- 0:11Speaker 1: Caine Studio.
- 1:13Speaker 3: All right, welcome back in oh TV. Here live from
- 1:16Speaker 3: the Raisin Kine Studio. You see the banners behind us.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Every Tuesday show brought to you by Community Still Community
- 1:22Speaker 3: steel co dot com is the website. Hete what's this
- 1:28Speaker 3: you put in the dock at eight about Lane Kiffin
- 1:32Speaker 3: possibly getting reprimanded over his vanity Fair comments.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Yeah, they were talking obviously, the the SEC meetings are coming.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Up and they're going on right now. Oh this is
- 1:46Speaker 3: today only there, Yeah, I guess they are today right now.
- 1:49Speaker 4: And it was just brought up that when Saban and
- 1:53Speaker 4: Jimbo we're popping back and forth, both of them got
- 1:55Speaker 4: a fine of twenty five.
- 2:00Speaker 3: To be there at those meetings. Because I was the
- 2:02Speaker 3: kid in the middle of the divorce, I didn't know
- 2:05Speaker 3: what it is like. They weren't talking to each other,
- 2:08Speaker 3: and I was just like, hey, hate coach and then
- 2:10Speaker 3: saving away hate coach, and they just, yeah, they weren't
- 2:13Speaker 3: talking to each other.
- 2:14Speaker 5: That was very awkward year. Sorry, no, you're good.
- 2:16Speaker 4: So they got fined a Mark Pope got fined earlier
- 2:19Speaker 4: this year twenty five k for criticizing officials.
- 2:21Speaker 2: So where is now?
- 2:23Speaker 4: Like the SEC is considering reprimanding Lane Kiff and they're
- 2:26Speaker 4: gonna meet about it obviously during these spring meetings to
- 2:29Speaker 4: uh see if maybe he'll get a little bit of
- 2:31Speaker 4: a fine slap on the wrist verbal warning.
- 2:34Speaker 6: No big deal, but for his vanity fair comments.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and so which which one?
- 2:39Speaker 5: Yeah, the ones about how old being difficult to recruit?
- 2:42Speaker 4: Yes, because that's the one that everybody took it ran
- 2:44Speaker 4: and Keifvin makes a good point. I mean he told
- 2:46Speaker 4: USA today he said people didn't actually read the words
- 2:49Speaker 4: I used in the article. He said, I repeated what
- 2:51Speaker 4: a parent told to me. He's like, that's not my opinion.
- 2:54Speaker 4: It's just a concern that a parent brought to me.
- 2:56Speaker 4: Which right, I mean, honestly, really good point there, Like
- 2:59Speaker 4: he didn't call out old miss. Now you could argue
- 3:01Speaker 4: whether or not he should have said it or not, but.
- 3:03Speaker 7: Can you imagine like how many different types of complaints
- 3:07Speaker 7: every university gets some sort of parent out there.
- 3:11Speaker 6: But what's the reasoning behind reprimending Fine?
- 3:15Speaker 3: Yeah, what's talking about it?
- 3:17Speaker 2: They really haven't said yet.
- 3:19Speaker 8: It's just like I'm trying to figure out what would like,
- 3:23Speaker 8: what would follow.
- 3:24Speaker 3: What the language would be.
- 3:25Speaker 2: They're trying to say negatively negative something like that. But
- 3:32Speaker 2: everybody what coach doesn't negatively recruit against another.
- 3:35Speaker 3: Universal every school that came into my house, like, hey,
- 3:37Speaker 3: you know the other eleven teams.
- 3:39Speaker 7: In And I guess it's like a to the public,
- 3:42Speaker 7: like the national media outlet.
- 3:44Speaker 8: I guess yeah, because I was gonna say, like, you
- 3:46Speaker 8: don't think Pete Golding is out here, like, oh you
- 3:48Speaker 8: can't trust Lane.
- 3:49Speaker 7: Oh for sure, they're all negative recruiting each other, but
- 3:51Speaker 7: probably like in the that's in the present on record
- 3:56Speaker 7: type situation, but it has been co signed by like
- 3:59Speaker 7: two other coaches.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I guess now LSU coach also five
- 4:06Speaker 2: K fine slap on the doors there.
- 4:09Speaker 7: I'm sure he's got it written in this LSU contract
- 4:10Speaker 7: anyway that ls you will pay all it's fine.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Not only that, like if you're paying twenty five K
- 4:15Speaker 4: and it's just a slap on the rist, like you
- 4:17Speaker 4: still kind of won, right because.
- 4:18Speaker 2: That's still already out there. Yeah, you're not unringing that
- 4:21Speaker 2: bell right, and you didn't really really suffer anything from it, So.
- 4:25Speaker 7: Okay on his ass, right, twenty five thousand dollars, Like
- 4:30Speaker 7: just like a marketing marketing fee for just a little
- 4:34Speaker 7: bit of negative recruiting. They'll pay that all the time. Yeah,
- 4:38Speaker 7: every time shirts in the budget.
- 4:42Speaker 3: And spring meetings has obviously like a lot on on
- 4:45Speaker 3: the docket, Like this is probably not gonna be one
- 4:47Speaker 3: of those things that talked about. Am I almost sad?
- 4:51Speaker 3: I just I just you know, kind of figured out, oh, yeah,
- 4:53Speaker 3: I'm normally there, but since I'm not covering, that's one
- 4:56Speaker 3: in destined. Yeah, since I'm not in college anymore, I'm
- 4:58Speaker 3: not doing that one anymore. Is always a fun trip,
- 5:01Speaker 3: but uh, this is a big one. This is a
- 5:04Speaker 3: you know, the Coastwell Playoff's going to be talked about now.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Commissioner Sinki did say that he doesn't expect like a
- 5:10Speaker 3: firm decision to be made at these spring meetings, but
- 5:12Speaker 3: the conversations are going to take place, and you know,
- 5:16Speaker 3: sixteen team playoff, twenty fourteen playoff, and I guess we'll
- 5:20Speaker 3: find out kind of where everybody's thinking that. That is
- 5:22Speaker 3: one of the good things about being boots on the
- 5:24Speaker 3: ground there, like you can get the coach about, hey,
- 5:26Speaker 3: who'd you vote? Like, Hey, how's it going in there? Hey,
- 5:28Speaker 3: which coach is voting for a twenty fourteen playoff? And
- 5:31Speaker 3: look they tell you, like you kind of get the
- 5:34Speaker 3: t from some of those rooms. So twenty four teams
- 5:38Speaker 3: to me, I'm not I'm not there. I'm not there yet.
