- 0:00Speaker 1: Tampa Bay's Best Music is.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Nine and welcome to another episode of Scotty and Abby Unfiltered.
- 0:08Speaker 2: I'm excited to get the update from you, Abby on this,
- 0:10Speaker 2: especially the wedding stuff that's coming up. But I was
- 0:12Speaker 2: curious all morning because on the podcast yesterday I talked
- 0:16Speaker 2: about the risk I was ready to take. Oh yeah,
- 0:18Speaker 2: it's been talking about this stupid hair situation for way
- 0:21Speaker 2: too long. I get it if you're tired of it.
- 0:23Speaker 2: But now we have video proof of this. So I
- 0:26Speaker 2: decided yesterday I'm just gonna go back to my same
- 0:29Speaker 2: hair person that was cutting it short. I'm gonna give
- 0:31Speaker 2: them the benefit of the doubt, and I'm gonna bring
- 0:34Speaker 2: my idea because I thought to myself, I'm going to
- 0:36Speaker 2: a place that's like a salon. She cuts beautiful women's
- 0:40Speaker 2: hair all day every day. I'm like, maybe the one
- 0:43Speaker 2: of like a few dudes that she sees. So I said,
- 0:45Speaker 2: I got a wedding coming up. Let me go ahead
- 0:46Speaker 2: and get in there and get cut up and share
- 0:49Speaker 2: my idea. So first off, all morning, I'm like, did
- 0:53Speaker 2: I haven't even notice the cleanup job I got? Let
- 0:55Speaker 2: me go ahead and take off my headphone. So I
- 0:56Speaker 2: could tell you everything that went down. So obviously it's
- 1:01Speaker 2: cleaned up. Check out the ears.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I can tell it's a little bit shorter, you know.
- 1:04Speaker 3: Just a little bit in the back of my head.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Nice yep. So I had to do.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Some research before I got this cut because I needed
- 1:11Speaker 2: to know how I was gonna go in and have
- 1:14Speaker 2: this conversation.
- 1:15Speaker 3: So what I did is I went on Chat TBT, of.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Course, and I want to show you what Chat things
- 1:20Speaker 2: I could look like if I commit fully to this.
- 1:22Speaker 2: And I'm gonna tell you how long it's gonna take
- 1:24Speaker 2: to commit, which that's the part of me that's kind
- 1:26Speaker 2: of worrisome. But I got on Chat and I'm like, Chat,
- 1:29Speaker 2: here's a picture in my face. Here's what my hair
- 1:31Speaker 2: looks like. Could you give me a realistic look of
- 1:34Speaker 2: what I will look like if I decided to commit
- 1:37Speaker 2: to my hair and the picture.
- 1:40Speaker 3: That came up. I mean, I'm just saying, brace yourself, Tampa.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Bay, better watch out, because your boy's gonna look spicy.
- 1:46Speaker 3: That's what Chat things I could look like.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Right, Why doesn't look like a mug shot? I mean,
- 1:51Speaker 1: show the camera shows.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Okay, let's see there it is. We got cameras now, well, what.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Crime do we think this man has committed?
- 1:58Speaker 2: Okay, but that guy looks I had to make sure
- 2:00Speaker 2: I wasn't smiling and goofy. I wanted to see, like
- 2:01Speaker 2: what I would look like if I just let the
- 2:03Speaker 2: flow go all the way. I felt so dorky, though,
- 2:06Speaker 2: because I showed my haircut person this and she's like,
- 2:08Speaker 2: got it, Okay, you can put your chatchy bet away.
- 2:10Speaker 4: Yeah, She's like, you could have just said hockey hair.
- 2:12Speaker 4: I would have understood perfectly.
- 2:13Speaker 2: But I sent it to my lady and she was like, oh,
- 2:15Speaker 2: my Lord, have mercy. And I was like, well, now
- 2:18Speaker 2: I got a decision to make. So I send my
- 2:20Speaker 2: hair person that picture and she gives me the hard
- 2:23Speaker 2: truth that I don't know if I was truly ready
- 2:25Speaker 2: to accept, because on chat, chat gives you an idea
- 2:28Speaker 2: that it's going to take.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Time to achieve. Chat says three to five months.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Okay, that's not that bad.
- 2:33Speaker 3: I'll be around my birthday. That'd be kind of nice.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Yeah, hit my thirtieth looking like a hockey player. I
- 2:39Speaker 2: talked to my haircut person. She's like, well, you're gonna
- 2:42Speaker 2: have to just at the end of the day be
- 2:43Speaker 2: patient because this is going to take a year a
- 2:47Speaker 2: year to get to that kind of flow, like that
- 2:51Speaker 2: guy in the picture has that imaginary dude and all
- 2:54Speaker 2: that length that he has in his hair.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Yeah, an entire year.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I think that's probably pretty accurate.
- 2:59Speaker 4: I mean, so for context, like, my hair has been
- 3:01Speaker 4: the same length my entire life, Like it doesn't matter
- 3:04Speaker 4: what I do, it's always going to be like right
- 3:06Speaker 4: above the boob. I don't know if it's just because
- 3:08Speaker 4: of where like you fall asleep, if you get breakage
- 3:10Speaker 4: or whatever. But I had somebody send me a DM
- 3:13Speaker 4: They were like, well, why don't you cut your hair?
- 3:15Speaker 4: I'm like, I'm not taking the risk of cutting my
- 3:17Speaker 4: hair and then spending the rest of my life just
- 3:19Speaker 4: trying to get it back to this length.
- 3:20Speaker 2: I mean that's what she said. She said on average,
- 3:23Speaker 2: and she sees this all the time. You grow about
- 3:25Speaker 2: six inches a year about yeah, And that's what they
- 3:28Speaker 2: would take to get to that kind of.
- 3:29Speaker 1: You guys are like, well that's a lot.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Right, that's a lot of length.
- 3:34Speaker 2: Well that's why I sat there in the chair and
- 3:36Speaker 2: I was like, am I ready to commit? And as
- 3:39Speaker 2: I got cleaned up and my ears cut out, I
- 3:41Speaker 2: was like, you know what, I'm in one full year
- 3:45Speaker 2: of letting it grow, cleaning it up here and there
- 3:48Speaker 2: to kind of make sure that it stays shaped.
- 3:51Speaker 3: But in one year, I mean, we're looking at June
- 3:53Speaker 3: of twenty twenty seven. That's insane. I might be I'm
- 3:56Speaker 3: gonna be thirty years old.
- 3:57Speaker 2: Who knows what's gonna be happening in that life, But
- 4:00Speaker 2: I guess it's the time to finally see if I
- 4:02Speaker 2: could get that hair flow.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Well, I mean, the time's gonna pass anyway.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Yeah, but I'm gonna look what's tough. And she told
- 4:07Speaker 2: me this is You're gonna look rough for a little bit. Well,
- 4:10Speaker 2: you're gonna grow. It's gonna grow, she said, sideways first
- 4:14Speaker 2: before it comes down. And I thought, Lord, have mercy,
- 4:16Speaker 2: I'm gonna look like Bozo the Clown.
- 4:18Speaker 4: Well, here's the good thing. You're already in a relationship.
- 4:20Speaker 4: Homegirl knows what you're working towards. So whenever she's like,
- 4:23Speaker 4: oh my god, he looks horrible, you can just show
- 4:25Speaker 4: her the inspo pick so she can be like, Okay,
- 4:27Speaker 4: this is this is.
- 4:28Speaker 1: What we're in for.
- 4:28Speaker 4: I know.
- 4:29Speaker 2: And that's what I was thinking as I was telling her,
- 4:30Speaker 2: I was like, I just you know, we're still in
- 4:32Speaker 2: the early part of the relationship where I'm like, man,
- 4:34Speaker 2: I don't want you to thinking I'm ugly yet, like.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I could be ugly and maybe like a little bit,
- 4:38Speaker 3: but not now.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Yeah, well I can relate to this because I mean,
- 4:41Speaker 4: when you get a nose job, that's what they tell
- 4:43Speaker 4: you is it's gonna take you a year to look normal,
- 4:45Speaker 4: And honestly, as somebody who's gotten one, I could say,
- 4:47Speaker 4: I feel like it takes even longer than a year.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Wow.
- 4:49Speaker 4: And so but what I will say is what keeps
- 4:51Speaker 4: you in that sane state when you see a photo
- 4:54Speaker 4: of yourself and you're like, why does my nose look
- 4:56Speaker 4: like a hot dog right now? Is your surgeon will
- 4:58Speaker 4: take a postop photo, so so he'll say this is
- 5:00Speaker 4: what it will look.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Like when all the swelling's gone.
- 5:03Speaker 4: And so it's just like you have to hang on
- 5:05Speaker 4: to like what you're going after, what you know you're
- 5:06Speaker 4: going to get at the end of this year. So
- 5:08Speaker 4: if you want the long hockey hair, the time's gonna
- 5:11Speaker 4: pass anyway, you might as well commit.
- 5:12Speaker 3: To the bit is there things that could help?
- 5:14Speaker 2: Because I know there are vitamins and different things that
- 5:18Speaker 2: especially women use for their.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Hair for growth.
- 5:21Speaker 2: I don't know if those things are scams or just
- 5:23Speaker 2: a bunch of baloney.
- 5:25Speaker 3: But now I'm like, would it help? Would's speeded up?
- 5:27Speaker 3: Could I get it from a year to nine months?
- 5:30Speaker 4: Well? I think I think a lot of it is
- 5:32Speaker 4: snake oil, But I will say my brother's fiance is
- 5:34Speaker 4: taking something called neutrofoil, and she says that she she
- 5:38Speaker 4: says that she thinks that it works. So I mean
- 5:40Speaker 4: you can try it. I mean, at the very least,
- 5:43Speaker 4: like you're gonna get some more vitamins in.
