- 0:14Speaker 1: And no. Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: your housed Ram. Shoot, it's Monday. Normally Garrett joins us today,
- 0:20Speaker 1: but he's working this morning on his other jar Baboo,
- 0:24Speaker 1: who is job that actually pays his red So I
- 0:27Speaker 1: get it. I totally totally get it. The co hosts
- 0:30Speaker 1: are fantastic. We're so lucky that we've had the same
- 0:32Speaker 1: co host since the day we started this show. But
- 0:35Speaker 1: obviously they do have other things to do, so I'm
- 0:37Speaker 1: really grateful when they can make it, and totally understand
- 0:41Speaker 1: when they can't. Don't worry, Noughtise. We've got a ton
- 0:44Speaker 1: of celebrity news to get to today, so let's jump
- 0:47Speaker 1: right into the show. What time is it, my friends?
- 0:49Speaker 1: It is tea time sound marvelous. Big story at the
- 0:53Speaker 1: top of the show, so Taylor Swift fans were pushing
- 0:56Speaker 1: for a Super Bowl proposal, saying it would be a
- 0:59Speaker 1: great of This was really blown up when Dave Portnoyer,
- 1:05Speaker 1: who is the head of Barstool Sports, he spoke out
- 1:09Speaker 1: about it, saying it has to happen. He thinks it
- 1:12Speaker 1: would be a really great move. Everybody was saying, is
- 1:15Speaker 1: it going to happen? Is it not going to happen.
- 1:16Speaker 1: After the super Bowl. It did not happen. Let me
- 1:19Speaker 1: assure you, I speak to all the sources. It did
- 1:21Speaker 1: not happen. And get this, it never was going to happen.
- 1:24Speaker 1: So some people are saying, you're going to hear this
- 1:26Speaker 1: today that he did not propose. Travis did not propose
- 1:31Speaker 1: because he lost. And so some people are saying, oh,
- 1:34Speaker 1: there there's rumors, you're going to read them today. My friends,
- 1:36Speaker 1: that he had the ring in the locker room in
- 1:38Speaker 1: his pocket ready to propose right after he won the
- 1:42Speaker 1: super Bowl, which they did not do, and because he
- 1:45Speaker 1: didn't win, he put the ring away. My sources are
- 1:48Speaker 1: telling me that he's just not true. There was never
- 1:52Speaker 1: going to be a proposal because this was not about him.
- 1:56Speaker 1: This was about his team if they had won. For
- 1:59Speaker 1: him to take this moment, this massive moment, away from
- 2:04Speaker 1: all the guys he's been working so hard with and
- 2:07Speaker 1: make it about him and Taylor Swift just would not
- 2:10Speaker 1: be cool. And I think I agree. I think you've
- 2:12Speaker 1: gotta know your moment, and you've got to know when
- 2:14Speaker 1: it's not your moment. Forget super Bowls. I get that
- 2:17Speaker 1: most of us are never gonna play at a super Bowl,
- 2:19Speaker 1: and I get that most of us are never gonna
- 2:21Speaker 1: date Taylor Swift. However, we do have moments in our
- 2:24Speaker 1: lives when we can steal the spotlight. Don't do it. It's
- 2:27Speaker 1: not my moment. It's like when you go to a
- 2:29Speaker 1: wedding and someone's trying to compete with the bride. It's
- 2:32Speaker 1: not your moment. Don't propose to somebody somebody else's wedding,
- 2:37Speaker 1: It's not your moment. Now, fans were mixed about this.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Obviously they do want to see these two engaged. Fans
- 2:43Speaker 1: love him, they clearly clearly love her, and they said
- 2:46Speaker 1: that this would be a great moment. Some fans said,
- 2:49Speaker 1: because it would be epic, you would remember it forever,
- 2:52Speaker 1: just after a great win. He gets down on one knee.
