: love you in the batchel of the Golden Batchelor and
- 12:46Speaker 5: I'll say, oh, thank you so much, thank you for watching,
- 12:48Speaker 5: and then like that's on a conversation. Do you like
- 12:51Speaker 5: younger men? I'm like, no, not really, not my thing.
- 12:54Speaker 5: And then then it comes well I can't it's usually
- 13:00Speaker 5: it's young guys.
- 13:01Speaker 6: Normally I don't know. They think that that's my daughter.
- 13:06Speaker 3: This is bad, this is so good.
- 13:08Speaker 7: Now, this is actually it's as as a publish exactly.
- 13:12Speaker 6: So like okay, okay, then let me tell you the
- 13:14Speaker 6: other really disturbing thing that happens. Okay, please, oh men
- 13:18Speaker 6: contact me and want me want to be my sugar daddy.
- 13:21Speaker 5: No and offer me many many dollars a month or
- 13:25Speaker 5: a week to just talk to them, and they say no,
- 13:29Speaker 5: we're feet Yeah, oh guys.
- 13:34Speaker 3: Can we send I'd like to offer my number of
- 13:38Speaker 3: those guys you can pretend.
- 13:40Speaker 2: So here's the here's the funny part of this is
- 13:43Speaker 2: I'm meeting all these women tonight, all the Golden Bachelor contestants,
- 13:49Speaker 2: and they're all telling me the stories of it's been
- 13:51Speaker 2: wild that like their social media is now blowing up
- 13:54Speaker 2: and it's so crazy for them to manage and figure
- 13:57Speaker 2: out like, you know, a lot of them have never
- 14:00Speaker 2: really been on social media before, but now, I mean
- 14:03Speaker 2: they're in the world and people have watched them, and
- 14:05Speaker 2: so their dms are blowing up, their messages are blowing up,
- 14:09Speaker 2: like their social media is now getting a bigger following.
- 14:13Speaker 2: And so there is a humor, like a comedic side
- 14:17Speaker 2: to that where it's like this is hilarious to think about.
- 14:20Speaker 2: But then also there's this like what am I What
- 14:24Speaker 2: are you to do with this?
- 14:25Speaker 7: Joan?
- 14:25Speaker 5: And you know what, And I don't want to waste
- 14:27Speaker 5: this opportunity, so like this is my this is my
- 14:29Speaker 5: one and only here it is, and I don't want
- 14:31Speaker 5: to waste it. And so I do look at all
- 14:32Speaker 5: of those dms and and I want to do something
- 14:37Speaker 5: that I wanted to be safe. So I do feel
- 14:40Speaker 5: I do have a little bit of a fear factor
- 14:41Speaker 5: that these strangers are contacting me and I don't want to,
- 14:44Speaker 5: you know, I don't want to actually meet somebody that
- 14:48Speaker 5: would be not a safe thing. So I don't know
- 14:52Speaker 5: how to vet the people. So my biggest problem right
- 14:54Speaker 5: now is vetting them. What I do get a lot
- 14:56Speaker 5: of really really sweet things is girls who want me
- 15:00Speaker 5: to date their fathers, which is really cute.
- 15:04Speaker 6: So I think that is probably the safest way I
- 15:07Speaker 6: could go.
- 15:09Speaker 4: Unfortunately, down there girls that are acting like you, that are.
- 15:12Speaker 6: Yeah, you can't trust everybody, Yeah I can't.
- 15:15Speaker 5: Yeah, it's true, you can't trust everybody, so but I do. Unfortunately,
- 15:18Speaker 5: I haven't had a lot that are local. So I
- 15:20Speaker 5: want to date somebody that like is like a feasibly
- 15:22Speaker 5: you know, like within a few hour drive. I would say, like,
- 15:25Speaker 5: I don't have to be like, you know, right next door,
- 15:27Speaker 5: but I want somebody to kind of close. I haven't
- 15:29Speaker 5: found a single one of those, and I've gotten a
- 15:31Speaker 5: lot of them, but none of them have been like even.
- 15:33Speaker 4: Okay, well anyone lives fighting, who's in Maryland, in.
- 15:36Speaker 6: Maryland, DC, Virginia, be fine, be awesome.
- 15:53Speaker 2: To kind of close up here. Uh, this is obviously
- 15:56Speaker 2: kind of getting back out there. But also have you
- 15:58Speaker 2: been hit up for like sponsorships now, like Instagram deals?
- 16:01Speaker 6: Crazy?
- 16:02Speaker 4: Really?
- 16:03Speaker 6: So I did make an effort, I have to say.
- 16:05Speaker 1: So.
- 16:05Speaker 5: I came off the show really really early, and I
- 16:08Speaker 5: had a fear that like my journey was completely over,
- 16:11Speaker 5: and that made me really sad because I loved this journey.
- 16:14Speaker 5: First of all, I love being part of vaccination. It's
- 16:16Speaker 5: like a really like a fun group to be part of.
- 16:18Speaker 5: And you know, I even said in the limo that
- 16:22Speaker 5: as you get older, you get kind of invisible. And
- 16:25Speaker 5: I finally felt like I was a little more visible,
- 16:27Speaker 5: and not because I was on national TV, but because
- 16:29Speaker 5: I had found this group of friends that I really
- 16:31Speaker 5: really loved and they were I was kind of I
- 16:34Speaker 5: was on the outside now, and I didn't want to
- 16:36Speaker 5: be on the outside, so I started being more active
- 16:38Speaker 5: on social media and it did become a little crazy.