- 5:41Speaker 3: I know everybody is like, we thought so long to
- 5:44Speaker 3: get from two to four, and then we got four,
- 5:47Speaker 3: and then we had it for a decade. Then you
- 5:48Speaker 3: go from four to twelve. We've had that for a
- 5:50Speaker 3: couple of years, and it's like already trying to get
- 5:53Speaker 3: more teams, and if you're going to get more, okay,
- 5:56Speaker 3: let's go to sixteen.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Don't just continue to double it and go for the numbers.
- 6:00Speaker 3: So I'm not there yet, But it does feel like
- 6:03Speaker 3: with some of the other conferences already having their meetings
- 6:06Speaker 3: and kind of getting word that that's where they want
- 6:08Speaker 3: to go, it does feel like now that the big
- 6:11Speaker 3: ten is there, right, because it's a big ten, it's
- 6:14Speaker 3: the sec like what those two want to do matters,
- 6:17Speaker 3: and so if they're at twenty four it does feel
- 6:21Speaker 3: like it's almost inevitable that it will happen eventually.
- 6:26Speaker 7: Yeah, it's a lot of teams.
- 6:30Speaker 2: But I'm not ever.
- 6:32Speaker 7: I don't think I'm going to take the stance and say,
- 6:33Speaker 7: like I think it's bad for the sport or I
- 6:36Speaker 7: don't like it and I.
- 6:37Speaker 3: Think it's rushed. It's yeah, like you just got twelve
- 6:41Speaker 3: two years ago. Like to see the third play out
- 6:44Speaker 3: a little bit more, Let it work itself out to
- 6:46Speaker 3: see what you truly want to do, because we had
- 6:49Speaker 3: four for a decade, right, you know, it's like, well, twelve,
- 6:53Speaker 3: we've only had it for two years.
- 6:54Speaker 7: And aren't they you talking about taking away conference championships
- 6:57Speaker 7: as well? And is that part of the package or
- 7:01Speaker 7: is those two separate votable items.
- 7:04Speaker 3: It feels like if we go to twenty four, then
- 7:06Speaker 3: that's out. Conferce championship games are gone.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Like if they're going to be gone anyway, you know,
- 7:10Speaker 7: at twelve, why not test out twelve or sixteen team
- 7:13Speaker 7: playoff without the conference championships for a couple of years,
- 7:16Speaker 7: see how that kind of works itself out as well.
- 7:19Speaker 7: Twenty four is a lot but like, look, I mean,
- 7:21Speaker 7: I'm of the opinion the more that we can watch
- 7:24Speaker 7: football like football, that matters in the postseason. Awesome, just
- 7:29Speaker 7: because bowl games are great, Like all the different bowl
- 7:32Speaker 7: games I used to like as a kid growing up,
- 7:36Speaker 7: look forward to Bowl season and none of the games
- 7:38Speaker 7: really mattered, but they did matter. Yeah, so you don't
- 7:41Speaker 7: have that as much now like you have some you
- 7:43Speaker 7: got some of like the mid majors and some of
- 7:45Speaker 7: these schools like playing for a lot and playing the
- 7:47Speaker 7: last time they're putting on the pads and blah blah blah.
- 7:50Speaker 2: You get that, but you don't get it as much.
- 7:52Speaker 7: So like the more games that we can throw in,
- 7:55Speaker 7: the more bowl games that we can turn into you know,
- 7:57Speaker 7: quote unquote playoff games. Yeah, some of them are not
- 8:01Speaker 7: gonna be good football games, but a lot of the
- 8:03Speaker 7: bowl games aren't like great football games either. But you're
- 8:07Speaker 7: gonna get some really good football games as well. So
- 8:12Speaker 7: I don't know. Like, so my opinion is, like I
- 8:14Speaker 7: don't really care, Like it doesn't move the needle for
- 8:16Speaker 7: me in a negative way to go to twenty four.
- 8:18Speaker 5: I just know we're gonna get more good football now.
- 8:20Speaker 7: If they went to like sixteen teams, maybe I can
- 8:24Speaker 7: see that a little bit more. But like I think,
- 8:25Speaker 7: what do we do that we did the math on
- 8:27Speaker 7: what is there eight It's gonna be eight plans pretty much,
- 8:31Speaker 7: so eight people are going to be guaranteed a spot,
- 8:34Speaker 7: and then there's gonna be sixteen teams vying for eight
- 8:37Speaker 7: different so there's gonna be eight playing games and those
- 8:39Speaker 7: are gonna be awesome. Eight playing games are gonna be
- 8:42Speaker 7: really cool to watch. So I'm here for it. I'm
- 8:45Speaker 7: not gonna be out there advocating and holding signs up
- 8:48Speaker 7: for it to vote vote yes. But like, you know what,
- 8:51Speaker 7: it's not gonna make me upset if they pass twenty
- 8:54Speaker 7: four teams.
- 8:56Speaker 5: So as long as I like, you know, where's the
- 8:59Speaker 5: stop though?
- 8:59Speaker 2: Is that?
- 9:00Speaker 3: That's kind of my concern is like you just you
- 9:02Speaker 3: go from two to four, four to twelve, twelve to
- 9:05Speaker 3: twenty four, Like and I was a big hey, let's
- 9:09Speaker 3: go to eight. Let's go from four to eight, and
- 9:11Speaker 3: then if you're gonna go from eight to sixteen, like
- 9:12Speaker 3: maybe that's how you do it, but like just to
- 9:15Speaker 3: continue to go from four just three years ago to
- 9:19Speaker 3: twenty four, I just think it's such a big jump.
- 9:22Speaker 3: And that's kind of my concern is, like why do
- 9:25Speaker 3: you have to feel like you have to rush? This
- 9:26Speaker 3: let the process play out. You let four playout for
- 9:29Speaker 3: so long, then you kind of figured out what you wanted,
- 9:31Speaker 3: and now you're just going straight to twenty four.
- 9:33Speaker 7: It's almost like they're trying to give themselves a margin
- 9:36Speaker 7: of error to keep it the committee there to make
- 9:38Speaker 7: these different opinions. Except like my so my last year,
- 9:42Speaker 7: everything was so like college football, you're just like a
- 9:45Speaker 7: lot of it doesn't make sense. It's such a great product.