- 2:56Speaker 1: Other fans are saying, no, they love Taylor, but it's
- 2:59Speaker 1: not the moment for her to shine. And I think
- 3:03Speaker 1: we saw this during the game. It is impossible for
- 3:07Speaker 1: her to just sit there and be ignored. No, she
- 3:10Speaker 1: can't do that. She's Taylor Swift. However, she's certainly I
- 3:13Speaker 1: think I think you saw this if you if you
- 3:15Speaker 1: spotted her at the game, she wasn't pulling focus. She
- 3:19Speaker 1: could have pulled focus much more. I've seen people do that.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I've seen people pop stars go to see other pop
- 3:25Speaker 1: stars and make it all about themselves. Don't do that.
- 3:27Speaker 1: It's not your show. Well, he didn't win, and so
- 3:31Speaker 1: we want to know what happened afterwards. I'm told he
- 3:35Speaker 1: went up to her suite, so he changed. I'm not
- 3:38Speaker 1: sure if he showered or not, but he changed and
- 3:41Speaker 1: made his way up to her suite, where he looked disappointed.
- 3:45Speaker 1: He looked really somber. But I think this is a
- 3:47Speaker 1: good thing. When you're a bit sad, you wanna be
- 3:50Speaker 1: with your loved one, you do, at least you should.
- 3:53Speaker 1: When I'm sad, there's nobody I would rather be with them, Bruce,
- 3:56Speaker 1: it's not always the good times when you know you
- 3:59Speaker 1: really love somebody, it's when you want to spend the
- 4:02Speaker 1: bad times with that person too, And so he was
- 4:05Speaker 1: up there with Taylor. I do feel sad for Travis,
- 4:08Speaker 1: but I also think he's an extraordinary athlete. It's such
- 4:13Speaker 1: an honor to be at the super Bowl. Would it
- 4:17Speaker 1: have been lovely to win, Yes, yes, yes, But I
- 4:19Speaker 1: don't think his life he's going to change that much.
- 4:22Speaker 1: He's handsome, he's rich, he's got a great girlfriend, he's
- 4:24Speaker 1: got a great future. To win a super Bowl again, yes,
- 4:28Speaker 1: it would be absolutely amazing. But I don't think. I
- 4:32Speaker 1: don't think once you take a step back, it's the
- 4:34Speaker 1: end of the world. Also, let's point out from the
- 4:38Speaker 1: Super Bowl that Taylor got booed. So Taylor got booed.
- 4:42Speaker 1: They put her face up on a big jumbo tron.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It was massive, and so was the response by all
- 4:50Speaker 1: the people. Maybe not all of them, maybe just fifty
- 4:52Speaker 1: percent of them in the stadium booed. We know what
- 4:55Speaker 1: she said. So the harsh reception seemed to cature a
- 4:59Speaker 1: little bit. By surprise, she was with her pell rapper
- 5:02Speaker 1: I Spice in a VIP box and she turned and
- 5:05Speaker 1: said to her friend, what's going on? A three word answer,
- 5:09Speaker 1: what's going on? I don't think anybody can really boo
- 5:12Speaker 1: Taylor Swift. She's great, She's absolutely fantastic. It's the best
- 5:16Speaker 1: show I've ever seen, best live show I've ever seen.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And I've seen Michael Jackson, I've seen Madonna, I've seen
- 5:21Speaker 1: the greats there is. I've seen Barbara streisand there is
- 5:24Speaker 1: nobody like Taylor Swift. I think this was the other team,
- 5:30Speaker 1: the Philadelphia team, who were really booing the girlfriend of
- 5:35Speaker 1: the Chiefs. I don't think this was directed at her. Now.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Could there be some people in the crowd that are
- 5:41Speaker 1: booing her because she didn't agree with the person that
- 5:46Speaker 1: got elected to be president. Maybe, But that's silly, isn't it.
- 5:51Speaker 1: You're not booing a politician. She just had an opinion.
