- 0:00I tell you this, the people you blame for destroying your home
- 0:03are not the problem at all. They are merely puppets acting
- 0:07out the hidden beliefs you hold within yourself.
- 0:10If you're the man who arrives home feeling that familiar wave
- 0:13of dread wash over you before you even open the door.
- 0:16Picturing the inevitable argument about finances or the
- 0:20children's schooling, or anticipating the cold silence
- 0:24that hangs heavy in the air after a disagreement.
- 0:27And you find yourself retreating to a separate room just to
- 0:30escape the palpable tension that feels like a physical weight on
- 0:34your chest whispering I can't take this anymore to an empty
- 0:38room. By the end of this session, you
- 0:41will grasp the radical truth that removes all blame from
- 0:44others and empowers you to transform your home into a
- 0:47sanctuary within 30 days, using the same principles I applied to
- 0:51bring harmony to my own difficult family relations, a
- 0:55method 37 of my students have used to turn their most chaotic
- 0:59household into havens of peace. But here's what most will
- 1:03dismiss. They will continue to blame the
- 1:06fight and to suffer, never realizing the immense power they
- 1:09wield to change their domestic reality.
- 1:12In the next 6 minutes, I will show you the exact internal
- 1:15assumption creating your domestic disharmony and the
- 1:19precise technique to rewrite it. Leave now and you will remain A
- 1:23victim to external circumstances forever locked in a cycle of
- 1:27blame and discord within your own walls.
- 1:30Story proof stack. I discovered this immutable law
- 1:33through direct experience, guided by my profound teacher,
- 1:37Abdullah. For years I struggled with a
- 1:39particular family dynamic that caused me immense friction.
- 1:43There was a member of my extended family who, in my
- 1:46estimation, was relentlessly critical, always finding fault,
- 1:51always stirring discontent. Every interaction felt like
- 1:54walking into a storm. I would dread family gatherings,
- 1:58anticipating the passive aggressive of comments, the
- 2:01thinly veiled judgments that felt like daggers to my peace.
- 2:05My chest would tighten and I would leave these encounters
- 2:08feeling drained and resentful. I blame this person entirely for
- 2:12the discord, believing their personality was simply
- 2:15incompatible with mine, a force intent on destroying any
- 2:19semblance of harmony. But Abdullah, in his infinite
- 2:22wisdom, simply looked at me one day and said, Neville, they are
- 2:26only reflecting your own concept of them.
- 2:29You must change is the self that attracts such interactions, I
- 2:32argued, I resisted, I insisted they were simply that way.
- 2:37But he was unyielding. He challenged me too, in my
- 2:40imagination, perceive them differently, not just for a
- 2:43moment, but consistently. He instructed me to imagine this
- 2:46family member praising me, speaking kindly, offering
- 2:50support, not in a forced or unnatural way, but as if it were
- 2:54their natural disposition. It felt like a monumental task,
- 2:58a lie I was telling myself, yet I committed.
- 3:01Every night before sleep, I would replay a hypothetical
- 3:05scenario where this individual was warm, loving, and
- 3:08encouraging towards me, feeling the relief and gratitude as if
- 3:12it were true. The change was not immediate,
- 3:15but it was undeniable. Within weeks, the tension began
- 3:19to dissipate. The cutting remarks softened.
- 3:22The critical gaze transformed into something almost
- 3:25benevolent. Soon this person, who I had
- 3:28previously labeled a destroyer of my peace, became one of my
- 3:32greatest supporters, offering genuine encouragement and
- 3:35kindness. Their entire demeanor towards me
- 3:38shifted, not because I confronted them or changed my
- 3:41external behavior towards them, but because I had revised my
- 3:45inner concept of them. I tell you this, they were
- 3:48merely puppets acting out the beliefs I held about them within
- 3:51my own mind. Subconscious programming your
- 3:54subconscious mind, which is the creative power of God within
- 3:58you, takes every assumption you hold as an absolute command.
- 4:02It does not disc earn between what is true in the external
- 4:06world and what is true in your imagination.
- 4:10When you constantly hold a concept of a family member as
- 4:13difficult, critical, messy or disrespectful, your subconscious
- 4:17accepts this as their true nature.
- 4:20And because everyone in your home is you pushed out, their
- 4:22subconscious minds then reflect your assumption.