- 5:44Speaker 3: You know what valid If anything, it's not gonna hurt
- 5:46Speaker 3: the body right now?
- 5:47Speaker 1: Do you want to sit down?
- 5:49Speaker 3: Oh? Well, let's see because we're doing the whole camera
- 5:51Speaker 3: thing now. So I got to see all the cameras. Look.
- 5:53Speaker 4: When I was about to say, IM like, I just
- 5:54Speaker 4: noticed it, you're standing up. I'm like, I feel like
- 5:56Speaker 4: you'd be more comfortable with your side down.
- 5:58Speaker 3: Let me fix my camera. Then we got this whole
- 6:00Speaker 3: set up in the studio where now we're gonna be
- 6:02Speaker 3: doing things on video, and it was hours of work yesterday. Okay,
- 6:06Speaker 3: that's not gonna work here.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Just you gotta do like the wave with it.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Oh Lord, have mercy.
- 6:10Speaker 1: That's how it catches you.
- 6:10Speaker 4: Oh god, if you're watching this, So if you're listening
- 6:13Speaker 4: to this, you're like, what are they talking about? We
- 6:14Speaker 4: just started recording our our our stuff. We had these
- 6:18Speaker 4: new fancy cameras and they have this cool AI technology
- 6:21Speaker 4: to wear there go. They can track you, so you
- 6:23Speaker 4: kind of have to do like the wave to get
- 6:25Speaker 4: its attention.
- 6:25Speaker 2: There it is, okay, I got it cool, all right,
- 6:27Speaker 2: I'll sit and be cozy anyway.
- 6:29Speaker 3: So there's a hair update. I decided to go in.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I'm gonna stick with her. I'm gonna like ride it
- 6:32Speaker 3: out for a little bit. I won't be seeing her often.
- 6:35Speaker 3: But it was, you know, what was actually worrisome. And
- 6:37Speaker 3: this is kind of silly to talk about, but I
- 6:39Speaker 3: was like, I didn't want to pay a big price
- 6:41Speaker 3: to get the cleanup. Like guy she was doing it.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I was like, oh my god, all she did is
- 6:44Speaker 2: shave my neck and like do a little line over
- 6:47Speaker 2: my ears. And I'm like, if this is the full
- 6:49Speaker 2: haircut price, I'm gonna throw up.
- 6:51Speaker 3: And it wasn't. I was like, oh, I didn't know.
- 6:53Speaker 2: There's a difference nobody says that there's no prices on
- 6:55Speaker 2: the wall like a barber shop. Yeah, so she's like,
- 6:57Speaker 2: oh no, she's the regular trim and it was like
- 6:58Speaker 2: twenty bucks.
- 6:59Speaker 3: I was like, it's doable.
- 7:00Speaker 1: It is scary.
- 7:01Speaker 4: I will say, I've had this before and I'm not
- 7:03Speaker 4: saying this how every hairstylist does it. Because the girl
- 7:06Speaker 4: I just went to actually put it on like a
- 7:07Speaker 4: sticky note.
- 7:08Speaker 1: She was like, by the way, this is what it's
- 7:09Speaker 1: gonna cost. I'm my girl, do whatever.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Oh my god, Like I'm already sitting here, but like
- 7:14Speaker 4: you'll get your hair done. And it kind of changes
- 7:16Speaker 4: every time they're like, oh, by the way, it's twenty dollars.
- 7:17Speaker 4: More of the time I'm like, what what the hell?
- 7:20Speaker 4: It's so so messed.
- 7:21Speaker 3: Up on that. And then the tip, which they deserve.
- 7:23Speaker 3: I know, if you go to a place that's like
- 7:24Speaker 3: a corporation, then they get cut and you want to
- 7:26Speaker 3: tip your person so they get the full thing.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Yeah, they do deserve a tip, but I do wish
- 7:30Speaker 4: they could just factor it into the price, do you
- 7:32Speaker 4: know what I mean? Like I will tip you, and
- 7:35Speaker 4: I'll probably tip you in cash, but at the same time,
- 7:38Speaker 4: like I wish they would just charge me fifty.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Dollars more or whatever it is.
- 7:41Speaker 2: It.
- 7:42Speaker 4: Yeah, like I wish tipping culture was just adding just
- 7:45Speaker 4: adgratuity dot. Don't make me look like the a hole.
- 7:47Speaker 4: If you wanted twenty percent and I only gave you
- 7:49Speaker 4: fifteen percent.
- 7:50Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a whole problem right now because I didn't realize,
- 7:53Speaker 2: Like if you go to let's say a coffee shop
- 7:55Speaker 2: and they flip around the thing and all they do
- 7:57Speaker 2: it this is you know what if you're a burrista,
- 7:59Speaker 2: I'm sorry, but if all you're doing is just literally
- 8:01Speaker 2: taking the little tab and just putting coffee in the cup,
- 8:04Speaker 2: but you flip around the screen, it's like twenty percent. Yeah,
- 8:07Speaker 2: I'm like, I didn't know you could see what you click,
- 8:09Speaker 2: but I think they can on the other side when
- 8:11Speaker 2: they flip it back of what you decide. Yeah, And
- 8:13Speaker 2: that feels horrible because that's why I never tip zero.
- 8:17Speaker 2: I just I can't give you no tip because I
- 8:19Speaker 2: feel horrible when you look me back in the eyeballs
- 8:21Speaker 2: and you're like, there's the jerk that didn't tip me.
- 8:23Speaker 4: So I will say I always to my bartenders. Let
- 8:25Speaker 4: me put that disclimer out yes, but I will say
- 8:27Speaker 4: when I order something like a high noon and they
- 8:29Speaker 4: just crack the can open, it does cross my mind
- 8:32Speaker 4: that I'm like, do I need a tip? You?
- 8:35Speaker 3: That was the easy I always want to ask.
- 8:36Speaker 2: I've never asked, so if anybody's in the industry, I
- 8:39Speaker 2: want to know, like, do you get that money? If
- 8:41Speaker 2: it's on the screen, Like, how do they divide that up?
- 8:44Speaker 2: Because if I go to a Starbucks, well, I don't
- 8:46Speaker 2: think they ask for tips, but if I flip around
- 8:48Speaker 2: the screen, are you the person I'm talking to getting
- 8:51Speaker 2: that full let's say, three dollars tip or is it
- 8:54Speaker 2: just kind of going into this piggy bank that everyone's
- 8:56Speaker 2: gonna split at the end of the day. Because that
- 8:59Speaker 2: kind of goes back and forth. Sometimes I'm only dealing
- 9:01Speaker 2: with one person at a restaurant.
- 9:03Speaker 3: I want them to get the tip. I don't want
- 9:04Speaker 3: the whole restaurant to divide it up. They didn't do
- 9:07Speaker 3: anything for me, you did. That's where I kind of
- 9:09Speaker 3: have a little controversy.
- 9:10Speaker 4: Yeah, I think bartenders are like waiters where they do
- 9:12Speaker 4: get the tip as long as it's you're closing the
- 9:14Speaker 4: bill with them. Yes, But I think with coffee shops.
- 9:17Speaker 4: It's like a it's like a pot and they just
- 9:19Speaker 4: kind of share it all, which is kind of messed
- 9:20Speaker 4: up because what if somebody's really pulling their weight. Yeah,
- 9:23Speaker 4: with customers. And I will say I went to Starbucks
- 9:25Speaker 4: this weekend and the cashier was just so nice. I
- 9:29Speaker 4: mean just very genuine, not over the top like trying
- 9:32Speaker 4: to work for a tip.
- 9:33Speaker 1: She was just like very sweet. And I was like,
- 9:34Speaker 1: you know what, I'm gonna tip this girl. Yeah.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Did you do it on the screen or did you
- 9:37Speaker 3: do a cash No, it was on the screen. Okay,
- 9:39Speaker 3: so that's where I wonder. I'm like, dang it, I
- 9:41Speaker 3: hope it goes to Allison.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It was so easy. I'm like, Alison, please take my money,
- 9:44Speaker 1: take it.
- 9:44Speaker 2: I wanted to go right to you, not to the
- 9:46Speaker 2: Starbucks like Lord's up at the top.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I wanted to go to you. Well, I hope this works.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I'm curious in a year, hopefully I still have all
- 9:54Speaker 2: my hair, Hopefully it's still there.
- 9:56Speaker 3: She said it was thick. It look good.
- 9:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you're hanging in there pretty well. I
- 9:59Speaker 4: would tell you if you I had a pretty mess
- 10:00Speaker 4: up hairline.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Well I will, I promise you, right now I will
- 10:04Speaker 2: say this publicly. If that starts to happen, I'm going
- 10:07Speaker 2: to get hair treatment like immediately.
- 10:09Speaker 4: Honestly, as you should. I think men should have to
- 10:11Speaker 4: feel the way to beauty standards.
- 10:13Speaker 1: It's just like women do.
- 10:14Speaker 2: Yeah, well it's luckily more I guess more accessible. It's
- 10:17Speaker 2: just expensive and sorry, it's what, isn't it accessible?
- 10:21Speaker 3: I don't know what you just said. Okay, then I
- 10:23Speaker 3: don't know accessible accessible. Yes, I'm like, uh, it's just
- 10:28Speaker 3: my first language. Give me a break.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Is it your second language?