- 5:55Speaker 1: But so did eighty one, one hundred million people. Everybody
- 5:59Speaker 1: that went to vote, including me, had an opinion, and
- 6:02Speaker 1: so we get booed now for our opinions. I don't
- 6:04Speaker 1: like this. I don't like it. I think it's so rude,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and I think it's such an awful place where we've
- 6:10Speaker 1: come that the girlfriend of somebody on the opposing team
- 6:14Speaker 1: is getting booed, or Taylor Swift is getting booed because
- 6:18Speaker 1: she spoke out about her politics. It's very, very confusing
- 6:22Speaker 1: to me. I would cheer if I saw Taylor Swift
- 6:26Speaker 1: at a game. I would absolutely cheer if her face
- 6:29Speaker 1: came upon the jumbo tron, I would cheer. She's not
- 6:33Speaker 1: a politician, She's a professional entertainer and probably the best
- 6:37Speaker 1: one we have got. She's incredible, So it made me
- 6:40Speaker 1: a little bit sad to see people boo. You could
- 6:44Speaker 1: really hear it, and she seemed to be caught off. God.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Let's talk a little bit about the halftime show. Kendrick Lamar.
- 6:52Speaker 1: He did perform his Drake distrack Lot Like Us at
- 6:56Speaker 1: the super Bowl, but there was one big change when
- 7:00Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar finally performed a portion of not Like Us,
- 7:04Speaker 1: which does accuse his Canadian rival Drake of being Let's
- 7:09Speaker 1: just say it, it's in the song the lyric is
- 7:11Speaker 1: a pedophile. Well he changed that world. He did not
- 7:16Speaker 1: say the P word. Also, two people are pointing out
- 7:20Speaker 1: that Serena Williams, who once dated Drake, she appeared in
- 7:25Speaker 1: his super Bowl halftime show, So maybe that's another dis too, Drake.
- 7:30Speaker 1: But legally, now this song is gonna get a caught.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Drake is suing, so he should. You can't call somebody
- 7:37Speaker 1: a pedophile and just let it go away. Drake is suing.
- 7:40Speaker 1: He's suing the record company too, so he's really really
- 7:43Speaker 1: means business. So the network they decided, Fox decided you
- 7:48Speaker 1: have to get all the stuff passed by them before
- 7:51Speaker 1: you perform at the halftime show. You have to send
- 7:53Speaker 1: them your set list everything you're going to sing and
- 7:56Speaker 1: the lyrics, and you have to stick to it. And
- 7:58Speaker 1: so they were like, we're not going to get dragged
- 8:00Speaker 1: into this. We do not want to be sued as well.
- 8:02Speaker 1: We do not want to repeat an accusation that is
- 8:05Speaker 1: not true that somebody is saying, and so we're really
- 8:08Speaker 1: going to be very careful. So he did perform that song,
- 8:11Speaker 1: but he changed the lyric. I think it was a
- 8:13Speaker 1: missed opportunity too. With Taylor there. He did. He did
- 8:18Speaker 1: perform bad Blood with her. It was a great song.
- 8:21Speaker 1: I love that track. I'm quite interesting that he did
- 8:25Speaker 1: not perform that at the Super Bowl. I won to
- 8:28Speaker 1: why not he knew Taylor was going to be there.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Maybe it was because he didn't want to perform it
- 8:33Speaker 1: without her. Had she said to Kendrick, you know what,
- 8:37Speaker 1: I'll come down from the box and I'll sing one
- 8:40Speaker 1: song with you and then I'll go back to my box.
- 8:42Speaker 1: I think he might have done it then, but she
- 8:44Speaker 1: was not doing that. Once again, this was not her night.
- 8:47Speaker 1: She's on the cover of newspapers today, not the team
- 8:51Speaker 1: that won, not the team that lost, but Taylor Swift.
