Tragedy at Dogwood Park Apartments | Raleigh News
A tragic shooting in Halifax County left 38-year-old Moncrinique Clements dead after he was found wounded near Dogwood Park Apartments. Deputies and Weldon police responded to the shots fired call, and Clements was airlifted to a hospital where he died the next day. The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating and urgently asking the public for any information — even small details — to help solve what happened that night.