- 4:26They become the embodiment of your silent, unvoiced judgments
- 4:30and expectations. You are literally programming
- 4:32their behaviour through your inner convictions about them.
- 4:35This is the precise way your inner assumptions about your
- 4:39difficult family members are literally programming their
- 4:42destructive behaviour. Contrast trap.
- 4:45Most men, when faced with discord at home, will spend
- 4:49their energy trying to control, cajole or confront their family
- 4:53members, attempting to force external behaviour change.
- 4:57They will try to fix the other person, exhausting themselves in
- 5:00a battle against what they perceive as external forces.
- 5:04This always leads to more frustration, more arguments and
- 5:08a deepening of the very problems they seek to solve.
- 5:11The man who understands this first principle, however, knows
- 5:15that to change the outer world, he must first change his inner
- 5:18world. He understands that trying to
- 5:21manage others behavior is a futile endeavor, for they are
- 5:24merely reflecting his own inner state.
- 5:27He shifts his focus from demanding external change to
- 5:30cultivating an internal assumption of harmony and love.
- 5:33One command, affirmation, affirm aloud.
- 5:36Now I assume my home is a haven of peace and every member
- 5:40reflects my deepest love. Let me ask you, have you ever
- 5:44noticed how when you wake up feeling irritable or stressed,
- 5:47your entire day seems to unfold with minor frustrations and
- 5:51conflict? And conversely, on days you wake
- 5:54with a sense of peace or joy, how smoothly things proceed
- 5:58almost effortlessly. This is not coincidence, it is
- 6:01the law in action. Story proof Stack Consider the
- 6:05teachings of my friend Doctor Joseph Murphy, who understood
- 6:09the profound power of the subconscious mind.
- 6:12He often spoke of individuals whose domestic lives were a
- 6:16constant source of stress, particularly concerning
- 6:19financial arguments, a common pain point for many.
- 6:22One particular man, let us call him David, came to Doctor Murphy
- 6:26feeling utterly defeated. His home was a battleground over
- 6:30money. Every bill was a cause for
- 6:32heated exchanges. Every financial decision led to
- 6:36resentment. He felt a constant knot in his
- 6:39stomach anticipating the next argument.
- 6:42Believing his financial struggles were the cause of his
- 6:44domestic disharmony, Dr. Murphy explained that the external
- 6:48financial struggles were not the root cause but merely symptoms
- 6:52of David's prevailing in a state of consciousness, a state of
- 6:56lack, fear, and worry. He instructed David to begin a
- 7:00practice of consciously cultivating a feeling of
- 7:03financial security and abundance, not just for himself,
- 7:07but for his entire family. David was to imagine his home
- 7:11filled with the feeling of abundance, seeing his family not
- 7:14as adversaries over money, but as collaborators in prosperity,
- 7:18feeling the relief and gratitude of having all their needs met
- 7:22with plenty to spare. He was to do this daily,
- 7:25steadfastly, regardless of the apparent circumstances.
- 7:29Within weeks, a palpable shift occurred.
- 7:32The arguments over money began to subside.
- 7:34Opportunities arose that ease the financial strain, but more
- 7:38importantly, the atmosphere in the home transformed.
- 7:42The conversations around money changed from accusations to
- 7:45discussions of creative solutions.
- 7:48David realized that his inner state of anxiety had been the
- 7:51true foundation of his home's chaos, and by consciously
- 7:55cultivating a state of peace and abundance, he had rebuilt that
- 7:59foundation into one of harmony. Subconscious Programming.
- 8:03The conscious mind is the gardener, planting seeds of
- 8:06thought and feeling into the subconscious soil.
- 8:09Your dominant mood, your pervasive feeling state, is
- 8:12precisely the climate you are cultivating in your home.
- 8:16If you constantly dwell I in anxiety, anger, or frustration,
- 8:21these are the conditions your subconscious will externalize
- 8:24through your family. It is always reproducing your
- 8:27inner state. If you constantly feel tension
- 8:30or dread when you think of your home, then tension and dread
- 8:33will be your experience. It must be so, for your inner
- 8:37state is the blueprint contrast trap.
- 8:40Most men mistakenly believe that their homes problems are caused
- 8:43by external factors, the children's unruly behavior,
- 8:47their spouses demanding nature, or the incessant financial
- 8:51pressures. They endlessly chase external
- 8:53solutions, trying to control the uncontrollable, all while their
- 8:57inner state remains A turbulent storm.
