3:26
Speaker 1: It has become motivation for a lot of people, motivation to show you that if you work your ass off, be yourself and don't pay attention to the haters, you can achieve anything.

4:19
Speaker 1: Some people have come, you know, at different moments.
4:22
Speaker 1: Some people have come recently welcome to all the newcomers.
4:25
Speaker 1: But this journey started about two and a half years ago and it's been a hell of a ride and, like I said, I went from covering the news to becoming a motivational story in my own right and um, I owe that to y'all.
4:38
Speaker 1: And so that's why I had to come in with the Cleveland undefeated.
4:42
Speaker 1: You know, I made that stone a long time ago and it just show you how much I ain't never changed.
4:48
Speaker 1: I ain't going to never change.
4:49
Speaker 1: I ain't going to never switch up.
4:50
Speaker 1: I was the same way I am now.
4:51
Speaker 1: I was the same way 20 years ago, 10 years ago, 30 years ago, whatever.
4:56
Speaker 1: I ain't changed for nothing.
4:59
Speaker 1: So welcome to my Flow Show, no Filter family.
5:01
Speaker 1: We about to get into this.
5:04
Speaker 1: If you're driving your car or Uber, put your seatbelt on.
5:07
Speaker 1: Make sure your rider's got theirs on.
5:09
Speaker 1: If you're walking your dog, keep your head on a swivel and scoop the poop.
5:17
Speaker 1: We don't want to look at your dog's poop.
5:18
Speaker 1: We love your dog, we just don't love the dog poop.
5:20
Speaker 1: You know how we do on the Flow Show no Filter, how everybody doing love the dog poop.
5:25
Speaker 1: You know how we do on the flow show no filter, how everybody doing so.
5:27
Speaker 1: Uh, without further ado, diddy, diddy, diddy is up to his old tricks again.
5:36
Speaker 1: Allegedly, allegedly.
5:40
Speaker 1: He up to his old tricks again.
5:42
Speaker 1: And uh, who is this trick with?
5:46
Speaker 1: It's with a photographer and, uh, another lawsuit, and this one is recent y'all.
5:53
Speaker 1: So you know, we gotta, we gotta, uh, we gotta, get into this.
5:56
Speaker 1: Uh, it's a photographer in 20, 2000, maybe, I've what, 2022, I'm not sure.
6:03
Speaker 1: Uh, we'll get into the article and get the exact facts.
6:06
Speaker 1: But, uh, another crazy thing is uh, diddy trying to figure out a way he planning his comeback, he planning, he, he pretty much already chalking and put it in the system that he beat this case and he already planning his comeback and how he gonna do it and everything.
6:25
Speaker 1: We don't even get into that too, but let's get into this article first.
6:29
Speaker 1: I use soap central because I told y'all, I try to pass it around on the articles.
6:33
Speaker 1: I don't want to use one set uh publication because our goal here is to get everybody's view, get everybody's facts and we figure out what the hell we believe.
6:44
Speaker 1: Don't nobody tell us what the hell to believe.
6:46
Speaker 1: So, soap central, this article actually came um, I think tmz broke it, but I'm gonna use that article.
6:52
Speaker 1: Let's use some of the independent publications that need some of the uh that needs some notoriety.
6:59
Speaker 1: So, uh, the title of this article is Photographer Suze.
7:04
Speaker 1: Diddy Alleges Forced Sexual Act Under Threat of Career Sabotage.
7:11
Speaker 1: So here we go again.
7:14
Speaker 1: I'm going to spoil alert.
7:15
Speaker 1: This is like all the other stories.
7:18
Speaker 1: It involves promises to advance a career and then Diddy putting this little diddy in your in the mouth and and getting wild.
7:29
Speaker 1: So just letting y'all know before we get into it.
7:32
Speaker 1: It's one of those little nasty diddy.
7:34
Speaker 1: This is a little.
7:35
Speaker 1: This is mohawk diddy type, even though this is recent, so let's go so.
7:40
Speaker 1: On march 26th, a professional photographer from photographer from Hollywood filed a lawsuit against Diddy in New York A legend essay and battery and other things.
7:59
Speaker 1: Now, as reported by USA Today, the incident reportedly took place during a commercial shoot around at 2022.
8:12
Speaker 1: To 2023,.
8:14
Speaker 1: You know.
8:14
Speaker 1: The photographer, who was hired for work, claims that Diddy pressured him into performing oral you know what Sloppy, toppy, whatever you want to call it In his trailer In order to maintain his career.
8:32
Speaker 1: The photographer claims to be a straight male.
8:37
Speaker 1: It goes on to say now, now one thing about this lawsuit.
8:43
Speaker 1: I will say this is supposed to be some big time Hollywood photographer who is a straight male, but he's supposed to be known.
8:53
Speaker 1: So this John Doe is supposed, not supposed.
8:57
Speaker 1: Is not somebody just off the street or whatever.
8:59
Speaker 1: So just to give you all that context, this is supposed to be somebody big or somebody known.
9:03
Speaker 1: Just to give you all that context, this is supposed to be somebody big or somebody known.
9:06
Speaker 1: So, according to the lawsuit, diddy asked the photographer hey, I know we're here working on this set and I know you don't know me, but I want you to come to my trailer and you come to the trailer and then I can advance your career.