- 10:32Speaker 2: Well, I think a lot more men are more comfortable
- 10:35Speaker 2: getting that hair treatment, but it is still very like
- 10:37Speaker 2: you don't want to admit yeah, having hair problems, which
- 10:40Speaker 2: is it's awkward.
- 10:41Speaker 3: I get it.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Like even me and my buddies will sometimes mention it
- 10:44Speaker 2: to each other, and we just started doing it where
- 10:46Speaker 2: it's like you're comfortable saying, guys, I think my hairline
- 10:49Speaker 2: is like going back in a little bit.
- 10:51Speaker 1: But why is that so shameful for men?
- 10:52Speaker 2: I don't know, because it's like embarrassing. It's like admitting
- 10:57Speaker 2: that there are changes happening. It's the first time ever
- 11:00Speaker 2: this year that that's even been a thought where I'm like,
- 11:03Speaker 2: oh my god, I think in the next.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Couple of years, I could have a receding hairline.
- 11:09Speaker 1: You could, I could, but some people don't.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Like my friend is talking to someone who's thirty eight,
- 11:14Speaker 4: thirty nine, and he has the most glorious head of hair.
- 11:17Speaker 1: He has the hockey hair.
- 11:18Speaker 4: He grew out his hair in his thirties, and we're like,
- 11:20Speaker 4: oh my god, this is not the same guy that
- 11:21Speaker 4: we just saw when we scrolled back to twenty seventeen
- 11:24Speaker 4: on his Instagram.
- 11:24Speaker 3: Say good for him. He decided to commit to the
- 11:26Speaker 3: whole thing.
- 11:26Speaker 2: That's very rare, though, Yeah, for anybody to be someone
- 11:29Speaker 2: that's like, all right, I'm gonna grow it out, and
- 11:31Speaker 2: I'm gonna be able to grow it out because most
- 11:33Speaker 2: of us.
- 11:33Speaker 3: I'm seeing so many of my friends where it's like
- 11:35Speaker 3: a little bit gone here, a little bit gone there.
- 11:37Speaker 3: And I wish.
- 11:38Speaker 2: I guess with chat you could do this, but you
- 11:39Speaker 2: could see what you would look like bald, because I
- 11:41Speaker 2: will say a lot of my friends that are bald,
- 11:43Speaker 2: they look dope.
- 11:43Speaker 4: Well, some people can pull it off, and I honestly
- 11:45Speaker 4: think some people look better bald. I agree, And some
- 11:48Speaker 4: people are into the bald thing, like our boss loves
- 11:50Speaker 4: her husband and she loves him bald.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it looks real good bald.
- 11:54Speaker 1: That's her thing.
- 11:54Speaker 2: If I knew, because I did shave my head bald
- 11:56Speaker 2: once and I was like, that's the scary dude I
- 11:58Speaker 2: did when I didn't like twenty seventeen.
- 12:01Speaker 1: That's horrifying.
- 12:02Speaker 3: It was horrible.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So how long did it take for your hair to
- 12:04Speaker 1: get back to ground zero?
- 12:05Speaker 3: I think it took a couple months.
- 12:07Speaker 2: It didn't take super long, Like I had a little
- 12:08Speaker 2: peach fuzz on my head within a week. Yeah, and
- 12:10Speaker 2: then I had like a buzz cut within a month,
- 12:12Speaker 2: and then it kind of just grew back to what
- 12:13Speaker 2: it is.
- 12:14Speaker 4: I feel like that's a cannon event for guys where
- 12:15Speaker 4: they see one dude who has a really sick buzz cut.
- 12:18Speaker 1: And you think you can pull it off. Women do
- 12:20Speaker 1: the same thing, but with bobs. Every girl has a
- 12:22Speaker 1: bob phase.
- 12:22Speaker 2: Well that's exactly us with the buzz cut, like it's
- 12:25Speaker 2: the easiest. But also I rocked the buzz cut for
- 12:28Speaker 2: most of my life until I learned how to properly.
- 12:31Speaker 2: I didn't learn how to even do my hair until
- 12:34Speaker 2: second year of college, where I had some friends that
- 12:35Speaker 2: like had like I don't know all the pace stuff. Yeah,
- 12:38Speaker 2: and they're like styling it hairjel, hair jel, Yeah, and
- 12:41Speaker 2: like Okay, when I was in like seventh grade, I
- 12:43Speaker 2: spiked it all the way up.
- 12:44Speaker 3: I looked ridiculous.
- 12:45Speaker 2: In college, then somebody chilled me like how to do
- 12:47Speaker 2: a little bit of the flow with Then I was like, oh,
- 12:51Speaker 2: that's fascinating, because before that I was just like, all right,
- 12:53Speaker 2: keep it close on the sides, close on top, it'll
- 12:56Speaker 2: be fine.
- 12:56Speaker 3: Yeah, I look like a chia pet.
- 12:58Speaker 4: So finally somebody took that it's like a different offset
- 13:02Speaker 4: of furries. Instead of furries, it's like chia's.
- 13:06Speaker 2: It looked horrible, so I'm glad I got it styleed.
- 13:08Speaker 2: But now we're going to the whole length, so it
- 13:10Speaker 2: would be good. From now, I think it's gonna be great.
- 13:12Speaker 4: And what I love about this is I'm hoping you
- 13:14Speaker 4: encourage other gentlemen to try out the hockey.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Hair if they can go for it. It's that's the
- 13:19Speaker 3: thing right now. It's commitment.
- 13:20Speaker 2: So a year from now, man, I'm gonna be like, damn,
- 13:24Speaker 2: that guy's got it.
- 13:25Speaker 4: Well. I think what you should do is I think
- 13:27Speaker 4: you should track this on TikTok. Maybe do you do
- 13:30Speaker 4: like a once a month check in and be like,
- 13:31Speaker 4: oh my god, I saw off campus.
- 13:33Speaker 1: I love their hair. I want hair like them. This
- 13:35Speaker 1: is what I'm gonna do.
- 13:36Speaker 3: That's a really smart idea.
- 13:38Speaker 4: I went to my hairstylist. She said, it's gonna take
- 13:39Speaker 4: one year, one year for my hair to look like this.
- 13:42Speaker 4: Then showcase you're a little mugshot for your crime of
- 13:45Speaker 4: looking too good, and then just document it and show
- 13:48Speaker 4: guys what it's gonna take or what it would be
- 13:50Speaker 4: like for them to try and grow their hair out
- 13:52Speaker 4: if they always wanted to do that, or if they
- 13:54Speaker 4: have the.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Capability to do that.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Yeah, if they can, they should try if they want to.
- 13:58Speaker 2: But I think that's because we see some guys with
- 14:00Speaker 2: that flow and I'm like, damn, like, did you just
- 14:02Speaker 2: commit to it a long time ago and you just
- 14:03Speaker 2: have always had it? Or have you literally always had
- 14:05Speaker 2: that hair? Like I think about that with our dude
- 14:07Speaker 2: here in the office. I'm like, gosh, you got great
- 14:09Speaker 2: hair man. Oh yeah, but when did that start? When
- 14:11Speaker 2: did you decide I'm gonna grow it out? And how
- 14:13Speaker 2: did you push through?
- 14:14Speaker 4: Maybe some people just have really fast growing hair and
- 14:16Speaker 4: it just kind of like happens, like, oh my god,
- 14:18Speaker 4: my hair is super long. Yeah, and then they just
- 14:19Speaker 4: work with it like it wasn't even intentional. They're like,
- 14:21Speaker 4: this is I came out.
- 14:22Speaker 1: The womb with this.
- 14:23Speaker 3: That's what I'm hoping for. Like I'm hoping chats right
- 14:25Speaker 3: where it's like Chat's like four to seven months. I'm like, yeah,
- 14:27Speaker 3: that'd be great. Yeah, but I don't think that's realist.
- 14:30Speaker 1: But maybe you should start doing that.
- 14:31Speaker 4: You need like a community of other guys giving each
- 14:33Speaker 4: other hair advice.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Hair.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Hey, I'm on month six.
- 14:36Speaker 4: I'm experiencing a little bit of tingling above my ears.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Should I be concerned?
- 14:41Speaker 3: Are too ugly?
- 14:41Speaker 1: Guys?
- 14:42Speaker 3: What do I do? They're just pushed through. You could
- 14:44Speaker 3: do this. It's so ridiculous, but it will be worth it.
- 14:47Speaker 4: It will be worth it, and you've got your ladies,
- 14:49Speaker 4: so you don't have to worry about turning off the
- 14:50Speaker 4: girls either.
- 14:51Speaker 2: As long as she still thinks I sexy and like
- 14:55Speaker 2: two months when it looks absolutely insane, well.
- 14:58Speaker 4: Chat said three to five months, I mean you may
- 15:00Speaker 4: be cruising by Christmas.
- 15:01Speaker 3: Honestly, that'd be sweet. Merry Christmas to all it's all
- 15:05Speaker 3: a good night.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Hopefully Santa Claus still recognizes you.
- 15:07Speaker 2: And also get a shout out one more time to
- 15:09Speaker 2: Beatbox actually helping us put on this podcast.
- 15:11Speaker 1: For the best summer ever.
- 15:13Speaker 2: It is like the drink of the summer. Their little
- 15:15Speaker 2: box resealable eleven something percent, which is wild.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Don't forget the point one.
- 15:21Speaker 3: I'll tell you what that in a boat day. That
- 15:23Speaker 3: sounds very nice.
- 15:24Speaker 1: That point one. I'll take you over the edge.
- 15:26Speaker 3: All I need is one.
- 15:27Speaker 1: You know what I was.