- 9:00The man who is truly wise, however, understands that his
- 9:04inner state of consciousness is the true foundation of his
- 9:07home's harmony or chaos. He knows that external
- 9:10conditions are merely reflections, and that by
- 9:13mastering his inner world, he effortlessly brings peace to his
- 9:16outer world. Listen to me.
- 9:18This technique I am about to share is so powerful, so utterly
- 9:22transformative, that most will dismiss it as fantasy.
- 9:26But I tell you it is the key to escaping the prison of past
- 9:30hurts. Story proof stack.
- 9:32I recall a time early in my teachings when I was still fully
- 9:35immersed in applying Abdullah's lessons.
- 9:38There was a particular incident within my own family, a sharp
- 9:41disagreement that had left a bitter taste.
- 9:44Words had been exchanged that, in the heat of the moment, felt
- 9:47justified, yet afterwards left a lingering feeling of regret and
- 9:52a palpable tension between myself and another member of my
- 9:56family. The memory of that argument,
- 9:58those hurtful words, played over and over in my mind, each replay
- 10:03reinforcing the discord, making future interactions awkward and
- 10:07strained. It was a weight on my chest,
- 10:09threatening to become a permanent fixture in our
- 10:12relationship. I recognize this pattern as a
- 10:15subtle mental habit, one that was actively reinforcing the
- 10:18chaos in my home. I knew I had to apply the
- 10:21principle of revision. Instead of dwelling on the
- 10:24actual event, I would, before falling asleep each night,
- 10:28replay the scene in my imagination.
- 10:31But in my revised version, the words were never spoken.
- 10:34The argument never occurred. Instead, I would imagine a
- 10:38harmonious discussion, filled with understanding and respect.
- 10:42I would feel the warmth of agreement, the lightness of
- 10:45peace, the sensation of our genuine connection.
- 10:49I meticulously recreated the seen, changing every detail to
- 10:52reflect the ideal outcome, immersing myself in the feeling
- 10:56of reconciliation and mutual respect.
- 10:59I did this for several nights, and the miraculous occurred
- 11:03without a single word spoken to the other person about the
- 11:06revision. The atmosphere shifted, the
- 11:09strange silence was replaced by easy conversation.
- 11:12The subtle tension evaporated. It was as if the original
- 11:16argument had simply faded from collective memory, replaced by
- 11:20the the harmonious impression I had imprinted.
- 11:23This is how I revised A deeply entrenched family conflict and
- 11:27witnessed an immediate, undeniable shift in everyone
- 11:31involved. Subconscious programming.
- 11:33The subconscious mind is not merely a recorder of events, it
- 11:37is an active creator. When you revise a past event,
- 11:41you are not simply pretending it never happened.
- 11:44You are literally wiping the old impression from the subconscious
- 11:47and replacing it with a new one. This new impression becomes the
- 11:51blueprint for future interactions.
- 11:53Every time you revise, you are literally changing your past.
- 11:57And by changing your past, you fundamentally alter the
- 12:00trajectory of your future. It disarms the memory of
- 12:04discord, removing its power to perpetuate conflict.
- 12:07In the present contrast trap, most men remain trapped by their
- 12:11past, constantly replaying negative experiences, allowing
- 12:16old hurts and grievances to dictate their present and future
- 12:19interactions. They cling to the facts of what
- 12:22happened, believing they are victims of circumstance,
- 12:26perpetuating an endless cycle of blame and regret.
- 12:29The man who truly seeks liberation, however, embraces
- 12:33revision. He understands that the past is
- 12:35not fixed, it is malleable. He seizes the divine power to
- 12:39rewrite his story, knowing that by transforming his past, he
- 12:43transforms his entire domestic reality to declaration,
- 12:48affirmation. Repeat daily.
- 12:50I am the conscious architect of my domestic reality, revising
- 12:54every perceived discord into harmony.
- 12:56The notion that your home's problems are caused by external
- 12:59factors, money, personalities, habits, is a fundamental
- 13:04misunderstanding of reality. You are the cause.
- 13:07Your mental diet is the climate. Story proof stack.
- 13:11My contemporary Emmett Fox, a brilliant thinker, articulated
- 13:15the absolute necessity of a disciplined mind.
- 13:18He would often speak of the importance of holding to a
- 13:21vision, regardless of outward appearances.