- 9:48Speaker 7: Once the game kicks off, it's incredible, but like everything
- 9:53Speaker 7: in between is we've we said it was drunk. It's
- 9:56Speaker 7: just like it doesn't there's a lot of decisions being made,
- 10:00Speaker 7: calendar like nothing really makes sense.
- 10:02Speaker 5: So all I was called I was I was asking for, like.
- 10:06Speaker 7: If the playoffs just had clear cut rules, like you
- 10:10Speaker 7: do this and you're in, You do that and you're
- 10:13Speaker 7: not in, Like there's clear cut. It doesn't become opinion
- 10:16Speaker 7: of a group of old men sitting in there that
- 10:18Speaker 7: take their hats off at the end of the year.
- 10:22Speaker 7: It just seems like this is another reason to like
- 10:25Speaker 7: keep that margin of error in there. Yeah, we made
- 10:27Speaker 7: a mistake, but like, look, who's going to really be
- 10:29Speaker 7: upset that they didn't make it on the twenty fourth spot,
- 10:33Speaker 7: just be a little bit better at that point, Like
- 10:35Speaker 7: when you had twelve, there was arguments for really good
- 10:38Speaker 7: arguments for teams that had a good record in these big,
- 10:41Speaker 7: you know, powerful conferences, and they could make a good,
- 10:45Speaker 7: really solid argument. If you're twenty five, you don't have
- 10:51Speaker 7: as good of an argument. You fight against the opinion
- 10:54Speaker 7: of somebody else, unless you're Notre Dame and you have
- 10:56Speaker 7: seven losses and you're probably gonna still try to get in. Obviously,
- 11:00Speaker 7: I just want clear rules on I mean, that's the
- 11:02Speaker 7: simplest thing to look at, that clear rules, Like you
- 11:05Speaker 7: do this and you win, Like you go to the
- 11:08Speaker 7: playoffs and you know what markers you have.
- 11:10Speaker 2: To hit as a football team.
- 11:11Speaker 7: Yeah, in the NFL, like every other sport, fair every
- 11:16Speaker 7: other sport ever, like even like the Little League commissioner.
- 11:20Speaker 3: Thank He did make it clear that he did not
- 11:23Speaker 3: anticipate any decisions on the college football playoffs at the meetings,
- 11:27Speaker 3: noting that there's still time ahead of the December first deadline.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Uh so that is you know it's way down the
- 11:34Speaker 3: road now, it's going to be here sooner than you realize,
- 11:38Speaker 3: and you know there's tough decisions that have to be made.
- 11:41Speaker 3: But that is the deadline December first, the potential to
- 11:43Speaker 3: expand to twenty four teams. So again, the Big Ten
- 11:49Speaker 3: coaches and athletic directors did put up a united front
- 11:51Speaker 3: in support of expanding to twenty four just last week
- 11:54Speaker 3: at their league meetings in California, and Commissioner Sinkie you know,
- 11:59Speaker 3: did acknowledge, but he said it does not bother me.
- 12:02Speaker 3: People tell me that, But I don't know. If you
- 12:05Speaker 3: pay attention in college sports, positions seem to change a
- 12:10Speaker 3: lot talking about the SEC kind of being called a
- 12:14Speaker 3: holdout of expanding to twenty four m.
- 12:22Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 12:24Speaker 7: So I don't think everybody anybody's I think we can
- 12:27Speaker 7: all agree, Like somebody that's ranked twentieth in the country
- 12:30Speaker 7: and makes the playoffs probably not a threat to win.
- 12:33Speaker 2: But it's all I.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Mean, I don't know, there's been seven seeds when the
- 12:37Speaker 3: NCAA tournament before you can.
- 12:40Speaker 2: And what se just we're talking about college football. We're
- 12:46Speaker 2: talking about the real sports here.
- 12:47Speaker 8: Come on, I think that's always been my thing, expansions,
- 12:52Speaker 8: Like I'm like, that's always been my thing with the expansions,
- 12:55Speaker 8: Like right now we're at twelve, right, And I'm like, Okay,
- 12:59Speaker 8: I guess you can make in our you meant for
- 13:00Speaker 8: like the twelfth team, like oh, they had a chance,
- 13:03Speaker 8: But I don't think you can continue to make that
- 13:05Speaker 8: same argument for like the twenty fourth team, like oh,
- 13:08Speaker 8: they left the twenty fourth team out, that team could
- 13:11Speaker 8: have made it all the way, Like no.
- 13:12Speaker 2: I just what about what about twenty fifthteam?
- 13:14Speaker 7: Right?
- 13:16Speaker 8: That's why like when we when we moved it to twelve,
- 13:18Speaker 8: I'm like people are just gonna keep saying it and
- 13:20Speaker 8: saying it, like, oh.
- 13:22Speaker 6: The fourteenth team should have got in, Like it's.
- 13:24Speaker 2: Almost like Notre Dame this year, right, like in twenty
- 13:26Speaker 2: four that didn't happen. But it's like, dude, you didn't
- 13:28Speaker 2: make the top twelve. It's not like you got left
- 13:30Speaker 2: out of four.
- 13:31Speaker 4: Getting left out of four is understandable, like you got
- 13:34Speaker 4: left out of twelve, And like, was was Tulane realistically
- 13:37Speaker 4: going to make a run? Probably not, But like I
- 13:40Speaker 4: don't know how many more of those matchups are we
- 13:42Speaker 4: actually going to see at least.
- 13:44Speaker 7: Like the two ams whatever you're feeling like feelings are
- 13:47Speaker 7: on that, but at least they like hit like there's
- 13:50Speaker 7: a marker there.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Yeah, you do this and you're in. Exactly they did that. Yeah,
- 13:54Speaker 2: so they got in, so like I respected that at least. Yeah, right,
- 13:58Speaker 2: Are they one of the best teams?
- 13:59Speaker 7: No? Oh, but they did what the rules said they
- 14:03Speaker 7: had to do to get in. Like going to twenty
- 14:05Speaker 7: four for me is like the committee just saying we
- 14:09Speaker 7: have as much margin er, Like you can't really yell
- 14:13Speaker 7: at us for making a mistake third years between twenty
- 14:18Speaker 7: four and twenty five.
- 14:19Speaker 8: But also if you had like an actual metric that
- 14:23Speaker 8: you followed, we wouldn't be able to get mad at
- 14:25Speaker 8: you anyway, because it's yeah, no, I'm agreeing with.