- 15:27Speaker 4: Thinking would look really good because I'm really into frozen
- 15:30Speaker 4: drinks these days for summer. I think it's because the
- 15:32Speaker 4: like Florida, I feel like it's a frozen drink vibe
- 15:34Speaker 4: is I feel like the cherry limeade flavor frozen would
- 15:39Speaker 4: be so good.
- 15:40Speaker 2: I think there's okay, you gave me a TikTok idea.
- 15:42Speaker 2: There's your TikTok idea making the cherry limaid with a beatbox.
- 15:46Speaker 2: I don't have a blunder though, okay, Well, nine case
- 15:48Speaker 2: one of those Ninja the slushi machines.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Oh yeah, all the time.
- 15:53Speaker 1: My friend just bought one. She has a frozen drink machine.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Bring over a beatbox. I got like thirty of them
- 15:57Speaker 3: in the office.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Well, she lives in Atlanta, so there's that.
- 16:00Speaker 3: All right, Well, don't do that yet.
- 16:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know if I can travel with eleven
- 16:03Speaker 4: point one abb I think they're going to be like, uh,
- 16:05Speaker 4: there's a bomb.
- 16:06Speaker 1: There's a bomb in her carry on?
- 16:09Speaker 3: Well is she okay?
- 16:10Speaker 2: Well, then let's jump into your wedding, because I was
- 16:13Speaker 2: wondering if you're ended up bringing a friend. But it
- 16:15Speaker 2: sounds like there's another course taking place.
- 16:18Speaker 1: Yeah, did I not tell you this would happened?
- 16:19Speaker 4: Is the second I told my sister in law that
- 16:22Speaker 4: I don't need a date. I was going to find
- 16:24Speaker 4: some somebody was going to want to come to the wedding.
- 16:26Speaker 2: Well that's kind of how it is with like, well
- 16:28Speaker 2: let me be careful here, but with dating, when it's like, well,
- 16:32Speaker 2: just don't look anymore and then something's gonna happen.
- 16:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sure you've heard.
- 16:34Speaker 4: That a thousand You know how many times I've like,
- 16:36Speaker 4: quote unquote stopped looking and like legitimately stop looking. Yeah,
- 16:39Speaker 4: that doesn't work, don't there's no voodoo magic?
- 16:42Speaker 3: Sorry about that. Well, Well, we had a feeling was
- 16:44Speaker 3: going to happen for the wedding. It sounds like it did.
- 16:46Speaker 4: It did, but that's because I didn't want to happen.
- 16:48Speaker 4: I feel like maybe when you don't want it to happen,
- 16:50Speaker 4: that's what it is. But then it's almost been plenty
- 16:51Speaker 4: of times where I haven't wanted a boyfriend and then
- 16:53Speaker 4: that never happened either. Anyway, So what I'm trying to
- 16:55Speaker 4: say is my mom thinks that she found.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Me a wedding date.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I'm so curious on how she came across this person.
- 17:00Speaker 4: This was a really uncomfortable I just got an email
- 17:05Speaker 4: that just pissed me off. All it was about what
- 17:08Speaker 4: we were just talking about. Really, they don't know, they
- 17:12Speaker 4: don't have any answer for us.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Okay, well then I'm glad we still did it right.
- 17:15Speaker 4: Well, no, because we are about meeting today, I'm sorry we're
- 17:17Speaker 4: being cryptic. Oh sorry, you're in our HI podcast. You're
- 17:20Speaker 4: interrupting our our station meeting. So my mom was in
- 17:26Speaker 4: the Bahamas this week with a bunch of her friends
- 17:29Speaker 4: and my and my dad and some of his friends,
- 17:32Speaker 4: and so randomly I get I got a message from
- 17:38Speaker 4: her where I'm like, okay, so she's drinking, which love
- 17:41Speaker 4: that for you, Carrie, love that you're having a good time.
- 17:43Speaker 4: But it's one of those things where I'm like, text
- 17:45Speaker 4: me tomorrow, like this is one of those situations where I'm.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Like, this is not but it's so much more fun
- 17:50Speaker 2: when you got like a good buzz on and you're like,
- 17:52Speaker 2: I have the greatest idea ever.
- 17:55Speaker 4: So Wednesday May twenty seven, at seven thirty pm, I
- 17:58Speaker 4: am having dinner with one of Dad's good friends who
- 18:01Speaker 4: will be at the wedding. This person is the woman
- 18:05Speaker 4: who listens to you from Sarasota, and I've sent you
- 18:08Speaker 4: some things that she's texted me. Anyway, her two sons
- 18:11Speaker 4: could not be more of the two most handsome young
- 18:13Speaker 4: men I've ever met. Blank is twenty four twenty five
- 18:16Speaker 4: and her other son Blank I want to get him
- 18:19Speaker 4: on beas a bay shore. He said, no way, he
- 18:22Speaker 4: wouldn't do it. He's too reserved. But the other one,
- 18:24Speaker 4: who is a blank blank at uf is twenty one
- 18:27Speaker 4: and wants to do it, and I'm like, I think
- 18:28Speaker 4: he's too young. He is the most personable, handsome, dynamic
- 18:32Speaker 4: young man. Secondary text they are more. They are crazy handsome,
- 18:37Speaker 4: which I'm sure you're like, Abby, why are you putting
- 18:39Speaker 4: your mom on blast, I guarantee you, this woman said.
- 18:41Speaker 1: If she's texted me this, she said this to their face.
- 18:43Speaker 3: Oh, one hundred percent.
- 18:45Speaker 4: I'm like, stop making these men uncomfortable. And I said,
- 18:48Speaker 4: I was like, great, sounds good. And then she sends
- 18:49Speaker 4: me a screenshot of one of their facebooks. Oh, here
- 18:52Speaker 4: is the older one that lives in sarah Sota and
- 18:54Speaker 4: does blank blank for work. The younger one is even
- 18:57Speaker 4: more handsome and so personable it's crazy.
- 19:00Speaker 1: A screenshot from his Facebook.
- 19:02Speaker 4: They're so hot, you're speechless. Oh wow, the parents will
- 19:06Speaker 4: be at the wedding. And then I just replied fun.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, she's putting in all this, and then.
- 19:11Speaker 4: This is how you know she's drinking. So I'm gonna
- 19:13Speaker 4: translate after I tell you what she said.
- 19:14Speaker 1: But she said, so he's hot. Do you want him
- 19:16Speaker 1: on bees.
- 19:18Speaker 4: Which means beza bashort, Okay, thank you, and I just
- 19:20Speaker 4: said text me tomorrow. Wednesday, May twenty seventh, nine thirty pm.
- 19:25Speaker 4: Their whole family is strikingly gorgeous. Someone needs to help
- 19:29Speaker 4: them go viral. A photo of one of the sons
- 19:33Speaker 4: and my dad's friend.
- 19:36Speaker 2: I'm expecting these guys to be like top model status
- 19:39Speaker 2: at this point.
- 19:40Speaker 4: My mom is after after four white wines. My mom
- 19:42Speaker 4: is a different person who knows these people could be
- 19:44Speaker 4: Donkey and Shrek and she would be like, they're so
- 19:47Speaker 4: nice though, So she's sant to photo of my dad's friend,
- 19:51Speaker 4: and then one of the sons his dad is very
- 19:54Speaker 4: handsome too.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Oh.
- 19:56Speaker 4: The mom is beyond excited to meet you at the wedding.
- 20:00Speaker 4: I love our fans. And then I didn't hear from
- 20:03Speaker 4: her blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.
- 20:06Speaker 4: And then she said, Blank said he would do bays
- 20:09Speaker 4: if you can confirm other people at his work can
- 20:12Speaker 4: do it too, Oh my god. And then a photo
- 20:15Speaker 4: of the two kids. I'll send you his Instagram and
- 20:18Speaker 4: he said DM him.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Oh he did.
- 20:20Speaker 1: I told Blank.
- 20:21Speaker 3: He's too young, Oh my god.
- 20:23Speaker 1: And then I said thanks.
- 20:24Speaker 4: And then she said I think I sent you his
- 20:26Speaker 4: Instagram contact for you to DM him.
- 20:28Speaker 1: I wish he was two years older.
- 20:29Speaker 4: He could not be more handsome with his brown hair
- 20:32Speaker 4: and muscles.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Oh my god.
- 20:35Speaker 1: And I said, then you should have invited me to
- 20:36Speaker 1: the Bahamas.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Rude, that's a good point. So the sons are on
- 20:40Speaker 3: the trip too.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Yes, I'm like, why didn't you invite me?
- 20:42Speaker 3: So they are definitely all talking about this at the table.
- 20:44Speaker 1: That's what I mean is I'm playing with my mom
- 20:46Speaker 1: on blast. I guarantee you. She went, I you guys
- 20:50Speaker 1: are so gnolly.
- 20:51Speaker 2: You gotta get on my daughter's Instagram. It's bays on
- 20:53Speaker 2: Bay Shore and I'm sure they looked at it. They
- 20:55Speaker 2: looked at your profile. Probably they went through everything.
- 20:58Speaker 4: And then continued, the only white wine at this dinner
- 21:01Speaker 4: is shardon nay, which I'm like, that's not stopping you.
- 21:06Speaker 4: You may have to let the age requirement go and
- 21:08Speaker 4: go for this younger man. And then she sent me
- 21:10Speaker 4: a video of her dancing with him. Oh my god,
- 21:13Speaker 4: he did that with all of us old ladies.
- 21:16Speaker 3: What a sweetheart. Sounds like a great guy.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I said, why did you not invite me?