- 13:24I had a student, a man burdened by constant frustration
- 13:28regarding his teenage son. This boy, in his father's eyes,
- 13:32was lazy, disrespectful, and constantly messy, leaving chaos
- 13:36in his wake. The father's mental diet was a
- 13:39constant stream of complaints about his son's habits.
- 13:41He never listens. He's so irresponsible.
- 13:44This house is always a pigsty because of him.
- 13:47Every time he saw a misplaced item or heard a dismissal tone,
- 13:51these thoughts would flood his mind, reinforcing his
- 13:54perception. His home felt like a perpetual
- 13:57battlefield and he felt powerless.
- 13:59I explained to him that he was feeding the very beast he wished
- 14:03to conquer. His sustained mental diet of
- 14:05criticism and negativity was the subtle mental habit he was doing
- 14:10every single day that was actively reinforcing the chaos
- 14:13in his home. I instructed him to adopt A new
- 14:16mental diet. Every time the thought of his
- 14:19son's messiness or the disrespect arose, he was to
- 14:22immediately counteract it. He was to tell himself, my son
- 14:26is organized and considerate. My son respects me and his home.
- 14:30My son is a joy to have around. He wasn't to say this once and
- 14:34forget it, but to sustain this mental diet, constantly
- 14:37redirecting his thoughts regardless of what his eyes saw
- 14:40or his ears heard. He was to persist in this, not
- 14:44in a forced way, but with the conviction that this was the
- 14:47truth. Within a few short weeks, the
- 14:50complaint ceased. At least the father reported
- 14:52that he was no longer noticing the mess, or if he did, it no
- 14:56longer bothered him. And, remarkably, his son began
- 14:59to contribute more, to clean up after himself and to engage with
- 15:03a new level of respect and cooperation.
- 15:06The son did not change because of external pressure, but
- 15:09because his father's inner assumption, his mental diet, had
- 15:13been fundamentally altered. The entire domestic atmosphere
- 15:17shifted from friction to harmony.
- 15:19Subconscious programming. Your mind is a fertile garden.
- 15:23Every thought, every feeling, every assumption is a seed.
- 15:27A mental diet is simply the conscious act of choosing which
- 15:30seeds you allow to take root. If you constantly feed your mind
- 15:34with thoughts of frustration, blame, and discord regarding
- 15:38your family, your subconscious will unfailingly produce a
- 15:41harvest of those very experiences.
- 15:44It is not about managing their behavior, for their behavior is
- 15:48merely A reflection. It is about managing your own
- 15:51thoughts and feelings about them.
- 15:53This consistent in a discipline is the only true pathway to
- 15:57lasting peace. Contrast Trap.
- 15:59Most men are consumed by the futility of managing others
- 16:02behavior. They create chore charts,
- 16:05implement reward systems, engage in endless arguments believing
- 16:10that external control is the answer.
- 16:13They exhaust themselves fighting shadows.
- 16:15The the man who truly understands, however, knows that
- 16:18true peace emanates from within. He cultivates A disciplined
- 16:22mental diet, knowing that his inner thoughts and feelings
- 16:25about his family are the only levers of change.
- 16:29He understands that lasting peace is not the result of
- 16:32external manipulation, but of internal mastery. 3 Process
- 16:36affirmation. Say this with me.
- 16:38My consistent in a vision creates a home filled with love,
- 16:42understanding, and effortless cooperation.
- 16:45Remember I promised to reveal how your inner sous empty ONS
- 16:49about your difficult family members are literally
- 16:52programming their destructive behavior and how I revised A
- 16:55deeply entrenched family conflict.
- 16:58We are now delving deeper into that profound truth story Proof
- 17:02stack. My good friend Thomas Troward,
- 17:05the great Edinburgh lecturersman, understood that
- 17:08consciousness is the originating substance of all reality.
- 17:12He taught that the outer world is always reflecting the inner.
- 17:16I recall a student of mine, a man who felt perpetually
- 17:19disrespected and undervalued in his own home.
- 17:23His wife would dismiss his opinions, his children would
- 17:26disregard his rules, and his in laws would make massive
- 17:29aggressive comments that strung him deeply.
- 17:32He saw them as the destroyers of his self esteem, constantly
- 17:36undermining him. But I challenged him.
- 17:38I asked him to look inward. Where within yourself do you
- 17:42feel undervalued, Whether you disrespect your own opinions?