9:23
Speaker 1: According to the article, that's how it went.
9:26
Speaker 1: So the photographer claims that Diddy said if he did it right, he gonna shoot his career to the moon.
9:35
Speaker 1: Diddy said if you come in this trailer and give me that Diddy special, I'm gonna make your career, make you bigger than life.
9:46
Speaker 1: Photographer said all right, let me put my camera down.
9:50
Speaker 1: And Diddy said no, no, you need that camera.
9:54
Speaker 1: No, I'm just playing.
9:55
Speaker 1: I just added that in.
9:56
Speaker 1: I'm just playing with y'all.
9:58
Speaker 2: He didn't say nothing about the camera.
9:59
Speaker 1: Let's continue.
10:00
Speaker 1: The photographer added he did what Diddy asked to do in order to save his career.
10:07
Speaker 1: According to the lawsuit, he later faced emotional and psychological trauma after the incident.
10:18
Speaker 1: Now, soon after the lawsuit was filed, tony Busby uploaded a post on his Instagram account with the details of the case, along with some information about the case and what happened, he says.
10:35
Speaker 1: According to the file complaint, plaintiff asserts that Combs encouraged him to join him in his trailer for an opportunity to advance his career.
10:44
Speaker 1: Encouraged him to join him in his trailer for an opportunity to advance his career.
10:48
Speaker 1: Plaintiff did so.
10:53
Speaker 1: Plaintiff alleges that the sexual assault occurred there.
10:55
Speaker 1: The specifics and the details of the claims are set forth in the case on file on state court.
11:00
Speaker 1: The facts allege.
11:01
Speaker 1: Busby also responded on ongoing news about his withdrawal from the cases of Diddy and he spoke on being withdrawn, and this is what he said.
11:10
Speaker 1: I've come to learn that some organizations report this is Tony Busby and and post news items they know are untrue or they know they're misleading.
11:22
Speaker 1: They just want clicks and views.
11:24
Speaker 1: One such item was that I bowed out of all of the Diddy litigation.
11:30
Speaker 1: Let's be clear.
11:32
Speaker 1: You heard it here first.
11:34
Speaker 1: I have not withdrawn from all the Diddy cases, period.
11:39
Speaker 1: Indeed, that couldn't be further from the truth.
11:43
Speaker 1: That couldn't be further from the truth.
11:54
Speaker 1: So, so, uh, tony busby.
11:55
Speaker 1: I don't know what publications he talking about, but that's why we gotta you know, that's why you tuned into the flow show, because we don't put no extras on the news.
12:03
Speaker 1: I don't know who said he withdrew from all the Diddy cases.
12:07
Speaker 1: I don't.
12:07
Speaker 1: I didn't even see nobody say that.
12:09
Speaker 1: I see that they say he withdrew from a slew of Diddy cases, but I didn't see anybody say he withdrew from all.
12:16
Speaker 1: Maybe that's a rumor running around, that I just didn't see.
12:19
Speaker 1: But anyway, yeah, he's saying he didn't withdraw from all the diddy cases which we knew that I mean, we never said oh.
12:24
Speaker 1: I never said oh, I just knew it was a lot of them and even though he withdrew from the one, even the ones he withdrew from, I know he's still active and involved in them because I know how the game goes.
12:35
Speaker 1: So I don't know who he was speaking about, but that is.
12:38
Speaker 1: Those are tony busby's were words, but uh, back to this photographer.
12:47
Speaker 1: The only thing, the main thing that gives that makes this somewhat legitimate to me, is that it's new and it's someone who is high up in the holly world.
13:03
Speaker 1: Now, I'm not saying I know for a fact.
13:05
Speaker 1: It's true, I don't know at all.
13:08
Speaker 1: I don't really know nothing about the parties involved because he's anonymous, so who knows?
13:13
Speaker 1: But one thing I do, one thing that makes me pay attention to it, is because this guy apparently has money and a name and is making money, so it doesn't seem like he's thirsty.
13:27
Speaker 1: But you know, it's still always hard to kind of imagine, like you know, like I'm not, I'm a, I'm a straight guy.
13:34
Speaker 1: It's hard for me to believe, you know, for me I'm just speaking for me that diddy could make, could tell me to come in the trailer and do some of that nasty Diddy mess to advance my career, and me feel pressure.
13:50
Speaker 1: I know I would tell Diddy to go to hell and probably whoop his ass right there on the spot.
13:55
Speaker 1: But that's just me.
13:56
Speaker 1: So everybody has their different ways of handling stuff.
14:00
Speaker 1: So I give people the benefit of the doubt.
14:03
Speaker 1: But that's the part of these stories that just make me like, wow, what, what's going on in this world?
14:10
Speaker 1: Like where, if this is true, you know, somebody can, like diddy can just tell you he's gonna advance your career, you're a guy, you're gonna just do.
14:19
Speaker 1: You know the.
14:20
Speaker 1: You know, get top, toppy, toppy to toppy, toppy like huh.
14:23
Speaker 1: But that's what the thing alleges.
14:28
Speaker 1: Now let's go to TMZ and see what they said about it.
14:32
Speaker 1: So, diddy, they say Diddy took the photographer into the trailer and forced them to do like what I said.
14:44
Speaker 1: And forced them to do like what I said.
