Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_04]: It doesn't matter what industry you're in, it's high demand right now.
- 0:03[SPEAKER_04]: Understanding how to use AI to have an unfair advantage.
- 0:07[SPEAKER_02]: Today's department is the AI department and I have the Queen of AI, Alicia Little.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_04]: I'm actually having conversations with AI to get what I want.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_04]: This is what we call it.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_04]: It's like using AI to win.
- 0:19[SPEAKER_04]: I go through a three step process and the first step is I just do up.
- 0:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I think we're not good with AI because all we needed to do with Google was asked.
- 0:27[SPEAKER_04]: this past year, so I want to say a hundred X down on AI, I'm making yearly salaries every month.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_02]: Can you just break down chat, GPT versus Gemini?
- 0:37[SPEAKER_04]: I'm doubling down, tripling down, 12 Xing down on.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_02]: What are the top three AI things right now?
- 0:43[SPEAKER_02]: Like, everyone in this room tomorrow has spent 15 minutes on these three AI things.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_02]: What would those be?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so first let me say three AI things for beginners, would be just,
- 0:56[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to the department.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: Today's department is the AI department, and I have the Queen of AI, Alicia Little, welcome back to the department.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to Las Vegas.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: We have a live studio audience as you can hear.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_04]: It's just amazing.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: And then we have art.mp4.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: Let's give it up for my guy, art.mp4.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: Real quick, what can't AI do?
- 1:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so I can't replace this, right?
- 1:25[SPEAKER_04]: It can replace that human interaction.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_04]: That's why brands and us and our personalities are going to become even more important in this AI revolution that we're going into right now.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_04]: So that's, you know, when we're looking at the big picture of us and what AI can replace, it can't replace who we are.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_04]: And so even though we can get AI to speak like us and to clone us, people want the interaction with us humans.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_04]: And so I'm telling people that our brands and our creators aren't there yet, that you need to go all in on you as well.
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: So good.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: I love that.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: I'm finding that authenticity.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's true.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: Is there a way you can get AI to be authentic?
- 2:08[SPEAKER_04]: Well, it's, you know, AI is trainable, so it's how we train it.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're training it to be how you define authentic, like you authentically to be, and it's responses or how it writes for you, then yes, you can train it in that way.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_04]: But it, it's only as good as you can train it as well.
- 2:25[SPEAKER_02]: Which is, I think, why we're all, I'm here.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_02]: Because I feel like I'm terrible at training, yeah.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_02]: I was trying to do a photo the other day, make our family image a portrait to put on our Samsung frame television.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_02]: And that thing messes with your face.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, every time you try to get a guy to do something, it's like, that's not my family.
- 2:44[SPEAKER_02]: That's not me.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_02]: But maybe I'm just not prompting it well.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and that's the key.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_04]: It's really prompting it.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_04]: So you really have to dive in and say, well, did I tell it to not change any of the facial features?
- 2:57[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, when
- 3:01[SPEAKER_04]: And so people are doing AI photo shoots, and you see some people's photos look exactly like them, and then other people's photos, you're like, who is that?
- 3:08[SPEAKER_04]: That doesn't look anything like you, or that looks like you 32 years ago, you know what I'm saying?
- 3:12[SPEAKER_04]: And so you just have to make sure that you're prompting it.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_04]: So when you upload the family picture the next time, you can say put us in Disney world, hanging out with Mickey and Minnie, but make sure that you do not change any of the facial features that all keep the facial structure and the facial features the same, and then you'll see that it does that.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_02]: So this is being very detailed.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_04]: It is being very detailed.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: I will, we'll back it up.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_02]: I just wanted to like catch up with you kind of.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: So like the last time we chat, it was like six months ago.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_02]: So in the last six months, what have you seen evolve with AI?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_02]: And how are you using it differently six months later?
- 3:50[SPEAKER_04]: Well, a lot has happened in six months and sometimes I think, oh, this is where AI is going to be in a year or two years and then next week you see the changes and the updates like it's evolving so quickly.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_04]: Some of the things that I have seen are just the advancements and how we can use it and how quickly AI can create things for us.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_04]: amounts of content that it's giving us and then tools like Claude.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_04]: I'm writing 200 page ebooks in one go with Claude with tools like Claude and Jen Spark and Manus and we're seeing better PowerPoint creation done.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_04]: I love a tool called Jen Spark but now Google Gemini has advanced so much as well like Google is really coming for it.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they're really really doing good when it comes to the AI tools and they're putting out so much for us but
- 4:44[SPEAKER_04]: Google Gemini can create amazing PowerPoint slides for us things that it couldn't do six months ago in one go creating a whole presentation for us content, the way that it looks and everything like that.
- 4:55[SPEAKER_04]: So for a business person, for an entrepreneur, for a business professional and your job, you're using these tools now to really level up and they're advancing so quickly.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_04]: We're seeing that a lot of people hate it the look of when you created
- 5:11[SPEAKER_04]: AI images, they look so plastic and fake, and now you can get such great realism with us.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_02]: It's an awesome option.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_02]: So Liberty, photo, dumps of nuts, Liberty is like, right?
- 5:20[SPEAKER_02]: Just or a farming.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, department fan, question for you.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: Based on you listening to this podcast, you probably are either looking to grow your personal brand this year.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: build your audience online and just stop chasing business and start to have business chasing you.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: If that's you, I want to invite you to the content to cash challenge.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: This is a five day coaching experience, a live coaching experience with myself that's done all on Zoom and you get access to a private community and it really is unlike any other experience that I offer.
- 5:50[SPEAKER_02]: By the end of the challenge, you'll have unreal clarity on what you're supposed to do online and you'll have the insight on how you can make an extra six or even seven figures.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, I said seven figures in your business this year.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: And if any of those things sound great to you, I want you to join the next content to cast challenge.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_02]: Scan the QR code if you're watching on a television or click the link in the description.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: Once you go through it, go ahead and upgrade to VIP because you'll get an extra hour of bonus VIP Q&A with me every single day of the challenge.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_02]: and so looking forward to seeing you there.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_02]: Let's get back into the combo.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_07]: With that, because it's advanced so fast, like we're already at 5.2, which is so funny, but like it can be very overwhelming or like where to start, what to use, what to even use it for.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_07]: So what would be like, do this, use this portion of AI for this, like what would be that?
- 6:40[SPEAKER_04]: So if you've never used AI before, just start with a free Chatchee BT account,
- 6:44[SPEAKER_04]: and just commit to spending 15 minutes a day talking to it.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_04]: Think about it as conversational AI.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_04]: Like you're actually having a conversation.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_04]: This is why I tell everybody to give if you're using Chatchipet to give it a name.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_04]: I call my Chatchipet chatty and the advanced voice mode when I talk to Chatchipet that's Tyrone.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_04]: So it's a different person, right?
- 7:06[SPEAKER_04]: And so, you know, I'm actually having conversations with AI to get what I want.
- 7:14[SPEAKER_04]: It's not just asking it, oh, do this for me, but it's, but you're saying, do this for me and what else do you need to know from me and then chat you BT will respond and you say, well, let's explore that deeper.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_04]: So it's not just asking it to do something, leaving it there, taking the first answer.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_04]: We've got a dig deeper with it.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_04]: But when we're just starting out with it, we just pick one tool.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_04]: Chatchee VT in this example and we just ask it one thing, dig deeper with that one thing and then if it's a question that we have, if it's a recipe that we need in our life, I was on TV today and I was mentioning one of those little flecks of the same thing.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_04]: I just remember what I mentioned, like a personal use of AI.
- 7:56[SPEAKER_04]: So I will go into my refrigerator and I'll take pictures of my refrigerator, freezer pantry,
- 8:04[SPEAKER_04]: I need you to think of something really quick that I could cook four people coming over and I need it to be ready in 35 minutes And it will give me the recipe tell me what to cook and I can put any parameters like gluten free or whatever And then this is the big thing for me.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_04]: I said and then create an image to show me what the plate should actually look like like what should the end product actually look like and it'll show you the chicken and the broccoli or whatever How it should look so you're using it
- 8:31[SPEAKER_04]: not just in your professional life, which a lot of people think, oh, I'm just going to use it to write emails for me or something.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_04]: No, use it for what you need in your life to make yourself more efficient, productive, save time because how we measure.
- 8:45[SPEAKER_04]: how AI is helping us is in the time saving, right?
- 8:49[SPEAKER_04]: How is it saving me time?
- 8:50[SPEAKER_04]: How is it making me more efficient?
- 8:52[SPEAKER_04]: How is it making me money or saving me money?
- 8:54[SPEAKER_04]: So I used it to fix my dishwasher.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_04]: So my dishwasher, when I moved it to a new place, didn't work.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_04]: So I opened up the dishwasher.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_04]: took a picture of it, told Chatchee PT like what brand it was, and it said, pull out the bottom, change the filter, pull it out, it showed me what filter to order the filter was there the next day.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_04]: I took a picture of the filter when I got it, and Chatchee PT said, great.
- 9:17[SPEAKER_04]: Now open some box with the filter it, turn it, and test it, and it worked.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I just saved myself probably $150 in not having to call someone, but not just a money, but the
- 9:31[SPEAKER_04]: to change filter, right?
- 9:33[SPEAKER_04]: That was the problem I had a broken filter.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_04]: So we're using it not just in our professional life, but personal life.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're just using it for the first time or just starting out, think about the problems that you have and ask chatGBT, can you help me sell my problem?
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'm cheesing right now because we had a coyote problem in our backyard, our cameras would catch it around 11 p.m. 1 a.m. 3 a.m. random times and I'm like, yo, I got friends telling me I need to put this thing down.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, what do I do?
- 10:06[SPEAKER_02]: And Chad, you mean he was like, is anti-kill?
- 10:10[SPEAKER_02]: You know, it was funny because it was like, in the event, it is attacking one of your children.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_02]: I was just like, this is funny.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_02]: But I think the reason why I can see the age demographic here, I think the reason why millennials, uh, is it Jen X, uh, boomers 2.0, right?
- 10:31[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, what would you be?
- 10:34[SPEAKER_02]: elders in it, but I think we're not good with AI because Google, all we needed to do with Google was ask.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_02]: And so being specific in our ask, which is actually like a powerful thing, it's just becoming better askers, becoming better.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like you said conversational, I think that
- 11:00[SPEAKER_04]: And I like to tell people who are uncomfortable with prompting, you know, prompt is the instructions that you give the AI.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_04]: If you're uncomfortable with prompting it, I go through a three-step process and the first step is I just do a brain dump.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, like, in Chatchy BT, there's that dictate button where you can talk to it.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_04]: Click the dictate button and just tell it what you want.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_04]: Like, well, I'm thinking about this and I need a business plan for my doggy daycare that I want to launch in Atlanta and you just do a brain dump.
- 11:26[SPEAKER_04]: And then when you're done, you push up on off the microphone button.
- 11:29[SPEAKER_04]: It's transcribed everything for you.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_04]: And then you go to the beginning of that paragraph that it transcribed for you and said, You say, rewrite this prompt for chatGBT for clarity and impact.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_04]: And then you put a colon.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_04]: And then a space and then you press go and it will take your brain dump and turn it into the most beautiful prompt ever and you're like, what in the world?
- 11:51[SPEAKER_04]: So now you don't even have to be good at prompting anymore because you you have the AI rewrite the prompt for the AI So your chat GPT is literally rewriting your brain dump to turn it into a good prompt for chat GPT And then after you're done with that you read this prompt if there's anything you want to change and then you tell chat
- 12:11[SPEAKER_04]: by the way, we should say, please, and thank you to CHEAPT, right?
- 12:15[SPEAKER_04]: Just in case, they're going to come back and they're like, she was nice to us, right?
- 12:19[SPEAKER_04]: And so, you tell CHEAPT, turn this into a mega prompt, MEGA, or super prompt.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_04]: And I just tried this one day and it worked.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_04]: And it knows to now talk about the role Act as A, and then it gives the task and the clarity and any
- 12:36[SPEAKER_04]: restrictions or parameters around it and it takes your prompt that it cleaned up and it turns it into the best prompt ever.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_04]: So now you have this super clean prompt that you can copy and paste open up a new window and chat you PT.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_04]: So now, because you can just brain dump it and get a great prompt that you can now ask chat you PT, put it into chat you PT, we don't have to worry about being great prompters anymore.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_04]: We don't have to say all right.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_04]: I need to go take a class and prompt engineering before I can
- 13:04[SPEAKER_04]: work with Chatchee BT.