- 14:28Speaker 2: You up to this group of old folks.
- 14:34Speaker 6: But they hang their hats at the doormat true.
- 14:37Speaker 2: I mean they shouldn't. They should just have metrics.
- 14:39Speaker 7: That's why I like, as much as I would have
- 14:42Speaker 7: not liked to see it, I thought that who was
- 14:45Speaker 7: it who won the ACC Likedu?
- 14:46Speaker 2: I thought Duke should have made it because because they.
- 14:49Speaker 4: Won con friends, how can you win a Natty right
- 14:51Speaker 4: oscal Alabama? They've done it twice, But I mean.
- 14:55Speaker 7: Yeah, and they should have made it because they won
- 14:57Speaker 7: the Power for Conference, like they were the chance like
- 15:00Speaker 7: I get it. Their record where they have five losses,
- 15:02Speaker 7: four losses, they weren't one of the best teams, but
- 15:04Speaker 7: they did win.
- 15:05Speaker 6: I mean, let's be real, it's about the money.
- 15:07Speaker 7: It's one hundred saiy, so you're nobody in the twenties
- 15:10Speaker 7: twenty second is going to win it unless there's like
- 15:13Speaker 7: some rare situation where they had eight starters out the
- 15:17Speaker 7: first four games, they lost the first four, and then
- 15:19Speaker 7: they're back and healthy. That's maybe that happens once every
- 15:24Speaker 7: decade or two decades, but like, it's not gonna happen.
- 15:27Speaker 2: But if it did happen, it'd be electric, it'd be great.
- 15:30Speaker 2: But yeah, so your point it's it's one of those
- 15:32Speaker 2: teams that's better than their record shows, right.
- 15:34Speaker 7: But yeah, but you're but it is about money, which
- 15:37Speaker 7: is fine. Like that's okay, just I like it. I'll
- 15:41Speaker 7: tune in more to the Bowl games because of the
- 15:43Speaker 7: fact that it's a playoff game.
- 15:44Speaker 2: Yeah, and it means a lot, and it could happen.
- 15:48Speaker 2: There could be an upset here.
- 15:54Speaker 8: I mean, I think twenty four is just a step
- 15:56Speaker 8: too far. But I'm not gonna like sixteen sixteen is fine.
- 16:00Speaker 8: I think I was gonna say I think twelve is perfect.
- 16:04Speaker 8: Am I gonna start a petition over it?
- 16:07Speaker 6: Probably not.
- 16:08Speaker 3: I do think commissioners thinking the sec are actually playing
- 16:11Speaker 3: this like you should. They're not saying there against twenty
- 16:13Speaker 3: four or even twenty eight. They're just saying, hey, relax, yeah, hey,
- 16:17Speaker 3: let's talk about this.
- 16:19Speaker 6: But can we also like test out the twelve first.
- 16:21Speaker 6: I mean, yeah, I know it's been a couple of
- 16:23Speaker 6: years of us doing it, but yeah.
- 16:25Speaker 3: But like they're just saying, hey, let us have conversations
- 16:28Speaker 3: with our head coaches, with our athletic directors, with our presidents,
- 16:31Speaker 3: and maybe at the end of the day, maybe we
- 16:33Speaker 3: agree to twenty four. Just let us have those conversations.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Let us have our spring meetings and guess what, we
- 16:39Speaker 3: might not have a decision here in May, it might
- 16:41Speaker 3: be in November. Let us talk it out, talk it through,
- 16:46Speaker 3: work some kinks out, come up with the best possible model.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Like all these conferences just been like, yep, I agree,
- 16:51Speaker 3: let's do it. Say hold on now, maybe we do.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Maybe we will. Let's talk conference championship games, scheduling, how
- 16:58Speaker 3: many conference games we play, what we do in the
- 17:00Speaker 3: non con When do we start our season, do we
- 17:03Speaker 3: move it up a week, right, Do we move it
- 17:05Speaker 3: up so they can be done by the first of
- 17:08Speaker 3: January and not bleed into February.
- 17:10Speaker 5: Right, that's NFL territory. Like, let's get the schedule right.
- 17:13Speaker 3: Let's make sure we're doing everything we can to keep
- 17:16Speaker 3: college football where it's at as the second most popular
- 17:19Speaker 3: sport in our country, which is thriving, it's going up.
- 17:22Speaker 3: That's great, Let's make sure we're doing everything with that
- 17:25Speaker 3: in mind. I think they're actually doing it the right way.
- 17:28Speaker 3: You got five months.
- 17:30Speaker 7: Thank He's like telling the other conferences like, hey, little boys, like,
- 17:33Speaker 7: let the grown ups talk, let the grown ups decide
- 17:36Speaker 7: and actually think about it and make the decisions, and
- 17:39Speaker 7: y'all can wait a little bit. So, Yeah, the thing
- 17:44Speaker 7: that gets me is like making such a drastic change
- 17:46Speaker 7: and then also going to take away the conference championships.
- 17:49Speaker 7: If you're going to take away the conference it's fine, Like,
- 17:52Speaker 7: see how that plays out with twelve, See how that
- 17:54Speaker 7: plays out with sixteen at maximum. But again, you're not
- 17:58Speaker 7: gonna hear a lot of complaints from me, but you
- 18:00Speaker 7: do wish like if they're making the drastic change about
- 18:03Speaker 7: taking the conference champions amount, which will take away a
- 18:07Speaker 7: lot of the argument and a lot of the gray area.
- 18:10Speaker 7: Taking that game out the way the rules are written now,
- 18:16Speaker 7: it would be great, but like work that out with
- 18:18Speaker 7: what you currently have.
- 18:19Speaker 3: Yeah, last thing, and then I know we got to
- 18:23Speaker 3: take a break kind of to what we're talking about.
- 18:26Speaker 3: This is Commissioner sank in a quote. When professional sports
- 18:30Speaker 3: have added to their postseason, it's always been a small adjustment.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Four to twelve in college was monumental, but I think
- 18:37Speaker 3: it was justifiable. You want to be careful about how
- 18:40Speaker 3: far you go, and that's understanding the competitive impacts, and
- 18:44Speaker 3: maybe you bring more teams into the conversation and you
- 18:48Speaker 3: make an adjustment just because a game that may not
- 18:53Speaker 3: have the same type of leverage, if you will, or
- 18:56Speaker 3: the same type of value because both teams could be
- 18:59Speaker 3: in the playoff, and talks about that's minimal. But the
- 19:03Speaker 3: ability to bring more teams into the conversation would have
- 19:06Speaker 3: to create value in the regular season. Some of that
- 19:09Speaker 3: you can quantify. Some of that strikes me as a
- 19:12Speaker 3: matter of judgment. So he's talking about the same things
- 19:15Speaker 3: that we're talking about. Just you know, when professional sports
- 19:18Speaker 3: have added to their postseason, it has been small adjustments.