14:48
Speaker 1: So the thing is this the guy claims that Diddy's true intentions quickly became clear when they got alone in that trailer.
14:57
Speaker 1: He said Diddy was unzipping his pants, making all type of sexual overtures, and then it went down.
15:09
Speaker 1: Guy said he felt like he didn't have no choice.
15:14
Speaker 1: He complied and performed a toppy on Diddy under that threat.
15:24
Speaker 1: And this is the nasty part.
15:26
Speaker 1: And if you don't want to hear nothing nasty, close your ears.
15:28
Speaker 1: But you know one thing about these Diddy stories, man, these Diddy stories, you don't even know how to say some of this stuff, because I'm trying to think of a cold word.
15:39
Speaker 1: But anyway, this dude says when Diddy climaxed, diddy told him to hold his let's say nuts in his mouth like a squirrel.
15:56
Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell that's kind of, that's nasty, but anyway, that's what he's saying.
16:01
Speaker 1: Diddy told him.
16:02
Speaker 1: He said hold it in your mouth like a squirrel, hold the nuts in your mouth like a squirrel?
16:07
Speaker 1: The guy's claims he didn't do as did he ask and was met with threat of physical violence.
16:16
Speaker 1: So did he so?
16:20
Speaker 1: So did he threaten him with physical violence because he didn't hold his stuff in his mouth like a squirrel?
16:28
Speaker 1: Yeah, I told you this is just one of them, nasty ones, like I warned you.
16:33
Speaker 1: He says then Diddy kicked him out of the trailer and then he had to go back to work.
16:48
Speaker 1: Back to work, grappling not only with the trauma of the situation but with the knowledge that he and combs you know what is on and inside his body photographer says he never heard from diddy after the alleged incident, which he says happened in 2022 or 2023 he can't remember the year and he said he suffered immeasurable and emotional, mental pain and trauma.
17:14
Speaker 1: I don't know what to say about that one.
17:20
Speaker 1: Um, it's nasty.
17:23
Speaker 1: He don't really know the exact dates, I don't really know, but it's just I don't know.
17:29
Speaker 1: Did he something else?
17:30
Speaker 1: And then this dude something else too, for letting them like don't, don't.
17:34
Speaker 1: Just.
17:34
Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, let's put a message out there don't sell yourself out for fame and money.
17:41
Speaker 1: I know it's fucking cheesy to say, and everybody should know that, but sometimes you just gotta announce the obvious just because somebody promised you fame and fortune, don't do stuff.
17:54
Speaker 1: That's gonna have you, um, doubting and and and and feeling bad about yourself for the rest of your life because money and fame don't do it.
18:04
Speaker 1: Money and fame is not gonna gonna make you feel better or anything like that.
18:11
Speaker 1: It's like it's inside you.
18:13
Speaker 1: If you feel good, whether you got money and fame or not and you living good, you're gonna feel good.
18:18
Speaker 1: But there's no magic button that says, okay, I'm gonna give you this fame and this money and it's gonna change your life now that we got that out, going to give you this fame and this money and it's going to change your life.
18:25
Speaker 1: Now that we got that out the way, let's get back.
18:27
Speaker 1: And then let's get to Diddy.
18:28
Speaker 1: This is going to probably cause a little trouble for Diddy because of a couple of things.
18:36
Speaker 1: One, this guy actually has a career.
18:38
Speaker 1: He's supposed to be some well-known Hollywood photographer.
18:43
Speaker 1: I can't confirm that, but that's what they're saying he is, because he's anonymous now, so I don't know, but they're saying he's a well-known photographer and, like I said, he was on a shoot, some type of big commercial or something that Diddy was doing, and this is when it all happened.
19:02
Speaker 1: So I don't know.
19:03
Speaker 1: But, like I keep saying, you know I gonna bring y'all every update that comes.
19:08
Speaker 1: But this is another one of those that makes me just say I'm just ready for the trial, the real trial.
19:14
Speaker 1: Um, it's my uh, I'm obligated to get bring y'all all the latest Diddy news because that's what we do here.
19:22
Speaker 1: But so I'm just getting to the point where I'm ready for the, I'm really ready for the actual case, because I don't even know what to think about some of these new lawsuits.
19:31
Speaker 1: Anyway, anyway, let's continue.
19:36
Speaker 1: So, speaking of now, y'all know tony busby is the one who brought this uh uh case, this new case, and y'all know Tony Busby is the one who brought this case, this new case, and y'all know Tony Busby is behind a lot of the other cases.
19:51
Speaker 1: Y'all know that.
19:52
Speaker 1: Okay, so here's the thing.
19:57
Speaker 1: So Tony Busby and Diddy I mean Diddy, tony Busby and Jay-Z just had court in California and it got wild and there was a lot of different little things that went on.
20:13
Speaker 1: The judge was cussing everybody out.
20:16
Speaker 1: I think that judge reminded me of me.
20:18
Speaker 1: I said if I was a judge I'd probably be like this judge who was judging this, uh, california, uh, uh, this case with busby and uh, jay-z, because I'm telling y'all this judge was cussing everybody out.
20:32
Speaker 1: He cussed jay-z out.
20:33
Speaker 1: The judge cussed tony busby out.
20:36
Speaker 1: The judge even cussed out somebody in the back of the courtroom who they even named who that was.