- 13:06[SPEAKER_04]: That's not true.
- 13:07[SPEAKER_04]: So you just have to know how to that, you know, go through that process.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_04]: And here we go.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm encouraged.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's really good.
- 13:14[SPEAKER_02]: Because I'm a bad prompter.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: Not anymore.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_02]: Not anymore.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_02]: I know like chat, Chibiti is the one that just came out of the get-go.
- 13:23[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's what we think AI is.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_02]: There's immediate connection.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_02]: But I saw a clip that Gemini could have a potential possibility.
- 13:33[SPEAKER_02]: Can you just break down chat, Chibiti versus Gemini?
- 13:36[SPEAKER_04]: Sure.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_04]: The one thing that I love about the AI race wars as we're calling it is that this one improves and the next morning you wake up and you see the next improvement in the next tool like these tools are fighting against each other for our share, right, for our users, for us to use them.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_04]: And so Gemini, Google Gemini, is
- 13:59[SPEAKER_04]: the image creation is amazing.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_04]: The video creation is amazing.
- 14:03[SPEAKER_04]: It can create infographics.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_04]: I love the like hand drawn sketch whiteboard images that it can create.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_04]: PowerPoint presentations content.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_04]: So people now are leaning towards kind of the one stop shop that Gemini is over Chatchy PT.
- 14:19[SPEAKER_04]: We'll Chatchy PT come out with the video creation soon or we'll see, but they're competing against each other so much.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_04]: I will say that I love that Gemini because it's also connected to our Google account.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure how much you've done with it in that regards, but it also sends me a daily briefing every morning of what's
- 14:39[SPEAKER_04]: In my day and it really breaks it down and gives me advice on how to maximize my day.
- 14:44[SPEAKER_04]: So it goes in and it reads my calendar and then it also scourves my Gmail for me.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_04]: So you can tell it like every day I want you to do this and Gemini will do it every day without you going to it and asking it.
- 14:57[SPEAKER_04]: So now there's ways that you can also turn it into your assistant.
- 15:00[SPEAKER_04]: Just as you can with chatGBT.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_04]: So they're really running neck and neck, but I will say creatives are in love with Gemini, right?
- 15:07[SPEAKER_04]: They're in love with the nano banana feature, which is the image feature, so we can create great image.
- 15:13[SPEAKER_02]: I literally never logged in to Gemini.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, well.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_02]: And that's my bad.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just still on Google.com.
- 15:19[SPEAKER_02]: Because it just says AI this, I'm like, I'm using AI.
- 15:22[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what it's not real.
- 15:23[SPEAKER_07]: Does that make your skin crawl?
- 15:25[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, it makes me excited because maybe that's what we'll do today.
- 15:29[SPEAKER_02]: And I'll show you something because I'll say from my perspective.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_02]: And I've shared this with you is that I'm such an, yeah, I'm such an artist.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a creative, I'm a perfectionist.
- 15:40[SPEAKER_02]: I like, I love coming up with the ideas and all that stuff.
- 15:44[SPEAKER_02]: Now am I telling my team?
- 15:46[SPEAKER_02]: Like what Dan Martell says, y'all need to be doing 92% of your job using AI because I know AI could be used, but I'm like, I'm passing it off to them.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: And I think there is, you know, best and use cases for the director and then for the oversee or the employee, you know.
- 16:06[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I'm just trying to navigate that.
- 16:08[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I agree with you.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_04]: Sometimes as the business owner,
- 16:11[SPEAKER_04]: We now have 31 people on our team, right?
- 16:14[SPEAKER_04]: So it's interesting in the AI revolution, people think that I would have less people, but I just keep hiring more and more, but I'll talk about the hiring and AI as well.
- 16:22[SPEAKER_04]: But you know, we have a AI first policy.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_04]: So in our business, you have to use AI first.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_04]: If you're going to edit a video, you're not doing it from scratch.
- 16:31[SPEAKER_04]: You're using an AI tool and what AI tool are you using.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_04]: And that's so important.
- 16:34[SPEAKER_04]: So sometimes, you know, the business owner, yes, we'll have the their team using it, but as the business owner, when you tie into some of these tools, your creative process also becomes so much easier and more exciting and now you can create more and lead more and that's the part about.
- 16:51[SPEAKER_04]: as a business owner that I love doing is taking the ideas that I have and running with them at the speed of AI and then passing them on as well.
- 17:02[SPEAKER_04]: So when you really start to dig into what you can also do with AI before you pass it off, you start to get even better at, you know, taking your ideas a little bit deeper.
- 17:14[SPEAKER_02]: The number one question I usually get asked by people like you is, Omar, how the heck does your videos look and sound so dang crispy?
- 17:23[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the reality is it's the equipment I use and you'd be surprised how inexpensive it could actually be.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_02]: So I've compiled all my gear and I've updated the list and I want to give it to you.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're listening or watching this, just hit the description box below and I'll send you my gear guide for every budget.
- 17:38[SPEAKER_02]: Now let's get back into the conversation.
- 17:40[SPEAKER_02]: But again, like these are my ideas, like, and yeah, it's like I've gotten this far, why would I stop going to now?
- 17:50[SPEAKER_02]: But that's just, I don't know.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_04]: But let me answer that, right?
- 17:53[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_04]: So I, let me, and use my personal experience, right?
- 17:57[SPEAKER_04]: So every year, I get better and better in business.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_04]: And with AI, it's still the same.
- 18:03[SPEAKER_04]: I'm getting better and better.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_04]: But this past year, when I, I don't want to say double down true, I want to say a hundred x down on AI, the,
- 18:12[SPEAKER_04]: the ways that I've gotten better.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_04]: I make my last year salary in a month, you know, I've exceeded.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_04]: I'm making yearly salaries every month, yearly, and I'm not talking about salary.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_04]: I'm talking about company income, revenue, every single month, what I made last year.
- 18:28[SPEAKER_04]: And so, but that is really saying, I'm doubling down, tripling down, 12xing down on AI, and making sure that I'm going from idea to execution so much faster.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_04]: So I would have an idea before, oh, when I tell I sister Loret, I want to do this, I have this idea, and maybe now we're two weeks out getting the copy done for the event that I wanted to do, like I wanted to do a vibe coding event, right?
- 18:51[SPEAKER_04]: So that would take two weeks, writing the emails, all that kind of stuff with AI, the vibe coding event, everything was done same day, launched a few thousand people signed up, went to the vibe coding event.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_04]: So I can go from idea and passion to execution like this, which then directly relates to revenue increase in the business and also delivery to the people that I care about.
- 19:14[SPEAKER_04]: and being able to take my passion.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, I love this, I want to teach this.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_04]: But to do all the work, it's a quite all the emails to create the webpage for it.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_04]: That's a lot of work to have to go, but not anymore.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_04]: So I just turn on whatever AI tool I'm using.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_04]: I want to do a vibe coding class based on what you know about me and my love for vibe coding, right to sales copy.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, vibe coding, so creating software tools or websites by just working with the AI.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know how to code, but I will tell you that I've created so many tools and I've created so much software without knowing a line of code.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_04]: So that means that I'm just telling the AI, hey, I would like to make a marketing prompt
- 20:06[SPEAKER_04]: that they can copy and paste in the Chatchee BT and do, do, do, do, do, do.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_04]: Three minutes later, I have my tool completed that I can connect with my stripe.
- 20:14[SPEAKER_04]: I use loveable a lot for my vibe coding or...
- 20:17[SPEAKER_04]: creating no code tools, and then I can have a tool done the same day, which would normally take me weeks or months with developers in a lot of money, I'm just doing the things myself.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_05]: That's wild.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_04]: So I like teaching that, and so if I want to teach that, it would take a long time to put everything together to get it out to my audience, but now it's just done really quickly.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_02]: I literally got a DM from an old friend, and he was a heilmark, just wondering if you
- 20:47[SPEAKER_04]: right and I was just wondering he doesn't need to hire somebody yeah he doesn't need to hire somebody he might want to hire somebody to look it over at the end but kind of the the interesting thing about software development development that I'm doing is that I'll have I'll develop the software on level and then when I'm done I have lovable act as a usability tester and test the software for me.
- 21:08[SPEAKER_04]: So it then will go through and test everything and as a usability tester and then I have it tested as a customer and then I have it tested as the boss of the usability tester who assumes that the usability tester made mistakes and it finds mistakes.
- 21:23[SPEAKER_04]: So you keep digging deeper these things that the developer teams would do to make sure that the software is good, you can do yourself and do it within lovable.
- 21:33[SPEAKER_04]: So you just
- 21:34[SPEAKER_04]: start to think like I thought I was like all right when you create a software what's the person that would then go to the software and test it oh a usability tester well I need a usability tester and then I stopped for a minute and I was like but can I use AI to be a usability tester do I really need to hire someone and I asked loveable could you be my usability tester and loveables like let's do it and it tested the own tool that it made
- 21:58[SPEAKER_04]: And then I have chatGPT agent mode do the same thing.
- 22:01[SPEAKER_04]: And you can actually see, because it shows you, like chatGPT will show you, chatGPT doing the work.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_04]: It will actually go into my tool and test every button, every link, and come back and report to me what works and what doesn't.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_02]: What are the top three AI things right now?
- 22:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like everyone in this room, tomorrow's been 50 minutes on these three AI things, what would those be?
- 22:21[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so first let me say, three AI things for beginners, would be just to do it, just to start something, have conversations,
- 22:27[SPEAKER_04]: get to know Chatchee PT, get to know Google, Gemini, and start there.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_04]: For those that are already exploring it a little bit more, understand where the market is going.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_04]: Every single business right now, every single organization, government agency, they're looking for AI trainers.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_04]: So figure out how you can become that person that knows AI well enough and is AI literate enough to be so valuable in the revolution that we're in right now.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_02]: Which is like your certification program, which I know so many people have gone through.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: So the shameless plug and I co-sign get certified by her.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_02]: So there you go.
- 23:03[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm seeing that that is such a great move right now.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_04]: You know, we always say, I'm like, I'm booked in busy.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_04]: It's such a great move right now for people to go into.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_04]: and anybody in any, it doesn't matter what industry you're in, it's hiding in right now.
- 23:16[SPEAKER_02]: What a cool gift, as the business owner, to gift us AI certification to your employees.
- 23:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: There you go.
- 23:26[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, we have that.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: Become more valuable, yeah.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_04]: We have employers that are buying it all the time because it's not just for the employees, but it's for the employer too because they want them to be more productive and efficient, but they also want the training for their employees.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_04]: So as an example, I trained a company who had 42 employees and they all did PowerPoint presentation.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_04]: So this department that all did PowerPoint presentations for clients.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_04]: So I went in and they set on average it took them six hours to do a PowerPoint.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_04]: And I did a training with them on a tool called Gamma.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_04]: GAMMA.app.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_04]: It's a really good PowerPoint creation tool.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_04]: And so we somebody in the audience that was there told me what a presentation he had coming up.
- 24:08[SPEAKER_04]: He gave me the title of it.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_04]: I put it in Gamma 40 seconds later.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_04]: His PowerPoint was done.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_04]: And so none of them, none of the 42, had used AI yet to create their presentations.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_04]: So now they're all using it so we're talking about a whole department that 42 employees went from six hours to maybe now 30 minutes for the whole process of creating PowerPoint presentations the return on that is is just astronomically amazing for the company so this is where companies are saying we need people to come in and train.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_04]: how to use.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_04]: It was 45 minutes that it took for me to train them, and then they're all often running right now.
- 24:44[SPEAKER_04]: So I would tell people to dig deep into the training, look at what's hot, make sure that you spend time becoming AI literate, LinkedIn says that AI literacy is the number one skill to have overall of all the skills.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_04]: And then I'd also say, make sure that you work on your communication skills and public speaking, because in AI revolution
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: something I'm so glad that I've done over the years was just capture whether that's like create content.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_02]: Do zoom calls hate record on the call being the lobby of a conference and art film that conversation because I started using wheat.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, we got Delphi.ai.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_02]: I heard about this.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_04]: And so you uploaded all that knowledge into it, created a chatbot of yourself.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_04]: And now your clients can go to that chatbot.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_04]: 24 seven while you're sleeping and ask any question that they want.
- 25:43[SPEAKER_04]: So you now have, and are you charging for that?