- 17:46He initially resisted, insisting it was their fault.
- 17:49Yet with persistent introspection, he began to
- 17:52realize a subtle underlying belief within himself, a deep
- 17:56seated feeling of not being quite good enough, A tendency to
- 18:00undervalue his own contributions, to quietly resent
- 18:03himself when he failed to assert his boundaries.
- 18:07His family, those destroyers, were merely externalizing this
- 18:10unaddressed aspect of his own self concept.
- 18:14I instructed him to begin affirming his own inherent
- 18:17worth, to imagine himself speaking with authority and
- 18:20confidence and feeling deeply respected by his family.
- 18:24To catch himself whenever he doubted his own value and
- 18:27immediately replace that thought with one of self affirmation.
- 18:31As he began to genuinely embody a feeling of self respect and
- 18:35self worth, the mirror of his family shifted.
- 18:38His wife began to seek his counsel, his children showed new
- 18:41found deference, and the comments from his in laws, if
- 18:44they even occurred, no longer held power over him.
- 18:48The destroyers had vanished, for they were never truly external
- 18:51villains, but merely reflections of a fragmented aspect of his
- 18:55own being. Subconscious programming.
- 18:58Your deepest, often hidden beliefs about yourself are
- 19:01continuously projected onto the screen of your life.
- 19:05If you harbor a subtle feeling of unworthiness, of being taken
- 19:08for granted, or of not being quite enough, your subconscious,
- 19:12in its infinite wisdom, will arrange for those around you to
- 19:16reflect that back to you. Your family members become
- 19:19actors in the play of yourself concept.
- 19:22They cannot help but play their roles as long as you hold the
- 19:25script for them in your own mind.
- 19:27It is not malice on their part, but the unerring operation of
- 19:31the law. Contrast trap.
- 19:33Most men remain trapped in a cycle of blame, forever pointing
- 19:37the finger at the other for their suffering, constantly
- 19:40battling external symptoms while the root cause within them goes
- 19:44unaddressed. They exhaust themselves trying
- 19:46to change others perceptions of them rather than cultivating A
- 19:50robust self concept. The truly empowered man,
- 19:53however, recognizes that his destroyers are his greatest
- 19:57teachers. He looks inward, understands
- 20:00that every external challenge is an invitation to refine his own
- 20:04self concept, and in doing so transforms.
- 20:07His entire world. In the next 3 minutes, I will
- 20:10show you the direct mechanism, the undeniable link between your
- 20:14inner beliefs and their outer actions.
- 20:17This is the culmination of what I promised to show you at the
- 20:20outset. Story proof stack.
- 20:22Consider the words of Florence Scoville Shin, who taught with
- 20:25such clarity about the power of the spoken and unspoken word.
- 20:30She understood that every thought held in consciousness is
- 20:33a command. I had a student, a young mother,
- 20:36who was at her wit's end with her mischievous young daughter.
- 20:39This child, by the mother's constant internal description,
- 20:43was a handful, defiant and always causing trouble.
- 20:47The mother would recount endless stories of the child's
- 20:50misbehaviour, constantly reinforcing her assumption.
- 20:53She truly believed her daughter was inherently difficult.
- 20:57This mental habit, this constant narration, was the subtle mental
- 21:02habit she was doing every single day that was actively
- 21:05reinforcing the chaos in her home.
- 21:08I explained to her that she was not merely observing her
- 21:11daughter's behavior, she was actively creating it through her
- 21:14unwavering assumptions. Her child's mind, far more
- 21:18receptive and less conditioned than an adult's, was merely
- 21:22acting out the script her mother was holding for her.
- 21:25I instructed the mother to completely reverse her internal
- 21:28narrative, to imagine her daughter as cooperative, loving,
- 21:32and a joy to be around, to see her playing happily, listening
- 21:36attentively, and radiating sweetness.
- 21:39She was to hold this vision, this new assumption,
- 21:42steadfastly, regardless of any temporary outward display from
- 21:46the child. Within a remarkably short time,
- 21:49the daughter's behavior began to transform.
- 21:52The tantrums diminished, the defiance faded, and she became
- 21:56the joyful, cooperative child her mother had begun to
- 21:59envision. The mother realized that her
- 22:01previous assumptions had been a powerful, albeit unconscious,
- 22:05form of programming. She had inadvertently been
- 22:08commanding the very behaviour that caused her distress.