20:43
Speaker 1: I said I like this judge.
20:46
Speaker 1: Anyway, a lot went on, so let's just break it down.
20:53
Speaker 1: So one of the things that happened in this court uh, hearing y'all remember that they were throwing out okay, okay, it was a defamation suit from Tony Busby, I mean from Jay-Z to Tony Busby, defamation suit for the case of the 13 year old that was dismissed.
21:12
Speaker 1: You know it was Diddy and Jay-Z caught up in that case.
21:15
Speaker 1: Well, they also had an extortion.
21:22
Speaker 1: They also had an extortion.
21:25
Speaker 1: They also had an extortion case Jay-Z was putting forward with Tony Busby and initially that was getting thrown out or just, or there was no cause for that.
21:38
Speaker 1: But the judge said, with recent evidence that has come forward, they may have to rethink and bring that extortion case back against tony busby.
21:50
Speaker 1: If you don't quite remember, tony busby said that.
21:54
Speaker 1: I mean jay-z said that tony busby was trying to extort him when he sent that letter talking about he had victims, that was putting Jay-Z name in it and all of that.
22:10
Speaker 1: And Jay-Z caught that extortion Judge originally said no, but now they bring in that extortion case back and then we're going to go into a couple of other developments, but talk about this extortion situation with jay-z and tony busby.
22:26
Speaker 1: This is from the courthouse news service uh.
22:29
Speaker 1: Title of this article is jay-z's extortion claim against attorney tony busby may have one less problem.
22:36
Speaker 1: Goes on to say a superior court judge on Wednesday indicated that he was now leaning toward allowing Jay-Z's extortion claim against the Houston based attorney Tony Busby to go forward.
22:51
Speaker 1: Now he hasn't made a decision y'all, but this is big news.
22:55
Speaker 1: This is a reversal of what he previously said he was inclined to do, thanks to some startling new evidence presented to the court.
23:06
Speaker 1: What's that new evidence, you probably asking.
23:10
Speaker 1: Well, that's what you got me for.
23:15
Speaker 1: The new evidence is a transcript of a conversation between an unnamed woman who was suing Jay-Z and a pair of private investigators, in which she appeared to admit that the star rapper was not involved in her sexual assault, but that it was a busby who pushed her to add Jay-Z, whose real name is Sean Carter.
23:40
Speaker 1: Now y'all know we picked this evidence apart and, like I'm telling y'all, the judge is just leaning towards keeping this extortion thing going, but it hasn't been decided yet because Tony Busby is going to have a chance to break down this evidence and we know we all agree.
24:02
Speaker 1: The evidence that they are talking about is the transcript.
24:08
Speaker 1: You reading the transcript is one thing, but if you listen to what was said and what was going on, the actual evidence of listening to everything paints a different picture.
24:22
Speaker 1: You read the transcript and you just hear I mean you just see the words uh, tony busby or jay-z didn't have anything to do with it, right.
24:31
Speaker 1: But when you listen to what was said in that transcript, you hear dogs barking, you hear fear in her voice, you hear multiple private investigators asking her different shit back and forth, like it's not an environment that I would trust, anything that comes out of that environment or anything that was said.
24:52
Speaker 1: But the judge also cussed Jay-Z and them out about these private investigators and we're going to get to that in a minute.
25:02
Speaker 1: Let me continue on this.
25:07
Speaker 1: Uh, with this article, if the evidence can be considered and the court believes it can be considered for this motion, it supports not only the defamation cause of action but also the extortion cause of action.
25:20
Speaker 1: Judge Mark Epstein wrote in his 49 page tentative ruling For if one accepts those statements to the investigators at face value, then she at least did not authorize the settlement letter to be sent or even concluded that she was going to sue Carter.
25:41
Speaker 1: At the time the letters were mailed, he added, without a client's authority to send the demand letter.
25:49
Speaker 1: The court is far from confident that the letters do not start to look more like extortion than an attempt to settle a civil suit.
25:57
Speaker 1: Now the ruling was not made final and the hearing will continue next month on the 7th or 8th of April.
26:08
Speaker 1: The lawsuit is a sort of aftershock from the criminal charges filed against hip hop producer Sean Diddy Combs.
26:14
Speaker 1: You already know what he's been accused for Now.
26:18
Speaker 1: In September Tony Busby came with all kind of stuff.
26:20
Speaker 1: In September Tony Busby came with all kind of stuff and Carter didn't want to mediate, and that is why we are here.
26:28
Speaker 1: So extortion might be on the table for Tony Hotwater Busby.
26:38
Speaker 1: But this judge had enough cuss out to go around to the whole courtroom.
26:48
Speaker 1: So it didn't start like I told you.
26:50
Speaker 1: It didn't end with Busby.
26:52
Speaker 1: He had a little cuss out, left over for Jay-Z and his team.
26:57
Speaker 1: And we about to get into that now.
27:03
Speaker 1: This judge was like they got on the subject of the private investigators, right, and remember how we were saying well, how is Jay-Z in one breath saying he don't know who they are?
27:16
Speaker 1: But then we got these private investigators hired by him who knows exactly and knew exactly who jane doe was.
27:27
Speaker 1: Remember the private investigators was at her house acting like fucking maniacs.