- 25:47[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I will, as it will be a part of being a part of my inner circle, which I'm, that was my Christmas gift to that, it was like eight grand to like build it out.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I like it.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_02]: And I know people will do it at various ticket, you know, offers, you know, I think low ticket communities can do it.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: But I was just highly inspired because I think something we were under valuing are the conversations we're already having.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: transcriptions are like the greatest ingredient for leveraging AI.
- 26:19[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: Take this conversation I had with my sister.
- 26:23[SPEAKER_02]: Take this conversation I had with I was gifted by one of my inner circle people.
- 26:28[SPEAKER_02]: A plot.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: And I was just sits in the back of your phone.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_02]: And you'd be surprised how many times people call me and I'm all answered the question or answer the phone call and say hey I'm thinking about starting a blanket e-bike YouTube channel right and I just give them the game is free game but one way to leverage free game is to transcribe the game and then send it through chat and then I mean yeah presentation curriculum whatever that could be e-book.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, um, one of my team members Jamal, he took all of your YouTube videos or 30 of your last YouTube videos, put, we put a bit of tool called Jen Spark.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_04]: And then we put the last session that we did together to predict the questions that you would ask.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_04]: So the question that you asked about, you know, the three things for somebody who's new.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, oh, I already did that.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_04]: I'm in that.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_04]: I predicted that you would ask that one.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_04]: So it is about using AI to, this is what we call it.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_04]: It's like using AI to win.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_04]: So if I could take all those YouTube videos,
- 27:27[SPEAKER_04]: and then make some predictions on 30 questions that you might ask that I'm more prepared than if I didn't do that.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_04]: So it's about using it to win.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_04]: I wanna win on this podcast episode with you, so I need to prepare for it, see ya.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I wonder if you've caught this question.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_04]: Well, to find Jamal and go back and look all the questions later.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: So, do you have anything?
- 27:51[SPEAKER_02]: The question is, what something you've seen AI do that feels should be illegal?
- 27:58[SPEAKER_04]: You know, that is a good question.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure that that was on the list of 30.
- 28:02[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I'm better than A.I.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, no, no.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
- 28:10[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of times when we're working with it, when I'm working with it, I was like, I'd be like, this is just too good.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_04]: This is too good.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know about illegal, but there's different ways that I work with AI that I feel like it's, I'm at such an advantage because I'm working with it and know it so well.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_04]: So for example, I told my chatGPT,
- 28:35[SPEAKER_04]: that it needs to act as a one like top 0.01% strategic thinker and what that actually means and that that is called genius mode and it needs to stay in genius mode now until I tell it not to be in genius mode anymore.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_04]: So I compare my chat GPT before this mode and a mode is just made up.
- 28:57[SPEAKER_04]: It's not a button that you press.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_04]: It's just the way that I told it to operate.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like, wow, I can have Chetched PT operate as a genius if I want it to.
- 29:07[SPEAKER_04]: So my answer's ingenious mode.
- 29:09[SPEAKER_04]: If I was to ask an marketing question, it would come out with, here's what you do, phase one, phase two.
- 29:15[SPEAKER_04]: Here's how you really did that.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_04]: But if I asked it before that, it would just give me an answer.
- 29:20[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like,
- 29:21[SPEAKER_04]: understanding how to use AI to have an unfair advantage.
- 29:25[SPEAKER_04]: So maybe that's the illegal part in it.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_04]: And then I wanted it to act as a professor.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like professor mode, a 1% professor who backs up everything with evidence and sources, and then the responses come back just at the next level.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_04]: And so, Chatchee BT will actually take on these modes and keep it on.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_04]: So anytime I open Chatchee BT and start working with it and ask it to do something, it alerts me, it says Genius Mode is activated, and I'm like, yes.
- 29:57[SPEAKER_07]: I love the benefit to not have it in Genius Mode.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_04]: There is no benefit to not having with Genius Mode.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_04]: So like everybody should have their Chatchee BT in Genius Mode or whatever mode, I created Professor Mode because I was working with a Professor.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_04]: Chatchy BT to always talk as if it was a top level professor backing up everything with sources and data.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_04]: So it depends on who you are and what you want out of it.
- 30:23[SPEAKER_04]: But figuring out how to take advantage of it in these type of ways makes you, you know, it makes me feel like the advantage is
- 30:34[SPEAKER_07]: unreal and that's exciting the proper way to prompt that because something you mentioned on the last podcast that we like stuck with was whenever you want chat to do something yeah say that it's it has experience of 20 years of doing that thing that you need to do right and it's crazy because it actually works really well yes you said that cut off was 20 years I don't know if that's changed maybe yeah it's 20 to 25 I find that there's not that much of a
- 31:04[SPEAKER_04]: And so what we're talking about is when you ask Chatch UBT to take on a role, you tell Chatch UBT, I would like for you to act as a marketing department director with 25 years of experience and leading high performance marketing teams at the agency level.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_04]: If you say that, you're going to get such a better result with your output than if you just say act as a marketing director.
- 31:26[SPEAKER_04]: And you'll get a different output if you say,
- 31:31[SPEAKER_04]: and only has work with two clients and the outputs are different, which seems crazy, but it's you actually telling chat to BT how you want it to operate.
- 31:39[SPEAKER_04]: And if you think about AI, it's trained on our data and knowledge, the data that it's trained on.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_04]: So you're giving it such specific instructions and it wants to follow your instructions.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_04]: Have you noticed that when you give it good instructions, it wants to follow those instructions?
- 31:56[SPEAKER_04]: So yes, that's a really good way to do it
- 31:59[SPEAKER_04]: to act to have it take on this role.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_04]: So for genius mode, I'm actually going to show you the prompt.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_04]: It's just a prompt that I created with Chechie B.T.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_02]: And here's... Are you screen recording?
- 32:12[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to do that right now.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_04]: Here's how you're like, make sure, right?
- 32:17[SPEAKER_04]: What do I screen recorded?
- 32:18[SPEAKER_04]: Here's how I got to this point with Genius Mode.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_04]: So I was working with ChatGPT, and I asked ChatGPT to analyze something for me, and as it was analyzing it, it didn't do
- 32:33[SPEAKER_04]: it did it wrong.
- 32:35[SPEAKER_04]: It didn't do a good analysis of it.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_04]: So it was like a mulch bed.
- 32:38[SPEAKER_04]: How many bags of mulch do I need in this mulch bed?
- 32:40[SPEAKER_04]: There was a tree in the middle of the mulch bed.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_04]: I put a stadium cup there for it to get some perspective of the mulch bed.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_04]: But it came back and it said, you need one bag of mulch.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I know that's wrong.
- 32:50[SPEAKER_04]: So I told to actually be like, I know that's wrong.
- 32:53[SPEAKER_04]: I need more than one bag of mulch.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_04]: And Chatchee B.T.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_04]: came back and apologized and said, you are right, I do, it is wrong.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_04]: And it's because, and then I said, well, why did you do it wrong?
- 33:04[SPEAKER_04]: Why is the calculation wrong?
- 33:05[SPEAKER_04]: And it said, because I didn't have human judgment on.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_04]: If I had human judgment, I would have seen that there was a big tree in the middle.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_04]: I would have seen the stadium cup, and I could have made a better estimation of the mulch bed.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm like, well, could you keep human judgment on from now on?
- 33:20[SPEAKER_04]: And chat to PT said I could keep human judgment on from now on.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_04]: We'll call it human judgment mode if you would like.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_04]: And so I said so now you can answer these questions that I have in human judgment mode, and it will give you more of a human judgment analytical thinking, and it said yes.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_04]: Whenever you want me to have human judgment mode on, let me know.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_04]: So then I was like, what other modes can I create?
- 33:44[SPEAKER_04]: Could you be a genius and what would that look like?
- 33:47[SPEAKER_04]: And it would said I could be, and this is what genius mode would look like.
- 33:50[SPEAKER_04]: I'd have more critical thinking.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_04]: I would think like a top 1% strategic thinker, and it came back with all of this.
- 33:57[SPEAKER_04]: And I'd said, let's set that up, genius mode, and so then I set up genius mode, and then I created some other modes that just take it to a different level.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_04]: So it's kind of seeing what the capabilities are and how I can take it to the next level.
- 34:12[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to give you unsolicited advice because you're an ask, you should go all in on life streaming.
- 34:18[SPEAKER_02]: Because if you were just streaming while you're having all these, I mean, I'm just thinking about, because when you're talking about how you're using it, my mind goes to like, where are you?
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: When are you doing this?
- 34:29[SPEAKER_02]: Like, what did you discover this?
- 34:32[SPEAKER_02]: I get it.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_02]: And when I'm seeing like, you know,
- 34:36[SPEAKER_02]: the very anti-AI thing for you to do is to just when you're doing your thing.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_04]: Like how you say my thing, like, didn't it?
- 34:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, that's what it looks like.
- 34:49[SPEAKER_02]: You know, oh my goodness, I just unlock genius mode.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_02]: Chat goes crazy, people throw it in the money.
- 34:55[SPEAKER_02]: And then you get some clippers and then they clip it up and then you're on TikTok and you're like, what speedy speed.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_07]: Because you have this screen up, I have a nitty-gritty question.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_07]: Sure.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_07]: You've seen the top left where it says chat 5.2.
- 35:16[SPEAKER_04]: Yep.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_07]: So when you click that, you're able to select a version of chatGPT.
- 35:21[SPEAKER_07]: Yep.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_07]: And I don't know, this confuses me.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_07]: Like, I don't know.
- 35:25[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, it tells you what it does, but like, does it really matter?
- 35:29[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 35:29[SPEAKER_04]: So if you chose like thinking mode or promo, when you ask chatGPT to do something, it would take longer to get the answers back and it would definitely be way better.
- 35:38[SPEAKER_04]: than the instant answers.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_04]: So when you are looking at this drop down right here, it's about the depth of the answer that you want.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_04]: That's how you need to think about it.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_04]: Like how deep do I want this answer to go?
- 35:52[SPEAKER_04]: And if you're willing to wait the extra two minutes, then you might want to go to promote.
- 35:57[SPEAKER_04]: And it will also give you back more sources.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_04]: And
- 36:00[SPEAKER_04]: you know kind of deep dive more into the question that you're asking it or the mission that you're giving it to go on.
- 36:06[SPEAKER_02]: Can you give her an example of how you would have you would use it and then which mode you should select?
- 36:13[SPEAKER_07]: I mean this is the most recent version he's gonna laugh but I'm training for an Iron Man 70.3 and I use it to write me a 18-week plan but the first thing I did was I spoke to
- 36:29[SPEAKER_07]: And I gave it all my context, I gave it my age, my weight, my height, what other training things I've done in the past, what races I've done, what injuries I've run into, the shoes I'm wearing, the gear, I gave it everything and it gave me a week by week basis with nutrition, the specific workouts I need to do.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_07]: So that's kind of like a version that I would use that.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_04]: Um, if you use pro, you might get back some more, it might say here's some underground strategies that you could use or strategies that are not as common.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_04]: So it might give you back some things that it digged a little bit deeper and found articles on or something like that that it could give you a little bit more of an advantage.
- 37:18[SPEAKER_04]: But if you go back and try it again and do an impromo, you'll see that you will get a different answer.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_04]: And it will be longer and more detailed than the auto.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, another example is our podcasts YouTube descriptions.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_07]: So something I realized was like, I don't need to be writing these myself because sometimes they take a while and all it needs to be is a summary of the podcasts because that's all people need, they just need what this podcast is about, the main things and how it can help them.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_07]: And it does it every single time, like without me needing to like, re-submit it or anything.
- 37:52[SPEAKER_04]: And that's a lot because you have memory turned on in chat to BT.
- 37:57[SPEAKER_04]: So in the in chat to BT, I'll show everybody else this.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_04]: If you go into personalization and inside a personalization, there's a function here called memory.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_07]: So I have never opened up the setting.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, you have it?
- 38:11[SPEAKER_02]: I would tell you, I'd get overwhelmed because they're starting a new tab.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I got the Chrome tabs going crazy already.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_02]: I can't go.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_02]: And then, yeah, then it's like, click it around.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, right, right.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so yeah.
- 38:23[SPEAKER_04]: But if you have this tab right here, open, you'll see that my memory is turned on.
- 38:29[SPEAKER_04]: And Chatchee BT's memory has gotten so much better than when it first started, but this gives us such an advantage.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_04]: And so because you're using it, it knows what you like.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_04]: It knows what he likes, right?