- 19:21Speaker 3: Let's add a wildcard team. Let's add the play in
- 19:25Speaker 3: into the NBA where college goes four twelve, twenty four.
- 19:29Speaker 3: And that's what they're trying to make sure that if
- 19:31Speaker 3: they do this, you can't put the toothpaste back into two.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Once the toothpaste is out, it's out. So you can't say,
- 19:39Speaker 3: let's go back sixteen. We're twenty four. But I went on,
- 19:43Speaker 3: you're there it it's there, so you have to be
- 19:46Speaker 3: careful whenever you make this move. So I think that's
- 19:47Speaker 3: where the SEC commissioners Sankie kind of stand on this,
- 19:51Speaker 3: and so again we'll continue to follow it, but I
- 19:53Speaker 3: don't expect any kind of a decision to be made
- 19:57Speaker 3: coming out of these two and a half day meetings
- 19:58Speaker 3: down in Destin, Florida, the SEC Spring meetings. All Right,
- 20:02Speaker 3: we'll step away more OTB when we come back here

- 22:35Speaker 7: that's what.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Twenty fourteen. But I love it.
- 22:38Speaker 2: It's a pretty common saying.
- 22:40Speaker 7: And you said, well it was twenty four teams like
- 22:42Speaker 7: you can't put the toothpaste back.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Yeah, let's start it out. They can't put toothpaste back
- 22:48Speaker 3: into tube.
- 22:49Speaker 7: Yep, there's actually somebody that can do it, that created
- 22:52Speaker 7: a machine.
- 22:53Speaker 6: To put the toothpaste back.
- 22:54Speaker 2: And put the toothpaste back in the two.
- 22:56Speaker 10: You know, did y'all see that video arguments well, he's
- 23:00Speaker 10: to go YouTube guy, that YouTube channel and the sciencey
- 23:03Speaker 10: you just like somebody that's like smart.
- 23:08Speaker 2: You can put I'll say something everybody else, but.
- 23:12Speaker 3: He's going to be that guy. Matt being like, well
- 23:15Speaker 3: actually you can't.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't.
- 23:18Speaker 3: Actually there's a guy that I've actually.
- 23:20Speaker 8: Seen it, so yeah, wait, so have y'all seen the
- 23:22Speaker 8: video speaking of toothpaste in the tube, the video that
- 23:26Speaker 8: was going around this weekend of Bryce Harper putting toothpaste.
- 23:29Speaker 6: On his toothbrush.
- 23:30Speaker 8: No, no, I don't know how this guy is, like
- 23:36Speaker 8: definitely a baseball player that has CT. Yeah, I was
- 23:38Speaker 8: gonna say, like, definitely a CT.
- 23:39Speaker 6: I'm about to.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Put it in the key place for the team I
- 23:42Speaker 3: hate the most in the Phillies. But he's still like
- 23:45Speaker 3: I can appreciate it.
- 23:46Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, like total bro.
- 23:49Speaker 8: The way that he put the toothpaste on his toothbrush
- 23:52Speaker 8: was a controversial thing on the internet this weekend.
- 23:55Speaker 3: I'm actually very intrigued by that.
- 23:56Speaker 6: I think I put it at eight.
- 23:58Speaker 2: And the way that he.
- 24:00Speaker 7: Most likely blacks out for split second every time he
- 24:03Speaker 7: swings the backs.
- 24:03Speaker 2: He swings so hard. I respect it.
- 24:05Speaker 3: That home run he hit in the World Baseball Classic
- 24:08Speaker 3: that I thought was going to potentially win it for America,
- 24:11Speaker 3: that was awesome. I loved it.
- 24:13Speaker 5: Taylor hated it, but it was incredible.
- 24:16Speaker 8: Incredible Taylor, just like, Okay, so if you're not watching,
- 24:22Speaker 8: this is.
- 24:22Speaker 11: How which everybody should have, right, but I just need
- 24:27Speaker 11: you all to watch how he puts the toothpaste on
- 24:29Speaker 11: his toothbrush right now, So opening the toothpaste, squeezing some
- 24:34Speaker 11: of the toothpaste out right, okay, puts it in his mouth,
- 24:39Speaker 11: puts the toothpaste directly in his mouth, not the toothpaste,
- 24:42Speaker 11: to the toothpaste, and then starts brushing his teeth.
- 24:48Speaker 6: That's what I've never in my life seen anything like that.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Drinking a thing of milk and then throwing cereal in
- 24:53Speaker 2: after yeah, or.
- 24:55Speaker 3: Chocolate syrup and then the milk then, yeah, like take
- 25:00Speaker 3: a sip of milk and put an oreo in afterwards.
- 25:02Speaker 8: Sometimes, Okay, I feel like that's a little more normal
- 25:04Speaker 8: than like putting toothpaste in your mouth.
- 25:06Speaker 2: That's awful, directly in your mouth.
- 25:08Speaker 5: Look, he's a brody, and I appreciate him for being
- 25:11Speaker 5: a brody.
- 25:11Speaker 3: The tongue scraper, well done, because you can't brush, you know,
- 25:15Speaker 3: you got to get a device for your tongue, and
- 25:18Speaker 3: then you got to get you know, obviously separate situation
- 25:22Speaker 3: for your teeth. That is very meathead effect.
- 25:26Speaker 2: Super really, but.
- 25:29Speaker 6: Why did you do that?
- 25:30Speaker 2: Why would you even think to do that? Right? Like,
- 25:32Speaker 2: that's like me putting whipped cream, chocolate syrup, then ice
- 25:35Speaker 2: cream and be like Hey, guys.
- 25:37Speaker 6: Parents taught him to do that. Like, I'm just so confused.
- 25:42Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 25:43Speaker 8: That must have been something that he experimented with on
- 25:46Speaker 8: his to get home.