27:32
Speaker 1: She got outside the door.
27:35
Speaker 1: They just standing outside waiting to invite themselves into her crib, dog barking.
27:40
Speaker 1: They lying to her saying we trying to help you, but they meanwhile they recording her.
27:45
Speaker 1: Y'all remember the whole fucking chaotic scene.
27:49
Speaker 1: Well, you ain't gonna believe what the hell jay-z and them said about that.
28:02
Speaker 1: The the attorney says he misspoke.
28:06
Speaker 1: He misspoke when he said that rock nation hired the private investigators.
28:14
Speaker 1: Oh, you misspoke.
28:17
Speaker 1: What do you mean?
28:18
Speaker 1: You misspoke?
28:19
Speaker 1: Yeah, they said they misspoke because they didn't mean to say that Roc Nation hired the investigators.
28:27
Speaker 1: Guess what?
28:29
Speaker 1: Y'all, y'all this shit floored me.
28:31
Speaker 1: Now my jaw did drop to the floor on this one because I said oh, y'all got some nerve.
28:35
Speaker 1: They said Jay-Z, nor Roc Nation didn't hire these private investigators.
28:41
Speaker 1: Jay-z nor Roc Nation didn't hire these private investigators.
28:57
Speaker 1: They say Jay-Z's assistants hired the private investigators.
29:00
Speaker 1: Listen to that.
29:00
Speaker 1: They say it had nothing to do with Jay-Z and Roc Nation.
29:02
Speaker 1: They say some rogue assistant just went and hired these private investigators on their own, it had nothing to do with Jay-Z and the attorneys.
29:17
Speaker 1: And I don't like it and I'm going to tell you why I don't like it and I'm going to tell you why.
29:26
Speaker 1: First of all, what assistant going to do some shit like that without no clearance from their freaking boss?
29:37
Speaker 1: You going to go.
29:38
Speaker 1: You got some assistant and I ain't done.
29:40
Speaker 1: It's more than one reason, but you got some.
29:42
Speaker 1: You can tell me that an assistant who works for Jay-Z or rock nation or whoever.
29:48
Speaker 1: You're going to tell me that an assistant is going to hire some attorneys for Jay-Z's case.
29:55
Speaker 1: I mean, hire some private investigators for Jay-Z's case and on top of that, they're going to take their own money too.
30:07
Speaker 1: Who paid these investigators, the assistants?
30:09
Speaker 1: Assistants making some good money if they got time to just pay for private investigators, for billionaires.
30:16
Speaker 1: So I'm an assistant trying to make it in this world, trying to pay my bills, and Jay-Z, worth $, worth three billion, gets into a problem and I take my own money.
30:30
Speaker 1: I don't ask jay-z, I go hire private investigators to find out what the hell going on with his case.
30:37
Speaker 1: They think we'll believe anything, don't they?
30:44
Speaker 1: I guess, when you get a billion dollars, everybody tell you your shit don't stink, and you just think.
30:51
Speaker 1: You get to the point where you think you can just say anything and we just gonna buy it.
30:55
Speaker 1: I don't buy that.
30:58
Speaker 1: Sorry, sorry, no fucking way.
31:02
Speaker 1: No assistant is gonna take their own money.
31:05
Speaker 1: Go rogue and go hire private investigators for your rich ass.
31:10
Speaker 1: But I ain't the one fighting the case.
31:15
Speaker 1: So who knows what?
31:16
Speaker 1: Why are they saying whatever, but the judge ain't care about none of that.
31:21
Speaker 1: The judge didn't care about none of that.
31:26
Speaker 1: The judge said well, look, I ain't about to argue about this.
31:32
Speaker 1: Uh, if the assistant hired or rock nation hired, or jay-z hired, or your mama hired her, or shana hired the private investigator, maybe not Dreamer hired the private investigator, the judge, I don't give a damn, because what I am going to say is Jay-Z's fingerprints is all over it.
32:04
Speaker 1: So the judge wasn't buying it, just like we ain't buying it.
32:10
Speaker 1: The judge said look, I don't give a damn.
32:12
Speaker 1: Who you saying did it If the Roc Nation, next door neighbor, cousins, auntie, sister brother hired him.
32:21
Speaker 1: This shit got Jay-Z's fingerprints all over it, so don't come into my court wrong with that mess.
32:30
Speaker 1: I told you I like this judge a couple things I didn't like about this judge.
32:34
Speaker 1: But I kind of like this judge because this judge is kind of like me.
32:37
Speaker 1: He like you know what let me just hold everybody in contempt of court for a second.
32:42
Speaker 1: All you motherfuckers is tripping and that's the kind of judge I would be if I was a judge.
32:48
Speaker 1: So this judge is trying to figure out.
32:55
Speaker 1: The judge was in the courtroom cussing.
32:57
Speaker 1: He said, damn it, he had to change it to darn it.
33:00
Speaker 1: I said I think this judge listened to the flow show no filter.
33:06
Speaker 1: He seemed like the type.
33:07
Speaker 1: But yeah, the judge ain't trying to hear it.
33:14
Speaker 1: But the judge needs some time to get stuff in order.
33:18
Speaker 1: So, as of right now, extortion and defamation is on the table.
33:32
Speaker 1: But uh, we can't say for sure if it's gonna go through.