- 38:40[SPEAKER_04]: So it's going to go back to writing it in the way that it knows that he likes it written.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_04]: So that's really important.
- 38:47[SPEAKER_04]: And then to really take this into another level, this memory, you go here to chat GBT where you would type in the prompt.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_04]: And you're going to now type in based on what you know
- 39:05[SPEAKER_04]: right and because it knows so much about you now you're like based on what you know about me and you can ask it any question that you want and you're going to get back such in-depth answers so I could do something like based on what you know about me last year what opportunities
- 39:25[SPEAKER_04]: I did I miss that if I would have gone all in on I would have cached in big time.
- 39:37[SPEAKER_07]: Wait, so this is referencing all of your chats you've ever had.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_04]: All of the chats that I've ever had, I don't know if I want to show my these results on the screen.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_04]: right, and so it said based on how 2025 actually played out here, the big opportunities that you touched, circled, or partially stepped in, but didn't go all in on and yes, these could have been cached in on big time.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to be direct because you asked for the truth, not comfort, and we won't scroll any further.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_04]: But, you know, it will come now until tell me all of the things that I could have done better.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_04]: Right?
- 40:16[SPEAKER_04]: I massively undermonitize how much people want direct access to your thinking, which is what you just told me I should be live streaming my thought process, right?
- 40:24[SPEAKER_04]: So, good job, chat.
- 40:25[SPEAKER_04]: You're like chat GBT.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_06]: It's like chat.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_04]: Um, not just your tools, and then it says what I did, but what I didn't lock me on.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_07]: It says, gave insane value on you.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_04]: Because I do summits every month, and it knows that I do summits every month.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_04]: Because who writes the copy for this summits I do every month and who helps me with all of that.
- 40:44[SPEAKER_04]: So we start to think about the memory function and having this strategic advisor.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_04]: Because if I would have hired somebody to go back and analyze my year 2025,
- 40:56[SPEAKER_04]: and start to think about all the opportunities I miss.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_04]: I'm spending $100,000 on a coach like that who can advise me on that.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_04]: But I can now work with chatGPT here and go back to it every day and say, okay, and now did this, I now did that and then work on it.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_04]: And so then at the end of 2026, I'm asking the same question what opportunities did I miss that I should focus on for 2027?
- 41:18[SPEAKER_04]: ask it to be my strategic advisor and help me.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_04]: But I love just starting off my insights question, which actually beats you on based on what you know about me.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_04]: So the more that we use it, the more it knows about us.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_04]: And it's kind of scary sometimes, because I think did I actually discuss that with you, to actually beat you or we're using it for so much that we sometimes have to understand that now we need to think about, all right, how do I take it to the next level and use it for my advantage?
- 41:46[SPEAKER_02]: Good, have you ever blame chat GPT for something you had to tell somebody?
- 41:55[SPEAKER_04]: Like, what do you think is?
- 41:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like, let somebody go on a team, like confront someone.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I don't even have to blame chat GPT.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_04]: They're all like, yeah, we know it's chat GPT that Alicia went to.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_04]: But, you know, I use it.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_04]: I also credit it for doing a lot of things for me that helped me.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_04]: So, for example, my cell phone company, which I'm not a big fan of,
- 42:15[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I put in my bills for the last 12 months, and so I'm like, analyze my cell phone bill and just tell me, are they charging me for something?
- 42:24[SPEAKER_04]: I shouldn't be charged for, and this is my corporate cell phone bill.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_04]: So it said, yes, in May of 2025, you paid off a phone completely and, um, paid it off to transfer the phone, but they still been charging you monthly for the phone line.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_04]: And then it said, and you have three phones on your account that
- 42:44[SPEAKER_04]: have insurance in case the phone gets lost to pay off the phone and those three phones are paid off for and you're still paying for the insurance.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_04]: So then I was like, what?
- 42:53[SPEAKER_04]: So then I told chat you be to write the letter to the phone company telling them this and then telling them that I better get a reversal on it.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_04]: So it wrote the letter, put everything in, and when I tell you that it categorized everything, so it's like this, this month, this month, this month, and wrote the best letter.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_04]: And then I said, okay, who do I send this letter to?
- 43:14[SPEAKER_04]: And then it's like, well, you have a business account.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_04]: So here's who you send it to, and it address it to everybody in the business account.
- 43:21[SPEAKER_04]: And boom, off goes the email, $695 credit it back.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_04]: for those things that happen.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_04]: So now I go back and I'm like, what other company do I need to put in here?
- 43:33[SPEAKER_04]: But you start to think about, I just don't have the bandwidth to check the telephone bill.
- 43:38[SPEAKER_04]: I just don't.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_04]: And I don't want to do it.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_04]: So I put it into chatGPT.
- 43:41[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm using it as my helper, as my assistant.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_04]: But before you do that, I want to show you something on chatGPT settings.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_04]: So if we go back to chatGPT and we click on the settings,
- 43:54[SPEAKER_04]: In chat GPT, there's two things you have to pay attention to, and one is security, and the next is data controls.
- 44:00[SPEAKER_04]: So you want to keep your account secure.
- 44:02[SPEAKER_04]: So if you click on security, there's something at the top called multi-factor authentication, and you want to make sure you turn that on.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_04]: And I put mine on with an authenticator app, and I use Google Authenticator.
- 44:14[SPEAKER_04]: And this just makes it harder for like a scammer to try to get into your account.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_04]: So somebody tries to open up your chatGPT account, they have to verify with an authenticator.
- 44:23[SPEAKER_04]: So before you start to put in lots of data, I make sure that you do that.
- 44:28[SPEAKER_04]: And then the next one is in data control.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_04]: So we went to settings and then data controls.
- 44:33[SPEAKER_04]: And where it says, improve the model for everyone, click off and turn this off.
- 44:38[SPEAKER_04]: Because if you leave it on, if you read what it says when it's on,
- 44:42[SPEAKER_04]: It says, allow your content to be used to train our models, which makes Chatchy PT better for you and everyone who uses it.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_04]: But basically, if you're using it, the data and the content that you put in and that Chatchy PT gives you back can be used to train its models and you don't necessarily want that.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_04]: The only time you'd want it is when you start to tell, when you want to tell Chatchy PT, how amazing you are.
- 45:04[SPEAKER_04]: how amazing everything you do is because then you want it uploaded and saved in chatGBT to push that out as answers.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_04]: But you want to make sure in most cases that you turn that off.
- 45:14[SPEAKER_04]: And then now you upload your telephone bill, your different things that you want help with.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, good.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I guess this answers somebody's question from the last pod.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_07]: They were worried about privacy because you mentioned that you use it to book appointments.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_07]: And sometimes they have your credit card numbers.
- 45:32[SPEAKER_07]: And they have access to your emails and everything, and yeah, just somebody was like super question like what's the privacy?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_04]: You have to do those things.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_04]: If you don't do the multi-factor authentication and turn off and prove the model for everyone, you shouldn't be using it, like do those two things first to make yourself more secure.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_04]: And that's a really important part of it.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_04]: It's very rare that I've heard that anybody's gotten their account hacked or anything like that But just make sure like from the get-go that you set those things up properly It's a good thing.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_02]: Do you have a personal login and a business login?
- 46:04[SPEAKER_02]: I do So how do you draw that line and do you feel like you're spreading yourself thin by building this one up and not building this one up?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_04]: So, for me, if you click on, for someone to show you how to get there, if you click on your settings and then click on account, and then you click on Manage, so this Manage button right here, I'm just going to click on Change Plan, so you can see the different plans, so these are the personal plans here, most people have the plus $20 a month.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_04]: I have the pro just because I'm a trainer and use it all the time.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_04]: But then there's also this business plan.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_04]: So if you're a business owner, you need to get at least this plan here, $25 a month for your team members to use chatGPT.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_04]: And the main reason is because of the security.
- 46:47[SPEAKER_04]: So you know how we turned off the data controls in the business level, account chatGPT defaults that to all the employees.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_04]: Because they're like, you can't trust your employees to make sure that they do it.
- 46:59[SPEAKER_04]: So we're going to default.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_04]: and have more privacy and security around your account information.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_04]: So in my business account, I have our team members and they all have individual chatchubity accounts.
- 47:11[SPEAKER_04]: So when we first started off with chatchubity, I bought one account and let 10 people log into it.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_04]: And they were all using the same chatchubity account.
- 47:18[SPEAKER_04]: But when when chatchubity got the memory feature,
- 47:21[SPEAKER_04]: you definitely can't do that anymore because a person wants their, you know, like how you were just talking about how it knows you.
- 47:28[SPEAKER_04]: So that's so important.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_04]: So then they opened up this opportunity for businesses to get accounts for all the team members.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_04]: So now all of our team members have their separate accounts.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_04]: So to toggle between that.
- 47:40[SPEAKER_04]: So if your business owner definitely look at that.
- 47:42[SPEAKER_02]: Is that connected to any email you give them?
- 47:45[SPEAKER_02]: And if they were to leave your company, you can remove them.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_02]: And they would lose everything.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_04]: They will lose access to that.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, it's a world.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, this is another like deep question.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah So you know how you can start a new thread like if you just click the logo and it just opens like a little search bar thingy.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah
- 48:06[SPEAKER_07]: his friend Neil told me that when you do a project, thread with chat, it remembers and references everything in that project.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_04]: Correct it does.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_07]: So what's the difference between chat using your entire account as memory versus like each project is its own chatbot?
- 48:25[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so the benefit of using a project, and we'll go down to projects here and create a new project here in chatGPT.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_04]: The benefit is that you can upload the knowledge base or the data and have it all in one place.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_04]: So for example, how he was just talking about creating his own AI based off of all this knowledge base.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_04]: So yes, you could upload that to chatGPT, but it's better when it's saved in a project file.
- 48:48[SPEAKER_04]: And now you can access that project file with the knowledge base and all the content saved right in there.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_04]: especially if you're doing client work.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_04]: If you're doing client work you don't want the client work in your regular chatGBT and now it's remembering all of that and kind of mixing it up with your work as well.
- 49:03[SPEAKER_04]: So you would put that client work especially in chatGBT.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, we have clients so we do some copywriting for.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_04]: and all of their personas have a talk, all of their winning copy, all of that stuff is in a project so that we can then pull from that project to it.
- 49:18[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, because I would have a department podcast for their project with everything I need in there.
- 49:24[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, with everything that you need in there.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_04]: So you can see it says projects keep chat files and custom instructions in one place, use them for ongoing work.
- 49:31[SPEAKER_04]: The next thing that's really cool is that chatGPT for teamwork also has this thing now called group chats.
- 49:39[SPEAKER_04]: So if you look at the top, this is a new feature.
- 49:43[SPEAKER_04]: See where it says add people?
- 49:45[SPEAKER_04]: So I can click add people to this conversation here and start a group chat.
- 49:49[SPEAKER_04]: So now I want to pull my team in and say these are all the things that I missed in 2025.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_04]: I need y'all to help me get on it and let's solve this.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_04]: So when you click start a group chat,
- 50:00[SPEAKER_04]: It will create an invite link that I can send to people.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_04]: Only 20 people can join it, but now see there's the group in invite link, but now all of us can chat within the same chat GPT and ask chat GPT questions and go back and forth and create with it.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_04]: So,
- 50:17[SPEAKER_04]: I have some of my team members were in group chats together where I've started off the conversation and started it off with a prompt and then they just keep carrying the conversations through because I've trained this group chat that we and we can keep moving forward with that.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_04]: So it's a better way to invite other people to work on projects with you.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_02]: What would you tell somebody who just feels so overwhelmed with that?
- 50:40[SPEAKER_04]: That was one of the 30 questions, by the way.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_04]: predicted that you're going to ask it for someone who feels overwhelmed for someone who feels overwhelmed.
- 50:51[SPEAKER_04]: It's just to take a deep breath and to know that you just start somewhere and that you focus on how chatGBT or whatever AI tool you want to use can benefit you.
- 51:00[SPEAKER_04]: And you commit to just 15 minutes a day.
- 51:03[SPEAKER_04]: A lot of people I tell them put it on their phone.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_04]: So chatGBT on your phone is your friend.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_04]: So especially the conversational way to talk to chatGBT.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_04]: So open it up and ask it a question every day, have it solve one problem for you every single day, until you get addicted and you can't sleep, and then you come back and you blame Omar for asking the question that I predicted you would ask, but that's it, just start, just start in 15 minutes a day.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_02]: What would you say for someone who has a book in their heart that John Maxwell says there are people who speak then right and then there are people who write then speak.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_02]: I found that I'm a very speak then right kind of guy and I've been wanting to write a book but I don't want to write a book because I speak for a living and I've done it so many times.