- 8:55Speaker 1: She's aware of her celebrity and so she tries to
- 8:58Speaker 1: keep it in check. It's almost possible, but she does try,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and that's another reason why she did not get up
- 9:04Speaker 1: and perform with Kendrick Lamar despite having a big hit
- 9:07Speaker 1: song with him, which brings us to our whole question
- 9:10Speaker 1: of the day. Should Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcey should
- 9:14Speaker 1: they have a Super Bowl proposal? They didn't, but should
- 9:18Speaker 1: they have had one? Would you have liked it? I've
- 9:20Speaker 1: told you the pluses the minuses. What do you think
- 9:24Speaker 1: not the moment or absolutely a great moment? To get
- 9:27Speaker 1: down on one the Hey go vote on our Twitter
- 9:30Speaker 1: page ad naughty Nice rob. Our facebook page is naughty
- 9:33Speaker 1: goosip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
- 9:36Speaker 1: your results. Okay, moving along, Chelsea Handler has torched Blake
- 9:41Speaker 1: Lively and Justin Beldoni over their feud. So over the weekend,
- 9:46Speaker 1: Chelsea very funny. I miss her show. She's to have
- 9:48Speaker 1: a great show on me. She hosted the thirtieth Annual
- 9:52Speaker 1: Critics Choice Awards, and the comedian took a brutal jap
- 9:57Speaker 1: at the It ends with us co stars in Never
- 10:00Speaker 1: end in feud It really is never ending, delivering a
- 10:03Speaker 1: savage monologue that had the audience in stitches. She said,
- 10:07Speaker 1: it's important in times like these to have distractions, and
- 10:11Speaker 1: that's why I want to personally extend my gratitude to
- 10:14Speaker 1: Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively. The audience roared with laughter. However,
- 10:19Speaker 1: the ultimate punchline was, I think we can probably accept
- 10:23Speaker 1: there's not going to be a sequel. Absolutely, there is
- 10:27Speaker 1: not going to be a sequel. These two are not
- 10:29Speaker 1: working together again. But I think what it should be
- 10:32Speaker 1: concerning for Blake and Justin here is they've become a joke.
- 10:36Speaker 1: They've become now a joke. The comedians are openly mocking them,
- 10:42Speaker 1: and that's really telling. When you enter the culture as
- 10:46Speaker 1: a joke. It is not good when SNL starts to
- 10:50Speaker 1: make fun of you. When stand up comedians start to
- 10:53Speaker 1: make fun of you, then you know, then you know
- 10:55Speaker 1: you've got trouble. Plus, it broke over the weekend that
- 10:58Speaker 1: Taylor Swift has cut eyes with Blake Lively. Over all
- 11:02Speaker 1: this drama. Some people are saying that Blake was meant
- 11:04Speaker 1: to be with Taylor in that VIP box at the
- 11:07Speaker 1: super Bowl, But Taylor's feeling totally used by Blake and
- 11:11Speaker 1: she does not want to get dragged into this ugly
- 11:13Speaker 1: war with Justin Baldoni. Sauces told teams that Taylor Taylor
- 11:18Speaker 1: resents Blake, calling her one of her dragons as leverage,
- 11:22Speaker 1: using her name for her own benefit. And it all
- 11:27Speaker 1: all all started with the high stakes showdown at Blake
- 11:33Speaker 1: and Ryan's penthouse. So Blake and Ryan had a meeting
- 11:36Speaker 1: at their penthouse with Justin and it was explosive. Well,
- 11:42Speaker 1: guess who they invited over? They invited over Taylor Swift. Now,
- 11:45Speaker 1: Taylor Swift did not know Justin was going to be there,
- 11:50Speaker 1: but they were using her, is what sauces say to
- 11:53Speaker 1: frighten Justin, just to show to Justin. Oh ding dong.
- 11:57Speaker 1: There's somebody at the door. Who is it? It's Taylor's.
- 12:00Speaker 1: So during this super heated meeting, the doorbell rang in
- 12:05Speaker 1: walked Taylor Swift. Sauces are saying that Taylor had no
- 12:09Speaker 1: idea about the meeting. She only showed up because Blake
- 12:14Speaker 1: invited her without telling her Justin would be there. Now,
- 12:17Speaker 1: this was a scheduled meeting. Justin did not just show up.