33:33
Speaker 1: We know defamation is going through so far and jay-z and tony busby will be battling over defamation.
33:39
Speaker 1: We are waiting on the extortion charge or the extortion claim to be either admitted or not.
33:48
Speaker 1: But all I know is the more we talking about jay-z and busby, the less we talking about actual victims, and that's the one part that's kind of like getting on my nerves.
34:05
Speaker 1: It's kind of turning into much of a show and I ain't really for the show.
34:10
Speaker 1: Shit, you know, I like I I'm here to get.
34:12
Speaker 1: You know, talk about the facts, get justice.
34:14
Speaker 1: I ain't really into the theatrics and that's kind of what it's turning into and I think we're gonna get back to the real real, real meat and potatoes.
34:24
Speaker 1: Which is the victims?
34:25
Speaker 1: Are they gonna get justice or not?
34:28
Speaker 1: Did this happen or not?
34:30
Speaker 1: That's kind of like where we at and I think when the trials start we'll get more back to that.
34:36
Speaker 1: Right now, tony buzz being jay-z got their own thing going on, but Somebody else that got their own thing going on.
34:53
Speaker 1: Did y'all see that shit About Oprah being subpoenaed?
34:59
Speaker 1: I was like, not Oprah.
35:03
Speaker 1: I said my granny might rise from the grave if Oprah gets subpoenaed, because you know my granny, you know, back in their era, oprah was, oprah was.
35:13
Speaker 1: You couldn't say nothing about Oprah back in that era.
35:15
Speaker 1: And now, when I saw Oprah about to be subpoenaed, I said what the hell?
35:22
Speaker 1: And it's just more proof to me that Hollywood is turning on each other.
35:29
Speaker 1: What the hell am I talking about?
35:33
Speaker 1: Well, this is what the hell I'm talking about.
35:37
Speaker 1: This comes from page six Oprah ass in trouble.
35:42
Speaker 1: Now, I don't know if she in trouble, but let's see what this article.
35:45
Speaker 1: We'll see what's going on.
35:46
Speaker 1: This is the Russell Simmons mess.
35:48
Speaker 1: So y'all know Russell Simmons got his own little Diddy mess going on.
35:52
Speaker 1: But what he did different than Diddy is.
35:55
Speaker 1: Russell Simmons said you know what?
35:57
Speaker 1: I know I'm guilty.
35:58
Speaker 1: Let me take my ass out of the country and go fold my legs into a pretzel and just do yoga.
36:03
Speaker 1: So Russell Simmons just got the hell out of Dodge and went over to Bali.
36:13
Speaker 1: Wherever the hell he at, and he doing yoga, stretches with his, put his leg, both his feet, behind his head and all that type of stuff.
36:24
Speaker 1: That's what Russell Simmons is doing right now.
36:25
Speaker 1: He's putting his leg behind his head, doing anything to get away from these allegations.
36:32
Speaker 1: So check this out.
36:33
Speaker 1: Russell Simmons, grape accuser Drew Dixon subpoenas Oprah Winfrey, dragging the icon into this legal battle.
36:43
Speaker 1: Y'all know something getting real when Oprah gets subpoenaed, I don't care what the case is about.
36:50
Speaker 1: You get Oprah rich, five billionaire, but to be subpoenaed to court, you doing something, so let's get into it.
36:58
Speaker 1: So Russellsell simmons seems to have dragged oprah winfrey into this legal turmoil.
37:07
Speaker 1: I'm sorry, granny, your girl oprah might be going down.
37:12
Speaker 1: So drew dixon, one of the women who accused the def jam mogul of sexual offenses, including grape, has subpoenaed the TV legend in her defamation case against, demanding Oprah give evidence and cough up documents.
37:33
Speaker 1: So they saying they believe Oprah got proof Of this sexual crazy behavior and they want her to cough it up.
37:49
Speaker 1: In 2017, former def jam executive d.
37:52
Speaker 1: She sued simmons claiming he defamed her in 2023 interview uh, in a 2023 interview by casting doubt on her claims.
38:19
Speaker 1: Now one thing about russell simmons he gonna cast doubt on your claims but at the same time, he gonna take his ass out of the country to where he can't get extradited to uh.
38:30
Speaker 1: So that's kind of slick how that work I?
38:32
Speaker 1: I like how russell simmons got a game, don't he?
38:35
Speaker 1: He gonna stand ten toes and deny it, but he won't.
38:39
Speaker 1: But he won't live here.
38:40
Speaker 1: So in a sit-down with journalist graham besinger, simmons said could someone want notoriety in the market where people thirst for fame?
38:51
Speaker 1: He also said I've never been forceful in any of my relationships and all of his relationships have been consensual.
38:59
Speaker 1: She is also suing over simmons remarks about oprah winfrey's part in the scandal.
39:06
Speaker 1: Now this is where oprah comes into play.
39:11
Speaker 1: Oh, oprah.
39:16
Speaker 1: He said in that same interview that op Oprah had dropped out of producing a documentary on the record which addressed a number of women's accusations against Simmons allegations, and claimed that winfrey had recordings of conversations with accusers that revealed those alleged inconsistencies after she quit the project, winfrey told the new york times that she still believed dixon, but the paper wrote that she also thought there were inconsistencies in her account that the film had not adequately addressed.