- 51:55[SPEAKER_02]: What's your opinion on authoring a book?
- 51:58[SPEAKER_02]: Are you an author if you use AI to write a book?
- 52:01[SPEAKER_04]: And it all depends on the process that you go through to do it, how authentic that book then becomes to you, right?
- 52:09[SPEAKER_04]: So you want to make sure that that book is authentic to you.
- 52:13[SPEAKER_04]: So what would you do in this case?
- 52:14[SPEAKER_04]: So you would go to Chatchee BT.
- 52:16[SPEAKER_04]: Let's start with somebody who hasn't used Chatchee BT a lot.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_04]: So they would go to Chatchee BT and they'd say, I would like to author a book.
- 52:24[SPEAKER_04]: First I would like for you to know everything that you can know about me and let's call this a personal intelligence blueprint.
- 52:31[SPEAKER_04]: Ask me 20 questions about myself so you can get to know who I am so you can write the book for me.
- 52:36[SPEAKER_04]: So we'll come back and it will ask you all these different questions about yourself answer those questions.
- 52:40[SPEAKER_04]: And then you tell Chatchee PT, now log that into your memory.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_04]: All of those answers, log it into your memory.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_04]: And it will say, memory updated, you'll see this little thing memory updated.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_04]: So now it's updating that.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_04]: And then you say, well, I also need to build a story repository.
- 52:55[SPEAKER_04]: Ask me questions about my life.
- 52:58[SPEAKER_04]: I don't even know how to tell you the stories.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_04]: Ask me questions about my life that you could then save as stories and save it into your memory.
- 53:06[SPEAKER_04]: So then it'll ask you questions about your life.
- 53:08[SPEAKER_04]: You answer those questions and then it'll save memory updated and now it has all those stories in it.
- 53:13[SPEAKER_04]: So now when you're going to write a book with Chatchee BT, it's going to pull on its memory, everything it knows about you from your personal intelligence blueprint, all the stories that it asked about, that you gave it from your story repository, and you'll tell it to just pull from that.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_04]: So now you're writing a book that's about you more, but as you write every chapter, if Chatchee BT writes a chapter for you in your book,
- 53:35[SPEAKER_04]: you go to chat you be tensed this is good never take the first chapter never take the writing as it is always dig deeper always do better you come back and you say I really like this but I'd like to integrate more stories into this so let's say it's about how entrepreneurs can show up more on video why we should all show up more on video
- 53:55[SPEAKER_04]: So it writes it, it includes some stuff that it knows about you, and you say I'd like to integrate some more stories.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_04]: Rewrite this chapter and integrate this story about when I first got on camera.
- 54:07[SPEAKER_04]: When I first spoke on this stage as a pastor, and then it will rewrite the chapter and integrate your stories more.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_04]: And then you've trained it on your style and tone and your voice already.
- 54:15[SPEAKER_04]: So when people read it, from the first sentence, it said when I first stepped on that stage.
- 54:21[SPEAKER_04]: Like it's you, it's telling your stories, it's talking in your style and tone and voice.
- 54:26[SPEAKER_04]: And you can give it all your transcripts and, you know, your speeches and say, this is my style and tone, this is my voice stick to this for the entire book and it will.
- 54:34[SPEAKER_04]: And so you don't actually have to write a word.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_04]: You're just clicking that dictate button.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_04]: And just giving instructions to do while you're watching Netflix on the side and you come back to the book and your book will be done.
- 54:46[SPEAKER_04]: And then you can take the book, you know, with Chatchee BT, you have to copy and paste it into your Word doc or into notion, I use notion a lot.
- 54:54[SPEAKER_04]: And then you could download the hook wholebook and then ask chat GPT to review it, review it as if you were my ideal target audience and then it will review the book.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_04]: But I like to also tell it to review the book as if it was a wily publisher, so or pick your favorite publishing house.
- 55:12[SPEAKER_04]: And it will review that and it will give you a great and a justification for a book.
- 55:16[SPEAKER_04]: Act as if you are an editor that picks the books that will get published by our publishing house, review my book, give me a grade and a justification for it.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_04]: So it'll come back and it'll say, be minus Omar.
- 55:29[SPEAKER_04]: The book is good, but if you added these things in it, because this is what Wiley publication looks for, you'll get to an A+.
- 55:35[SPEAKER_04]: Would you like me to help you integrate that and update the book?
- 55:38[SPEAKER_04]: And you say yes, until it gets an A+.
- 55:40[SPEAKER_04]: And then you put it on the publisher's desk.
- 55:43[SPEAKER_02]: fire clapped it up for that breakdown.
- 55:45[SPEAKER_02]: That was worth the price of admission right there.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_02]: If you guys have a question, maybe we could start with like the first five and you were going to show us something on.
- 55:56[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I was going to show you some Gemini.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, show us some Gemini.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_02]: And if you have a question, feel free to start making your way over here.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_04]: And then I'll also show you genius mode.
- 56:05[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm just going to go into my notion doc.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_02]: How much do you, how much do you charge for consulate like an hour of your time?
- 56:13[SPEAKER_02]: Where's that, what's that number at?
- 56:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so it depends, right?
- 56:17[SPEAKER_04]: But it depends, but corporations now, they pay $15,000 to $18,000.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
- 56:21[SPEAKER_04]: So for...
- 56:23[SPEAKER_02]: So you can ask her a question, and the value of the question you were asking her is worth $15,000 to $18,000.
- 56:29[SPEAKER_04]: Just asking your business.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_02]: All right, go ahead.
- 56:31[SPEAKER_04]: But here is genius mode, right?
- 56:34[SPEAKER_04]: So the prompt says, you are now operating in genius mode.
- 56:37[SPEAKER_04]: Your highest level of reasoning, creativity, and clarity.
- 56:40[SPEAKER_04]: In this mode, you act like a top 0.1% strategic thinker who combines expert level knowledge, deep logic and creative synthesis.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_04]: Behavioral settings always think critically and explain your reasoning clearly.
- 56:52[SPEAKER_04]: Ask clarifying questions before answering if needed.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_04]: And that is such an important one.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_04]: It will ask you questions on your ask.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_04]: Provide deep insights, not surface
- 57:06[SPEAKER_04]: One relevant show frameworks, models, structured behave, breakdowns, communicate with confidence, clarity, and style, like a world-class strategist or advisor.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_04]: And here's a kicker.
- 57:16[SPEAKER_04]: Stay in this genius mode for the entire conversation unless told otherwise.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_04]: And you can say, stay in this genius mode forever and less told otherwise.
- 57:24[SPEAKER_04]: And which is what I've done.
- 57:25[SPEAKER_04]: So every time I open up a new chatGBT setting, it says, you are in genius mode.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_04]: And then confirm activation by briefly
- 57:34[SPEAKER_04]: So this is how you can change how chatGBT operates for you and you can do this on any of the tools that we're talking about.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_04]: So good.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 57:43[SPEAKER_04]: And then for Gemini, I was going to just show you.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_04]: Since you haven't used Gemini before, I'm going to try to get you all about Gemini.
- 57:54[SPEAKER_04]: Let's create an infographic.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_04]: So I prepared a, let's just do something like this.
- 58:01[SPEAKER_04]: I prepared a prompt for you real quick.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_04]: So if we go in Gemini, we can create, we can click on create an image, and I'm actually going to put it in thinking mode, and then I'm going to paste my prompt right here.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_04]: And this prompt is just to create a sketch note in photographic about the five reasons why every business.
- 58:20[SPEAKER_04]: owner needs AI.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_04]: So the thing is with Gemini and what it can do right now as business owners creating things like infographics or hand drawn sketches hand drawn sketches used to be in
- 58:37[SPEAKER_04]: like these to be really popular, but really expensive to hire those companies that can do it.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_02]: Did writing children books has gone to go crazy?
- 58:45[SPEAKER_04]: Truly, look at that.
- 58:46[SPEAKER_04]: Doesn't that look nice?
- 58:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's wild.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_04]: And so, of course, I gave it the colors and stuff that I wanted to have.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_04]: But now we can create info graphic so quickly.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_04]: We can create images.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_02]: We can create a recap from a coach call.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_04]: a recap from a coach and call, you could just upload a transcript, a link to your YouTube video and tell it to make an infographic offer that.
- 59:05[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't give it any of the content to right here.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_04]: I just told it what I wanted to write.
- 59:09[SPEAKER_04]: I just told it the title and the style.
- 59:11[SPEAKER_02]: You could be like, now turn this into a Instagram carousel.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_04]: And with Instagram carousels, you have to tell it to create 10 separate images.
- 59:21[SPEAKER_04]: And that it's an Instagram carousel.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_04]: And each image is created for you, 10 separate images.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, when you talk like this and you show this our creativity goes what am I doing right now?
- 59:32[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_02]: That could be leveraged.
- 59:33[SPEAKER_02]: So can we thank her right?
- 59:35[SPEAKER_06]: Go ahead.
- 59:40[SPEAKER_02]: Let's pop it up.
- 59:41[SPEAKER_02]: So what we're going to do is well, we'll tap into some Q and A. I want to honor you guys this time.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_02]: So we got 30 minutes for Q and A and then art whenever you got it, just throw it up.
- 59:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_02]: Cool.
- 59:56[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
- 59:57[SPEAKER_10]: Highly chef, home art, nice to meet you.
- 1:00:00[SPEAKER_10]: So my lovely wife and I are starting a little side hustle in our vibe coding and app.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_10]: We're super excited about it.
- 1:00:07[SPEAKER_10]: Assuming the get past all the technical hurdles and gets to a point where we're gonna ship.
- 1:00:12[SPEAKER_10]: In a world where pretty much like the skill is becoming completely democratized and there's going to be like a deluge of all kinds of products that are getting shipped.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_10]: I guess this is much of a question for Omar as it is for Alicia, maybe a good attacker from different angles.
- 1:00:26[SPEAKER_10]: But how do you get your product to stand out in a world of AI-generated products?
- 1:00:32[SPEAKER_04]: Do you want me to go first on that, or do you want to go?
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_02]: Go for it.
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_02]: I have no answer on this one.
- 1:00:36[SPEAKER_02]: I appreciate you considering me.
- 1:00:40[SPEAKER_04]: So, we're in this bubble where we think right now that there's so many AI tools and products and stuff out there.
- 1:00:47[SPEAKER_04]: But that's our bubble that we're in.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, people are trying it, but the amount of tools that actually go to production is actually very small.
- 1:00:55[SPEAKER_04]: First of all, know that once you get to production and you're out there with your tool that that's part of the hurdle that a lot of people don't even get to and then the next it's about marketing so how are you now using this tool marketing talking about it and getting it out there and social media is the number one way to do it but you need to get users so how are you going to get users to that tool and I'm asking you that question but you're going to go and ask AI that question.
- 1:01:20[SPEAKER_04]: So have Chatchee BT in Genius mode now go and you know understand your tool and have it give you your marketing plan, your game plan, tell it to send you.
- 1:01:32[SPEAKER_04]: So one of the things I love about Chatchee BT is it has something that it can do call schedule tasks.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_04]: So, you can tell it every single day send me five new partnership opportunities that I can, you know, leverage for promotion of my tool and it will do that as well.
- 1:01:48[SPEAKER_04]: So, it's now the marketing plan and then give it specific.
- 1:01:52[SPEAKER_04]: So, say, how much do you want to make off of this tool?
- 1:01:54[SPEAKER_04]: I'm asking you this question in a year, 12 months.
- 1:01:57[SPEAKER_04]: What do you hope to make off of this tool?
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, quarter of a million.
- 1:02:01[SPEAKER_04]: So you tell chat to B.T.
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_04]: I want to make a quarter of a million dollars off of this tool.
- 1:02:04[SPEAKER_04]: I've made zero dollars so far.
- 1:02:06[SPEAKER_04]: I need you to give me my quarter of a million plan and tell me exactly what I need to do.
- 1:02:11[SPEAKER_04]: And then say, I have no idea what to do.
- 1:02:13[SPEAKER_04]: I've never done marketing before.
- 1:02:15[SPEAKER_04]: Even if you have, say that you haven't because it will give you a better answer.