- 21:20Speaker 4: And then he said, yes, I didn't realize this incredibly
- 21:24Speaker 4: handsome young man would be here, but he seems very
- 21:26Speaker 4: interested in sliding into your GMS. And I said, okay,
- 21:30Speaker 4: I'm gonna get him on Big Shore. And then that's
- 21:31Speaker 4: the end.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That is actually a beautiful love story in the making
- 21:34Speaker 2: right there. How did you meet? Well, my mom was
- 21:37Speaker 2: having a couple of white wines. Talk to me way
- 21:40Speaker 2: up to these guys. Can I see a.
- 21:41Speaker 3: Picture of these guys.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I'll pull up.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Let me see what we're working with here up, you
- 21:47Speaker 3: want to see the dad first of the sons. Actually, yes,
- 21:49Speaker 3: let me see the dad.
- 21:50Speaker 1: So here's the dad with one of the sons. But
- 21:52Speaker 1: you can't really see the son.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Cause these are things to consider. You want to, Oh
- 21:56Speaker 3: my lord, have mercy with Jesus.
- 21:59Speaker 1: God has a man crush.
- 22:01Speaker 3: I've got it. And then this is and a full
- 22:03Speaker 3: head of hair, a great beard. He had a good
- 22:04Speaker 3: tan on his skin. Good skin.
- 22:06Speaker 1: This is the college student.
- 22:07Speaker 4: I should note he's wearing a muscle shirt with a
- 22:10Speaker 4: guy with Abraham Lincoln that is wearing.
- 22:12Speaker 1: A shirt, so it's very meta.
- 22:13Speaker 4: So he is wearing a shirt with a photo of
- 22:15Speaker 4: Abraham Lincoln wearing a T shirt and the T shirt
- 22:17Speaker 4: says just here to bang.
- 22:21Speaker 3: Oh my lord, Wow, that's okay these guys.
- 22:25Speaker 1: And this is the older one.
- 22:27Speaker 3: Holy crap. How old is he?
- 22:30Speaker 1: I think he's twenty four?
- 22:31Speaker 3: Okay, yeah, there, here's the thing.
- 22:32Speaker 4: I have a frontal loberal. I've been I'm very strict
- 22:34Speaker 4: about the frontal loberl.
- 22:35Speaker 3: Oh, No, that guy look mature, real mature.
- 22:39Speaker 4: That sounds a little pet of We're like, well, he's
- 22:40Speaker 4: so young, but he looks mature. That's not that doesn't
- 22:44Speaker 4: that logic doesn't logic.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Well, okay, he didn't look like he was twenty four.
- 22:47Speaker 2: He looked like he was toy fair. I would say,
- 22:49Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, I'm very okay. First off,
- 22:52Speaker 2: your mom said DM them.
- 22:53Speaker 4: Yeah, So I think I did add the older one
- 22:56Speaker 4: because I think he lives here and I know the
- 22:59Speaker 4: girl would eat up for bea at the end of
- 23:03Speaker 4: the day, I'm here for the girlies, like I'm I'm
- 23:05Speaker 4: here to find the ladies some men.
- 23:07Speaker 3: That is beautiful, the way you look out for people
- 23:09Speaker 3: like that.
- 23:09Speaker 4: I just I want I want other women to know
- 23:11Speaker 4: that there are good guys out there, and I want
- 23:13Speaker 4: good guys to know that women aren't scary.
- 23:16Speaker 1: That's true, you know, like just just go mingle, go talk.
- 23:19Speaker 2: I do like a lot of the ones on your
- 23:21Speaker 2: bail on Bare They're like, just DM me. Because we
- 23:23Speaker 2: literally were out on Saturday night and one of the
- 23:27Speaker 2: girls at the table was like, oh my god, I
- 23:28Speaker 2: saw this guy on Abby's Instagram and I want to DM.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Them, And I was like, ohwa's do it?
- 23:33Speaker 3: Is it?
- 23:36Speaker 2: I think I don't even know what you said?
- 23:42Speaker 3: Oh for the guy or was it a girl?
- 23:44Speaker 2: It was a girl with us that wanted to DM
- 23:47Speaker 2: one of the guys. Okay, well, I don't know which
- 23:50Speaker 2: one it was. I haven't yeah, oh yeah, is everyone
- 23:53Speaker 2: going after that?
- 23:54Speaker 4: No? Well, I mean I assumed hang on, I had
- 23:56Speaker 4: a couple of drinks.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I don't really remember it.
- 23:58Speaker 1: This one. Yeah, that guy.
- 24:01Speaker 3: I figured, oh did he reach.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Out because that's that's the one.
- 24:03Speaker 4: When I when I was out, I was like like,
- 24:05Speaker 4: I feel like I'm fishing.
- 24:06Speaker 1: I'm like, look, girls, look what I caught.
- 24:08Speaker 3: It's a big one.
- 24:09Speaker 4: Like I know you girls are gonna like this one.
- 24:12Speaker 3: And yeah, yeah, no, that was immediately and so you
- 24:16Speaker 3: know what, I don't think it was actually that guy,
- 24:18Speaker 3: but anyway.
- 24:19Speaker 1: You don't think. So now I'm interested.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Because now I okay, let me go to let me
- 24:24Speaker 3: see because there was a specific thing that she really
- 24:27Speaker 3: liked about him that I was like, well then make it.
- 24:30Speaker 3: Oh okay, no that was that guy. Yep, yeah, my
- 24:33Speaker 3: fa that's the one. I just had to look closer.
- 24:35Speaker 3: But she was like, I want to reach out to him.
- 24:36Speaker 3: I was like, well, do it. We've had a couple
- 24:38Speaker 3: of drinks.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Yeah, why not.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Well, she gave me her phone and so I did it.
- 24:41Speaker 2: I DM a dude from your basil.
- 24:43Speaker 1: What did you say to him?
- 24:44Speaker 2: I said, Hey, I saw you on a Besel Bay shore.
- 24:48Speaker 3: You caught my eye.
- 24:49Speaker 2: And then I gave the phone over to my girlfriend
- 24:51Speaker 2: and she added a nice little spicy ending to it.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Oh what was this spicy ending?
- 24:55Speaker 3: Well, if I give it away, it's going to give
- 24:56Speaker 3: away who it was.
- 24:57Speaker 1: Well, he's not listening.
- 24:59Speaker 3: Okay, that's valid.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Oh wait, so it's yeah, just go for it.
- 25:04Speaker 3: Okay. It was kind of like I like your shirt.
- 25:06Speaker 2: And then my girlfriend said, and I would like to
- 25:08Speaker 2: see what it's like off or something like that.
- 25:10Speaker 4: Oh wait, that's so good. Oh that doesn't give him away.
- 25:12Speaker 4: They're all wearing shirts.
- 25:13Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, well exactly it was something with a shirt.
- 25:15Speaker 2: But put it out there. I'm still waiting for the
- 25:18Speaker 2: update to see if you reply.
- 25:19Speaker 1: He probably didn't. I feel like you would know.
- 25:22Speaker 3: You would have heard. Yeah, I would have. Yeah, Well,
- 25:26Speaker 3: let's see what day is it's it would have been Saturday.
- 25:29Speaker 3: I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
- 25:30Speaker 2: I was like, he's not gonna reply at least in
- 25:33Speaker 2: twenty four hours, okay, Like we always wait at least
- 25:35Speaker 2: a day, and then we hit you back because you
- 25:37Speaker 2: don't want to seem too eager.
- 25:38Speaker 4: I just love that even weeks after something's posted, people
- 25:43Speaker 4: are still like sliding into the dms.
- 25:44Speaker 3: Oh one hundred percent.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I you know, I.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Understand it's a little bit tough putting yourself in a
- 25:48Speaker 4: vulnerable position, and so I like hope that the validation
- 25:52Speaker 4: reaffirms to these guys or girls like, hey, I'm glad
- 25:54Speaker 4: I did that.
- 25:55Speaker 3: Yeah, one hundred percent. You gotta at least try, Yeah,
- 25:57Speaker 3: put yourself out there.
- 25:59Speaker 2: And then again, let the algorithm do its thing where
- 26:01Speaker 2: it runs through people's profiles at different time periods. Yeah,
- 26:04Speaker 2: and then you'll get a DM in like a month,
- 26:06Speaker 2: and all of a sudden you're like, oh, wait, yeah,
- 26:07Speaker 2: maybe I should give it a chance.
- 26:08Speaker 4: And what I love about doing this is I feel
- 26:10Speaker 4: like most people know what they're looking for. And so
- 26:12Speaker 4: if you see someone just casually come across your page
- 26:14Speaker 4: like oh my god, like I think I get along
- 26:16Speaker 4: with him.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Well, that's what's so funny about your page, is like
- 26:18Speaker 2: everyone has seen it now at this point, which is
- 26:19Speaker 2: really cool.
- 26:20Speaker 4: It is weird, And I was telling you because I
- 26:21Speaker 4: was at a networking event on Monday. I think a
- 26:23Speaker 4: lot of people thought because the Birch Show has been
- 26:25Speaker 4: around for so long that like, you're just constantly getting
- 26:27Speaker 4: recognized in but like, most people don't know what you
- 26:30Speaker 4: look like.
- 26:30Speaker 1: They know what you sound like, but they don't know
- 26:31Speaker 1: what you look like.
- 26:32Speaker 4: Whereas I get recognized all the time from bes on
- 26:35Speaker 4: beishor That's just so funny because it's objectively like not irrelevant.
- 26:40Speaker 1: But it's not like I'm going viral.
- 26:41Speaker 4: I'm getting like a couple tens of thousands of us,
- 26:44Speaker 4: which apparently is just everybody in Tampa.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Yeah, well it's especially I feel like it's that niche
- 26:48Speaker 2: of people. It's like the twenty and thirty year olds, yes,
- 26:50Speaker 2: that you're out at these events for and they're like,
- 26:51Speaker 2: oh my god, I'm on instagram sadly seven hours a day.