40:10
Speaker 1: Now page six has learned that Dixon's attorneys have subpoenaed Oprah Winfrey.
40:17
Speaker 1: Now a subpoena to Oprah Winfrey from Dixon's lawyers, seen by page six, reads like this you are hereby commanded to produce the books, to produce the records, papers, data, documents, evidence, writings and all other tangible things as described more fully in the attached schedule A.
40:43
Speaker 1: They ain't playing.
40:46
Speaker 1: It's unclear what assets exactly were called for in the attachment or whether Oprah Winfrey complied with the demand, but we will find out.
40:59
Speaker 1: Now the subpoena goes on.
41:01
Speaker 1: But we will find out.
41:15
Speaker 1: Now the subpoena goes on.
41:17
Speaker 1: You are further commanded to to appear and attend before a not witness on an examination before trial by deposition upon oral questions.
41:28
Speaker 1: So basically what they're saying is she going to have to testify, she going to have to put that hand in the air and tell us what the hell she know Now, as the deposition may be videotaped and will continue from the day until it is complete.
41:45
Speaker 1: So she could videotape this thing, obviously, but the fact that Oprah is coming forward, if she comes forward, lets it know that these celebrities are at the point where they don't give.
42:06
Speaker 1: They is every man or woman for themselves.
42:09
Speaker 1: Oprah, like if I got to throw Russell Simmons under the bus.
42:18
Speaker 1: Well, let me get my arm.
42:19
Speaker 1: Let me, let me get my arm.
42:21
Speaker 1: Let me get my arm warmed up.
42:23
Speaker 1: Okay, I'm anxious to see how this turns out.
42:33
Speaker 1: I never knew, I never thought I would see the day that Oprah was subpoenaed on this sexual charge.
42:42
Speaker 1: Whatever is going on the fact that they even got the first step going, or the first step for Oprah to come clean I'm telling y'all this about to be a hot summer that we ain't even started with the diddy trial yet and it's heating up and getting crazy.
43:00
Speaker 1: So that's another case that I'm gonna be keeping a close eye for y'all and seeing what the hell goes on with Oprah and this Russell Simmons yoga master Mohawk Diddy mess.
43:19
Speaker 1: This, just overall, it's just a hot mess and I think that's why these celebrities is running and hiding and trying to get the fuck out of Dodge.
43:34
Speaker 1: And speaking of celebrities who are running and trying to get the fuck out of Dodge, this is going to bring me to my next one, because you know, y'all know, my transitions be cold.
43:48
Speaker 1: See, if you know who this is, my father being a pimp.
43:56
Speaker 2: It's just like I'm third generation Aaron Hall III.
43:59
Speaker 2: My father is Aaron Hall Jr.
44:01
Speaker 2: He's a pastor, so I just skipped over it like checkers.
44:04
Speaker 2: And the whole thing is this is that if you never heard a girl say that no fucked up trick shit about Aaron Hall, then you understand that let's Chill, shit is some real shit.
44:14
Speaker 2: So that was basically like from some life experience.
44:18
Speaker 1: So, before I let that go, this is Aaron Hall.
44:20
Speaker 1: He said let's Chill.
44:22
Speaker 1: If y'all remember this song, let's Chill, let's settle down.
44:28
Speaker 1: This is what I'm going to do.
44:31
Speaker 1: Y'all remember that song.
44:32
Speaker 1: So that's him.
44:32
Speaker 1: So let's go.
44:34
Speaker 2: Now my whole thing is that I just, you know, I just think that girls think that a whole lot of guys you know run after they shit.
44:40
Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
44:41
Speaker 2: Talk to me.
44:41
Speaker 2: You can say what you want on there, a whole lot of you know a whole lot of girls out there with the umbilical cords, them young 1970s, 1980s bitches.
44:49
Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
44:50
Speaker 2: They try to go up there with the, you know, with the fresh out the pussy shit and think they can get like a nigga.
44:57
Speaker 2: Like Aaron Hall, I'm a historical dick.
44:58
Speaker 2: They fuck with me.
45:01
Speaker 2: That's right.
45:01
Speaker 2: If they fuck with me, it's a big dick.
45:04
Speaker 2: Everybody know my son's mother.
45:05
Speaker 2: Everybody know that shit.
45:06
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's glory.
45:07
Speaker 2: Tell them about it.
45:09
Speaker 1: So when you put errands on it, when you fuck a bitch for three days and take the bitch's hand, Now, if you Diddy this, the last celebrity you want you just hear how he talking this the last celebrity you want to be caught up in a sexual assault case with the way he run his mouth.
45:37
Speaker 2: I'm going to finish this and I'm going to get into the crazy mess that's going on with Aaron Hall and Diddy and this nasty case.
45:42
Speaker 2: The crazy mess that's going on with Aaron Hall and Diddy and Nisk Nasty Case I mean it was like With three colors on it.
45:48
Speaker 2: Yeah, crazy glue.
45:49
Speaker 2: And my whole thing is this is that if niggas can't handle me, I'm not gonna never let them get my last name.
45:55
Speaker 2: If you can't handle my dick, you ain't getting my last name.
46:00
Speaker 2: So I've been single for 50 years.
46:01
Speaker 2: All right, now A whole lot of niggas out there, from Jamie Foxx to like I'm going to fuck it to death.