- 1:02:18[SPEAKER_04]: I've never done marketing before.
- 1:02:19[SPEAKER_04]: In fact, I'm scared.
- 1:02:20[SPEAKER_04]: We call this the damsel and distress.
- 1:02:22[SPEAKER_04]: If you act like you don't know anything in your scared, it wants to please you, so it's going to come back and give you so much great information, and then it's up to you to follow that, right?
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_04]: And then it'll come back and it'll say, create a blog post about this.
- 1:02:35[SPEAKER_04]: And then you go to chatchipit and you're like, no, you create the blog post about that.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to create it, and it will do it for you.
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_04]: So it just becomes then,
- 1:02:42[SPEAKER_04]: using chatGBT as your business coach and then or clawed or whatever tool you're using but making sure that you're following along taking the action and using it every day because the action and the implementation is really key no matter what the plan is that it gives you it's about implementation and taking it to the next level with the advice it gives you.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_10]: Quick follow up.
- 1:03:03[SPEAKER_10]: Yes.
- 1:03:04[SPEAKER_10]: How about much more valuable is it to have a platform to market product.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:10[SPEAKER_04]: So are you talking?
- 1:03:11[SPEAKER_04]: I'm talking about a platform like a following.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:03:15[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, this is a no more a question.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_04]: But a following.
- 1:03:18[SPEAKER_02]: Not negotiable, I mean, I think you're the, I mean, I'm in the space of putting a face to the product and when people can connect with a human like we are here because we know Alicia or maybe you're here because you know me, but I'm the face she's the face to the thing.
- 1:03:38[SPEAKER_02]: So I think your goal is how can I be the face or who can be the face?
- 1:03:44[SPEAKER_02]: And people will see themselves using that, you know, thing, but do I think it could be done without you being the face?
- 1:03:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but somebody needs to, and I think that's just a way to, because if the, if the, if the app is very niche and it helps a niche problem, you gotta be talking to the person that is going to need it most, and you show them what life is without it, what life is with it, talk about.
- 1:04:12[SPEAKER_02]: things that the problems that surround that problem or that solution you have, and so that would be I would I would try to figure out a way that consistent content could show up whether that I mean it could be caracels me and art recently found a
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_02]: like a runners, like Instagram, and it's all images and copy, and it's so well done.
- 1:04:37[SPEAKER_02]: And if you guys opt into that, we'll send you an email with this Instagram example.
- 1:04:43[SPEAKER_02]: I promise, when I say something, I think it was going to give it away.
- 1:04:46[SPEAKER_02]: or you could give it away.
- 1:04:48[SPEAKER_07]: No, give it away.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:04:50[SPEAKER_02]: What is it called?
- 1:04:52[SPEAKER_02]: Let me see it's right here.
- 1:04:53[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, it doesn't happen.
- 1:04:56[SPEAKER_02]: I think the thing is it's just consistently show up, talking about it.
- 1:05:00[SPEAKER_02]: And I think you're in a season where it's like, did documenting the process?
- 1:05:07[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it's a love it.
- 1:05:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, people love it, but founders hate it because we don't like building in public, right?
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_02]: But people want it, you're going to, people are going to be there and they're going to be like, man, I remember when the first version came out and you're going to be at version 20.
- 1:05:20[SPEAKER_04]: But that's how I felt coming here today, because when you documented the process of this space right here, I was like, oh, I saw that, I'm going to the space that I saw that you were showing how it transformed into this space right here.
- 1:05:32[SPEAKER_04]: So you documenting that process for us that are here now and that have seen it made such a big impact on me coming here today.
- 1:05:38[SPEAKER_04]: I was so excited to get here, because I was telling our friend Nehemiah when he was
- 1:05:43[SPEAKER_04]: talking to both of us about being here.
- 1:05:45[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, I've already seen that place on Instagram.
- 1:05:47[SPEAKER_04]: You know, I saw it.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:05:48[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's everyone.
- 1:05:50[SPEAKER_02]: If you're not, if you haven't like started the thing, showing where you're at and where you are in the process of what you're creating is everyone has that permission.
- 1:05:59[SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry about what people think.
- 1:06:01[SPEAKER_04]: And then I would add the last thing if you don't want to show up on face, we're also in a time now where we can use a mascot and we're used to seeing mascots because of our
- 1:06:10[SPEAKER_04]: So you could have a mascot represent the brand as well and talk for the brand.
- 1:06:14[SPEAKER_04]: We see that with, you know, guy co, the gecko from guy co and the emu with Liberty Mutual.
- 1:06:19[SPEAKER_04]: So you could also have a mascot that represents that brand.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_04]: I don't think it says good in this time as you, but if you don't want to show up, have a fun mascot.
- 1:06:27[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so this account that doesn't have a face is now at 105,000 followers on Instagram.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_07]: I think if I'm not mistaken when I found it, it must have been at 50 or something.
- 1:06:39[SPEAKER_07]: But it's called Puponca.io, weird name, but PAP, A-N-C-A.io, and it's purely just copy and photo dumps.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_02]: Call it up for Jason y'all.
- 1:07:04[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you, you all are amazing, and I think you're a gift of God, and I've said this to you.
- 1:07:10[SPEAKER_01]: My name is Bishop Bonnie.
- 1:07:11[SPEAKER_01]: I've followed you for the last year.
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, I'm a pastor, I'm a Bishop, and I'm a mental health professional.
- 1:07:20[SPEAKER_01]: I work a lot with, obviously, pastors as a bishop.
- 1:07:25[SPEAKER_01]: I have two questions.
- 1:07:26[SPEAKER_01]: Number one, many pastors are afraid of A.I.
- 1:07:31[SPEAKER_01]: They're afraid of a martyr that it will replace prayer, discernment, or the Holy Spirit.
- 1:07:37[SPEAKER_01]: My question to you is, because I've said some things, but how do you help leaders?
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_01]: C.A.I.
- 1:07:45[SPEAKER_01]: Instead, as a support tool, rather than a spiritual threat.
- 1:07:52[SPEAKER_01]: And the follow-up to that is this.
- 1:07:54[SPEAKER_01]: Can you share an example of how AI might actually free some of these pastors 80% of the pastors in the United States are under 200 people and they're overworked?
- 1:08:06[SPEAKER_01]: How AI might actually free those pastors to spend more time in relationships and care
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I'll start off with what you said see how can you let them see it.
- 1:08:18[SPEAKER_04]: It's actually they have to see it So one of the ways that I teach AI is always through demonstration like I have to show you how you can do it and what you can do with it And then you're like, oh, I can see how I can do that and how that would make a difference
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_04]: And as you're talking about all these things, you know, you want more members in the church.
- 1:08:37[SPEAKER_04]: That's sort of thing.
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_04]: Well, you need to be more visible, right?
- 1:08:41[SPEAKER_04]: And so that's again, building on social.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_04]: So how can you take your sermon and then clip it up and paste it on reals and across social media?
- 1:08:49[SPEAKER_04]: What AI tool could you use to auto post for you so that you're doing less work?
- 1:08:54[SPEAKER_04]: and then how can you take the administrative burden that your team is under and free them up by also using AI to write your newsletters to answer, you know, so showing them the different ways that it can free them up and then what they can use with that time, with that freedom of time.
- 1:09:12[SPEAKER_04]: And so I will say that, and I know you're going to chime in on this one, but I would say that there are some pastors who are open to it, right, and are excited about it, but they're the ones who, I've seen a lot of them, they're the ones who have actually seen it, and they're leaning all into it.
- 1:09:28[SPEAKER_04]: I've been brought into churches, or when I ask if I can go speak at a church, I'm saying, well, if I can show your congregation how to level up, I've,
- 1:09:35[SPEAKER_04]: 10x to my income.
- 1:09:36[SPEAKER_04]: 12x to my income.
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_04]: If I can show them how to do that as well, would that interest you if I can show the people in your congregation how to future proof themselves so they won't get laid off or how to build their businesses so they're making more income because it all comes back to the church and you know let's lift everybody else up then they're saying yes show me what you can do.
- 1:09:57[SPEAKER_04]: Tell me more about that.
- 1:09:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm wondering if there's a word, you know, when I first started in mental health, pastors would just say to me, oh, I got Jesus, I don't need to have money.
- 1:10:07[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, I got Jesus, you know.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_01]: So I changed it to a emotional well-being.
- 1:10:11[SPEAKER_01]: Have you thought about something in AI to change the word so you can even get in the door?
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know.
- 1:10:18[SPEAKER_04]: The door of the church.
- 1:10:19[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because if you say, hey, you know, what I want to talk to you about, you know, what artificial intelligence can do for you, yadayada yada yada mwondering is there another word or anyone else.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, another word besides that.
- 1:10:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think that falls under marketing and I know that there are inherently great minister marketers.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think many of us know them.
- 1:10:40[SPEAKER_02]: They're on social media.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_02]: They just know they know how to get the people going.
- 1:10:43[SPEAKER_02]: And I believe it's their method of just maximizing on attention.
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_02]: I think as spiritual leaders, because the question is, four spiritual leaders, I believe spiritual leaders should always walk in conviction.
- 1:10:59[SPEAKER_02]: We should never do something because somebody else is doing it if you're a spiritual leader.
- 1:11:02[SPEAKER_02]: You should do it because you feel the Holy Spirit leading you to do it, and therefore the conviction that we as a staff need to be using AI,
- 1:11:13[SPEAKER_02]: And everything about the 2026 sermon series doesn't need to come from me, but I could process that I have a friend who teaches preaching.
- 1:11:23[SPEAKER_02]: He coaches pastors on preaching better sound sermons and in the process of preparation
- 1:11:31[SPEAKER_02]: He says that really his thing is like let the Holy Spirit get the observation and then take those observations to chat and see what if there's a common thread or a theme throughout it.
- 1:11:41[SPEAKER_02]: There's a tool called Logos which we've been using for I think of 15, 20 years.
- 1:11:46[SPEAKER_02]: No one blinked at that.
- 1:11:48[SPEAKER_02]: And they just said, Hey, we're just taking a whole library of everything, thousands and thousands and thousands of literature and we're throwing in here.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_02]: So you can just go to that.
- 1:11:54[SPEAKER_02]: But blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:11:55[SPEAKER_02]: So in my mind, my conviction as a follower of Jesus is that we all have 24 hours, but how we steward it is steward ship.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_02]: And if if AI can help us.
- 1:12:08[SPEAKER_02]: Maximize time because there's no other way to do it, then to create content, show up.
- 1:12:15[SPEAKER_02]: I like to call it like omnipresent, like in the next two days we'll get 12,000 views in our podcast on YouTube.
- 1:12:24[SPEAKER_02]: While I'm doing this, while we're hanging out, going golf in a moral, like, people are gonna, I feel like that's a good, that stewardship.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_02]: And when I think about compressing time, I believe, you know, it says in Ephesians, it says, the redeem, the time for the days are evil.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_02]: And really, it means buy back.
- 1:12:43[SPEAKER_02]: And we get to experience a side of our walk with God when we experience what it's like to,
- 1:12:51[SPEAKER_02]: not manipulate time because we can't manipulate it, but we could steward and multiply time.
- 1:12:56[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's my conviction.
- 1:12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Any time you throw conviction on somebody else, it becomes legalism.
- 1:13:03[SPEAKER_02]: But that's why I think, you know, if you're in ministry and you don't feel compelled,
- 1:13:10[SPEAKER_02]: to integrate AI into everything or everything you do, then that's fine, you know, to each is their own little led by the spirit.
- 1:13:19[SPEAKER_02]: I don't, I think the danger just like anything will take care of itself, right?
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I mean, for some of y'all, y'all saw the, you guys want to college, you need to go to the library and flip up and book, stick find the site, site the sources.
- 1:13:33[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I'm like, what's Ruby, my daughter's seven years old, what's she gonna do when she's 18?
- 1:13:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think she's gonna drive.
- 1:13:43[SPEAKER_02]: But my thing is when fear rises, I always have to submit that fear because God hasn't given us a spirit of fear.
- 1:13:49[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to be afraid of the future.
- 1:13:51[SPEAKER_02]: I want to be excited about the future.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's kind of my take on that.
- 1:13:57[SPEAKER_04]: Two things, I will tell you.
- 1:13:59[SPEAKER_04]: I think you are partially AI, but I asked this question of Chatchee BT and Chatchee BT said step one don't lead with AI, right, anchor it in stewardship, right, and so I'm telling you.