- 26:55Speaker 4: Which is great because it's literally why I started doing this.
- 26:57Speaker 4: I mean, yes, like I want to help people find love,
- 26:59Speaker 4: and for me, it's a great way for me to
- 27:01Speaker 4: meet girls, for me to meet guys, for me to
- 27:02Speaker 4: meet like connections that I can connect with other people.
- 27:05Speaker 4: But I literally did this because I'm like, how can
- 27:07Speaker 4: I get my name out there with people in this
- 27:09Speaker 4: demo in Tampa?
- 27:11Speaker 1: And so I'm like, it's it's literally working.
- 27:13Speaker 3: It's working perfectly.
- 27:15Speaker 2: Will you have that young man that you just showed
- 27:17Speaker 2: me on your phone on you followed him?
- 27:19Speaker 4: Oh, I do need to DM him? But he doesn't
- 27:21Speaker 4: live here. He lives like an hour from here.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I thin that far.
- 27:23Speaker 4: Well, I know, but it's still like it's a five
- 27:25Speaker 4: minute interview. So you got to like make a a
- 27:27Speaker 4: You have to have a reason.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Well, you know what, say you could come on Beza
- 27:29Speaker 2: Bay short. Then we can just go grab some lunch
- 27:31Speaker 2: after or something.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Yeah. I was like, come up.
- 27:33Speaker 4: Although, so here's here's we totally got We lost the sauce.
- 27:37Speaker 4: We got lost in the sauce. When I was telling
- 27:38Speaker 4: you why we're doing this, So my mom texted me,
- 27:43Speaker 4: let me pull up my mom' sex message.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Oh yeah, wait, we gotta get back to the wedding.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Yeah I know.
- 27:47Speaker 4: So my mom goes, should we get Blank to be
- 27:52Speaker 4: your plus one at the wedding?
- 27:53Speaker 3: For the radio bit.
- 27:54Speaker 1: He's a mysterious stranger and I said.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Who is blank?
- 27:57Speaker 1: And then she sent me a photo of her with him.
- 27:59Speaker 4: I'm like, oh my god, this is so embarrassing, Like
- 28:01Speaker 4: I just know, like the entire night, she's just going,
- 28:03Speaker 4: You're so handsome.
- 28:04Speaker 1: Just so weird.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Your mom is the most social butterfly I think I've
- 28:07Speaker 3: ever met.
- 28:07Speaker 4: Yeah, and then you had it's like putting gasoline on
- 28:10Speaker 4: a fire when she drinks white wine.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Oh yeah, Like everybody's a friend at that point.
- 28:14Speaker 1: And then I said, ah, yes, and I said, I
- 28:16Speaker 1: don't care, do whatever.
- 28:17Speaker 3: Oh wow, you're just open for it.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Well, because I'm like, if you Because here's why I
- 28:21Speaker 4: said yes. I'm like, if you're having a fun time
- 28:23Speaker 4: with this guy, like inviting him to the wedding, if
- 28:25Speaker 4: you're having fun with him, and his parents are gonna
- 28:27Speaker 4: be at the wedding, like sure, Like it's not like
- 28:29Speaker 4: I'm bringing somebody else anyway.
- 28:31Speaker 1: So if he wants to come, fine.
- 28:34Speaker 2: And it's green flags all around, Like if he's down
- 28:36Speaker 2: to go, that means he's down for adventures spontaneous. He's
- 28:40Speaker 2: obviously at least at the bare minimum slightly interested.
- 28:43Speaker 4: But I don't even mean it in like a romantic situation.
- 28:46Speaker 4: I just more of like, if he wants to come,
- 28:48Speaker 4: then come, then be a part of the wedding.
- 28:51Speaker 1: Come hang out. My mom will gash you up the
- 28:54Speaker 1: entire night.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Absolutely, it doesn't have to be a thing with you two,
- 28:56Speaker 3: it'll be there.
- 28:57Speaker 4: It'll give people something to talk about and listen. I
- 28:59Speaker 4: am no stranger to going on first date set weddings.
- 29:02Speaker 3: That's so wild to me. But I love the adventure for.
- 29:04Speaker 2: You, I know, and I love it for the story.
- 29:06Speaker 2: So did he confirm that he would go?
- 29:07Speaker 1: I don't think he is.
- 29:08Speaker 4: I think my mom, like, I think if I really
- 29:12Speaker 4: wanted him to go, i'd.
- 29:13Speaker 1: Be like or she would for sure say yeah.
- 29:15Speaker 4: But for me, I'm like, super young, you'll live here,
- 29:18Speaker 4: Like if you wants to come on Basembay Shore, Hell, yeah,
- 29:20Speaker 4: if you wants to come to the wedding, sure a
- 29:22Speaker 4: hang out with them. Like I was like, I don't
- 29:25Speaker 4: know this man, Like, don't put this pressure on me.
- 29:27Speaker 2: That'd be so funny. I don't know, does your Well no,
- 29:30Speaker 2: I guess who would be the one that would bring
- 29:32Speaker 2: in any like good groomsmen or friends?
- 29:34Speaker 4: Well, all my brothers groomsmen I've either tried to date
- 29:37Speaker 4: or married.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Okay, Well, that's awful, It's okay, gotcha, gotcha? Yeah, any
- 29:41Speaker 2: cool cousins from your future sister in law that are
- 29:44Speaker 2: like coming in or like, well, that'd be weird, but
- 29:46Speaker 2: it does happen.
- 29:46Speaker 3: Yeah, siblings. Does she have siblings?
- 29:48Speaker 1: She has a sister who's married. And I'm also I'm
- 29:51Speaker 1: not a lesbian oka, but she was, she said she's.
- 29:54Speaker 1: So there's also the coveat for that.
- 29:56Speaker 4: So she was doing the map and she said to
- 29:58Speaker 4: our family group chat that I guess we take up
- 30:01Speaker 4: like eighty percent of the wedding, like our side of
- 30:03Speaker 4: the family lord, which I wasn't even aware we had
- 30:06Speaker 4: that many people in our family. So one hundred and
- 30:09Speaker 4: forty people are coming to the wedding, which I feel
- 30:12Speaker 4: like is an average medium sized wedding, like for example,
- 30:15Speaker 4: I consider a large wedding and anything over like two hundred.
- 30:18Speaker 3: Yeah, that's massive. So we don't have any idea how
- 30:20Speaker 3: you're going to know that many people we.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Have like one thirty one forty and what are you doing?
- 30:24Speaker 3: I'm trying to get the camera back on.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Why we're not I we can't even record now because
- 30:27Speaker 1: my camera's sad.
- 30:28Speaker 3: I know, but I don't.
- 30:29Speaker 4: Also, I don't like it when you stand up, it
- 30:30Speaker 4: feels weird. I know, it's fair like you're like looking
- 30:32Speaker 4: down at me, like what is going on wrong? So
- 30:35Speaker 4: there's like one hundred and forty people come to the
- 30:37Speaker 4: wedding and apparently only forty of them are hers.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Oh, which I was like, really we have that many people.
- 30:44Speaker 4: And I don't know if my brother just invited a
- 30:46Speaker 4: bunch of random ass friends or people or whatever, but yeah,
- 30:50Speaker 4: we have a ton of people.
- 30:51Speaker 3: That's awesome for your brother's side. I mean, that's really cool.
- 30:54Speaker 2: I'm hoping that obviously your future sister in law is
- 30:57Speaker 2: able to have just as good of a time, like
- 30:59Speaker 2: interacting with them everybody, well for sure, ending along with everyone.
- 31:02Speaker 4: She's the bride and it's her wedding day. Like if
- 31:04Speaker 4: you're not having a good time, that's on you.
- 31:05Speaker 3: I mean.
- 31:06Speaker 2: But truthfully though, it's so much stress during the day
- 31:09Speaker 2: because I've seen it so many times where it's like
- 31:10Speaker 2: the day flies by and all of a sudden you're like,
- 31:12Speaker 2: where'd the wedding go? Or like some kind of drama
- 31:15Speaker 2: will come up, And I feel like that is the
- 31:17Speaker 2: biggest fear for like a bride, especially with like you
- 31:19Speaker 2: got to be so careful with your bridal party because
- 31:21Speaker 2: you need someone that's in charge there that's like, we're
- 31:23Speaker 2: not gonna let one drop of drama come in this day. Yeah,
- 31:26Speaker 2: not one. But that's how mine would be if I
- 31:28Speaker 2: got married, I'd be like, I have thirty people on
- 31:31Speaker 2: my side.
- 31:31Speaker 4: I feel like any quote unquote drama, not that we've
- 31:34Speaker 4: had any drama on the wedding planning, happens before the wedding,
- 31:37Speaker 4: just because there's so many logistical things you have to
- 31:39Speaker 4: figure out. Figure out like who's paying for the wedding.
- 31:41Speaker 4: If we're splitting it hot, what is the split? Like, Oh,
- 31:44Speaker 4: I want to invite this person, but do we have
- 31:45Speaker 4: it in the budget? And then the bachelorette party, and
- 31:48Speaker 4: then you know, the rehearsal dinner, Like my mom and
- 31:50Speaker 4: I are kind of tagged teaming the rehearsal dinner, like
- 31:53Speaker 4: what kind of cake should we get? Do we do
- 31:55Speaker 4: this flavors? Or you know what I mean, like all
- 31:57Speaker 4: the like the dumb patty stuff. And then I feel
- 31:58Speaker 4: like when the wedding happens, people are just so thrilled
- 32:01Speaker 4: for it to be over that the only drama that
- 32:03Speaker 4: I think could come out is just people getting too drunk, which,
- 32:07Speaker 4: to be fair, been there you. Yeah, I always get
- 32:12Speaker 4: a little bit too drunk at family weddings.
