- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: The liberal globalist order is on its brink and awakening a new conservative age.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: Dr. Steve Turley joined me every day as we discover answers to today's toughest challenges and explore the re-bondalization of conservative civilization.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: This is Turley Talks.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_00]: Hey gang, it's me, Dr. Steve, your back porch professor and my old man, there's never a dull day.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: There's never a dull moment in the Trumpian golden age.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: We've got, of course, massive breaking news coming out of the Middle East.
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: United States and Israel have launched a coordinated military assault on Iran.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_00]: U.S. has codenamed the assault operation epic fury.
- 0:45[SPEAKER_00]: Israel's codenamed in operation roaring line, which is very interesting because the lion is featured prominently as the emblem of the flag of the Iranian monarchy under the shawl, the Palavi dynasty.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: We are now getting reports that the joint military operation of hit targets all across Tehran is Fahhan, Khome Karaj, Karman shawl.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: Unlike last June's operation, been night hammer, which
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: struck at the political heart of the Iranian state.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking, missile infrastructure, military command nodes, the Supreme Leader's offices, Parliament, the military intelligence, Iranian naval bases.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: President Trump has explicitly framed this as a regime change operation telling Iranians in an eight minute true social video that when we are finished here, you need to take over your government.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_00]: It's yours to take.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_00]: So our job is to take out the ruling infrastructure so you can take over and this will probably be your only chance for generations to do that.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_00]: There were now confirmed reports that much of the Iranian regime's leadership has been wiped out including Ayatola, Kamani, himself, being increasingly confirmed that Kamani has been killed.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_00]: As body was discovered under the reportedly discovered under the rubble of one of the attacks.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: And so there is no question this operation was designed to capitate the regime and it is doing so.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's to capitate in the regime inside Iran and to capitating the network of Iranian proxies, Hezbollah, Iraqi Shiites, Kutis and Yemen, Hamas.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_00]: Nevertheless, Iran's response was immediate.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_00]: It was unprecedented in scope and strategically calculated to widen the conflict.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: They are desperately attempting to turn this military action to a region-wide crisis that drags all the Gulf Arab states in and adversely affects his global energy markets.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_00]: They, of course, want Russian.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: China, they get involved in some way, shape, performance.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_00]: So all of this is meant to make the strikes hurt United States and Israel.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_00]: And so to that end,
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: The Islamic Revolutionary Guard launched missiles and drones at U.S. bases across the Gulf and Bahrain and Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, as well as Israel and targets in Jordan, at least one person has been confirmed killed in Abu Dhabi from falling missile debris and explosions were heard near the U.S. consulate in Erbil, Iraq.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: critically, Iran targeted every Gulf cooperation council member except Ilman, which has served as Tehran's traditional back-channel mediator.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_00]: And again, Iran's strategies absolutely unmistakable, regionalized the pain.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: So by striking at the Gulf states hosting U.S. bases, Tehran's forcing
- 3:35[SPEAKER_00]: a choice upon the SUNY Arab world and threatening an energy shock that could send ripples throughout the global economies.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_00]: Straight ahead of Hormuz, through which 20 million barrels per day, roughly 20% of global petroleum demand flows is now under elevated threat.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_00]: Some oil majors have already suspended Hormuz shipments and Amazon's project-bright crude could spike above $100 per barrel if disruptions materials.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: Now what sense should we make of all of this because there is so much going on here.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_00]: first and foremost what we have to understand is that there are three actors in this assault on Iran, not just two.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_00]: This is not Trump doing the bidding of Netanyahu, or doing the bidding of Israel, or so forth.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: That's just a totally reductionist conception.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_00]: There are three main actors.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_00]: This United States, there is as real for sure, but there is also the rising,
- 4:34[SPEAKER_00]: Now, in the weeks, preceding the assault, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, actively lobbied the Trump administration against attacking Iran.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_00]: Oman was actually the one mediating the talks between the United States and Iran.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_00]: Now, because again, not because they're fans of Iran.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: Iran and the Sunni Arab world and fanatically do not get along either racially or religiously but the Sunni Arab economies obviously thrive off a stability in their backyards.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_00]: So they were originally opposed to any strike.
- 5:02[SPEAKER_00]: That calculus has changed as of today.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_00]: Iran's decision to strike Gulf Arab territory was a huge mistake.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_00]: Saudi Arabia and the UAE are now promising to join the fight.
- 5:13[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the easiest and most immediate ways for them to do that is for the Gulf States to lift restrictions on U.S. forces from using their aerospace.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the first thing to recognize here.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_00]: There are now three official actors in this offensive.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: The U.S. Israel and the Sunni Arab world.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so then that leads to the next question, what is this offensive for?