- 25:48Speaker 7: Because because you got to get the toothbrush in there,
- 25:50Speaker 7: and then you got to find the blob and then
- 25:52Speaker 7: pinch it, you got to like pin it against the
- 25:54Speaker 7: tooth start getting the SuDS.
- 25:56Speaker 6: It feels very inefficient to me, But I don't know.
- 25:58Speaker 3: I guess everybody has their own way of of brushing
- 26:00Speaker 3: their teeth. Look, I tink a toothbrush, I wet it
- 26:05Speaker 3: without anything on it. Then I clean, okay, spit out,
- 26:09Speaker 3: rinse off the toothbrush again, all right, So like I
- 26:12Speaker 3: get all the things off before you go with this,
- 26:15Speaker 3: and then I go toothpaste on the toothbrush and then clean.
- 26:19Speaker 5: So it's like a little polish situation.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Six more steps than me.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I just toothbrush, toothpaste brush or wet it toothbrush, toothpaste,
- 26:28Speaker 4: wet it brush.
- 26:31Speaker 7: Now show hands how many people in the woof back
- 26:33Speaker 7: have a tongue scraper.
- 26:35Speaker 2: I've never heard of that in my life.
- 26:36Speaker 6: I don't think I have a tongue scraper. I don't have.
- 26:39Speaker 8: I mean, like I've never heard one, like the back
- 26:42Speaker 8: of the Yeah.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Like your tongue is filthy, sir, No, I just use
- 26:47Speaker 3: the brush. Yeah, but that's from my teeth.
- 26:50Speaker 8: To me, it's I'm a little intrigued in the scraper.
- 26:54Speaker 6: I'm not gonna lie.
- 26:55Speaker 5: So go back to the video the very beginning and
- 26:57Speaker 5: kind of pause it.
- 26:58Speaker 6: Yeah, that's I just I'm.
- 27:01Speaker 3: So shook by the all the filth off your tongue.
- 27:04Speaker 3: And I'll tell you when it pauses.
- 27:07Speaker 6: I don't mean a derel us, but I just everybody that.
- 27:10Speaker 3: Thing in his right hand right there, that's a tongue scraper. Yeah,
- 27:13Speaker 3: I never heard it on your tongue and you get
- 27:16Speaker 3: all the stuff off your tongue, do you, mad?
- 27:18Speaker 2: I just gonna use the brush. I use the brush part.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Yeah, but the brush, so you're gonna that's for you
- 27:23Speaker 3: to clean your teeth. That would be the complete opposite
- 27:28Speaker 3: of that.
- 27:30Speaker 2: I do the tongue last.
- 27:31Speaker 8: But I mean, like, regardless, that's an insane way to
- 27:36Speaker 8: your teeth.
- 27:37Speaker 2: They live in the same environment.
- 27:38Speaker 3: It doesn't matter. I'm not saying like you gotta get
- 27:41Speaker 3: one clean. You get your tongue clean, then you get
- 27:45Speaker 3: your teeth clean.
- 27:47Speaker 2: I'm not against it. I just never heard of it.
- 27:49Speaker 7: I didn't know this was an option. Ye, like, rinse
- 27:51Speaker 7: the tooth brush out and then go to the tongue.
- 27:55Speaker 3: It's not as as an efficient of a process. Why
- 27:59Speaker 3: you're using two to wishing it around? You're using two tools. Yeah,
- 28:03Speaker 3: a tool just for my tongue, that's but you're talking
- 28:05Speaker 3: about efficiency.
- 28:08Speaker 6: Yeah, there's a dumpting to argue about it.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Really is the real the highway? Ye grows at me.
- 28:19Speaker 3: Literally not, I'm telling you my process.
- 28:23Speaker 6: Regardless. Bryce Harper is the real enemy here. And this insane?
- 28:29Speaker 2: Why so what was he filming himself precious teeth?
- 28:32Speaker 5: He wanted people to know, probably like a vlog.
- 28:36Speaker 2: He wanted people to know how he chugs toothpaste.
- 28:39Speaker 6: Yeah, somebody's response made me to this.
- 28:41Speaker 8: They're like, he's genuinely still live by accident, right.
- 28:45Speaker 4: Like if I'm like the GM of the team and
- 28:47Speaker 4: I see that we're a going to sit down.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Meeting, what are you doing? You do know this is
- 28:52Speaker 2: not the correct way to do this? Like what's your deal?
- 28:56Speaker 2: What I do?
- 28:57Speaker 7: Like the tooth disposable tooth brushes that already have the
- 29:01Speaker 7: toothpaste like embedded into it. Yeah, those are legit. That's
- 29:06Speaker 7: how you know Bryce doing it wrong. The disposable tooth
- 29:10Speaker 7: brush that already have the toothpaste there. Those are great
- 29:12Speaker 7: for travel. Absolutely.
- 29:14Speaker 5: How do you clean your tongue when you're traveling, like
- 29:16Speaker 5: the I.
- 29:16Speaker 3: Have a tongue tap with that brain obviously it's that
- 29:19Speaker 3: thing that was in Bryce's hand. If it's in a
- 29:22Speaker 3: shaving kids.
- 29:23Speaker 2: Super common knowledge.
- 29:27Speaker 6: Anyway, Bryce Harper has I used to be in love
- 29:29Speaker 6: with Bryce Harper when he was with the Nationals. I
- 29:34Speaker 6: don't know, like he just got I don't know, maybe
- 29:37Speaker 6: my taste started.
- 29:38Speaker 2: He started brushing his teeth, like.
- 29:40Speaker 6: Yeah, I saw the way he brush his teeth and
- 29:41Speaker 6: all that.
- 29:43Speaker 2: At least he brushes them, it's fair.
- 29:47Speaker 3: Does he cleans his tongue?
- 29:49Speaker 2: Philly swallows the toothpaste before the brush? I mean, what's
- 29:52Speaker 2: he doing?
- 29:58Speaker 3: Wold? I didn't have those getting there?
- 30:01Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 30:01Speaker 6: Sorry, I didn't mean a derailer what I had had
- 30:04Speaker 6: something reminded me of that toothpaste back in the tube.
- 30:11Speaker 5: So Flen's fault, that's my fault. It's actually a fault.
- 30:15Speaker 2: But apparently that's saying.
- 30:19Speaker 7: It's not as cool as it once was because somebody
- 30:21Speaker 7: has invented a machine.
- 30:22Speaker 3: Actually, you can do it.