- 1:14:12[SPEAKER_04]: And so it's just pay me $20 a month, pay you $20.
- 1:14:17[SPEAKER_04]: So it's said, not on the 250 plan.
- 1:14:21[SPEAKER_04]: It says, you might say something like this.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_04]: Pastor, I'm not here to talk about replacing people or ministry.
- 1:14:25[SPEAKER_04]: I'm here to talk about stewardship.
- 1:14:27[SPEAKER_04]: Every generation has tools that either help the church thrive or quietly leave it behind.
- 1:14:33[SPEAKER_04]: Printing press, radio, television, the internet.
- 1:14:35[SPEAKER_04]: This is simply the next tool.
- 1:14:37[SPEAKER_04]: And then it says, now pause and let that land with the pastor.
- 1:14:41[SPEAKER_04]: And then it just says it's just how you're positioning it and position it a stewardship.
- 1:14:45[SPEAKER_04]: So it gave you a positioning.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_04]: And I will say that before I moved, when I, the church that I was in, I did the Announcements in Church and the Sunday School and the Announcements were always so planned, let's say.
- 1:14:59[SPEAKER_04]: So I put them into Chatchee BT and I told Chatchee police by set up, put a dash of humor.
- 1:15:03[SPEAKER_04]: I became so popular for doing the Announcements, right?
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_04]: And so I had better announcements to keep the attention.
- 1:15:09[SPEAKER_04]: And then, for my Sunday School lessons, it pulled in deeper thought, helped me to create
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_04]: talking points and conversations which can be hard for me sometimes and then also I would go to mid-Journey or this tool called Ideogram and printoff images that I would pass out as handouts and you know I was a good Sunday school teacher so it just helped me to take things even to the next level and then I would show that.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_02]: My conviction on systems in the church is systems don't replace relationship.
- 1:15:40[SPEAKER_02]: They actually enhance it, because as someone who's been in ministry for 13, 14 years, rather than me having a conversation about the task at hand, let's systemize that part so that when I see you and I ask you how is the family doing?
- 1:15:52[SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually invested.
- 1:15:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like the thing is already taking care of with systems.
- 1:15:57[SPEAKER_02]: And so that's kind of always been my approach
- 1:16:01[SPEAKER_02]: creative person that builds the local church love it.
- 1:16:05[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you so much, both for you.
- 1:16:06[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, grateful for you.
- 1:16:08[SPEAKER_03]: Let's clap it up Hi, Omar.
- 1:16:14[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, thank you for inviting us into your space So glad you're here.
- 1:16:18[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you so much for all your content.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_03]: I follow you.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_03]: I've organized my whole house because of Beard Vice and thank you.
- 1:16:24[SPEAKER_00]: It's amazing.
- 1:16:25[SPEAKER_03]: My brother's here, so you can testify.
- 1:16:26[SPEAKER_03]: So really
- 1:16:29[SPEAKER_03]: So my question is, actually, I have it on here, so I don't mess it up.
- 1:16:32[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm a pharmacist or 15 years, and I'm pivoting into high ticket masterminds for, you know, to help other corporate moms kind of get higher paying clinical positions.
- 1:16:42[SPEAKER_03]: It requires a lot of trust and a lot of work, but I'm still working full-time.
- 1:16:46[SPEAKER_03]: So if you're me, what is this specific AI workflow that you would build today to attract quality, if I, you know, like, five-pied ticket clients a week, so I can spend more of my time closing the
- 1:16:57[SPEAKER_03]: kind of like chasing leads.
- 1:16:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:17:00[SPEAKER_04]: I would actually go to chat UBT and ask if that question.
- 1:17:02[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, you really outlined a really good question, but the thing is is that you need to say when you're talking to chat UBT and asking that question, like, what other information do you need to know about me and my high ticket offer and what I offer in order to create the best plan for me?
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_04]: Because I can tell that you've got your systems in your head, right?
- 1:17:22[SPEAKER_04]: So you need to get that out as much as possible.
- 1:17:24[SPEAKER_04]: and then to really make it work for you, ask Chatchee BT, okay, I want to do this in the next six months and today is day number one, what do I do today?
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_04]: And it will tell you this is what you do today.
- 1:17:35[SPEAKER_04]: Do those things today?
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_04]: Go back and report and then say, I did these three things here.
- 1:17:40[SPEAKER_04]: The results, what do I do tomorrow?
- 1:17:41[SPEAKER_04]: So if you use it for, you know, your daily, it's your daily strategic business coach and driving what you do, but reporting back to it, you'll reach your goals and you'll be able to get those, is it women specifically that you're looking for or moms?
- 1:17:58[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, moms.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_04]: So you get those moms into your network and to be able to,
- 1:18:03[SPEAKER_04]: make the offer to them.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_04]: But then also ask when it's doing this work for you, ask them where are they?
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_04]: How do I find them?
- 1:18:11[SPEAKER_04]: How do I connect with them?
- 1:18:12[SPEAKER_04]: And you'll find that it will give you different ideas.
- 1:18:15[SPEAKER_04]: I've done something like this similar and it said there are a lot of really great mom-facebook groups that are specific to different locations as well and tapping into the
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_04]: the people who run those Facebook groups is a really good way to attract the moms and to what you do.
- 1:18:32[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, it'll give you different ideas that you might not have thought of and how to find your ideal customer and that's priceless for you.
- 1:18:40[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks.
- 1:18:42[SPEAKER_03]: more maybe this would be a question for you.
- 1:18:44[SPEAKER_03]: So would I want to start a new Instagram page because I'm like trying to hit talk to pharmacists particularly.
- 1:18:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, yeah, so my when you said work on like the sales part, my thing is like work on the trust part.
- 1:18:57[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, you're in a season where you can build trusts right now by showing up consistently.
- 1:19:03[SPEAKER_02]: There isn't Instagram that's kind of caught my eye.
- 1:19:06[SPEAKER_02]: That's very niche and just I haven't hit the fall button often because you know, we're served content all the time.
- 1:19:12[SPEAKER_02]: I don't always follow people.
- 1:19:14[SPEAKER_02]: But I'll watch her stuff, and then I get served it again, and then I don't see it anymore.
- 1:19:17[SPEAKER_02]: But I follow this guy, and his content is the tired dad, and he just came up on my feet on Christmas.
- 1:19:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, bro, I feel that.
- 1:19:27[SPEAKER_02]: And I started binging his stuff, and the way he's able to connect with fathers and the realm of fatherhood.
- 1:19:36[SPEAKER_02]: But he's all just doing content where he's not even opening up his mouth.
- 1:19:39[SPEAKER_02]: He's just filming himself, and he's putting text on screen.
- 1:19:42[SPEAKER_02]: So you need to find your way of watch the podcast.
- 1:19:45[SPEAKER_02]: We released on New Week New Years, on how to come up with an infinite way of showing up online, which happens, like, as you drive to work, and it happens on your weekdays off, or waking up early, or it happens on the weekends, like integrating you showing up in this way.
- 1:20:05[SPEAKER_02]: No one needs to know that you're full-time.
- 1:20:08[SPEAKER_04]: And then also use to like perplexity.ai to find events that you can go to and ask it to give you events that have open calls for speakers and then apply to speak at those events.
- 1:20:20[SPEAKER_04]: And when you do that and you're in front of them on stage, they're yours.
- 1:20:24[SPEAKER_04]: So then give them a call to action at the end with a QR code for them to get on your list and then you start to market to them.
- 1:20:32[SPEAKER_04]: But speaking and getting in front of them in person is amazing.
- 1:20:38[SPEAKER_04]: and tell it that you're looking for open calls for speakers or open proposals for speakers for your industry specifically and you can do it by location or you can do it, you know, nationally.
- 1:20:50[SPEAKER_02]: Why perplexing not chat?
- 1:20:52[SPEAKER_04]: Well, perplexity is a lot better at doing this because it's searching for the sources and it will give you a great chat with a great chart with open call for speakers.
- 1:21:02[SPEAKER_04]: But what I usually do is I use perplexity, chat GPT deep research.
- 1:21:07[SPEAKER_04]: So you have to push the button that press the plus button and then go to deep research.
- 1:21:11[SPEAKER_04]: And then also use GenSpark.au.
- 1:21:14[SPEAKER_04]: Those three sites are really good for doing something like this, the open call for speakers.
- 1:21:18[SPEAKER_04]: And use more than one site.
- 1:21:20[SPEAKER_04]: So I find that Gemini is probably the worst for a call for speakers, not sure why, because it's connected to Google.
- 1:21:26[SPEAKER_04]: But the other ones you'll find it is really good.
- 1:21:30[SPEAKER_04]: And then do it on multiple AI tools.
- 1:21:33[SPEAKER_04]: So in this case, I like to use multiple AI tools because sometimes they all bring back a few things that are different.
- 1:21:39[SPEAKER_04]: and then constantly do that open call for speakers.
- 1:21:42[SPEAKER_04]: So you would also go to chat to B.T.
- 1:21:44[SPEAKER_04]: and tell chat to B.T.
- 1:21:45[SPEAKER_04]: Every morning at 6 a.m., send me open call for speakers that are new in my industry that have come up for events and every morning at 6 a.m., it'll send an email notification to you and the email address that's set up with chat to B.T.
- 1:21:58[SPEAKER_04]: And boom, get in front of them.
- 1:22:00[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy.
- 1:22:01[SPEAKER_03]: That is gold.
- 1:22:02[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 1:22:03[SPEAKER_04]: You're welcome.
- 1:22:03[SPEAKER_02]: Bill, the personal brand, come on.
- 1:22:06[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, and then just make sure when you get the speaking engagement, you have somebody film you at the speaking engagement.
- 1:22:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, there you go.
- 1:22:11[SPEAKER_02]: That's the.
- 1:22:13[SPEAKER_00]: Mummy.
- 1:22:14[SPEAKER_00]: Hi, Alicia.
- 1:22:15[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Cassidy Warren, I'm a content creator.
- 1:22:18[SPEAKER_00]: Interviewed this guy today.
- 1:22:19[SPEAKER_00]: We'll be coming out in a couple weeks amazing amazing interview When I Hear you speak and I watch what you do and I hear a proplexity chat go here do this go this as a founder as a business owner I'm like this feels like a full-time job to me How deep should I be going how much time should I be spending?
- 1:22:44[SPEAKER_00]: What's the opportunity cost?
- 1:22:46[SPEAKER_00]: And am I trying to create agents?
- 1:22:48[SPEAKER_00]: Am I trying to automate?
- 1:22:49[SPEAKER_00]: Am I trying to remove myself as a bottleneck?
- 1:22:52[SPEAKER_04]: Those are a lot of questions, but like, yeah, that's a great question.
- 1:22:55[SPEAKER_00]: I think about like the stewardship, where I'm best and where I feel most lit up and where I can serve the most is connecting with people and creating content.
- 1:23:03[SPEAKER_00]: And so that's where my mind goes is, do less be more?
- 1:23:06[SPEAKER_00]: How can I figure that out?
- 1:23:08[SPEAKER_04]: Right.
- 1:23:09[SPEAKER_04]: And then you can also get, get AI to do those things that you don't want to do, but that you know you need to do in order to grow 10x, all that good stuff.
- 1:23:17[SPEAKER_04]: And then hire the people that like an AI integrator or some sort of AI consultant that can come into your business and actually use AI in those different ways.
- 1:23:26[SPEAKER_04]: For you to help you continue to grow and multiply is important as well.
- 1:23:31[SPEAKER_04]: So in my business, I do a lot with AI, but I also don't do everything.
- 1:23:36[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm not clipping up the videos.
- 1:23:38[SPEAKER_04]: Yes, I do know how to use Opus.
- 1:23:40[SPEAKER_04]: Clip or a cap cut to do it, but I don't do it myself.
- 1:23:43[SPEAKER_04]: Somebody else on the team does it.
- 1:23:44[SPEAKER_04]: I just know how to do it What to do?
- 1:23:46[SPEAKER_04]: I did it once and then I've outsourced that to somebody else on my team to do I used to have a video editor that took her about four days to edit a One-hour podcast episode like this for me and now we use opus clip seven minutes You're getting 30 clips back and cap cut does it as well on some other tools So I'm not doing it myself though.