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: Why are we doing this?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: What we have to understand is that Iran defines itself as a civilization state and a full sense of the term meaning, that its culture and its values are not confined to a single nation state.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_00]: But stretch out over what's called the Shiite Crescent, made up of Iraqi Shiites, Hezbollah, in Lebanon, Houthis and Yemen, and Hamas, there's Sunni, but they're part of it.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_00]: Iran's foreign policy has been animated by a sacred narrative.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_00]: Shea Masayanism fused with anti-US Israel geopolitics.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_00]: What one analyst turned Messianic multipolarity, in which geopolitical power, is pursued not merely for national interest, but as part of a divine responsibility to challenge Western unipolar domination.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: That was what the bomb was for.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: A nuclear bomb would give this messianic multiplicity.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_00]: It's ultimate power to an orderly shape the Middle East region in its own image, not by using the bomb, but just by having the bomb.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_00]: It wouldn't affect turnaround into a quasi-superpower and thus bolster its messianic multiplicity.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_00]: Operation epic fury strikes the very core of the civilization self-conception.
- 6:50[SPEAKER_00]: And the key here is that the regime faces an existential threat, not to just its political institutions, but to the entire civilization, a project it claims to embody.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_00]: Iran's maximalist retaliation, targeting the Gulf, activating proxies, threatening formus, reflects the regime that perceives this as a fight for civilization survival, not a limited military exchange.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_00]: And yet this axis of resistance, as it's often
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: called that's the proxy network through which Iran projected civilizational influence across the region.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_00]: That acts as a resistance is at its weakest it's been in decades.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: the fall of Assad in December of 2024 in Syria, severed the logical backbone, connecting Tehran and Hezbollah and Hamas.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: So Lebanese Hezbollah, which was absolutely battered by the 12th day war, they're now cautious and diminished.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: Hamas is operationally crippled.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_00]: Iraqi Shia militias are extremely limited, only the Houthis in Yemen.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: who have announced the resumption of the Red Sea attacks, retain significant independent capability in all of this.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: But the axis has been radically weakened.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_00]: And so a decaditation strike on Tehran would pretty much unravel entirely the axis.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's the idea.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: And so what we're seeing is the Shiite civilizational sphere, this messianic multiplicity fragmenting under the pressure of military decapitation, proxy degradation, and the loss of its Syrian land corridor.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_00]: And so what remains is not so much a coherent civilizational network, but a dispersed archipelago of ideological actors, dangerous, but no longer a functioning civilizational system or network.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's place, in the place of this access of resistance, so this messianic multiplicity is the rising Sunni Arab world, with Saudi Arabia at the center.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_00]: Saudi Arabia's vision 2030 is not really an economic diversification plan as you'll so often here on CNBC and other nonsense like that.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: It is a civilizational project that explicitly positions the Saudi kingdom as the heart of the Arab and Islamic worlds.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: It operates on three pillars of vibrant society rooted in Islamic heritage, a global investment powerhouse and a hub connecting
- 9:23[SPEAKER_00]: And those three pillars constitute nothing less than a bid for SUNY civilization, a leadership.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: And the key here is that the cultural and religious components are just as important as the economic ones for that leadership.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_00]: And that's where the Abraham Accords come in.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_00]: The Abraham Accords, which normalized relationships between Israel and the Sunni Arab nations, represent a structural realignment driven primarily by shared opposition to Shiite Persian Iran.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_00]: Iran remains the principle impediment to a full-orbed realization of the Accords and the economic prosperity that they promised for the region.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_00]: Which for Trump is absolutely key in destroying the Islamic radicalization so prevalent in the region?
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: And so what do these strikes ultimately mean?
- 10:14[SPEAKER_00]: First and foremost, that the Shiite, civilizational spheres collapsing as a coherent strategic system.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: Whether the Islamic Republic survives or falls, the access of resistance connecting Hezbollah, Hamas, Iraqi militias, and the Houthis under Iranian coordination has been structurally degraded beyond any previous level.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_00]: What remains are fragmented, audiologically driven actors operating with decreasing coordination and increasing volatility.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the first thing that's happening as of today.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_00]: The second thing related to it is that the SUNY Arab Civilizational sphere is rising.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_00]: Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 project, the Abraham Accords architecture for the region and the Gulf States growing technological
- 11:08[SPEAKER_00]: position them as the dominant civilizational force in a post-Aran Middle East.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_00]: There are most certainly risks that still have to be worked out inside the SUNY Arab World no question, but they'll no longer have to contend with regional Iranian threats.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: And so all of this is to say that the Gulf is becoming the front line of this rising civilization was world, the rise of the SUNY Arab World from the ashes of the collapse of the Shiite, the Shiite rival will indeed have ramifications for all the world for the foreseeable future.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: So obviously we'll keep a very close eye on how things develop and of course I'll be giving you continuous updates and analysis as we go along, but bottom line what we are seeing today is nothing less than the rise of a sooning Arab civilization a world revolving or organized around the Abraham Accords so to bring in Israel.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: in order to bring about a flourishing and economically thriving Middle East made up finally of peace, that's the vision, that's the goal.