- 30:24Speaker 2: It puts the toothpaste in the tube. It bothers me
- 30:28Speaker 2: using science.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Shut up, it's an old saying. We all say it.
- 30:32Speaker 3: Shut up.
- 30:35Speaker 2: It's like you could.
- 30:36Speaker 6: You can't put the toothpaste back in the tooth.
- 30:38Speaker 5: You could get it like a tiny little spoon and yeah.
- 30:40Speaker 6: You probably could, or like cut the top off.
- 30:43Speaker 2: It'd be a lot of work.
- 30:45Speaker 3: You can get a needle, yeah, put it back yet
- 30:47Speaker 3: to a syringe. Yeah.
- 30:49Speaker 7: Again, it's a lot of work. It's a lot of
- 30:51Speaker 7: work to do it. And I don't even know what
- 30:53Speaker 7: the cost of this toothpaste machine. You say, we don't
- 30:58Speaker 7: like that guy, Yeah, we don't like that. He can
- 30:59Speaker 7: go to guy probably.
- 31:03Speaker 5: Went to Notre Dame probably or Florida.
- 31:06Speaker 2: No way, he's probably not a.
- 31:07Speaker 8: Coward, right he he Actually that's pretty like not coward,
- 31:13Speaker 8: like to go against the grain like that.
- 31:16Speaker 6: They're like, oh, you think you can't put the toothpaste backet.
- 31:19Speaker 2: He did not go to Notre Dame.
- 31:20Speaker 7: No when its anther nerd school Vanderbilt.
- 31:27Speaker 8: Yeah, who also missed the tournament for the first time
- 31:31Speaker 8: in what nineteen seasons?
- 31:32Speaker 3: I think, Yeah, it's so wild, Like once LSU got eliminated,
- 31:36Speaker 3: my brain's.
- 31:37Speaker 5: Like, yeah, see you baseballil did.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Tolla don't have an l s U and Vandy in
- 31:43Speaker 4: the same tournament.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Is like, it's crazy, it's insane to me.
- 31:47Speaker 7: We we're gonna stand in solidarity with Jay Johnson and
- 31:49Speaker 7: we're not gonna watch it, not a single pitch, just
- 31:54Speaker 7: because we love Jay so much.
- 31:56Speaker 2: But the thing is, Jon, Jay's probably tuned in a
- 31:59Speaker 2: little bit. No, he say not, he's not. He wouldn't
- 32:01Speaker 2: let us.
- 32:02Speaker 3: He wouldn't. He wouldn't lee us.
- 32:03Speaker 6: He wouldn't.
- 32:04Speaker 3: Now, if you know Jay, you know he's probably telling truth.
- 32:09Speaker 6: That probably hurts him way too much to watch it.
- 32:11Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, it hurts too much. And he said we
- 32:13Speaker 3: have too much work to do. I believe because this
- 32:17Speaker 3: is a team A.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Lot of coach just some some coach talk.
- 32:21Speaker 5: A lot of people would doubt they would say that, right,
- 32:23Speaker 5: But yeah, I believe.
- 32:25Speaker 10: Jay's dead as dead ass, just like we dead ass.
- 32:29Speaker 5: Got to take this break more OTV when we come back.
- 32:33Speaker 2: To the bench.
- 32:35Speaker 3: All right, Emerson, heating and air, Well, there are friends
- 32:37Speaker 3: and they should be your friends as well, because well,
- 32:39Speaker 3: the heat is coming. The last thing that you want
- 32:42Speaker 3: is your AC unit not to be doing what it's
- 32:44Speaker 3: supposed to do, which is cool your home. So have
- 32:47Speaker 3: them come out and if you tell them you heard
- 32:49Speaker 3: it on ot B, that AC tune up, that little
- 32:52Speaker 3: check out they do is only going to be eighty
- 32:55Speaker 3: nine dollars, right, so they're going to have an OTB special.
- 32:59Speaker 3: You were going to a great deal if you let
- 33:01Speaker 3: them know you heard it on OTB. So we always
- 33:03Speaker 3: encourage you there. We also encourage you e ms air
- 33:06Speaker 3: dot net. Ems air dot net is the website. Schedule
- 33:09Speaker 3: that appointment today. Make sure your unit is doing what
- 33:12Speaker 3: it's supposed to be doing before the heat truly gets here.
- 33:15Speaker 3: EMS air dot net.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Right, Emerson Heating in Air. Yeah, it's summer, y'all.
- 33:19Speaker 7: It's uh, it's getting hot and it's gonna be getting
- 33:23Speaker 7: hotter and hotter. So if you are you want to
- 33:25Speaker 7: deal with that air conditioned company that is going to
- 33:28Speaker 7: treat you, treat your home like they're own.

- 35:18Speaker 3: was a MENO. Also Best Windows in the Avocate this
- 35:21Speaker 3: year goes to Tommy's Windows, Doors and Siding. You should
- 35:24Speaker 3: schedule your appointment today work with Tommy and the team.
- 35:27Speaker 5: Go Tommy's dot com.
- 35:30Speaker 3: All right. There was a little bit of a shake
- 35:32Speaker 3: up in the LSU quarterback room. A mil Picarella, who
- 35:36Speaker 3: was a quarterback at university lab a couple of years ago,
- 35:40Speaker 3: remember was a preferred walk on onto the team has
- 35:43Speaker 3: left the LSU football program. He is going to Delta
- 35:47Speaker 3: State in Cleveland, Mississippi. And so you lose a quarterback
- 35:52Speaker 3: off your roster. And remember LS you had some quarterback
- 35:54Speaker 3: injuries last year. They had some situations where guys weren't
- 35:58Speaker 3: on the team. There was a point where a mel
- 35:59Speaker 3: Pickerel was the backup quarterback on this team. But he
- 36:03Speaker 3: is leaving the program again, going to go to Delta State.
- 36:06Speaker 3: And now Caden Martin joins the team. And Cayden Martin
- 36:10Speaker 3: is the son of t Martin, and he's coming over
- 36:13Speaker 3: from Middle Tennessee State. So your quarterback room gets a
- 36:18Speaker 3: little bit heavier there. You're going to have now four
- 36:21Speaker 3: quarterbacks and of course we've talked a lot about the
- 36:24Speaker 3: three that you had. Now you add a fourth quarterback
- 36:27Speaker 3: coming over again from Middle Tennessee State, Cayden Martin, and uh, look,
- 36:33Speaker 3: it is a situation where your quarterback room is probably
- 36:38Speaker 3: going to look a little bit different every single year.
