Two Arrested After Nighttime Shooting | Providence News
Fall River police responded to a late-night gunfire incident on Slade and Scott streets, leading to the arrest of James Hickey, 36, who allegedly fired three shots at another person and was found with an illegal firearm. Hickey now faces assault with a dangerous weapon, unlawful gun possession, and a repeat offender charge due to his history. Dominique Starks, 34, was also arrested for allegedly helping him evade capture. Two arrests made after a tense, high-stakes confrontation.