- 32:14Speaker 2: That's actually kind of my I don't think it's my
- 32:17Speaker 2: worry for this weekend, but I have thought about that
- 32:19Speaker 2: because I'm gonna be with some old buddies from like
- 32:21Speaker 2: we grew up together. Yeah, and you get a whole
- 32:23Speaker 2: new like it's with family or with like really close friends,
- 32:26Speaker 2: you get that comfort where like I could really let loose.
- 32:29Speaker 3: Yes, I don't wanna go bonkers.
- 32:31Speaker 4: I think it's because you're in a really comfortable environment.
- 32:33Speaker 4: And it also feels like a once in a lifetime event.
- 32:36Speaker 4: So it feels like this scarcity mindset of we need
- 32:38Speaker 4: to have a lot of fun.
- 32:39Speaker 3: Get it all out right now.
- 32:41Speaker 4: Yes, like let's let's have a good night. So yeah,
- 32:43Speaker 4: let's have another shot. Why it's your wedding, And of
- 32:45Speaker 4: course I'm gonna have another shot.
- 32:46Speaker 3: What happened to you with the last one that you
- 32:49Speaker 3: went to?
- 32:51Speaker 1: The last wedding I went to is my cousin's wedding?
- 32:53Speaker 3: Did you turn all the way up?
- 32:54Speaker 1: I did, but not in an embarrassing way.
- 32:56Speaker 4: I just have some videos where I'm like, oh, like,
- 33:00Speaker 4: why why are me and my dad like jumping up
- 33:02Speaker 4: and down on the dance floor like that? Like that's
- 33:04Speaker 4: so weird, Not in like a weird way, but like
- 33:07Speaker 4: I'm clearly hammered.
- 33:08Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, yeah, like okay, I could look back and
- 33:09Speaker 3: be like, oh my.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, why did I try to Why did I
- 33:12Speaker 4: try to sing Abba at the end of the wedding?
- 33:13Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean?
- 33:14Speaker 3: So funny? Are you the person that goes to the
- 33:15Speaker 3: DJ and requests songs constantly?
- 33:17Speaker 4: No, not at the wedding, because I know that the
- 33:19Speaker 4: bride puts a lot of effort into the playlist. But
- 33:22Speaker 4: I think somebody brought out like a karaoke machine and I.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Was like, I'm simply gonna sing Abba?
- 33:28Speaker 2: Is there a tradition that I was just talking about
- 33:30Speaker 2: this with my girlfriend. I like that you truly love
- 33:32Speaker 2: at weddings, or that you truly dread at weight weddings.
- 33:37Speaker 1: I don't know that I dread anything about weddings, or.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Maybe you think it's corny or actually, let's just focus
- 33:43Speaker 2: on the positives here. Yeah, if it was to be
- 33:46Speaker 2: your you know, whatever, your wedding, if there's one tradition
- 33:50Speaker 2: or one thing that you could have at it, what
- 33:51Speaker 2: would you have?
- 33:52Speaker 1: I think the obvious answer.
- 33:53Speaker 4: Well, here's the one thing I feel very strongly about
- 33:55Speaker 4: because I could give you one hundred answers for that,
- 33:57Speaker 4: because I am very excited to get married one day.
- 33:59Speaker 1: Because I do love tradition. I'm a bit I love.
- 34:01Speaker 4: Traditions when they make sense, and I think weddings are
- 34:04Speaker 4: like the last human tradition that we've kind of kept
- 34:07Speaker 4: sacred and like held on to. And one of those
- 34:09Speaker 4: things I feel very strongly about is I'm so for
- 34:13Speaker 4: me specifically if you did this at your wedding. That's
- 34:15Speaker 4: not me saying I think you did it wrong, but
- 34:18Speaker 4: I am so anti first look for me specifically.
- 34:22Speaker 1: You know what the first look is.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Yeah, we're like, before the ceremony happens, you go and
- 34:25Speaker 2: get to see them.
- 34:25Speaker 4: So instead, and I understand, like and listen, I know
- 34:28Speaker 4: that some people are so thrilled that they did it,
- 34:30Speaker 4: they were able to get more pictures.
- 34:31Speaker 1: Do what feels right for you, truly. That's yes.
- 34:35Speaker 4: That's my disclaimer is when I say I'm anti first
- 34:38Speaker 4: look for me specifically, I'm like, that is such a
- 34:42Speaker 4: once in a lifetime moment to where you get to
- 34:46Speaker 4: kind of see each other again for the first time,
- 34:48Speaker 4: and I see each other in a different light because
- 34:51Speaker 4: I'm assuming if you're getting married to this person, you
- 34:53Speaker 4: see them every day blah blah blah, kind of getting
- 34:55Speaker 4: stuck in the mundane noess of life.
- 34:57Speaker 1: And this is kind of that last moment where like, there's.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Lot of anticipation and nervousness with this person and you're
- 35:03Speaker 4: gonna get to see them as your life partner for
- 35:05Speaker 4: the first time, and you're in the big dress that
- 35:07Speaker 4: you've hit kept a secret and it's this big moment
- 35:10Speaker 4: and you want them to tear up. And I just
- 35:12Speaker 4: feel like the first look kind of takes the grandeur
- 35:15Speaker 4: out of that. Now I understand, I'm gonna stop giving
- 35:18Speaker 4: the disclaimer. I understand there's arguments for the first look,
- 35:20Speaker 4: but that is my argument for the walking down the aisle.
- 35:24Speaker 2: See, that's a really good one because I've never heard
- 35:26Speaker 2: somebody argue like for that or against that.
- 35:28Speaker 3: Like I just thought, okay, I never even thought about that.
- 35:30Speaker 4: And yeah, and again, I know that there's so many
- 35:32Speaker 4: people doing first looks. My brother and his fiance are
- 35:34Speaker 4: doing first looks, So it's not me being like.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I think they're doing it wrong. I just think it is.
- 35:41Speaker 4: It's such a special and iconic moment, and I want
- 35:45Speaker 4: that moment so bad to be right.
- 35:47Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I could already envision what that would be
- 35:49Speaker 2: like of like standing there and you're so nervous because
- 35:52Speaker 2: it's been something that you've been planning for a year.
- 35:55Speaker 2: All your friends and family are sitting there watching you,
- 35:58Speaker 2: and I just know myself, I'm like, I'm gonna get
- 36:00Speaker 2: to that moment and I'm just going to break.
- 36:03Speaker 4: And the door's open, and you walk down the aisle
- 36:05Speaker 4: and God willing, your dad gets to be there, or
- 36:08Speaker 4: a father figure or your mom, whoever you want to
- 36:10Speaker 4: walk down the aisle and just think it's beautiful.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean definitely see that being like the let
- 36:13Speaker 3: the Tears fall, Let the Tears Phone Dawn, I.
- 36:17Speaker 2: Would say, See, mine doesn't even have to do like that.
- 36:19Speaker 2: We did something at a friend's wedding that I thought
- 36:21Speaker 2: was hilarious, so fun. Where you ever go to a wedding,
- 36:24Speaker 2: they have like a phone you could leave like messages on,
- 36:26Speaker 2: Oh that's cool.
- 36:27Speaker 3: It was so fun.
- 36:28Speaker 2: And me and my buddy, my best friend, we got
- 36:30Speaker 2: super drunk and we left probably fifteen messages on the
- 36:33Speaker 2: phone kind of annoying but also hilarious. If you're the
- 36:37Speaker 2: bride and groom after the wedding and you're going through
- 36:40Speaker 2: all the pictures and the videos and then you're like,
- 36:42Speaker 2: let's go check out the recordings, and you got like
- 36:44Speaker 2: Uncle John that's like.
- 36:45Speaker 3: So happy for your guys crash, And then.
- 36:47Speaker 2: You get your best friends on the phone that are like,
- 36:50Speaker 2: it starts off very calm, like, oh my god, you
- 36:52Speaker 2: guys so happy. Before you were having a blast, and
- 36:54Speaker 2: then by the end of the night, we're just screaming
- 36:55Speaker 2: lyrics into the phone.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:57Speaker 2: Yeah, those are memories that I want, Like, I want
- 37:00Speaker 2: those kind of memories, not just the perfect photos but
- 37:02Speaker 2: the sloppy ones. I want the disposable camera where I
- 37:06Speaker 2: want friends to take it and I don't even know
- 37:08Speaker 2: where it goes until I get back from my honeymoon
- 37:11Speaker 2: two weeks later and I get to go through what
- 37:13Speaker 2: the hell did our friends do?
- 37:14Speaker 3: Because we did a wedding. Well, I was like two
- 37:17Speaker 3: years ago, some good friends got married and they brought
- 37:20Speaker 3: a GoPro and I remember they gave me the GoPro
- 37:22Speaker 3: for like the night and I had a ball with it.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Interviews with people, putting the camera where the camera shouldn't
- 37:29Speaker 2: even be exactly, and letting them look at that footage
- 37:33Speaker 2: when they got done with their wedding.
- 37:34Speaker 3: That has to be so.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Fun, I know, because that's what you're going to look
- 37:38Speaker 2: back on when you're like sixty and be like, oh
- 37:39Speaker 2: my god, what a night. Yeah, seeing friends that you
- 37:43Speaker 2: may not see after that wedding.