- 12:21Speaker 1: They knew Justin was coming, and then they invited Taylor
- 12:24Speaker 1: to come. An hour later, she rings the doorbell, in
- 12:27Speaker 1: she walks. A well connected source says that Taylor walked
- 12:31Speaker 1: in just as Justin was about to leave. The meeting
- 12:33Speaker 1: was coming to an end. She met Justin one time,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and one time only. That's the only time she's ever
- 12:38Speaker 1: met him. The only thing she said to him was
- 12:41Speaker 1: I'm very excited to see the movie. Very nice and
- 12:44Speaker 1: Taylor now believes that Blake purposely timed that meeting so
- 12:48Speaker 1: she would arrive before Justin left, setting up for a
- 12:53Speaker 1: power play. That is messy, messy, messy. You know, are
- 13:00Speaker 1: Travis Kelsey. I don't think you were the biggest loser
- 13:02Speaker 1: of the weekend. I think it was Blake Lively. Moving along,
- 13:08Speaker 1: we have more news out of London. Meghan Martl had
- 13:11Speaker 1: a brutal nickname at Buckingham Paris. I hate nicknames, so
- 13:15Speaker 1: fed up royal staffers gave her the nickname Duchess of
- 13:19Speaker 1: difficult Oh. I think to me this all feels like
- 13:23Speaker 1: old news. She did not enjoy being there, they did
- 13:26Speaker 1: not enjoy having her. The journalist Tom Quinn is bringing
- 13:29Speaker 1: it up in a news story in the London Time.
- 13:31Speaker 1: So that's a really important newspaper. It's not a tabloid.
- 13:34Speaker 1: It's not something that you can just dismiss. It's a
- 13:36Speaker 1: really important newspaper. And he revealed that Meghan struggled to
- 13:40Speaker 1: adjust to the strict century old traditions of the monarchy,
- 13:44Speaker 1: and she clashed with staff and asked lots of questions.
- 13:47Speaker 1: I think that's a good idea, ask a lot of questions.
- 13:49Speaker 1: But this led to them calling her the Duchess of
- 13:53Speaker 1: difficult I absolutely believe it. I do believe this happened.
- 13:57Speaker 1: But I also believed too that they did not treat
- 13:59Speaker 1: her very well. Well, it was a lose lose situation.
- 14:03Speaker 1: They didn't like her. When I say they, I'm not
- 14:04Speaker 1: talking necessarily about the family. I'm talking about the staff.
- 14:08Speaker 1: There are hundreds of people that run the palace and
- 14:11Speaker 1: she rocked up with a lot of ideas and they
- 14:13Speaker 1: didn't like it. Have you ever had that happen? Has
- 14:16Speaker 1: a new boss turned up at your job and wants
- 14:18Speaker 1: to suddenly change everything, and you're like, you know, it
- 14:20Speaker 1: actually works out pretty well. We're doing okay here. We
- 14:23Speaker 1: don't need to change anything everything. So making a few
- 14:26Speaker 1: tweaks is easy. But changing the royal family that's something
- 14:30Speaker 1: that even Megan Mockel could not do another complaint though,
- 14:34Speaker 1: And I think this is gonna hold more water, at
- 14:36Speaker 1: least with me, because we're hearing this a lot about Meghan.
- 14:39Speaker 1: They said one minute she was hugging employees and acting
- 14:42Speaker 1: like their best friends, and then the next she was
- 14:45Speaker 1: furious with them and ignoring them. I think that's so cruel.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I've got some former friends who used to do this
- 14:51Speaker 1: to me. They used to shower me with love, too
- 14:53Speaker 1: much love, just over the top. We love you, Rob,
- 14:56Speaker 1: I love you, I love you, and then the minute
- 14:59Speaker 1: something happened that they didn't lie, they just cut me off.