- 22:12Subconscious programming. The subconscious mind of another
- 22:15person is directly influenced by your unwavering concept of them.
- 22:20It is not an independent entity operating in a vacuum when it
- 22:24comes to your relationship with them.
- 22:26When you hold a strong, sustained assumption about a
- 22:29person, positive or negative, their subconscious mind, being
- 22:34part of the universal subconscious, will inevitably
- 22:37receive and act upon that impression.
- 22:39You're quite literally implanting instructions into
- 22:42their being through the power of your imagination.
- 22:45You are not changing them as much as you are changing the
- 22:48blueprint for their behavior towards you or in your presence.
- 22:52This is the precise way your inner assumptions about your
- 22:55difficult family members are literally programming their
- 22:58destructive behavior trap. Most men approach family
- 23:03dynamics as if each person is an entirely separate, independent
- 23:07will whose actions are beyond their influence.
- 23:10They try to apply external logic, rewards, or punishments,
- 23:14only to find themselves continuously frustrated.
- 23:18The man who truly grasps this principle understands that in
- 23:21the realm of consciousness, there is only one mind.
- 23:25He recognizes that his inner conviction is a powerful,
- 23:28undeniable force that shapes the of those around him, especially
- 23:33those closest to him. He stops trying to control
- 23:36others and starts consciously controlling his own assumptions
- 23:39about them. Here's exactly how you will
- 23:41apply these truths to experience a profound shift.
- 23:45I want you to focus on one specific challenging person in
- 23:48your home. It might be your spouse, a
- 23:50child, a parent, or an in law. Choose the individual whose
- 23:54behavior currently causes you the most distress one.
- 23:58Identify the specific desired shift to be absolutely clear.
- 24:02Do you want them to be more considerate?
- 24:04Maury appreciative, less critical?
- 24:06Maury engaged, less prone to arguments?
- 24:10Pinpoint one specific observable behavior or feeling you desire
- 24:14from them. To create a vivid imaginal
- 24:17scene. Construct A brief living scene
- 24:19in your imagination that implies this desired behavior is already
- 24:24a fact. Picture yourself interacting
- 24:26with this person. Hear them saying the kind words
- 24:29you wish to hear. Feel the warmth of their
- 24:31appreciation. See them performing the
- 24:34considerate act you desire. Make it as real, as vivid, as
- 24:38sensory as possible. For instance, if you wish for
- 24:41less argument about finances, imagine them saying, darling,
- 24:45I'm so grateful for how wisely you manage our money.
- 24:48Or if a child is messy, imagine seeing their room tidy and
- 24:52feeling a surge of pride and peace.

- 24:56fulfilled. This is the most crucial step.
- 24:59As you engage in your imaginal scene, you must feel the relief,
- 25:03the gratitude, the joy, the peace that would be yours if
- 25:06this were already true. Dwell in that feeling until it
- 25:10saturates you, until IT feels natural.
- 25:13For daily practice and revision, perform this imaginal act every
- 25:18night before sleep and ideally for a few minutes during the

- 26:07reflections of your inner state and you hold the power to change
- 26:11the reflection. You cannot change or control
- 26:14anyone else's behaviour, only your own inner concept of them.
- 26:18This truth has revealed that by changing your inner concept,
- 26:22their outer behavior must conform.
- 26:24The notion that your home's problems are caused by external
- 26:27factors, money, personalities, habits, is a fundamental
- 26:31misunderstanding of reality. You now know that you're in a
- 26:35state. Your assumptions and your mental

- 26:47family members are literally programming their destructive
- 26:50behavior has been unveiled as the direct influence of your
- 26:54sustained concept upon their subconscious.
- 26:57How I revised A deeply entrenched family conflict and
- 27:00witnessed an immediate, undeniable shift in everyone
- 27:04involved was demonstrated through my own experience
- 27:08proving the power of imaginal revision to erase discord.
- 27:12The subtle mental habit you're doing every single day that is
- 27:15actively reinforcing the chaos in your home has been revealed
- 27:19as your constant unconscious mental diet of negative thoughts
- 27:23and reactions towards your family, which you now have the
- 27:27power to consciously change. The truth has been laid bare.
- 27:31You stand at a precipice. Will you continue to blame, to
- 27:34fight, and to suffer, remaining a victim to external
- 27:37circumstances and the chaos they bring?