- 36:40Speaker 3: It's probably gonna look different from the spring to the fall.
- 36:44Speaker 3: You know, Lane Kiffen is certainly somebody that has gone
- 36:46Speaker 3: out and has been very active in the transfer portal
- 36:49Speaker 3: when it comes to the position again, adding three different
- 36:51Speaker 3: players that were not here a year ago, and now
- 36:55Speaker 3: you're adding a fourth player that wasn't here a year ago.
- 36:58Speaker 3: So you're adding another courquarterback, Caden Martin come on from MTSU.
- 37:03Speaker 3: But we all know Sam Levitt is going to be
- 37:06Speaker 3: your number one. I think Land and Clark probably if
- 37:08Speaker 3: there was a game tomorrow and Sam Levitt couldn't go,
- 37:11Speaker 3: would probably be your quarterback just because of his experience
- 37:15Speaker 3: in college football. So four new quarterbacks, Matt kind of
- 37:19Speaker 3: tells you what times we're in. There's no longer going
- 37:21Speaker 3: to be somebody that has been here two years, three years,
- 37:24Speaker 3: four years. It is four new players in a quarterback room.
- 37:28Speaker 7: Yeah, the longevity of Garrettnasmeyer is probably going to be
- 37:33Speaker 7: you know, it was rare while he was here in
- 37:36Speaker 7: just the world of college football, and it'll be even
- 37:38Speaker 7: more rare going forward. And you know this is you know,
- 37:41Speaker 7: not surprising. I guess it was a little bit surprising
- 37:44Speaker 7: for me that took Pickerella this this long to probably
- 37:49Speaker 7: leave and throw his name in the ring somewhere else
- 37:52Speaker 7: to get an opportunity, especially of course you Lame Kiffin,
- 37:54Speaker 7: a brand new coaching staff. He brings three new quarterbacks
- 37:58Speaker 7: here that he got the cherry pick on the program.
- 38:01Speaker 7: So uh yeah, that's not surprising to me. And this
- 38:05Speaker 7: is you know, this is this is news. This is like,
- 38:08Speaker 7: this is some this is some may news right here.
- 38:11Speaker 7: You bringing in your fourth quarterback. So if you go
- 38:14Speaker 7: from four to four, so it's you just bring in
- 38:18Speaker 7: another guy and whatever Caden Martin is.
- 38:21Speaker 2: You know, decision is to come here.
- 38:23Speaker 7: It's what you do get to do for all these
- 38:28Speaker 7: quarterbacks is throw you throw Lane Kiffin's offense onto your
- 38:32Speaker 7: resume going forward. And you know it could be some
- 38:34Speaker 7: sort of for a lot of these coaches too. I
- 38:36Speaker 7: mean it's a it's a resume builder to be a
- 38:39Speaker 7: part of Lane Kiffin's offense. That's what Lane has has
- 38:43Speaker 7: earned that throughout his years of coaching, coaching college football
- 38:48Speaker 7: and being successful on the offensive side. So as a quarterback, yeah,
- 38:51Speaker 7: you want to go play for that and have that
- 38:53Speaker 7: on your resume because you know, it's as weird as
- 38:55Speaker 7: it sounds in college college football is players are building
- 38:59Speaker 7: college as well for their future landing spot and their
- 39:02Speaker 7: future team and for a lot of guys too. I
- 39:05Speaker 7: mean there's always that hope at quarterback that Trinid had.
- 39:09Speaker 7: Chamberliss just you know, laid out the blueprint for coming
- 39:13Speaker 7: from a smaller college first year in and having such
- 39:16Speaker 7: a huge impact on a playoff team that made it
- 39:19Speaker 7: to the semifinals and and damn near got to the
- 39:21Speaker 7: national championship.
- 39:22Speaker 2: So like that blueprint is out there.
- 39:25Speaker 7: So for all these especially in a Lane Kiffin type
- 39:27Speaker 7: of offense, every quarterback at least has a glimmer of
- 39:31Speaker 7: hope on what could potentially happen. You never know how
- 39:34Speaker 7: injuries are going to play out, You never know what
- 39:37Speaker 7: is going to happen on the depth chart. So like
- 39:40Speaker 7: we'll see, we will see how it all plays out.
- 39:42Speaker 7: But I mean, good for good for him for finally
- 39:44Speaker 7: in the spot.
- 39:47Speaker 3: That is the one position where I'm never going to
- 39:49Speaker 3: be mad if you add somebody to.
- 39:52Speaker 2: It and it's it's going to look like that every year.
- 39:54Speaker 7: It's going to be it unless you have an established
- 39:56Speaker 7: starter for multiple years, which is still going to be
- 40:00Speaker 7: hard to do. For an established starter to play with
- 40:03Speaker 7: three or four years at one college still gonna be
- 40:05Speaker 7: hard to do. Because he has the opportunity to be
- 40:07Speaker 7: a free agent. Every year, you're going to see that
- 40:11Speaker 7: quarterback room just like every other main position group is
- 40:14Speaker 7: going to flip.
- 40:16Speaker 3: So again, Caden Martin going to be joining his father
- 40:18Speaker 3: T Martin here at LSU and the Middle Tennessee State
- 40:22Speaker 3: quarterback transfer. Will you know, be in that quarterback room
- 40:25Speaker 3: and obviously working, I'm sure with his father who's an
- 40:28Speaker 3: offensive analyst. Now, he did begin his collegiate career at
- 40:32Speaker 3: Miami where he played baseball. He transferred to East Tennessee
- 40:36Speaker 3: State and played one baseball season there. At that point
- 40:39Speaker 3: he decided to transition to football and that's where he
- 40:42Speaker 3: enrolled at Middle Tennessee. He is a five foot eleven,
- 40:46Speaker 3: left handed thrower, so a little bit different there. Who
- 40:50Speaker 3: was a three star football recruit out of high school.
- 40:52Speaker 3: So somebody that certainly was getting recruited. And now you
- 40:56Speaker 3: have Levitt, Longstreet, Clark and Martin and your quarterback room.
- 41:02Speaker 3: So for new players in that room and we'll see
- 41:05Speaker 3: how that all plays out. We'll take a break more
- 41:07Speaker 3: OTB when we come back here live from the Raisin
- 41:10Speaker 3: Kine studio. Off the bench, all right, go to gcop