- 15:01Speaker 1: It was like hot or cold. They were never just
- 15:03Speaker 1: in the middle, and they would punish me. It felt
- 15:05Speaker 1: like I was being punished when they withdrew their affection,
- 15:08Speaker 1: when they withdrew their attention, and they did this over
- 15:11Speaker 1: and over and over again, to the point where I
- 15:13Speaker 1: was just like, I don't think that's a good way
- 15:16Speaker 1: to handle things. And I think Megan probably does this.
- 15:18Speaker 1: She's super super nice until you upset her and then
- 15:21Speaker 1: you're dead to her. Not really the best way and
- 15:24Speaker 1: certainly not the best way to handle a business. Okay, quickly,
- 15:27Speaker 1: before we go to break Angelina Jolie is spilling and
- 15:30Speaker 1: why she sold her baby pictures. So if you remember
- 15:35Speaker 1: back in two thousand and eight and she and Brad
- 15:37Speaker 1: they had NOx and Vivian, their twins, and they sold
- 15:40Speaker 1: the first baby pictures of the new born kids. Angeline
- 15:44Speaker 1: is explaining it was not about the money, it was
- 15:45Speaker 1: about safety. Mm. She said, it's a strange thing to
- 15:49Speaker 1: have to do. It would be, but I don't know.
- 15:51Speaker 1: You had to do it. She said it was the
- 15:54Speaker 1: best option of the two to keep them safe. And
- 15:57Speaker 1: she goes on to say that people were coming to
- 16:01Speaker 1: find the twins. Photographers were looking for them, so for
- 16:03Speaker 1: their safety, they decided to put a picture out in
- 16:06Speaker 1: a controlled, a very safe way. They got fourteen million
- 16:10Speaker 1: dollars from People magazine, which they donated to their charity.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I was working at a rival magazine at the time,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and I went down to bid on the pictures. We
- 16:18Speaker 1: bid twelve million, twelve million, and we lost. We lost
- 16:22Speaker 1: to people who bid fourteen million. I'm not totally convinced
- 16:27Speaker 1: that Angie had to sell these pictures. However, she could
- 16:31Speaker 1: have given them away. But twelve forteen million dollars for charity.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I guess everybody wins here. Okay, We're going to take
- 16:38Speaker 1: a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
- 16:42Speaker 1: back to the Naughty but no shoum your headstrub shooter. Hey,
- 16:44Speaker 1: let's get to the polls DA Dah. Last show, we
- 16:47Speaker 1: talked about Beyonce. She's going on tour, but she's not
- 16:49Speaker 1: performing in Nashville after they sort of snubbed her country
- 16:52Speaker 1: music album. They ignored her. So it asked you, what
- 16:55Speaker 1: do you think Naughty's is this a snub? Did she
- 16:58Speaker 1: deliberately take Nashville off the schedule or is it just
- 17:01Speaker 1: an oversight? What do you think is a snub? Eighty
- 17:05Speaker 1: percent said yes, I think I agree. Don't forget to
- 17:10Speaker 1: vote under Daye's pole. Go to our Twitter page at
- 17:12Speaker 1: nordyin Eiserraba facebook page is Naughty your zip am, be
- 17:16Speaker 1: sure here to check back Amaroor to hear your results.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Talking to snubs, That is our nicest of the day,
- 17:24Speaker 1: not because he was snubbed, but because of the way
- 17:26Speaker 1: he reacted. I'm talking about Denzel Washington. So despite rave
- 17:31Speaker 1: reviews for a powerhouse performance in Gladiator Too, he started
- 17:35Speaker 1: the show. The legendary actor was shockingly snubbed by the
- 17:39Speaker 1: Academy Awards, but he's not losing any sleep about it.
- 17:41Speaker 1: He was asked by The New York Times and he said,
- 17:43Speaker 1: with sarcasm, are you kidding me? Oh, I'm so upset
- 17:48Speaker 1: that He went on to say, on the day you
- 17:51Speaker 1: didn't get a nomination for an oscar, you're working on