- 1:24:06[SPEAKER_04]: I have a virtual assistant that does it so
- 1:24:08[SPEAKER_04]: I think you start to think about, you know, and you could ask Chatchy BT or whatever AI tool that you're using with the based on what you know about me.
- 1:24:16[SPEAKER_04]: So be like based on what you know about me and what I do, what are ways that I haven't leveraged AI in the past year that if I did leverage AI, I would have multiplied beyond my wildest dreams.
- 1:24:28[SPEAKER_04]: And it will tell you some of the things that you probably done that you haven't.
- 1:24:32[SPEAKER_04]: And you could say, if you feel like you don't know a lot about me, ask me some leading questions to help me answer this.
- 1:24:38[SPEAKER_04]: And it will ask you a bunch of questions.
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_04]: Did you do this?
- 1:24:40[SPEAKER_04]: Did you do that?
- 1:24:41[SPEAKER_04]: We know that you did a lot of content.
- 1:24:43[SPEAKER_04]: Did you clip it?
- 1:24:44[SPEAKER_04]: All this kind of stuff.
- 1:24:45[SPEAKER_04]: You answer those questions and it will give you the solutions that you need and AIify it for you.
- 1:24:50[SPEAKER_04]: One of the things that I did recently was I have a lot of my VAs out of the Philippines and I use a website called onlinejobs.ph, right?
- 1:24:59[SPEAKER_02]: So, I, I, I, I, I'm just kidding, that's oh, really into God.
- 1:25:04[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay.
- 1:25:05[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, sorry.
- 1:25:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm half Filipino.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 1:25:08[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks for using our people.
- 1:25:13[SPEAKER_02]: I guess.
- 1:25:13[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:25:13[SPEAKER_04]: You caught me off guard there.
- 1:25:15[SPEAKER_04]: I was like, what?
- 1:25:16[SPEAKER_02]: Did you speak in tongues right now?
- 1:25:19[SPEAKER_04]: But what I did was the person that I was looking for.
- 1:25:23[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't know how to articulate well what I was looking for.
- 1:25:26[SPEAKER_04]: So I went to Chatchee BT who wrote the job description for me.
- 1:25:30[SPEAKER_04]: And it put things in the end of the job description.
- 1:25:33[SPEAKER_04]: That was like, when you reply to this in the subject line, write this so you know that they're paying attention, right?
- 1:25:38[SPEAKER_04]: And then I put the job post up.
- 1:25:40[SPEAKER_04]: And then I went to ChatcheeVT, clicked on the plus button, went to agent mode, and told ChatcheeVT to log into my account at onlinejobs.ph.
- 1:25:50[SPEAKER_04]: And then when it was on there to find people who match this job description, I put the link to the job description and invite them to apply for the job.
- 1:25:59[SPEAKER_04]: and you watch it go through, and it goes in the search box, and it puts in what the keywords are for that job, and it reads, it starts reading all the resumes of the people that are in there, and then it writes a message to them, saying, this is the job, this is what you said you have, where I think you'd be a good match for the job, and it sent out all the job description.
- 1:26:20[SPEAKER_04]: So it sent out all the messages to these people, and that's something I used to do manually myself, and I shouldn't be doing,
- 1:26:27[SPEAKER_04]: So now, even though I could have outsourced it to someone on my team to do that part of the process was important to me, hiring a new person.
- 1:26:35[SPEAKER_04]: So what I'm still leveraging AI to do part of the work and to make me better and more efficient, and then I felt good about myself, because I was like, look at you, chatty, work in hard while I'm doing something else.
- 1:26:45[SPEAKER_04]: But the people that responded responded in a way that I've never seen before, and I've been using online jobs since 2011.
- 1:26:53[SPEAKER_04]: And when they responded back,
- 1:26:56[SPEAKER_04]: They were like, oh, yes, I did have that.
- 1:26:58[SPEAKER_04]: And I see how I could be a good fit.
- 1:27:00[SPEAKER_04]: And so it was a different type of response than I've ever gotten, because I've never taken the time to read someone's full resume and tie everything in.
- 1:27:08[SPEAKER_04]: So it's about leverage.
- 1:27:09[SPEAKER_04]: And that's the key word that I would give you is leverage, like see how you can really leverage it to win.
- 1:27:15[SPEAKER_02]: fire.
- 1:27:15[SPEAKER_02]: I was at a conference, a Cody Sanchez was doing a conversation with my friend Neal, and she hired a director of AI, and this person's job is to help everybody, where they're not seeing the opportunity or where they're not.
- 1:27:28[SPEAKER_02]: And when you just think about a higher, you think about, like, how?
- 1:27:31[SPEAKER_02]: leveraged is that kind of hire, which is what hires should do.
- 1:27:34[SPEAKER_02]: Hires should owe is leverage time and efficiency and productivity.
- 1:27:39[SPEAKER_02]: So it just got me thinking because I think we, we, we, we, we, your question comes from kind of like your, how you process things.
- 1:27:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 1:27:48[SPEAKER_02]: But when, when I think about, I think about, yeah, hiring, like paying somebody a full-time salary to potentially just like turn this whole thing into a machine.
- 1:27:56[SPEAKER_02]: So that we can do more like stuff like this quicker faster and things like that.
- 1:28:02[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, I think the idea, you said the word is leveraged.
- 1:28:06[SPEAKER_02]: It's good stuff.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_02]: Great.
- 1:28:07[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Awesome.
- 1:28:08[SPEAKER_02]: Let's do, we have time.
- 1:28:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's call it up.
- 1:28:13[SPEAKER_02]: One more question.
- 1:28:14[SPEAKER_02]: And then I don't know if you're hanging out or you've got to dip, but we're going to, the party goes to Shake Shack.
- 1:28:22[SPEAKER_02]: And so, if you're a vegan, I'm sorry.
- 1:28:27[SPEAKER_02]: Just ask for water and lemon.
- 1:28:29[SPEAKER_04]: Water and lemon.
- 1:28:31[SPEAKER_08]: Good evening.
- 1:28:32[SPEAKER_08]: Pastor, you've taken us to church tonight.
- 1:28:34[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you for that.
- 1:28:35[SPEAKER_08]: And Alicia, so good to meet you.
- 1:28:39[SPEAKER_08]: You're good to meet you.
- 1:28:40[SPEAKER_08]: I'm an AI advisor and I meet with corporate executives.
- 1:28:45[SPEAKER_08]: And so as I interview the employees, I'm finding out that they're saying that
- 1:28:50[SPEAKER_08]: AI is taking the place and the adaptation into the corporation where no one is now taking responsibility for the outcome.
- 1:29:00[SPEAKER_08]: So when you look at what's disrupting trust around AI right now, especially in the C-suite space, how much of that do you see as a leadership readiness issue, particularly around discernment, accountability, transparency and the human behavior?
- 1:29:17[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
- 1:29:19[SPEAKER_04]: The thing with a lot of the leadership right now and as they're adopting AI is they know the least amount about AI we're finding and so the leadership definitely needs advisors that are going in and training at not just the employees but at the leadership and then at the executive level and when we start to train them at the executive level and the leadership level not that they're going to do the work but they need to have a broad vision of it then it trickles down.
- 1:29:49[SPEAKER_04]: And he said, what a tool should I get for my team?
- 1:29:52[SPEAKER_04]: Did I ask me a bunch of questions?
- 1:29:54[SPEAKER_04]: What he actually needed.
- 1:29:55[SPEAKER_04]: I said, get the chatGBT business plan.
- 1:29:57[SPEAKER_04]: So he got it for 17 of his employees.
- 1:29:59[SPEAKER_04]: And then he came back to me.
- 1:30:01[SPEAKER_04]: And he's like, it's been 20 days.
- 1:30:02[SPEAKER_04]: There's been no changes.
- 1:30:03[SPEAKER_04]: There's been no increase or ROI off of this.
- 1:30:08[SPEAKER_04]: And then my next question to him was like, well, how much training have they gotten?
- 1:30:12[SPEAKER_04]: And he was like, no, I just gave them their chatchipity account.
- 1:30:15[SPEAKER_04]: And so I'm like, well, you just gave them their chatchipity account.
- 1:30:19[SPEAKER_04]: All of a sudden, you expect them to be able to make change.
- 1:30:23[SPEAKER_04]: without getting the proper training and integration.
- 1:30:26[SPEAKER_04]: So, right now, so that's ridiculous, that's a ridiculous thing to say, but that's what they think.
- 1:30:31[SPEAKER_04]: They think that it's just a magic pill.
- 1:30:32[SPEAKER_04]: Give them an AI tool and they're all going to be better, but we actually need to go in and to integrate the solutions and to work.
- 1:30:40[SPEAKER_04]: It's not a short-term fix.
- 1:30:42[SPEAKER_04]: It's a long-term ramp up for a company, right?
- 1:30:45[SPEAKER_04]: And so this is where you benefit is in articulating that to a company.
- 1:30:50[SPEAKER_04]: So a lot of where you're talking about hiring a director of AI, you can also be a fractional AI advisor or a fractional AI consultant and work with multiple companies in helping them to continuously leverage AI.
- 1:31:05[SPEAKER_04]: One training a month, one Q&A session a month, and making sure that the leadership is actually integrating it properly.
- 1:31:11[SPEAKER_04]: makes a really big difference for a company.
- 1:31:14[SPEAKER_04]: But employees are fearing it now because it's the truth that people are getting laid off like crazy.
- 1:31:20[SPEAKER_04]: Unfortunately, I've gone into companies where they've laid off a lot of people and then the morale is down so they bring me to come in and train the rest of the company.
- 1:31:32[SPEAKER_04]: like the employees that are still there about AI and to upskilled in ones who are there so they can future proof themselves or sometimes it's like a gift to them to get some AI training but they come in with the attitude at the beginning like I don't really want to learn this AI thing my friends lost their job because of this AI thing but I have to make it adaptable to them and show them how they can benefit.
- 1:31:54[SPEAKER_04]: When you show someone how they can benefit from them
- 1:31:57[SPEAKER_04]: Um, from using it, that's when things start to change.
- 1:32:00[SPEAKER_04]: It's like how can I benefit from it?
- 1:32:02[SPEAKER_04]: And then they need to know that they need to become AI literate in order to future proof themselves.
- 1:32:08[SPEAKER_04]: And that more jobs are also being created in the AI revolution.
- 1:32:11[SPEAKER_04]: Like every revolution we see jobs loss, but there's also jobs gain.
- 1:32:15[SPEAKER_04]: So you ask them which end of the stick do you want to be on?
- 1:32:18[SPEAKER_04]: and let them choose right and do you have a duration for the contract for the companies that you work with yeah so usually two years and they'll agree to two to three year term to work with you so but it just depends and so sometimes they want just a one-off training and that one-off training usually then leads into well I can be your fractional AI consultants and come in
- 1:32:41[SPEAKER_04]: every month and do these things for the company.
- 1:32:44[SPEAKER_04]: But usually there has to be a kick-off and it has to be exciting for them.
- 1:32:48[SPEAKER_04]: And what I believe is dramatic demonstrations pulls people in.
- 1:32:52[SPEAKER_04]: So a lot of the companies, I'll say, I know that they can't use this tool or that tool.
- 1:32:57[SPEAKER_04]: but I want to show them what's possible with AI because they don't even know and open their eyes so that they can start to see.
- 1:33:03[SPEAKER_04]: And then a lot of companies have brought me in just to teach what people can do personally in their life.
- 1:33:09[SPEAKER_04]: Like, don't even cover the business aspects of it.
- 1:33:12[SPEAKER_04]: I've gone to, I've done health and wellness events and just different events to show employees how they can benefit personally in at home because the employer knows if they can, you know, be
- 1:33:27[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you.
- 1:33:28[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, you're welcome.
- 1:33:29[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you for your welcome.
- 1:33:31[SPEAKER_02]: Awesome.
- 1:33:32[UNKNOWN]: Awesome.
- 1:33:33[SPEAKER_02]: We'll try to get this out, but the AI business summit, you're doing an event with Gary Vaynerchup with Russell Branson, with Neil Patel, and the hip hop preacher, E.T.A.
- 1:33:52[SPEAKER_04]: Thomas, and Myron Golden.
- 1:33:54[SPEAKER_02]: And Myron.
- 1:33:55[SPEAKER_02]: No way.
- 1:33:55[SPEAKER_02]: Line up.
- 1:33:56[SPEAKER_07]: That's a crazy line up.
- 1:33:58[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, let people know what they can experience the link in the description.