- 16:44Speaker 5: So I've had an insane amount of interest, and not
- 16:48Speaker 5: just from dating, but also from because I've done a
- 16:50Speaker 5: few tiktoks from brands and so I probably get five
- 16:55Speaker 5: offers a day to for different brands. Yeah, and good brands.
- 17:00Speaker 3: At all are not We're not allowed. Yeah, trust me,
- 17:10Speaker 3: ask forgiveness. Asked forgiveness.
- 17:13Speaker 6: Guys, I could be doing fifty a day. It's insane
- 17:16Speaker 6: that we get.
- 17:17Speaker 5: We get crazy, crazy, crazy, Like I was on my
- 17:19Speaker 5: laptop today, I was working a little bit because I
- 17:21Speaker 5: was in the hotel room and I had probably four
- 17:23Speaker 5: or five come through just today.
- 17:24Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean, it's it's crazy. Exactly.
- 17:27Speaker 3: You're getting way more than we are. Yeah, that's what
- 17:31Speaker 3: I can tell you right now. I would be like
- 17:32Speaker 3: ice cream and sure, I got a wine.
- 17:36Speaker 6: One today was dog beed. Have you seen the human
- 17:42Speaker 6: dog bed? I got the human dog bat, the human
- 17:44Speaker 6: dog bed. It's the thing you've ever seen.
- 17:48Speaker 5: It was tank and I got and I was like, God,
- 17:51Speaker 5: I still want to do one of this, but I
- 17:53Speaker 5: can't do it until it covers.
- 17:54Speaker 2: You're all up at all the ones. It's a nice
- 17:55Speaker 2: big dog.
- 17:56Speaker 6: It's like a big dog bed for a humans.
- 17:58Speaker 3: Here's the thing.
- 18:01Speaker 2: This is a blast for us. And I want you
- 18:03Speaker 2: to know that we are absolutely thrilled that you are here. Yes,
- 18:11Speaker 2: this is very exciting for any of us who have
- 18:13Speaker 2: been on the other show, because this is a show
- 18:16Speaker 2: that we all got very excited about and we are
- 18:19Speaker 2: very excited about and we enjoyed like it didn't disappoint
- 18:23Speaker 2: And all of you that are here tonight are people,
- 18:26Speaker 2: at least from our opinion, who have just like really
- 18:30Speaker 2: entertained us, but also that we fall in love with,
- 18:32Speaker 2: that we've rooted for, that we care for, and that
- 18:34Speaker 2: now we're cheering for even more now that this show
- 18:36Speaker 2: is done and this whole new chapter begins, and so
- 18:39Speaker 2: We're very thankful that you came in gave us a

- 18:48Speaker 3: are you glad you did it?
- 18:49Speaker 6: Oh gosh, yeah, you know.
- 18:51Speaker 5: I toyed with it a little bit when I was
- 18:55Speaker 5: deciding whether I wanted to do it. When they offered
- 18:56Speaker 5: it to me. I had this daughter who was very
- 18:58Speaker 5: pregnant and had a difficult pregs and saying difficult birth,
- 19:01Speaker 5: and I considered not coming.
- 19:03Speaker 6: And now I look back and I go, what was
- 19:05Speaker 6: I think?
- 19:06Speaker 5: Like this was such a great privilege, such a privilege
- 19:09Speaker 5: should be on to first of all, be part of
- 19:11Speaker 5: Acte Nation. To have met Gary, he kind of opened
- 19:13Speaker 5: up my heart a little bit. I kind of, you know,
- 19:16Speaker 5: feel like there's hope in the dating world for me,
- 19:18Speaker 5: and like hope of finding love. And then I got
- 19:20Speaker 5: to meet like these twenty one other women that were
- 19:23Speaker 5: like my They're like my tribe now my clan, and
- 19:27Speaker 5: they give me energy and they give me hope and
- 19:29Speaker 5: they give me people.
- 19:30Speaker 3: To do this with.
- 19:31Speaker 5: So like it's lonely doing this alone. You know the
- 19:34Speaker 5: world is full of couples. You know, there's not a
- 19:36Speaker 5: lot of people, especially at my age.
- 19:38Speaker 3: So it's so nice to have.
- 19:39Speaker 6: Yeah you have.
- 19:40Speaker 5: So I have this tribe and like we're you know,
- 19:42Speaker 5: making plans to go on vacation together. And Nancy lives
- 19:45Speaker 5: really close to me, so I know I can likes
- 19:47Speaker 5: come like, meet me for dinner. We'll sit at the
- 19:50Speaker 5: bar and hopefully somebody will walk up to us.
- 19:52Speaker 3: Yeah the bar.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Yeah, here's a psa. If if Nancy and owner at
- 20:00Speaker 2: a bar come hit on them, they would love it.

- 20:39Speaker 5: if I never find love, but somebody like goes out
- 20:41Speaker 5: there and you know, other people do it like, that's
- 20:43Speaker 5: all worth it, because like I I had my chance,