46:10
Speaker 2: I like to fuck in public.
46:11
Speaker 2: You feel me?
46:12
Speaker 2: Yeah, so niggas can't say nothing about it.
46:14
Speaker 2: Them square ass niggas.
46:15
Speaker 2: Them precious cake, little dick niggas.
46:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, I like for them niggas to see how I fuck, like you used to be the Jodeci or Puffy or any of them niggas.
46:21
Speaker 2: They been at my house.
46:27
Speaker 1: They all see me fuck they and she say my dick is small.
46:29
Speaker 1: That's what's going to get him in trouble.
46:31
Speaker 1: Y'all said.
46:31
Speaker 1: Y'all heard that.
46:34
Speaker 1: He said Diddy Now that's Aaron Hall had to give y'all a reminder.
46:42
Speaker 1: Doesn't he have a way with words.
46:46
Speaker 1: Anyway, that's Aaron Hall from the song let's Chill, and him and Diddy are caught up in a case.
46:52
Speaker 1: But Aaron Hall been running like Forrest Gump all over the world.
46:58
Speaker 1: We don't know where he is.
46:59
Speaker 1: They can't, they can't serve him, they can't subpoena him, they like where the hell is Aaron Hall?
47:09
Speaker 1: And that that comes from.
47:11
Speaker 1: They got an article.
47:12
Speaker 1: It's so much of a thing, it's a damn article on it.
47:15
Speaker 1: Him and Diddy.
47:16
Speaker 1: He just ran his mouth.
47:18
Speaker 1: And then let me back it up, the woman that he was talking about in that, when Aaron Hall was just talking about his baby mama or whatever that, he said he met her and he had sex with her for three days and he was doing all that, that's uh, gloria velez or whatever, from back in the day, and the rumor is that when they trace back that story, she was probably not even 18 yet she was under 18 during that time of that story that he's saying.
47:51
Speaker 1: So that's just a caveat, I'm just throwing that out there.
47:53
Speaker 1: So he got a lot of kind of problems coming down the pipe.
47:56
Speaker 1: Possibly, I don't know, but this is called.
48:00
Speaker 1: This article is where is aaron hall?
48:03
Speaker 1: Diddy's co-defendant allegedly is in hiding as an sa accuser and explored.
48:11
Speaker 1: So now they gotta explore unconventional methods to serve his papers because they don't know where the hell this uh, uh, charming, charming young man is.
48:25
Speaker 1: Uh, aaron hall, with his nasty talking, aaron Hall will take you down in a heartbeat.
48:32
Speaker 1: Stay away from him If you, if you got anything freaky going on, stay away from Aaron Hall.
48:39
Speaker 1: Anyway, they are trying to figure out because this was Lisa Gardner, in November 2023, filed a lawsuit claiming that Diddy and Aaron Hall essayed her after an MCA records event in the early 90s.
48:57
Speaker 1: The allegations are nevertheless very serious.
49:01
Speaker 1: Gardner has considerable difficulty finding Aaron Hall and even pursuing her case, especially because they can't even locate Aaron Now.
49:13
Speaker 1: Aaron Hall's lawyer is now asking a judge to allow him to serve Hall with any notices through the newspaper, advertisements, whatever they trying, whatever advertisements, whatever they trying, whatever they say that the service of the publication now only remains the only option.
49:39
Speaker 1: So what they're saying is the only thing they can do now is try to serve him by putting it in a newspaper or put an ad.
49:46
Speaker 1: Maybe I'll run an ad.
49:49
Speaker 1: Hey, aaron Hall, if you listening, they looking for you, they want to see something.
49:55
Speaker 1: You know, when somebody hiding and you trying to get them to come out, you can't tell them the bad news.
50:01
Speaker 1: You got to try to act like you don't know.
50:03
Speaker 1: So I'll put a little ad out, aaron Hall, if you listening.
50:07
Speaker 1: They trying to serve you.
50:09
Speaker 1: They saw that interview.
50:11
Speaker 1: You was talking about how good you is with all the sex and all the stuff you be doing.
50:16
Speaker 1: They just want to ask you a couple questions.
50:18
Speaker 1: They want to see something.
50:20
Speaker 1: So if you hear this message, aaron Hall, they've been trying to get contact with you but they haven't been able to.
50:27
Speaker 1: So if you can email the flow show no filter.
50:30
Speaker 1: I don't think it's that bad.
50:33
Speaker 1: I think they just want to ask you a couple questions.
50:34
Speaker 1: So I played my all right, did my part.
50:38
Speaker 1: So they saying that his last known residence was in woodland hills, california, but efforts to serve him at multiple addresses have failed his, his ass on the move.
50:52
Speaker 1: I bet you a bill collector can't even touch Aaron.
50:57
Speaker 1: Hall he good, you see how he's moving from all over.
50:59
Speaker 1: They say he was in Woodland, california.
51:01
Speaker 1: Now he moved to a View Park residence and then he got a Tarzana evidence that's no longer associated with him.
51:10
Speaker 1: And all this while Diddy is just sitting in Brooklyn medical I mean MD Manhattan Detention Center just waiting on his trial.
51:22
Speaker 1: But I know he wish he would have never met Aaron Hall.
51:26