- 37:44Speaker 1: That's another thing.
- 37:45Speaker 4: I'm very pro wedding video as well. And I know
- 37:48Speaker 4: some weddings are expensive. Videography is expensive, but video is
- 37:51Speaker 4: kind of the one thing you get to take away
- 37:54Speaker 4: from your wedding other than the marriage, is you get
- 37:56Speaker 4: to relive that day through a video.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Oh that's a good point. It's a price that is
- 38:02Speaker 2: probably worth to pay. You'll make it back, but that
- 38:05Speaker 2: video will live forever. Yeah, that would be sweet.
- 38:09Speaker 3: Well, that's cool.
- 38:09Speaker 2: I'm excited for your wedding. I'm excited that you not
- 38:11Speaker 2: your wedding, but your brother.
- 38:13Speaker 1: Say, I'm like, I'm I'm still trying to get a
- 38:16Speaker 1: dates guy.
- 38:16Speaker 2: Well, you know what, at this point, you're just going
- 38:18Speaker 2: solo and somebody might be at the wedding.
- 38:19Speaker 1: It'll be fine.
- 38:20Speaker 4: And honestly, I think I'm less stressed out because of it.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Like I think I don't need more stress on my
- 38:26Speaker 4: plate trying to entertain somebody.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Absolutely not. You get to just go sit back and
- 38:29Speaker 3: joy and literally do anything that you want to do
- 38:31Speaker 3: at this wedding.
- 38:32Speaker 1: I want to get so so drunk.
- 38:34Speaker 4: Hell yeah, like a like a non alcoholic yeah, of course,
- 38:39Speaker 4: self medicating kind of way. I just I remember my
- 38:42Speaker 4: cousin's wedding. I was so stressed up leading up to
- 38:45Speaker 4: that wedding.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Why for that one?
- 38:47Speaker 4: So I was going through some health issues and I
- 38:50Speaker 4: gained all this weight and I couldn't lose it, and
- 38:52Speaker 4: so I had this bridesmaid stress on. And every girl
- 38:55Speaker 4: gets the text message where you got to wear the
- 38:57Speaker 4: silver or not the silver? The gold satin halter bride's
- 39:00Speaker 4: may dress.
- 39:00Speaker 1: We've all been there. It just shows.
- 39:02Speaker 3: Everything, oh lord.
- 39:04Speaker 4: And I remember just being like, oh my god, I
- 39:07Speaker 4: do not want to.
- 39:07Speaker 1: Wear this dress.
- 39:08Speaker 4: The wedding itself is already kind of stressful, and one
- 39:10Speaker 4: of the maid of honors and so like there's all
- 39:12Speaker 4: this stuff going on, and I just remember, like I
- 39:15Speaker 4: didn't eat sugar, I didn't eat gluten, Like I literally
- 39:17Speaker 4: ate just like chicken for four weeks, and I.
- 39:21Speaker 1: Mean I felt a little bit better.
- 39:22Speaker 4: I will say it did feel better, but I didn't
- 39:26Speaker 4: really change that much. And I just remember running from
- 39:30Speaker 4: the family photos straight to the champagne wall. Say'd like
- 39:33Speaker 4: the champagne wall.
- 39:33Speaker 3: Oh that sounds nice, you like ring a bell?
- 39:35Speaker 4: And then they gave you a champagne and I literally
- 39:37Speaker 4: just started knocking back glasses.
- 39:38Speaker 1: I was like, golpe, Nope, gope, and it showed oh
- 39:44Speaker 1: because I was super drunk.
- 39:46Speaker 2: Yeah, That's what I was talking to old buddy about
- 39:48Speaker 2: over text yesterday. I was like, what are we gotta
- 39:50Speaker 2: be drinking as we're getting ready for the grooms man?
- 39:51Speaker 2: I was like, are we going to bringing out the bourbon?
- 39:53Speaker 2: He's like, absolutely not, nope, because we got to get
- 39:55Speaker 2: the groom down the aisle. We got to make sure
- 39:57Speaker 2: we make it to the actual ceremony. I said, all right,
- 40:00Speaker 2: that's valid tequila and beer only.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Yeah, we'll keep it very simple.
- 40:03Speaker 2: But then when we hit the actual party of it,
- 40:05Speaker 2: that's where I'm like, all right, I might hit a
- 40:07Speaker 2: level that I haven't hit in a long time.
- 40:09Speaker 3: Maybe maybe.
- 40:10Speaker 2: I also don't want to freak out my girlfriend because
- 40:12Speaker 2: she's going to be in a whole new environment.
- 40:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you got to look out for her too.
- 40:17Speaker 1: So yeah, maybe keep it till like a like a
- 40:19Speaker 1: level seven.
- 40:20Speaker 2: A level seven where it's like a fun drunk, but
- 40:22Speaker 2: like it's a still comprehendible not making an ass out
- 40:24Speaker 2: of myself.
- 40:25Speaker 4: That's what I'm always trying to aim for on a
- 40:26Speaker 4: Saturday night. I know what I'm doing and I'm not
- 40:30Speaker 4: and I know I'm not the rowing hope, but I
- 40:31Speaker 4: get home.
- 40:32Speaker 3: That's exactly right. Well, we got some of the video up.
- 40:34Speaker 2: We're gonna still figure this out every time we get
- 40:37Speaker 2: on this podcast. One first off, thanks to beat Box.
- 40:40Speaker 4: Shout out beat Bucks for the customer. Ever, as we're
- 40:43Speaker 4: doing that, they're gonna get me a chord for this laptop.
- 40:45Speaker 2: And then we're gonna be getting the video up soon
- 40:47Speaker 2: at least a little bit will be kind of posted
- 40:49Speaker 2: on stories eventually, maybe.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Maybe we'll see.
- 40:52Speaker 2: All right, I mean, one last thing for your getaway.
- 40:54Speaker 2: I know there's a couple spots available.
- 40:56Speaker 3: Yeah, we're trip.
- 40:57Speaker 4: We're about halfway full on the Trampa Bay getaway, so
- 40:59Speaker 4: they're twelve spotch So it's a good size trip.
- 41:02Speaker 1: This's my favorite size trip to do.
- 41:04Speaker 4: I think a good twelve is a solid number because
- 41:07Speaker 4: it feels like there's people on the trip.
- 41:09Speaker 1: But it still feels smaller and more intimate.
- 41:11Speaker 4: Yeah, we actually make friends. You actually make friends a
- 41:14Speaker 4: lot of people. Some FAQs I've been getting is what's
- 41:16Speaker 4: the age. There's no age. I think on Columbia we
- 41:19Speaker 4: had people from like twenty eight to forty something, So
- 41:23Speaker 4: it's a wide range and it's a good time you'll find.
- 41:25Speaker 4: My goal is for you to make one good friend
- 41:28Speaker 4: on this trip.
- 41:28Speaker 2: I like that you're gonna hit a lot of the
- 41:29Speaker 2: cool spots in Tampa Bay that we talk about that
- 41:31Speaker 2: we go out at.
- 41:32Speaker 3: So that seems super super fun.
- 41:35Speaker 2: And honestly, I know so many people that are listening
- 41:37Speaker 2: to this are probably like, when's the last time you
- 41:38Speaker 2: took a trip for yourself.
- 41:40Speaker 3: Like not with the family. We talked about this a
- 41:41Speaker 3: lot on the show.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 41:42Speaker 3: See, it's like we're when you go on these trips
- 41:45Speaker 3: with your family or maybe you have kids, and you're
- 41:47Speaker 3: like you're not really like, yeah, you're getting a vacation,
- 41:51Speaker 3: but you're responsible this trip. You get to kind of
- 41:53Speaker 3: be irresponsible.
- 41:54Speaker 4: You need to be a little irresponsible and like a
- 41:56Speaker 4: because I'm like, a, I know, we just talked for
- 41:58Speaker 4: five minutes about how drunk we want to get into.
- 42:00Speaker 4: I'm like a very even keeled. I'm like, I like
- 42:03Speaker 4: to go out and have a good time. You're not
- 42:05Speaker 4: gonna catch me doing like lines up coke at show bar. Lord,
- 42:07Speaker 4: have mercy, Like you're gonna see me like two to
- 42:09Speaker 4: three glasses of wine deep and getting a little crazy,
- 42:12Speaker 4: maybe a little bit crazier on Saturday, and then enjoying
- 42:16Speaker 4: like a marg at the pool party. So it's gonna
- 42:17Speaker 4: be a good mix of like some chill activities some
- 42:20Speaker 4: crazier activities. You're welcome to opt out of if that's
- 42:23Speaker 4: not your thing, but yeah, come have like a It'll
- 42:25Speaker 4: be like a boutsorette party, but without the obligations, and
- 42:31Speaker 4: there's no bridey.
- 42:32Speaker 1: You get to be the right.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Hey, everybody's the bride on this trip. Okay. So linked the description.
- 42:36Speaker 4: Link in the episode description, and you can follow me
- 42:39Speaker 4: on Instagram at the Abby Murphy.

- 42:43Speaker 2: station stuff is at Magic ninety four nine.
- 42:45Speaker 3: Thanks for being part.
- 42:45Speaker 2: Of this podcast. If you want, you can leave a
- 42:47Speaker 2: review five stars. That's all I know was five stars.
- 42:50Speaker 2: I don't think there's anything less than that, So only
- 42:52Speaker 2: five stars or reviews that we could read them. Yeah,
- 42:54Speaker 2: four stars't doesn't exist, does not exist, so thanks for
- 42:56Speaker 2: being part of it.
- 42:57Speaker 3: We'll be back tomorrow.
